Time Text
This is an iHeart Podcast.
Can you believe it?
America is so humiliating, so embarrassing, so unconscionable, and everyone's turned the page.
Anyway, our thoughts and prayers are with them always.
We cannot forget them.
Glad you're with us.
Glad it's Friday.
I'm sure I'm not alone in that sentiment.
I saw this.
Joe Biden won't finish the border wall that Donald Trump started.
As a matter of fact, when the Texas uh when Texas law enforcement built a fence and locked the fence, in comes Joe Biden's department, uh, you know, border patrol agents against the will of the governor of Texas and unlocks the key and lets everybody in.
And then, of course, they get the preferential treatment, no COVID test, no vaccine mandate.
You got a Biden phone, you get transportation.
Oh, to some city or state.
I like the idea what what Greg Abbott is doing.
Just keep sending them to New York and California and Washington, D.C. You know, uh just keep doing it.
And keep inviting all these governors to come down and let them see firsthand what what Texas and Arizona and all these other states are dealing with on a on a daily basis.
But Joe Biden is not against building walls because he's building a brand new beautiful wall that's costing you, the American taxpayer, a security fence at nearly $500,000.
It's at his uh summer house on the beach somewhere in Delaware, Wilmington, Delaware.
Uh, but anyway, in September of 2021, Department of Homeland Security awarded five four hundred and fifty-six thousand five hundred and forty-eight dollars to a Sussex county company.
Why didn't they just give the give the deal to Hunter?
It just could have gone right in his pocket.
Anyway, I'm not against security for elected officials, our presidents, they got to be protected just like law enforcement, they've got to be protected under all circumstances.
That's not political, but it's it is worthy to note that walls work.
You know, uh I wouldn't be a bad idea to build barriers of perimeter around the Capitol.
I know everyone's so fixated on the politics surrounding January 6th.
What are they going to do to prevent anything like that from happening again?
What are you gonna do to protect cities and not have the summer of 2020 ever unfold again?
You know, things that I know, tough questions that nobody seemed to want to want to ask.
Um anyway, a lot of ground to get to today.
Um this was interesting in the Washington Times that the Biden Department of Justice now has come up with a brand new excuse for why they couldn't wait a single second longer to send an FBI raiding party to search Marilago.
Now, stop and remember that the National Archives wrote a very nice letter thanking the Trump people for all their cooperation and getting all the archive material to them, 15 boxes worth of it.
And in June, the DOJ and the FBI actually were at Mor-a-Lago, they're the ones that requested a padlock.
So the DOJ's new alibi is going something like this, that the FBI's Russia Hulk squad was deeply worried that Trump would destroy the documents that he had in his possession, so they had to strike immediately.
That's what they're now claiming.
By the way, the same people that worked on Operation Crossfire Hurricane and the Justice Department officials under federal judge, you know, well, they went to the magistrate, the Trump-hating magistrate, the Obama-loving magistrate, the magistrate who previously recused himself because of his hatred of Donald Trump from a case.
But anyway, Justice Department officials urging a federal judge to keep under wraps the search warrant, the affidavit in the raid of Donald Trump's home, the justification for why they did it, fearing that he would destroy evidence, according to court documents unsealed today.
Now, in a motion filed three days before more than 30 arm agents stormed Palm Beach and Mar-a-Lago, the Justice Department said making the search warrant public poses a risk to the safety of the materials sought in the investigation.
The U.S. believes there's good cause to keep the warrant sealed because the integrity in the investigation might be compromised and evidence might be destroyed.
He's had it for 20 months.
If it was something that urgent that needed to be destroyed, I would assume it would have been destroyed.
And knowing Donald Trump as well as I know it, I doubt he ever looked at a single box.
Anyway, the that's what they believe.
That's what they're saying is the cause.
Uh The search warrant application signed by an FBI agent, his name redacted, states that the agent believes the Bureau will uncover evidence of crime of a crime and the contraband fruits of a crime or other illegally possessed materials.
Well, nothing happened to Hillary Clinton.
So why should something happen to Donald Trump?
I mean, do you see we don't have equal justice?
Nothing happened to all the FBI agents that lied to FISA court judges.
Not one thing.
Trump did produce evidence that he had declassified the Mar-a-Lago documents in October of 2020 and January of 2021.
Epic Times is reporting, the media mob is ignoring that the former president noted in two truth social posts that in October of 2020, he wrote on his now deleted Twitter account, quote, I have fully authorized the total declassification of any and all documents pertaining to the single greatest political crime in American history, the Russia hoax, adding likewise the Hillary Clinton email scandal, no redactions.
Now, Trump also cited a memorandum from January of 2021, January 19th, the day before Joe Biden's inauguration to declassify, quote, certain materials related to the crossfire hurricane investigation.
He wrote in January of 2021, I determined that the materials and crossfire hurricane binder should be declassified to the maximum extent possible.
In response under a cover letter dated January 17, 2021, the FBI noted its continued objection to any further declassification of the materials in the binder.
Of course they don't want it out.
And Trump then added at the time, I hereby declassify the remaining materials in the binder.
This is my final determination under the declassification review that I have directed the attorney general to implement the redactions proposed in the FBI's January 17 submission and returned to the White House an appropriate redacted copy.
Months before that memo was issued on Twitter, Trump wrote all of the Russia hoax scandal information was declassified by him a long time ago.
One DOJ counterintelligence chief claiming that Mar-a-Lago's investigation is in its early stages.
I'm thinking about the early stages.
So a senior official with the Biden DOG saying that to a magistrate judge that hates Trump and loves Obama, that this is now in its early stage.
And I'm thinking that sounds a lot like they have to develop much of a case against Trump that haven't done so yet.
So they're so it's exactly what I said, what my instincts told me on day one, that this has always been a fishing expedition.
Anyway, the Epic Times says the DOJ chief counterintelligence export control section told the U.S. magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhardt on Thursday this investigation is open.
It's in its early stages.
The government is very concerned about the safety of the witnesses in these cases.
So redacted names.
That's fine.
We don't want to put anybody uh in danger.
And that may put a chill, but this may put a chill on other witnesses coming forward.
Now you notice, Linda, they never redact my information when they leak my text messages again and again and again and again and again.
All 57 pages of it.
Yeah, no, no concern about my safety.
So how do they know their case against Trump has national security overtones which outweigh public interest if the FBI's investigation is still in the early stages?
They're not making any sense in what they're saying or what it is that they're doing.
And the FBI division overseeing the investigation of the president's handling of classified material at his Mar-a-Lago residence is also the focus of special counsel John Durham's investigation of the Bureau's alleged abuses of power and corruption and political bias during their years-long Russi Gate probe of Donald Trump.
The FBI's nine-hour 30-agent raid of the former president's estate is part of the counterintelligence case run out of Washington, not Miami, not the Miami Field Office, as has widely been reported.
And according to the FBI case documents and sources with knowledge of the matter, Paul Sperry did a great column on this.
The Bureau's counterintelligence division led the 2016-17 Russia collusion investigation, codenamed Crossfire Hurricane.
I mean, you can't make this up, although, you know, Peter Strzok was fired after the disclosure of his vitriolic anti-Trump text.
Several members of the team remain.
Sure, they're probably still talking to their buddy Peter.
So, you know, how Garland, you know, could have definitely hurt the DOJ's fight to keep the affidavit sealed.
Andy McCarthy broke that down and keep the affidavit on the FBI's uh rate on the president sealed.
You know, we'll see what their redaction is.
The judge says the government's not met the burden of showing why the entire Trump FBI rate affidavit should be remained sealed.
Why he gave it back to them to do the redactions, I can't explain.
Uh Trump spokesperson said the American people should see the unredacted FBI raid, but you have every idiot on TV saying Donald Trump really doesn't want that.
If he didn't really want that, he wouldn't be saying it.
Government argues unsealing it would be unwise given the volatile state of the nation.
Government prosecutor Jay Bratt said unsealing the document would provide a roadmap of an ongoing investigation still in its early stages.
The judge says a portion of the affidavit related to the Trump FBI raid can be unsealed.
Anyway, so we're watching all of this.
It's this is this is such a sad pathetic state that this country is in.
When we you never I never thought we'd have unequal justice or a dual justice system.
I never thought we'd have a president as lawless as this one, Joe Biden.
And nobody seems to care.
He lied about never talking the one time to his son about his foreign business dealings.
And meanwhile, we have all the evidence you could ever want.
They've had it for what, going on three years now?
The laptop from hell.
Crimes, evidence of crimes all over that laptop, implicating Joe Biden himself.
Meeting personally with Hunter Biden's foreign business partners, nothing happens.
The real quid pro quo, nothing happens.
Hillary, you know, her server, clean with bleach bit, deleting 33,000 emails that they know had top secret classified information on it.
No rate of their house.
The FBI upper echelon that go ahead and sign a warrant that they were warned not to use the dossier on, and they used it anyway.
They said it was verified.
They lied when they said it was verified because it's unverifiable.
And they did it for a whole year.
Nobody's held accountable there.
There's no raids of their homes, there's no frogmen, there's no fake news CNN cameras.
This is not equal justice under the law in this country.
Now, if you think this election doesn't matter, think again.
Because law and order, safety and security in every town and every city is on the ballot in November.
You know, secure borders and obeying the law and enforcing immigration laws is on the ballot.
You know, getting rid of woke education in favor of reading, writing, math, science, history, and computers, that's on the ballot.
Going back to energy independence, that is on the ballot.
Lowering inflation by lowering taxes and burdensome regulation, that is on the ballot.
You know, beginning the process of fixing the mess that they have created in every aspect of our lives is on the ballot.
That's why, you know, in 80 what, three days or so, you're gonna have a chance to speak out.
And if America chooses wisely, we can turn the ship around because conservative principles, when applied, they always work.
It just takes about a year and a half, two years to do it.
I wish I could tell you can snap your fingers, he can't.
Uh 800, 941, Sean, our number, you want to be a part of the program.
Look, these are tough economic times.
There's only two ways that you can really fight back against the recession we're in and the record high gas prices and the inflation that we have is a no-risk money back guarantee.
Pound 250, keyword saved now from our friends of Pure Talk.
I saw a daily mailpiece that uh Breitbart is putting out apparently a movie, my son Hunter.
Man, I can imagine the crack scenes, the hooker scenes, uh we'll see what we'll see how accurate that is.
That's going to be fun to watch.
Uh listen, 82% of Americans worried about paying for housing.
This new poll came out, 2,000 people survey.
62% are somewhat or very concerned about being able to afford housing in the coming years.
69% said they are somewhat or very worried about higher home prices in general.
Home prices will likely come down as interest rates continue to go up.
Uh Rasmussen uh has come out slew of polls showing Republicans' lead in the uh generic balloting is down.
Well, I tend to trust Trafalgar, Robert Gahley, Insider Advantage, Matt Towery, uh John McLaughlin and Rasmussen, and well, it turns out that Rasmussen is showing Republicans are gaining in the congressional generic ballot, uh, in spite of what you're reading and hearing and seeing.
Um we have this other story that we're following as well, and and this is going to get interesting to watch over time.
The uh as and Mac Gates will join us later, we'll talk about it.
Apparently, documents have been uncovered that show the administration of Joe Biden is trying to use the Department of Homeland Security to become the new Ministry of Truth.
I thought we shut this all down.
And they want to shut down dissent on social media platforms.
In other words, it's a social media version of the fairness doctrine.
You know, all under the banner of so-called disinformation.
You might remember the the person that they had tapped to do this job the last time was guilty of misinformation, labeling Hunter Biden's laptop as Russian misinformation.
Anyway, an audit report from the Department of State, quote, we recommend the DHS develop a unified strategy to counter disinformation campaigns that appear on social media.
Let me translate.
We want to censor and shut up conservatives and we'll decide for you what's true and what isn't true.
Ministry of Truth.
And it was earlier this year the administration faced a backlash for this disinformation board because it was the very woman that pushed the big lie that Hunter Biden's laptop was Russian disinformation.
We were told that this whole thing was disbanded and they were putting it aside.
These new documents appear to suggest otherwise and suggest that the Biden team is now undertaking a more unified uh approach throughout the entire Department of Homeland Security.
Oh, they don't like what you tweet.
They're going to try and do it to Truth Social, Donald Trump's platform?
All right, 25 now till the top of the hour, 800 941 Sean, our number.
You want to be uh part of the program on this Friday.
Ben Carson had tweeted out never in my lifetime did I think I would see an American law enforcement agency be run and weaponized like the FBI.
Uh, this is a frightening development in our modern political arena.
This is the way of Mao and Castro, not Washington and Lincoln.
Now they they tr leaked to the Washington Post, and I don't believe them.
Oh, this is this had to do with nuclear codes.
So we're supposed to believe the very same people that for years kept up a lie about Trump Russia collusion that was never true.
The same upper FBI agents uh that were never punished, that went before Pfizer courts and put their signature on FISA applications with the with the fundamental core basis of it being Hillary Clinton's bought and paid for Russian dossier that has since been debunked, and even after it was debunked, they kept using it before Pfizer court judges.
So we're supposed to believe them that this is all on the up and up.
I don't buy any of it, Dr. Carson, and I worry for our country.
Well, it's extremely disturbing.
There's no evidence whatsoever that uh that President Trump was not cooperative and that they couldn't have received the information that they wanted through a less dramatic way.
But what really is frightening about this whole situation is good people are being sent a message.
You better watch out what you say, what you do.
We don't even want you running.
We don't want you ruling anything because we will torture you.
And who will be left?
Only the leftists.
And we have got to make sure that we are not intimidated, that we don't run and hide, that we become very forceful and represent what we believe, regardless of the consequences, because there are those who came before us and they gave everything to maintain freedom.
Freedom is never, as Ronald Reagan said, more than one generation away.
And I think we're as close to losing it now as we have ever been.
And I was talking to a human rights advocate from Romania the other day, right after the Marilango raid.
And you know, she had a lot to do with bringing down Chechesco's regime.
And she said the same patterns are being seen in this country, and it's very frightening.
It is very frightening.
At this point, what are the American people to think of this?
What do you think the end goal here is?
Uh do you suspect as I do that this was all a pretext to begin with, because they were there in June.
They had access to everything in June.
They were not denied access to any of these boxes or any of these documents at all.
Quite the contrary.
They asked the president to lock them up and he locked them up.
And then the president, you know, graciously, according to numerous sources, said feel free to come anytime you want.
You're welcome.
Well, that's why they're so slow in release releasing information, you know, they got to concoct a good story.
And uh, you know, it's it's just sad that we've gotten to this point because the rest of the world is watching.
You know, America, the great beacon of freedom and justice, and this is what they're seeing.
And what hope do they have?
You know, it just disturbs me uh enormously.
And uh that's why I'm speaking out against it.
Uh recognizing, you know, there may be repercussions.
Um of course, you know, they come after you for everything.
Um, but the fact of the matter is this is our country.
And if we don't fight for it, who's gonna fight for it?
And I appreciate the fact that you seen have been such a patriot.
I thank you for that.
Well, I appreciate your kind words.
Uh I wish I was more effective because um uh had I been more effective.
I mean, it's kind of amazing when you think about it when you have you know the the entire upper uh apparatchic, if you will, of the FBI going after one man the way they did, and it's all based on a lie, and it took three long years to unpeel every layer of the onion proving that it was a lie,
and then the fact that nobody involved in this effort to undo a an election in this country were ever held accountable, um why would we expect them not to continue to push away people that they think are unfit for office, like Peter Struck had said, you know, in a text message.
I I want you to believe that the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office that there's no way he gets elected.
This is August of 2016, but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event before you're you die before you're forty.
You know, this was you know, Lisa Page scared to death.
You don't think he can win, do you?
We have an insurance policy, so he won't win.
I mean, scary.
And at the same time, Hillary Clinton can erase thirty thousand emails, asset watch, the hard drive, smash the telephones, and there's no consequences for it.
I mean, this is just a blatant double standard, and it cannot be allowed to persist.
And when the Republicans uh get in office again, and not just Republicans, but people of good will, people who love our nation, who who appreciate our freedoms, when they get in office, they have to make sure that these kinds of things do not continue to occur.
And it means not going after people, not just going after people for revenge, but to fix the system so that we don't have this kind of thing going on in our country.
What do you think the next thing that happens here is?
Do you think that they would try and indict the former president in the hopes of uh convicting him and and having him in jail at the time of the next election to prevent him from running?
Because a conviction, by the way, constitutionally would not prevent him from running for office.
You know, this code that is being cited by Mark Elias and all these other people uh negates the very enumerated qualifications in the Constitution and and the specific requirements for somebody not to be eligible to run, and that would be impeachment and conviction.
Uh it doesn't mention anything about being, you know, uh maybe not um uh following every single dotted iron cross T in the Presidential Records Act or the National Archives Act.
Well, we remember what Trump represents.
I mean, he has come in to the swamp.
I call it a suspicion, the swamps too kind.
And uh, you know, both Republicans and Democrats who are part of the establishment don't like what he represents, and that is somebody who's not going to play their games, who's not gonna continue their power grab.
And uh, you know, they hate him.
He won't submit to them.
And uh that's why they don't want to see him run again and don't do anything, quite frankly.
So what's coming next?
Anything they can do to keep him from running.
You know, you look at this this this congressional hearings that they're having uh on January the sixth.
Absurd not to have a mechanism whereby people can be cross examined.
You know, it doesn't really mean anything, and I think that's why most people aren't paying attention to it.
But American people are smart enough, they're waking up, they know what is going on.
And I think all of this may actually be beneficial to President Trump.
Well, it's gonna be interesting to watch.
Certainly the American peel people are paying attention, and all I'm hearing is just outright disgust and anger from people.
Dr. Carson, we love having you on.
Thank you so much.
Uh he is now the founder chairman of the American Cornerstone Institute.
How do people get in touch with you?
Uh American Cornerstone dot org.
All right, sir.
Always a pleasure.
God bless you and your family.
800 nine four one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Uh let's say hi to Clayton in Utah.
Clayton, how are you?
By the way, uh for the people in Utah, I hope you're paying attention to Evan McMullen, and he is nothing but a a Joe Biden Democratic radical climate alarmist that is dodging and ducking any tough questions from Mike Lee.
Because Mike Lee is a constitutionalist, and Evan won't answer how he would have voted on the Manchin Schumer bill.
But anyway, putting that aside.
What's going on, sir?
So when I look at this nine hour FBI raid, I cannot help but ask how Trump and Melania can even go back there to to live again.
It seems like uh it would it would be impossible to have a private conversation, uh a campaign meeting.
There's no way that they're gonna go back there and not assume that that place has been bugged from an FBI raid that was nine hours long.
What you could certainly I know from my own experience, believe it or not, traveling abo abroad um in places where we think Singapore, Vietnam and other pla hell Helsinki was another place.
Uh there was always a belief because you know, these hostile regimes are they're the way more informed than people think.
Uh they knew I would be there.
They know that that I would occasionally have conversations with the former president, and there was a concern by our security that in fact they would try to put listening devices in my room, so I know there are ways to s you know sweep rooms and get rid of any of these bugs if they put them in there.
I just I I I don't see him uh being able to return with with full confidence, and I think that's maybe part of the plan is is to keep him isolated and and keep him worried about if there's a rat or if there's an informant or or anything like that.
Not that there was any wrongdoing, but uh you know, a private conversation is a private conversation, it's not made for the uh the public.
Um Donald Trump is tougher than that.
And and I will tell you that most normal people would would have broken by now.
You can't break this guy.
He he I he has this uh you know incredible fortitude that I've never seen in a person.
You know, you you think of all the fire that he's been under the Trump Russia collusion, hoax for three long years, Muller, impeachment one, impeachment two, January sixth, you go through all of this, you know, all of their attempts to take him down have failed up to this point.
You know, and and and even the the FBI, you know, in putting in writing that they didn't want this man ever elected in 2016, top people in the FBI and their minions.
And yet he was able to defeat them.
I I I think when America takes a look at this, when all is said and done and the smoke clears on this, and when we begin to compare and contrast what Joe Biden has done to destroy this country on a level that not even I anticipated, and I was I was trying to warn everybody what would happen.
I was right, I didn't think it would happen this fast.
And they compare his policies that are successful.
Uh I think that uh I think America will vote for him again in twenty twenty four if he runs.
Got my bill for sure.
But they certainly don't want him to run, do they?
That's the whole point.
You know, if it it's it's interesting.
It's gone for the case.
one of the arguments is he can't win.
He's the most unelectable Republican.
Then if you're if you think he's the most unelectable Republican, then you should want him as the nominee.
But they know deep down in their hearts it's not true.
They fear the the love the people of this country have for him, at least half the country.
Anyway, appreciate the call, Caden.
God bless you.
Ray Chicago, what's up, Ray?
How are you?
Hey, hey, Sean, what a what a tremendous privilege to speak with you.
You're a great American.
I love it, watch you listen to you every day.
But the reason I'm calling is about uh the IRS.
But these 87,000 new agents.
I'm the CPA.
Uh currently the IRS has 78,000 um employees.
So they're gonna more than double uh the size of the IRS.
They do not currently, their their systems are antiquated.
Uh only five percent of the budget allowed going to this hiring is going to infrastructure.
Okay, so you got 87,000 more users on that.
Okay.
Secondly, the training involved in trying to train 87,000 people is going to take a very, very, very long time.
This is not something you're just answering calls.
You know, this is a long-term play by the government.
And another thing, you know, the well, let me tell you what it is.
It's more than multiple agencies personnel combined, and it's more than doubling the size.
Let me just say this very quickly here.
If you make $25,000 or less, I bet most people did not know this Syracuse University study.
You are five times more likely to be audited than anybody else.
They already audit most wealthy people almost as a matter of course.
You know, I can't tell you how many times, in spite of two accounting firms and a law firm going over all of my taxes, paying every penny and then some.
I pay more.
I overpay.
You know, that they they still want to, you know, harass you.
And but the pro the only difference is is I can afford the accountants and the lawyers, and I let them handle it.
But uh in spite of all of that, who you know, if you make 25 grand or less, they want to find out are you making money on the side?
Are you painting houses on the side?
Are you cutting lawns on the side?
If are you are you hiding your tips if you work in a restaurant?
It's insane.
Anyway, my friend, good call.
Appreciate it.
I wish I had more time.
Uh don't forget we have a great Hannity, Nine Eastern.
