So we now see Joe Biden.
Now, this was scheduled to end on May the 11th.
Joe Biden now ending the emergency declaration as it relates to COVID.
Even though in India, there's been a new apparently variant that has shown up there, which, you know, shouldn't shock anybody.
Anyway, we don't know that much about it.
I've read as much as I could, but I didn't get much in terms of how susceptible people are.
Usually as time goes on, the medical professionals we've interviewed, they're not expecting another alpha strain or delta strain in terms of the variant and its lethality amongst people.
But you know what?
I'm not a scientist and I'm not going to play one on radio or TV.
Congressman Greg Murphy is with us.
He is a practicing medical doctor.
He represents North Carolina's third district and joins us now.
Okay, so it is the end of the national emergency related to COVID-19.
How do you interpret that?
Hey, Sean, good afternoon.
You know, the national emergency is over because President Biden got forced to sign that it was over.
This was a congressional, it passed in the House, passed in the Senate, and the president basically had to sign it.
He had told the Senate he wasn't going to sign it until enough Democrats jumped along.
What it did, essentially, is it came out and said you cannot be a dictator any longer.
Now, President Trump put this in, and it was an important thing to put in.
It was in the national time.
It was a national time of emergency.
But President Biden continued this for probably a year plus longer than he should have so that he could push things through.
You know, let me give you an example.
What's going to change is that during the national emergency, each state audits its own Medicaid rolls every year to kick people off who don't qualify under certain eligibility requirements.
Well, because of this, no state was allowed to audit its Medicaid rolls.
So subsequently, Sean, 18 million individuals were on Medicaid who did not qualify.
And those are millions of people who should have been back in the workforce paying for Medicare, paying for Social Security.
Instead, they were drawing down from the government.
So this is just one of those things that nonsense that will end with the national emergency being over.
Same thing happened.
He tried to push through the student loan thing just by edict and order.
And so it's just we actually have to gain our country back, get back to three branches and not have a dictator like Biden's been doing.
Let me ask you this, because Biden tried to use this emergency authorization to push through his student loan forgiveness program, which I think is unconstitutional.
We do have two other branches of government besides the executive branch.
We have the legislative branch of which you are a part of, and then we have, of course, the judicial branch.
I believe he tried to use that as a means of bypassing the legislature because it never would have passed.
But, you know, that had been up in the courts now for a while.
I don't think he's going to win in the end, but that's what his intention was.
Right, absolutely.
I mean, and he even admitted that it may not be constitutional, but we're going to do it anyway.
I mean, point blank admitted that.
But then it was an absolute abuse of power, Sean, during this dictatorial reign.
And some of this power now is being pulled back from him.
And again, he pushed through these massive, massive spending initiatives because of some of this.
And, you know, look, we're all paying the price.
We're paying the price now at the pump and the grocery store, hardware store, you name it.
I talked to a young woman yesterday and she asked me, I was seeing a few patients, and she asked me, do you see housing prices going down anytime soon?
And I said, ma'am, I'm sorry.
I wish I could tell you yes, but that's not going to happen.
So it's not going to happen in North Carolina.
I guarantee you it's happening in states where you see mass, you know, people leaving the state en masse and they're going to states like North and South Carolina and Tennessee and Texas and Florida.
That's where they're leaving.
And I call it accelerated migration.
So I think your state's going to be fine.
And I think it's a great place to live to just to add to that.
You know, we're seeing a lot of impact.
For example, young men, it seems, that got their COVID vaccines and boosters and everything in between.
I've talked to a lot of doctors anecdotally now, telling me that they're seeing heart issues in young men that they've never seen before.
The incidences of myocarditis and other people also is showing alarming numbers.
I've talked anecdotally to other doctors who say they're seeing way more blood clots than they've ever seen before.
I've talked to funeral directors that have confirmed that as well.
I've talked to people that talk about aneurysms as well as the blood clotting issues.
Do you believe, based on your medical background, that any of this is true?
Why aren't we getting more studies into the long-term impacts of not only COVID, but the vaccines and whether or not this is in fact a pattern that is happening and has emerged as a result of the emergency authorization use for the first time of mRNA virus?
I'm sorry, mRNA vaccines.
Yeah, Sean, I do.
I really believe that we're seeing some of the consequences.
And I'll be very clear.
You know, I'm a pro-vaccine person, but I have said since day one, day one, that this should be a decision made between a doctor and a patient, just as with any other medicine, not between a government and a citizen.
I said the same thing.
And I got to tell you, Congressman, the amount of pressure that was brought to bear on me to tell people what to do was enormous, and I refused.
Sure, sure.
And a lot of physicians, and I think this is where the point is, a lot of physicians were put in that bad spot personally.
And this is where, and sadly enough, and I blame Anthony Fauci 100% for this, for politicizing the field of healthcare.
Such to the point now, the American people, its lack of trust in the American medical institutions are the highest it's ever been.
It's ever been because politics, political science took over medical science, which is supposed to be absolutely objective.
And we were pushing this thing down people's throats.
By God, California was requiring their children to be vaccinated, who are infinitesimally low at risk of this.
Finally, the WHO, whether you believe them or not, finally came out two weeks ago and said, no, the kids don't need it.
But this is where politics cook over this.
And yes, there are without a doubt higher signals of some of these disorders, specifically in heart disease, with younger men.
And this is one of the reasons I push back on our armed forces about requiring these our younger men to be vaccinated and women for that matter.
You know, I get the whole idea of readiness.
We absolutely have to have our forces ready, especially when we don't meet our recruiting goals.
But kicking people out of the armed forces when they give in 19, 20 years for this sake has been absolutely ridiculous.
And I know point blank, I know personally point blank of some of the injuries that have happened because of vaccine.
Again, this is a discussion should be between a doctor and a patient, not government forcing this.
It's safe.
Well, let me ask you as a medical doctor in retrospect.
Now, I've interviewed Robert Malone, who was responsible for the technology that allowed for the creation of the mRNA vaccines.
And he said it was not perfected science, although he did recommend some people use the vaccine, those people over 65, those people with comorbidities, those people with pre-existing conditions.
But he said certainly not young people.
They didn't need it.
And then there was another option, the Johnson ⁇ Johnson shot, which was more of a traditional vaccine.
I understand that they did not use mRNA technology.
Am I correct on that?
Yeah, they used something called an adenovirus.
It was a different.
Which had been used on many other vaccines before.
Right, right.
But that didn't come out for a few months after the Moderna and the Pfizer vaccine.
And I think there was such political pressure to push out vaccine, vaccine, vaccine.
And again, I'll say this saved millions of lives across the world, but it also damaged people who did not need the vaccine.
Again, it was Fauci saying vaccines are perfect.
They're everything.
They don't ever have any side effects, which is point blank a lie.
And again, go back to what you said, what I said, to be between a doctor and a patient.
Whether everybody should get a booster, I think actually the word is no, that they're feeling healthy.
Adults don't need anything anymore.
Well, we appreciate you being with us, Congressman Greg Murphy, North Carolina, also a medical doctor, the end of the COVID emergency.
But that doesn't mean COVID is gone forever.
It just means the emergency authorization is gone.
Do you believe that we could see a more lethal variant of COVID?

Everything is always open up to what nature does or what nature didn't do, for that matter.
But I think as time goes by, the mutations are less and less virulent.
They're less and less deadly as time goes by.

Refund the police, have strict bail laws, and severe punishment for people that commit violent crimes and drug crimes.
And I think that will serve as a deterrent against other people doing so.
That is the only answer that anybody can use that would make any sense in my view.
How do we get those governments, you know, those or even?
Pay attention to local races.
Pay attention to DA races.
Pay attention to AG races.
You know, most people probably can't.
You probably can't even tell me who your local prosecutor is.
And by the way, I'm not insulting you.
I'm not even testing you.
You probably can't tell me who your state AG is, and I'm not even asking you.
Most people probably could not answer those questions.
Yeah, I know our state AG is Miras, and I don't know about our local prosecutor, but I just do want to thank you for everything you do, and you're a voice to Americans, and I do watch you.

Okay, I believe last night on the Mark Levin show, he had announced that the Seventh Fleet was activated and the presence of the Seventh Fleet there in Taiwan.
Is that correct?
There are American battleships and American Navy ships in the area.
That is 100% true.
However, you heard the very, very stern warning of China that they will use their hypersonic missiles to take them out.
I don't think Joe Biden or America is prepared for China's taking over Taiwan.
They may think they're ready.
I don't believe that they are.
And I think that President Xi is as arrogant and as provocative as he's ever been.
And I don't think America is ready for this conflict.
And I don't think Joe is ready to lead that conflict.
I think our military forces having been depleted because of, you know, COVID mandates and woke ideology.
We've not focused on building the better military, the kick-ass military that doesn't get, that shouldn't give a damn about anything other than winning wars.
And we've lost focus.
And right now, we better rebuild and we better prepare for the very worst as it relates to China, this new axis of evil that would include Russia, that would include Iran, and watching countries like even the French.
I mean, what Macron did was despicable with President Xi, and then watched the Saudis aligning with the Syrians, Iranians, and China, and now the UAE doing the same, and now Egypt now aligning with Vladimir Putin.
The world is being reconfigured right before our eyes.
You talk about a new world order.
It is real.
It is happening in real time.

When are they going to East Palestine again?
Because I thought they were going to go there.
Well, we have an update about East Palestine in Ohio.
We are now finding that residents now feel that they have been lied to and are now testing positive for a cancer-linked toxin.
If you live in East Palestine, they're suffering vision impairment, shortness of breath, sore throats after testing positive for cancer-causing toxins more than two months after the Norfolk Southern toxic train derailment.
You know, I'm quote, I'm now on an inhaler that I've never had in my life, Shelby Walker quoted as saying on Fox Business.
Anyway, and she's lived in East Palestine for 48 years, and she lives adjacent to the derailment site and parts of the train lie feet away from her kids' toys in the backyard.
Quote, it looks like a war zone out here.
When my yard floods, it's bubbling.
Imagine that.
When my yard floods, it's bubbling.
You know, they have cancer toxins now that they are detecting in the residents of East Palestine.
How about they evacuate the people of East Palestine, help relocate the people of East Palestine?
Maybe they can take some of that money they're wasting on this idiotic war in Europe that Europe is not ponying up their fair share on and give the money to real people in Ohio that desperately need help from the federal government that have been abandoned by Joe Biden.

They leave their home.
How many people have the money?

These are people that are struggling.
And the only person who took them one damn thing is President Trump, and he brought all the water in.
And what did they say?
They said it was a photo op.
Oh, it was Trumpwater.
He brought in Donald Trump.
I'll tell you what, I'll take Trump water over to Cancer Water.
Well, I don't think that's a bad idea either.
You know, you have 70% of Americans feeling financially stressed.
That would include the people of East Palestine.
60% plus of Americans live in paycheck to paycheck.
And Joe Biden is pouring billions and billions into this war in Ukraine.
Now we have special forces on the ground in Ukraine.
Now we have leaked documents detailing every bit of involvement with the U.S. and Ukraine.
How about we take that money?
We demand that Europe first pay their fair share, considering this is their continent.
And we could start with President Macron of France, considering his comments about the U.S. and its alliance with Taiwan.
And how about we just say, oh, that's a European problem.
That's not an American problem.
And give the money to the people in East Palestine to relocate them.
And you have Yellen yesterday saying the following, which is that we're going to stay there as long as it takes.
Yeah, okay.
The program will also be aware of it.
I don't want to hear it.
I really don't.
Because she doesn't know, she knows nothing of what she talks about, especially on the economy.

Look, nobody's picking up on this.
Nobody wants to talk about it.
If they can run with the issue of a couple of lawmakers expelled for violating not only the rules of the House in Tennessee and violating Tennessee's state constitution, they're just going to run with that.
And they're going to ignore President Qi and what is now the creation of a new world order here, a new axis of evil.
This will be a direct threat to the United States of America.
This will be a direct threat to the free world.
Trust me, China's territorial ambitions go way beyond Taiwan.
That I can tell you.

Well, Sean, I'm really proud of you and what you're doing out there.

I can't do it without your help, and I can't thank you enough.
What's going on?
Well, you've got my help.
My biggest question that I wanted to present today is just what is it that we can do?
Yesterday, when you had the Democratic call in and you asked this, give me three things and he stumbled.
I couldn't give you even three things.
How do we, you know, I'm a conservative.
I formerly just moved from Utah now to Idaho.
So I'm very pro-conservative and I'm a gun hosting.
You know, I have my own guns and I can protect them.
That's why I moved back to Idaho.
But my question is for the nation, for the GOP, what is it that we can do to get these people awake, rallying?
Yes, we don't want to do things extreme and riots, et cetera.
That is not the answer.
We believe in law and order.
We believe and support law enforcement.
We're peaceful people.
The answer is everyone needs to pay very close attention.
I know it's repetitive, but it's repetitive on purpose.
I want this to get ingrained into every person's brain, the importance that Republicans re-examine how it is they approach elections.
And this reluctance and resistance to mail-in ballots has got to stop.
The reluctance and resistance to voting early has got to stop.
Republicans in every state, especially our swing states, they've got to look at their state laws and they've got to find out what the Democrats are doing in terms of legal ballot harvesting.
You can't start out elections, you know, 100,000, 500,000, a million votes down and think you're going to catch up.
It's not going to work.
So, Sean, exactly from your point, that's number one, our voting, our power to do that.
Well, then you also have to engage and you actually have to go out and vote.
Let me add one thing to this.
Whatever the issues are that we're going to be voting on in 2024, I can assure you that they're going to be about two things.
How bad these issues are going to be, I can't predict with any certainty.
I don't think the economy is going to recover between now and 2024 because they're not making any of the adjustments that would be needed to make that happen.
So, you know, the economy is going to be a top issue.
Whatever is going to happen with Taiwan and Biden's numerous hostage crises that he's dealing with, that he's not dealing with actually, but, you know, that is going to be a factor.
America is going to need, we could be at a point where we're going to need a Winston Churchill figure that is strong enough and respected enough and committed enough.
We'll fight him by the land.
We'll fight him by the sea.
What is our goal, you ask?
Victory.
Victory against this terrible tyranny.
Blood, toil, tears, and sweat.
I would say to the House, as I said to those who have joined the government, I have nothing to offer but blood, toil, tears, and threat.
You aren't running up on the day.
That's what we need.
And I think that is going to be something that every American is going to watch because what is now unfolding before our eyes is the single most dangerous moment since World War II and the end of the Cold War.
And I watched some of Tucker's interview with President Trump last night.
And President Trump said, but it's even more dangerous because the weaponry is that much more powerful.
And we have got to be very careful.
And we have got to show strength.
And the problem is we have a president that doesn't know today's Wednesday.
It's not a joke anymore.
There's my answer, Brett.

By the way, we'll be in Illinois apparently for the 2024 Democratic National Convention.
And I'll be honest, no offense to your state because I hate my state too.
I probably hate my state more than I hate your state.
But we're going to be there for the Democratic National Convention.
And I will refer to that early on as Hannity's week from hell.
But anyway, what's on your mind?
I was going to comment a couple of days back.
You made a comment that the left wants to destroy Trump.
And the thought came to me that you might not know how close to the mark that you stated.
Because look what Trump, what Donald Trump, former President Trump did.
First time he ran for office, he wins the presidency of the United States.
Right?
That is evidence that anything can happen.
Now, I'm going to paint a picture for you, and I want you to comment and see if I'm anywhere, see if this would work.
Let's say that 10, maybe 15 financially independent people, conservative-minded, run for offices on a local city, county, or state level.
Or you have 100, same thing, financially independent, conservative-minded, run for offices on a federal level.
Would the Democrats and the left blow their mind on that?
How would they be hard-pressed to figure out where to put their money to battle these kinds of kinds of people?
And it's not just in one state.
If you had 10 or 15 people in all blue states, or just in every state that did that, you'd be able to accomplish.
Look, what Republicans need more than anything is to unite.
You know, and I understand we're in a primary season, and the odds of that happening among Republican candidates are nil.
I saw that Tim Scott now has put together an exploratory committee.
I see fundraising letters sent out by Nikki Haley, you know, ripping on Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis.
That's all par for the course.
That happens in primaries.
And I think what they've done in the case of Donald Trump is they're creating a tsunami of legal issues that literally will dominate not only headlines, but it will dominate the time that he would otherwise be spending focused on running a campaign.
Do I think it's by design?
Yeah, I don't think any American would be treated the way Alvin Bragg treated Donald Trump or Letitia James treated Donald Trump.
You know, they ran on a platform to get Donald Trump.
So they're doing what they said that they would do.
I've read the transcript down in Georgia numerous times.
Do I see a crime?
Nope.
It's a long transcript.
And the media mob and Democrats want to pull out one sentence.
We only need to find 11,000 some-odd votes.
But he had just got done explaining where he believed as many as hundreds of thousands of votes were off in terms of the counting.
And he went into very specific examples.
For example, you know, 18,000 plus votes that he talked about.
you know, home, what was it, home voting registry or whatever.
In other words, he felt that it didn't match what the roles were, the location, the address of the people that were voting.
That's the way I interpreted it.
Anyway, you'd have to go pull it up yourself.
Anyway, so, you know, there's a lot of context and texture to what was a very long phone call that had lawyers on it, and nobody said a word.
Hey, this is inappropriate.
What we're talking about.
We got to move on.
