You've got to love Leonard Skinner.
Anyway, Simple Man by Leonard Skinner and And uh when you hear that, that only means one thing on this show.
That self-proclaimed simple man, uh Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly of Bill O'Reilly.com.
Sir, how are you?
Good.
I'm looking at the Atlantic Ocean in Florida, except it's raining.
I'm sorry it's raining.
I'm sorry we're ruining your vacation, but it's good to hear your voice.
How are you doing?
I'm all right.
Um I don't have any money left.
Um did you go to one of the casinos down there and lose it?
Yeah, man doesn't live by bread alone, so I'm all right, you know.
All right, I have two topics that I want to get your take on today, and one of them will be about the bank bailout.
Um one of the things that I always liked about you, you say you talk about the folks, and I always I I say it a little differently.
I talk about the forgotten men and women in this country.
In other words, it's the people of this country that make this country great.
We both agree on that.
The people that work hard, you know, play by the rules, uh, pay their taxes, obey the laws, raise their kids, you know, and and they're getting hosed to use your word uh by their government, and they're being lied to repeatedly by their government.
Let me give you an example.
So we have this American drone flying over international waters, and you have two Russian fighter jets, Bill, and they're dumping fuel on our 14 million dollar drone.
And then all of a sudden, uh they knock it to the ground by knocking off one of their propellers.
And now they're in the process, according to reports today, they're in the process of trying to recover our drone in an international waters.
Now, when asked about this, the Biden government talked to Ned Price, who's a dope.
He actually said that the US drone uh incident was probably unintentional by the government of Russia.
Uh, listen.
Just to pin this down, uh is the U.S. position that this was either incompetence or accidental, not an intentional clipping of our drone.
Andrew, I think the best assessment right now is that it probably was unintentional.
It probably was the result of profound incompetence on the part of one of these uh Russian pilots.
Bill O'Reilly, you're a smart man.
You're a simple man.
Do you believe that?
Or do you agree with me that Vladimir Putin ordered that drone to be taken down?
Well, I don't believe it because he doesn't provide any backup for his opinion.
So you anybody can give an opinion about anything, but unless you back it off with uh some kind of intel or we've been told by our CIA.
Probably unintentional is not definitive, Bill.
I I I believe that Vladimir Putin watched the Chinese spy balloon fly all the way over Alaska airspace, down the West Coast of Canada, into Idaho, all the way across the continental United States over our missile silos in Montana,
then down to Missouri and Kansas, then up to Kentucky, then over to the the Carolinas where they finally shot it out of the sky, and then they shot out three other things out of the sky, but they can't tell us what they are because they got so much criticism for not shooting it down immediately.
So do you believe this was unintentional?
Because I do not.
I I am agnostic on that uh right now.
So here's what should happen if we had a competent administration.
The Secretary of State makes the call and says, explain this within three hours.
And then when the explanation is forthcoming, or if there isn't any, then that's reported.
He goes out to the news media and he says, This is what the Russian government says happened.
Now immediately the CIA is gonna know whether that's bull or not.
They're gonna know.
All right, and then necessarily, Bill, they may not have intelligence on that.
I am I'm making an educated guess.
I believe Vladimir Putin, you know, the fact that they said uh they were they're profoundly incompetent.
You know any uh fighter jet pilots that are profoundly incompetent, Bill?
I don't believe it for a second, but I'm just trying to walk through what a responsible administration would do.
That's what I the point I'm trying to make here on the Hannity Radio program.
So you can you can uh speculate all you want about it, and that's fine.
Everybody can have an opinion.
I certainly think that Putin and China and everybody else are testing Biden because they think he's weak.
I I I don't think there's any question that's happening.
But in an incident like this, you demand an explanation within a period of time.
Oh, it was an accident.
They but they're trying to recover their accident, our drone.
Why are they trying to recover our drone, Bill?
Exactly.
All of that's incorporated in Blinken's report to the to the American people.
See what where we are in this country is that these government agencies from justice to transportation to state, do not feel compelled to give the folks information.
That's that is really worrisome.
So it used to be that the federal government would at least say, Well, we have a responsibility to tell the American people what happened and what we know and what we're trying to do about it.
That's gone.
There's no accountability anywhere, and you saw that in Ohio with the train thing.
You saw that in the FBI you abusing its power time after time after time, and the attorney general sits there and doesn't say anything about it.
So you've got an administration, I'll use the word rogue, okay, that basically says, you know what?
We don't have to give the folks anything.
We don't have to tell them anything.
And even when Biden goes out and his uh press secretary, uh Jean-Pierre, go out, many times they'll outright lie.
They'll just put out falsehoods.
But there's no accountability.
But but if a Republican did it or Donald Trump did it, there'd be a very different reaction in the media.
You know, the thing is, Bill, and I want your take on this, because I have very strong feelings.
They took out an American drone and they're now trying to recover it.
Now, I don't think that should go unanswered.
If you take out an American drone and you're a hostile regime and you're a hostile actor like Vladimir Putin, I'm taking out two of your drones, and I'm gonna let you know damn well I did it.
There's gotta be consequences, or it's not going to stop, Bill.
Not yet.
You have to accumulate enough information to tell the world this is what happened.
This is how we know what happened, and now reprisal.
Okay, let's say how is a week long enough, Bill?
How long is that gonna take?
Depends on what your intel people are telling you.
Look, if uh all right, well, let's let's go backwards for a second here.
This is too important.
So you and I both know our instincts are pretty keen.
Our news instincts are keen.
What do you think the odds are that Vladimir Putin ordered this to happen?
I think that Putin pro it's a probably 70% chance.
No, 99.8.
Well, I would put it at 70 that he greenlighted it.
Um but look, w whatever that may be, you and I are speculating about it.
So my point is that a responsible administration that didn't want to make a mistake in a very crucial international incident, which this is waits but demands an explanation.
Bill, do you think the communist Chinese purposely flew that balloon over the United States?
Absolutely they did.
Okay.
And did the Biden administration make the mistake of allowing them to do it without shooting it down immediately when it got over Alaskan airspace?
I would if we're if our president would have shot that balloon down the illusion.
Oh they and then then they took uh three unidentified objects out of the sky, and they still have yet to tell us what they are, but they suspect one of the three balloons that were taken down after uh was from a balloon club that was worth like a hundred a hundred dollar balloon bill, and they spent four hundred thousand dollars uh uh uh sidewinder to take it down.
Now, uh that's that's pretty incompetent, and that really scares me that they let the communist Chinese do that.
So that that that even ratchets up my my worry and concern more because I think these countries they're doing more than testing us.
I think they see Biden and America as weak and they're gonna take full advantage.
And I'm telling you what else is gonna happen.
They are going to take Taiwan.
China will go into Taiwan.
I hope not.
I hope not too.
I'm with you.
The world economy collapses and we're on the verge now of going into a severe recession.
Well, it's uh and that's a whole other problem.
All right, let me get your take.
I don't like being lied to uh on you know, my kids if they did stupid stuff, and you know, what do you call your kids the urchins?
You call your children urchins.
Um and you know, so kids will do something.
I'll say, okay, did you take the cookies that were just in the cookie jar and did you eat them?
No, dad, I swear I didn't eat the cookies at all.
I didn't touch the cookie.
I'm like, okay.
That was a bit by Bill Cosby back in the day.
So and meanwhile, the kid has cookie all over their face.
And then they lie to you.
Now, does the kid get in more trouble for lying or for eating the cookie?
Lying, right?
Yeah, sure.
Okay.
So this bank fails.
Joe comes rushing in.
I call it the the Biden uh billionaire bank bailout plan, and Biden comes rushing in to help out his democratic bud buddies, because this was Silicon Valley, all tech people, big liberals running the place.
Okay.
And then he says it's not going to cost the taxpayers a dime.
Listen.
All customers who had deposits in these banks can rest assured, I wanna rest assured they'll be protected and they'll have access to their money as of today.
That includes small businesses across the country that bank there and need to make payroll, pay their bills, and stay open for business.
No losses will be, and I'm on this is an important point.
No losses will be borne by the taxpayers.
Let me repeat that.
No losses will be borne by the taxpayers.
Instead, the money will come from the fees that banks pay into the deposit insurance fund.
And who pays the fees, Bill?
Isn't it the taxpayer?
So Joe Biden is lying to us in that statement, isn't he?
If if people do business with the bank, no matter what bank, the bank charge you fees.
They're gonna increase the fees, so the losses are gonna be paid by the taxpayer.
Of course.
That's that's what the way it is.
But Biden doesn't understand that and doesn't want to understand it.
That's why No, he does understand it, Bill, because this is a guy that said he wouldn't raise taxes on anyone making less than four hundred grand a year, but raised oil taxes, gas taxes, coal taxes, pension taxes, and corporate taxes, and corporations don't pay taxes, they charge us more.
And plus the uh the tax of inflation.
Exactly.
Thank you.
You know, run a wild.
So anybody now who you know these polls come out every week, and Joe Biden's a forty percent job approval rating.
I say to myself, when I see these job approval polls for Biden, are forty percent of Americans just stone cold stupid?
You sound like Kevin O'Leary.
Uh Uh he was on last night and uh and I he said they're just a bunch of idiots at the bank.
And I said, Well, why did you have all this hundreds of millions of dollars in it?
I mean, it wasn't a good answer.
Uh, but I do think he's a good guy.
Uh he said I he didn't think he deserved a bailout.
I respected that.
My question to you is do you think that Biden should be bailing out these billionaires that have this money in this bank?
That's an interesting question.
Number one, they have to stabilize the panic because they don't want runs on banks all over the United States.
That they have to do, and Bush did that.
You'll remember when the real estate stuffed the banks back, and that's why Obama got elected.
So the federal government has to step back and tamp down the panic.
Now, those banks, and I held one of them.
I had preferred stock in uh signature bank, and I I yelled at my broker.
I said, I didn't even know I had it, number one, and number two, Barney Frank is on the board of that bank.
By by the way, there's a Bill O'Reilly classic somewhere on YouTube that you should need to watch that debate.
That was great.
Yeah.
I said, you put me into an investment with Barney Frank or are you crazy?
By the way, can I can I ask a personal question?
You do don't have to answer.
Did you have more than 250,000 dollars in there?
I lost I lost a significant amount of money.
That's what I'm gonna tell.
No, dude, you're not gonna lose nothing.
You're not losing a thing.
Joey's bailing you out too.
I was holding a stock.
Oh, you you're the last to be paid then.
I'm never gonna get paid.
I had preferred a signature bank.
You you're you're likely not getting paid.
Oh crap.
I'm sorry.
I was seriously, I'm very sorry.
I'm going over to Biden's house and stealing his Corvette.
Maybe you'll find a few classified documents in there too.
Oh man.
All right, quick break more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, 800 941 Sean, our number.

It's almost a dirty word.
One that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

All right, 25 now till the top of the hour.
Thank you for being with us.
Look, these are the tough economic times.
They just are.
And you know what?
This is a smart audience.
And one of the things I can tell you is so many of you have made the switch to my cell phone company, a veteran-owned company, known as Pure Talk.
Now, you say, well, Hannity, I'm I'm with the big carrier, I'm with Verizon, I'm with ATT, I'm with T Mobile.
Okay, that's all fine and good.
Guess what?
Pure Talk uses the same 5G network as all of those big carriers.
They have the exact same cell towers.
They all use the same ones.
And you save a fortune.
The average family saves, you know, close to a thousand dollars a year on their wireless bill.
Uh, you get the same fat blazing fast 5G service that you'd want.
And listen to this.
You get not only blazing fast data, but unlimited talk and text for 30 bucks a month, and you don't have to sign a contract.
And Pure Talk is so confident you're gonna love this service, they back it up with 100% money back guarantee for any reason you're not happy.
You can't go wrong.
You know, it takes just a couple of minutes of your time.
It's a veteran-owned company.
They have the best U.S. customer service team.
They do it quick, they do it fast, they do it easy, and all you have to do is take out your cell phone, dial pound 250, and do it now.
You'll save an additional 50% off your first month.
Pound 250, by the way, the keyword is save now.
Pound 250, keyword save now.
Pure Talk is just simply smarter wireless, and you're all smart.
All right, let's get to our busy telephones here.
All right.
Oh, Linda, you're excited about it.
I can't wait.
I love your 530s.
Nothing but good time.
By the way, do you hear what they did to poor Carl uh Charlie Kirk?
He was at a UC Davis event, uh, disrupted by protesters, smashing through windows and in front of cops, by the way.
That's hollerant left, boy.
Boy, I'll tell you.
Um, and Elon Musk, by the way, and others uh respond after the protest as they were hurling eggs at Charlie Kirk, smashing windows.
Uh, why would the University of California Davis care that Charlie Kirk is speaking there?
Maybe if you maybe you can actually listen to what Charlie Kirk has to say, and maybe debate Charlie Kirk.
Say, can I ask a question?
Let me tell you where I disagree.
Anyway, here's some of the coverage on CBS in Sacramento.
The field outside of the University Credit Union Center cluttered with people protesting ahead of Tuesday night's event, including what appeared to be members of Antifa.
Cops off campus.
Cops off campus.
The crowd face to face with a heavy law enforcement presence as eventgoers snuck their way in.
They did a barrier where you couldn't even walk past them, and they're being like physical too.
Stronger.
Tonight's speaker, Charlie Kirk, a conservative podcaster, who the university says is a proponent of misinformation and hate.
You see Davis stands with our transgender and non-binary aggies in opposition to this hateful and divisive messaging.
Chancellor May also notes that any student organization has the right to reserve facilities and invite speakers of their choice.
It's like a white supremacist convention over here, supposedly, but you know, I'm Mexican, bro.
Some event goers say they're upset over the university's message put out earlier today.
Colleges used to be the bastion of free speech.
Used to be able to have a debate.
Two sides.
Earlier in the evening, an event held by the David Phoenix Coalition says this kind of speech goes too far.
There is a line that's crossed, I think, when it becomes weaponized to um, you know, to oppress other people and and quite frankly, to put other people in danger.
So I mean, I mean, that is the tolerant left in America today.
It just is.
Freedom of speech is only for when we all agree.
Apparently, you know, uh, it's pretty unbelievable.
It's a turning point event.
And if you don't like him, that's fine.
Uh, not a peaceful protest at all.
Twitter CEO Elon Musk tweeted after photos and videos of the protest surfaced on social media.
Uh, I like the fact that he's just an honest broker right now.
He just, you know, is telling the truth, and I give him a lot of credit.
There's a lot of people doing that, though.
I mean, there's a lot of people out there that have taken it upon themselves to not take a seat but stand up and say, you know what, I've had enough.
I don't care what kind of lifestyle you want to live.
Maybe you could let me live mine and stop trying to indoctrinate my kids.
How about that?
Well, if you care about that issue, look at what happened down in Florida now.
Apparently, Joe Biden in a video attacked Ron DeSantis over the issue of of transgender issues.
And anyway, Ron DeSantis' political team released a video uh yesterday showing the graphic results of multiple transgender surgeries, along with President Joe Biden's comments on the Daily Show, where he called Ron DeSantis' policies cruel.
By the way, he's doing that hard-hitting interview on Comedy Central.
Anyway, so you know, Biden said that, you know, well, what's going on?
What's going on in Florida?
Florida.
You know, it's it's true.
It's real, it's happening.
It's it's unreal.
The whispering, I gotta be honest, it's a lot.
It's freaking creepy.
So I thought the sniffing was bad, but I think the sniffing and the whispering, it's just a lot.
It's absolutely true.
It's true.
It's to really happen.
Anyway, so Biden thinks it's cruel.
Um, DeSantis's video of Biden's remarks features the split screen.
And I'm like, good for Ron DeSantis.
Not going to take his crap.
Why should he?
Uh, anyway, the when we're talking about young people, we're not talking about adults making adult decisions.
Like Caitlin Jenner came on this program, explained the whole process, and I knew Caitlin when Caitlin was Bruce.
I was still friends.
Matter of fact, I talked to Caitlin the other day.
So I'd be very curious to get her take on this.
I had a friend the other day make a point who happens to serve on the BOE of his school army veteran, yada yada, living in a super liberal part of Jersey.
And he was talking about how this woman got on and was she's a doctor and was pointing out that you know you have this situation where we give you facts, whatever it happens to be.
And one of them was about, you know, what if your kids come to you in ten years and say, Why on God's great earth did you ever let me do that?
Like, I mean, how many times do grown children come to their parents and say, Why did you let me go?
Either thank God you didn't, or why didn't you?
That was the worst.
I don't know why you let me do that.
Like, we're not here to be our kids' friends, right?
We're here to be their parents.
If you don't hate me, I'm doing something wrong.
I tell my kids that all the time.
I say, I I am not your best friend.
One one day, hold on.
We will be best friends.
Absolutely.
That's my dream.
And that's okay.
In Oregon, a high school teacher has parents living out there after it was discovered that a health teacher assigned a homework asking students to write their sexual fantasy stories and mark the initials of a man and woman next to the sexual activities that they would perform.
Is this if these kids come out of school, they can't read, write, or do math.
Let me tell you something.
Five years ago, five years ago, that would be pedophilia.
That would be an offense against children.
Unbelievable.
One other thing, Mark Kelly, the Senator from Arizona, you know, he he wanted censorship.
I mean, this is pretty unbelievable, and Jonathan Turley called him out on this.
Uh as it relates to the banking issue.
I mean, why shouldn't we, the people, have a right to know?
He wanted to censor information on you know social media.
Uh let me tell you something.
The more they try to hide, and the more they tell us we're not allowed to hear it, the more we should push to hear it because that just tells you how much they're trying to hide from us.
That's gonna hurt our kids.
All right, 800 941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Dan is in New York.
Dan, the man, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Mr. Hannity, how are you doing?
Um good.
What's going on?
Not much.
I'm just curious.
When is enough enough?
When are these people going to be held accountable for what they say?
All these investigations on Hunter and and just all pretty much the entire family, this administration.
Instead of talking, not you, but instead of talking about it, when is something gonna actually happen?
I I'm hoping that with the results of this investigation, and I I gave updates earlier, and we had on uh Monday night on TV James Comer.
Uh that we're finally gonna get the they're finally getting information.
They've been slow walking back pretty much everything in the investigations.
They don't want to cooperate in any way.
Uh we know that the suspicious activity reports are being handed over as it relates to to Hunter Biden.
Uh comer revealed a new Biden family member has emerged in the GOP probe.
Uh we've got it, they've got a problem over there with this.
Uh there is a House panel set to review Biden's suspicious bank activity reports.
And what was the other thing that we learned?
It was one.
Oh, and one of the fam one of the beneficiaries, they're trying to find out who got three million dollars from uh China.
They're making progress.
Now, is anything gonna happen?
Remember, a congressional committee, they can only make a referral.
So I don't know uh do I think Merrick Garland is political?
Yeah, I do.
So I think the DOJ has been weaponized, I do.
You know, that do I think that you know they called it the zombie case, the Stormy Daniels case, and that's why nobody up until now has has pursued this hundred and thirty thousand dollar payment.
Uh I think Joe Tacopina laid out the the defense of Donald Trump on that case.
I think they're gonna indict Donald Trump in New York.
That's what I think.
And I think that we have a dual justice system.
I think we have a politicized department of justice uh and a weaponized one and a politicized FBI.
Um it's these are very, very scary times.
I could say that.
Now, if we don't fix this, they would be held accountable for it.
Well, nobody was held accountable for you know signing phony uh FISA applications.
You know, nobody seemed to care that Hillary Clinton, you know, had top secret classified information on all of her servers or that she destroyed 33,000 emails with bleach bit.
Nobody seemed to care about devices that were destroyed with hammers.
That to me would be a simple obstruction case.
Nobody seems, you know, they only seem to care about you know anything that Donald Trump does or or any Republican does.
There's enough low-hanging fruit on Hunter's by Hunter Biden's laptop uh that I believe in a court of law would make a very strong case for conviction.
However, nothing happens.
And it's scary.
And worse than that is when they put the you know, cinder blocks on the scale of a presidential election, and you know, the FBI's weekly working all these big tech companies and telling them you better be on the lookout.
There might be disinformation campaigns about Joe Biden or Hunter Biden, and they knew damn well the Hunter Biden laptop was likely gonna leak because they had a copy since December of 2019, and they knew that Rudy Giuliani had a copy and and Rudy would probably release it.
So, you know, that's um that's amazing to me.
Walk away with it.
What's that?
I feel like they're all just gonna walk away with it.
I wish I listened uh if you're asking me if it's disheartening, yes, it is.
Does that mean we give up?
No, we don't give up.
This country and our great constitution and the rule of law matter.
Equal justice under the law matters, equal application of our laws matter.
Um, and it's important and imperative that Americans wake up to this fact.
Listen, having a strong national defense, we now can see matters.
Having a weak president has terrible consequences.
You know, look at China and look at Russia.
So, anyway, uh hang in there.
You know, look, there's an ebb and flow to politics.
Throughout my career, when I started in 1987, the first time I was ever on radio, Ronald Reagan was president.
Okay, then George Herbert Walker Bush was president, then Bill Clinton for eight years was president.
Then George W. Bush, eight years for president.
Then, I know, it's just telling me everybody how old I am.
Then Obama, eight years for president, then Trump four years for president.
Then we're stuck with, you know, a guy that doesn't know today's uh Wednesday for president.
So, you know, you do the best you can, and you know, there will be a change at some point.
But I'm very, very, very concerned about uh Joe Biden's lack of resolve on foreign policy.
I'm worried about our borders.
I'm worried about our energy dependence.
I'm worried about our overall economy and inflation.
Um worried about the the this banking fallout.
I think there's going to be more.
Um, you know, it scares me.
Uh that they can't even admit that it's very highly likely that Vladimir Putin took out that drone.
To me, it's pretty obvious what he did.
And uh they would they they seem like they were reckless and a little irresponsible pilots, I think was the term that they used.
Uh no, that wasn't it in any way, shape, manner, or form.
I think it was done on purpose.
And I think that our government is afraid to take on Putin, so they're acting like it's an accident.
That means they accidentally twice dumped fuel on our drone, and then they took it out of the sky.
That was all an accident.
Reckless, reckless pilots.
I I know a ton of reckless fighter pilots.
You know, I don't like being lied to.
You know, the taxpayers, no losses that are gonna be borne by the taxpayers.
Oh, but it's gonna be born in the nature of fees that banks charge for the FDIC.
Who pays the fees?
Anyone want to take a guess?
Ask yourself, who pays the fees when you go to a bank?
Most people don't look at what the fees are, but when you look at the fees, your fees are about to go up.
Okay, it's not exactly called a tax, but the American people will bear the brunt of paying that money back to Joe Biden with his his Biden billionaire banker buddy bailout.
We're paying the cost of that.
Now, do I feel sad that some people lost money?
Yes.
Yeah.
But you know what?
If you're if you have millions and billions, you think you'd have enough sense to understand that that there's a reason why rich people only put 230,000 in one bank account, then another bank account, then another bank account.
And they spread it out because then every single account is insured by the FDIC.
There are ways to do things like this.
Anyway, it's frustrating.
You know what?
So much is frustrating these days.
All right, that's gonna wrap things up for today.
