That's how carefully we review these documents.
To think that any of them ended up in boxes uh in storage one place or the other is just unacceptable.
Any specifics to Department of Justice, any specifics to this particular um uh legal matter, uh, I would refer you to Department of Justice.

So last week, the very arrogant Joe Biden, no there, there, no regrets.
And then over the weekend, it is Find Number Five that we have as it relates to Joe Biden.
And we put together this montage because they was so arrogant when Donald Trump and Mar-a Lago got raided.
Ah.
How could this happen?
How did it happen?
Iris Faz of them.
Um, and now Democrats are saying the same thing about him.
Uh Mike Pence obviously proactively found a couple of documents he handed over himself.
Uh, in in light of all this, um see me.
Mike Pence had a couple.
Uh, not exactly the same yet.
Let's see if he finds more.
I tend to doubt it, uh, because it sounds like he did an exhaustive search on his own.
Uh, and we don't even know for sure.
They have it has not been verified that they're classified.
We'll find out.
Uh, and it's just, you know, this never-ending, you know, arrogance, excuse making, deflecting, outright lying, and it is twisted Corinne Jean-Pierre and Biden and the total administration into a pretzel, and they don't know what to do or how to handle it.
And the whole case against Mar-a-Lago, that now comes into the the focus of whether or not we treat everybody the same in this country with equal justice and equal application of our laws.
Because the obvious answer is no, we do not.
Here's listen to the montage.
President Biden's lawyers revealed that documents more classified were found in office space that he used as a private citizen.
This morning, ABC News has learned classified documents from President Biden's time as vice president, have been found at an office.
He no longer uses.
The White House revealed this weekend additional pages of classified documents were discovered inside the president's Delaware home.
That search was completed last night, and now this is in the hands of the Justice Department.
We should assume that it's been completed, yes.
Wait, they completed uh the uh uh the search Uh with documents being found last night.
Now we turn to President Biden's handling of items marked classified.
Even more were found in President Biden's house in Wilmington, Delaware, after the President's lawyers invited the FBI to search it on Friday.
Some of those materials date back to Mr. Biden's Senate days more than 14 years ago.
When you saw the photograph of the top secret documents laid out on the floor at Mar-a-Lago, what did you think to yourself looking at that image?
How that can possibly happen.
How one anyone can be that irresponsible?
And it's just uh totally irresponsible.
President's attorney says the latest batch amounts to six more items with classification markings for now a total of between 25 and 30 documents.
And then a sign of how this investigation may continue to stretch out.
A source familiar with the Pro Tel CDS News investigators are considering searching other locations.
We're fully cooperating, looking forward to getting this resolved quickly.
I think you're gonna find there's nothing there.
I have no regrets on following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do.
It's exactly what we're doing.
There's no there there.
I mean, that pretty much says it all, doesn't it?
Anyway, joining us now is Fox News legal analyst, He has a new book coming out, by the way, Trial of the Century.
Um, we appreciate you both being here.
Uh Jim, let's start with you first.
Uh the thing is, he Joe Biden himself was so arrogant on the Mar-a-Lago raid.
The Democrats were so giddy about all of it.
You know, the proclamations that Donald Trump needs to be in jail.
By the way, totally omitting the the absolute atrocity of Hillary Clinton, top secret classified documents all over her servers that she shouldn't have had.
Uh, then the deletion of 33,000 emails with something nobody had heard of bleach pit, then destroying blackberries and iPhones with hammers and removing their SIM cards.
Uh, that to me, where I grew up would sound like an awful lot like obstruction, and uh no prosecute prosecutor would ever prosecute July 2016 presser James Comey.
And now here we are, one Biden document dump after another, and and yet there's no rate on any of the other residences of Joe Biden.
Is that a double standard?
Uh, you hit the nail on the head a minute ago, Sean, when you said, is there fairness in this country?
Is there a double standard?
In criminal law, what we refer to it is as when you're talking about a criminal prosecution, is selective prosecution.
Are you picking out Donald Trump only despite the fact that others that we know about now have done the exact same thing?
And that's called selective prosecution.
And once this came out, this had to be just a blow, a big blow to the Department of Justice to sit there and go, oh no.
Now we got to deal with a real defense, a defense that is going to open up the floodgates to a lot of other people.
So I think number one is you you hit the nail on the head.
Is it fair to everybody?
Selective prosecution, great defense for Donald Trump.
It's not just a great defense, it's just a reality.
What am I missing here, considering the no prosecutor would ever prosecute case against Hillary?
Um, on top of everything else we know about her and her dirty dossier and the FBI's involvement, and the FBI visiting Christopher Steele in early October.
They can't he can't uh collect on his million dollar offer for a reward because he can't verify any of the dossier, uh, but yet then they use it anyway at the end of October for the bulk of information to acquire the first of four Pfizer warrants uh that backdoored spying on Donald Trump.
I mean, it's it's unbelievable to me that the double standard on all of this and and the media mob and Democrats, they were giddy when Mar-a-Lago was raided.
Why isn't Joe Biden's home being raided?
Well, uh, you know, number one, they hit his home, but they didn't go to his beach house.
That's what that's what's kind of unusual about this.
Why just there?
And let me throw this out to you too, Sean, while we're talking.
Some of the Democrats have come out and questioned about, you know, The president having these documents.
Could it be that they are in a way trying to keep him from running for president again?
I think that's definitely a consideration.
The timing is beyond suspicious to me.
I don't have any evidence to back it up.
Greg Jarrett, let's get your take.
Yeah, I mean, I think we are seeing with this Department of Justice and oversees the FBI that both departments and agencies uh know nothing about equal justice.
They engage only in partisan injustice.
And it is, as you've long stated, a double standard.
And it it really begins with Hillary Clinton.
I mean, it it was abundantly clear that she stole government documents, which is a variety of crimes under federal law.
Her her government email uh account was entirely empty.
Everything she did on behalf of the government as Secretary of State was kept exclusively on her homebrew server, which was unauthorized and unprotected.
And the Inspector General found out that the Chinese gained access on more than thirty occasions to her uh server, and in fact installed a code that gave Beijing,
the Chinese Communist Party government, uh real-time daily, hourly access to every communication that she as Secretary of State engaged in, which means during her time at Secretary of State, um, for four years America had no national security secrets.
And if the Chinese did it, you can vote that the Russians did it.
And that no case was ever brought against her.
Uh, and you know, even in his famous uh July 5th, 2016 news conference, James Cumming identified all the class classified documents sent and received by her that violated the espionage.
And then in this sudden legal parouette, he says, but no reasonable prosecutor would ever bring such a case, which was absurd, of course.
Every prosecutor would love to have taken that case because it was so easy.
It was a slam dunk.
And that set the stage for unequal justice.
Well, I mean, Greg, what do you think about I assume that all the news that has been generated by Biden probably caused Mike Pence to say, let me let me take a check and see if any documents were put in any of the boxes that was sent to my home.
And apparently he did an exhaustive search, found a couple, uh, handed them over immediately, which by the way didn't have to do, but he did.
And uh is that now the justification?
See, even Vice President Pence had some.
Is that what we're gonna be hearing now for the rest of uh this this whole debate?
Of course you will, and Pence notified Congress immediately.
Joe Biden, on the other hand, withheld this information from Congress uh and the American public for more than two months, obviously.
Uh by the way, they had it before the midterm elections, Greg.
They should have told the American people.
Oh, absolutely.
And you know, that might have uh changed the outcome in some of the races.
Uh, you know, the other part of about Joe Biden is he keeps insisting that they were transparent, that they immediately notified the Department of Justice.
They did not, as I wrote in a column ten days ago.
In fact, um they notified the National Archives, hoping that the archives, I think, would simply sweep it under the rug, put the files uh back and tell nobody about it.
But in fact, uh the Inspector General over at the National Archives found out about it and immediately notified the Department of Justice, but Garland kept it under wraps.
They buried it.
He didn't say anything about it.
It was only by virtue of the aggressive reporting of CBS News that finally it became public because the White House and Biden had to.
Well, I I I think all of that, and Jim, I'll I'll throw this to you uh because you know we we have other issues involving the Bidens also.
Now I've been very clear on this.
Documents, This document issue with involving Joe Biden, I don't believe is going to bring Joe Biden down.
Uh I believe everyone's gonna say it's a wash.
Oh, okay, the system needs to be changed.
They'll probably come up with some system better than the one that exists, obviously.
Um however, it's the issue of the influence pedaling issues involving the Biden family syndicate.
It's about Joe Biden's repeated lying in the election about how he never had a single conversation with Hunter or any family member about their foreign business dealings when in fact he had multiple meetings.
Uh there's multiple photograph photographs that prove that he lied.
Uh we have minutes of meetings.
We have other, you know, implications.
I mean, just look at Hunter's laptop.
He implicates his own dad is getting half his income.
His own dad, why do I have to pay for all the repairs of his home?
Uh the big guy referenced Tony Bobolinsky and Hunter meeting with Joe Biden, talking about uh all these foreign business dealings, including China, China alone.
You get a 1.5 billion dollar deal with no experience with the Bank of China.
You get a five million dollar no interest forgivable loan.
You got a hundred thousand dollar shopping spree, and I can go on and on about Russia and Kazakhstan and Ukraine.
I don't have time.
But that's just China alone.
Is that influence peddling?
Uh of course it is.
And on top of that, you know, you say, well, you you know, they're not going to bring charges against President Biden.
No, I don't think they are.
And I think what's going to really happen is now this prosecution that they were looking at against Donald Trump for having these documents is going to go down the drain at this point.
It's over.
All right, quick break, right back.
We'll continue more of our legal analysis of Joe Biden's document, classified document disaster, uh, with Jim Parkman and Greg Jarrett on the other side as we roll along.

We'll get to your calls here in a minute, but we continue with Jim Parkman and Greg Jarrett talking about Joe Biden's classified top secret document scandal.
What do you think, Greg?
I I don't think the document scandal is gonna impact anybody.
I think the biggest issue, and if I'm the Biden attorneys, and I know they've hired some really top attorneys, um, according to my sources, uh, they're they are preparing to fight tooth and nail against this, and they're taking it very seriously, because once Jim Comer's investigation gets underway, and once we follow the money, uh, I don't think it's gonna bode very well for Joe Biden.
I I agree with you completely.
Uh I I think that Joe Biden is a greater risk of chargeable crimes for the classified documents, but in the end it'll be a wash.
Uh and but I do think that what he and the White House and all of his advisors are really worried about, not to mention his lawyers, is precisely what you identify, and that is uh the Hunter Biden influence peddling scheme that includes fraud and bribery and money laundering uh and tax evasion.
Joe, Joe Biden uh was complicit in all of it, and the laptop evidence makes that abundantly clear.
They've managed uh to avoid uh criminal prosecution for Hunter Biden, which would have certainly blown the whistle uh on Joe Biden.
Uh but all of that ends now with a thing in Congress and aggressive investigations by Commerce Committee.
Uh, if they can get their hands on the one hundred and fifty uh suspicious activity report that banks flagged as potentially criminal, that really is a collection of of smoking guns that incriminates President Joe Biden.
All right.
Thank you, Greg Jarrett.
Thank you, uh Jim Parkman.
Appreciate both of you.
Uh we'll get to your calls when we come back.
800-941 Sean, our number, if you want to join us, final half hour of the program today.
Uh, you know, there is a UN official.
Why is a UN regulator, a UN official, telling Elon Musk, warning Elon Musk, kind of sounds like a veiled threat to me, to regulate speech on his company's site, Twitter, or face sanctions.
I'm sorry.
Uh just shut your mouth.
We don't need your input.
Uh, we believe in freedom of speech in America.
With speech that a lot of times I don't even like.
I even against me.
I don't care.
People are free to say what they want within the limits of you can't, you know, scream fire in a crowded theater.
Within the limits, you can't make terroristic threats or threats against family members or threats against of harm against individuals.
Putting all that side, pretty much everything else, opinion-wise, is good to go.
Here's what this idiot, Vera uh Jarova, a UN regulator warning Musk.
Our message was clear.
We have the rules which has to which have to be complied with this, and otherwise there will be sanctions.
I think that uh the confidence has been weakened.
And I I had quite a high level of confidence when it comes to Twitter.
I have to say that we worked with knowledgeable people, with the lawyers, with the sociologists who understood that they have to behave in some decent way, not to cause really big harm to the society.
I always felt that this this notion of responsibility was there.
So this is what I don't feel from uh uh Elon Musk personally.
Okay, how about we don't care what you think?
We don't need your input, and if you prefer a country where people can't speak their minds freely, uh don't lecture us on how we should run our country.
It's really that simple.
Uh we do have some woke news today.
Uh by the way, Ron DeSantis defended his decision to block a high school uh AP course on African American studies, saying the course's inclusion of lessons on black why did I always think the Q word was you know rightly, I thought it was on the ban list and seemed like a slur.
Why is that used all the time, Linda?
I don't understand.
I would say I would say don't use it because the second you use it, it'll go back on the ban list, and then people will get offended.
All right, the i it is a smear against uh gays And lesbians begins with the letter Q. But anyway, those lessons, though, and that theory and the prison uh abolition movement didn't meet the state standard.
We believe in teaching our kids facts how to think.
We don't believe they should have an agenda opposed on them.
And he's right.
And by the way, speaking of crazy, you know, uh crazy elected of people, a different side of the story, a Democratic Pennsylvania Senator has sponsored a Q word prom event that's featured that featured lube condoms and a drag queen show for minors.
Why is everybody so obsessed with bringing drag queens to classrooms when these kids can't read, write, do math, science, know no history, uh, and know nothing about computers except for the Xbox and and PlayStation.
Why are we do why why the obsession with this?
Now, I'm all in favor.
If schools want to offer opt-in after school education for parents that support this stuff that they believe in these values, I'm I'm not gonna tell parents how to raise their kids, but don't contradict the values of other parents uh that they have and they want to instill in their kids without it being contradicted in school when you have a captive audience of young people underage.
It's unreal.
Uh you know, it's just that it's happening more and more every single day.
It's happening because there aren't enough people paying attention.
And I keep saying this because it's really starting to get on my nerves.
You know, there are parents that are involved and they're aware, and they're made fun of and they're ridiculed and they're called conspiracy theorists, and then there are parents that are literally trying to be their kids' friend, and they don't want to, you know, upset the apple cart or embarrass them, and you know, they want to be cool, or they're just completely checked out and obsessed with their own lives because they're you know self-centered individuals.
I don't know what the reasons are.
All I know is that we're failing an entire generation of our children, and and I think that the the nation's gonna suffer as a result.
Uh the U.S. is now saying Finland and Sweden are ready to join NATO, which by the way, I'm fine with them joining NATO.
They're they're allied countries of ours.
We may have some disagreements and financial systems or whatever, but um, we have never had a problem.
The world's never had a problem with Finland or Sweden.
Uh, but then you got Turkey's Erdogan threatening to block Sweden's NATO entrance uh for whatever reasons he's putting forward.
How about this?
How about we throw Turkey out of NATO because they're not a helpful ally and they're useless, uh, and he's gotten more radical every year he's been in power.
Why don't we get rid of him and take in Sweden and Finland?
Would you like my idea?
Yeah, I mean, I think I think Erdogan doing anything that helps the United States should be pretty interesting.
I also want to know what suddenly prompted them to want to be a part of NATO.
I mean, the whole thing is just so odd.
No, I could tell you what prompted them.
They're watching what's going on in Ukraine.
And um, I tip my hat to Boris Johnson, uh, finally calling out.
He said exactly what I've been saying.
Why are we wasting our time and money?
They're fighting for a stalemate.
They never fought that war to win.
It's in the world.
No, they fought that.
They bought that war to get our money, and they got it, because we're stupid.
And Biden's in bed with them.
Okay, and and meanwhile, our NATO allies and Western European allies, they should be far more concerned with us uh with with what's happening in Ukraine than than us.
It's in their backyard.
But they're not they're not ponying up anywhere near the money that we have given uh Zelensky and Ukraine, but even with the money we've given them, they've never fought the war to win the war.
I'm done fighting endless wars.
Either you fight with overwhelming might and win and fight to win, or don't waste our money, don't waste our national treasure, and don't waste our time.
You know, uh at this point I've had it because once again, America's a sucker nation.
We do all of these things, we pay for all these these globalist summits, and and meanwhile, we're treated like crap around the world, and they think this is an endless pit of money.
We can't afford it anymore.
Anyway, eight hundred nine four one Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, Chris is down in Colorado.
Chris, what are you down about?
What can I do to help you?
Hey, Sean, uh, thanks for having me on.
Um, and as far as Mantis X, I actually got my hands on it, and my daughter tried it, and in one round of uh firing, she corrected almost everything and went from a fifteen to an eighty-five.
So that's amazing.
Amazing.
So I take my first couple of shots, I meet the guys from Mantas X, and immediately they said, uh, yeah, you're in the top one percent of all law enforcement in the country.
I'm like, I haven't even fired a weapon in uh except for my burner gun in a number of years because you know, my ears are shot doing radio since 1987.
Oh, yeah, I feel your pain.
Man, uh, that's great about your daughter, though.
Good for her.
And it's fun, right?
Uh the kids like it.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, I I I even had to correct a lot of things.
I'm a marine veteran.
Um I went to Desert Storm when I was 19 years old, and uh what I wanted to talk about, my main concern is over the last 30 years, I've seen this just a slow decline until 2016.
Then it was rapid.
Um it's downright depressing for a lot of veterans because it's not the country that we fought for.
Um what can we do as you know, rational American citizens to help the conservative media get the word out more because even well, like a lot of people here in Denver, um, I call them demetics because they're very dug into their ideology.
Um, what can we do to help the media?
Nothing.
You can't change the media.
Let me let me let me give you a serious answer to a serious question.
By the way, you're a veteran, thank you for save uh for serving our great country.
But I'm I'm gonna be very serious now in my answer.
You have every right to show grave concern.
There are a number of things that have to happen and have to happen before November 2024 if we really want to maximize our odds of success.
One sad realization Americans are gonna have to come to grips with, and this is why I was not Polly Anish leading up to the election in 2024.
I was realistic.
I kept saying people, no, these races are tight.
These are hard states to win.
You're not listening to me.
But there's a couple of things we can do that will have a dramatic impact, I believe.
We number one, we've got to have every state legislature, governor, uh involved in the process of election integrity measures.
That means voter IDs, signature verification, chain of custody controls, etc.
etc.
Vote partisan observers watching the voting, the vote count in every precinct.
That all has to be mandated in every state.
We've got a year now to do it and implement it.
The second thing is if I'm right, you can tell me if you think I'm wrong, and I have observed Democrats don't run traditional campaigns anymore.
I'll give you three quick examples.
Fetterman, Biden, and Katie Hobbs.
You know, they hide in their basement.
They run hundreds and hundreds of millions of dollars in negative ads.
Where that money comes from, I don't know.
I'd like answers to that question.
And they don't go out and shake hands and kiss babies and take selfies and do town halls and do press avails or do rallies.
They don't do any of that.
They don't even want to debate, and if they do debate, you know, they've already had five weeks of early voting and they've banked a whole ton of votes.
Republicans cannot start every election down anywhere 200,000, 250,000 a million votes and expect to win.
Republicans have got to see what the Democrats are doing.
They're hiding, but they're they're involved in the ballot harvesting game.
I was shocked doing my research to find that there's only one state in this country that mandates that the individual vote voter turn in their own ballot.
Only one, that's Alabama.
Every other state has a form of ballot harvesting, meaning another person is allowed legally to hand in the ballots for other people.
So what I would propose now, that this is not my dream scenario.
Let me be clear.
If I had my way, election day would be a national holiday.
It'd be one day of voting.
You know, we'd make exceptions, absentee ballots for the sick, the elderly, the infirm, the military, people that know they're going to be away On business that want their votes counted.
We can make exceptions for that.
But then otherwise, paper ballots, partisan observers watching the vote, and when the polls close, they watch the vote counting start to finish.
And then we'll know the answer by the end of the night.
That's not going to happen.
Unfortunately.
So the next best thing is to see what the Democrats are doing.
You better duplicate it and do it better than what they do.
Republicans shaking hands, kissing babies, town halls, media veils, rallies are great.
Because you're you're but you're you're your electioneering at level 1.0 in terms of Apple.
They're at the 14.0.
Um and then the other thing we got to pay attention to, accelerated migration.
I keep mentioning this.
And that is these states are getting harder.
Conservatives in Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
They're leaving.
And they're going to Texas, Florida, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.
Okay, those states will be easy to win.
But then I'm not enough people are moving to Georgia.
Not enough people, you know.
Now we're the we had to thread the needle to begin with.
Now it's even harder.
So we better up our game.
That is my admonition.
And we better pay attention that elections have changed dramatically.
And last thing, conservatives, Republicans have got to get rid of this reluctance and resistance to voting by mail and voting early if we can't have same-day paper ballots.
You have to.
You have to accept the system as it is, not as you wish it to be.
So we got a lot of work to do.
That's my answer.
Um, can we do it?
You're going to hear me talking about these things a lot over the course of this year.
But that that is my quick summary of what I think needs to be done.
And then we can start talking about candidates, who's best, you know, to run, et cetera, et cetera.
And, you know, there'll be the usual intramural battle, and then hopefully everybody unites behind the winner, and we get, you know, an election win and we get the country back on course.
I hope that was helpful helpful to you.
Um anyway, my friend, God bless you.
I'm just out of time.
That's gonna wrap things up for today.
Let not your heart be troubled.
