What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.

So down a verdict with Ted Cruz now, wherever you get your podcasts.com.
Uh, Mr. O'Reilly, sir, how are you?
I'm okay.
How about you, Hannity?
What's going on?
I don't know why your voice makes me laugh.
It just does.
Everybody says that.
Well, not everybody says it.
I mean, I think you scare the crap out of some people, um, but not me.
Uh, that's true.
You are a uh ferocious uh individual.
I'm a ferocious, you know, non-cupcake interviewer.
All right.
I want to have a serious discussion, but I gotta set it up.
Sure.
With you.
Okay.
So in the summer of 2020, we had 574 riots, right?
We you we watch cities burning, and what do we hear from politicians?
They're mostly peaceful.
What do we hear from the media?
They're mostly peaceful.
Uh meanwhile, in the background on fake news CNN, MSDNC, you'd see cities literally burning to the ground.
Um, billions of property damage, a couple of dozen dead Americans, thousands of injured cops, rocks, bottles, Molotov cocktails, and wars thrown at them.
And not a single congressional hearing.
Okay.
January 6th riot.
You and I both condemned it in real time.
I know I did on this radio show, and I did that night on TV.
Uh, I condemn all riots and violence.
You and I both believe in peaceful protesting.
Now, we went through all of this exercise of the January 6th committee.
And only after it was finished did the media report something that should have been front and center.
I'll tell you why it should have been front and center.
They should have been preparing a plan and creating a security system so what happened to our Capitol never happens again.
I don't care if you're a Democrat or Republican, you should be protected.
Our institution should be protected.
Listen to of all people, Lester Holt, MBC Nightly News.
I want you to listen to his minute and a half report.
Now to our NBC News exclusive.
The January 6th committee's final report was more than 800 pages.
But some material did not make the cut, including much of its findings on the failures of federal law enforcement leading up to the attack.
The chief investigator of the January 6th committee says the government could have prevented it.
Had law enforcement agencies acted on the available intelligence.
Do you believe The attack on the Capitol could have been successfully repelled.
I think it would have been a lot different had law enforcement taken a more assertive, protective posture.
The intel in advance was pretty specific.
And it was enough, in our view, for law enforcement to have done a better job operationalizing a secure perimeter.
Law enforcement had a a very direct role in contributing to certainly the failures, the security failures that led to the violence.
People familiar with the committee's work tell NBC News members downplayed that finding because they wanted to keep the focus on former President Trump.
Committee members dispute that.
Hayfe would not discuss internal deliberations.
Was this an intelligence failure?
It was not an intelligence failure.
Wait, did that protest be circle preached the line?
We need backup.
He says the committee found the FBI, the Department of Homeland Security, and other agencies did not act on the intelligence they had.
Including this online threat forwarded to Capitol Police January 5th, calling on thousands to go to Washington and help storm the Capitol.
In a statement to NBC News, the FBI said it sent all the intelligence it had to the Capitol Police.
All right.
So that's from them.
Now last night I had the Capitol Police Chief on that day, and in the days leading up to January 6th, he had requested numerous times he was begging for extra help police force, Metropolitan Police Force.
He wanted the National Guard called up.
In light of that, let me just play a little of what he said.
When I asked Paul Irving for the National Guard, he used the term optics.
And what's interesting is I'm on the phone with the Pentagon at 934 begging for the National Guard to deploy to assist my men and women And um uh Lieutenant General uh Piot is using the term concern for the optics.
I'll never forget it, quote, I'm concerned of the optics of the military standing in line with the Capitol in the background.
So here they are both using the exact same term.
When you see the level of intelligence now that was out there, you're just dumbfounded by it.
All right.
So my question to you, Bill O'Reilly, is I don't if uh their agenda, we I had said it was a predetermined outcome from the beginning.
All right, they bludgeoned Trump.
They got their they got their blungeing in day in and day out.
But the problem is they ignored the bigger story to me, which is they could have prevented all of this.
They had all of these agencies telling them that this was coming.
They had a police chief begging for help in advance and begging for help early that morning, and it was not forthcoming, and it was buried.
What say Mr. O'Reilly?
Well, I think that's beyond any reasonable doubt.
Um the January 6th committee was a total failure, and you see uh their final report, who cares?
No one.
I mean, nobody talks about that, uh, nobody's gonna do anything about it.
Everybody knew it was a politicized operation that wasn't interested in uh preventing anything, it was interested, as you put it, in hammering uh Trump.
And so this is corruption.
Again, I wish that that Capitol police chief, and I saw your broadcast last night on television, had put some of these requests in writing.
Um, particularly to Nancy Pelosi, who has sign off privileges on who protects the Capitol and how it's done.
Now you haven't heard a word from Pelosi.
She wasn't called in front of the committee.
Nobody, I mean, she is doing it.
You didn't hear from Pelosi, you didn't hear from the sergeant at arms, you didn't hear from this guy's son, the Capitol Police Chief.
You didn't hear from Muriel Bowser, who rejected the guard uh on her own in writing before it even happened.
We know Muriel Bowser is a small time player, but I wish that police chief had put memos in writing, because then you could go in in a much harder way.
So now uh the American public is kind of divided.
There's a conspiracy people that say, and I get a letters every day on this, and I'm bet you do too, that the government wanted this to happen.
Um they wanted to frame Trump for it, and uh they had uh FBI guys that are uh were exacerbating the situation, encouraging it.
That that's taken pretty deep root in the conspiracy community in the United States.
But let's put that part aside.
Bill, you and I, and any any decent American with a heart and a soul and a conscience knows that we need to protect our institutions.
We we never followed through.
We have all this video of 574 riots in the summer of 2020.
We have and and they didn't want they had all this intelligence and they didn't act, Bill.
That scares me, because that kind of thing could happen again, and I don't want that to happen in our country.
Well, it is happening at the border.
It's the same thing.
I know.
You're not wrong.
You're not wrong.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.
We kill the ambassador just to cover something up.
You put two and two together.
Was it an overblown distraction or a sinister conspiracy?
Benghazi is a rosetta stone for everything that's been going on for the last 20 years.

Do about it.
If I was president, you give me, I'd go right back to finishing the wall, stay in Mexico policy, and I would put enough personnel down there.
Yeah, okay.
But what would you do about the people who were derelict in their duty?
Fire them to go.
Fire them.
Okay.
All right.
That's fair enough.
Fire them.
Um but remember, they a lot of the people were transitioning out of the Trump administration then.
So this was this was the twilight, uh, and people were gonna leave in two weeks, and that that played into this.
But you would fire them, anybody on on uh the watch.
I mean, certainly the National Guard guy's got to be held accountable for it.
Ever because Trump did actually um send messages over to the National Guard, be alert, be ready, and and this guy's worried about optics when the president because Trump was still president then, said, Hey, uh we want to try to head this off.
And that, of course, undercuts the premise that Trump wanted this to happen.
That that all you need to know is that he was in communications with the Pentagon to Well, I'll I'll give you five people that got I have on the record.
I could play it if you want.
No, no, no.
Look, fair-minded people know this was a frame draw job on Trump, but they also know that Trump did not act quickly enough to condemn it.
So we want to be fair across the board here.
But but I but I could give you five people that sat in a room with Donald Trump.
Yeah, I had him on my shows too.
And and say that he brought up the question of calling up the guard ahead of time.
Does that sound like a guy that's planning on rest?
And that's why this bogus charge that Trump wanted this to happen will never get anywhere.
Okay?
That doesn't stop the media from peddling the falsehoods, because they do it all day long.
They still do it.
But it's not gonna get anywhere.
But the uh the over, you know, you and I have really interesting discussions, I think, on the radio every Wednesday, but it always comes back to the same thing.
The federal government is at this point corrupt, and they're allowed to get away with the corruption because the media is corrupt as well.
And so you have nobody who's watching the individual people who are hurting Americans.
I mean, you got two dead now in in uh this week in Matamoros.
So what is Biden getting?
Biden said a word about that?
No.
Did you hear the press uh explanation from Corinne?
It was absurd.
It was gibberish.
And um for uh Hannity listeners, Joe Biden has not done one thing in the last 48 hours.
He is on one thing on his official schedule.
Where is he?
Nothing.
Because the official schedule is put out every morning to the press, and there has been nothing in forty-eight hours that this man is.
Bill, he averages less than one public event a day.
I know, but that's unusual.
To have a 48-hour period in the middle of the week where he does nothing.
I guess he's preparing for his speech tomorrow in Philadelphia to say we're gonna raise taxes again.
Um I mean, it's insane.
But this is like a spiraling down when you elect a president who's incompetent, as Mr. Biden is, and there's no doubt about that.
Then all his appointees and everybody else in his cabinet, whose job it is to bolster him, they have to be incompetent too.
And and that's what we're seeing.
Yet a poll comes out today, and forty-two percent of Americans approve of President Biden's job.
So that means the worry now goes on we the people.
I mean, how much more do you have to see before you start to rebel against this kind of corruption And incompetence.
How much more do you need?
All right, quick break more with uh Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, All Things O'Reilly, Bill O'Reilly.com.
Then we'll get to your calls, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.

Hannity is on right now.
All right, more with Simple Man Bill O'Reilly, all things O'Reilly of Bill O'Reilly.com.
I'll tell you where I am with our country.
I'm worried about our country.
I'm worried about national security.
I'm worried about 66% of our fellow Americans live in paycheck to paycheck.
I'm worried about people tapping into their pensions just to make ends meet or charging things on their credit cards with a 22 percent interest rate.
I'm worried about Russia.
I'm worried about China's aggression, China's threats against this country.
I'm worried about Iran getting a nuclear weapon.
I'm worried about North Korea now, a little rocket man's back.
I'm going to tell you something, Bill.
These are very, very dangerous, perilous times for this country, and we don't have a leader that I that I am confident knows that today is Wednesday.
No wonder you don't get any sleep, Hannity.
Exactly.
I mean, uh what that's what keeps me up at night.
I you know why, Bill?
Because I love my country.
Yeah, like you love your country.
Yeah, but I take a little bit more of a realistic view in that I know and understand the change in our society.
And I think it's gonna have to get worse before it gets better.
I do think it'll get better as a historian.
It has to get better.
But Bill, in the meantime, how many more Americans are gonna suffer?
How many more of our geopolitical foes are gonna you know follow through on their territorial ambitions and and we're gonna be ineffective fighting back?
Well, look, we have less than two years now of Biden.
And if he wins again, I I gotta start looking at property in uh Ireland.
Um if he wins again, maybe we'll be neighbors, Bill.
Again after all of this, then you're gonna have to, you know, say, oh, oh, oh.
I I don't think that's gonna happen, by the way.
I don't even think he's gonna run again.
And I I'm holding to that.
Uh it was interesting that Michelle Obama surfaced this week.
Keep an eye on Michelle Obama, Hannity.
Keep an eye on that situation.
So you you think that the person that said she was crying uh uncontrollably and suffers from depression and anxiety is gonna run for president?
Because that's what she's now said this last week.
Yeah, I thought that was because the building in uh the house building in Martha's Vineyard wasn't going well.
I I missed the That could be very stressful, Bill.
But keep your eye on this.
I mean, it comes out of nowhere.
All right.
She does some dopey podcasts, and then she's crying and and and this, and she's so concerned.
See, Michelle Obama would not have to primary.
She wouldn't have to primary.
You think if she got in the race, Joe Bells?
Yeah.
Absolutely.
Would she beat every Republican that's named, or would the Republican have a shot?
Uh because she'll be torn to pieces.
Uh Michelle Obama, if she wants to run, will be torn to pieces.
Uh so I'm not going to say that she's a lock to win uh up against a Republican.
Depends what the Republicans do.
But the Republicans are divided again.
By the way, we should tell people occasionally when Bill and I go get breakfast together, we'll be talking just like this, and every table is watching us uh with full animation uh go uh going on inside a diner.

You love it.

They will put you to work.
I'm telling you right now, they swam my daughter right across to the other side.
I was lucky we were chilling in the hot tub, so I didn't have that problem.
But it worked.
So your daughter swam across She was gonna swim, but she's a little tiny thing, and we turned the jets on, and she would and I was like, hmm, they really work.
And your daughter got like dragged away.

All right, uh, let me play for you and then we'll get, you know, this disaster at the borders is pretty unbelievable to me.
You know, I'm so sick and tired.
We have these four Americans, you know, caught in a gun battle, really just right on the border of Brownsville, Texas.
And you got, you know, dueling fighting cartels.
So they're caught up in a in a shootout of these cartels uh because there's so much money in play that they're making from drug trafficking and human trafficking that uh that's why they're killing each other because they all want the money.
Anyway, four Americans get caught in the crossfire.
Uh two of them are now dead.
And thankfully we were able to get the other two back home safely, thank God.
But what about the other families that lost loved ones?
How many people, how many and more videos do I have to show of people, young girls getting raped, uh taking this perilous journey from you know, Central America to the United States.
You know, Joe telling them, don't worry, come on in.
Everybody's allowed in.
I'm not gonna enforce the laws.
But they keep telling us uh at the administration, the Biden administration that the border's secure.
They're liars.
Listen.
The border is closed, nor could I have been clearer and continue to be so, which is the border is closed.
Lie the United States will continue to enforce our laws and secure our border.
The border, uh, we are working to make the border more secure.
You're confident this border's secure.
We have a secure border.
And that that is a priority for any nation, including ours and our administration.
We agree that uh the border is secure.
Lie, lie, lie.
Corinne Jean-Pierre telling Fox's uh Peter Ducey that Biden takes support of security seriously.
Now, we got the latest numbers in from January.
A record month means we would be on the third consecutive year of a record amount of illegal immigrants coming into this country because Joe is giving them preferential treatment.
Remember, you know, kids in cages, no problem.
Nobody in the media seemed to care.
Uh in the middle of a pandemic, not even a COVID test.
Never mind a vaccine mandate for illegal immigrants.
Uh Nope, nothing at all.
Free Biden phones, free transportation to, you know, one of the states in the continental U.S. Uh and by the way, even New York now, you know what they're doing?
When they get to New York, he Eric Adams, uh, the mayor is shipping them out to other parts of the country.
He doesn't want them.
Oh, I thought only Flo uh Florida Governor DeSantis and uh Texas Governor Abbott were such mean and horrible people and abusing these immigrants by sending them to uh sanctuary cities and states.
That's not what's happening.
Anyway, let me play Corinne Jean-Pierre and Peter Ducy.
The violence aspect of it.
Now Americans are being slaughtered with President Biden be taking the same approach if it was Al Qaeda or ISIS operating just across the border from an American city.
The President takes this very seriously.
He takes this very seriously.
The FBI and other agencies have been on top of this uh from day one.
And so that's what he's going to continue to do.
Uh when it comes to Americans' lives and when it comes to their the safety of Americans, the president's always going to make sure that that is a top priority.
Anyway, 800 941 Sean, our number, do I really need to debunk all these lives?
We see what has happened here.
We now have set a record in 2021 and then a new record in 2022, and we're now already on track for a new record in 2023.
You know, we have now over five and a half million people entering this country illegally with the aid and assistance of the president of the United States that refuses to uphold his oath to our Constitution, which is the foundation for every law we have.
If he doesn't like the immigration laws, well, he can go about changing those laws by working with the legislature that passes the laws, the legisl the legislative branch of government.
But no, he just lets them in and then lies and says the border's secure.
No, it's not.
Look at all the fentanyl they're catching.
They they have now they've been able to confiscate enough fentanyl to kill every American over, you know, 50 times.
That's how dangerous this is.
You know, it's bad, you know, on top of what, a hundred and sixty-seven people last year on the terrorist watch list.
How many people on the terror watch list got through that they didn't catch that are setting up cells here in America?
Have you forgotten 9-11 2001?
I've not forgotten.
America's got a lot of enemies out there.
There's a lot of hostile actors out there.
Cartels, they're loving it.
They're getting rich.
They're even now shooting Americans, kidnapping Americans.
Oh, but the border secure.
Unbelievable.
Uh Lee in Ohio.
Lee, how are you?
Glad you called.
I'm doing well, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good, sir.
Glad you uh joined us.
Well, thank you for taking my by the way.
I wish Joe Biden would go to visit Ohio and East Palestine.
I wish he'd go see the people there, but don't hold your breath.
Oh, no, um, I'm not gonna get blue in the face on that one.
No, and by the way, if you're there, I I can't in good conscience tell the people in East Palestine, because I have seen no scientific study that shows me that air is safe or that water is safe.
So my advice to the good people of East Palestine, assume the worst.
Just like we, you know, people working at ground zero were told the air is fine.
No, it wasn't.
And many people still to this day suffering because of of the lie that they were told.
Anyway, I didn't mean to take your time.
Go ahead.
No, no, that's fine.
Um, I feel sorry for him, not just for the health concerns, but um, who's gonna want to buy their property?
Should they ever want to sell and move somewhere else?
Uh that's a great question.
I mean, uh I'll tell you where I'm not moving to.
East Palestine, Ohio.
Exactly.
Well, hey, what I wanted to call you about was um you guys do stellar work.
I agree with 95% of what you say all the time.
But when it comes to the rank and file, uh part with you a little bit on that, and this is why.
Joe Biden has decided not to enforce the law and therefore embolden these people to cross our borders and break more laws.
Well, by that same rule and measure, our rank and file has failed to enforce the laws against their superiors who are breaking federal laws and committing sometimes treason.
Now, if you and I were to try to arrest, you know, Nancy Pelosi, Adam Schiff, Chuck Schuman, we'd be thrown in jail for insurrection, we'd be domestic terrorists, all these negative connotations that makes the administration look good and us bad.
As I lay out the positive things that we're hearing from really good agents that are honorable, um, that are talking about institutional changes of the FBI and the how the culture has changed and they're even losing their pensions doing it and getting in trouble doing it.
Does that give you any does that help you at all in your belief that this once great premier law enforcement agency can return to greatness?
Uh I believe it can, and don't get me wrong, I believe the rank and file, they're stellar people, they've made an excellent occupational choice, they're good people.
But until that atmosphere changes to where it is okay for a subordinate to arrest their superior when they break the law.
I mean it's just like in Seattle.
I can't help but feel that maybe those riots wouldn't have been so bad if the chief of police had just jailed the mayor and said, Hey, look, we'll reign you Monday.
I've got a crowd to disperse.
But she just quit and resigned, and this is what happened.
And I'm I just feel that's the one.
Well, some people have been disheartened.
They they just feel like they can't do the job the way they were trained to do it, and they're frustrated by all of that.
Um it's it's frustrating, you know.
Uh but I will tell you, I used to say ninety-nine, ninety-eight percent of agents are really good people.
Um I would say now today, I'm probably down to ninety.
I don't but I I'm not gonna give up.
Uh uh some of the greatest people I've met in my life have served in the FBI.
I mean, these are real heroes that risk their lives every day for I know quite a few law enforcement personnel myself and have worked with them, and they are exemplatory.
But right now we're at a crossroads to where if one of these people step up, Sean, even if they're arrested for what they try to do, it'll go to court.
And then the stellar question comes out.
Why did you do that?
And then all these treasonous acts that they've made to happen will come to light.
I call it the three Ts.
They're treasonous, traitorous trash, and we just need to take the trash out.
Well, I'll tell you, the people that don't belong there need to be weeded out.
The bad apples need to go.
Hey, Lee, can I have to tell that corrupt?
You're my favorite person right now.
Linda Lee.
Seasonous traitorous trash.
I'm gonna use it every day, Lee in your honor.
But there's a but but but let's not I don't like to s uh to talk in broad sweeping generalizations.
I like to get because there's too many good people that we cannot group put them in that group.
And we've got to stick to the city.
I will take back my TTT.
By the way, they are rising to the top.
That's the good news I was telling Lee.
Let's see what happens.
I'm I'm very interested when they start testifying what they have to say.
You are spreading the good news.
You mean it.
I do mean it.
You know what?
I love good people, and I want the best in law enforcement.
I don't want our justice system uh politicized or weaponized.
I don't.
And I don't think most of these people want it either.
Let's just fight back against DTT then that like Lee said.
Okay, are you done with your monster?
I'm a user.
What is it again?
Treasonous, traitorous trash.
Okay.
I have a hard time sweeping with a broad brush.
You know, it's when you have look at the the George Floyd case.
Remember, and I was the first conservative to come out, and I it was really my martial artist training background.
I'm a student of the arts.
Whenever I say people stop talking about your martial arts, all right, I'm not talking about me.
However, the most vulnerable part of the human anatomy is the neck.
No police officer is trained to put your knee on somebody's neck like that, a guy that's handcuffs, and and push his face into the pavement for nine minutes.
The fact that he lasted as long as he did was a miracle.
That's a bad apple.
He makes every other cop look bad.
And every other we saw the result of that in the summer of twenty twenty.
They were not mostly peaceful protests.
Cops were being pelted with bricks And bottles and rocks and Molotov cocktails.
Uh, you know, people, and we didn't use the video and the evidence to arrest and charge those people.
You know, it's that is a travesty of justice, too.
I guess if they were conservatives, they would have been tracked down every one of them.
That's what we can't have in the country.
That's what we're talking about.
That's what Lee is saying.
Those are the bad people.
Yes.
The problem is, and this is where I'm gonna just gently push back.
Is just that that is the permeating problem right now.
It is more bad than good.
That the good news is Republicans won the majority in the House.
They that gives them subpoena power, and brave whistleblowers are coming out of the woodwork, and they're hopefully gonna pave the way to return the FBI to the world's premier law enforcement agency.
But may I ask you, how many people today are talking about Christopher Ray, are talking about Yoel Roth?
How many people got up and testified with the following expressions?
I can't recall.
I can't remember.
I'm not sure.
Why why are you giving me examples that I am acknowledging exists?
But this is the frustration, right?
Like we finally have subpoena power.
We're on them on the carpet.
It is no longer the world's premier law enforcement agency.
No, I'm I'm beyond that.
What I'm saying is that the bad apple problem, like we just got tons of trees everywhere in every single one.
And we gotta weed out every one of them.
And you gotta get rid of politics and the FBI.
You know, we can't be uh oh, you go to a Latin mass, Catholic Mass.
Oh, we're gonna investigate you.
It's next level.
You know, oh, you can you complain at a school board about uh age inappropriate material being taught your kids, oh, we're gonna investigate you.
All right, 800, 941 Sean, our number.
Are you done now?
Did you get it out of your system?
Anyway, 800 You gotta admit that was funny.
You just cannot control yourself.
But that's really good.
That caller, like he set it up, it was perfect.
But don't forget, be grateful.
These people that risk their lives every day to save your ass.
I got pulled over this weekend.
I had a very nice interaction with the police officer.
I did not.
I did not say that I worked for you.
I didn't use the card, I didn't do any of the things.
Wait a minute, you didn't pull a CL Bryant and ask him if they've accepted Jesus.
Heavyfoot, heavy foot.
The CLUS seriousness officer if you accepted Jesus into your heart.
Will you pray with me now?
But in all seriousness, I said to him, you know, Anthony and I, we were like, we're so sorry.
We apologize, yada yada.
We talk to the officer, you know, we'll take the ticket.
Can we not get points?
But anyways, we get to talking, you know, obviously Blue Lives Matter, all the things, yada yada, he was very kind to us.
But I said to him, I was like, I pray for you, man.
I don't know how you do it out here.
Scary.
It's scary.
But thank you.
That's the point I was making.
That is at least 90% of law enforcement.
So let's not, you know, sweep of the broad brush.
That's what I'm afraid of.
People take it the wrong way.
Um however, you know what my FBI friends say?
If the FBI ever wants to talk to you, don't talk to them.
That's what they say to me.
That all because you could be charged with lying to the FBI if you got one fact wrong.
All right, quick break, right back to the phones.
800 941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program as we continue.
