All right, Leonard Skinner, Simple Man, self-proclaimed Simple Man, Bill O'Reilly, is with us.
That means whole things Bill O'Reilly at billo Reilly.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, sir, how are you?
You know, I'm putting the finishing touches on my this day in history for the no spin news tonight.
You know what happened this day?
No.
President John Tyler died.
Jeez, Bill, thanks for sharing.
I don't think anybody gives a rip.
Well, they don't know the real story, though.
Tippy.
You're going to tell us, though, aren't you?
Go ahead.
Briefly, Tippy Canoe and Tyler II.
Tyler was vice president to William Henry Harrison, the Indian fighter, won a victory at Tippy Canoe.
And then Harrison died 30 days into his term, and Tyler took office and pretty much destroyed the country.
John Tyler did.
All right, I thought you were talking about Biden if you're talking about destroying the country.
All right, let me ask you about the current state of the news.
And look, I can give you all the chapters and verse.
I want to dig into your thoughts.
And I won't lay out this audience knows about Hillary Clinton.
They know about no prosecute or whatever prosecute.
They know about bleach pit, 33,000 deleted emails.
They know about devices destroyed with hammers and SIM cards.
They know about Joe Biden.
Now we have four separate locations, top secret classified information.
And the story evolves by the hour.
The difference, though, between the treatment of Hillary, the treatment of Biden, because the Justice Department decided they were invited, but they decided not to watch the search for documents on Biden's properties.
And meanwhile, they, of course, raided Mar-a-Lago after the FBI had access, unfettered access to the very room where the documents were.
They could have taken them the day that they were there, invited there.
They did not.
They requested a padlock.
That was put on.
And then they raided anyway.
So I want to talk about the double standard in our Justice Department and get your thoughts on it.
I think it's much more than a double standard.
I think it's corruption.
Agreed.
I've been saying this now for about six months, that our government is corrupt.
And when you get into that, the unintended consequences are staggering.
So the FBI, and I know a lot about it because of Killing the Mob, my book, Killing the Mob, and we chronicle the FBI's rise and J. Edgar Hoover's corruption.
J. Edgar Hoover is one of the corrupt civil servants in history.
What he did as head of the FBI.
Well, after that, the FBI, after Hoover died, the FBI basically became more of a communist hunting group, had to be dragged into the mafia investigation because for some reason, Hoover didn't want to do it, and we believe it's because he had a gambling problem that the mob knew about.
But anyway, the FBI then evolved into very, after the communist witch hunts were over, very effective crime-fighting agency, which it remains.
And you've said it many times on radio and television.
It's not the FBI agents that are the problems.
They're not the problem.
Problem comes out of Washington.
So over the years, the swamp has overwhelmed the FBI.
What does that mean?
It means that in Washington, it's so insulated that everybody knows everybody, and that you get appointments, political appointments, like Christopher Wray, the head of the FBI.
It's appointed by Trump.
But I don't know, and I haven't talked to Trump about it, how he was vetted because Christopher Wray is the ultimate swamp creature.
Is he not?
I think he had the greatest opportunity to return the FBI to become once again the world's premier law enforcement organization, and he has failed spectacularly.
But Hannity, his resume would have told you that he would fail.
I don't disagree.
It was a bad picture.
These people, they go around in a circle, and it's cocktail parties, it's charity events.
They all know everybody, and they're not going to go after any of their friends or associates.
So therefore, a culture develops, and the culture is that Donald Trump was an outsider, a New Yorker, brash, didn't play the game, hated the game, threatened the swamp.
So we're going to get him.
And that's what happened.
And so that is a continuation now with Biden.
And Ray, unless, you know, I mean, whenever I see this guy in front of Congress, he won't answer any questions.
It's absurd.
I mean, oh, he can't.
We're investigating.
I can't tell you anything.
You know, you want to throw things at the man.
But what has happened is something that has never happened before.
The most powerful law enforcement agency in America got involved with trying to derail Donald Trump's presidential campaign and protect both Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden.
So basically, you're agreeing with me that they put their thumb on the scale.
It's more than that, though.
There's no thumb involved.
This was a well-thought-executed plan.
Well, the bottom line is they involved themselves and tried to tilt the scales of an election to the candidate that they favored.
And you know what?
And they did it by abusing power and through corrupt means.
But do you know why they did that?
Yes, Comey and all of those people, they're liberal people.
They're Democrats.
Bray, I don't know.
I don't know whether he's a Democrat or not.
But Comey and those people were obviously wanted the Democrats to win and Trump to lose.
But they all know to this day that no one's going after them.
That's correct.
They've already skated.
The 2016 investigation ended as a dud.
All of these people.
Now, remember, Bill, let me give you a little quick history on one issue in particular.
I can bring up many, but I'll give you one example.
And that was in early, well, first in August of 2016.
Well, let me go back one step further.
In July of 2016, that's when Comey had his press conference.
No prosecutor would prosecute, totally ignoring the 33,000 missing emails, bleach pit, hammers, devices.
Okay.
Then in August of 2016, stay with me here.
Bruce Orr says you can't use the dossier.
It's political in nature.
It was paid for by Hillary Clinton.
None of it's verified.
In October, early October 2016, the FBI sent a team over to meet Christopher Steele, offered him a million-dollar bounty if he could corroborate his own dossier.
He could not verify it.
But yet, in spite of that, by the end of October, the bulk of information that was on that in that application, FISA warrant, where it says verified on top, they used the dirty dossier.
And Andrew McCabe admitted without the dossier, they never would have gotten the FISA approval.
They did it four times, Bill.
And that's a felony.
That's correct.
And so, but in a system that was not corrupt, and I hate to say this about my own country.
It really pains me to say that we have a corrupt government.
But in a government that operated honestly, the FISA judges themselves would have stepped forward and demanded that criminal charges be filed against the people who used, knowingly used, false information to get warrants.
Those judges could have done that.
They did not because they're part of the system in D.C.
And that includes John Roberts, who chooses the FISA court judges.
There's one addendum to that, Bill.
The law requires that at any point you made a statement that turns out to be unverified in a FISA application, by law, you are supposed to go back to the judge and tell them you made an error.
They never did that.
No.
And therefore, this isn't even a tough prosecution for Merrick Garland.
I mean, it's an easy one.
But you didn't have those judges come forward.
You did not have them do that.
And that allowed the system in the Justice Department, which again is corrupt with the corrupt Justice Department.
And let me just inject one more thing to people who believe that Donald Trump got hosed in the 2020 election.
Okay.
And a lot of people do believe that.
Attorney General Barr could have appointed a special prosecutor to look into that election before he resigned.
And I told President Trump, told is a bad word.
I suggested to him, because I don't know Barr.
All right.
I know most of the others that were in the cabinet and don't know him.
I said, just ask the Attorney General to appoint a special prosecutor to examine this election and your belief that it was corrupt.
Get it in there before the transition to Biden.
Get it, because then the Justice Department can't knock it out.
They didn't do it.
All right, quick breakboard with Simple Man, Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com as we continue.
Board with Bill O'Reilly, and then we'll get to your calls.
BillO'Reilly.com for AllThingsO'Reilly, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, your calls at the bottom of the hour straight ahead.
Here's the biggest thing that we now know happened.
There's this guy, he wrote a dissertation.
The FBI agent that headed up the weekly meetings with big tech companies wrote a thesis in 2016 while in college, or I guess getting his master's, how Donald Trump and Russia colluded in 2016 for Donald Trump to win the election.
That is a false thesis.
He was in charge of the communications, the weekly communications with all the big tech companies.
And he even, by the way, gave $3.5 million.
The FBI gave $3.5 million to Twitter.
We don't know about the others.
And the former Twitter site integrity site professional, a guy by the name of Mr. Roth, said, you might be hearing things even about Hunter Biden that are going to be false and misinformation.
I know.
And we all know what happened there.
But let me ask you a question on your own radio program.
But Bill, is that not a profound thing?
Is that not tipping the election?
The whole thing is corrupt.
Corrupt.
Right.
But let me ask you a question.
Go ahead, Mr. O'Reilly.
You asked these committees, Comer and Jordan's committees that are looking into this corruption, right, in the House.
We have them.
Do you believe that they will find out and recommend criminal charges against high-ranking Justice Department officials in the end?
In the end, I believe they will get there.
Let me start with James Comer, who's investigating the Biden family syndicate and these documents, top secret documents.
It's all going to come down to, it's not going to be about the documents.
It's all going to come down to Joe Biden lying to the American people, saying he never had a single conversation with Hunter or any family member about their foreign business dealings.
Once it's proven, if it's proven, Joe Biden benefited and lied dramatically, which we know he did because we have evidence that he did, I think that will be the undoing of Joe Biden.
So you think taking the fifth, you know that.
They're going to go in and take the fifth.
That'll happen.
But Jim Jordan is investigating.
And by the way, he's joining us at the top of the next hour.
He's investigating if the FBI is politicized and the DOJ is weaponized.
Now, you think the DOJ and the FBI are going to willingly hand over documents that would prove this?
No, they're not.
And then you're going to get into a brawl between the House and the Justice Department.
And it's going to have to go to the Supreme Court.
That's what I predict.
So I think that the committees will assemble the information and they're biased, by the way.
The committees are biased.
Let's be honest.
They want to get Biden.
I don't think it's a matter of getting Hannity.
They want to get him, just like the Democrats wanted to get Trump.
The difference is that these committees, I think, have learned a lesson from the January 6th committee.
You've got to show the American people the evidence.
Now, there's a new thing about Hunter Biden paying rent to Joe Biden.
Have you heard this?
Yeah, $50,000, $49,900 plus dollars a month for a room.
If that's true, if it's true, that's a felony for Joe Biden because he didn't put it on his income tax.
Well, he didn't put it on his income tax.
And secondly, I can understand a rent that high in Palm Beach or Silicon Valley or Malibu.
Let's just stay in the confines of federal law.
You can't file a tax return.
And Biden has released it, so we know what the tax returns say.
$510,000 not declared.
Exactly.
You can't do it.
And you're absolutely right, Hannity, and my hand shakes when I say that.
By this through if they can prove this stuff.
Done.
Done.
All right, Bill O'Reilly, simple man.
Enjoyed it, Bill.
As always, allthings O'ReillyBillO'Reilly.com.
Thank you, sir.
We'll talk to you next week.
When we come back, we'll hit the phones.

25 to the top of the hour.
If you're like me, you believe in the sanctity of life and you wonder, okay, well, what can I do?
Well, science is now providing solutions that are working.
And thanks to pre-born, babies' lives are being saved every day using science.
Now, pre-born are partner clinics.
They provide free ultrasounds to mothers.
In other words, maybe somebody has an unexpected pregnancy, people that are considering abortion.
And through the use of science, through the use of ultrasound, what they're finding out is once a mother sees, you know, fingers and toes and hears a heartbeat, they're twice as likely to choose life.
Now, pre-born, by the way, they don't stop there.
They're providing these mothers with health care, counseling, adoptive services if they want them, diapers, formula baby clothes, assistance up to two years.
Now, one ultrasound is only $28.
You can get involved.
They don't get a penny from the government.
All you have to do to help donate to this great cause is dial pound250, say the keyword baby.
Pound250, keyword baby.
You can donate securely online at preborn.com slash sean, S-E-A-N.
That's pre-born.com slash Sean.
All gifts tax deductible and 100% of your donations go towards the cause.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, well, this World Economic Forum, which I've been discussing, I don't know what's worse, them or Adam Kinziger, you know, listing a January 6th report for $100 with his signature.
I'm not sure.
Well, it's pretty obvious.
It's Davos and what's going on there.
And the ever-so arrogant John Kerry saying, when you think about it, it's pretty extraordinary that we, we select group of human beings because of whatever touched us at some point in our lives, we are able to sit in a room and come together and talk about actually saving the planet.
He actually said that.
Then he goes on to say, which kind of made me chuckle a little bit, it is almost extraterrestrial to think about saving the planet.
You know, just when you think it can't get any worse in Davos, yeah, Al Gore kind of outdid him when he said that, goes on an unhinged rant, claiming we're boiling the oceans, creating rain bombs, sucking the moisture out of the land, and creating the droughts of melting the ice and raising the sea level.
By the way, we caught him in his private jet also, like all the other hypocrites at Davos.
Listen.
We're still putting 162 million tons into it every single day.
And the accumulated amount is now trapping as much extra heat as would be released by 600,000 Hiroshima-class atomic bombs exploding every single day on the earth.
That's what's boiling the oceans, creating these atmospheric rivers and the rain bombs and sucking the moisture out of the land and creating the droughts and melting the ice and raising the sea level and causing these waves of climate refugees predicted to reach 1 billion in this century.
Look at the xenophobia and political authoritarian trends that have come from just a few million refugees.
What about a billion?
We would lose our capacity for self-governance on this world.
We have to act.
So in answer to your question, I would say we have to have a sense of urgency much greater than we have yet had.
I think Al is losing his mind.
Look, I'm tired.
This was at the World Economic Forum.
I am tired of the U.S. funding all these international organizations, many that are anti-American, many that are anti-Semitic and anti-Israel.
I'm just tired of it.
You know, why do we pay for the protection of NATO?
You know, the U.S. and Germany have the same cost share of NATO at 16.344%, but we spend more because our GDP is higher.
You know, the WHO, World Health Organization, we pay more than double than what any other nation in the world contributes.
By the way, how did the WHO do with the COVID virus propaganda?
They became the mouthpiece of the communist Chinese.
You know, for the UN, only China, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, and the U.K. gave triple digits millions of dollars in 2021.
United Nations total $7 billion.
Office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, $1.9 billion.
Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB, Malaria, $1.5 billion.
UNICEF, $996.7 million.
I can keep going.
It goes on and on and on and on and on.
How much money we pay for all of these organizations.
World Health Organization, $583.2 million.
NATO, $610 million.
UN, $691 million.
And more.
Just all this money goes flying out the door.
It's amazing.
Who are building walls and paying for borders to be secured in other countries, but not our own country.
It's just insane.
These people have lost their mind, and we're letting them spend our money to do it.
All right, let's get to our busy phones.
Mark is in Minnesota.
Mark, hi, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Hey, Sean, I have a question.
Yes, sir.
If they need that debt ceiling taken care of, has the GOP not learned anything from Nancy Pulsey that they need something in return, like maybe closing the border?
Oh, I think there's definitely going to be a Republican plan as it relates to the debt ceiling.
The Democrats would just love to make this the issue of the day, but we're a long way away from having to really deal with the debt ceiling issue.
I do know from my sources.
The only thing I said is what I said to Republicans in December: you know, get in a room, close the door, and get your act together and everybody get on the same page and fight for what you promised and what you believe in.
That's it.
You know, everyone thinks I involved myself.
I didn't involve myself as much as people should have done this before January 3rd.
But, you know, no harm, no foul.
So far, Republicans are keeping their promises.
That's going to be their biggest test.
When I did the town hall with McCarthy and Comer and Jordan and all these Republicans when I went to Washington last week, that was at the top of my agenda.
I asked about the debt ceiling and are they going to unite and hold strong?
Because they don't have any wiggle room.
They've got to be on the same page.
Republicans will succeed or fail together.
There won't be some people that succeed and others that don't.
It's not going to work that way.
As a group, they'll succeed.
As a group, they will fail.
There'll be no in between, in my view.
They have to get something for this.
I agree.
Big time.
I totally agree.
Well, the U.S., the full faith and trust in the U.S. government and the dollar and the impact on the economy and the world economy, blah, blah, blah.
None of that noise bothers me.
Fear of a government shutdown.
Government never shuts down.
Social Security checks will go out.
Medicare will go out.
Our military stays in place.
And in the end, people get free vacations because they usually get back pay when they get back to work.
So, you know what?
My attitude is none of this is anything I'm not concerned about.
But Republicans do need to fight and, yes, get as much as they can.
They need to work that out behind closed doors as we get closer to the real debt ceiling.
Right now, Democrats would like us only talking about the debt ceiling because they want to distract from Biden and the classified documents that seem to be showing up everywhere.
Appreciate the call.
Thank you.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Casey is in Utah.
What's up, Casey?
My favorite place for Crown Burger.
What's going on?
Yeah, Crown Burger is certainly good.
Thanks for having me on, Sean.
So one of the things I was going to talk about is the pain of staying the same has significantly become greater than the pain of change.
A lot of people throughout the country feel like that.
And a lot of people just don't know what to do.
And they have kind of a savior complex that, you know, our government's going to save us.
And they don't know what they can do in the meantime.
And one of the things that people can do that I'm doing is registering voters, protesting a specific issue and getting people registered to vote.
And it's not a complex situation to get people registered.
You know, you just get a sign, you can figure out how to register voters in your state, and you go make it happen.
I think the next step beyond that for elections is Democrats are in the business of ballots.
They don't campaign.
They don't kiss babies.
They don't shake hands.
They don't take selfies.
They don't have press avails.
They don't do town halls.
They don't give speeches.
And they certainly can't hold the rally because nobody will show up.
They don't debate.
They run negative ads, and then they're involved based on the law of their individual state in ballot harvesting.
And most states allow some version of ballot harvesting, and Republicans are not playing that game the way the Democrats are.
By 2024, if they have not duplicated and even surpassed what the Democrats are doing, then they are fools and they might lose elections they otherwise would win.
Yeah, I 100% agree.
Ballot chasing and ballot harvesting needs to be a prime focus for Republicans going forward.
And one of those things, when you're registering a voter, you can get their name and contact information.
You can put it in an Excel spreadsheet.
You can follow up with them and tell them, hey, I met you over here at Denny's.
I met you at the gun show.
I met you over here.
Who are you voting for in the upcoming primary?
Well, here I've got some concerns about Mitt Romney because of X, Y, and Z. You know, would you consider voting for this guy?
He's got, you know, this track record based on his situation.
We don't have to wait until a candidate's announced.
We can get out and organize a grassroots effort now and then bring that to a candidate once they do announce if they align with our values.
And that's what I hope everyone does.
And I'm going to say this a lot.
Republicans have got to get over the reluctance and resistance to mail-in balloting, early voting.
You've got to get over it.
You can't have elections where Republicans are starting 300,000 votes down.
You can't.
You got to get in the same arena.
Look, if I had my way, this is not the voting system I want.
I would prefer Election Day to be a national holiday with exceptions for the military, for the sick and elderly and infirmed, exceptions for traveling business people.
I would make otherwise everybody get paper ballots.
You have partisan observers in every precinct in the country watching the voting, and then every partisan observer would watch the vote counting after the polls close, and we'd know the winner and loser on election night.
That would be my ideal plan.
Many countries tried to go in another direction, found it didn't work.
I think America ultimately needs to go back to that.
But in the meantime, the system we have is what we have.
And until Republican governors and legislatures change that, the only other option we have is to do it better than the Democrats.
There's no other option.
Anyway, appreciate the call, my friend.
800-941-Sean.
Hike, we'll take a quick break.
We'll come back.
More of your phone calls straight ahead.
800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program, as we continue.
Since we're found, as were AIDS.
Now we have another problem: many of the people that were searching don't have a security clearance to do so.
So that's problematic.
Now, on the legal side of this, Jonathan Turley has been very good on this.
Is now Biden's own lawyers become witnesses in the very case against their client, which might result in their recusal and their inability to actually represent him in the case once they become a witness.
That's what I'm scared of.
Yeah.
Why would you be afraid of that?
I think it's stupid on Biden's part to do it.
If they can't testify against him, does that you think that helps Biden or hurts him?
Well, the fact is, I think they would have to testify.
They'd be witnesses in that case.
Okay, even though he may be their client, they can testify.
They can, but they might have to recuse themselves from representing him, and he might have to get another lawyer.
Oh, okay.
I see what you're saying.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, I was just wondering.
We're just so sick of the double standard, the way they treated Trump.
But thank you, and thanks for all you do.
All right.
Appreciate it.
Thank you, too.
Glad you're out there, Rhonda.
Let's go to Wyoming and say hi to Bob.
Bob, how are you?
Glad you called.
Beautiful Wyoming.
I've been out there.
Great country.
What's going on?
I'm doing great, Sean.
How are you?
Hey, I got a real quick question for you, and this is what gets me appalled.
All right.
You know, we're always talking about voting integrity, voter ID.
The left always tries to call us all racist, but the left have been pushing a real ID for at least the last three or four years now.
If I need to have a real ID to get on an airplane and fly within the borders of my own country, what's next?
How is that not going to be racist for anybody who wants to get on an airplane?
I can bring it closer to home if you like.
Have you ever been to a Democratic National Convention?
I lived in Chicago.
It was close enough.
That's a great answer.
The answer is you need a voter.
You need a picture ID to get in.
Have you ever gone to Congress to maybe visit your Congressman or your senator?
No, I saw stuff.
Yeah, you need a photo ID to get in there too.
Just like you needed to get on a plane, just like you needed to buy jewels, just like you needed to buy beer and cigarettes and wine or vodka or whatever you drink.
Yeah, but so my question on this real ID: how are they going to make us get this to get on an airplane and still look at you and tell you you do not have to, it's racist to have an ID to vote.
Well, you're applying logic to what is illogical.
You got to understand, they're doing this for sheer, for a sheer power play.
