Merrick Garland talked to Congress about the drug epidemic hitting this country and sort of waved off the threats coming from the Mexican drug cartels... something that very much mirrors the Biden Administration's response...See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

If you want to be a part of the program, I'm just looking at the New York Post.
I read it earlier today, and I'm looking at some of the stories I cut out of the paper.
So you got one story of a Long Island teacher forcing a fifth-grade girl to go by the name Leo.
Now the parents are suing.
They didn't find out until the girl started showing signs of thinking about suicide.
And, you know, this is how did teachers think they had the right to circumvent the deeply held values, religious views of parents?
Apparently they do.
Then in New York, you can't even make this story up that they're trying to buy five public toilets.
It's costing them $5.3 million.
Over a million dollars for a toilet.
Now, if you go to Port-au Potty, I don't know what it costs to run a Port-a-Potty, but I would imagine probably a Port-a-Potty is maybe a couple hundred dollars a day.
Katie, do you have any info on that?
It looks like it's anywhere from $50 for a standard of $50 to $500 a month.
And then once you get the high-quality one, it's up to $7,200 a month.
Okay, well, you know, let's get someone there in the middle.
Get the cheap ones.
If somebody needs to go, they go to the bathroom, clean it out once a day.
You're all set.
Unbelievable.
But this is now the country that we're living in.
We have an attorney general.
Wait, let me get into him in a second.
Let me just, I have a lot to say about him, and we'll get to all of that.
Oh, and police, there was an F the Police rally in New York in June of 2020, and they had a curfew that night.
And they advertised the rally by showing an NYPD, New York Police Department van up in flames.
That's what the rally, that's how they advertise the rally.
Many people got arrested.
Those people that got arrested are all getting $21,500 from the NYPD and from the city of New York.
You want to know why people are leaving New York?
There you go.
That pretty much sums it up.
New York is losing nearly 1,000 people a day, $300,000 a year.
California, $300,000 a year.
You have states like the Carolinas picking up 100,000 new residents a year.
States like Florida, 300,000 new residents a year.
States like Texas, 300,000 residents a year.
And people are saying, screw this.
We're out of here.
We're done.
We're not putting up with this anymore.
Now New York City is handing out reward money to rioters.
All right.
I think I've seen it all.
And paying $5.3 million for Port-a-Potties.
They couldn't get a better deal.
Good grief.
If you live in Palestine in Ohio, where Joe Biden ignores you and has no compelling reason to go see you, I want you to know something.
Now, we've already seen the tens of thousands of dead fish, and we have all these stories about all these dead animals.
Well, now we have a new wave of reports that people are falling ill in East Palestine.
Where are all those politicians that were saying the water's safe to drink and drinking water?
Anyway, workers cleaning up the toxic train derailment.
And of course, they had that so-called control burn.
Oh, everything's going to be safe.
Just listen to the government.
They said the same thing after 9-11, two to three days later.
Oh, no, the air is safe to breathe.
I was down there, and it was raining dust and debris for weeks and months on end.
And so many people got sick because they were told that it was safe and it wasn't.
Anyway, workers that are cleaning up the toxic train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, according to the New York Post today, they're getting sick.
Leaders of the nation's largest rail unions said Wednesday as they pressed the Biden administration for more safety measures.
The presidents of a dozen unions met with administration officials to state their case and express their concern.
And nobody seems to care.
By the way, the Dallas Fed, if you're following the economy, we're not going to spend a lot of time in the economy today, but you need to know this.
The Dallas Fed is now warning of a deep global housing slide because of high interest rates, which we now know are likely to go higher.
Anyway, they said U.S. home prices could tumble as much as 20%.
From the beginning of the Biden economy, I was warning you, it's going to hit the housing market.
You know, new home construction, it has come to a screeching halt, as I predicted.
Sale of pre-existing homes, I told you that would come to a screeching halt.
That has happened.
And, of course, home values will deteriorate.
That's happening too, unfortunately.
You know where people are less impacted?
In states like Florida and Texas and the Carolinas and Tennessee, because they're gaining all these new residents every day.
So it is saving these states their good policies and fiscal responsibility from all the fallout that the rest of the country's going through.
I want to get back into what we discussed in great specificity and detail yesterday.
The last two days have been an unmitigated disaster for the Department of Justice and for the FBI.
I mean, we went into great detail.
Now, Jim Jordan's committee, the Judiciary Committee, is looking into the question: is the FBI have they been politicized?
Has the Department of Justice been weaponized?
We already know the answer, but they are bringing example after example.
I will tell you right now, I have absolutely no qualms.
We don't have equal justice and equal application of our laws.
We have a dual justice system in America.
Yes, the FBI has been politicized, and the FBI and the DOJ have both been weaponized.
It's sad.
We can fix it.
If we don't fix it, the country, the Constitution, as we know, might as well shred it if you don't have equal justice.
But, you know, we know, for example, that the FBI gave Hillary Clinton a pass in 2020.
No prosecutor would ever prosecute all of the top secret classified material that they found on her servers, not including the 33,000 emails that she destroyed with something nobody had ever heard of called bleach bit and the devices like BlackBerries and iPhones that were banged up and beaten to death with a hammer and the SIM cards being removed.
No, that's not obstruction.
Only if you're a conservative would you get in trouble.
If you're a president or if you're running for president or you're a vice president or a secretary of state, you have one set of justice and another set of justice if your name is Donald Trump or a friend of Donald Trump.
You know, it's look, we now have had in 2020, the FBI put their thumb on the scale of a political presidential election.
You know, the fact that they literally were warned, don't trust the steel dossier.
The fact that they didn't go after Hillary for deleting those emails and using bleach bit and destroying those devices, that special treatment, that wouldn't happen to all of you listening to this program.
I promise you, you would likely be brought up on the charge of obstruction.
That never happened to the Clintons.
You know, they actively put their thumb on the scales in 2016.
Even when the FBI in early October 2016 went to Christopher Steele, said, here's a million dollars if you can corroborate your dossier.
He couldn't collect because he couldn't corroborate.
By the end of October, even though he couldn't corroborate it, they used it and used it four times over the course of a year.
Jim Comey signing three of the four.
And they used it as the bulk of information in a FISA application.
And remember, it was Deputy FBI Director McCabe that said, well, if we didn't have the dossier, we wouldn't have gotten the FISA warrant.
And nobody was held accountable.
Well, they were spying then on a presidential candidate and then later on a president.
You know, that's the FBI that Christopher Wray inherited.
And that's the FBI that he should have brought back to its former greatness as the world's premier law enforcement agency.
I had two FBI whistleblowers on TV last night.
I had one on radio yesterday.
We're going to be hearing from dozens of these people.
And they're all going to say the same thing that I'm telling you now.
And it should shock the conscience and soul of the country.
And I don't care if you're a liberal or conservative or Democrat, Republican, Independent, Libertarian.
You should care that we have equal justice.
We don't have one set of justice for the Biden family and another set for the Trump family and another set of justice for the Clinton family.
Remember, according to no reasonable prosecute or prosecute, the FBI never ever bothered to conduct a search warrant of any of Joe Biden's properties, but he raided Mar-a-Lago.
The FBI never raided Hillary Clinton's Chappaqua mansion, but they raided Mar-a-Lago.
You know, early morning raids with SWAT teams and guns drawn, they were only reserved for Mar-a-Lago and Trump associates like Paul Matafort and Roger Stone, even frogmen in the case, and then fake news CNN cameras at Roger Stone's, you know, early morning raid.
You know, Christopher Ray's been an abject failure.
He should have cleaned up the world's premier law enforcement agency.
He didn't.
You know, if you talk about equal treatment, you know, the FBI had possession of Hunter's laptop since December of 2019, and the FBI, you know, uses one special agent.
His claim to fame in school was his thesis that Donald Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election.
He ends up being in charge of FBI agents meeting weekly with big tech companies, warning them that they might become victims of misinformation campaigns from America's enemies.
And meanwhile, they had Hunter Biden's laptop.
They said, it may even be about Hunter and Joe Biden, according to this case in Missouri where Yoel Roth, the integrity site head at Twitter at the time, you know, said, yeah, they mentioned Hunter.
It's unbelievable to me.
You know, so now they're talking to all of these different on a weekly basis, warning social media companies to be on high alert for foreign disinformation surrounding, among other things, Joe and Hunter Biden.
So when the very true New York Post report came out about Hunter's laptop from hell was released, big tech had already been completely primed by the FBI and eagerly took their admonition, their warning, and assumed that it was Russian disinformation.
Meanwhile, the FBI had their own laptop since December of 2019.
And I'm betting the FBI with their computer whiz kids, they probably could have authenticated that in 24, 48, 72 hours max, but they didn't do it.
And they let the lie go forward.
Why?
They put the thumb on the scale.
They put, frankly, cinder blocks on the scale to help support Joe Biden.
This was a game changer.
You know, did they tell social media companies what to censor?
No, they just fed them false information and a false narrative.
And they prejudiced them that any information about the Bidens is likely to be false.
Well, it worked.
The censorship campaign happened.
And, you know, they planted the seed in big tech weekly meetings and sat idly by and said nothing.
And the FBI also knew that Donald Trump's attorney at the time, Rudy Giuliani, had a copy of the laptop.
So they knew it was likely going to become public information.
I mean, the stuff that Christopher Ray said to Brett Baer, the stuff that was said, I'm going to play a lot of this throughout the course of this hour, that Merrick Garland was saying to congressional committees, it should shock your conscience and your soul.
It was so bad.
I'll get into all of this as we continue.
Anyway, glad you're with us, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.

What I told people I was making a podcast about Benghazi, nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked, why?
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
It's almost a dirty word, one that connotes conspiracy theory.
Will we ever get the truth about the Benghazi massacre?
Bad faith, political warfare, and frankly, bullshit.

We'll get to the Merrick Garland aspect in a few minutes here, but, you know, let me first go over Christopher Wray.
I mean, Christopher Wray in this interview with Brett Baer said, oh, no, no, the FBI is not politicized in spite of all the information to the contrary that we have.
He deflected when he was asked about the dual justice system that we know exists.
He said the FBI has assessed COVID originated in a lab.
Okay, that was the one good thing he said.
He said, I did not found that the FBI tried to shut down the Hunter Biden investigation.
They've had the laptop for over three freaking years.
And this is not just about Trump and Hillary and Biden and unequal justice under the law.
Under Ray's leadership, not only did he not clean up the FBI, remember the angry parents at the school board meetings being labeled potentially investigated for being domestic terrorists?
Remember traditional Catholics targeted at their place of worship?
Remember the dozens of Americans that had their bank records turned over to the FBI, all because they took a bus to Washington, D.C. and went to a rally on January 6th.
They weren't part of what happened at the Capitol.
They went to the rally.
But if you tried to light a federal courthouse on fire in Portland or participated in any of the 574 violent riots in the summer of 2020, most of those people, hardly any, faced any investigation or consequences.
You know, also true if you firebombed an emergency pregnancy center or vandalized the church because out of 250 recent attacks, the FBI only brought charges against two of these violent criminals.
That's it.
They did manage to send a SWAT team and guns drawn to the home of a pro-life activist who lightly shoved another man who came up to him after an employee approached the protester.
But don't expect an explanation from Chris Ray.
You know, they have one standard for conservatives and Republicans.
They get targeted.
You'll get arrested for spitting on the sidewalk and jaywalking.
You know, we've taken the world's premier law enforcement organization and they have ruined it and ruined its reputation in the process.
You know, Christopher Wray avoiding all questions on Hunter's laptop that they've had for three plus years.
You know, he doesn't tell social media companies to censor, but the FBI is meeting weekly with big tech companies, warning them they might be subject to misinformation from foreign countries.
You know, he doesn't answer the question if the FBI had assets at the Capitol on January 6th.
Why didn't you answer that question?
Now, I went over Christopher Wray, and we only really touched the surface of this and how the FBI has been politicized.
Now we got a problem with the DOJ.
Now, remember, the DOJ and the FBI are both part of Joe Biden's executive branch of government.
Okay, that's very important.
Now, I could not believe what I heard at a Merrick Garland yesterday.
We played a lot of the Christopher Wray on TV and on the show yesterday.
Let me play some Merrick Garland from yesterday.
This is Merrick Garland talking about how the fentanyl crisis unleashed on purpose by Mexican drug cartels.
Now, keep in mind that the borders were secure under Donald Trump.
We didn't have open borders.
We didn't have 5 plus million people in two years entering this country illegally.
That's the key word here.
He's not enforcing the laws of this land.
He doesn't, as the Attorney General, get to pick and choose what laws he's going to enforce and what laws he's not going to enforce.
And if we would secure the border, that would limit greatly the ability of the cartels to do human trafficking, fentanyling, heroin trafficking, cocaine trafficking, methamphetamine trafficking.
But he blames it on the Mexican cartels.
Fentanyl deaths are more than gun and accident deaths combined in the United States.
Did you know that?
Yes, sir.
I mean, this is, how would you describe the fentanyl problem in America?
It's a horrible epidemic, but it's an epidemic that's been unleashed on purpose by the Sinaloa and the new generation of Jalisco cartels.
You're allowing it to happen, Mr. Attorney General.
You're the one that should be insisting that the laws of our country be upheld.
And you're allowing and facilitating a president to pick and choose what laws he decides to enforce.
We should enforce all the laws.
You don't like the laws, immigration laws, then change them.
But right now, it's illegal to enter the country without proper permission.
Now, oh, and this was one of my favorites, too.
Then he says diplomatic concerns are at the heart of labeling Mexican cartels terrorist organizations.
Like we should give a damn about what Mexico thinks about us criticizing the cartels that are responsible for drug trafficking, human trafficking, murder, you name it, they're there.
This is what he said.
Mexican drug cartels, should they be designated foreign terrorist organizations under U.S. law?
Yeah, I think it's the same answer I gave before.
They are already designated in any number of ways and sanctioned by the Treasury.
Would you oppose some of us trying to make them foreign terrorist organizations?
I wouldn't oppose it.
But again, I want to point out their diplomatic concerns.
We need the assistance of Mexico in this and designating.
Is Mexico helping us effectively with our fentanyl?
They are helping us, but they could do much more.
There's no question about that.
Well, if this is helping, I would hate to see what not helping looks like.
But the bottom line for me is they're not helping, and we need to up our game when it comes to fentanyl.
It's unbelievable to me.
Then Garland talks about how his Department of Justice has prosecuted more pro-life protesters because their actions are during the day.
What, the FBI goes to sleep at night?
Explain that one to me.
I will say you're quite right.
There are many more prosecutions with respect to the blocking of the abortion centers, but that is generally because those actions are taken with photography at the time during the daylight, and seeing the person who did it is quite easy.
Those who are attacking the pregnancy resources centers, which is a horrid thing to do, are doing this at night in the dark.
We have put full resources on this.
We have put rewards out for this.
Listen to Ted Cruz's exchange with Merrick Garland.
This is Ted Cruz at his finest.
Have you brought a single case against any of these protesters threatening the judgment justices under 18 U.S.C. Section 1507?
Have you brought even one?
Senator, you asked me whether I sat on my hands and quite the opposite.
I sent 70 United States Marshals.
Let's try again.
Has the Department of Justice brought even a single case under this statute?
So yes, no question.
It's not a give a speech on the other things you did.
The job of the United States Marshals is to defend the lives of the Jews is to defend the lives of the justices, and that's their number one priority.
Why are you unwilling to say no?
The answer is no.
You know it's no.
I know it's no.
Everyone in this hearing room knows it's no.
You're not willing to answer a question.
Have you brought a case under this statute?
Yes or no?
As far as I know, we haven't.
I mean, look what Ted Cruz has to go to.
Then this is a long sat, but it's worth hearing.
Ted Cruz questioning Merrick Garland over the leaks in the Hunter Biden investigation.
Keep in mind, the FBI has had the Hunter Biden laptop since December of 2019.
General Garland, the Department of Justice should enforce the law regardless of politics.
I do not believe that has been what is happening the last two years.
Among other things, I believe you very much want to indict Donald J. Trump.
Toward that end, the Department of Justice has leaked that DOJ is investigating and intends to indict Hunter Biden.
The purpose of those leaks, I believe, was to set the predicate for an indictment of Trump, to say, look how even-handed we are.
We're indicting a Biden.
We're indicting a Trump.
Those leaks are not law or enforcing the law.
They are politics.
Did you know about the leaks about the Hunter Biden investigation?
I don't know about the leak that you're talking about.
And I'm not, leaks are in violation of our regulations and our requirements.
So the answer is...
The leaks are consistently on one side of the aisle advancing one political agenda.
As you know, the FBI raided Donald Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.
And subsequent to that raid, there have been multiple leaks about what was discovered there, including a photograph of documents that were discovered there.
Did you know about the leaks?
The photograph was a filing in court in response to a motion filed by Mr. Trump.
It was not a leak.
So you're testifying there haven't been leaks about the Trump raid investigation?
I'm responding to the point about the phone.
Do you know about the leaks that have occurred concerning the Trump raid investigation?
I've read the leaks.
They are inappropriate.
We also don't know where they come from.
Witnesses on the.
But what's interesting is when the shoe was on the other foot, I believe your intention and I believe it's a political intention to indict President Trump became infinitely harder when classified documents were discovered repeatedly at President Biden's multiple residences.
Wow.
Powerful moments by Ted Cruz.
You know, I will tell you this.
We're living in very, very troubling times.
You have Washington in D.C., you got all these government officials, and they have all this power, and they have an agenda behind everything.
And that's the problem.
And then you have a media mob that is corrupt and a media mob that gets next to pretty much everything wrong.
You know, we went through a list yesterday.
I could add a lot more to it.
You know, very few people in journalism are interested in Director Ray's disastrous interview with Brett Baer.
Very few are interested in what Merrick Garland had to say yesterday.
You know, they're not interested in holding government accountable.
The mob just echoes because they're all in ideological agreement together.
So they're not going to criticize the FBI for putting cinder blocks on the scales of an election by meeting with big tech companies weekly saying, oh, you might hear information about the Bidens is false.
You got to be careful.
Then, of course, they knew Rudy eventually would leak the Hunter Biden laptop.
And, oh, this is what they were warning us about.
You know, it's unbelievable.
You know, all the reporters that failed to tell the truth.
You know, look at all these outlets that referred to the Wuhan lab leak as a debunked conspiracy theory.
Those that pushed the vaccine and the line that if you got the shot, you're never going to get COVID.
You know, remember, or the Russia collusion hoax.
When did the media ever get held accountable for that?
The New York Times wins a Pulitzer Prize, two of them, I think, for nothing but lies that they perpetrated for years.
MSDNC, Rachel Maddow, all these conspiracy theorists, everybody at fake news, CNN.
You know, the dirty dossier discredited, but they had reported it as real.
You know, fake news reporting that the walls, you know, were closing in on Trump again and again and again.
You know, in 2014, CNN pushing the fake, you know, Michael Brown, hands up, don't shoot.
Well, we had our sources.
We got that story right.
We got Richard Jewell's story right.
We got Nicholas Sandman's story right.
We didn't rush to judgment.
We got the Freddie Gray story right.
They all got it wrong.
We got the Duke LaCrosse story right.
They got it wrong.
We got the UVA story right.
They got it wrong.
I mean, this happens again and again and again and again and again.
And they get away with it all.
The Wuhan lab about masks, about, you know, taking the shot, not taking the shot, Ferguson, Missouri, Freddie Gray, anything and everything with Trump, starting with Russia collusion.
You know, they get it wrong so often.
Oh, these are mostly peaceful protests, but behind the reporters on fake news, CNN, and MSDNC, the city's on fire.
But it's mostly peaceful, they told us at the time.
You know, don't let your eyes deceive you in terms of seeing the truth.
You know, there's so many.
What about the immigration officers on horses?
Oh, they're whipping migrants.
That's not what happened.
And they were eventually exonerated, but they had to live with that lie for how long?
Richard Jewell was a hero, but he fit the profile of the lone bomber.
Nicholas Sandman approached this Native American.
No, he didn't.
He handled it perfectly.
And yet, you know, here we are as a country.
This is an information crisis on top of everything else.
You know, it doesn't matter if it's the Mueller investigation, Russia collusion.
Doesn't matter.
They don't have equal justice or application of our law.
None of this seems to matter.
You know, they don't want to release any information about COVID, the NIH, the emails.
What did Fauci know?
The Senate, by the way, passed a bill to declassify any intelligence related to China's COVID lab.
Republicans, by the way, have notified Fauci he will be the focus of the lab leak investigation that they're going to have.

Beware of the president's pending pandemic accord with the World Health Organization.
You know, the premise is in a pandemic or worldwide disease emergency, Americans should not get better or faster health care than inhabitants of other countries.

They don't do town halls.
They don't take selfies.
They don't go to fairs.
They hide.
They run hundreds of millions of dollars in ads and they run ballot harvesting operations based on the laws of their individual states.
