When I told people, I was making a podcast about Benghazi.
Nine times out of ten, they called me a masochist, rolled their eyes, or just asked why.
Benghazi, the truth became a web of lies.
From Prologue Projects and Pushkin Industries, this is Fiasco Benghazi.
What difference at this point does it make?
Listen to Fiasco Benghazi on the iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, or wherever you get your podcasts.
I'm day 360, and of course, five days away, a full year, we abandoned Americans behind enemy lines.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Let me let me back up for a second before we get started into last night's raid.
And I had said we spent over three years on this program debunking what was the biggest abuse of power corruption scandal in history.
And that was the whole Russia Trump collusion lie.
It was always a lie.
And it went deep and it went deeper, and nobody was held accountable.
And I kept warning everybody, if we don't hold people accountable, it's going to happen again.
Now, for no apparent reason, now I'm I'm gonna be straight up.
I don't believe a single thing that we're reading or that we're being told uh about the reasons for this raid of a former president's home, which has never ever happened in the history of this country before.
I'm not believing a single thing.
I'm not believing the pretext under which they went in to Mar-a-Lago yesterday to get supposedly to get uh documents that might be classified that the president might have taken with him when he left the White House to Mar-a-Lago.
I know I I actually went and we researched today.
We've we found the National Archives Records Administration.
Because what they what they want us to believe is that this has everything to do with the Presidential Records Act, and this is about the preservation of potentially top secret information that the president might have had with him.
I I'm I'm not buying that.
Not at all.
I think this is a pretext.
To what?
I don't know.
I have no earthly idea.
But I have, and you can, by the way, find this on the National Archives Record Administration's own website when you go to archives.gov.
And anyway, it is dated, you know, it has a date in it of February 8th of 2022, not that long ago, following a conversation with Gary Stern, general counsel at the National Archives Record Administration about inaccurate media reports, specifically, I guess we'll call it narrow and NARA, uh, had raided Mar-Lago.
They put out the following statement.
Quote Throughout the course of the last year, the National Archives Record Administration obtained cooperation of Trump representatives to locate presidential records that had not been transferred to the National Archives at the end of the Trump administration when a representative had informed us in December of 21 that they had located some records,
and they arranged for them to be securely transported to Washington, and National Archives Record Administration officials Did not visit, did not raid the Mar-a-Lago property.
This is in February that they that all of this is has come up here.
Here's why every American should be concerned.
If you go back in time and you go back to 2016, and you and remember, we always made a distinction between the 99% of good FBI agents that that work hard, risk their lives, protect this country, and then those upper that 1% that abuse their power at the upper ranks of the FBI.
I always made a distinction because I have such respect for law enforcement.
And if the if you recall what happened here, you had Hillary Rodham Clinton, the leading what, 33,000 emails.
You know, if we have time later, I'll play it for you.
We remember James Comley saying, despite evidence of law breaking, no reasonable prosecutor would bring criminal charges to the Hillary Clinton email case.
Remember that?
Wasn't that long ago?
And Hillary Clinton, of course, had an email server, and 33,000 emails go missing.
Nobody in the country had ever heard of something called bleach bit, which wipes uh a server clean of any memory at all whatsoever.
Apparently it was very effective.
Remember Ed Henry had asked the question, you know, did you clean your server?
And she's like, You mean like with a with a cloth?
Did you wipe the server?
What, like with a cloth or something?
I don't know.
Did you wipe the server?
Then, of course, hammers and and and devices that were destroyed, and then on top of that, SIM cards that they hand over phones without a SIM card, meaning that there's no memory on the phone.
What's the point of all that?
And then we got into two instances where they tried to make a connection that didn't exist between Donald Trump's campaign and Russia.
One was the Alpha Bank Trump Tower server story, which was debunked.
You know, the whole the whole thing was a total complete lie.
And then it was the Hillary Clinton bought and paid for dirty Russian disinformation dossier that her campaign, DNC money, went and they they funneled money through a law firm, Perkins Couie, Perkins Cooy hires an op research firm, fusion GPS that hires former MI6 agent, Christopher Steele, Christopher Steele puts together a series of documents.
Those documents combined become known as the dossier, and the dossiers leaked to the media mob in the lead up to the 2016 election, all designed to hurt Donald Trump.
This is about Donald Trump with hookers in the writs in Moscow and they're urinating in his bed.
It was all all crap.
It was all a lie.
And then anyway, and remember, it was Andrew McCabe, deputy FBI director, among others.
It was Bruce Orr who said, don't trust this.
It's not verified.
He said that in August of 2016.
There were numerous warnings not to use this.
It is not verified.
But yet in October of 2016, the first of what became four Pfizer warrants every three months you have to renew it, signed by top officials, three of the four signed by James Comey himself.
One signed by Rod Rosenstein, another signed by Sally Yates, who I'll get to in a minute.
But remember that dossier, Andrew McCabe told us, without the dossier, there would have been a Pfizer application, a Pfizer warrant.
Says at the top of a Pfizer application, verified.
Meaning you had to verify what you were telling is true to get the warrant.
Okay, so they get the warrant, and it's supposedly to spy on Carter Page.
We find out later Carter Page had worked for the CIA and was apparently, you know, well liked and a guy that constantly put his life at risk for his country and always shared every bit of information he had.
He did nothing wrong.
That was under false pretenses.
But then because of his association with the Trump campaign, that offered a backdoor into all things Trump world, that is the Trump campaign transition team, and then later Trump as president.
And then remember, you might recall, you know, the plotting and the planning and all of that, that narrative, that went on for over a year.
Three long years, and it was all a lie.
Remember Peter Strzok talked about an insurance policy.
So Donald Trump wouldn't get elected.
Well, what do you think this case is all about?
You know, we've never raided a former president's home before.
If it really was about presidential, the Presidential Records Act or the National Archives, um I spoke to Eric Trump on TV last night.
There was nothing but full cooperation.
All they had to do is say, can we see the boxes and can we go through them and see that there's nothing in here that might be classified?
It would have been that easy.
That's why I believe this is all a pretext, all under false uh, you know, a uh false premise here.
You know, and and that was confirmed by Eric Trump and others, by the way, that other sources I have is as well that they were fully cooperating.
So the question is, what are they looking for?
What were they looking for?
Why did they raid a former president's house?
Why did they send Washington officials rather than the Miami field office?
That's another question that needs to be answered.
Why, in the hopes that maybe they find something, and if they brought charges against Donald Trump that the case would be tried in a in a in a district where only 5% of people voted for Donald Trump as opposed to Florida, Miami, or wherever it happens to be.
In other words, that you'd have a reasonably fair jury.
By the way, Paul Matafort's going to join us.
He knows a thing or two about FBI raids.
Now, something, you know, what are they looking for here?
There's got to be something bigger, deeper than what they're telling us.
I don't buy for a second that this has anything to do with the Presidential Records Act.
I don't buy for a second what they're telling us that this has to do with the National Archives and Records Administration.
I just don't believe it.
Now, I doubt Donald Trump packed his own boxes.
And I wouldn't be surprised if there were certain things that were brought from Washington, D.C. to Mar-a Lago that may need to be sent back.
As a matter of fact, I think some already have been sent back, at least according to that letter that I just read to you.
Um but the think logically about this.
What else could it be?
What can be said, you know, is that we have the same deep state forces that pushed the dirty dossier that got away with lying to Pfizer courts on four separate occasions that spied on a candidate, a transition team, and a president, and that had an insurance policy in case all things didn't work, so they still could defeat this guy.
And everybody that was involved in that got away with it.
And that that was my admonition and that was my warning at the time that if they're not held accountable, this is gonna happen again and again and again, and they're gonna be emboldened and they're gonna be empowered.
You know, and and uh you you cannot have a deep state running like this.
You know, there were other examples.
Sandy Burger, remember, he got a slap on the wrist.
Like three years, uh, he couldn't um have a security clearance.
I think he was fine 10,000.
He went into the National Archives and he came out with documents, you know, prior to 9-11.
This is after 9-11 that he went in, and he shoved them down his pants.
He shoved them in his front of his pants and the back of his pants and in his socks and stole documents from the National Archives and he got a slap on the wrist.
Remember Chuck Schumer's admonition.
Well, you know, remember that Donald Trump ought not be taken on the intelligence community.
They're gonna get you six ways in Sunday, they're gonna get back at you.
I mean, think about that.
Think about James Comey, despite evidence of law breaking, no responsible prosecutor will ever bring criminal charges in the Hillary Clinton email case.
They found classified documents in the emails that they had recovered.
They were missing 33,000, but in the 30,000 they had, they recovered those.
You know, what what what did Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton really talk about at that pivotal moment that they just happened to be on the tarmac at the same time?
They said they just talked about their kids and their grandkids.
Is that really what they talked about when they met on the tarmac for what, 30, 35 minutes or whatever long period of time it was?
You know, Hillary Clinton stumbling through an answer trying to explain that emails that were marked classified saying those emails don't have the appropriate markings, or Hillary Clinton Clinton explaining to David Muir that her not knowing State Department markings, specifically the letter C classified on her emails.
Remember we had the big argument over that, or telling George Stephanopoulos, a Clinton sycophant, uh, that the top secret email chain didn't originate with me.
There was no classified markings.
Remember all this?
This is why I don't trust them.
This is why nobody should trust them.
By the way, Alan Derschwitz is suggesting the FBI may have repeatedly violated the law during this raid.
Anyway, you said on Fox last night, the government would have to show that they had reasonable evidence that government records would be destroyed.
Additionally, he said they improperly opened the safe on the premises, which they should not have done.
He said that in my his opinion, they violated the rules of the Justice Department.
They'd gone after a former president, future candidate, and they darn well better have smoking gun proof, which I don't see happening.
Clearly, there's been a double standard.
You don't get a warrant unless a subpoena uh wouldn't suffice.
They should have sent a subpoena.
And wait till you hear about the judge that apparently authorized the FBI's raid on Trump's home.
Yes, who he had ties to?
Jeffrey Epstein and Barack Obama.
Can't even make this up.
Anyway, the GOP is firing back Kevin McCarthy saying to A.G. Garland, preserve your documents and clear your calendar.
Uh Republicans blasting the FBI is now a corrupt agency that should be defunded, some are even saying, going as far.
At some point, you've got to look at the upper echelon in the FBI and say, you know, why didn't Director Ray ever hold the people like Strzok and Page and McCabe and Comey and all these other people accountable?
Because that emboldens and empowers people to go further.
Music.
All right, as we roll along, Sean Hannity Show 800 941.
Sean Biden White House is saying next to nothing.
The president wasn't aware of the Trump FBI search.
I'm not sure if I believe it, but time will tell.
You never know.
Politicians often lie.
One weird thing is Republican leaders in the Senate.
They've been silent.
That doesn't surprise me because they're a pretty gutless crowd.
That's why this election season.
And I talk about the Senate being very hard for Republicans to get control because it's every bellwether state.
This is why Herschel Walker matters.
Herschel Walker is not going to be beholden to Senate leadership.
Nor is Dr. Oz, nor is J.D. Vance, nor is Ron Johnson running for re-election.
Nor is Adam Laxalt, nor will be Blake Masters out in Arizona, and a number of other, or Eric Schmidt in Missouri.
These are people that will stand on their own.
All of these things will matter.
One of the things that has been pointed out was interesting.
I guess Mark Elias, Hillary's, you know, um election guru and Biden's election guru, is pointing out everybody's missing the most important point here, and that is uh the potential law violations, section 20 uh 2071 of the federal uh penal code includes penalty provisions upon conviction,
uh, that a defendant will forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the United States, and they're trying to hang their hat on that.
There's a little problem with that argument.
It's called the U.S. Constitution, and they have very specific qualifications enumerated in that document.
I'll explain next.
Holding them accountable.
Sean gets the answers no one else does.
America deserves to know the truth about Congress.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Let me see if I can sum this up and say it better than I was said it in the last half hour.
What we can say for sure is the deep state that we spent three years focusing on, that was so corrupt and abused their power so deeply that pushed their dirty dossier and lied to FISA court judges.
And then even when they knew beyond any doubt that that dossier was a total myth.
It was completely debunked by their, you know, by the primary source behind it.
And even Christopher Steele himself, the subsource had debunked all of it.
And the same people that spied on a president and a presidential candidate and the transition team and the same group of people that abused power and had an insurance plan, are still in power at the at some of the highest levels of government.
Only, you know, we have a few different names here.
You know, now it's Merrick Garland as a clearly the Department of Justice has been politicized and weaponized, and it's corrupt.
Clearly, you know, you have one set of standards for, you know, if you're a liberal like Hillary Clinton, she got away with all of these things.
You know, Hunter Biden, where's the Hunter Biden raid?
When is that coming?
When's the raid on Hillary Clinton's house coming?
You know, where when is Joe Biden going to be questioned about his lie about what did he know and when did he know it as it relates to zero experience Hunter and his foreign business dealings, where he was paid millions?
I'll get into that in a second.
But every layer of this, you know, it took us years to get to the truth, and we've been we've been vindicated on every front.
The biggest abuse of power corruption scandal in the history of this country.
And early on, we determined Christopher Ray had no intention of ever doing the hard work of cleaning up what should be the most prestigious law enforcement institution in the world.
And now we see the result of all this.
We are pol we're criminalizing political differences here.
There's no difference than what happened there.
You know, I'll give you some examples.
You know, why did Peter Navarro, who's being charged with a misdemeanor?
Normally, if you charge with a misdemeanor, they the prosecuting attorney, if they're going to prosecute, they will call your attorney and say, have your client appear at this location at this time, otherwise we'll execute a warrant for arrest.
Do they really need to put leg shackles and handcuffs on Peter Navarro in an airport and humiliate him that way, considering he's a public figure?
You know, Paul Manafort will join us at the top of the hour.
He has a new book coming out next week.
How's that for timing?
It's called Political Prisoner.
Persecuted, prosecuted, but not silenced.
You know, think of what happened.
You know, pre-dawn raid, guns drawn, you know, gun pointed in his wife's face.
For what?
You know, these are process crimes.
You're not dealing with murderers, you're not dealing with drug dealers, you're not dealing with mobsters.
You call the lawyer, have your client report at 8 a.m.
And if you're really worried that the person might try to escape, you can put, you know, detectives outside their home and make sure they don't try to escape.
Or the case of Roger Stone, pre-dawn raid, guns drawn, frogman in the backyard, fake news, CNN cameras just happen to be there to capture the whole sucker on tape.
Are you kidding me?
You know, or what they did to Papadopoulos or any of these these cases here.
You know, wait, where is, what do we know about Hunter Biden?
We know he got paid millions of dollars from Baris Maholdings and went on Good Morning America and admitted he had no experience in energy, oil, gas, Ukraine, none whatsoever.
He's yeah, well, why do you think you got paid millions?
Uh, I don't know.
Um, do you think it's because your dad is in charge of Ukraine for the Obama White House?
Probably.
He's admitting it.
Joe Biden is on tape.
You know, we got all worked up with the words quid pro quo.
You know, Donald Trump saying, Now you're not going to waste our money, Zelensky, like previous leaders of your country, are you?
That led to an impeachment.
But you got Joe Biden, who's now your president on tape, bragging, you're not getting a billion dollars unless you fire that prosecutor, who turns out was investigating His zero experienced son being paid millions of dollars and son of a bee, they fired him.
Because Joe demanded it, and Joe leveraged the uh one billion taxpayer dollars to do it.
The Clinton scandals are so numerous, you know, probably too numerous to even mention.
Never mind the email scandal or the Benghazi scandal.
You know, it's Bill Bill Clinton meeting Loreto Lynch at this critical moment in the investigation into Hillary Clinton on a tarmac in Arizona?
Really?
You know, what about Comey leaking apparently information that could have been classified to the New York Times through a friend of his?
All of this happened.
Now, the judge in this case, the federal judge who authorized, that we believe authorized this uh raid on Mar-a-Lago, had ties to, let's see, oh, the most notorious pedophile in modern American history, Jeffrey Epstein.
I'm sure the White House was hoping, you know, they could get some judge with the stature of Oliver Wendell Holmes to sign off on this hit job, but instead they end up with a Jeffrey Epstein crony.
New York Post reports the Florida Federal Magistrate judge who signed off on the search warrant authorizing the FBI raid of President Trump's Mar-a-Lago Resort, left local U.S. attorney's office more than a decade ago to represent employees of convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
Sources tell the Post that Judge Bruce Reinhardt approved the warrant and enabled FBI agents to converge on the palatial South Florida state on Monday in what Trump called an unannounced raid on my home.
He was elevated to magistrate judge in 2018 after 10 years in private practice.
Months after his appointment, the Miami Herald reported that he had represented several of Epstein's employees in connection with the sex trafficking investigation against Jeffrey Epstein.
According to the paper, he resigned from the South Florida U.S. Attorney's Office effective on New Year's Day 2008, went to work for Epstein's workers the following day in 12 years as a federal prosecutor, according to his official biography.
He managed a docket that covered the full spectrum of federal crimes, including narcotics, violent crimes, public corruption, financial frauds, child pornography, immigration.
The Epstein employees that he represented by his own admission to the Herald included Epstein's pilots, his scheduler, and a bunch of other people who Epstein once reportedly described as a Yugoslavian sex slave.
That's the person who approved the raid?
You got to be kidding me.
You know, you look at Hunter Biden's scandals.
Where do we start?
Start with Barisma.
You can start there.
You know, why were they paid all of this money?
And he admits no experience in Ukraine or energy.
None whatsoever.
What about the $100,000 shopping spree with a Chinese national?
And by the way, did he pay taxes on that hundred grand?
What about $3.5 million of wire transfer from a Russian oligarch, the former first lady of Moscow?
Is that why maybe maybe they have the Biden family compromised?
Is that why Joe gave a waiver for the Nord Stream 2 pipeline while he was simultaneously shutting down the Keystone XL pipeline?
What about Hunter Biden's uh associations with Chinese nationals linked to the communist government and the People's Liberation Army?
What about between 2012 and 14 when his father Joe was vice president?
Hunter worked as a go-between between a Kazakh oligarch and others with close ties to the you know kleptocratic leader who was who was running the country at the time.
You know, how about um, you know, go to Miranda Devine's book.
She has a lot of information about there.
Major Biden donor put Hunter on the board of a venture capital firm, gave him shares in the business, netted Hunter 80 grand when he became when Joe became VP.
Oh, I'm sure it was an accident.
What about lying on that gun application?
What if Donald Trump Jr. did it?
What if Eric Trump did it?
Per 2010 email, you know, in spite of uh claims by Joe Biden.
I know I've never talked to my son, not a single time about his foreign business partners.
We now have 14 separate examples where we know for a fact that he met with these people and a number of pictures with Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, and Hunter's foreign business associates.
What about Tony Bobelinski?
He would be called, quote, a whistleblower.
In regards to his work in China, Hunter introduced Tony Bobolinsky to Joe Biden.
This is Tony Dad, the individual I told you about that's helping us with our businesses that we're working on with the Chinese.
Or the joint venture with the Chinese and Bob Olinski.
Hunter's offered $850,000 a year, says it's not enough due to his alimony obligations, and then tells Bobalinski the Chinese are only coming on to be partners with the Bidens.
As more of the hard drivers revealed, you got pictures of Hunter smoking crack, engaged with prostitutes, all coming to light.
One email after another confirming how much money the big guy Joe was going to get, complaining that he's paying all of Joe's bills.
You know, at some point, you know, how how come we cared about quid pro quos, but not I said, you're not you're not getting the billion dollars.
I'm gonna leave here in six hours.
I looked at I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Son of a bee, he got fired.
Prosecutor investigating his son.
What about the Hillary Clinton scandals?
When are they going to raid that house?
Why did they ever raid her house?
You know, with the use of private email, 33,000 missing emails.
State Department was able to physically review, found 38 individuals were responsible for 91 violations.
Another 497 violations found, although the report was not able to assign responsibility in those cases.
And even James Comey himself admits, despite evidence of law breaking, no reasonable prosecutor, meaning liberal prosecutor, will bring criminal charges against Hillary.
You know, what do we learn in the Sussman case?
He repeatedly billed the Clinton campaign for his work on the Alpha Bank opposition research against Trump.
What about the emails on Anthony Wiener's computer?
And then, of course, the steel dossier.
Or what about the Benghazi scandal?
Should it keep going?
Never mind Whitewater, Vince Foster, never mind, you know, stealing, you know, the Bill and Hillary Clinton sent 28 grand worth of household goods back to Washington after questions arose whether the items were intended as personal gifts or donations to the White House.
They took 190 grand worth of China flatware, rugs, television, sofas, other gifts with them when they left, and they only paid about half.
What happened on that tarmac with Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch?
You see how this see how this all begins to flow?
That there's we have a dual justice system in this country.
We don't have fairness in our justice system, that there's a double standard in the justice system, that things have gotten that corrupt.
Every American, you should be livid at this after Biden's DOJ, Biden's FBI raids Trump's home in Florida for what?
What they're telling us for the potential that he might have taken when all they had to do is ask uh national uh uh uh uh national archives and records with them, and that's the reason?
You're kidding me, right?
Then you have Mark Elias quoting 18 U.S. Code 2071, uh, that whoever having custody of any record proceeding map, document, paper, or any other thing willfully or unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies, destroys the same, shall be uh fined under this title or imprisoned, not more than three years of both, and shall forfeit his office and be disqualified from holding any office under the U.S. Well, let me inform Mr. Elias that we have this document.
It's called the U.S. Constitution.
The Justice Department should well know the qualifications for president are set out and enumerated in that constitution, and they can't be altered by any statute passed by any Congress or any law passed by Congress, precisely because the framers did not want the executive branch to be dominated by the legislatures, as would happen if Congress could disqualify an incumbent or potential president simply by passing a law.
The Constitution's qualifications for the presidency are minimal.
One must be over 35, a natural-born citizen.
Being a felon is not a disqualification, so even crimes potentially far more serious than mishandling classified information are not the bar to seeking the presidency.
Moreover, the constitutional The Constitution prescribes the basis for disqualifying a person from seeking the presidency.
Conviction by the Senate on an impeachment article voted by the House.
Again, what is prescribed by the Constitution.
That's not going anywhere.
Trust me.
They can try as hard as they want.
It is not going anywhere.
But that's but that's where they want to take this.
You know, Hunter Biden's not been indicted.
Hillary Clinton's never been indicted.
Joe Biden's never been called out on his quid pro quo or his lies about Hunter and his business associates.
You know, you have a lack of security for conservative Supreme Court justices, not a peep out of people.
They only care about one riot, not 574 other riots that killed dozens of Americans, injured thousands of cops, and called caused billions of property damage.
You have nothing but apathy towards attacks against pregnancy centers and Catholic churches.
I think more than 60 as we speak since Roe v.
Wade was overturned.
But we do have a new proposal to hire 87,000 more IRS agents.
Unbelievable.
This is Welcome to the United States of America.
We're losing our country.
We have a dual system of justice.
I have been saying this again and again.
And that is you have one system for them.
If you're a liberal, if you're a Democrat, it doesn't matter what you do.
Nothing will ever happen.
If you're a conservative, you get a pre-dawn raid, you get guns drawn, you get fake news CNN cameras, and you get the book thrown at you.
You spit on the sidewalk, you'll get 10 years in jail.
You jaywalk, you get 20 years in jail.
If you're off by a dollar on your tax uh form, God only knows how many years they'll put you in jail for that.
