And we're going to make sure that happens.
Classified material.
Next year, Corvette, what were you thinking?
Let me get a chance to speak on all this, God willing, soon.
But as I said earlier this week, people, and by the way, my Corvette's in a lock garage.
Okay, so it's not like you're sitting on the street.
We don't think that Biden is a lawyer and a thief, so we give him the benefit of the doubt.
That's partly what's going on.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we are coming to your center.
Going to play our guitars and saying you will cut yourself.
The Sean Hannity Show.
Behind-the-scenes information on breaking news and fired solutions for America.
At hour two, Sean Hannity Show.
A lot of news breaking all over the place today.
A new Twitter file dumped that we really have not given enough details on.
We'll get to all of that.
The appointment of the special counsel as it relates to now Joe Biden.
But anyway, earlier today, Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed the special counsel to investigate all these documents with classified markings in Joe Biden's home in Wilmington, Delaware.
And this announcement, by the way, the Trump appointed U.S. Attorney in Maryland, a guy by the name of Robert Hur, will lead the investigation, taking over the top Justice Department prosecutor in Chicago who was assigned over the department to investigate the matter, who recommended Garland last week that a special counsel be appointed.
Anyway, Hurr will begin his work pretty soon.
I have one person with knowledge, and I've not been able to confirm this.
I don't know anything yet, except that person said, remember Rod Rosenstein?
I said, yeah, of course.
He signed the fourth FISA application, and he was the guy that we know is about as wishy, washy, but yet political behind the scenes as anybody.
Anyway, that's Robert Hurr.
That was the one thing one person, one source told me.
I can't corroborate it because we're just learning more about him every day.
Earlier in the day, we had Biden grilled by Peter Doocy about the classified documents in his garage.
Listen.
Classified material.
Next year, Corvette, what were you thinking?
Let me get a chance to speak on all this, God willing, soon.
But as I said earlier this week, people, and by the way, my Corvette's in a locked garage.
Okay, so it's not like you're sitting out in the street.
At any rate, yes, as well as my Corvette.
But as I said earlier this week, people know I take classified documents and classified material seriously.
Okay, remember what he said on 60 Minutes.
Let's go back for a little refresher about Donald Trump.
How?
How could this happen?
Irresponsible.
How?
Listen.
How that could possibly happen?
How anyone could be that irresponsible?
Totally, completely irresponsible.
Now, I won't rehash everything we discussed in the last hour, but after collecting $50-plus million dollars from China, the University of Pennsylvania, remember, they pushed to end Trump's investigations into Chinese spies, a report that came out on justthenews.com.
John Solomon is with us, investigative reporter and editor-in-chief of that website, also author of Fallout.
And Greg Jarrett is with us.
By the way, he has his new book on Amazon.com.
It's called Trial of the Century, available soon.
Welcome both of you.
John, let's start with you and your breaking news and dovetail it into the news that we already know today.
Yeah, well, first, the document issue is much bigger than just the handling of classified documents.
That's the very first issue.
But it was housed at a center at the University of Pennsylvania, Ivy League School, where Joe Biden had a long relationship.
Three years, he was paid $911,000 to just be a guest lecturer.
Didn't teach any courses, didn't do any administrative thing.
He's paid out of the general funds of the university for that.
It was his largest source of salary after he left the office.
Obviously, he made a lot of money on speeches and books, but his salary, this was his main salary after he left the vice presidency.
And during the time he's at the university, donations from China accelerated significantly.
So this university is one of the larger recipients of China money.
It got $67 plus million dollars between 2013 and 2019.
But almost all of that money came in the narrow window when Joe Biden was named as a professor.
His center launched in 2017, 2018, and 2019.
And we're talking large and sometimes anonymous donations.
For instance, $14.5 million comes in in a single day, just a few weeks after Joe Biden opens the door to the Penn Biden Center.
Now, Joe Biden moves on.
He becomes president.
He takes some of the people that were affiliated with Penny, makes them ambassadors.
The former president of the university, the former chairman of the trustees, he makes them ambassadors.
And then early last year, right as FBI Director Chris Ray is warning America, we have a big spy problem with China.
They're all over our universities.
He gives an incredible speech at the Reagan Library.
Two, three weeks later, Penn University and its faculty start pressuring the Justice Department, open letter, shut down the FBI's main espionage program targeting academia for Chinese spies.
And within 11 days, Merritt Garland takes him up on the offer.
He shuts down this program over the objections of the FBI, over the speech that Chris Ray gave.
The University of Pennsylvania was not only a sponge for Chinese money, it helped carry out one of China's objectives, which was to handicap the FBI's counter-espionage programs for Chinese spies embedded in American academia.
Let's get your take, Greg Jarrett.
Incredible reporting, as always, by John.
You know, the university collected $67 million from China, much of it going to Joe Biden's think tank on campus.
He was personally paid a handsome sum to do nothing as a professor.
He didn't teach any classes.
Later, the university pressures the Biden White House to cancel this very important FBI counterintelligence program that's aimed at China's use of academics to steal vital intellectual property.
And what does Merrick Garland do?
He complies to the pressure.
He capitulates.
He kills the FBI program.
A corrupt quid pro quo, the equivalent of bribery?
Well, it sure looks like it, doesn't it?
But it, you know, comes as no surprise, pretty consistent with the 31 million dollars in Chinese money that flowed into the Biden family coffers.
So we're really now watching a with these two investigations now forthcoming in judiciary with Jim Jordan, Jim Comer in the House Oversight Committee, Comer looking into the Biden family syndicate, Jim Jordan looking into the political how the FBI has been politicized.
What an incredible article on Foxnews.com about an agent who resigned because it's so politicized and weaponization at the DOJ.
Now, I would argue, John Solomon, that Garland really didn't have much of a choice in light of the fact that he himself, along with Christopher Wray, approved the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
But what's interesting, if you actually look at the timeline, we now see that he named a special counsel to investigate Trump two weeks after Biden classified documents were also discovered.
Yeah, that's the big news today.
On November 4th, which is four days before the election, 14 days before he names the Mar-a-Lago special prosecutor.
Actually, I think it was November 2nd.
Am I wrong?
You might be right.
Yeah, the documents are found on November 2nd.
The Justice Department is informed on November 4th.
So DOJ knows before the election, and they know on the 18th when they're appointing the special prosecutor that Joe Biden has an identical problem, and they keep it from us.
They keep that from the American public, from voters before Election Day, from those making a decision about the decision to name Jack Smith a special prosecutor.
This Justice Department sent on vital information from the Justice Department and a president who promised full transparency.
We don't get it until there's a media leak earlier this week.
And now what do we know?
There are three separate discoveries of classified documents in Joe Biden's possession.
The first, November 2nd, found at the Penn Biden Center.
The second, December 20th, at the Biden garage next to his Corvette in a locked garage.
And then January 5th, they found another classified document inside the home of President Biden.
Keep in mind, that's a home that Hunter Biden often visited and was associated with.
All of his foreign clients must have been loving the idea that maybe there was classified documents in his dad's home.
These are really serious issues.
And the man that they've named, this guy, Robert Hurd, I came across him in some cases in 2018, 2019.
He took on the Baltimore Democratic establishment and took down several Democrats for public corruption, including the mayor, Catherine Pugh, including members of the Assembly and a state senator.
He's a kind of a dogged pursuer of Democratic corruption in a state that was famously corrupt, Maryland.
But he has a significant record of doing that.
He has a little bit of background also in national security.
People who work with him in the FBI say this guy is a go-getter when it comes to corruption.
Now, will he be the same against the president?
We'll have to wait and see.
Now, Greg, you wrote a great column and put out great points as it relates to the implication now of Joe Biden having top secret classified information as it relates to now the special prosecutor and the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
And there are very distinct differences.
The media, I think, has gotten the differences all wrong.
And frankly, the one big distinction in my mind is the fact that Donald Trump as president had the ability to declassify any documents he wanted anytime he wanted.
And there's no process set forth.
I think there should be one, but there isn't one.
There wasn't one in terms of how he is to go about that process.
Yeah, you're right.
You know, so many people, especially the New York Times and the Washington Post, have portrayed Trump's insistence that he declassified these documents as a lie.
Wait a minute.
How do they know?
Because under the law, Trump is obligated.
He's not required to tell anyone.
I mean, he can simply do it without notifying any relevant agencies.
He can do it without removing the classification markings on the documents himself.
He doesn't have to sign an executive order or any other declaration saying, I hereby declassify these documents.
He can simply do it by his own actions and tell no one.
So how in the world is Merrick Garland going to disprove that Trump declassified the documents?
It is a legal impossibility.
I mean, he would have to have somebody say, oh, Trump told me he never did declassify the documents.
Well, that's a long shot, and I doubt he's got anybody who's going to say that.
You know, so the problem with Merrick Garland is he appears to be running, as you have long stated, Sean, a protection racket.
He was reluctant to appoint a special counsel, should have done so immediately in the Hunter Biden case, obvious conflict of interest.
And then he dithered before now, appointing a special counsel because of the classified documents.
He appointed one for Trump because there's an obvious conflict of interest for Garland to investigate his boss's political opponent.
Well, my goodness, there's a greater conflict of interest for Garland to investigate his boss directly.
He's answerable to Biden, and the law requires him to accuse himself.
And I wonder why he has waited so long.
Have they been trying to come up with some defense, a set of excuses?
Is there some secret cooperation going on?
Well, he certainly had an obligation to tell the public before the election, and he didn't.
Right.
And that's reprehensible.
That is reprehensible.
All right, quick break more with Greg Jarrett, more with John Solomon on the other side.
We'll get to your calls in the next hour.
We'll look at the economic picture that is unfolding in the country.
None of it's good.
I have to continue with Greg Jarrett and John Solomon.
We have one other aspect to this that we haven't really even touched.
Now, you touch on it in your column today, John.
On April 25th, 2016, the representative agency known as Creative Artists Agency, CAA, their agent emails Hunter with confidential notes of their meeting in which he lists apparent plans that were discussed for the vice president upon leaving office.
One of those plans included, quote, wealth creation with no further explanation.
And another included an apparent reference to the Penn Biden Center in D.C. and a possible job for opportunity for Hunter.
Where it gets interesting is Hunter's response as he says, yes, in theory, that's the way I'd like to see it all shake out.
But please keep this very confidential between us because nothing has been set in stone, and there's still a lot of sensitivity around all of this, both internally and externally.
He hasn't made any decisions, and this can be changed overnight.
The question I want answered is the China financial involvement in this equation.
Yeah, listen, it is what James Comer, I just interviewed him a few moments ago.
He said we are expanding the documents investigation to look at the flow of China money because the money flowing to the university, by the way, it goes into the general conference.
It doesn't have to go to the Penn Biden Center.
It's enriching the whole university.
University then pays for everything that Joe Biden wants, including parking his staff there.
Parked some of his staff is there, like Blinken and Carpenter and others at this center at various times.
So it's beneficial for him to have his staff on payroll there in addition to him scoring $910,000.
But in the same window of time that this university is standing up, that $47.7 million of the $67 million comes into the university from China, Hunter Biden is dealing with these.
Just to point out, you're not saying $54 million.
You're saying what?
$67 million.
We have new figures now.
We've been able to find some new money that went to the university.
There is $67 million of Chinese money that goes into the university between 2013 and 2019.
Of that amount, 47.7 occurred in the two and a half years why Joe Biden was affiliated with the university.
We're going to put a timeline out tonight so people can see all the events that go on at Penn University.
But what's most important about this, at the exact same time that China is dumping money into the new employer of Joe Biden, the place where he's got his post-vice presidential salary in his center and his staff, China is reaching out to Hunter Biden and creating the CEFC natural gas business.
And that includes a $5 million, you allowed me to talk about on your show a few months ago, a $5 million no-interest forgivable loan to the Biden family.
They walk away with $5 million of free cash from China to help China try to take American gas and give it to the Chinese market.
So Joe Biden doesn't want Americans to use gas, but he's glad letting Chinese officials buy it through his son and send it over to China.
There is all of these China connections going on why Joe Biden is standing up.
And China wanted an investigation shutdown.
Stay right there.
We'll come back.
We'll continue more with John Solomon and Greg Jarrett on the other side, 800-941-Sean.
It gets complicated.
We haven't even hit the Twitter files yet, which we will.

All right, we continue our deep dive.
Merrick Garland appointing a special counsel to look into the top secret classified information now found in two locations as it relates to Joe Biden.
We have other issues that we're going to get into as well.
Let me go back to the issue and the involvement of Hunter Biden in this and the email exchange that I explained in the last hour with this guy from CAA, Greg Jarrett, and Hunter's demand that this has to be, you know, this has to be confidential.
We don't know how this is going to happen.
And then you put that together with the money that John Solomon just laid out in the half hour, last half hour, $67 million to the Biden Penn Center, $47.5 million of which came when in the two and a half years Biden was at the Penn Center.
That's a lot of money from China.
Yeah, it sort of looks, Sean, like Joe Biden was bought and paid for by the Chinese.
Has that now jeopardized our national security?
I mean, as John Solomon had pointed out in his column, his excellent column, you know, the original plan was to share the office with the Chinese.
The Chinese were literally going to fund Biden's office at the University of Pennsylvania.
That didn't come to pass, but it got to the point where Hunter Biden was asking that keys be given to a Chinese official to share the office with Joe Biden and Jill Biden.
And Hunter Biden wanted keys too.
No, and I'm sure that wouldn't have been bugged that office at all.
I'm certain.
I totally trust people from the communist nation of China.
Well, and the other aspect of it is with all this money flowing into the University of Pennsylvania where Joe Biden had this executive suite where the classified documents were housed, it would have been very easy.
Any foreign intel agent worth his salt could have easily gained access past a snoozing geriatric rent-a-cop security guard and picked the lock.
And I have no doubt that that happened.
I suspect that foreign adversaries got their hands on these classified top-secret FCI documents.
If they didn't get it at the University of Pennsylvania, they probably got it from Joe Biden's garage, easy access.
Of course, you played the clip of Biden saying, well, they weren't on the street.
My garage was locked.
I mean, I couldn't stop laughing when I heard him say that.
Yeah.
Now, John, let's go to your other report today.
And that is the headline was, the university that housed Biden Center, they pressed to end the FBI-China spy probe after Beijing gave the donations.
We're talking about $67 million in total, $47.7 million of which from China in the three years.
This is the Penn Biden Center.
In the three years that Biden was affiliated with it, Greg just brought up the point about potentially sharing an office, but there's a bigger point, I think, to be made here, and that is that Merrick Garland shut down the FBI's so-called China initiative in February of 2022,
shortly after more than 160 members of the UPenn faculty signed and made public an open letter demanding the program be shuttered on the grounds that it amounted to racial profiling, and the faculty letter was part of the larger university battle against the program.
Now, remember, we're talking about $67 million.
A lot of professors, I'm sure, were happy that money was flowing into UPenn's coffers.
No doubt.
It's picking up salaries like Joe Biden's.
That's the big issue here.
China buys its friendship, and then it's able to turn these Americans to do something that the FBI didn't want done.
The FBI wanted to continue this program.
There's a document on the Justice Department site today, a year after Merrick Garland shut down this program.
This document still exists.
It shows all of the Chinese penetrations that the FBI was able to stop and arrest and convict and charge through this program.
And then Joe Biden shuts it down after his old university and his old faculty friends pressure the Justice Department to do it.
That's what's happened here.
And I'm going to throw one more name out because I think Greg is, as he always is, right on the money about this.
In the timeframe, all this is going out.
Hunter Biden is in business with a gentleman named Patrick Coe.
And let's remember, earlier when the Ukraine sham was going on, Hunter Biden was in business with a guy named Devin Archer.
Devin Archer ends up being convicted of fraud, a fraud he was committing right as he was working with Hunter Biden.
In 2017, Patrick Coe was trying to set up the Chinese business deals that are going to come into the family's private business, just as Joe's getting all the money from UPenn.
He gets arrested by the FBI.
He's convicted of making bribery payments to foreign countries to try to get China business industry.
At the very moment, he's working with Hunter Biden.
He's making illegal bribe payments around the world.
And he goes to prison.
But here's the other thing.
If you go into the court files, during the trial, prosecutors produced evidence that he also was trying to help Iran get around the Iranian embargo of the United States with China's help.
What document did they find in Joe Biden's office at UPenn?
They found an Iran intelligence document.
The connections of Hunter Biden's friends and business partners in this moment when these documents are sitting out in an unsafe location, very concerning to the experts I've talked to today.
So there's an interest.
There's been an ongoing grand jury in Delaware, Greg Jarrett.
Let's get to the legal side of this.
And the New York Times reports that David Weiss, the U.S. Attorney for Delaware, is closing in on a decision about whether to prosecute Hunter Biden.
They're not looking into, you know, Hunter and Ukraine, the $5 million no-interest forgivable loan, the $100,000 Chinese national shopping spree.
There's a lot of stuff beyond the low-hanging fruit that wouldn't really mean much at all.
This has the unmistakable stench of a fix.
The fix is in.
How else do you explain we are now in the fifth year of an investigation into Hunter Biden's influence peddling schemes, which were prolific.
They set a record for influence peddling, which is endemic in Washington, D.C. You factor in the fact that we now have solid evidence that the FBI buried the Hunter Biden laptop story, suppressed its censorship by using Twitter and other social media platforms as proxies and surrogates, which is a violation of the First Amendment.
And actually, it's a criminal conspiracy to violate civil rights and should be prosecuted as crimes.
But I fear the fix is in, and what's going to happen is Hunter Biden is going to cop a plea in exchange for probation, and they're going to ignore all the bribery, money laundering, influence peddling schemes, foreign corrupt practices, act violations, because Merritt Garland and Christopher Wray have been running this protection racket.
But they've got a problem.
And their problem, I'll give you two names that are their biggest problem, Jim Jordan and Jim Comer.
And the timing couldn't be worse for either Ray or Garland or Hunter and Joe Biden.
Because House Republicans, they have now commenced their investigation in the House Oversight Committee with Jim Comer into the Biden family syndicate.
So we know that this information will be made public.
And at that point, what impact that might have on the Biden family, it could potentially be the biggest influence peddling scandal in the history of the country.
And then what's going to happen?
Garland and Ray will hide the evidence.
They'll cover up.
They'll stonewall.
They'll say, oh, you know, we have an ongoing criminal investigation.
We cannot provide you with any documents whatsoever.
They'll force Congress to try to pursue it in court, and they'll tie it up for more years till the end of Biden's presidency.
That's what's going on here.
And you think they'll be able to skate through the next two years at least and get away with that?
It won't be pretty, but the hardcore documents that the FBI and the DOJ have in their possession of Biden corruption, yeah, I think they're going to continue to hide the most important documents of all.
And that's where Jim Jordan's investigation into whether or not the FBI is politicized and the DOJ is weaponized comes into full focus also.
I'm looking in front of me.
Now, this agent will be on Hannity tonight, an incredible piece, Why I Left the FBI.
And it talks about an individual that was working for Merrill Lynch, 9-11, one of the top, on the top floor, 9-11, 2001, evacuated and left a multi-billion dollar hedge fund to be one of 45,000
people in 2009 that applied to become an FBI special agent, in fact, became one, and went into great specificity and great detail about how they have politicized the FBI and why this person quit as a direct result of it.
Now, we have, according to Grassley, Johnson, Jordan, and others, we have apparently dozens of whistleblowers that will say similar things, John Solomon.
What does that do?
Oh, listen, it creates a lot of credibility to the narrative that you and Greg and I have been talking about since 2016, the weaponization of law enforcement and the dual system of justice.
Hunter Biden's going to get treated different than President Trump.
President Trump gets treated differently than Joe Biden did on this issue.
We have seen so many of the January 6th defendants get treated differently than those who wrecked cities during the George Floyd protests.
These will be the frontline agents who can say, you know what?
I saw it in real hand.
I got an instruction to treat someone differently because of their political affiliation.
We heard that from Steve Friend just a few weeks ago, the first FBI whistleblower to go public with his name.
This whistleblower is coming out now.
We are learning of a culture in the FBI that suddenly put its thumb on the scale of justice to achieve political outcomes.
It started with the Russia collusion case, and it hasn't stopped, according to these whistleblowers.
They will be the most famous names of 2023 when it comes to accountability, these whistleblowers.
I agree with all of that.
Where do you think that, what does that add to the equation in your mind, Greg Jarrett?
It tells us even more of what we've long suspected, that the FBI is a cesspool of corruption.
And I long ago said we need to consider now totally dismantling the FBI, defund it, and reconstitute a brand new premier law enforcement agency in the United States that is not infected terminally with political partisanship.
And, you know, this is what James Comey and Andrew McCabe and Peter Strzzok and the whole gang wrought.
This is what they brought about.
It is now an arm of the Democratic Party and the Biden family.
And, you know, it's got to stop or there will be no equal justice under law in America.
Quick break.
We'll come right back, 800-941-Sean, our number, as we continue more with Greg Jarrett, more with John Solomon.
All right, our final moments, a deep dive into Merrick Garland and all things Hunter and Joe Biden today and the news of the special prosecutor.
We continue with John Solomon and Greg Jarrett.
You know, what I'm wondering here is all of these foreign countries combined, and you look at all of the money that went into the Biden family coffers, and we're looking at a company run by a crack addict at the time, according to reports, and then Joe's big lie, that he never once, not one time, ever spoke to his son or any family member, for that matter, about their foreign business dealings.
And now we have photographic evidence that proves he lied.
We have specific dates, specific meetings that he was involved in involving Hunter and his foreign business partners, John Solomon.
It seems like that's a pretty slam-dunk case to me.
And then the next thing I want to see are the banking records, which I understand there's been some resistance to getting them handed over.
But once they get those, I think it'll paint the picture even, you know, make it brighter and clearer for everybody.
Yeah, no, there's no doubt about it.
And one of the things that James Comer has talked about doing is picking up where Chuck Grassley and Ron Johnson ended in the fall of 2020 when the Senate flipped to the Democrats.
All those suspicious bank activities give us dates in which foreign money comes into Hunter Biden's account.
Now, what the investigators in Congress want to do is how many times after a foreign dose of money came in, did Hunter Biden then transfer money to cover a bill for Joe Biden to cover a cell phone bill, a repair bill?
Because we have the email showing that he was paying his father's bills regularly.
We have an email saying that Joe Biden.
Oh, no, no, he complained bitterly.
I have to give half my salary to pops.
Go ahead.
Clear.
And we also see a moment in 2010 when Joe Biden is the vice president.
Joe Biden's accountant is saying the tax refund he's about to get is going to go to Hunter Biden because he owes Hunter Biden so much money.
That stands out in these congressional investigators.
So the timeline, how much money comes in and how much does it benefit Joe Biden, that's going to be one of the big missions of the House Oversight Committee in the next few weeks.
It's going to be fascinating to watch.
And I don't think it's going to be as heavy a lift as people think.
I think a lot of the information is already available and they already have it.
And then it's just going to be who is willing to tell the truth, probably to save their own ass.
And I think that's going to unfold as well.
Anyway, phenomenal work.
