All right, news roundup information overload hour, 800 941 Sean.
Our number you want to be a part of the program, we go back to our top story, and that is Elon Musk and his great reveal about the FBI and the influence of the 20 uh 20 elections.
Uh anyway, so the big the big takeaway from this is like every other big social media company is that the FBI had been having weekly meetings with Twitter uh as it relates to warning them about hack and leak operations by foreign operatives.
So remember, Twitter made the excuse, and this came out in the reveal late Friday night.
Um that in fact they were they were saying, Oh, this we can't we can't post hacked materials, but there was no evidence that anything had been hacked, and they even determined that it hadn't been hacked, but they still never put the information out in the weeks leading into the 2020 election, which could have had a profound impact on how people voted.
Anyway, so the FBI up up to their eyeballs in uh all of this, and you got a very liberal company.
Um now Elon Musk on Saturday took the unprecedented step of going online and actually talking to people.
And here are some of the highlights from the conversation went on about two hours on Saturday with Elon Musk.
I was just wondering if all accounts that were requested to have things taken down by the DNC and by the Biden campaign, even ones that have nothing to do with the Hunter Biden laptop, if they will also be released.
Yes.
Um the uh intent is to release uh all the files.
You know, this is like whatever SASI files or um your truth and reconciliation, like Nelson Modella would say, you know, it's it's if you want reconciliation, there must be truth.
So um that's that's the intent here intent here is to just make it clear what was happening and provide transparency about the past and in doing so to build trust about the future.
Um he was just curious if you've faced any pressure so far since releasing the Twitter files.
Um I mean I face pressure all the time, so it's kind of like what's the what's the differential in pressure between before and after?
Uh because I I don't but I'm not I don't see it yet.
I don't know.
I may maybe there's pressure, but I I might as not be feeling it because I just every day is the high pressure situation.
The media uh, you know, especially the media that downplayed uh and censored the whole Hunter Biden story is now trying to downplay your release.
Um obviously because they are under fire as well, right?
Because they have been exposed by this uh by this release.
What do you want to say to them?
What do you want to say to the media that is trying to turn this into a nothing burger?
Well, they're trying to turn it into a nothing burger because they were complicit in deceiving the American public.
Um and so rather than admit that they they lied to the public, they're trying to pretend that this is a nothing burger, obviously.
To anyone looking at it, is that that's clearly what happened.
Um so yeah, I mean chairman.
You are basically exposing collusion between a political party and uh in one uh file that was released.
It was even uh called the Biden team contacting uh Twitter.
I mean, that is uh election interference, isn't it?
Yeah, it's yeah, I mean I the clearly if if if Twitter is doing one team's bidding before an election, shutting down dissenting voices um on a public election, that is the very definition of election interference.
And what the hell else would you of course like yes?
Um, you know, frankly, Twitter was acting like an arm of the Democratic National Committee.
It was absurd.
Wow, acting as an arm of the DNC.
Anyway, here to join us and uh discuss all of this is Kara Frederick is the director of tech policy at the Heritage Foundation, former Facebook intelligence analyst, Craig Parshell is with us, uh, special counsel with the American Center for Law and Justice and Internet uh free speech advisor for the American Principles Project.
Welcome both of you.
Uh Kara will start with you.
Um, you know, they were actively an arm of the Democratic Party.
You can't get any more clear than that in the suppression of this information.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
And they've been doing this over and over and over again.
We know in July of 2021, Jen Saki admitted when she was the press secretary from the White House podium that the government was working with Facebook to single out accounts and posts.
We know those 12 users and accounts that she pointed out were taken off Facebook within a month.
We know that DHS, so these are you know, government agencies working, frankly, with uh more of a Democratic patina, as we know.
We know that the disinformation governance board was coordinating closely with tech companies.
They had relationships with Twitter executives, as you say, government agencies met with the with the tech to strategize on misinformation during the election cycle.
And we know that misinformation, disinformation, all of that is stuff that the left doesn't like.
We proved that with COVID.
We proved that with the Hunter Biden laptop story.
So I I don't think that you can separate any more big tech from the Democratic Party, and frankly, government agencies like the FBI, which also warned Facebook of a Russian propaganda drop before the laptop censorship occurred.
You can't separate them from uh the Democratic Party and the DNC at this point, unfortunately, and big tech.
Uh I think you really can.
I mean, and this shows, you know, this is election interference.
This is, you know, shutting down opposition voices, and all of these big tech companies were an arm of the Democratic Party.
And we now have had a very high level of evidence presented about, you know, election, I don't know what you want to call it.
I mean, in-kind election donations, whatever.
But but certainly efforts to silence all freedom of speech and at a very high level, and even going to the top of the FBI, and they're successful at it.
Now, this is two presidential elections in a row.
I keep mentioning that part of it, which a lot of people have not putting it put together yet.
I mean, because they did go forward.
They they got this this FISA application, warned not to use it as early as August of 2016.
It's not verifiable.
We know all of it's debunked at this point, but yet they said to the Pfizer Quarter was verified, but it was Hillary Clinton op research using Russian disinformation.
Uh, and then of course she got special treatment by deleting 33,000 emails, God knows what was on it, and then top secret classified information on her files, no prosecutor would prosecute.
You know, it just gets deeper and deeper and deeper into the weeds, and and all, you know, people used to laugh and not understand when I talked about a deep state, this is it.
Or when I say there's not equal justice under the law, or when I say there's media bias, all of this now is plain as day.
And and you have people that I don't really think have a political ideology.
You know, people like Glenn Greenwald or people like Elon Musk.
Um, I'm I'm a movement conservative.
I don't think they agree with my politics completely, but they they certainly believe in transparency and honesty in media.
And frankly, I I'm happy with with transparency and honesty in media.
You know, I don't mind that people over fake news CNN offer their opinions all the time.
I just wish they'd be honest about it.
Same with MSDNC.
You know, there are news programs on Fox News, there are opinion programs.
Um I happen to be a hybrid.
We do straight news, investigative reporting, opinion, sports, and culture.
We're like a whole newspaper.
And other people have different roles in in media uh or in the press.
But anyway, these are very revealing times.
How Congress is going to deal with this should be very interesting to me.
But the fact that the FBI is involved to this degree in something they really should have no involvement in.
Now, if they find a specific instance where they know for sure that there's some type of outside interference with a foreign country to influence our elections, that's one thing.
All they were warning about was, you know, they had the laptop for a year.
They were just warning about anything generally and put these companies in a state of unnecessary panic.
And even when they knew that it wasn't hack materials, they still didn't come forward with the information because of their own built-in institutional bias that they have.
Uh, but anyway, I didn't mean to be so long-winded.
Craig, let's get your take.
Well, uh, you you raise an excellent point.
In fact, you wonder how many dots need to be connected before we say this is obvious.
The Washington Post comes out and says, oh, the Twitter files that have been released by Elon Musk, uh, no smoking gun.
Well, technically they're right because I think it's an arsenal of smoking guns, all pointing at the Republican Party and all helping uh the Democrat Party.
Uh uh, you know, earlier this year, even before this information came out, the the big reveal from Twitter because of Elon Musk takeover, uh uh American Principles Project and I released a report months ago that gave some very objective evidence on how Google and Twitter and Facebook influenced uh battleground states, particularly uh Arizona and Wisconsin and Georgia that tilted the election for Biden.
But that was before this is evidence.
This this is internal evidence that this FBI warning about hacking.
I really wonder whether they were giving a softball to big tech so they could use the hacking excuse to deep six the laptop story, uh, which they obviously did.
I don't that it's not explicitly, there's no smoking gun that would say that, but everything that you put together certainly suggests that there is a strong possibility for that, and that would be something that we need to get to the bottom of it.
And how convenient that James Baker, the James Baker, uh former FBI counsel, uh general counsel, is now the general counsel of Twitter while all this is going on.
How convenient.
Um his point of view.
Kara, I want you to weigh in on that.
Yeah, and I think, you know, coupled with the idea that 50 plus former intelligence officials, uh, they had that letter saying that this Hunter Biden laptop, it bears all the hallmarks of Russian disinformation.
When you couple that with the FBI going to Facebook and warning them with the FBI and other government agencies meeting with big tech to strategize about that election cycle misinformation, you know, tech companies, they already have these ideological proclivities that want them to see the Democratic Party win.
So of course they're gonna use that as an excuse.
They're gonna use that as the expert patina to cover over a decision that they admitted that they freelanced.
And what I think is really really important here is you look at Yale Ross.
Um, so he did a big interview with uh tech reporter Kara Swisher after after all this, and he basically uh was part of the decision to censor the Hunter Biden laptop.
Sorry, he is uh obvious partisan.
Look at his former tweets, he's all about Hillary Clinton, huge partisan, and he basically said what informed his decision to to censor this laptop was lessons of 2016.
So, you know, we we know I worked at Facebook during 2016.
People went nuts when Trump got elected, and they wanted to make sure that something like this never happened again.
And the media blamed Facebook in part for Trump's victory.
So they're they're taking the the deep state, and we can we can effectively call it a deep state.
Look, I worked in an intelligence community and they are fully captured at this point.
And they worked with the deep state and they took their information that they brought saying, okay, expect a Russian propaganda drop.
They took those 50 Intel officials and that letter that.
All right, but let me interrupt you here.
We know that the deep state lied to Pfizer courts.
We know that they were warned repeatedly not to use the dirty Russian dossier that Hillary paid for as early as August of 2016.
We know that in early October of 2016, the FBI actually flew over the pond and went to Great Britain to meet with Christopher Steele and offered him a million dollars if he could corroborate the dossier.
He couldn't do it, but yet at the end of that month, he didn't get his million dollars.
They didn't have corroboration, but they went before the Pfizer court to get the PISA application approved.
Andrew McCabe, without without the dossier, they never would have had it approved.
Um and they all say now, knowing what they know now, they wouldn't have done it, which is a little too late considering the damage that was done.
And that same FBI, you know, is putting their thumb On the scales yet again here.
And at some point, I thought there's supposed to be a law enforcement agency.
Exactly.
And this is the same FBI that on Merrick Garland's order started issuing terrorist threat tags against parents going to their school board complaining about critical race theory being taught in their schools.
So yeah, you know, it's like Victor Davis Hanson says they're acting as the Praetorian guard at this point.
They're trying to cover for Biden and you know losing laptops.
They're covering for the his uh daughter's diary being lost.
Uh you know, I I I can't trust them at this point, as far as I can throw them.
And unfortunately, you have uh no one paying a price for any of this.
You have the FISA abuses and uh, you know, lawyers um license was suspended freely.
He's practicing in DC again now.
You need to be able to have a have deterrent, uh deterrence against this type of behavior.
And because none of these people are paying a price, you know, they've got pump gigs, they're why would they stop?
Exactly.
Well, this is this is why Jim Jordan's Judiciary Committee is going to look into the FBI being politicized and the DOJ weaponized.
Last word, uh Craig Parshall.
Thank you.
Yeah, I tell you, uh, Sean, time is not on our side.
Uh pretty soon these big tech monopolies, and they are monopolies, uh, will be too big to control by either Congress or antitrust prosecution or any other traditional means of competition.
And then the co the collision between uh what they're doing, big tech's uh power in terms of market dominance, and the current federal administration under President Biden and the Democrats colluding with them.
Uh this this problem is going to be too big to be able to handle unless it's handled soon.
So that's why I'm looking forward to the investigation that the House is going to hopefully launch quickly.
I hope so.
Thank you both.
Very enlightening, sad to say, but all true.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hammond.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Uh before we hit the phones, 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, RNC actually came out with a really good video.
Remember, there's going to be two separate investigations and then other investigations on top of it.
One will be into the Biden laptop, which Congressman James Comer rightly said is an investigation into President Joe Biden because there's so much so much in terms of information.
Joe claimed he never one time ever spoke to Hunter or any of his family members about his foreign business dealings when in fact he was lying.
We have photograph after photograph after photograph of Joe Biden and Hunter and Hunter's foreign business partners in in these pictures.
Then we've identified at least 14 separate meetings.
There could be as many as 20 to 30 by the time all is said and done.
And this dovetails perfectly into this entire episode, if you will, with the censorship of information leading into the 2020 election.
And that is that Hunter Biden's laptop, the story comes out just weeks before the 2020 presidential election, and the FBI had been priming all these big tech social media companies Oh, you've got to you've got to be on the lookout.
We're very, very worried about hack and leak operations.
And if you if you read something in October and it sounds uh political, it probably is, it's probably Russian disinformation or some foreign uh country trying to interfere in our elections.
And it results in what?
The suppressing of materials as it relates to the Hunter Biden laptop, in which he implicates his father over and over and over again.
And even Elon Musk said, Yeah, this is by its very d definition election interference.
And you know, if you're shutting down opposition voices, that is election interference.
And that the Democratic Party basically that social media companies were acting as you know, their their active um propaganda arm for these companies.
So it all dovetails perfectly together, but at the end of the day, it's Joe Biden caught in a massive lie and his family making millions and millions and millions of dollars from countries as while he's the vice president of the United States working in conjunction with his zero experienced son.
Listen.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything to do with their businesses.
President Biden met with at least 14 of Hunter's business associates while he was vice president.
Then vice president Joe Biden had dinner with his son Hunter, along with Hunter's business associates from Ukraine, Russia, and Kazakhstan.
And the day after the dinner, a Barisma executive sent a note to Hunter, quoting, Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spend some time together.
Hunter's lucrative business dealings often included giving as much as 50% of his earnings to his dad.
The text read, quote, I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for this entire family for 30 years.
It's really hard, but don't worry, unlike Pop, I won't make you give me half your salary.
His son, Hunter, joining the then vice president on the official visit to Beijing, unknown to the press back then.
Hunter Biden was forming a Chinese private equity fund, planning to raise money, including from Chinese investors.
Ten days after the Biden's trip, Shanghai authorities issued the funds business license.
And uh Hunter introduced me as uh this is Tony Dad, the the individual I told you about that's helping us with the business that we're working on in the Chinese.
The email reads this way quote At the moment there's a provisional agreement that the equity will be distributed as follows.
Ten held by Hunter for the big guy.
I a thousand percent sit here and know that the big guy is referencing Joe Biden.
I met with the former vice president in person multiple times.
A newly revealed text message shows Bob Olinski was apparently warned by business partner James Gilliar, don't mention Joe being involved.
It's only when you are face to face.
I know you know that, but they are paranoid.
Chinese executives admitted to reporters that they were actually introduced to the vice president by Hunter Biden Hunter and the then vice president, same with a pair of Mexican billionaires.
At the same time, Hunter had been working on energy deals in Mexico.
Joe Biden also had Hunter actually business partner fly on F was to Mexico.
His closest business partner, Hunter, has made at least 19 visits to the White House and other official locations, including a sit-down with then vice president Joe Biden in the West Wing.
There's photographic evidence of Biden on a golf outing with both his son hunter and a man called Devin Archer, who was another member of the Barisma board.
We also know that Devin Archer in that picture had a meeting in the White House, one-on-one meeting with Joe Biden about a week before they joined the Burisma board.
I mean, but that's about as damning and as quickly as you can lay out that case.
It really is.
And by the way, none of this information is new to you on this program.
We've been way ahead of the curve and trying to tell you on a regular basis, all of this information is out there.
Uh Chris is in Texas.
Chris, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean.
I uh I retired from law enforcement in Jersey and I had to flee because of Phil Murphy.
So we're enjoying ourselves here in Texas.
I work in a petroleum industry, and I was at a job site.
And I was just being curious, and I was asking because it's huge operations on the way.
The buildings um building five of these data centers, and each data center has about eighteen generators.
And if you could just imagine the size of the seven thousand gallon diesel tank under each generator, times that by five buildings.
It's it's almost ironic that TikTok, Facebook, and all these social media outlets, it blows the new Green Deal out of the water because they're all using diesel for these generators to cool these windowless buildings.
It's unbelievable.
You really can't make it up when it comes to the Democrats and their hypocrisy, can you?
No, sir.
Um, you know, the which country was it?
I forget which one.
There was one country that announced that, oh, we may not be able to um this winter, you may not be able to uh charge your electric vehicle.
I am I that's kind of like bursting out laughing.
I know I probably shouldn't be laughing about it because that's not good for people if they don't have their mode of transportation, but it's kind of funny because they've they bought into all of this insanity, this woke insanity.
Hang on, let me look here.
I know I got this thing in and it's it's pretty darn funny.
Uh let's see.
No, I can't find it.
But anyway, one of the country one, I think it's it's I know it's a European country, but they're saying that they may not be able to charge their electric vehicles this winter.
It's pretty funny.
And it's also sad, but to your question, you know, you pay $22,000 more for an electric vehicle over a gas-powered vehicle.
Okay, start there.
Next, you have to pillage Mother Earth using big heavy equipment run on diesel to take out all of the minerals like uh nickel and manganese and cobalt.
I don't even know what half these things are.
I'm not a big mineral person.
But anyway, they're necessary to make these big batteries that are used in electric vehicles.
Okay.
Then you have to charge the electric vehicle, and 90% of the grid is still based on fossil fuels.
So is it cleaner burning?
Is it better in some respects?
Maybe, but I go back to my original argument here.
They don't have a replacement for oil, gas, and coal.
And unless and until they do, there's no point that uh or reason or rationale why we would unilaterally economically and from an energy perspective, disarm ourselves and be far less competitive and put all this pain on the American people.
None of it makes any sense.
But that's what you had.
By the way, it's Switzerland that could ban electric vehicles during an energy crisis.
Swiss officials are bracing for an energy crisis this winter, and they're planning for ways to prevent blackouts, and they would ban electric vehicles from being used non-essentially this winter as government officials now brace for an energy crisis.
Oh, a lot of good that that electric vehicle is going to do you in Switzerland, right?
I think we lost the caller.
All right.
Uh let's get into our phones.
Uh Craig is in California.
Hey, Craig, how are you?
Glad you called.
How are you doing, Sean?
Hey, listen.
Good sir, what's going on?
If I'm not mistaken, Brett Bear interviewed one of the 51 intelligence people that signed that letter.
Brett Bear interviewed this fella, and he had a real nasty attitude about that letter.
Uh was he defending his his miscalculation or his uh I would argue, over politicizing of the election?
Because this definitely had an impact on the election.
People were not allowed to see an article, and those that did see it were made to doubt what the article said.
Everything about the laptop is true.
Everything will come to light.
We already know what's in there, and the implications for Joe Biden are drastic.
If we were if we had equal justice and application of our laws, he would be in real legal jeopardy right now.
Daniel California, what's up, Daniel?
How are you?
Hey, Sean Hannity, can you hear me?
Yes, sir.
I can hear you fine.
What's going on?
Hey, Sean.
My name's Daniel.
I'm a young conservative.
I'm 22 years old, and I just wanted to say I've been listening to you since the age of 18, and you're the reason why I'm a conservative, and you're the reason why I voted for Trump in 2020, and also the reason I'll be supporting President Trump in 2024.
I'm about the Merrick First MAGA agenda.
Let's talk about now.
What are you planning to do with your life?
Did you go to college?
Did you not go?
What are you doing?
I am currently in college.
I am currently finishing up my associate degree, and my dream career slash uh uh dream job I want to get into is law enforcement.
That's great.
What do you want to do in law enforcement?
I want to become for the sheriff's department.
Listen, whatever your dream is, and I tell this to my own kids all the time.
I said, find your passion and try and find a way to make money at it.
And like when I my passion, I didn't realize it until I got on the air one day.
I had no idea.
I knew I loved radio.
I stayed up all night listening to radio, and then I got behind the radio mic and it changed my life.
That's all I wanted to do.
And I'd be hanging out at a college radio station for free and getting as much airtime.
It was very little as I possibly could.
And and lo and behold, a career emerged that believe me, I'm the most surprised of anybody.
So law enforcement is a noble, noble profession.
Uh you're there to protect and serve your community.
You're gonna put your life at risk for other people.
Um I would urge you to be careful where you decide to be a law enforcement officer.
I would recommend highly that you be in a state in a town, uh, in a city, if if that's where you want to live, that actually supports law enforcement, and you know, where you don't have senators like Raphael Warnock referring to cops as you know, thugs and criminals, and and know that you're gonna be able to do your job uh with the best of your ability, and that that you're not gonna be viewed as the enemy uh by by so many people uh who don't like law enforcement.
Now, that means I'd stay away from Portland, I'd stay away from New York, I'd stay away from probably most cities in California, and I'd find a place.
Well, I know that Ron DeSantis was paying people money that wanted to get into law enforcement.
I think these were are people that were already in law enforcement.
If they would move to Florida, they want to they were looking to hire plenty of more law enforcement people down there.
It's a great lifestyle.
It's gonna be similar to California.
I'm not sure if you're in northern or southern California.
Um certainly you want to go to a state that is law enforcement friendly.
That's the best way to put it, okay?
Yes.
And have fun doing it and be careful.
Of course.
And learn and learn other don't stop your training just based on what you get at the police academy or whatever academy you go to.
Continue to learn alternative means of dealing with people.
Um, I hope one day that law enforcement will adopt something like I've told people about this.
I'm a I'm a customer, I don't have any financial interest in it.
Um, this burner gun, which shoots projectiles of two pepper sprays and tear gas, and it explodes.
You I can hit somebody from 30, 40 feet away, and once the projectile hits an individual, it will break open and it incapacitates them because they can't see.
I'd like to see non-lethal alternatives like that be an option for cops short of these tasers, which are close quarter fighting, which is not the best option, um, or just having you know your firearm.
Uh, if you make a mistake and you kill somebody, uh, you know, who knows what's going to happen with the rest of your life.
But I hope I hope police departments now will look to non-lethal alternatives that are effective that absolutely work.
Anyway, follow your dream, young man.
Uh, you won't regret it one day because you do it won't be work to you if you're doing what you love.
Speaking of firearms, I got to tell you about Mantis X. Uh, you're gonna love this.
It is high-tech equipment that you attach to your very own firearm.
You connect it with your smartphone, it's very inexpensive, and it will give you instant feedback in terms of your firearm technique.
It can turn you into a marksman in a short period of time if you if you commit the time to practice.
Um, it's like you have your own personal firearms instructor right in your pocket.
As a matter of fact, 94% of shooters will improve within just 20 minutes of using Mantis X. Uh, you save money uh because you're not driving to the range or paying range fees or or paying ammo, which is very expensive today.
And it's it's gonna make you a better marksman, period.
End of sentence.
The best shooters in the world do dry fire practice.
I know our military uses it, law enforcement uses it.
Now Linda has started, it didn't start out well.
What was your first score again?
I forgot.
You know what?
I'm changing my first score.
I'm gonna I'm gonna do what the Democrats do.
I'm gonna have her visionist history and say I was a hundred.
I was a marksman at echo.
No, I was the hundred, you were a nine.
No, you were a nine, weren't you?
That's why you have to practice this.
No, I was a I was the one that got the hundred.
So Linda shoots at the first time.
Now, just so you know, if it how bad this is, it'd be like the equivalent of your you're aiming at a house and you miss the entire house.
That's what you'd have to do to get a score of a nine.
But now I'm at a 70 or 80, so I just need to hit the perpetrator, you know.
I'm giving your props.
Anyway, you're gonna love the technology.
It's fun for your friends and your family, and you'll learn to be a marksman in no time.
You're gonna love Mantis X. It is high tech at an affordable price, used by the best shooters in the world.
Go to their website, Mantisex.com.
That's mantisx, one word, dot com.
Music.
When fake news gives you lies, Hannity supplies the truth.
Sean Hannity is on right now.
All right, that's gonna wrap things up for today.
We will break down this Elon Musk discovery, and Twitter, you know, we'll tie it all together in ways nobody else can.
Jim Jordan, Eric Schmidt know this like nobody else.
John Paul, Mac Isaac, who first handed over the laptop to the FBI.
Uh, we have a whistleblower that knows for sure that the NIH funded the Wuhan Virology Lab, and that in fact, that's where COVID originated.
Uh Clay Travis, Congressman James Comer, Herschel Walker, Lindsay Graham, 90 Eastern Tonight, Hannity on Fox.
