But I am proud and privileged to be hosting Sean Hannity's radio program for the three hours.
And again, later on in the program, you can call and talk to me.
I've been give you my position on various issues.
But right now, again I gotta thank Linda, the executive producer.
She gave me a list.
And my next guest, Dr. Nicole Sapphire.
Uh, she was on my list.
I said, I will Linda asked me who I want on my show, and Dr. Nicole Sapphire, who is a Fox News contributor and author of Panic Attack, playing Politics with Science in the Fight Against COVID 19.
I've been on a couple of shows with Dr. Nicole Sapphire.
In fact, the only time I hosted the Sean Hannity TV show.
Dr. Nicole was on.
And I uh don't tell her, because I think she's on maybe she's listening.
I really like her.
She's smart.
She's intelligent.
And you know what?
As a lawyer, you defer to experts.
She is an expert.
You know, uh there are people who are playing doctor.
Let me get her on the line right now.
Let me get Dr. Nicole.
Is Dr. Nicole on the line right now?
Well, Lee.
Hi, Dr. Nicole.
The feeling is mutual and privilege it is to be on the show with you.
Well, Dr. Nicole, I'm going to go one step up because before I I used to, before we even talked or did anything of a be on the same show, I will just watch you on Fox News, and you just come across with facts, information, and then I had the privilege to work with you.
And I'm just going to be very honest, and you can check this with Linda, the uh Sean's producer.
She gave me a she asked me who do I want the show.
You're uh I listed eight names.
You're on that list.
That's how much I honestly and truly uh think of you as a very, very outstanding friend, contributor, and an expert in your medical profession.
Well, I truly appreciate the kind words, Leo.
Thanks so much for having me on.
Well, thank you.
Dr. Nicole, uh, let's talk about New York, the contemplation of the vaccine for school-aged children this upcoming fall.
Give us your perspective.
Well, Leo, when it comes to the COVID-19 vaccines, especially as they pertain to healthy young children and even more so in children who've already recovered from COVID-19, so they have some level of natural immunity.
This really has to be an individual decision.
Vaccine mandates, especially in this group, really has no place anymore.
And as we continue to have more variants that um evade the immunity from the original vaccines, it's gonna be important as we move into the fall for them to get a new, More targeted vaccine, kind of like what we have with the flu shot every year.
The flu shot every year, it's called the flu shot, but it's not the same flu shot every year.
And that's because you have different strains of influenza that circulate the globe every single year.
And so they tailor the vaccines to that strain.
The same thing is going to happen with SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
The good news is we have a lot of immunity all throughout our country between vaccines, boosters, and recovering from infection, that we're not probably not going to see those high hospitalization and death rates ever again unless we get one of those, an unexpected variant.
And again, just like the flu, sometimes we have more severe flu seasons.
We may see that with COVID.
But I can tell you as we head into the fall, you know, we're going to look out for more tailored vaccines that should be updated to the Omicron variant.
Um and then we also just need to have a real conversation as a country whether or not we need to be um vaccinating healthy young people who have already recovered or who have already even had a vaccine.
Talking to Dr. Nicole Sapphire, uh Fox News contributor and author of panic attack playing politics with size in the fight against COVID-19.
Uh Dr. Colvin, then you know, as a lawyer, the question is then why the possibility of the city mandating the vaccine shot?
I'm asking you to speculate, but what based on what you just articulated, what's the motivation?
Well, that's a great question, Leo.
And I can tell you that it's been very upsetting to watch everything unfold over the last couple of years because you know, you've had policy restrictions, mandates that have all come forward in the absence of science.
And in fact, sometimes they even go against science.
But because there was such a strong narrative and such a strong urge to, you know, step follow it or step in line, and uh it it it was unfortunate what happened when you started seeing um vaccine mandate for school age children, booster mandates for healthy young men, all in the face of data showing that it could there could actually be some harm there, and that the harm, you know, the risk don't necessarily uh, you know, the benefit risk ratio may be a little bit off.
But rather than doing what many other countries did, they studied it, and then many other countries said, you know, we're gonna tailor this.
We actually don't think uh adolescent boys and young men should be getting a second dose, or maybe they they certainly shouldn't be getting a booster dose, but the United States just couldn't do that.
We couldn't evolve as more data became uh available.
Instead, they doubled down on their mandates.
And it was uh in the face of science, I can tell you uh uh it's really blown up the public health institution for me because I once stood firmly behind the CDC and IH and FDA because we have some great people working there, but something happened during COVID.
You know, things became political, and there was significantly more politics involved than there really was science.
I I I agree with you.
I agree with you 100%.
And and the question is how can the public rely on the statements of the government, the CDC or the surgeon general?
What what what steps need to take place?
What needs to happen to gain trust?
Because I think there's so much misinformation out there, and there's uh some form of politics.
What would you recommend, Dr. Nicole?
You know, Leo, I can tell you, first of all, there will always be misinformation out there, and there's gonna be misinformation on every end of the spectrum.
But we have to remember it's not one size fits all.
One child is not the same as another child, one household is not the same as the other.
And each individual household, look, I'm a mom, I have three kids, I also work with immunocompromised patients every single day.
And I myself take medication that suppresses my own immune system.
So we take certain precautions for us.
But for people who have, you know, children who have chronic medical conditions or who live in a household with someone who is immunocompromised, immunosuppressed, you know, the protection offered by the vaccine most likely will outweigh the very small risk of side effects.
Now, are there potential side effects from the vaccine and boosters in kids?
There sure are.
But COVID-19 can also cause um severe illness, and it can also have long COVID and some long-term effects.
So it's about managing the risk-benefit.
The risk to vaccines in children is low.
The risk of COVID in healthy children is also low.
And so it's about weighing that and deciding what is right for you.
If you have a child again who has medical conditions, you know, I would certainly talk to your pediatrician.
Talk to, you know, uh any any doctor you trust to see what their opinion is.
Now, I'll be honest, there are some doctors out there who are doing the same thing where they're not actually reviewing the data and looking at things and they're just kind of falling in line because well, the CDC recommends it, so therefore that's what has to happen.
Um hopefully you're not finding yourself with one of those people, and you can really have an honest conversation.
If you have a pediatrician or a family doctor who won't even have an open conversation and won't acknowledge your concerns and questions, then they're probably not the white right one for you anyway.
Uh I want to just end on one last question.
And we're talking to Dr. Nicole Sapphire, a Fox News contributor, author of the book, Panic Attack, Playing Politics with Science in the Fight Against COVID 19.
Uh, would you be open to uh TV show called The Doctor and Lawyer?
I'm just joking.
If as long as you're the lawyer, Leo, you can sign me up for that any day.
Yeah, I'm not sure.
I love like a doctor and a lawyer walk into the car.
Dr. Nicole Sapphire, honestly and truly thank you for um appearing on the Sean Hannity show and being one of my favorite guests, and uh look forward to working with you again in the future on Fox News, and I want to develop that Dr. Lawyer show.
Okay.
I like it.
Thank you for the Nicole Sapphire, brilliant doctor, Fox News contributor, and a person who I call a very, very, very, very, very, very good friend.
Uh, this is the uh Sean Hannity show, 1-800-941-7326.
Uh, listen, I want to when we come back, I want to talk to you more about my position.
I I know some of you are been waiting for a long time who want to talk to me and ask me some questions.
I just want to give you all my positions on all these issues in between my special guests.
But I'm gonna take your phone calls.
I've been ordered dictated by Linda, my executive producer, to do so.
But what I want to do is we'll take a break, we'll come back uh from the break, and uh I'm gonna give you a little bit more about my position, my opinions.
As I told you, I'm a Trump Republican, but this is a Sean Hannity radio show.
Leo 2.0 fill in for Mr. Hannity.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
Welcome back to the Sean Hannity National Global Radio Program.
Uh Leo 2.0, fill in for Mr. Sean Hannity, and by the way, the phone number.
If you want to talk to me, we're gonna take phone calls later.
1-800-941-7326.
That's 1800-941 Sean.
Mr. Hannity's Twitter account is at Sean Hannity.
My Twitter account is at the Leo Torrell.
And by the way, if you miss any portion of this fantastic Al Sandy show, we're gonna put it post it up on my website, www.leoTorrell.com.
So if you want to hear the program, if you miss portions of the program, we're gonna put it up there on the website.
You can listen to it and please tell your friends about the program.
Uh having a great time, and I want to thank all you listeners.
And again, I have a local radio show in Los Angeles on KBC Radio, 790 a.m. at 5 p.m. Pacific time.
You know, I want to keep going over some of the issues and where I stand on these issues uh so that you know who I am because you know a little bit about me, and I want to thank the thousands of phone calls, email, text messages from all over the country, uh, just um being appreciative of my position on numerous issues.
So uh and numerous topics.
We have a lot in common.
Let me just tell you a couple of more things about myself.
The two worst mayors in this country in this order.
Lori Lightfoot is the worst mayor in Chicago.
She's the worst mayor of in this country, and a close second is Eric Adams.
I want to make sure people know my position so you can tweet.
Lori Lightfoot Horrible.
Should be defeated.
Eric Adams, horrible, likes to go to crime.
And we have a problem in Los Angeles.
Uh we got a uh a soft on crime prosecutor, George Gascone.
Today is the day we're supposed to submit the recall petition.
I got my fingers crossed, my nose crossed, my toenails crossed, hoping we have enough signatures to get rid of this soft on crime prosecutor.
I want to mention a couple other things so you'll know what I where I stand.
The Democrats love to play the race card.
I'm a civil rights attorney.
There is no systemic racism in America.
I'm going to repeat that as clear as I can.
There is no systemic racism in America.
The Democrats love to play the race card because they want to make the Republican Party the boogeyman.
Now, let me tell you how stupid that is.
How can there be systemic racism in Chicago?
You got a black mayor, black police chief.
Name me the department.
For all those Democrats who are going to say, oh, you're just in denial.
Okay, name me the department in Chicago where the boogeyman is.
Okay, this is not 1965.
But the Democrats don't get it.
They try to scare people into believing this country is racist.
That's a lie.
That's a lie.
Oh, by the way, we have a black president.
By the way, the Democrats are in charge of the entire government.
Where is it systemic racism?
Is it in New York?
Really?
Is it in California?
Really?
I mean, it's just crazy.
Excuse me.
Uh uh also, Black Lives Matter.
I'm not a member.
I'm not a member.
Never will be.
Black Lives Matter only cares about the members of the executive board who buy rich houses for themselves.
Name me one thing Black Lives Matter has done for black people.
Nothing.
Zero.
I don't like teachers' unions.
They keep people of color in bad school.
They keep all kids in bad schools.
It's an arm of the Democratic Party.
I don't like it.
I'm against it.
Oh, by the way, I'm a Trump Republican.
I'm not a Republican.
If you're if you're not a Trump Republican, my phone number is unlisted.
I just want to make sure you know where I stand.
Oh, by the way, I'm a I'm a Trump Republican.
Okay.
I just want to make sure no one gets me confused with somebody else because I'm not a rhino.
It's hard for me to support members of my own party in California.
So I think the biggest key for me is, uh, and the reason why I support President Trump, because he supports America.
Name me one other politician who can have a rally on a Saturday night at 25, 30,000 people show up.
Name me one.
That's why the Republican Party is jealous of President Trump.
Okay, that's enough.
I got to take another break.
We got a lot more to come.
It's only halfway.
Tell your friends.
This is the Sean Hannity show.
Leo Terrell filling in for Mr. Hannity, and we'll be right back.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.

Welcome back to the Sean Hannity National Global International Radio Show, Leo 2.0.
And for Mr. Hannity until oh, until next week, he'll be back.
I'm here today, and Sean's had an all-star list of uh guest hosts, but uh glad to be here.
Uh the Twitter account for Sean Hannity is that Sean Hannity.
Our phone number is 1-800-941 Sean.
That's 1-800-941-7326, Leo 2.0 in for Mr. Hannity.
And let me just tell you right now, I I've been giving you a list of positions where I stand on various issues.
Let me give you one position very clear.
The Hunter and Biden laptop has been basically hidden by the Democratic Party, and they're still in denial, and they kept it a secret thanks to the left-wing media.
Joe Biden voice is on an audio clip, and the White House press secretary goes in denial, and I can't wait until November when the Republicans take over the House and their full-scale investigation.
Let me play these two clips and then I'm gonna bring on my special guest, John Solomon.
But let me just bring the place at 815.
Um Wednesday night and chance to be a call.
Just want to talk to you.
I thought the article released the thing on online.
It's gonna be printed tomorrow on the times, which is good.
I make it clear.
And uh we get a chance to make a call.
I love it.
Is there any doubt that's Joe Biden's voice?
Okay, let's play clip one.
Is there a voicemail of the president talking to his son about his overseas business dealings?
If the president has said he's never spoken to his son about his overseas business dealings.
Well, first I'll say that uh what the president said stands.
So if he if that's what the president said, that he that is what stands.
And second voice article, but secondly, concerning business dealings.
And he says, I think you're clear.
How is that not him talking to his son about his overseas business dealings?
We're not from this podium.
I am not going to talk about alleged materials from the laptop.
I will be disputed.
I'm not in his voice on the voicemail.
I am not going to talk about alleged materials on the laptop.
It's not happening.
Peter, I refer you to uh to his son's representative.
That is a reason right there, he should be impeached and out of office.
And you know what, Corinne Jean Pierre?
Shame on you.
You think we're stupid?
You think we're stupid?
It's embarrassing.
Uh I want to bring on my next guest, uh, John Solomon, who's editor-in-chief of Justin News.com, and he's going to join us to discuss the audio tape and the denial of the laptop.
John Solomon, I've seen you so many times on Hannity.
Thank you very much for joining me.
Fill in from Mr. Hannity's radio program.
Thank you, John.
Welcome.
It is great to be with you, Leo.
It's always a pleasure to talk to you.
John, please.
I mean, the uh I I remember in 2020, Kristen Welker, the MBC moderator for the Biden-Trump debate, try to discuss race and hunt and President Trump brought up the laptop.
Joe Biden denied it.
Russian disinformation.
It took the left-wing media two years.
What's going on?
What's going on?
Well, listen, uh, they held the media for a while.
They were able to get this false story that the laptop was uh Russian disinformation, that everything about Hunter Biden's business deals in Ukraine and China were copesthetic.
They were fine, there was nothing wrong there.
Uh, and then the dike broke and they can't hold that story anymore.
So now their strategy is all right.
We were glad to talk about it when we could deny it, but now we can't deny it.
We're just not going to talk about it.
We're gonna try to pretend that it doesn't exist.
It's a remarkable, remarkable uh performance by this White House.
These are issues of substance.
These are not personal matters.
These are issues that go to the credibility of the president.
When he makes a decision on Ukraine or Russia, when he makes a decision on China, the American people have a right to know did the business deals your son did have anything to do with the decisions You just made.
And they will, they're just gonna they're gonna draw on that out.
They're refusing to address what are very legitimate questions.
President Bush, uh uh uh uh uh H.W. Bush had to answer questions about his son's business dealings with Silverado.
The Clintons had to answer questions about their business dealings as it related to their foundation in Whitewater, but this president and his team arrogantly refuses to address the same questions, even though the public interest issues are the same ones that dominate or were involved in those early episodes.
Talking to John Solomon, editor-in-chief of Justin News.com.
Well, John, try to get into the White House mind.
What's the end game?
What's the end game?
Uh to see how long they go to get to the election.
I mean, they they know they're going to take a beating in the election, right?
The the polls are showing uh a potential red avalanche in America.
People are frustrated by this president's uh performance.
There's a 36% approval rating.
Only 28% of Americans want him to run for re-election.
He's only 18 months in office.
He ready has lost that much support.
After the election, they're not going to be able to avoid this anymore.
If Republicans are in control of the committees in the House at least, maybe the House and the Senate, these questions are going to get fully illuminated and through subpoena and contempt and other issues.
The Republicans in Congress are going to get the information that they were denied in 2019 and 2020.
And we got a little taste of this today, Leo.
Uh, there was a little hearing with uh Jenet Yellen, and James Comer was relentless.
Uh he's the man who would oversee the House Oversight Committee.
He was relentless in getting trying to get answers.
It is clear that when Republicans are controlled, they no longer will stand for uh uh stonewalling.
They're going to get these documents, and if not, they're going to pursue contempt.
And remember, this Justice Department was glad to pursue contempt against Steve Bannon.
It's going to be hard pressed uh to not enforce the same congressional standards on Hunter Biden.
The avalanche of truth is coming next year.
Talking to John Solomon, editor in chief of Justin News.com.
How damaging does this denial affect Joe Biden's chances to uh gain the party's assurance of running for reelection, if any?
Yeah, listen, I think he's got a lot of problems, right?
The first is the economy.
Everybody right now is stuck in that pocketbook mode.
You go to the food store, you go to the gas store, you go to any store.
You realize that Joe Biden's economy now affects you in a negative way.
So he's got that issue, but the bigger issue is trust, right?
Joe Biden said, I'm a person you can trust.
And now people are going to remember he looked in the camera and said there was nothing wrong about Hunter Biden.
He looked in the camera, said the laptop is disinformation.
We now know the Justice Department is investigating Hunter Biden specifically for not paying taxes.
You ready for this?
On his Ukraine business dealings, the Barisma business dealings, the one that Joe Biden said there was no there.
I think the trust issue becomes bigger and bigger for this president every day that a new revelation comes out about Joe Biden, because he looked us all in the eye with that warm fuzzy voice and said, You can trust me, there's no there, and now we know there's a big there there.
Does he insult the intelligence of the American public when his White House press secretary says we're not gonna answer this?
Yeah, listen, he insults us when he says Putin's the reason for gas prices going out for it.
You know, every day he gives us an excuse that we know as common sense Americans aren't true.
Um he insulted moms and dads who were scrambling to find any baby formula they could on empty shelves and saying, oh, this there was no one would know that if you close down the largest baby food plant formula plant in America, there might be a shortage.
I mean, most Americans think, of course there's gonna be a shortage if you do that.
He has given time and again uh nonsensical answers.
I think the insult to the American people is already pretty big on prior answers, but now the idea that after talking robustly two years ago, saying there's no there, there, that flipped around now, well, we just can't talk about it.
Talk to his lawyers, uh, that's not gonna fly with the American people.
It's only gonna add to the picture that Joe Biden can't be trusted.
Talking to John Solomon, editor-in-chief of Justin News.com.
John, final question.
Do you think the left-wing media, the favorable CNN MSNBC?
You think they will ever challenge the White House press secretary and ask the same question that Fox News or other outlets are asking about whether or not that is Joe Biden's voice?
That uh That is a great question.
So far, they haven't shown the courage, but I can tell you behind the scenes.
Now remember, I broke a lot of the early Ukraine stories about Joe Biden in 2019 at the Hill.
I got killed by the media afterwards.
All those stories have now been confirmed.
But in recent months, I've had lots of people from the mainstream media news outlets, places that used to criticize me for reporting and saying, can you help us get the story?
So at least behind the scene now, people are beginning to honestly look at what was Hunter Biden really doing, waiting for that moment where the Justice Department may speak with some form of an indictment or deal.
I know behind the scenes they are, they haven't shown that turret on camera yet.
But I suspect as this goes on and the Justice Department case wraps up, we probably will see the first signs of media going back and doing the job they should have done in 2019 and 2020.
I I lied.
Last question Do you see an indictment of Hunter Biden before or after the uh midterms?
Listen, I don't I don't understand why it's taking so long.
The evidence is sitting there clear.
There are letters and emails that I've made public where Hunter Biden's lawyers and others are telling me you didn't pay your taxes years ago, he still doesn't pay his taxes.
Most people say, well, that's evasion.
That's failure to pay taxes.
Why it's taken so long, we don't know.
But all the signs are that the grand jury's wrapping up its activity.
If they're going to do something, they should be doing in the next few weeks or months.
John Solomon, editor in chief of JustinNews.com.
I want to personally thank you very much on behalf of everyone from the Hannity team for joining us today.
Insightful intelligence and right on point.
Thank you very much.
Look forward to working with you again.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
That's John Solomon, editor in chief of just the news.com.
Let me just tell you my span, folks, and we'll take a break very briefly and come back.
Is that how can he just sit there and lie about it?
That's Joe Biden's voice.
And the White House press secretary who got the job based on gender and sexual orientation.
Shame on you.
Shame on you.
We'll be right back.
Sean Hannity Radio Show.
Leo 2.0 filling in for Mr. Hannity.
Welcome back to the Sean Hannity radio show, Leo 2.0.
And for Mr. Hannity, our phone number is 1-800-941.
That's 800-941-7326.
During the break, I was looking at my Twitter account, just blowing up.
A lot of people calling, listening.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
A lot of people are asking me, what's your opinion of this?
What's your opinion?
I'm trying to give out some opinions.
One person asked me my opinion on critical race theory.
Thank you for that question.
I used to be a former school teacher.
I taught history and government.
I'm a lawyer.
I still have my teacher's license.
I still have my law license.
I'm a pretty good lawyer.
I think I'm a better teacher.
Critical race theory is a lie.
Critical race theory, I'm against it.
Critical race theory is an attempt to indoctrinate our children into believing because of skin color, one person's better than the other.
And you got to be apologetic.
I hate it.
It's offensive.
It's being taught and made live.
The Democrats lie about it.
Critical race theory, what is it?
A belief that people are automatically racist, inherently racist, skin color make you racist?
Really?
And then you try to pull that stuff into the military, into the schools.
Really?
No.
No.
And then they lied about it.
Do you know if there's a collateral benefit of the pandemic?
It gave parents the right to look at their kids' curriculum.
And let me be very clear.
Every parent listening to the Sean Hannity radio show.
You have the right to look at your child's curriculum.
Look at the lesson plans.
Look at the objectives of the teacher.
You have the right to say, uh, Mr. Teacher, that's my son there.
I want to see what your lesson plans are.
I want to see what the curriculum is.
I may lie about CRT.
So my position, look, I'm a civil rights attorney.
You know what that means?
I don't mean I don't look at that color, race, religion.
We're supposed to just judge people by the content of their character.
Critical race theory.
It's another democratic playbook game.
See, the Democratic Party is trying to reconfigure itself.
It belongs to Antifa, Black Lives Matter.
You got to be a socialist.
The working class Democratic Party left.
The smartest move I made was two years ago when I left the Democratic Party.
I'm happy.
They're crazy over there.
You cannot be a moderate in the Democratic Party.
You cannot support the police in the Democratic Party.
You cannot believe in school choice.
You cannot believe in putting criminals in jail in the Democratic Party.
If so, you're a sellout.
And there's a lot of quiet Democrats who believe everything what I'm telling right now.
But they don't want to get canceled.
I don't care if it cancel, cancel me.
I'm not part of that group.
And that's why Americans, regardless of color, they're leaving the Democratic Party.
That party's a dinosaur.
Pelosi, a dinosaur.
Maxine Waters, a dinosaur.
Joe Biden doesn't even know he's a dinosaur.
He's a dinosaur.
He doesn't even know it.
It's crazy, folks.
It's just ridiculous.
And then, like I said again, I'm a Trump Republican.
Big difference.
You know, he puts America first.
And he doesn't play by the rules of the Republican Party.
See, that's why, that's why the Republican machinery, they don't like Trump.
But you know what they don't have?
They don't have the American people.
I'll say it again.
I challenge anyone listening to the Sean Hannity Radio program.
Name me one politician who can call for a rally on a Saturday night when you want to go out to dinner or to a movie, you got 40,000 people there.
Name me one.
There's only one.
By the way, I'm a Trump Republican.
I like saying that.
One, oh, okay, 1800-941-7326.
