Time Text
This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, hour two, Sean Hannity show toll free, eight hundred nine four one Sean.
You want to be a part of the uh program.
Uh so we now have arrests at our southern border, has now exceeded two million.
But this is catch and process and and release and give a free phone and give preferential treatment, meaning uh no vaccine mandate, no not even a COVID test for crying out loud.
Never mind a background check to see if people have radical associations.
One thing that happened, there have appeared now graves apparently of hundreds of unidentified migrants, uh, which just lay bare.
I mean, it is it is unbelievable the horrific toll of Biden's border crisis, and you had some PVC pipe crossing with John Doe Marking sitting in a cemetery in Texas as the death tolls is absolutely in the hundreds and through the roof.
Now we have Joe Biden is aiding and abetting the law breaking, and then he's facilitating it, and then he's rewarding it with free phones and free transportation, and after a year and a half of flying illegal immigrants in the dark at night and dumping them in one obscure airport after another, now they're they're mad at Ron DeSantis.
Ron DeSantis, who was on TV with me last night, who fed people, uh who gave them a hotel room, gave them new clothes, gave them haircuts if they wanted haircuts, and took really good care of the people.
People got to Martha's Vineyard and they were happy as they could be, but they were gone in 24 hours by the very racist, if you use their definition, and xenophobic Martha's Vineyard snobs that uh apparently lied when they said they had no room for fifty illegal immigrants because we looked on Airbnb and we found 120 rooms in like 10 minutes.
And they could have absolutely taken care of these people.
They didn't want to take care of these people.
Now compare that to El Paso, which is getting about two thousand people a day.
Two thousand people a day, and they're complaining about fifty.
And I don't think Abbott and I don't think DeSantis and I don't think any Republican governor, Deucey, should stop doing this and send them to Chappaqua, send them to Martha's Vineyards, send them to Nantucket, send them all over New York City.
That's right.
I live in New York, so what?
I don't care.
Because it's they have got to feel the the pain of their policies, the reality of their policies.
You know, you watch Muriel Bowser.
Oh, we need a state of emergency.
We we have a couple of hundred um illegal immigrants that have been bust in and and we can't afford to pay for this.
I need fifty million dollars, and I gotta call up the National Guard.
And Lori Lightweight just put the illegal immigrants on other buses, and she sent them out of her city.
And Eric Adams won't go down to the border as invited by Ted Cruz and see what's going on for himself.
By the way, Charlemagne the God uh actually said DeSantis's move was genius.
He's right.
It was absolute genius on his part.
And what an I I've been calling it the best political jujitsu move I've ever seen.
All of a sudden now they're paying attention to it.
Anyway, um it's here's Karine Jean-Pierre saying, we're seeing a new pattern of migration.
Whatever this means.
These people are are fleeing uh communism, as we have said, uh, as you heard DHS say as well.
Falling authoritarian regimes in Venezuela's Nicaragua and Cuba are causing a new migration uh challenge across the Western Hemisphere.
So what we're seeing is a new, uh definitely a new pattern.
So not just our our southern bulb border as well, but our western clearly hemisphere.
Um but meanwhile, migration from Mexico and Northern uh Central America has come down for three consecutive months and is down by by nearly half.
And what we saw the increase with uh Nick uh Nickawa, Venezuela, and Cuba is up by 121%.
So there is a change in the pattern uh that we have seen most recently.
Now we also have this report from our very own Department of Homeland Security that's saying that Venezuela is emptying their prisons and sending violent criminals to the U.S. border.
Uh Donald Trump was the first to say that was gonna happen.
And it's happening.
Anyway, joining us now to discuss and get an update on the situation is Mark Morgan.
He's the former acting CBP commissioner, heritage visiting uh fellow.
Uh Mark, great to have you back.
Uh it's we've never got to the point where the Southwest border exceeded two million people in a year.
It's now happened for the first time.
Yeah, that's exactly right, Sean.
And look, everything you said I couldn't have said better myself.
And when you're talking about we just exceeded, that's the number of apprehensions by border patrol.
But when you consider all encounters, including otherwise inadmissibles that should be removed but were allowing in, we exceeded that number uh past two million a couple of months ago.
Right now, in the first 19 months, to put in perspective under this administration, 19 months, Sean, five point two million illegal aliens.
They've apprehended over four million and over a million have gotten away.
A million got away, Sean.
Uh we shuttered every single record.
And and from the White House price secretary that you just played, I've never in my thirty-five years of serving this government, Sean, I've never heard a press secretary spin, lie, twist, a new migration powder uh pattern that's driven by the they're fleeing communist countries.
Well, the last time I checked those countries are still communists nineteen months ago, when under the Trump administration, we had the lowest numbers.
The only thing that's changed, and the only thing that's driving this pattern is this administration's open border policies that have set a beacon to the entire world.
Now's the time to come.
So the according to this one report about the deaths and about the that we're having, they're talking about hundreds of people in mass graves.
That I had never heard before.
Now, the report that I read, uh apparently sunken, unfinished graves at a cemetery in Eagles Past in Texas, holds more than a dozen unidentified migrants who died making this dangerous, treacherous journey because they think Joe Biden has opened the borders, which he pretty much has.
And anyway, so the cemetery is marked makeshift graves with crosses constructed with PVC pipes and the temporary identification cards at the base of the cross reads John Doe, a TikTok video of a scene, you know, with two thousand views, shows hundreds of people.
Now, I have not been down there in recent years.
I never saw that in the fifteen trips I made down to the border.
Is that true?
Yeah, Sean, you're absolutely right.
Look, I I really appreciate you bringing this up because you're not going to hear this from the mainstream media, and you're sure as a heck you're not going to hear this from this White House or Secretary Myorica.
Another record they sh they have shattered in the first 19 months of this administration because of their open border policies is the number of dead migrants that they've recovered.
C B alone, this is just C BP, and the first 19 months have recovered over a thousand dead migrants.
I've been down there, I've seen images where migrants are literally stacked on top of each other and left on the side of a road.
We know about the 53 dead migrants that died in the back of a tractor trailer because it was horrific asphyxiation.
We know that young women, 30% of young women and children, are sexually assaulted on their journey.
We know that parents, parents of these migrants, uh these unaccompanied minors are actually giving them the morning after pill because they're anticipating that they are going to be sexually assaulted.
And I haven't even talked about the number of dead migrants that state locals on the border find, or the number of dead migrants that that we we are produced in Mexico or in the Daring Gap in Panama.
It's it and Sean, you just mentioned a minute ago, the trafficking.
I mean, when the numbers go up, all of this exponentially increases.
Yet you have Secretary Myorcas that keeps saying that he's developed a safe and orderly and humane illegal immigration policy.
Excuse me, he's the guy that reported it was his department that just said that Venezuelas emptying their prisons and sending all their violent criminals to our border.
Isn't that the same Department of Homeland Security that he's the head of?
That's exactly right, Sean, and you're right.
Remember President Trump, he's that since day one, and he was chastised for it and vilified it.
He was right then and he's right now.
Look, we haven't learned anything from the 80s, Cuba did the same thing, right?
They're the whole whip foot dry foot for Cuba.
And of course they're coming, and what did he do?
Because the Cuba couldn't stand America.
That was part of their strategic plan.
So what Venezuela's doing right now, Sean, I'm not surprised.
The only thing that I'm surprised is it took them this long to do it.
Uh uh I mean, it's taken them nineteen months to realize that part of their strategic plan is to do exactly what they're doing, emptying the prisons because the Venezuela regime, just like Cuba in the eighties, can't stand this country.
And what what a what a great plan for Venezuela to Martha's Vineyard on our shores.
We were able to within five, ten minutes find a hundred and twenty rooms available on Martha's Vineyard.
Uh and apparently the people are more we don't have room for these people.
Now, if you look at Martha's Vineyard newspaper, um, they list fifty job ads despite the claim that there's no work on the island.
Apparently they don't have enough workers on the island.
So all of that is a big lie.
What did you think of the reaction to 50 when we're now talking about and have exceeded two million for the year and set a record?
Yeah, look, I I think it we it clearly we we expose the hypocrisy, Sean.
As you've been spot on and you've been talking about look, five zero.
And let's put this in perspective.
Martha's Vineyard, you know this, right?
Per capita, it's probably one of the wealthiest, richest enclaves in the face of the United States, if not the world, if we really take a look at it.
And they with 50 are overwhelmed.
They can't do it, they can't support it.
It's just it's a lie, it's absurd, it's hypocrisy.
And what do they do immediately?
They board the migrants on a plane and ship them out of Martha's Vineyard.
Meanwhile, they were gone in less than 24 hours.
Laurie What lightweight in Chicago got rid of them as fast as she could.
Uh now you've got the mayor of New York City saying, uh, maybe we can rent cruise ships and put the illegal immigrants on cruise ships.
Um, all these people, all these sanctuary cities and states and and jurisdictions.
DC Mayor Bowser wants 50 million, state of emergency, National Guard troops.
Uh if they dealt with what Texas is dealing with every single day, what do you think?
How do you think they'd react to that reality?
Exactly.
That that's the second third layers of hypocrisy here.
For 19 months, they've sat back, and not only they supported the Biden administration's open border shot, but they've been they've supported their prolific sanctuary laws that they have in their own cities.
I mean, illegal uh aliens are coming to New York, D.C. and and Chicago, not because the governors are saying uh uh uh to ship them there.
They want to go there because they know that they're gonna be able to get free health care, free education, they're gonna be able to work illegally, they're gonna be able to vote, and they know that these sanctuary cities are preventing these mayors are preventing the local law enforcement from working with federal immigration officials to lawfully deport them.
So this is absolutely absurd.
And one last comment, and you mentioned it as well.
As Texas, think about this.
There are some counties in Texas, their entire population is is is less than 20,000.
They're they're getting thousands every 24 hours.
Every aspect of their finances, resources, public health and safety are overwhelmed.
They actually have to bring in mobile morgue because their morgues are filled capacity with migrants that have been deceased.
We recovered.
And you've got New York City again, probably the richest city on the face of the planet, you know, claiming, oh no, it's a crisis and we need help.
It's absolutely absurd in hypocrisy.
I don't think there's anything you can do now.
I mean, got to take a break.
We'll come back more with Mark Morgan, former acting CBP commissioner, heritage visiting fellow on the other side.
Uh Doug Mastriano at the bottom of the half hour, gubernatorial candidate, Republican from the state of Pennsylvania, the great Commonwealth will check in with him as we offer the best election coverage available on your radio dial.
Look, there's one cell phone company I trust, they uphold your values.
It's a veteran-owned company.
It's my cell phone company, and they'll give you fair and honest pricing, unlike big carriers like Verizon ATT and T-Mobile.
And here's the best part.
You're going to get the exact same coverage as those big carriers.
They use the exact same cell towers.
They use the exact same 5G network.
You keep the same number of bars in terms of signal strength on your phone.
You keep your phone, you keep your phone number.
I mean, and it's American jobs right here.
Right now you can also get unlimited talk tech, six gigs of data, only 30 bucks a month.
See if you can get that at one of the big carriers.
Uh and by the way, the average family saving close to nearly a thousand dollars a year.
Many families even save a much more, and it takes less than ten minutes of your time to switch you right over.
All you have to do is dial pound two fifty, say the keyword save now, and you'll also get an additional month free.
So there's no reason not to make the switch and join the stampede with the rest of us.
The same exact coverage, and you're pretty much paying half off.
All right, so pound two fifty keywords save now from our friends of Pure Talk.
It's time to take back America.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, more with Mark Morgan, former acting CBP commissioner, now a heritage visiting fellow.
And then you have Kamala Harris does this interview, what, a week ago, Sunday, and she says, Oh, and the next phase is to give amnesty to people.
Now, I am in favor of legal immigration.
My four grandparents came from Ireland and they came through Ellis Island and they did it legally.
I'm not against the process.
I think the process needs to include a vetting so we make sure you don't have any radical associations.
I think in the middle of a pandemic that Joe proclaimed is over, and it's I've not seen the science that backs that up, but in the middle of a pandemic, I think a health check would be warranted.
And if you're going to vaccine mandate everybody else, you shouldn't give preferential treatment to people that want to enter our country uh legally or illegally.
Um and then the third thing is we have 31 trillion dollars in debt we're already dumping on our kids and grandkids.
Uh if they can't show that they can take have the means to take care of themselves, we can't afford to take people in that are going to need our help.
That's exactly right, Sean.
Right now, illegal immigration cost taxpayers about 140 billion dollars annually.
Look, I'm for legal immigration as well.
Amnesty, no.
Here's why.
Because amnesty rewards illegal behavior.
Amnesty by default is giving a reward to those who broke the law, violated our sovereignty as a nation.
And here's what's very important.
Illegal immigration is not a victimless crime, and you have talked about this.
As illegal immigration goes up, our ability to secure the border goes down.
It pulls border troll resources off the front line.
They're relegated to administrative duties, transportation, hospital watch, and processing.
We've literally, there are large areas of border, unsecured, unmonitored.
We've handed operational control to those borders, to the cartel.
Drugs are coming in, criminal aliens are coming in, and increased to national secure uh security vulnerabilities.
This is about illegal immigration.
We we are for legal immigration.
And this vice president, not only did she lie to American people and say that uh the border secure is a flat-out lie, a million gotta ways, drugs pouring in, killing Americans every single day.
It's a flat-out lie.
But she just sent another message, another beacon to the entire world saying that our policies, we want amnesty.
So you're telling the entire world, keep on coming, enter illegally, and this administration is going to give you amnesty and make you a citizen and reward you for it.
All right, Mark Morgan.
Uh I hope I hope people start listening.
I think now they see the hypocrisy.
Now the question is, will Americans go make this a big issue in 49 days uh at the ballot box because it should be.
Uh law and order should be.
Safety and security should be.
Uh borders should be controlled, energy policy.
You know, all these basic fundamental things that we had in place 19 months ago uh are now gone thanks to Joe Biden and his horrific policies.
Anyway, Mark Morgan, uh appreciate you being with us, former acting CBP uh commissioner, now a heritage uh visiting fellow.
Thank you, sir, for being with us.
Thanks, Sean.
Any talk.
Bye bye.
800 941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program?
We'll check in with Doug Mastriano at the bottom of this half hour, uh gubernatorial candidate uh in the great state, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Both he and Oz now have made huge strides in Pennsylvania.
It's a very, very tough state, but Republicans absolutely can win both of these races.
Sleepy Joe just signed more executive actions in one week than most presidents did in their entire term.
So much for a democracy.
Looks like Joe is the new dictator, and it is on right now.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Glad you're with us.
800, 941 Sean.
You want to be a part of the program.
We have been more focused on the Senate races around the country, and we're we're doing stuff to fix that.
Uh Lee Zeldon, for example, now within the margin of error in the state of New York, believe it or not, uh, and has a real chance, I think, of beating Kathy Hokel, who's not up to the job.
All these Democrats are taking on the same strategy.
It's the Biden basement bunker strategy.
They're all hiding.
Um now the Trafalgar poll, and this is where we want to make up some ground and cover some of these these gubernatorial races.
We had Carrie Lake from Arizona on yesterday.
Uh Doug Mastriano and Dr. Oz now are within less than two points and catching up to their respective opponents.
Oz taking on Fetterman and Doug Mastriano taking on the Attorney General Josh Shapiro.
So Trafalgar, Robert Cahale, one of our most trusted pollsters, one of the most accurate in the country, has this now well within the margin of error.
Both races.
In other words, both of these races are very winnable.
And we're focused on Pennsylvania because control of the Senate may come down to the state of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Anyway, so Doug Mastriano joins us now.
First, congratulations.
These polls have narrowed well within the margin of error.
It's less than two points.
This is a winnable race.
How do you see it from your perspective as of today?
I feel really good, Sean, because we have, of course, Tristoga last month had another poll with us about four points apart.
Uh Barris that released a poll about a week and a half ago had us tied at 43 points each.
Uh Barris is feeling pretty uh bullish about uh our race.
He's he's looking at those who have undecided, and he looks it looks like 70 to 80 percent of those will naturally break for me because they're working class people.
Uh the the thing is, Sean, my opponent has six years of the attorney's adrenaline and uh the media is not asking him a question, and the the fact is we're less safe underneath his rule.
And not only did he fail as a senior law enforcement official during the shutdown, uh our attorney general Shapiro was a complete failure because he sued to keep the kids masked up because the school unions told him to do that.
He sued to keep businesses shut down, and and to make matters worse, Sean, he sued nuns, the little sisters of the poor, because he has no tolerance you know for their religious beliefs.
He took them to the Supreme Court.
I mean, this guy's just too radical and extreme.
Sounds like you know, he and the trust fund brat and a hoodie could be best buddies.
Uh sounds like another radical extremist.
Where is he on debating?
Because I understand he's ducking and dodging you as well.
Yeah, he he doesn't want to debate me.
Uh we offered several platforms.
I'll do a Stephen uh, you know, Stephen like slash linking kind of debate if you want to do open forum.
Uh, we want to do a forum where we could bring in our own moderators instead of using you know CNN or what have you, which obviously I'd ask for double amount of time.
But he doesn't want to debate me.
He he's he's declined all our office.
By the way, nobody would watch it on CNN.
You'd waste your time.
I'd advise you not to go, but go ahead.
You're right.
It would be a a lot of hot air and up and happening.
Gabin Newsom goes, I want to debate uh Ron DeSantis on CNN, and I'm like, nobody will see it.
Why don't you at least come on Fox?
Somebody will see it.
Um, first is look, this Senate race of Oz is critical.
Your race as governor is equally as critical to make sure, look, you you're dealing with people now that are pushing really hard to take an eighty billion dollar industry in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, energy, and they want to turn it upside down and destroy it.
You if and when you we actually should be going in the other direction.
Because right now in Germany, they're paying a hundred and seventy-five percent more for energy costs than they were paying last winter.
People are going to be spending 30, 40 percent of their annual income just to kind of heat their homes this winter.
It's that bad.
And the answer is it are is in states like Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, New York, if they ever had a brain and and would use it.
Um this is critical for your state.
It is.
So and to make matters worse, Sean, our governor, Governor Wolf, never was a governor more appropriately named, by the way.
Uh he put us in his uh carbon tax compact called the regional greenhouse gas initiative.
And although that's in the middle of a court battle, it it increased our energy costs by 40% on the first of June.
And it's gonna cost us us the people two billion dollars to be in at next year.
And so on day one, I'm rescinding that we're gonna be out of Reggie.
You'll see an immediate drop in in energy prices on 17 January, and I'm sworn in by executive order that's gonna end that we're gonna open up our wealth.
Right now, Pennsylvania is the third greatest energy producer in the nation.
Uh my desire under Mastriano is to have it number one.
It's gonna bring jobs, opportunity revenues to our state.
It's gonna bring security to our allies.
I've had it already have a combat from some of our European allies in NATO.
They want to get it off of Pennsylvania and not off of Russia.
So let's do it.
You know, if we became we were we were an energy independent under Donald Trump.
If we went back to energy independence and then took it the next step to become energy dominant, America would be the Wealthiest country on the face of this earth because we are rich in natural resources of coal, oil, natural gas, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of years worth of supplies if we need them.
We could supply the entire world.
Western Europe would love us, and they would be reliant on a country that you can trust versus relying on Vladimir Putin and the hostile regime in Russia.
How stupid were they to do that?
I and you think about the madness, Sean.
So obviously Vladimir Putin has been enriched because of failed policies by Democrat governors.
You remember in 2018, there was that cold snap in Boston was running out of energy and they brought in two ships from Siberia.
Are you kidding me?
You can't buy it off of Pennsylvania.
Oh, that's right, no pipelines across New York State to New England because of these green policies.
My opponent is going to shut down our energy sector.
Uh and he's going to enrich people overseas like Putin.
I mean, the Germans are paying two billion dollars a month for energy to Putin, and that's before the price spike.
And they're so proud they gave two billion dollars to Ukraine.
But okay, what what about the 20-something billion they pay every year to uh Vladimir Putin?
We need to get off of Russian oil and gas.
We need to produce it here in our own country where it's safer, better, and the money comes in.
You know, this is such common sense that I even have to say that.
Wait, we we build it, we do it we do it safer, we do it cleaner, and we do it cheaper and faster.
Why wouldn't we do it here?
Why would you beg?
Maybe you can explain this to me.
Why would you beg Saudi Arabia?
Why would you beg OPEC repeatedly and get rejected repeatedly?
Why would you send emissaries over to Venezuela?
They're now dumping their their prison population uh board doorstep at our border.
Why would you why would you try to do another Iranian deal so that Iran can get rich when we have more natural resources than all of them put together?
Why would we do that?
How dumb is that?
Exactly.
And the world is better off when America is the number one energy producer.
So uh as governor, I can make it happen in Pennsylvania.
I was at a Republican governor's association meeting earlier this summer there.
The great governor of Texas is there, but I kind of, you know, in good good heart and good spirits threw down that under me, Pennsylvania's gonna pass Texas.
Uh we need to do that.
Uh, we have the resources and capability.
Why not develop the energy sector?
And as you rightly said, it's a false argument from Democrats.
Uh we don't want to pollute our streams.
We want trout industry and we don't want cancer agents in uh in the water and what have you.
We're doing it clean.
I've been on the sites, I've been at the rigs, I've been at you know, in mines, pumping oil even personally, and they're doing it safely and rightly, unlike what's going on in you know Russia and what have you.
So let's produce it in Pennsylvania, and uh everyone will benefit.
Uh the choice for Penn is very clear.
We're at a crossroads.
I mean, we my opponent pretty much uh said he's he's in line with Tom Wolf's policies.
We're gonna be between tyranny and freedom, and it's as simple as that.
And that's why we're seeing independence breaking for me 60% now.
So let me ask you this, and I think this is a very important question.
The only thing Democrats, they can't run on their record, so they all they want to talk about is Jan Six and Donald Trump, and then they want to demagogue and lie about abortion, saying that abortion is going to be outlawed in America.
That's not true.
Uh, and the next thing is the usual playbook.
Republicans are racist, sexist, homophobic, xenophobic, and they want dirty air and water.
Now, my question to you is those are the only attacks you're probably gonna see.
How do you answer those?
I talk about the issues.
Josh Shapiro needs me on defense.
You know, he he needs us he across the nation.
Would they need Republicans?
Oh no, I'm not that.
Don't even play their game.
I just turn around and say, okay, he's the attorney general.
Uh, how's crime going for you?
It's record high, 37% increase since he's been there.
Murders and homicides are through the roof.
Philadelphia is on course to have a record 600.
It was 277, the attorney general.
Sentinel death is a catastrophe.
We're the fourth highest in a nation.
Uh, he's letting criminals out of jail like his buddy Fetterman, and that's the fact.
The people want to be in safe neighborhoods, whether you're in whether you're in Philadelphia or in Fulton County, and they won't be able to raise their kids with school choice and opportunities.
Parents in Philadelphia are more school choice than most Pennsylvanians.
Eighty-eight percent of Philadelphia parents want school choice.
Josh Shapiro ain't gonna give it to you.
So I talk about the issues, and the people appreciate that.
Sean's obviously from time to time, I go to Shapiro's page to see what's going on.
And I his own people that will never vote for me.
They're like, yes, we know you don't like Doug, but what are you running on?
What do you stand for?
He's digging his own grave.
It's beautiful.
All right, quick break more with Republican gubernatorial candidate from Pennsylvania, Doug Mastriano, and then we'll get to your calls.
Uh all right, due to your love of my pillow products and all your support, the original My Slippers, they're now almost completely sold out.
And because of this, Mike Lindell has now launched brand new all season slippers, slides, and sandals for as low as 2998.
Now, this is only a limited time offer.
The slippers are made with a four-layer design to ensure perfect comfort.
They also have breathable fabric, so you can wear them all year round.
The slides, the sandals, they're extremely comfortable and durable due to their patented impact gel, and Mike guarantees or your money back, satisfaction guarantee, uh that you're gonna these will be the most comfortable footwear that you will own.
All right, so this offer won't be around long for slippers, slides, sandals as low as twenty nine ninety-eight.
Just go to the Sean Hannity Square at MyPillow.com or mention my name when you call 800 919 6090, and Mike's guarantee the most comfortable footwear you will ever own.
The final hour of the Sean Hannity show is up next.
Hang on for Sean's conservative solutions.
All right, we continue with Republican gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano is with us.
It seems the only thing he's been wanting to hit you on, and I understand Planned Parenthood has spent millions.
Correct me if I'm wrong on that.
That's I I've heard that from a couple of people that they've seen these ads, uh, is the issue of abortion.
And now abortion has been sent back to the states.
I know you're pro-life.
Uh what do you think is right for the state uh uh for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania on that issue?
And I'll give you the this is not a dodge either.
It says in the decision by the Supreme Court, the issue of life and abortion is out to the people and the people's representatives.
So I cannot do executive action on the issue of life in Pennsylvania.
So the people of Pennsylvania that will decide if there's exceptions, what kind of exceptions, and what does it look like?
Does it look like a heartbeat bill, which we do have?
You know, if you there's a heartbeat, you can't abort the baby.
Is it a fetal pain bill about 15 weeks?
And so Pennsylvania the choice is clear.
On the other side, Josh Shapiro's wants is going to have abortion up to birth.
The guy's too extreme and too radical.
The irony, Sean, and we've seen this since Clinton, the left has a penchant for calling us things that they are.
I mean, it it's just it's a good thing.
So Feder so Fetterman and Josh Shapiro have no restrictions on abortion at all.
Where I think the nation, and I'm pro-life like you are, I make exceptions for rape incest mother's life.
Where I think the nation is going to fall on this issue is probably in the Mississippi uh Dobbs case area of 15 weeks.
In other words, you know, Bill Clinton once famously said it should be rare but legal.
And the people that I talk to that are pro choice will say to me, Clinton was right, it sh needs to be rare, legal, they're reluctant about it, they don't like it, and early, and meaning most abortions now 55-60 percent are done by a pill.
And most people don't know that.
Yeah, no, I agree.
You know, how how Pennsylvania falls out, I mean it it probably will.
It might go to a heartbeat bill.
I just don't know.
But just for the people in Pennsylvania, you decide what abortion looks like in Pennsylvania.
There's no executive action.
But what I do know under Shapiro, it is gonna be a bloodbath.
He's pledged to make this an of an abortion sanctuary state.
I mean, to run on the that whole issue of death of a baby here, it's just something really wrong with somebody when he has no other policies in place.
I just think that he's just out of touch with the mainstream and it's like the the the grotesque comments of member of Governor Northam.
Uh first we'll deliver the baby and we'll make sure the baby's comfortable.
And in that situation, then the doctor and the mom will have uh a discussion.
What?
And decide if that baby, a living soul, gets to live any further.
I I mean, if that's not infanticide, I I don't know what it is.
And I'll be honest, uh I know people that say they're pro-choice, and I've had long discussions with them.
None of them support late-term abortion.
None of them.
And they all recognize that at that point a child is viable and can live outside the womb.
That is then at that point infanticide.
There's no ambiguity.
The science is clear.
I I agree.
You know, on other issues, my opponent is too radical as well.
So we had a protecting female sports from from male athletes.
Uh, we passed it in in the in the Senate in a house.
Sadly long party lines.
It was vetoed by our governor and Josh Shapiro cheers.
I mean, so he he wants to and this listen to this, Sean.
I mean, we have now become the feminists on the Republican side.
Well, my opponent wants to roll back fifty years of women achievements on the Title IX, and you know this well.
Uh, you've been you've been tracking it there.
Roll back the clock fifty years on these achievements that it took them scholarships and sacrifice now to have male domination of female sports.
My opponent, Josh Shapiro, actually, he filed an amicus together with Virginia to allow boys in a girls' bathroom.
This time last year, a beautiful young lady was raped.
We we saw this happen.
A school board tried to cover it up, and you covered it.
The dad was hauled out in handcuffs.
That's life in Pennsylvania in the Shapiro.
He wants boys in the girls' bathrooms.
The guy is just their policy is so extreme and insane.
I can't even believe that.
I am shocked that Pennsylvania Democrats have gone that far nuts.
And I think once people become aware of Josh Shapiro's record and positions and Fetterman's record and positions, uh, I don't see how it's possible for them to win.
The problem you guys have been having is that they're hiding.
They don't want to debate.
They just want they they want early voting as much as they can, and they'll debate you the final week before the election.
That's too late.
That's unacceptable.
That's unfair to the people of Pennsylvania.
Uh we're following your race closely.
This is a very important state for this election year.
Uh Doug Maastriano running as a Republican for governor, the great Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Uh, we'll have you back, Governor.
We appreciate you being with us.
I'm calling you governor ahead of time because I think you're gonna win.
I'll take it.
And one last thing, Sean.
And the pathway to 2024 is through Pennsylvania.
I get to appoint the Secretary of State, and I've been leading the endeavor here to get some voting integrity going on in the state.
So if you want to have safe secure elections and want to want to clean elections, I I don't know how I don't know why the state of Pennsylvania ignored their own constitution and bypassed it with legislation, which by its very definition is unconstitutional to me.
Uh, but anyway, we appreciate you being with us, and we're gonna watch your race closely.
Doug, thank you for being here.
Thank you, Sean.
God bless you.
800-941 Sean Tollfree telephone number.
Oh, thank you for saying God bless you.
I should have said that.
Thank you.
And he's also a combat vet.
Good guy.
We'll continue.
