All right.
Thanks, Scott Shannon.
Thanks to all of you.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program?
We do have some good news to begin the program with.
Inflation is now only five times higher than it was when Donald Trump left office, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the U.S. Energy Information Administration, and the Mortgage News Daily.
7.1% still worse than the annual inflation for any year going all the way back to 1981.
If you listen to the Democratic media and you listen to Democrats, this is the greatest news ever.
No, it's not.
It still means you're paying on average for a household $7,200 more a year for items that you bought two years ago when Donald Trump was president.
It's only five times higher than when Trump left office.
You know, Biden took a 1.4 inflation rate in January of 21, and it's now 7.1%.
And we expect another 50 basis point increase tomorrow on interest rates, which means now we'll be at 8% plus for a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage.
And the housing recession is only just beginning.
And again, I've been warning about this part for a year.
Now, we all have been looking at what's been happening to our 401ks, our retirement accounts, et cetera, and none of it's been good news for anybody.
Americans are suffering mightily.
Inflation sadly, disproportionately, negatively impacts the poor and the middle class and people on fixed incomes.
They're just getting clobbered.
I mean, left and right because of the Biden economy.
Anyway, so if you look at the news flash here, it's the worst inflation number today we had going back to 1981.
We're still at a 41-year high.
Oh, but it's down a little bit, Hannity.
Well, it's actually not.
It's up a little bit.
The cost of groceries, they went up 0.5% in November.
I'll go over the cost of nearly everything.
You know, the inflation numbers for housing, gas, not to mention interest rates, are still way above levels that they were when Joe Biden took office.
The average price of a new home when Donald Trump left office was $418,000.
Now it's $546,000, a 30% increase.
By the way, those numbers will decrease.
People's values will decline.
If you look at the total number, the total financial loss for the average American family, it's massive.
If you look at just the last three quarters or the first nine months of this year, we've lost, American households have lost $6.8 trillion in wealth.
I mean, that is $6.8 trillion.
That's just this year.
We're not counting all the money you lost last year.
We now are at a point 70% of Americans are living paycheck to paycheck.
You got 14% of seniors say they're missing meals.
Doesn't seem to motivate Democrats.
I thought they had a monopoly of compassion for the poor, the middle class, people on fixed incomes.
Apparently not.
Anyway, so add it all up.
It's about $13 trillion in net wealth.
And now we're hitting the point where the housing recession is fully kicking in.
What is the housing recession?
How is that reflected?
Well, new home construction, because of higher interest rates, has now stopped.
There are, by the way, exceptions.
Because so many people are migrating to Florida, Tennessee, the Carolinas, and Texas, those states are not getting hammered the way other states are getting hammered financially.
Because you have this housing demand that keeps increasing every day.
You have 800 people going to Florida every day as new residents.
That's a lot of people.
800 people needing housing.
So they're not being hit as hard in states like Florida.
A 5.8% advanced 58% of people are coming into Florida.
Only 42% are leaving.
Same thing with Tennessee.
Same thing with the Carolinas.
Same thing with Texas.
You have massive migration to these states, which brings into account my theory that it's dangerous when you get to presidential election season because a lot of the people are moving from states that are marginal, purple, if not slanting blue.
And the people that are leaving tend to be more conservative.
Anyway, so new home construction has come to a screeching halt in large portions of the country.
Sale of pre-existing homes, that's coming to a screeching halt for obvious reasons.
People don't want to pay thousands of dollars more a month because of higher interest rates.
At the beginning of this year, just to give you some perspective, you can get a 30-year fixed-rate mortgage at 3%.
Well, now we're looking at rates heading up to 8% plus.
And who knows at some point, maybe double digits.
We'll learn a lot more tomorrow when the Fed weighs in with another rate increase.
We don't know how high it'll be.
My guess is they're not going to go to 75 basis points.
They'll do 50 basis points or half a percent increase.
But we have a report to show the pace of inflation in November.
There's no good news here.
And I'm trying to understand why Democrats are giddy about all of this.
The CPI consumer price index, 7.1%, 41-year high.
That's only part of the story.
You know, look, I do my own food shopping.
People laugh at me.
Linda laughs at the fact that I brag about going food shopping.
I like to do my own food shopping.
It is very funny.
And you see the increase in prices.
For example, I'm paleo, keto, whatever you want to call it.
Keto-friendly is maybe the more accurate term.
Eggs are up.
I like a lot of protein in my diet because of my workouts.
So anyway, they're up 50%.
By the way, if you're flying in an airline, your prices there are up nearly 40%.
If you need milk, I'm not a big milk person, that's up 14.7%.
Electricity is up 13.7% and going higher.
We're expecting home heating prices now to go up anywhere between 30 and 45% this year.
You're looking for baby food, that's up, you know, 10%, it's up by double digits.
Gas prices are still high for a lot of people.
Heating prices are going to be high.
There's no good news in any of this.
And the Fed is going to continue to tighten in terms of fiscal policies.
And we're all going to suffer as a result.
That's all there is to it.
Not much you can do.
By the way, how many saw Biden yesterday directed off stage by that kid?
Did you see that, Linda?
I sure did.
This adorable little girl walks him off stage and says, no, you got to go that way, sir.
She listened.
She barely escaped that sniff.
She was like, this way.
Please keep it moving.
Funny you said that.
I said that last night on TV.
I said, well, at least they didn't try and sniff her hair.
At least Creepy Joe didn't show up.
So gross.
How is it?
He's the only person, every single time he gives a speech, he doesn't know where to go.
How is it that he constantly turns after a speech to shake hands with nobody there and literally shaking hands with air and then turns around and looks like, where am I?
Where do I go?
Who am I with?
What do I do?
No wonder he goes into meetings with cards that say, you will first sit down.
After sitting down, you will make opening remarks no longer than three minutes.
Here's what you're going to say.
After that, so-and-so will speak, then so-and-so else will speak, and you will say thank you very much, and you will get up and exit the room.
I'm like, wow.
Ever since the Easter Bunny, I haven't trusted him.
I'm sorry.
What was the Easter Bunny thing?
When they had the Easter egg roll at the White House, and the Easter Bunny was directing him away from the people.
He was all turned around and confused.
And then the guy.
The Easter Bunny was directing him away from the media mob.
Yeah, no kidding.
Member of staff didn't answer questions.
He's getting steamrolled by the Easter Bunny.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
Anyway, Biden also apparently pretended to get on a child-size bike and play with the handlebars at that Toys for Tots event.
At least they didn't fall down this time.
I guess there's, you know, silver lining and everything.
I'm not really, I don't even know what to make of this whole Biden invitation of this anti-police, non-binary drag queen to the White House.
Did you hear about this?
They invited Marty Gould Cummings, a non-binary drag queen who's repeatedly attacked the police online to attend a Respect for Marriage Act signing ceremony earlier today.
Cummings thanked the president and the first lady.
Now, didn't Donald Trump get in trouble for having Kanye and Kanye brought along this white nationalist jackass with him?
Remember that happened?
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
Okay.
Now, I had never known up until recently that Kanye West or Ye, whatever you want to call him, I had not known that he had anti-Semitic views.
Did you?
I never knew that.
I don't think he knows.
He changes ridiculously.
You know what?
That was my take, too.
I think he's nuts.
He's just trying to get his students.
And he's admitted that he's got mental problems.
But whatever.
I mean, the things he said is beyond hateful and viciously anti-Semitic.
And then he brings with him this other anti-Semitic white nationalist idiot.
And the president said he had no idea who he was.
I believe the president.
I'm not sure why somebody around him didn't pick up on this and stop that because the media's been talking about it.
So why is it okay for Joe Biden to have radicals showing up at his events and nobody says a word?
How is that happening?
They defend the police.
I mean, why would they care if this guy attacked the police?
They were the ones who voted for defending the president.
The person said, F the police.
F the police.
That's what they believe in.
They're just, they're letting you know.
This is another signal.
Pay attention.
They're not hiding it.
They're letting you know.
It's very clear what the agenda is.
They don't care.
Marie Jean-Pierre slams Elon Musk's disgusting and incredibly dangerous attacks on Fauci.
What is disgusting about exposing Dr. Fauci and the fact that he got pretty much everything wrong on COVID?
And remember early on, I said, you know what?
This is a new virus.
Nobody really seems to know.
Turns out that they knew a lot more about this Wuhan Virology Lab than they let on because we have their own emails in January of 2020, you know, feverishly going back and forth, wondering where the monies came from.
It turns out that the EcoHealth Alliance was getting money from the NIH.
That money was then funneled to the Wuhan Virology Lab, a place where everybody knew that coronavirus research took place and gain of function research took place.
But then they tried to convince all of us: no, no, no, this has all the markings of a wet market virus.
This has nothing to do with being man-made.
But we found another email to Fauci early on that said this virus has all the markings of being manipulated in a lab.
And he was told that it wasn't until the Intercept came out with their 900 pages.
Project Veritas came out with their investigative pages.
Then, of course, we got the NIH emails in the fall of 2020, which pretty much admitted that they knew the money went from the NIH, from the American taxpayers, to the Wuhan Virology Lab, and they knew the research that was going on there.
Unbelievable.

You know, you wouldn't know it from our Democratic media mob, but the U.S. is currently experiencing one of the largest organized cross-border invasions in history, all these illegal immigrants.
And it's about to get worse when they lift Title 42.
Sarah Cardo has a report later in the program today, but over the weekend, he had a massive number of illegal immigrants arriving in El Paso.
2,000 people each day, according to officials.
The group of about 800 to 1,000 people that crossed on Sunday night appears to have been the largest.
More than 5,000 illegal immigrants were in Border Patrol Central Processing Center on Monday.
Last week, El Paso saw 7,000 illegal immigrants released from federal immigration custody, a weekly total that surpassed even those seen during the surge of the Venezuelan arrivals this year.
Most of those released in El Paso, making their way out of the city, but they often seek food, shelter, assistance before doing so.
Now defying the Biden administration, Arizona is rushing to close the border wall gaps that exist before Title 42's deadline.
Anyway, in October, They're expecting a deluge of illegal immigrants to pour across the border when Title 42 expires in only nine days.
And anyway, in October, the Biden administration ordered, for example, Arizona to remove the shipping containers along the border.
Governor Ducey defied those orders and instead filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for failing to close the gaps in the border wall and thus forcing Arizona officials to take matters into their own hands.
Anyway, the welded shipping containers are now more important than ever.
And without Title 42, Biden officials have previously admitted that up to half a million border crossers, illegal aliens, the equivalent of the population of Atlanta, Georgia, could arrive at the border every month.
And then while all this is going on, the Epoch Times reports that the Biden administration now has approved a waiver that will allow Washington state to offer health insurance to illegal immigrants.
That waiver submitted by the state in the spring, approved by the Department of Health and Human Services and Treasury Department officials under the Affordable Care Act.
That means you will be paying for the health care for all the illegal immigrants that Joe Biden is letting in by not enforcing the laws of the land and selecting which laws he obeys and which ones he doesn't and aiding and abetting in the lawbreaking.
And he uncovers the real truth about the politics of D.C. He's your watchdog on Big Brother every day.
Hannity is on right now.
I'm 25 now till the top of the hour, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
This is very interesting how the Washington Post was telegraphed.
We touched on this a little bit yesterday.
So the Washington Post gets telegraphed what the Hunter and Joe Biden supporters are planning to do.
And basically it is they are going to smear slander anybody that they view as a threat in the investigation of and basically intimidate witnesses, intimidate investigators,
intimidate anybody reporting on the story once these hearings begin in January, especially as it relates to zero experience Hunter and his dad and what potential involvement he had in things.
Now, if you remember, Joe Biden now was identified by his son's own business partners in communication said in an interview with Tucker that, in fact, he sat in a meeting with Joe and Hunter and they discussed foreign business dealings.
Now, that would contradict what Joe Biden had been saying publicly during the campaign repeatedly.
I can play it again if you want, that he never one time ever had a single conversation with his son, Hunter, or any family member as it relates to their foreign business dealings.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business?
Yes, I stand by that statement.
Yes, I stand by that.
I never spoke to my son, never spoke to my brother, never spoke to anybody.
And Joe said it not once, but he said it a number of times.
The problem is, and it's a multifaceted problem because we have the problem as it relates to, you know, everything that we now know went on at Twitter, which is a big problem for the Democrats and a big problem for Joe Biden.
And, you know, we're learning a lot how the Democratic Party, you know, how Twitter, for example, became an arm of the Democratic Party, how the media was complicit in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop, how shutting down descending voices the way big tech media did is tantamount to, you know, election interference.
If you shut down descending voices, to use Elon Musk's phrase, it is by its very definition election interference.
And then it got even deeper because then all of a sudden the FBI got involved.
And on a weekly basis, the FBI was meeting with big tech companies and putting them on alert for what they were calling hack and leak operations from foreign entities and trying to prepare them to be on the lookout for misinformation that they might be disseminating in the days or weeks before the presidential election.
One of the more interesting developments in that is the FBI agent that organized the weekly meetings, according to FoxNews.com and the New York Post, is a guy by the name of Elvis Chan, young guy, postgraduate thesis, claiming that Russia interfered with the 2016 election to help former President Trump.
Anyway, he was the one, according to these reports, that was responsible for setting up the weekly meetings.
He's with the FBI, he's an FBI agent, and warning them about the potential of hack and leak operations from foreign entities.
And apparently, he met with Facebook.
Facebook, the FBI warned Facebook to be on high alert for a dump of Russia propaganda.
The head of Twitter's site integrity, a guy by the name of Yo Roth, he testified in a case with Missouri and Louisiana, a lawsuit brought by the attorneys generals, alleging that White House officials and federal agencies acted with big tech to censor disfavored speakers and viewpoints and content on social media.
Now, both these guys were put under oath, and the Twitter guy, the former head of site integrity, Yoel Roth, recalled specifically that Hunter Biden's name was mentioned by the FBI in some of these meetings where, again, they're trying to warn them that this is going to be outside interference.
You can't really write spy novels like this.
I mean, it gets so insane.
But the reality is that it happened.
The reality is, too, when you look at the timeline, is that the FBI had Hunter's laptop in 2019, thanks to John Paul Mac Isaac or Isaac Mac, whatever his name is, the laptop repair guy is a nice guy.
Now, here's where things get a little bit even more interesting because the Washington Post writes about what the plan is once these investigations begin.
Now, we know that Hunter Biden, according to Bob Olinsky, was the big guy and that monies were being put aside for Joe Biden.
The question is, did Joe Biden start with the basics?
Did Joe Biden lie to the American people when he made the claim that he never spoke to his son, that he never spoke to his brother, that he never spoke to anybody about their foreign business dealings?
That's what's going to be a question here.
Now, there's photographic evidence that I'll get to in a second and other evidence that shows that, in fact, Joe Biden, in all likelihood, was lying about all of this.
Hunter's own laptop refers to his father being paid massive amounts of money, complaining about even half of his income going to pops.
Don't forget, you know, everybody in the media ignored the significance.
It was right during the middle of the Ukrainian impeachment of Donald Trump.
Donald Trump has a phone call with then-President Zelensky, new president, and says, We're going to give you this money, and we don't want the malfeasance and misappropriation of taxpayer dollars.
We're expecting you to spend this money the way it's meant and its intended use, which is to help the people of Ukraine.
And for that, he got impeached.
And what I couldn't understand, and still to this day don't understand, is Joe Biden bragging on tape that he was withholding as the head of this country's efforts involving Ukraine when he was vice president, that he said, you're not going to get a billion taxpayer dollars until you fire a Ukrainian prosecutor.
That seems highly unusual for a vice president to ever hold out such a condition as that.
Son of a B, they fired the guy.
He told him you only have six hours to do it, or he's taking the money home with him.
Anyway, they fired the prosecutor.
Ukraine got the billion dollars.
The prosecutor, it turns out, a guy by the name of Shokin, was investigating Hunter Biden, Joe Biden's son, who was being paid millions of dollars by Burisma, an oil and gas company within Ukraine.
And when he went on Good Morning America, admitted that he had no experience in energy, in oil, in gas, or Ukraine.
And when asked why he's being paid millions, he said, I don't know.
I mean, what kind of answer is that?
Could it be that your father, the vice president in charge of Ukraine, might have had a part to play in this?
You know, probably.
I mean, you just can't, it's like the dumbest interview I've ever seen in my life.
Anyway, so we've got the emails, we've got the laptop, but the FBI had this laptop in December of 2019.
And I'm trying to make this as simple as I can because we can get into the weeds in all of this.
So between December 19th, between December of 2019 and Election Day in November of 2020, you know, at what point did the FBI know that the laptop was in fact real, was in fact Hunter's?
At what point did they actually look at the videos that show Hunter Biden in compromising positions?
You know, at what point did they get the pictures and the videos of Hunter Biden smoking crack?
At what point did they look at the contents and the information on the laptop as confirmed by Miranda Devine and others that Joe Biden is mentioned repeatedly and implicated by his own son Hunter in terms of having intimate knowledge of his foreign business dealings, meaning Hunter's, and that he was financially benefiting from such.
I mean, that's what these hearings are going to be about.
Now, what gets interesting is, you know, Hunter's business partners mentioned a plan to set aside all this money for Joe, and Hunter's complaining about paying money for repairs for his house and giving half his income to pops and, you know, other monies and the 10% put aside for the big guy.
You know, all of this referenced and sourced by, you know, respectable publications like the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, The Washington Post, New York Magazine, pretty much every outlet in America.
You know, it reveals what is a get-rich-quick scheme where the Biden family collects millions and millions of dollars, Hunter Biden heading up the effort.
And there's never been any evidence brought forward by anybody that Hunter had the expertise and experience to, in fact, be leading these operations.
Now, keep in mind, shady foreign nationals weren't paying millions of dollars for Hunter's business expertise because it didn't appear that he had any.
He spent a lot of years as a crack addict, a lot of years in hotel rooms with hookers and other things.
He was well known to be unstable, addicted to drugs.
And by the way, I'm happy that he got his addiction taken care of, apparently.
I hope that's true.
At least that's what the reports are.
But the emails, for example, if you go to the Business Insider 2015, it shows that one potential business partner detailed all the pros and all the cons in a list about paying Hunter Biden $2 million for a project involving Libya.
In other words, they had their own dossier on Hunter.
And it said Hunter's negatives are, quote, that he is an alcoholic, a drug addict, kicked out of the U.S. Army for cocaine, chasing low-class hookers, constantly needs money, and many more headaches.
Among the positives, they say, quote, he travels with his dad.
He's connected everywhere in Europe and Asia, and he has access to the highest levels in China.
You know, so what was Hunter Biden's experience?
Was he selling experience?
Was he selling expertise?
Well, for all the talk about working with a Chinese energy company or working with Burisma Holdings, we know that he didn't have any experience because of the interview that he did himself on Good Morning America and said as much.
So that's in his own words.
He didn't have any experience, didn't have any expertise.
So then, what would be the purpose for paying Hunter Biden when he had no experience, no expertise at all whatsoever?
You know, the only thing that I can think of, I'd love to hear other theories about this, is that he was selling access.
Now, the question is, did his father know it?
And did his father benefit financially for it?
Because if he did, that would be influence peddling at the highest level and probably the biggest influence peddling scheme scam in the history of this country.
Because I don't see that Hunter was selling any experience or any expertise, but he was selling access.
Anyway, a report from the Homeland Security Committee detailed multi-million dollar deals, for example.
He got $3.5 million from the First Lady of Moscow.
Later on, money's invested a lot of money, millions in a real estate venture with the same person.
I mentioned Burisma, the gas giant, then the $1 billion, which became a $1.5 billion deal with the Bank of China.
Now, why would the Bank of China deal with Hunter Biden?
Why wouldn't they deal with Goldman Sachs?
Why wouldn't they deal with Deutsche Bank or Bank of America or JPMorgan Chase or whatever other companies are out there?
Anyway, according to the Washington Post now, Hunter, his attorneys, several top Democratic strategists, they are now building and creating a political war room.
The purpose, which will become obvious, is to go after, smear, slander, besmirch.
And even they're threatening, according to the Washington Post, to sue anybody that dares shine a light on their shady activities.
And that would include members of the House Republican majority.
That would include Congressman Jim Comer, Congressman Jim Jordan.
It would include those who observed the Biden family's business dealings, people like Tony Bobolinski or John Paul Mack Isaac, the computer repair shop owner.
Jonathan Turley pointed this out.
He said, this is a move to intimidate witnesses.
I wouldn't say just witnesses.
I'd say witnesses, those people doing the investigating and anybody there reporting on it.
Members of the media who dare to cover this story, apparently it even states, will also likely be targeted by the Biden camp, possibly sued by these people.
There will be countersuits.
But let me be very clear.
We've asked Hunter Biden and my show, for example, to come on and give a comment over and over again every time we cover the issue, many times when we were covering the issue.
It never once denied the authenticity, not one time, of the laptop or the contents.
They've never refuted any reporting of Peter Schweitzer that I've seen or Miranda Devine or the New York Post or Fox News.
And then their father, the big guy, reportedly denied any involvement.
And yet we have photographic evidence showing Joe with many of his son's foreign business partners, including a picture with the former prime minister of Kazakhstan, a picture with Mexico's most well-connected businessman.
I don't know.
Let's see what happens.
It's getting interesting.
