	It's going to be won on Election Day, day of turnout for Herschel Walker.
	The power is in your hands.
	I have no idea.
	I've had every explanation imaginable given to me analyzing the early vote.
	But I am telling you that if the same number of people that voted for Herschel show up today and vote like they did on November 8th, he will win.
	That much I can tell you.
	That is one mathematical certainty I can give you.
	Anyway, I hope the people of Georgia will do that.
	Let me go to Corine Jean-Pierre.
	Then we'll get to James Comer and Jim Jordan, our friends, in a minute.
	So we have this big Twitter file release.
	Then we have Elon Musk very bravely saying that if you are shutting down dissenting voices, that is by its very definition election interference.
	And the media not wanting to talk about it, they only spent seven seconds on the Sunday shows talking about it.
	MSDNC, fake news, CNN all ignoring the story because they're all complicit.
	Even he said they're complicit and they're lying to the American people, which they have been.
	Anyway, here's Corine Jean-Pierre.
	Look, we see this as an interesting or a coincidence, if I may, that he would so haphazardly, Twitter would so haphazardly push this distraction.
	That is a full of old news, if you think about it.
	And at the same time, Twitter is facing very real and very serious questions about the rising volume of anger, hate, and anti-Semitism on their platform and how they're letting it happen.
	Okay.
	That has nothing to do with what just happened over the weekend, what we've learned.
	I'll say it as succinctly as I can, is we had the FBI, what should be the premier law enforcement agency in the entire world, having weekly meetings with all of these big tech companies, warning them about hack and leak operations from, quote, foreign entities.
	The Twitter former head of site integrity, a guy by the name of Yo Roth, he said not only did they have the meetings, but they specifically mentioned and warned it could be about Hunter Biden.
	Now, why would that be important?
	Because the FBI had Hunter Biden's laptop since December of 2019.
	And this is the 2020 election we're talking about.
	They had it 11 months.
	Why they didn't do anything with it when we know there are crimes and evidence of crimes on that laptop and they could have corroborated it.
	So they're putting pressure on all of these big tech companies.
	Oh, you might be the victim of, you know, a hack and leak operation.
	Well, it turns out, and we'll talk to Eric Schmidt, the Attorney General of Missouri, Senator-elect from Missouri.
	The FBI agent that organized these meetings was under oath last week at a lawsuit against the Biden administration.
	He was the one that organized meetings in San Francisco for these FBI agents to go meet with all these big tech companies.
	And anyway, this this whole lawsuit is about from Missouri and Louisiana, about White House officials and federal agencies acting with big tech to censor disfavored speakers and viewpoints and content on social media platforms, which, by the way, would trigger probably Section 230.
	Now, when the new Congress convenes in January, you will have Congressman Jim Jordan of Ohio.
	He has announced an investigation into whether or not your FBI has been politicized and your Department of Justice has been weaponized.
	He will do it in tandem with Congressman James Comer, who will be investigating the Joe Biden influence peddling scandal potential based on Hunter Biden's laptop, but more importantly, the fact that Joe Biden lied to the American people when he said that he never had a single conversation with Hunter or any family member about the foreign business dealings that they were making a fortune on.
	Anyway, both congressmen join us now.
	Welcome back, both of you.
	Good to be with you, Sean.
	Thanks, Reg.
	You know, Jim Jordan, let me start with you, because you're going to be looking into this, the role of the FBI.
	The FBI had Hunter's laptop.
	They had 11 months to authenticate that laptop.
	It's been three years.
	They haven't done a thing with that laptop.
	We know that there's evidence of crimes on that laptop.
	We know that Hunter implicates his father in this influence peddling issue that he was involved in.
	Why has the FBI done nothing?
	Well, they not only had the laptop, but when the story became public, they took efforts, they undertook efforts to suppress that information getting to the American people.
	So my big concern here, Sean, is, and you've outlined it so well, but big tech, big media, big government colluded to keep critical information from the American people.
	So much so that they were, as you said, having weekly meetings.
	The FBI was going and talking to you.
	Big tech platforms, having weekly meetings talking about Russian disinformation and possible hack and leak operations.
	So my focus is, our focus is going to be on big government.
	What was the FBI doing?
	What prompted them to do that?
	We want to get to the bottom of it.
	And frankly, and Clay raised this on your show last night, Clay Travis, when he said, who was the person who decided to suppress this information and go have these weekly meetings?
	And I think the place you have to start is Timothy Teebold, because never forget, Mr. Grassley had an FBI agent come to his office as a whistleblower talking about that individual.
	We had an FBI agent come to our office talking about that same individual.
	He was the guy that was in a high-up position in the Washington field office.
	That's where we want to start.
	And we've asked him multiple times to come talk to us.
	He hasn't been willing to do it.
	But when we get to the new Congress, we'll be able to get him to come in and speak to us.
	That's where we begin this investigation.
	Will Americans hear from all of these FBI whistleblowers?
	Yeah.
	Well, look, that's up to them, but we do think some of them are willing to go public.
	Some of them have went public.
	They came and talked to us, and then they've gone on your, on Fox and Fox News and talked about their concerns.
	So we think they will be, but that's up to them.
	That's how the statute works.
	Right now, they're coming to us because they know they can trust us, and they're coming to us because the problem, the weaponization, the political atmosphere over there is so bad that they're saying we're going to go talk to the Republicans even before the election, even before they're in the majority, and they've been willing to do that.
	It's our duty now to get the facts out there so the American people understands what happened.
	And if the American people understand it, that's step one in stopping it from happening again.
	So the FBI, Congressman Comer, has had Hunter's laptop since December of 2019.
	That's three years.
	They haven't done a thing with it.
	Now we're learning that the FBI was working in the lead up to the 2020 election after they had it for 11 months to get big tech to suppress what would be an influence peddling story involving the President of the United States.
	What's your reaction to that, and where do you see your investigation going?
	Well, first of all, my reaction, unfortunately, is not of surprise.
	The thing that should be most concerning is the fact that the FBI didn't think there was another copy of the laptop.
	So they went out on a limb thinking that they had buried the story when Isaac gave them the original laptop.
	Now, what the American public needs to ask themselves is, why was there such an effort to conceal the identity of the laptop?
	What really is on the laptop?
	Because in the beginning, the Democrats said, oh, the laptop was Russian disinformation.
	Then they said, well, it may be once it became public.
	The Washington Post said it is Hunter's laptop.
	Then they said, well, it may be, but it had been altered.
	There had been files added to it to implicate Joe Biden.
	So, you know, it's not legitimate.
	Then, obviously, CBS has come out with their forensic audit.
	Now they're saying, well, all it is are some embarrassing pictures of Hunter Biden.
	Why would Comer and Jordan, why would they want those pictures of Hunter Biden in compromising positions with smoking crackpipe and all that?
	What the American people don't realize, Sean, and we realize it because you've done a great job reporting on Fox News is the laptop actually shows in detail the influence peddling that the Biden family had been doing over a course of several years.
	And it also implicates Joe Biden.
	So our investigation hasn't changed.
	The only thing that's changed is I think more American people are curious about what actually is on the laptop.
	We're still focused on those bank records.
	We're focused now on having those Twitter employees that were implicated in the Elon Musk drop, information drop, come and talk to us on the committee about who, as Jim Jordan said, who actually told you this was Russian disinformation.
	And then we're going to go from there.
	But we're still squarely focused on the bank records and trying to see whether or not this White House is compromised because of the millions of dollars they've taken from China.
	But we know this.
	We know for a fact Joe lied when he said he never talked to his son or family about their foreign business dealings.
	We have photographic evidence of Joe and Hunter and his foreign business partners.
	We've got at least 14 meetings identified.
	And then you mentioned bank records.
	Do you have all those bank records?
	We've been meeting today, taking steps necessary to get those bank records as quickly as possible in January.
	Because of privacy rules, we're going to have to have a subpoena.
	We've made very clear that subpoena will be delivered as quickly as possible in January once we become the majority and once again.
	And if Joe Biden was getting kickbacks from his son's foreign business dealings from Russia, from China, from Ukraine, from other countries, Kazakhstan, would that mean that it is potentially true that the president of the United States is compromised by foreign entities?
	Well, you could tell from the laptop, they went to great lengths to protect the big guy.
	You're not going to see direct payments to Joe Biden, but what we think you're going to see are payments to Hunter, who turned around and paid for a lot of things for Joe Biden.
	That's what's alleged in the laptop.
	He complains about it bitterly, doesn't he?
	When I have to give half my income to Pops and I have to pay for Pops repairs around the house and 10% set aside for the big guy?
	Exactly.
	That's where we're looking.
	And we've talked to witnesses.
	We know pretty specifically where to look.
	And, you know, it's very concerning.
	And it would maybe answer some questions as to why the Biden administration has these terrible energy policies.
	That other than a few liberals in California, who really supports the Green New Deal?
	Well, China does because it puts the United States at a further competitive disadvantage to China.
	So they want the United States to have the Green New Deal and to cut off all their energy capabilities.
	So, you know, there's a real good reason why we need to investigate the Biden influence failing.
	And the reason is to see if this administration is compromised because of the millions of dollars they've already received.
	So the same FBI, Jim Jordan, that went out, and even though they couldn't pay a million dollars for Christopher Steele to corroborate Hillary's dirty Russian dossier, but then used it as a FISA application,
	the same people that let her get away with top secret classified information on her server, the same people that let her get away with destroying 33,000 emails with bleach pit and destroying devices with hammers, that same FBI now is involved in not doing a thing when they have evidence of potential crimes involving the president and his son.
	That same FBI is working with big tech companies to silence a big story three weeks before an election.
	Yeah, and that same FBI thought it was okay to have the government set up this snitch line so that parents could be spied on and use counterterrorism measures against moms and dads showing up at school board meetings.
	That same FBI, according to whistleblowers, is looking to purge conservatives from their ranks.
	That same FBI has become totally political at its highest levels.
	Again, not the rank and file agent.
	So this is why it's important to get to the bottom of it.
	And I would just underscore one thing that Jamie said.
	This is so important.
	There are 150 of these suspicious activity reports.
	Most Americans never get any.
	So there's 150 suspicious, and it's just like the name would suggest: suspicious banking activity associated with the Biden family.
	And used to be the policy was if Jamie wanted to see him, he could go to Treasury and he could see him as the top Republican on the oversight committee.
	But suddenly the Biden, that was a policy for Trump, for Obama, for Bush.
	It's been the policy until this administration, suddenly they changed the policy.
	So first, Jamie has asked to see information from the Biden administration in letters.
	They say no.
	Then he says, Can we see the suspicious activity report?
	They say, no, we're going to change the policy.
	And then Democrats go and tell us that there's a story a few weeks ago that they're setting up as this, the Democrats are setting up this group to come after Jamie and me and Kevin McCarthy and Republicans who actually are simply trying to get the truth to the country.
	That's how ridiculous this has become.
	And right at the heart of it all is the FBI.
	And that's why we have to get the truth out there and get the facts out there.
	This is going to be a fascinating new year.

	Elon Musk on his Twitter account, in light of concerns about Baker, Baker is the general counsel of Twitter.
	He was the same Baker that was the legal head at the FBI during the Russia hoax.
	But in light of concerns about Baker's possible role in suppression of information important to the public dialogue, he was exited from Twitter today.
	Wow, the story just gets deeper and deeper and deeper.
	Here's the question: why would your FBI that had Hunter's laptop 11 months that could have authenticated all of it?
	Why would they be meeting as they did weekly with these big tech companies, warning them of this hack and leak operation in the lead up to the 2020 election?
	Basically saying to them that, yeah, and it might be about Hunter.
	At least that was the testimony of Yoel Roth, the Twitter former head of Site Integrity.
	And why is it that when they knew damn well that it was Hunter's laptop and they knew this information was coming out because they knew Rudy Giuliani had it and they knew the New York Post was working on the story.
	So they meet weekly with all the big tech companies.
	Oh, if it comes out, it might be about Hunter.
	You know, just know, be on the lookout for this because it might be hacked materials.
	It might be a leak operation.
	You got to be very careful.
	You don't want to be a victim of spreading disinformation before an election.
	Turns out it's all true.
	And the FBI knew it was true.
	Why were they urging these companies not to put it forward to the public?
	It's taken me 47 years to perfect doing nothing.
	I had to become president to show you I could do that better than anybody.
	Joe Biden, the most dangerous man in America.

	So the president not scheduled to visit the southern border during his trip to Arizona today, a decision obviously criticized by both conservative and even progressive immigration so-called experts.
	He's only 100 miles away.
	So Peter Doocy asks him about this today, and this is his snippy little answer.
	Why go to a border state and not visit the border?
	Because there's a more important thing going on.
	They're going to invest billions of dollars in a million products.
	Yeah, more important things than all those kids who are losing the fentanyl and the opioid crisis and the four and a half million people that you're allowing into the country, 100 on the terrorist watch list.
	Nothing more important than that.
	Anyway, God help us.
	All right, let's say hi to Joe in Connecticut.
	Joe, hi, how are you?
	Glad you called, sir.
	Welcome to the program.
	Hey, Sean, thanks a lot.
	Hey, Sean, I was going to ask you, you know, what do you think the upshot of this Twitter data dump and its impact on Hunter and the laptop and January 6th and the election interference?
	Do you really think anything's going to come of it?
	And honestly, I was going to ask you that, but my feeling is nothing's going to happen.
	And I'll tell you why if you're okay with that, and then I'll give you a solution.
	My feeling is that nothing will happen because nothing ever happens.
	And part of it is because guys like you who are telling everybody the truth, the problem is you had us at hello and your audience is perfectly in sync with you.
	But there is an overhauling preponderance of the people in this country who unfortunately are consuming media from somewhere else and aren't hearing this information.
	And, you know, you guys tell us all the time that half the country isn't hearing this stuff.
	And so my feeling is instead of crossing the aisle, you need to cross the dial and get to some of these other people who aren't hearing this stuff and promote the fact that there are issues here that they need to be aware of and enlighten the folks.
	I think that the American people are desiring this information, but they're not getting it.
	I think there's a lot of truth to what you're saying.
	I think that there's a bifurcation.
	I think people just consume what they believe to be news and it's not news at all.
	It's opinion.
	We don't give just opinion.
	We give a lot of news on this program and we're accurate.
	I do think in the Hunter Biden case, I think this is going to be, this is going to percolate up, and it's going to get worse and worse and worse.
	This is not about Hunter Biden and hookers and crack cocaine.
	That's the low-hanging fruit or taxes, the low-hanging fruit.
	There is a grand jury in Delaware.
	They have been convened.
	The bigger issue here is what did Joe Biden know?
	When did he know it?
	And why did he lie to us about it?
	And now that everybody knows that the FBI had this laptop for 11 months and they did nothing with it.
	And now that every American now will discover over time, especially when the Comer and the Jim Jordan investigations, they run in tandem, really.
	Jim Jordan on judiciary is looking into the issue of whether or not the FBI has been politicized and the DOJ weaponized.
	And then Comer, Oversight, is looking into the entire Biden issue.
	And he said this is an investigation into the president of the United States.
	The president lied.
	When the president said, I'd never had any discussions with my family or Hunter about any of their foreign business dealings, we now can prove that's a lie.
	And we've got a case here of influence peddling.
	Now, can I give you a guarantee that this is going to result the way it would for a Republican?
	No, I can't do that.
	By the end of the day, the American people will know it.
	Well, I hear you, Sean, but my feeling is that I think at least half, if not more, of the people in this country will not hear it.
	It's going to be more of the same.
	I think both sides really, you know, kneel at the altar of Wiley, Coyote, thinking that they finally got him, finally got him.
	And the only people who get the benefit are the people at Acme who sell catapults and bombs.
	And it's not going to mean a hill of beans.
	And it's unfortunate.
	But I would like to propose that we spend a lot of money in politics.
	Why not spend money on an ad campaign like PSA's, you know, according, you know, kind of like in the vein of now you know or the more you know kind of thing.
	And I just think it's going to be unavoidable.
	I don't think Democrats and the news media mob, although, look, if you look at the actual total time on the Sunday program spent on the Twitter reveal, it was seven seconds.
	That's sad.
	That's always be that way.
	Sean, the problem is that.
	But remember, one of the people that were questioning Elon Musk on Saturday asked the question, they're trying to turn this into a nothing burger.
	Elon gave a great answer, and it was, of course they are, because they're complicit.
	They are complicit in the entire scheme of things because they've covered it up and they've covered it up because they have their own political agenda.
	Yeah, but you're right.
	You're right.
	But unless we get the majority of Americans to dig this, going nowhere, my friend.
	And we've been doing this a long time.
	Hillary's still walking around laughing at us.
	They're all laughing at us because we don't get enough people behind this thing.
	You had us at Go, Sean.
	We're all on the same side as you.
	You're preaching to the choir.
	So tell me what you would like me to, what do you think I could do better that can get this story out?
	You have the bully pulpit, right?
	So you are on TV.
	The problem is you need to find a way to reach the other side.
	So you want me to start going back on shows like The View?
	do you want me to i used to do those shows you want me to you want me to okay let me tell you what that's gonna let me tell you what that will descend into in In a matter of seconds, it'll be a shout fest and no information will be exchanged.
	I've been there.
	I've done it.
	I've been there with Rosie O'Donnell.
	I've done it.
	I've been on the Today Show.
	I've been on Good Morning America.
	Trust me, they gave up inviting me because I always said, no, it was a waste of my time.
	You're right.
	So let's spend some money.
	Let's make a PSA campaign.
	I don't think that's a bad idea.
	And Republicans need to fight back harder.
	And look, one thing we've been able to do, I'm telling you, these hearings are not going to be able to be ignored.
	This will make it into the political consciousness of this country, the political bloodstream of the country.
	There's no way at the end of these investigations that every American's not going to know everything that I've been telling you the last two days.
	I can promise you that part.
	Now, what they do with it is another thing.
	One reality that nobody wants to face, and I've been warning people about this, is there are far too many of our fellow countrymen that have bought into this big lie that socialism is some great, fair system of governance.
	And if only we adopt it, we'll see how great it is.
	And we'll empower the government to take from one group of people and will guarantee pre-K education, free college, guaranteed government jobs, guaranteed wages, guaranteed health care, guaranteed healthy food, guaranteed retirement.
	And the reality is, I can say it over and over again.
	It's never worked, no matter what manifestation it's taken on, doesn't matter what name it's been given, it always results in the same thing, unfulfilled promises, more poverty.
	And then you have to calculate how much of your freedom did you give up in the name of false security peddled by powerful politicians that want to use money to stay in power and have you dependent on them.

	We held Joe over from Connecticut.
	He stays with us calling in, talking about, all right, how do we get more people to understand that socialism, liberalism is a failure and conservatism works.
	You'd be surprised, though, by the way.
	There are a lot of liberals.
	We actually have studies proving this, that watch my TV show and listen to this radio show more than you think.
	Yeah, so it's getting out there.
	They listen to what you say, but they're so categorically turned off and so bought that they're all in, right?
	They've done the hokey pokey one way.
	They're all in on their guy.
	But that's my point.
	There's people, I'm telling you, the percentage of our fellow Americans that have bought into these lies is pretty significant.
	And you can see it during these elections.
	So let's just give up.
	Over time, look, it's sort of like abortion.
	You're not going to win an argument with somebody that has their opinion locked in cement, but you can change hearts and minds.
	And science, I know, is changing hearts and minds.
	When you get, what, 4D images of children in a womb and you can identify facial features and see their fingers and their toes and their belly buttons and all that stuff.
	They don't have a belly button yet, but the umbilical cord.
	And you see this, you know, if you showed every woman that was going to have an abortion what was inside of her, many women would make a different decision, wouldn't they?
	One would like to think, but you got to remember something.
	We lost again midterms over this.
	Over that issue.
	What does that say about a populist that that's the most important issue about being able to kill a baby, right?
	Is that a great situation to be in?
	Is that a great populist?
	It played a very, very big role in this election cycle.
	There's no doubt about it.
	I'll give you an example.
	Pennsylvania.
	Now, Mastriano had no exceptions for rape, incest, and the mother's life.
	He lost by 14 points.
	Oz only lost by two and a half points.
	But what does that tell you?
	That tells you you can't have your own opinion and be steadfast on it.
	You have to capitulate.
	You have to move.
	Well, not that you have to capitulate.
	You've got to understand the state you're running in.
	If you're running in a state that is a purple state and that this is a defining issue for half the population, and you don't even make exceptions if a 10-year-old girl's raped, then I'm just telling you, you're not going to win.
	There's certain things, certain realities, certain undeniable truths about the politics of it.
	I'm not talking about the morality of it.
	Two very different things.
	All right, I enjoy Scar with you.
	Listen, I sense your frustration.
	I share a lot of it.
	I really do.
	But we really don't have much of a choice is we've got to stay in the fight.
	We've got to win the arguments.
	We've got to change hearts and minds.
	And it's going to be a process.
	And, you know, I'm looking at all these articles on the economy today.
	Rising thefts at Walmart could lead to price jumps, says their CEO.
	Philadelphia gas station owner, higher security, armed with AR-15s to protect the store.
	Then you have Nourio Rubini saying the mother of all economic crises is looming.
	He's an economist.
	We've had him on this show.
	Then you had another article today.
	This was, I forget where I saw this.
	World economy heads for one of its worst years in three decades.
	You want me to keep going?
	Because I have more.
	Jamie Dimon says inflation is eroding consumer wealth and it may cause a recession next year.
	House members warning of a coming heating fuel shortages in the Northeast.
	Biden, you know, swamped by Biden's inflation, seniors are now saying that they're forced to skip meals.
	14% say they have had to skip meals.
	This was in the Epoch Times yesterday.
	94% of Americans over the age of 55 have cut back on leisure and recreational spending, have cut back on energy use.
	Over 35% cancel trips.
	14% skip meals.
	Okay.
	I thought democratic policies were great for every American and were guaranteed where's our government healthy food if we're skipping meals.
	Part of the problem is our kids and generations of indoctrination have convinced people that a system that has been tried and that has failed repeatedly all over the world that has resulted in poverty, unfulfilled promises, and a loss of freedom is somehow going to work here.
	It's not.
	It's going to fail and it will fail spectacularly.
	The only good thing that is waiting in the wings is conservatism, which will come to the rescue because conservative policies work.
	We can secure the border.
	We can bring back law and order.
	We can start educating our kids again.
	We can be energy independent again.
	We can build up our military and be the toughest, mightiest military on the face of the earth again.
	You know, there are ways to fix these things and elections matter.
	And we can hopefully one day win enough elections that we can have more integrity in our electoral system.
	So it's this, you got to play longball here.
	This is, I can't snap my fingers and start changing minds.
	I've showed up at college campuses and half the people never want to hear from me.
	So they'll walk out.
	So they don't have an open mind there either.
	But the more that you in this audience takes the information that we're trying to bring to you every day and the arguments that are behind the information and you bring it to your friends and you bring it to your family and you bring it to your coworkers and then enough pain kicks in.
	Pain is a great motivator and they realize what they were promised is never going to happen.
	At that point, the country will be ready to open its eyes for change.
	Not until then.
	Not until then.
	And there's going to be a lot of suffering in the interim.
	And the suffering, ironically, will be felt the most by the people that voted for these very idiots in power.
	So that's the best I can offer at this time, but I'm not going anywhere.
	I'm staying in this fight because it's a righteous, it's saving this country.
	So goes America, so will go the world.
	We know how to solve these problems.
	It's not that complicated, but we got to get the right people and the right, well, first we got to convince enough people that we're right.
