Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news roundup information overload hour.
Toll-free.
It's 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So we've got competing views on how we should handle immigration in this country.
And it's interesting because Chuck Schumer came out and he wants broad grand sweeping amnesty.
And here's what he said this week.
Now more than ever, we're short of workers.
Uh we have a population that is not reproducing it on its own with the same level that it used to.
The only way we're going to have a great future in America is if we welcome and embrace immigrants, the dreamers, and all of them.
Because our ultimate goal is to help the dreamers, but get a path to citizenship for all 11 million or however many undocumented there are here.
And we will be pursuing that in the next Senate.
It's the right thing to do, it's the moral thing to do, it's the humane thing to do.
And I want to assure everyone here.
We will not stop fighting till we get a fix for DACA, a pathway to citizenship for dreamers, and a pathway to citizenship for all undocumented.
All right, so broad amnesty is what he wants.
Now, if you listen to Chuck Schumer over the years, he had a very different position.
Listen.
So we're going to try to do everything we can for as bold an immigration bill as we can get.
Plain and simple.
We'll see where our Republican colleagues are.
People who enter the United States without our permission are illegal aliens, and illegal aliens should not be treated the same as people who enter the U.S. legally.
The president's decision to end DACA was heartless, and it was brainless.
When we use phrases like undocumented workers, we convey a message to the American people that their government is not serious about combating illegal immigration.
Hundreds, hundreds of thousands of families will be ripped apart.
If you don't think it's illegal, you're not going to say it.
I think it is illegal and wrong.
Tens of thousands of American businesses will lose hardworking employees.
A biometric-based employer verification system with tough enforcement and auditing is necessary to significantly diminish the job magnet that attracts illegal aliens to the United States.
They may have known no other country but ours and have voluntarily registered themselves.
All illegal aliens present in the United States on the date of enactment of our bill must quickly register their presence with the United States government or face imminent deportation.
We want to do as much as we can to make immigrants welcome in America, to make sure that America integrates immigrants into our system of government and we'll keep fighting to get as bold and strong a bill as we can.
All right.
So now Schumer and the Democrats there, the very thing they wouldn't tell you before the election.
Now they're telling you after the election.
Uh, on the other hand, uh, you have Texas governor, Greg Abbott, who's been doing everything and anything in his power to stop this illegal immigration.
Now what up to four and a half million illegal immigrants into the country.
Anyway, he is now calling it an invasion and invoking the in constitutional invasion clause.
In other words, he said this on Tuesday.
He's invoking the invasion clause of both the U.S. Constitution and the Texas Constitution to combat ongoing overwhelming illegal immigration in his state.
I have invoked the invasion clauses of the U.S. and Texas constitutions to fully authorize Texas to take unprecedented measures to defend our state against an invasion.
He announced this and he said, I am using this constitutional authority and authorizing and executive orders to keep our state and our country safe.
And then he included a list of intended actions that he claims are all covered by the clause, including the activation of the National Guard and the Texas Department of Public Safety and their personnel to safeguard the border and turn back any would-be migrants from illegally crossing the border.
And also these personnel will be uh able to arrest and return illegal immigrants to the border.
Uh governor then goes on to claim that he will be deploying gunboat boats For the defense of the southern border will designate Mexican drug cartels as foreign terrorist organization.
He says the invasion clause referenced by Abbott refers to Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which states that the U.S. shall guarantee every state in this union a Republican form of government and shall protect each of them against invasion.
And the Texas Constitution, it referred to specifically Article 4, Section 7, and it states that the governor is commander in chief of the military forces shall have the power to call forth the militia to execute the laws of the state to suppress insurrections and repel invasions.
Very, very clear language.
Will it be challenged in the courts?
Yeah, I I believe it probably will be.
Anyway, joining us for a comment on all of this, Brandon Judd, president of the National Border Patrol Council, 20-year active border patrol veteran.
Uh sir, welcome back to the program.
Uh first, why didn't Chuck tell us all of those things before the election?
You and I both know why.
Your listeners know why.
They know darn good well that it would have heard of them at the ballot ballot box.
So they they of course they keep it hidden until after the election, and now they're gonna push for it.
They're radical policies that are just going to destabilize the border even more.
All that is doing, all that, all his rhetoric, it just sends the message throughout the entire world that you can violate our laws and you're going to be rewarded down the road.
It also allows the cartels, um this these this rhetoric to go through the through throughout the world and advertise their services, telling people, hey, you don't need to worry about the laws.
It doesn't matter.
Give us thousands of dollars and we'll get you to the United States.
You know, one of those clips that that that you played, he said, we need a humane process.
It is not humane to encourage women and children to put their sel themselves in the hands of these dangerous criminal cartels to be raped, abused, and it even at sometimes murdered.
And that's what's going on, and his policies and his rhetoric are clearly going to encourage more women and children to put themselves in the hands of these dangerous cartels.
Well, it's kind of scary out there.
All right, let's talk about what Governor Abbott is pushing here.
Senator Cruz, by the way, to his credit, is fighting to push to let illegal immigrants uh uh basically pushing uh to fighting DC and a push to let illegal immigrants vote with a bill to withhold all federal funding, because you know, how how do if you're not a citizen, how do you get the right to vote?
That's a little odd to me, but that's what they're pushing for.
Yeah, if you look at New York, um, you know, this hasn't been in federal elections yet, but you look in New York, and um some municipalities, the uh state has pushed forth laws to allow people that are not in the country, um sorry, that are not United States citizens to vote.
And and that's crazy when you think about this.
You think about a democracy, you think about the republic, and everything is is all about the citizens of this country.
Yet we continue to water that down.
We continue to, for for politic reasons, for for power, for Chuck Schumer to retain power.
He continues to push further and further left, which then makes it more difficult for United States citizens to take care of themselves, their families, their friends, their neighbors.
All of that.
It continues to go down the road where we're just basically not going to have any borders at all, that anybody's gonna be welcoming to the United States, and we're just not gonna have a country uh, you know, i i if this continues and he gets what he wants.
So here you have a record, four and a half million since Joe Biden has been president or estimated to be.
Uh and then uh these illegal immigrants, they get preferential treatment.
There's no COVID vaccine mandate.
There's not even a COVID test.
Uh, there's processing, that there's no turning back, there's no protection of our border.
So they get processed, they get a Biden cell phone for free, and then they get transported in the dark at night to obscure airports all around the country, and then those illegal immigrants that are in need of food and shelter and and housing and and health care and education at et cetera, uh, then it becomes what, the state's responsibility to to pay for all that when they can't afford it.
Yeah, that's exactly what it does.
And and that's why uh Governor Abbott, what he's been doing is is absolutely brilliant.
Um he's recognized that these individuals that are being released into his communities are going to cost um his state you know an astronomical number so he said okay fine you know you want to go to New York I'm gonna send you to New York I'm gonna let I'm gonna let um New York handle this uh this issue because that's where you were going anyway.
So he sends them to New York.
He gets them out of Texas so that Texas doesn't have to deal with the problem.
And then, of course, you've got Eric Adams that screams and yells and says it's inhumane.
Why is it inhumane for him to do it out in front of everybody, showing everybody what's going on, but it's not inhumane for the federal government to fly these people under the cover of darkness where Eric Adams doesn't say anything.
All Governor Abbott is doing is getting them to their final locations in the first place.
This is where they were going to go.
Once they're released from our custody, they're free to go anywhere in the United States, which is also a crazy thought.
they're free to go anywhere that they want in the United States all Governor's ability Texas so the state of Texas does not have to shoulder that burden.
Do you think the constitutional provisions that were cited by the by the governor for both from both Texas and the U.S. Constitution do you think they're applicable as I would anticipate a legal challenge.
I I do I do and here's the reason why so you're gonna hear a lot of pundits that are gonna say well that that that invasion clause it's it's it's about a foreign military and it has to be a foreign military.
I just agree if you look at the cartel they are an organized group and the cartels they are facilitating this.
Not only are they facilitating the illegal immigration um problem but they're they're also using illegal immigration to get their drugs into the United States.
So it is an invasion and it's an invasion by an organized group.
So yes I absolutely believe that when this makes it to the Supreme Court because it is going to be challenged but when it makes it the Supreme Court and that case is laid out that this is organized and because it is organized it is in fact an invasion.
I believe the Supreme Court will uphold it.
Well it's gonna be interesting to watch uh if they don't uphold it I don't know what the answer is at that point.
I I guess the lawlessness continues and the aiding and abetting of the Biden administration continues because that's exactly what they're doing uh because I know if I went down and picked people up at the border and and you and your guys were down there and I started to transport them to other states uh I'm pretty certain I'd get arrested for human trafficking and and probably see a lot of jail time in my future.
You would you would because you're a United States citizen but if you're you're from another country you're gonna get a slap on the wrist at the best.
But Joe but Joe Biden is institutionalized it is my point.
He is he is he he he has he is he is the criminal cartel's best friend.
Based on his policy they are making um money that they've never made before and again the best friend to these criminal cartels is Joe Biden.
All right appreciate the time as always Brandon Judd thank you.
800 941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program.
All right let's go to Sandy in Florida.
Sandy how are you?
Glad you called well I welcome to Florida Sean.
The free state of Florida yes I'm telling you what's going on okay well this every single thing that's going on is so connected to all of those bank statements.
Once they release those bank statements you are going to find that the Biden family is getting money from the cartel.
The cartel actually has to speak to the border patrol to get those people in the um that Constance Wang with uh FTS um she's associated with the bank that's in the Bahamas and um she worked for Credit Suite.
Now China has their arms around that real deep and heavy so all of that's all connected.
You know you have go ahead and then you have back in 2007 2008 you had um Johnny Goodluck with um all of the the Bonnie light that was going out of Legos and I'm not as familiar with all these cases as you are to be very blunt with you.
So what is your what is your main overall point?
The the main over the it's not who you know, it's what you have on the person.
He wants to redirect all the attention onto Trump so that nobody pulls his record.
He wants to get as much dirt and put as many people in indictment so he can continue doing what he's doing.
He is making boatloads of money off of everything that's going on.
Let me let me just see if I can sum it up this way is that what the AG is doing here, that that they are definitely trying every means necessary, and that this is why, you know, a lot of people have been questioning why are Republicans announcing that they have the investigation into uh uh Joe and and Hunter Biden and the laptop and and whether or not there's foreign corruption and influence peddling,
uh why are they looking into whether or not these whistleblowers are correct and the FBI has been politicized and the DOJ has been weaponized, because it it's it goes to the fundamental principle of fairness, equal justice under the law.
And if we don't have equal justice or application of our laws, then you don't have a constitution, because all laws are rooted in our constitution.
And if if what these whistleblowers, hopefully we'll hear from them sooner rather than later, are saying bears out to be true, then we've got a big problem, and a lot of heads should roll.
Will they roll?
I can't tell you.
And that's the sad thing.
We already know of abuse of power and corruption has been taking place at all sorts of levels of government.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour.
800 941 Sean on this Friday, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh all right, let's get to a lot of our busy uh phones here.
Chris in Florida, the free state of Florida.
Chris, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Thanks for being with us.
Hey, Sean, thanks for having me.
I've got a quick question for you.
And it's you know, really about Republicans and conservatives, and I don't and I don't think we understand how we're losing the election when we have every single issue that goes our way, whether it be Afghanistan, inflation, education, recession, everything they have created, and yet they pick up the most seats, or they they're winning these uh elections.
And I think most people know that it it or I think it's melon ballots that are killing us.
I mean, it's it it it's changed everything.
Nevada, California, Pennsylvania, Arizona.
Takes over a week to count uh to count the votes.
And it seems like every single time when they do it, it comes out and the Democrat wins.
I don't understand, or actually I do understand why we are letting this happen.
And I just I'd like your input and what you think or how we change it.
Democrats, all of this starts in 2020.
Look, there's been a build-up to this and and states getting rid of voter ID, Democrats pushing for that, and mail in ballots, and more and more and more voting in America now is very different than what he what it used to be.
Republicans overwhelmingly reject this new system and they they prefer the old system.
They think there's more integrity in the old system, and they tend to vote day of.
And look, if I had my way, if I could press a magic candid button and say, Oh, here's how we're gonna fix this.
We're gonna have election day be a national holiday, we're gonna have voter ID in every state, we're gonna have same-day voting, paper ballots, partisan observers watching the voting in every precinct, watch the vote counting in every precinct, and get the results like Great Britain and France and and Canada and all these other countries without any questions about integrity or whatever, make exception, absentee ballots for the elderly, the infirm, the military, etc.
You know, we could we could work out a system like that.
That would be nobody would have an advantage with that system.
But the reality is state legislatures have to make that change.
So we're stuck with the system we have.
I remember Dr. Oz during the the the COVID pandemic, you know, would say all the time, you know, when we were debating the issue of whether or not hydroxychloroquine and and the foremost expert, this guy, Dr. Daniel, what was his name?
Wallace, I think, out in California, Cedar Sinai, you know, this guy's been prescribing HCQ for whatever many years, and he said The risk is nil.
It is zero if you try it.
You know, so my attitude towards it, well, if there's no if he is the preeminent expert, all right, that's all we got.
We might as well try it, right?
Maybe save some lives, maybe not.
There have been studies that showed taken early.
It was effective for a lot of people.
Putting all that aside, I don't feel like going back into that controversy.
Here's the point.
The system that but Oz would say, you know, you deal with what you have, the army you have, not the army you wish you had.
You gotta deal with the voting system we're stuck with, not the one we wish we had that we know would be more fair.
So what I'm what I'm what I'm concluding is unless and until Republicans win enough governorships and state houses and state senates and change the law and that there's universal consensus on the idea of paper ballots, day of voting a national holiday, then this is the system we're stuck with, and we just we just got to get out in numbers and not let Democrats start election day up, you know, with 30% higher vote counts.
And I agree with you.
Yeah, it's I agree with you, but we're showing out in numbers.
We won the popular vote by five million votes.
We've never done that.
Donald Trump in 2020, uh he got 10 million more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016.
I mean, we're showing up.
We're we're breaking records in voting, but we're still I say losing.
I know you say we got the house, and that's a great thing, and I agree.
But in the grand scheme of things, we didn't win out in anything in this election.
Uh no, we no, you're you're underestimating the power of of the new Republican majority.
I'm telling uh you'll see it.
I think most people that it'll become more of a reality when Nancy Pelosi hands over the gavel.
I agree with you.
I think you're right.
I do I agree with that.
I didn't mean to sound like I didn't.
I agree getting that.
Now it's not gonna be great.
It's not gonna be the the when we're not gonna immediately adopt energy independence.
We're not gonna secure our borders.
Um we're not gonna have Democrats change their views.
However, we will have powers that we hadn't had before, and the ability of the power of the subpoena, the power of the purse, that that's gonna end up being a big deal.
And let me tell you, there's a real reason that the White House now has been preparing for this from Republican majority in the House.
They know they've got hard days ahead.
They know that the Bidens are gonna be investigated and that this is the real deal.
So we'll see.
We'll just have to wait and see what happens.
Uh Chris, appreciate it.
It's frustrating.
I understand what he's saying.
I'm I'm as frustrated as he is.
There's also one other point, Sean, that you and I have talked about very briefly, and that was, and I think it bears repeating, because our callers call in a lot and they drive Katie nuts about this because they think we're asleep at the switch.
And I promise you we're not.
There's just we're all over it, but there's only so much we can say.
But the bottom line is when we look at things in Arizona, like there were, you know, more people that voted for the Republican treasurer than voted for the Republican governor, and people say, Oh, well, you know, it's a split ticket or this or that.
And I'm like, well, I'm just gonna call BS on that a little bit because I firmly believe that Arizona voters care far more about their governor than they do about their treasurer.
I'm just maybe even if it's by five percent.
So to say that more people showed up to vote for a Republican treasurer than a Republican governor, I'm just gonna say maybe that bears a second look.
Maybe it requires a lot of people.
There's a lot of things when somebody is smart as Newt Gingrich, um, who I've known, you know, since 1990, and and MC'd the event the night he became speaker.
I remind people of that often of um it was one of the greatest nights ever.
It was an amazing night.
It was a transformative night politically.
Now think about this.
Republicans have been out of power for 40 years.
I mean, that seems almost unimaginable, but that was the politics of the day.
And and being there, and when he says that every election model that he has believed in and followed his entire life, he has to now reexamine.
Now, I think the voting part of it, the change in how we vote in this country is part of it.
And I'm I'm I'm not questioning, I'm not bringing up issues involving corruption.
Separate and apart, do I think people want to cheat?
Yeah, do I think there's a reason Democrats don't want uh photo ID or our identification?
Yeah, of course.
They want They think that will be an advantage for them.
And they they want to win, they want power anyway, and by any means necessary.
But on all of these other issues, there comes a point where it it is an inflection point.
I thought I thought we had a really good chance this election.
Let's see how much pain the American people are willing to withstand.
Because that's going to be the question.
All right, appreciate the call.
Uh thank you.
Back to our busy phones.
Uh Rick is in Tennessee.
What's up, Rick?
How are you?
Pretty good.
It's an honor talking to you, sir.
Um, I'm gonna try to articulate what I'm about to say the best I can.
Um I'm glad that you know, we're gonna have hearings on all of the corruption and and all of the uh things that's going on with the uh Biden administration.
But what I mean, why have the hearings if nothing comes out of them?
And then my question is until we can clean up the DOJ and the FBI, which we know is corrupt and on Biden's site, what other apparatus can we use to hold uh the Biden administration and others accountable?
Well, that's what I mean.
I think the the investigative powers and the power of subpoena that Congress now has.
I mean, Jim Colmer was very, very forthcoming.
I don't know if you saw him on the show last night, uh in terms of what where he's going with his investigation.
He said this is an investigation into President Joe Biden and his involvement in a possible pay-to-play scandal involving the Biden family syndicate, as I call it.
So, I mean, that's that's a pretty big deal.
They're not going to be able to wash it, you know, wash this away.
This investigation is gonna go forward.
I can tell you Democrats are scared to death about this.
It may even have gone into the thinking behind the special counsel named in by the uh attorney general Merrick Arland today decision, uh because they know that this is gonna hit a critical mass.
As har as much as the FBI's tried to hide this, as much as they have ignored this, as much as they have protected Joe Biden and Hunter Biden, is uh it it just is not gonna work anymore.
And then you you know, but then we're back in the same position with the Russia hoax.
I mean, the more I learned what we learned at the Danchenko trial should have shocked us the conscience and soul of America, and that is that every Pfizer warrant has on the top of it verified.
The FBI went and offered a million dollars to Christopher Steele if he could verify the dirty dossier that Hillary paid for.
He wasn't able to do it, and by the end of October, they used it as the bulk of information on a FISA application, and then they used it subsequently for three renewals, and they even used it for two more renewals after they talked to Danchenko, who was the real the source, the subsource for Christopher Steele and his entire dossier.
And by the way, what did they end up doing with him?
They ended up putting him on the payroll.
So all of this, they're gonna have a DOJ, FBI investigation, possible abuse of power, how it's been politicized, a two-tier system of justice, um, weaponization of the Department of Justice.
This is all of this is gonna come out whether the media mob wants to follow it or not.
But but they're all serious investigations.
Anyway, I'll give you the last word.
Yeah, I mean, I I hope something comes of it, because I'm sure you know, myself as well as millions of other Americans are frustrated with you know the hearings, and and we we all know what's going on, and you know, not nobody's held accountable.
I just hope that changes.
And that's that's all I've got to say, and I appreciate your time, sir.
All right, my friend, thanks for the call.
Appreciate it.
Uh Josh in Idaho.
Josh, how are you?
Happy uh Friday, glad you called.
Hey, glad uh glad to be on, Sean.
Hey, thank you so much for everything you do.
You're a soldier for America without the camouflage.
Um two quick points that I think can make all the difference in Georgia with Herschel Walker, and then possibly a question if we have time.
Um first point is you know, we we're committing the same sins as the Democrats, you know, when all they could say was orange man bad.
Um we're doing the same thing.
Biden bad, Biden bad, but there's no clear message.
We we need to get more specific.
I think, you know, instead of just saying close the border, tell people how you're going to specifically do that.
I think the Republicans did a pretty good job of that and time will tell if they follow through on all of this And more importantly, follow through when they have it at a point where it really matters.
But you know, I think their commitments were very specific, maybe even too specific.
Maybe they should have made it a little more simple.
I think it becomes kind of noise though.
Just you know, Warnock votes with Biden 96% of the time.
It's it just becomes run of the mill noise.
If we got a little more specific, I think.
But to my next one.
Well, hang on, but I I bet he's friends with Farrakhan and Reverend Wright and Castro.
Uh the guy has his own issues, domestic abuse uh allegations with his wife after domestic dispute that he used his car as a weapon, tried to run her over, ran over her foot.
Uh uh he was arrested for obstructing an investigation into a camp he was running uh with allegations of child abuse.
Five uh cases uh apparently had had taken place to varying degrees.
Uh this guy's this guy's got you know a track record that is as radical as any Democrat running for the U.S. Senate running for any office.
You know, he wants to pack the courts.
He's called police officers, criminals, and thugs.
Uh this guy wants no bail laws, he wants CRT in schools, and I can just keep going.
So I'm I'm giving you specifics.
Right, I agree.
I hear him from you.
I don't hear him from Herschel is what I'm getting at.
Herschel's gotten pretty good at it.
You know, he's actually I think he looked I think it's hard to make a transition to be a politician, but I like outsiders running.
I I just have I just like people not in the system getting in the system and hopefully not getting corrupted by it.
But I I think Herschel's become a great candidate.
Oh, absolutely.
I support him 100%.
I think anyone that voted for Trump should send Herschel ten dollars.
I mean, that would that would be somewhere around uh eight hundred million or so.
You know what I mean?
So the next point though, I think where we lacked with the red wave we all wanted, you know, this abortion issue.
Um, you know, I'm a hundred percent pro-life uh from conception.
You know, Jeremiah 15 says that you know, before I formed you in the womb, I knew you.
So I'm 100% pro-life.
But you know, not everybody is.
I think the rest of the country is scared off.
So maybe possibly um having a program that would help first-time mothers dealing with some issues.
Um I don't think you're gonna convince people though.
Uh uh, people have pretty hardened positions on abortion.
And I as a talk show host of decades, I can tell you you're not gonna change people's minds.
But if you're running Doug Mastriano, nice guy, no exceptions for rape incest mother's life.
He lost by 14 points.
You know, Oz was able to get double digits ticket splitting.
He did have exceptions, and I just think y you you've gotta know at some point that one issue could just derail any campaign, and I think that happened in Pennsylvania.
Uh anyway, 800-941 Sean, our number if you want to be a part of the program, rights, immigration, foreign policy, gender, marriage, folks.
These subjects are now all part of the political dialogue.
We talk about them often on this show, and they're at the heart of so many uh issues in the public sphere these days.
But what did our founders say about these issues?
You know, we're so far removed from our founders' understanding of government that you'll be surprised by their answers.
My favorite college, Hillsdale College, now has the best way to learn about the founders' deep and wise insights into the human condition and human nature, and they're offering you uh professors Thomas West and David Azarad.

All right, that's gonna wrap things up for today.
And uh listen, wow, can you believe?
Look at the cost of everything through the roof.
70% of Americans live in paycheck to paycheck, and people now having pizza instead of traditional Thanksgiving dinner.
So sad, so unnecessary.
Uh, I hope people are waking up fast.
Socialism doesn't work.
Told you, too many people have bought the lie.
All right, that's gonna do it for us today.
