Thanks for being with us as we now watch what you would think is the equivalent of the OJ Bronco chase.
Uh, but it's not.
Donald Trump landing in New York at LaGuardia Airport and uh he is now driving.
He's obviously needs secret service protection, and they are driving to Trump Tower, where he will go back, I guess, to his his former residence now that he's a full-time Florida resident.
Anyway, joining us now, South Carolina Senator.
He's uh endorsed President Trump for 2024.
Uh Lindsey Graham is with us.
Are you watching this?
I mean, this is over a hundred and fifty thousand dollar uh NDA agreement from seven years ago based on a supposed uh affair that both sides have denied in the case of Stormy Daniels in writing, even after the money, that it was not hush money, uh, because I never had an affair with Donald Trump.
Uh but anyway, this is this is America today, and uh the left in this country, they're celebrating this.
Yeah, so uh well, let's take a step back.
Here's a question that I hope the lawyers will ask and challenge the court to entertain.
Um Donald Trump's the only person in the history of New York City to be charged this way.
No one in the history of New York City has been ever charged with a crime like this.
It's made up just for Donald Trump.
Hang on.
Let me let me explain what you mean by this.
The statute of limitations has long passed with a misdemeanor as it relates to uh campaign funds in New York City.
So they've come up with this novel, never before tried, legal theory, at least AG the Manhattan DA has.
Yeah.
And they're trying to marry it to a federal election law, uh, which by the way, for the record, Mueller rejected, the FEC rejected, the DOJ rejected, uh, his predecessor, the Manhattan DA Sivans rejected, and even Bragg originally rejected.
So this has never been tried before, never ever has this been attempted before.
So I think the courts are gonna be challenged by this concept because if this guy gets away with this, God help us all, because you've got a misdemeanor uh where the statute of limitations as you just described has expired.
So they're trying to say the misdemeanor was part of a conspiracy and go back to a federal charge with a longer statute of limitations that was looked at by the U.S. attorney and the Federal Elections Commission, and they said no, thanks.
So what does this mean?
I think this case is gonna fall like a cheap suit in court if you get a fair-minded judge anywhere up the chain.
Bowler Trump, I'd go all over the Supreme Court.
But it does make the point this is.
But Senator, I need to remind you, this is New York City.
It's not South Carolina.
No, but you know, there's a federal chain.
I hope you can eventually get in.
But yeah, he got 17% of the the vote in Manhattan.
Donald Trump in Fulton County got less than like 25% of the vote.
So what you have here is you have liberal prosecutors in Manhattan creating a uh legal cocktail to be used only against Donald Trump, never be used before, uh, to try to taint him and you know, and and to be the uh, you know, the the hope of the left here.
This is really dangerous for the future of the presidency.
I think it will create a backlash.
I think it almost ensures that Trump will be the nominee.
And I think independents are gonna see this for what it is, it's just a liberal prosecutor out of control.
Let me just end with this thought.
The Democrats want outcomes.
They wanted to destroy Kavanaugh to keep the seat open.
They want to pack the Supreme Court from nine to thirteen to dilute the conservative majority that everybody's worked for for the last fifty years.
When it comes to outcomes, that's all they want.
They don't care how they get there.
They have to bend and twist the law if they have to destroy somebody's light, they have to change the rules of the Senate, change the way the Supreme Court is made up, and charge somebody in a novel way.
It's all about an outcome, and here's the outcome to destroy Donald Trump.
It really comes down to that, and by the way, let's assume that maybe reason prevails somehow or jury prevails, or you know, an appeal prevails.
Uh now Trump has a civil suit uh from an alleged sexual uh in a department store dressing Room from twenty-seven years ago.
That's that's up next.
At any moment, and I've read the transcript not once, not twice, probably now three times, uh, with the the Georgia phone call in question.
Um I don't see any legal problem in that phone call.
That's my interpretation of it.
Uh and then you got a a special pro uh uh special counsel appointed looking into Marilago documents and and January 6th.
I mean, when does this ever end that he can actually run his campaign?
I don't think it ever ends.
Uh I think that I think it this case particularly is egregious.
It is an overreach, it is politically driven prosecution that really is a persecution of Donald Trump.
You know, they've reduced 52% of felonies to misdemeanors.
Uh they have gone soft on crime on the streets of New York.
I don't know how much money they spent spent trying to get Donald Trump.
But everything is going in the opposite.
Every felon is getting a break in New York.
Half the felons are.
So they pick one person, Donald Trump, to go from a misdemeanor to a felony.
If a judge doesn't throw this out, I'd be really surprised.
I mean, President Trump, I think, is right.
This is a a liberal judge.
Uh this is a liberal court system.
I think one of the other first things that needs to be filed is a change of venue.
Then you got to look at the statute of limitations, then you got to look at a guy that ran on a promise and a pledge to get one man, Donald Trump, one one organization, the Trump organization, and one family, the Trump family.
Is that prosecutorial misconduct?
Is that selective prosecution on top of the novel legal theory?
I I I really do think the mosaic here is that they're doing something to President Trump in New York they've never done to anybody else from New York.
They're doing it in a fashion that is a legal overreach and has political overtones.
Now, I don't know what's going to happen in Georgia.
I don't know what's going to happen in January the 6th.
Uh Jack Smith's special counsel investigation, but I do know this.
That Hillary Clinton was accused of taking um, you know, a hammer of her people were and destroying a hard drive.
They've 33,000 emails suddenly vanished that were under subpoena.
Uh Biden had classified documents in his garage.
If they go after Trump, here's the problem they have.
Given what they've done to Biden, given what they've done that sexual allegations against Biden, given what they've done to Clinton, I think there'll be a large segment of the public believes that there is a two-tier justice system, and this is going to actually help President Trump at the ballot box.
They're trying to ruin his life, but I think the net effect of this is he will be helped at the ballot box in the primary and eventually the general election.
So you had said that over the weekend.
I noticed the the comments that you had made here.
You walk through your scenario, how you think this this plays out.
Okay, I think what will happen here that this will uh if you got a good defense attorney, it looks like he's got two really good ones.
You can tie the Manhattan DA up into legal knocks for months, if not years.
There's so many things that the DA is doing that I think are just legally out of bounds.
I don't know what the prosecutor in January 6th is going to do, but that's going to be in the middle of the election cycle.
So what's happened here in 48 hours, President Trump raised five million dollars.
Now, why?
People believe that he's being picked on, they're trying to ruin his life, they're trying to knock him off the ballot in a novel way by just, you know, sh smearing him legally.
So the pushback and the um the the reaction on the Republican side, it's got Jeb Bush saying positive things about this.
I don't think anything Donald Trump could have done himself would have united the Republican Party like this action by the Manhattan DA.
The Manhattan DA has done something that I'm never thought was possible to unite the entire Republican Party.
So, and and you think in the end, and by the way, there are two polls out today.
One by Robert Cahaley and one by uh Matt Towery at Insider Advantage, one is the Trafalgar group, and they have Trump up significantly uh seven, eight points since their last poll, both polls, uh since his indictment.
I mean, that that is a massive number, don't you think?
Well, well, there's two things.
And what does it tell you?
Well, it tells me that there's a uh a reaction here in the nation among Republicans and independents that the Manhattan DA is out to get Trump and people are tired of the never ending effort to get Trump.
Also, it tells me that people understand America is in decline under Biden.
So you got two things going on at the same time.
You got policies of Biden that are not working for the American people, broken border, never ending inflation, the world is on fire, and people just believe Biden's not really up to the job.
At the same time, you have an attack from the left against Trump that changes the fabric of our nation in terms of the rule of law.
These two things are coming together to form a perfect storm, not only for Trump to win the the primary, but to be president again.
And it's bad for the country as it's this way, but politically, I think Donald Trump will benefit from failed Biden policies and overreached by liberal prosecutors.
Let me ask you this, and a lot of we know the FBI had Hunter Biden's laptop in December of 2019.
We know that the FBI also had agents meeting weekly with big tech companies warning them that they might be victims of some type of uh misinformation campaign in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election.
Uh and specifically, we know from the former head of in the integrity section at Twitter at the time said that yeah, they even mentioned it could be about Hunter Biden.
So, you know, if you look at the Hunter Biden laptop, what do we have?
Low-hanging fruit that Hunter lied on his gun application.
Low-hanging fruit that Hunter was smoking with video evidence and picture evidence, uh co crack cocaine, uh prostitution, etc.
You could add that to the list.
Uh now that we find out from James Comer, he's doing business with over a dozen foreign countries.
Did he res that he did he register in terms of the the FARA Act, the foreign agents registration act?
Uh has that been investigating?
Investigated?
Did he pay all of his taxes?
Uh is there any m a potential money laundering uh when he implicates his father and says he has to give half of his income to Pops and pay all of Pops' home repairs and and ten percent for the big guy?
Uh does it now bring up the issue of uh Joe Biden saying you're not getting a billion taxpayer dollars unless you uh fire a prosecutor who's investigating his son being paid a fortune for no experience?
I mean, this wh why why haven't any of these issues come up?
Okay, the Delaware um U.S. attorney is acting as a special counsel regarding the Hunter Biden situation.
But here's what hangs over the country like a heavy cloud.
The New York Post article about the laptop was suppressed right before the election, right?
The people who did the suppressing um basically have an agenda in the social media companies.
That story, if verified to be true, it was actually his laptop, could have affected the outcome of the election.
But everything you described about what maybe Hunter Biden and Joe Biden have done regarding China and their business practices hangs like a heavy cloud over the country because if you just constantly go after Trump and you give Biden and Clinton complete passes all the time, it's going to it's gonna hurt this country.
Um Senator, we'd be shredding the Constitution.
Let's be honest here.
Because every law is based on that document.
And if we don't have I thought we believed in equal justice of the law, equal application of our laws.
Clearly we do not in this country anymore.
Well, the media, they gave a pull surprise to the New York Times for writing the Russian story that was much B.S., right?
So three years.
Three years, okay, from the time he came down the escalator, and you know, he's not done everything perfect by any means.
But the the desire to turn his life upside down, to to go after him in a way that you give other people passes is eroding confidence that we live in a nation where the Constitution reigns, not politics.
Here's how I think this ends.
I think Trump is gonna grow politically from this persecution in New York.
I think the things that come after him better have a damn good solid foundation.
And the net result of all this is that Donald Trump is stronger today than he was last week, and I think he's gonna be stronger next week.
And as Biden's economy collapses, as the world continues to be on fire, as our border continues to be, you know, open and dangerous, it's all going to come together next year in the primary and in the general election.
I I hate to say this, but Donald Trump is going to be the beneficiary of really bad behavior and poor policy, and he's going through hell to get there.
All right, Senator Lindsey Graham, thanks for being with us.
We appreciate it.
Music.
Entertaining Americans goes to go.
Sean Hannity is on right now.
No, no, no.
All right, as we roll along 800 941 Sean, our number Scott, South Carolina, you got 90 seconds, Scott, it's all yours before Eric Trump.
Hey Sean, how are you doing?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
Good.
I'm just wondering I listened to it.
I'm a big fan of yours.
I listen to everything at night, nine o'clock Eastern and listen to all the stuff that Democrats do.
My question is how many district Republican district attorneys do we have in the United States that could start compiling evidence against Biden, his son, uh Hillary, uh James Comey, um, Pfizer courts.
I mean, why aren't we doing that right now to combat what they're doing with Trump?
I don't understand why we continuously talk about it, but we could be putting that in motion right now, can't we?
There are certain things that I believe that that Republican districts district attorneys can do.
And I think I I think now that they've opened this Pandora's box box, I think there's been some hesitancy.
I wouldn't urge any DA to go after a case as pathetically weak and political as this, but if there's real law breaking, um, I think they absolutely should follow through.
This is the problem and and this is why Jim Jordan's committee, the judiciary committee is so important because they've got to find out if the FBI has been politicized.
They've got to find out if our DOJ's been weaponized.
And that'll tell the whole story.
All right when we come back we'll get to uh Eric Trump.
We'll get to your calls, 800-941-SEAN, as we continue.
Sean's got more behind the scenes information.
More contacts than anybody.
More friends behind the curtain.
Sean Hannity is on 25 to the top of the hour.
Thanks for being with us 800 nine four one Sean if you want to be a part of the program uh joining us now is Eric Trump uh actually the president of the uh Trump organization.
How are you, sir?
I'm doing well, Sean.
I'm doing well.
It's been an interesting day to say the least.
Uh were you were you with your dad?
Were you part of the OJ Simpson like caravan over a hundred and fifty thousand dollar NDA from seven years ago an affair that both sides acknowledged that they alleged occurred seventeen years ago?
Sean it was actually 130,000 uh NDA.
Sorry, 130.
You're right.
Which both people it was an extortion effort by Stormy Daniels, which both people uh admitted didn't happen.
Stormy did that in writing, you know it's funny uh you know I flew in with my father uh we were on this big beautiful plane everybody knows it is Trump Force One.
Uh we landed in New York.
Uh first of all on on the the route from our lago to the airport I mean it was literally ten people deep I mean just thousands and thousands of people holding Trump flags and American flags and and cheering him on.
I mean the love was incredible.
Same thing quite frankly in front of Trump Tower and all around Trump Tower.
I mean there's there's just tremendous love out there but you see the amount of police you see the presence you see the barricades you see over 130,000 dollar NDA.
Give me a break I mean you know with before we even left LaGuordia Airport um they spent 130,000 on the you know on police and and and and protection um over what?
And you have a city and I lived in the city for a long time and I still spend a decent amount of time there.
You have a city that's falling apart Sean and you and I have talked about this a hundred times but you know you have little girls getting shot in the face in Times Square.
You've got people getting thrown in front of subway trains you have people defecating in in in train stations.
You have people who don't want to be here you can't buy things at retail stores anymore because everything's locked up because there's so much looting you've lost literally three to four percent of New York's population has left the state in the last three year period of time.
I mean, literally almost a million people have left New York State uh for other places, North Carolina, Florida, so many other states because they wanted to get out of here.
Lee Zeldon actually posted a picture of a Florida N NHL game, and like an eight eighty percent of the people in the crowd were wearing New York Rangers jerseys because so many people there's nearly a thousand people leaving these deep blue states for free states like Florida, Texas, the Carolinas, uh Tennessee, et cetera.
But Sean, but yet this is the priority of of a DA who has a city that's absolutely in turmoil um and falling apart, and it shows the priorities of the Democrats.
And you've got to remember, you know, no one ever talks about how this started.
This started six years ago when the Manhattan DA copied a congressional subpoena.
They didn't even know what they were subpoenaing.
They were just fishing.
You know, please give us Trump organization every single email that you've ever gone through eleven million documents.
They couldn't find a single thing wrong with our company after going through eleven million documents.
I mean, you couldn't do that to any company and not find something.
Um, you know, they tried so hard, and in the 11th hour that this is what they came up with.
They've been trying to take down my father and our family for the last six years, Sean.
And he's leading the Republican field by thirty-five points.
He's leading a Ron DeSantis right now by by thirty-five points.
Um you know, and and this is their way to try and take him out.
I was there every single day as they tried to get to him through the executive branch in Washington, DC, and they weren't able to.
They didn't it didn't work with impeachment one or impeachment two or Russia or any of the other hoaxes they came up with.
So what do they do?
They weaponized local prosecutors in in New York, attorney generals, district attorneys, and Sean, these are people who go out.
They campaigned on the promise of taking Donald Trump down.
I mean, you have an attorney general in the state who literally said, I'm gonna sue the hell out of him, I'm gonna get him, I'm gonna take him down, I'm gonna go after his family, I'm gonna go after his friends, I'm gonna go after his company.
You know, they raised money on the promise of taking Trump down.
So, you know, I flipped on CNN.
But by the way, I've I've got the same audio of Alvin Bragg.
Alvin Bragg ran on that platform.
Well, he was on the platform of of of suing my father a hundred over a hundred times.
He laughs about it.
This is funny to these people.
But don't listen, don't worry, Nancy Pelosi is right.
No one is above the law.
Everyone has a right to a trial to prove their innocence.
I don't know.
I went to a different school than she did.
I was taught you were innocent until proven guilty.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure that was the bedrock of uh the United States of America.
And and by the way, isn't it really amazing that Martha Stewart goes to jail for insider trading, but yet, you know, Nancy Pelosi and Paul Pelosi, uh, they don't.
In fact, they've made hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars off of doing exactly that.
I don't I don't really want to get my uh legal guidance from Nancy Pelosi, who's the biggest, you know, liar and crook of of of them all.
Well But the d this is where where we're getting to here.
This is now criminal criminalization of political differences.
Let me give it give you a few examples.
You know, Hunter Biden, according to James Comer, does all this business with all these companies.
Has anyone look into the possibility of a foreign agent's registration act violation?
Have they looked into the tax issues?
Let me ask you if you or either of your two brothers, Barron or Don Jr., do you think if you ever lied on a gun application that you might be brought in and probably prosecuted?
Um do you think if you were on video smoking crack cocaine that you probably would pay a price for it?
You think if you were with uh prostitutes that you think you'd get in trouble for that?
Um do you think that if you're on that in your own words, you implicated your father has taking half of your income, uh complaining about fixing his properties with your own money, complaining about you know ten percent put aside for the big guy.
Do you think any you think they would have ignored that?
They've had that laptop since December of 2019.
You know, as I say all the time, take my laptop and and go look through every single aspect of it.
You'll see beautiful pictures of of Laura and my children.
I mean, if I ever lied on a Forum 4473, which is the firearms forum, I filled out about a hundred of the things, right?
As I'm sure you have.
You know, uh Hunter lied on that forum.
Right.
What one of the questions, in fact, it's a question two is, you know, are you under the influences of of any illegal drugs, etc., etc.?
And he obviously checked, no.
Now that's not true.
He he clearly was.
He was, you know, he was doing it on his laptop.
He had pictures of it.
He was doing it all over the place.
You better believe if I lied on a federal forum, they were coming after me.
I mean, Sean, I've never lied on a federal forum.
They come after me every single day.
I'm probably the most subpoenaed person in the history of this country because they subpoena me to get to try and get to my father.
I mean, you know, I've I've lived, and so has Don, and so is Yvanka.
We've lived incredibly clean, honest lives, and every single day they try and take us down.
Yet if you look at Hunter's laptop, it's it's illegal drugs, it's it's prostitution, it's it's hookers, it's you know, uh illegal deals from all over the world.
And I always ask people this question what what were the Biden selling, right?
I mean, people have often said, Oh, look, Trump, you know, he's he's he's made a lot of money over his life.
It's like, yeah, but you know, we we own hotels and golf courses and commercial buildings and real estate buildings, and when my father got into politics, we really got out of business.
We stopped doing any kind of new deals, etc.
That's the exact opposite for the Bidens.
When Joe Biden became vice president, Hunter Biden got into business.
And how how are they getting millions of dollars from from China?
Let me give you one big example.
And and everybody knows the answer to that question.
They're selling influence, and they they don't do a damn thing about it because we have a two-tiered system of justice in this country.
There's no doubt about it.
We've criminalized political differences.
Uh it is a dual justice system.
I I completely agree with that as well.
And unfortunately, this is not the only case they're going after your father over.
But I want to focus on one one deal in particular.
You have Joe Biden on tape bragging about leveraging one billion US tax dollars to get a prosecutor in Ukraine fired unless and unless they fired him in six hours, they weren't gonna get the money.
Turns out the prosecutor was investigating Baris Maholdings and Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden goes on, Good morning, America.
I'm I'm not guessing here.
And was asked specifically if he had any experience with Ukraine, no.
Any experience in energy, no, gas, no, oil, no, coal, no.
Why do you think you were being paid all this money?
I don't know.
Maybe because your dad was in charge of Ukraine policy?
Are you gonna tell me that's not a real quid pro quo with Joe?
Sure.
I mean, I mean who who goes out?
I mean, who goes out and hires somebody who has drug problems, prostitution problems, all sorts of other issues, pays them eighty-three thousand dollars a month when they don't speak the language, they know nothing about uh the industry that they're in.
I mean, it it's all pay for play.
I mean, that's what the Bidens have done their entire career.
And then you see Hunter allegedly give it right back to Joe Biden by you know renting the beach house, which if you go on Zillow, I think the you know, the fair market rent of the house is like, you know, a couple thousand bucks a month.
And he's paying him uh uh just an absolute fortune every month.
I mean, how do how do you think he's getting money back to his dad?
He's doing Sean, it is it is so shady, it's not even funny.
And you know what?
They turn a blind eye to to all of it.
Uh they did the same thing with Hillary Clinton when she deleted 33,000 emails.
They do the same for everybody in that party.
If you're a Democrat, you can get away with absolute murder.
If you're a Republican, they will try and destroy you, your family, your wife, your kids, your friends, they'll go after your lawyers, they'll break attorney client privilege.
What what they do is absolutely horrible.
It i it really is a two-tiered system of justice, and that's why people are so pissed off in this country.
And I'm telling you, this has helped my father, you know, uh, from poll perspective so much because people understand this weaponization, people understand what we're becoming.
And this is all being funded by people like Soros, you know, who gave a million dollars to Alvin Bragg.
And guess what?
Well, he actually gave it to color a change, and then they g donated the money to to Bragg.
By the way, I have two polls out today.
Trafalgar has your since the indictment, your dad is up twenty points, uh and this at fifty-six point two percent.
Uh and then you have the insider advantage poll, uh, had him at fifty-seven at an all-time high for him, also of about twenty percent.
And you know what?
He should be, because people realize for for the first time they have a person who stands for for them.
He did this in the White House, but he's doing it again.
My father's taking so many arrows for for for this country, um, you know, for uh such a large portion of this country.
I mean, every single day they are taking shots at him.
He's he's taking these these wounds one after the other, trying to protect the freedoms of America because honestly, the Democrats are trying to destroy it.
They're trying to destroy our Constitution, they weaponized every single system we have.
You and I have talked about this a million times, but Look at how they've weaponized every single system that we have in this country.
They've weaponized the military.
You have Millie going out there and you know in front of Congress.
Yes, I'd like to understand white rage, and I want to rename every military base that we have in the country because I think that's going to help a lot.
And you know, they they weaponized the medical system, they've weaponized universities, they've weaponized um education in in general, the DOJ, the FBI.
I mean, go through the list.
There's there's not an institution in this country that the Democrats haven't weaponized.
And, you know, local AGs and and district attorneys are are their newest weapon that are doing their dirty work for them.
So you have murderers that are shooting people in New York, you have all-time high crime.
Um, you know, people are leaving the state in record numbers, and they're looking at an NDA from what, 2000 and, you know, from you know, uh something that was claimed to have happened that both parties denied in two thousand and six, which was signed in what, two thousand and seventeen for a hundred and thirty thousand dollars, and and and they're trying to indict a former president for that.
They're only doing that because they want to take the guy out of the race.
They they understand the groundswell of support that they have.
My father's created a movement unlike that of of any politician in American history, and and this is their way of of silencing the Republican Party and really the spokesperson for so many Americans who have who have otherwise lost hope in our whole system of government.
Let me ask you on the plane with your dad, you were you were in the car, I assume, or at least uh the convoy, if you will.
Look uh you would think this was O. J. Simpson too, the way it was being covered, but what was uh what was your father's mood on the plane?
Um I I would think it's a pretty somber day, pretty unhappy day.
You know, Sean, I I I love the man more and uh his best friend, we're inseparable.
Uh we're inseparable.
I'm telling you, I've never seen a person in my life, and I've I've said this many times because I've seen this strength come through many times, but I've never seen a stronger person.
I mean, we're there having, you know, I mean it is it's somber, of course it's somber.
Um is it fun?
No.
I mean, this is a a a tragedy to our nation that the Democrats are are handing over.
I mean, this is a waste of resources, a waste of time, it's a distraction, especially when you have the mess that this country is in right now on just about every single front.
But I've never seen a stronger guy in my entire life.
Um you know, it was actually um it was actually a much more uh low-key and and um pleasant flight than I think anybody could ever imagine.
But but but the strength of that man is unbelievable.
I mean, the amount of arrows, as I said before, that they've tried to put in him, uh, the way they've tried to kill him, the way they've tried to take him down and his family and his friends and everybody around him, and the man does not stop.
He really is, he's the energizer bunny.
I've always said it my whole life.
He's the energizer buddy, he just does not stop.
He believes in a right and wrong.
He believes in this nation, he wants to save America, he wants to save our country.
Um and and if he has to be that first line, you know, and and sometimes I feel like he's the first and only line of defense.
Uh by the way, the this would never happen to a Joe Smith.
And and why do I believe, Eric, that if your father said, you know what, I'm not gonna run for president, probably every one of these issues would disappear tomorrow.
I agree, because that's all they're trying to do.
They're just trying to take a man out of the race.
They're worried about him, they're worried about the movement that he's created.
Um and Sean, that movement's not going away.
You know, you can go after my father all you want, but that movement's not disappearing.
Uh, you know, it it it stands for so much to so many people.
It stands for America, it stands for patriotism, it stands for a constitution, it stands for uh religious freedom, um uh American might and you know, putting this country first again and and and always being the best and winning.
I mean, that that's what this movement stands for.
And I don't think these people realize you you might go after one person, you might try and make him into a martyr, but you're never getting rid of of the movement and and and what's been created by him and and you and and so many people who fight every single day for kind of the heart and soul of this nation.
And um I I think it's something that that the attorney general in this kind of p publicity stunt that he's doing for himself um is absolutely missing.
Yeah.
Well, I'm sorry that you and your family have to go through this.
I guess we'll hear your father's reaction tomorrow night after you fly back to Mar-a-Lago and he gets back home.
Uh I know the media is gonna go, you know, absolutely insane over this.
Uh this isn't this isn't nothing to celebrate here.
Uh because uh, you know, my mother used to use the term you'll rue the day.
Um There are many, many AGs that probably have been hesitant in other cases involving Democrats in past years.
I don't think they'll be so hesitant anymore.
I I think that, you know, this this now takes our country to a lower level where, you know, apparently, according to Nancy Pelosi, uh, you have a chance to prove your innocence.
But more importantly, we're now just targeting people because we don't like their politics.
We we have criminalized political differences.
We have a dual justice system.
Um anyway, I'm sorry that you and your family are going through this.
Uh, we always appreciate your time.
Uh, and thank you so much for being with us.
Eric Trump.
Thanks so much, Sean.

Look, students across the country, they're now graduating from colleges, universities.
I do want to highlight a place where many young people receive the best classical liberal arts education in America.
Uh, and when these students graduate, they've studied the great books, uh, the history of Western civilization, the history of America, the meaning of our Constitution.
And of course, we're talking about our favorite college, Hillsdale College, founded in 1844 to offer the kind of education needed to preserve civil and religious liberty.
And they hold true to that mission every day while refusing to accept even one penny of taxpayer funding, not even indirectly in the form of student grants or student loans.
Hillsdale students.
They also abide by an honor code, which ensures a unity of purpose.
It fosters lively civil and intelligent debate.
And the best part you can learn from Hillsdale and get their free monthly speech digest called in Primus, or you can take one of their many online courses on American history, the Constitution, C. S. Lewis, and so much more.
Just go to this website we've set up.
It's Sean for Hillsdale.com, S-E-A-N-F-O-R Hillsdale.com, and you know what?
You'll be expanding your mind.
Thank you.
