All right, news roundup information overload hour, 800 941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, I read today that the NIH, under the great director Fauci, the flip-flopper that got pretty much everything wrong during all of the pandemic.
You remember the Eco Alliance.
Remember that name?
They had funneled money to the Eco Alliance, and they're the ones that use that money to give it to the Wuhan Virology lab, uh, where they knew that gain of function research took place, where they knew that coronavirus studying took place, and for the longest time they tried to deny it.
And you could see a flurry of emails in early 2022 with Dr. Fauci and other high-ranking officials in the NIH scared to death that that money that they had given, in fact, was used for gain of function and coronavirus research at the Wuhan Virology Lab.
I mean, it's insane.
Then, of course, you have uh Project Veritas, you had the Intercept and all of the exchanges they had, and then finally we got the NIH's own emails, and it confirmed that in fact, yes, money went to the Eco Alliance, funneled through that group through the NIH's money, and that we also were contributing to the research, paying for the research leading up to COVID.
He just can't make it up.
And we, you know, China, of course, has taken no responsibility.
Fauci denied it the whole time.
On top of that, then you got the the World Health Organization, totally completely useless.
They were basically the propaganda mouthpiece for the communist Chinese.
Now we have this recent phenomenon of uh Chinese uh shell corporations buying all of this farmland and ranch land, often near our U.S. military bases.
Why why would we ever allow that to happen?
A story breaking from the government accountability office that the U.S. government sent more than 28 million dollars to Chinese entities for research.
Uh Congresswoman Stefanic requested uh the GO GAO study uh and was it what it found out here?
So the accountability office conducted the study requested by the the conference chair, Elise Defonic, House Foreign Affairs ranking member Michael McCall, which found that the U.S. government agencies sent more than 28 million dollars uh to Chinese entities for research and development between the years 2015 and 2021.
Why why how does this happen?
How is the bureaucracy so big, so bloated that they're letting it happen?
And then we find out Joe Biden was taking strategic petroleum reserves of oil and selling it to the communist Chinese uh as they're in the middle of saber rattling and threatening to shoot down a plane with the speaker of the house in it.
And and saying that they're going to reunify with Taiwan, and if you dare interfere, we'll we'll wipe you off the face of the earth.
Anyway, Congresswoman Stefanik is with us to talk about this.
How is it even possible?
How does this how did these things ever occur?
Well, first of all, Sean, thank you for the opportunity to be on your show to talk about this important issue.
This is why congressional oversight is so important.
We have oversight over the agency's use of taxpayer dollars.
And if it were not for this letter that I wrote with uh ranking member Michael McCall, who's the leading Republic on House Foreign Affairs Committee, uh, we wrote this letter January of last year, so it almost took two years for the government accountability office to get back to us.
But 28 million dollars of funds we know of that went uh through NIH, CDC, and DOD to Chinese communist entities for research and development.
Democrats have done nothing when it comes to oversight of our dollars.
They've done nothing when it comes to the bottom of the origins of COVID, which we know all uh all evidence points to coming from the lab in Wuhan, as you know anyone who said that.
Well, let me ask a fundamental question.
Why would the United States under any circumstances, knowing China is a hostile regime led by a hostile actor President Xi, why would we ever be giving them money for any type of research ever?
I'm trying to understand The logic behind that.
There is no logic.
And that number should be zero, Sean.
That should be zero.
China is not a partner.
They are not an ally.
They are not a friend.
This is an adversary.
And I believe that countering China will be one of the most greatest challenges that my generation faces.
It's the biggest geopolitical threat we have.
Can you say, do you believe with certainty that taxpayer dollars funneled through the NIH to the Eco Alliance Group or project?
Uh in fact funded gain of function research and coronavirus research that led to COVID 19.
In other words, did we contribute financially to the creation of this virus?
Well, all evidence is pointing in that direction, Sean.
And the NIH under Dr. Fauci was working overtime to cover that up.
If it were not for Steve Scalise, who's the Republican whip demanding these documents, demanding these emails, they would never have been transparent for the American people.
This stinks too high heaven of a cover-up, and certainly Republicans will make sure that the subpoenas are issued if the documents are not turned over, if all emails are not turned over, and we will haul in the agency heads to testify under oath for in front of Congress because the American people absolutely deserve to know where every last cent of U.S. taxpayer dollars go.
So am I very concerned that evidence is pointing in that direction?
You bet I'm concerned, and I am going to stand up to stop any dollars going towards any type of partnership with the Chinese Communist Party for research and development or anything.
All right.
So my next question is what do you make of all of the monies that are being spent by Chinese nationals or or shell corporations that they have in the United States, maybe partnerships with the U.S., but money that we know that is coming directly from the communist Chinese and they're buying up massive amounts of farmland here in the U.S.,
massive uh numbers of of ranches, and often the locations are happen to be coincidentally happen to be uh right near our military basis.
Why is that happening?
And shouldn't we take those properties back?
You can give them the money they paid for it back, but shouldn't the American government prevent that from happening?
Isn't that a national security risk?
Yes, and that's why I've introduced legislation with Rick Crawford, who's from Arkansas, uh, and we both serve on the House Intelligence Committee to stop that from happening.
This is an issue that comes up from farmers in my district.
It comes up I represent a military installation at Fort Drum.
I do sit on the House Armed Services Committee.
So I'm both concerned about the national security implications of China purchasing up land surrounding our military bases, but also when it comes to fur food security.
Food security is national security, it's economic security, and we need to make sure that we have strong U.S. agriculture.
That means American-owned farmland.
So similar to legislation in the past that has been put into a place to stop Chinese communist investments in businesses or tech companies, which that needs to be strengthened.
We need to have a process in place to make sure that our ag farmland is not being sold to the Chinese Communist Party because it's going to impact our food supply.
And uh we need to make sure that we have a robust American-grown American-produced food supply.
Uh, are you as convinced as I am that the communist Chinese they're using the word reunification with Taiwan, but with all the hostilities constantly flying over Taiwan airspace uh and outright saying that they're gonna take Taiwan.
Do you believe that's gonna happen?
I believe it is.
I'm very, very concerned.
And what I'm most concerned about, Sean, is China, uh, is watching this week commander in chief and Joe Biden, Certainly they were watching when we had a strong commander-in-chief in President Trump, uh, but there is a reason why this saber rattling and this very uh aggressive Chinese posture is taking place because they see a weak president of the United States, and uh that is so important to make sure that we have a strong commander-in-chief come the 2024 election.
It's also important that we make sure that we continue to uh invest our dollars to make sure that Taiwan has the defense capabilities to defend itself.
Uh that that's an important partnership.
They are an important ally, uh, and those are important investments to make.
Let's not forget, Sean, that it was under the Obama Biden era that our national security was gutted with devastating defense cuts that impacted our modernization that impact our military readiness.
We are just now digging out of that because of the successful defense policies that we delivered under President Trump, only to have a now very weak commander-in-chief in Joe Biden.
So I'm very, very concerned.
This is one of the reasons why House Republicans will have a select China committee, because as I said at the beginning of this interview, the issue of China is just the single greatest challenge that I think my generation is going to face when it comes to global politics.
Congresswoman Elise Stefanik, uh she is the chairwoman of the House GOP members.
Uh thank you for being with us.
35 days till election day.
How many seats do you believe Republicans get have a shot at winning?
I think we have a historic election.
If we pick up 35, that will be the largest uh majority since the Great Depression.
I think the polls are underestimating the enthusiasm and Republican support.
I think the mainstream media is working overtime to try to suppress Republican voters and boost Democratic turnout.
But the fundamentals just in terms of Joe Biden's failure, whether it's inflation, high energy prices, the border crisis.
The American people are smart.
They see that this is a result of one party Democrat rule.
So I'm thinking we can reach that 35 seats, if not more.
All right, Congresswoman, thanks for being with us.
Keep us up to speed on this issue involving China.
It is our number one geopolitical foe by far.
Appreciate your uh time and uh come back off and quick break, we'll come back.

All right, let's get to our phones.
800-941 Sean, our number.
Uh Denise is in Michigan.
Denise, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
How are you?
Thanks for taking my call.
Thank you.
Um We were at the rally here in Michigan on Saturday and got to see our great leader, 45 in person.
Um I have to how do you like Tudor Dixon?
I think she's gonna give Gretchen Whitmer a run for her money.
I think her her, I think our Secretary of State, I think, I mean, the whole group that's coming in and will be elected is fantastic.
No hand I mean, they're honest and they're just you know telling it like it is, which we which people need to hear nowadays.
I I see her as one of the worst governors in the country.
And I can't even believe this is a close race.
I have owned a business in Michigan for thirty-six years, and she shut us down for twelve weeks.
And it was horrible.
It was horrible.
I mean, while she was out in restaurants eating herself and at parties and while her husband was flagrantly violating laws and putting his boat in the water when nobody else could, those kind of things?
Oh, yeah.
They, you know, carbon.
You know, they get everything they want.
You know, just you know, take out your business card, you know who I am.
But um, so we were at the um at the rally on Saturday.
I volunteered.
I volunteered in a lot of local and I bought volunteered for a lot of presidential campaigns in the past, and uh so we were why the ramp of him coming in.
I caught his third hat his first hat, Save America hat, and his speech was fantastic.
His speech was fantastic on Saturday.
Um a lot of a new eye opening that makes people wake up.
Uh it was just it was great.
Um but that's a good thing.
I didn't like the ending of his new stump speech with the music playing dramatically, we are a nation in decline, and then ending with we can save America if we do these things.
How do you like it?
We are gonna save America.
We well, we I hope so.
I mean, 35 days will know an awful lot about the timeline of saving America and whether the damage is going to continue and or whether we will reverse course, the process of reversing course and going back to common sense conservatism.
Oh, well, we we need that.
I mean, it's it's we're at the bottom right now, and we need to clarify up.
We need the right leaders in.
But anyway, on the way back out when he was leaving, it was a it went viral, the video.
I feel in the pen, my Sharpie and the hat, and he signed it.
The hat that I caught that he threw out in the beginning.
Well, you got pretty lucky.
I mean, if you put it up on eBay, you probably make a lot of money.
Yeah, I can't wait for nine o'clock tonight to hear your episode and see what's going on.
And we appreciate all that you're doing.
Look, this country we really are on the brink here.
And it's what I tried to warn about before the twenty twenty election.
You know, uh live free or die, America and the world on the brink.
And, you know, I was hoping that we wouldn't get to this point.
I anticipated if we didn't win, we would.
Um we're now here and it's it's happening faster than I even predicted it would happen.
But everything that I predicted has come true, unfortunately.
I wish I was wrong, because Americans now are suffering.
So, you know, 70% of Americans live in paycheck to paycheck.
Many people using credit cards just to make basic ends meet and get their bare necessities.
These are very tough economic times for people, and I don't see this turning around any time soon, and I don't see that they are nimble enough and smart enough to make the adjustments that would be needed to fix it.
And that makes it even more problematic.
And now it's also impacting the rest of the world.
So we've got some tough days ahead of us, and American families are suffering, and these policies are just killing our economy, and you know, we see what's happening abroad as well.
Anyway, I appreciate your call.
Glad you got the hat signed, glad I signed the baseball, and uh keep up what you're doing because it's impactful more than you know, Denise.
Thank you.
Get out and volunteer.
It's great advice.
Everybody all hands on deck, and you're all deputized.
We all have a role to play in this election, and we're all spokes in a wheel, and we need every spoke to make the wheel go around and have a good night in 35 days.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour.
Toll-free, our number is 800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh all right, let's get to our busy phones.
Bob is in the great state of Arizona.
Bob, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Well, thanks for taking my call.
I've been a long time listener.
Um I'm calling about the stuff in law enforcement that's going on.
I'm in law enforcement.
I retired once, and I'm back in it.
And I work for the sheriff of Maricopa County, Sheriff Joe, and I retired out of there and got drawn back in it, but I've been seeing all the stuff going on, and the morale of cops right now is really low.
There are cops leaving California like you wouldn't believe.
That's the next state over.
We see uh U-Halls coming this way daily, and it's just people fleeing and including their law enforcement.
It it's a it's kind of a tragedy because everybody's you know, they're out to do a good job, they're working hard and they're doing what they need to do, and yet uh certain politicians seem to put handcuffs On the cops and let the bad guys do whatever they want.
You know, look, there's two approaches to policing.
You got the democratic model or practice of uh dismantle, defund, no bail laws.
And you've got pretty much every gubernatorial candidate that's a Democrat, every senatorial candidate that's a Democrat that buy into this insanity.
Now, as a result of these policies, we're now seeing record levels of crime, including violent crime and lawlessness like we've never seen before.
We're setting records, homicide records all over the place, all over the country.
Uh and you see the abandonment of simple law and order and and criminals are emboldened.
I mean, the idea that criminals can walk into a store, as long as they don't take a thousand dollars worth of material, they are free to walk out and not pay and have no consequences associated with that.
And if we don't stop this now and return to common sense, I I where does this end?
It's not gonna it's not ending well now.
People are losing their lives because of these policies.
You know, you you see the case, you know, this this poor woman that was beaten so badly in the New York City subway system that I interviewed Friday night on Hannity.
This poor woman is gonna lose at least her eyesight and one eye, maybe both eyes.
She was beating beaten with without mercy, and then we find out that the guy had killed his grandmother uh when she was ninety-five years old, was out on the street after just a few years in jail, had seven other major offenses, and why is this person walking the streets?
You know, you look at somebody like John Fetterman that, you know, constantly, continually was voting to release convicted murderers in Pennsylvania.
This is a guy that wants to empty a third of the prisons in Pennsylvania.
You know, this is a guy you have a guy, Mandela Barnes.
He wants to he wants to release half of the prisoners in the state of uh Wisconsin.
And and this is the woke leftist new Green Deal, radical socialist agenda that has been pushed down our throats, and all we're getting out of it is a horrible economy, uh say cities that are not safe and secure, towns that are not safe and secure, and and literally we're we're destroying what was the greatest economy that the world has ever seen.
And all of this is preventable.
You know, lawlessness now is is courtesy of Joe Biden and his climate alarmist cultist.
You can thank them for this.
One other thing related to the law enforcement thing, the DOJ, the FBI, all that the group of all the feds, I can't lump them all in because there's a lot of good hardworking agents out there.
But one of the things that they they tend to do is they end up putting consent decrees on agencies for alleged violations, putting court monitors like the sheriff's office had.
And the thing that's crazy about it is that the FBI, the DOJ, they do the Pfizer warrant, they do all this stuff, they go and do it their thing, but yet they're not accountable.
They don't have monitors.
There's nobody saying they need to be monitored.
Um I emailed a couple congressmen about it saying that, you know, if if it's good for local law enforcement to be monitored by the court, having a monitoring agency come in and go over everything you got.
I've lived through that at the sheriff's office, and it's extremely mi miserable and disenchanting.
Well, I hope people are listening to you because this has got to be an issue in the forefront of everybody's uh mind.
All right.
Appreciate the call though, my friend.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Sal is in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, got a couple of big races there.
Dr. Oz over the uh trust fund brat in a hoodie that wants safe injection sites, a moratorium on fracking, no restrictions on abortion, doesn't pay his taxes, but wants to raise your taxes, uh, and a guy that coddles every murdering criminal in the state wants to set him free.
Uh you got a pretty big choice election there, Sal.
What's going on?
Oh, don't get me started, Sean, please.
Don't get me started.
But I want to start with thanking you for first trying to get the truth out there and getting the facts out to your listeners because so few people do that.
And uh As as an engineer, I'm a chemical engineer of 40 years, and I am so disturbed about all the rhetoric about green energy and all the nonsense as opposed to the facts.
I mean, you know, they don't like engineers on in politics and they don't like them on juries because there's no emotion that sways us.
And I I'd like to get out today to all those listeners the facts about green energy, okay?
And the the literal the math.
Now you work you're a chemical engineer and you work in this field.
I've spent 25 of my 40 years in either fuel cells, solar, worked with people with wind, biofuels, and the likes, okay?
And when you do the math, I mean the the engineers of us, we do the cradle to grave analysis.
Okay, we do these things called mass and energy balances.
I won't get into the technical unless you want to do it one day.
But any case, when you do the math on take uh an electric car, or take a hybrid, or you look at a windmill, you look at the solar, and even if you believe that man has an impact on the climate, and there's no facts whatsoever.
But if you believe that, then you'd have to say the system that you want, the solar electric cell has to produce more energy than it consumes relative to its counterpart, whatever, you know, burning natural gas.
And when you do the math, none of these systems pan out.
You can get, you can start talking about the fringes on some of the like the best possible solar electric system in the perfect environment and the perfect weather and everything else, or you could start looking about in the most ideal things that like a Tesla, you know, with from the numbers will show you.
And mind you, don't get me wrong, I'm not against any of these products, but not as a mandate.
The numbers just don't work out.
The energy to create, to operate, to obs you know, to maintain an obsolete and electric car versus an you know a high mileage internal combustion engine just doesn't make sense.
It doesn't use any less energy, and then you add in things like charging stations, and you'll never ever recoup it.
And I've had people like where I've you know put in you know, solar electric systems, and they said, Well, I want to put it here.
And I said, Well, there's a hundred and twenty-year-old oak tree in its way.
Well, just cut it down.
It's almost hilarious.
It's it's almost hypocritical because the energy to cut that thing down and dispose of it will never ever be made up for the solar electric system that's there.
But you know, people just grab on to, oh, look at it's good, and they just don't see the whole picture or get the whole story, and it's a narrative that is easily sold to especially younger generations that are just getting a piece of the picture or getting a piece of the story.
And it's our job to expand both of those to get the black and white facts.
And it just the math just doesn't add up.
I've been saying this.
Uh look, for some reason, you know, I I don't understand why people are not comprehending this.
This is a very important point you're making.
And if you can give me cleaner, cheaper energy, um, just from pure common sense point of view, I want I'd rather pay less.
I want I think it could be transformative in terms of the world and and go a long ways to reduce poverty if we had cheap and expensive clean energy.
That's that's all great.
I'm all I'm an all of the above guy.
But for the short term, they're trying to force this on us at a point where they don't have the technology that we could implement that would be effective uh and and replace what we currently have.
They don't have it.
Solar won't do it, wind won't do it, they don't want anything to do with nuclear, so that's not even on the table.
So for the foreseeable future, which I define as the next 10, 20 years, maybe longer, the lifeblood of the world's economy will remain fossil fuels, and that's gas, natural gas, coal, and oil.
And the idea that we have unilaterally disarmed, artificially lowered the world's supply, and become reliant the way Europe did on Vladimir Putin, become reliant on kind of countries that hate our guts.
Look at OPEC, they're basically mocking us by decreasing production today.
And they're doing it because they want to maximize their profits.
They've got to look at the U.S., they know they understand we have hundreds and hundreds of years worth of of energy reserves when you combine the three of them, and they're they're probably like laughing saying, how stupid are they?
How did these countries get so Rich.
They got rich because they use their natural resources.
It would be good for national security if we did it.
It would be good for high paying career jobs for Americans.
It would lower the price at the gas pump, and that would imp that would help every American.
Uh it would lower inflation dramatically because everything we buy at every store we go to cost more because of shipping costs.
And we'd also, if we took it the next step, we would be able to be the world supplier.
Western Europe could benefit if we became energy dominant beyond energy independent.
And yet they steadfastly refuse.
And for some reason, they don't have a problem importing oil from countries that hate us rather than producing it domestically.
Meanwhile, we would do it cleaner, faster, and cheaper.
So none of it makes sense.
You're right, the technology does not exist.
And even pushing electric vehicles, they don't factor in that it's twenty-two thousand dollars more than a gas powered car.
They don't factor in that you need heavy equipment run on diesel fuel to pillage Mother Earth for the minerals necessary to build the battery.
They don't factor in that ninety percent of our electric grid to power up your electric vehicle is still on fossil fuels in some capacity.
So it's it's it's really the dumbest argument I've heard so far.
I'm not against electric vehicles, I'm not against hybrids.
I had a hybrid once.
But it is you are a hundred percent right.
I hope people hear you because the Democrats don't want to hear it, and somehow they're gonna force something on us, and we we are unilaterally disarming economically, and the rest of the world will take full advantage of it, and we will compromise national security and economic prosperity as a result.
That's how bad this is.
Well well, Sean, you you speak the truth, and then even if you believed in that, see again, engineers look at the theoretical limits.
The theoretical limits of most of these systems will never get you there.
People could say, oh, it's 20 years away.
Well, the theoretical limits will not allow it.
And then even the most comical thing.
So the net negative on the environment if you believe there's man-made climate change, but there is no shutterproof, is the most comical thing is everyone is so anti-fracking, right?
But fracking's number one product is methane gas, which is the number one feedstock for the fertilizer industry, the pharmaceutical industry, and here's the big one, the plastics industry.
So all those neat plastics that go into all those high-tech things, including the cars and the windmills and all the other funky little lithium plastic batteries that are thing, you wouldn't have any of them without methane.
So then you'd go back to older technologies and the net effect of you know making things out of metal or glass or machining things again uses more energy than getting that natural gas out of the ground.
So once again, the cradle to grave analysis always says, well, if you believe that, you know, carbon dioxide is the worst thing in the world, then you'll be producing more with any of these other technologies net cradle to grave.
And that's the truth, and nobody sees it because it's an easy narrative to sell and a you know, a way to control people and money and whatever other nefarious things you could argue about are out there.
And that's I just appreciate you keep drumming, you know, drumming the drum and hearing and getting as many people to hear it as possible.
I think one of the greatest successes of Donald Trump's presidency was bringing us towards and and getting us to achieve something we had not achieved as a country in 75 years.
Energy independence and becoming a net exporter of energy.
That's why energy was the costs were so low.
Gas prices were so low, diesel prices were so low.
That's that's why inflation was at 1.4%, not 8.5%.
Uh but you know what?
As loudly as I speak it, you you have people that have bought in to the climate alarmist cultism of the new Green Deal Socialist Party, and we will we will pay a very, very heavy price, just as Europe now is gonna have a winner where their their energy prices are up two, three hundred percent.
They expect and anticipate people will die from the cold because they cannot afford to heat their homes uh as they became reliant uh on Vladimir Putin for the lifeblood of their economy.
I've got to run great call, very informative.
