All right, news and roundup information overload hour, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Interesting developments as it relates to illegal immigration.
I mean, this is just beyond tragic and sad.
48 people.
Originally, it was 46.
We now, that number has gone up to 48 people found dead inside a tractor trailer in what was a suspected migrant smuggling attempt on a Texas roadway.
48 people dead.
I mean, this is a perilous journey.
And why are people coming?
Because they already know that we have open borders.
They know that Joe Biden's policies are not Donald Trump's policies.
They even have heard that they'll get a free telephone and transportation to another state because of Joe Biden's lack of enforcing the law.
So we have that story that came out today.
Interesting story in New York, a New York City law that was passed that allows illegal immigrants, or as they say, non-citizens, to vote in local elections.
It was struck down yesterday by a judge who said it violated both the state constitution and various provisions of state law.
Well, if you're here illegally, by the very nature, you shouldn't have legal rights to vote.
Anyway, it was a 13-page ruling said city officials, you know, cannot just overlook restrictions in New York's Constitution, which expressly state that only residents, I'm sorry, only citizens meeting the age and residency requirements are entitled to register and vote in elections.
It's primary day in New York, so that's why it was so relevant.
Anyway, our friend Brandon Judd is with us.
He's the president of the National Border Patrol Council, 20-year active Border Patrol veteran.
I don't think I'd want your job.
I don't think I'd want to open a tractor trailer and see 48 dead human beings.
I talk to guys that are on the ground.
They say morale has never been this low, and they feel that they're having zero impact on and incapable of doing their jobs.
And by the way, Governor Abbott said these deaths are on Joe Biden.
I don't disagree with him because he's telling people to come here, basically.
They are on Joe Biden.
If you look at what we're currently dealing with on the border, anybody that crosses the border illegally and claims asylum, they're going to be released into the United States.
These individuals that are trying to evade apprehension, the ones that are going to get smuggled and tractor treasures, they're trying to evade apprehension.
They're part of the million people that have been able to cross the border illegally, evade apprehension, and what we call gottaways.
They've been able to get away.
You know, in this very, very tragic incident, unfortunately, the smugglers didn't care enough to even give them water or air conditioning to keep them alive, and they ultimately ended up perishing.
But that's the situation that we're under.
And this tragedy clearly falls directly on the shoulders of President Joe Biden.
Because of his policies, he is encouraging people to violate our laws.
He's encouraging people to come to our borders, cross our borders illegally, whether to try to get away or to claim asylum.
He's encouraging them to gain the loopholes that exist in our immigration system.
And it is disgusting to see what is currently going on and to know that there is nothing that we can do about it because his policies do not allow law enforcement to properly enforce the laws which keep American citizens safe and it even keeps people that cross our borders illegally safe.
You know, it's pretty amazing to me that this is a pretty simple proposition.
We had control of our borders prior to Joe Biden being president.
Now, we had what, a 20, 25, 30-year record last year of illegal immigrants entering our country.
He got not only did he eliminate the state of Mexico policy, they stopped building the border wall, which we could have completed in the interim.
How many miles of border wall did Donald Trump finish by the time he left office?
Oh, he finished well over 600 miles of border wall.
And that's not just new wall, it was replacement wall.
It was what we actually needed.
He looked at the border.
He spoke with all of the people that knew exactly what needed to be done.
He built the border wall in the strategic areas where we needed in order for us to control illegal immigration.
Now, there's gaps in the wall that unfortunately his term as president ran out where that wasn't able to be filled.
But when you look at that, it's insane to think that walls have proven time and time again.
Joe Biden himself voted for the Secure Defense Act back in 2007, and now he's going to pretend like they don't work.
I worked at a border patrol station in Arizona, Nako, Arizona, where we were apprehending in a short 56-mile stretch of border over 100,000 people per year.
When we built the walls there, that number dropped down to less than 10,000.
It is proven time and time again that walls work, yet this administration refuses to acknowledge that because they have way too many activists in the White House, in DHS, and these activists want these open borders.
They want to continue to have this chaos on the border.
And it's unfathomable that he is not willing to protect the citizens of this country.
Rather, he's willing to listen to activists that want this.
Do these illegal immigrants know that once they get into this country, they know exactly what to say that will ensure that they get to remain here?
Is that correct?
Their coach, their coach, the cartel.
Their coach.
All right.
Secondly, do they know they're about to get a free phone from the Biden administration?
Yes, yes.
All of this is part of how the cartels advertise their services.
And they also know that they'll at some point be given free transportation to a different state as they move people all around the country.
They know that too.
They know that, as well as work permits, everything.
So, I mean, all this is a scam.
You know, I saw another article which really caught my attention, and it had to do with Mayorkas.
And I mean, this leaked memo that came out.
And he's Senator Ron Johnson is demanding information about American taxpayers shouldn't be forced to further exacerbate the border crisis facilitating migrant travel.
And he wrote the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Mayorkas June 22nd, and it was in Fox News Digital and other top Republicans noted that an NBC report that the federal government would begin paying for migrants travel from the U.S.-Mexico border to various shelters located in Texas, New Mexico, and California.
And that, according to the plan, the DHS would pay to transport aliens away from the border and deeper into the U.S.
So they're actually saying what they're going to do, and then they go before Congress and they just outright lie.
And again, that's the problem that we see in our government today.
When you look at this administration and when you look at the way that they deflect on what's actually going on, they know the mainstream media is going to eat it up.
They know the mainstream media is only going to report on what they want them to report.
And so they're trying to hide it from the American public.
Thank goodness that there are sources out there that are willing to report the truth so that the American public can understand what is going on.
And therefore, we can have elections that will actually have consequences.
All right, Brandon Judd, president, National Border Patrol Council, 20-year active Border Patrol vet.
Our prayers are with you and all your guys.
I mean, it's got to be so disheartening.
You're willing to put your life on the line every day, enforce the laws of this country, only to have a president undermine all of those laws.
Unbelievable.
Thank you.
800-941-Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Phil is in Wyoming on the Sean Hannity show.
What's going on, Phil?
A lot going on politically out there.
I know Liz Cheney's down by like 30 points in the last poll that I showed for this primary that's upcoming.
When is your primary?
I think it's coming up the middle of August.
Yeah.
And now she's asking Democrats to change, I guess, their registration and vote for her.
And then she tweeted out that she supported the Roe v.
Wade, that supported Roe v.
Wade being overturned.
And Democrats said, nice try.
We're not doing it.
Yeah, she claims to represent Wyoming, but she doesn't represent Wyoming.
She represents herself.
She has this terrible hatred for President Trump, and she's letting that control her emotions.
And she spouts off about the rule of law and following the Constitution.
And this committee that she's on, that's unconstitutional in and of itself, the way it's put together.
I mean, and those of us from Wyoming that don't agree with her, she called us all crazies this spring.
And I just, I don't understand how she thinks she's representing the people of Wyoming on this one issue, specifically of Donald Trump, because most people think he was from Wyoming, think he was a good president.
I worry about the future of our country, and she is part of that worry.
Well, you know, who knows what her real plans are.
Probably, you know, to get together with the Lincoln Project and all the never Trumper groups out there.
And they'll try to run a third party candidate in the hopes that they can peel away enough votes that what Joe Biden gets reelected or Kamala Harris or, you know, the genius Mayor Pete.
God help us, because they don't really have any anybody that inspires any confidence in me to be very blunt.
But it'll be interesting to see what happens.
Look, I think the American people have decided.
January 6th can't happen I want to be very clear we can't we have to protect our institutions We can't have the summer of 2020 happen again either.
There's no committee hearings for that.
And the fact that Donald Trump authorized the troops, you would think the guard troops ahead of January 6th, you'd think that would be a big part of their investigation if they wanted to prevent this from ever happening again, which I do want to prevent from ever happening again.
They have no interest in that.
And that to me is sad because they had an opportunity.
Now, if Republicans get control of the House and Senate, they can have their own hearings and hopefully come up with solutions to prevent it from ever happening again.
Anyway, Phil, appreciate it, my friend.
God bless you.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, quick break, right back.
We'll hit the phones.
800-941-Sean, our number, you want to be a part of the program as we roll along.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Ham, and I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass, you're our kind of people.

All right, back to our busy phones.
Buddy is in North Carolina.
What's up, buddy?
How are you?
Hey, how are you doing?
What's up, man?
Hey, just I'm really worried about November.
It seems like it was just bad timing with the Supreme Court Roe v.
Wade decision because I know there's a lot of people like myself that are hurting financially with everything that's going on.
And this comes up, and there may have been a large portion of Democrats that might have been kind of on the fence and starting to realize, hey, my pocketbook's hurting.
Now, the Dems, the politicians had nothing on that side to run on, and now they can just kind of...
Buddy, let me ask you a question.
Do you think the American people, if they haven't figured it out yet, do you think they'll figure out that if they want an abortion, it'll be fairly easy to obtain?
Oh, sure.
Sure.
So now you're going to be going to every day, every American that goes shopping in any store you shop in, you're paying dramatically more than what you paid last year.
The average family household is paying, because of Biden inflation, somewhere around $6,000 per household per year for inflation.
If you drive a car to and from work, you're going to pay well over $2,000 more in gasoline than you paid last year, depending on what kind of car you have, right?
So the question is, what do you think is going to have a greater impact on people's mind?
Abortion, which got sent back to the states.
All this decision, the only part of this decision that was made was who gets to decide.
And because it's not enumerated as a right in our Constitution, they gave it back to the individual states to decide.
Those states will make their decisions.
And if anything, it gets closer to the people.
You're getting more democracy out of this in our Democratic Republic.
Does that make sense?
The people will have a greater say.
I totally agree with that.
I just think that it's just something that gets people stirred up and they lose all sense of logic when the media has something like this to jump a hold on.
Listen, I don't disagree with you.
I think the Democrats are going to run on abortion January 6th on the Second Amendment and calling Republicans names like they do every year.
That's all they do.
Racist, sexist, you know the list.
But listen, we end up getting the government we deserve.
I've been telling people since early 2021 that you've got to get your state legislatures to adopt integrity measures for our voting system so that I have confidence in the results.
We know how to do voting right, even mail-in voting.
The state of Florida does it right.
And Florida's gotten it wrong a couple of times.
They've had to make adjustments along the way after 2000, after 2016.
They made those adjustments.
If we want a system that every American believes has integrity at its foundation and we can all have confidence in the results, we can easily do that.
I've given out the list of things that need to be done.
It's not long.
It's simple.
It's not complex.
So if states, you know, voter ID, signature verification, chain of custody control, updated voter rolls, and partisan observers watching the vote count start to finish up close.
That's it.
If you adopt those integrity measures, then we won't have problems with future elections.
Get rid of those stupid drop boxes, too.
I would add that.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
I totally agree with you.
Yeah, we can do it.
We are the United States of America.
All right, quick break.
We'll come back.
800-941.
Sean is on number.
want to be a part of the program always get what you want but you can get sean hannity online at All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
We'll get to your calls in a minute here.
Linda, I might be mistaken.
I might need your help on something.
Didn't Joe Biden a number of times?
I think we have the tape somewhere.
Say over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again that he never discussed his foreign business dealings with his son.
Zero experience.
Hunter Biden.
Is that true?
Oh, yeah, it's very true.
And I think we put a montage together on that.
Is that true, too?
Absolutely.
All right, before we play that montage, let's play the new montage.
First broken by the Daily Mail.
It was on apparently the laptop from hell, a voicemail of Hunter from his dad, Joe, discussing his foreign business dealings with China.
Hey, Pals, Dad, it's 8.15.
On Wednesday night, if you get a chance, give me a call.
It doesn't hurt you.
Just want to talk to you.
I thought the article released the thing on online.
It's going to be printed tomorrow and the Times was good.
I think you're clear.
And anyway, if you get a chance, give me a call.
I love you.
We're in the clear.
Now, does that sound like they're talking about a foreign business dealing?
Now, we also, Linda, correct me if I'm wrong, we found on the laptop pictures of Joe Biden and foreign business partners of Hunter.
Is that true, too?
Yes, that's true.
And references of Hunter that he made about all the different people that he brought through the Obama White House and got to meet Joe and got to meet Obama.
We've heard that before as well, right?
Absolutely.
So when Joe Biden was on the campaign trail and said over and over again that he never talked to his son about his foreign business dealings, I think we can conclude that's a lie if we have that tape, right?
I mean, we would conclude that, yes.
Let's go back in our memory banks and see if we still have that montage.
I think we might.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
I stand by that statement.
Do you think it was wrong for him to take that position knowing that it was really because that company wanted access to you?
Well, that's not true.
You're saying things you do not know what you're talking about.
No one said that.
Who said that?
No one.
No one has asserted my son did a single thing wrong.
No one has asserted that I have done anything wrong except a lying president.
And are you vulnerable on this issue at all because of your son's business dealings in China?
No, I don't believe so at all.
My son's business dealings were not anything worth everybody that he's talking about, not even remotely, number one, because I've never discussed my business or their business, my sons or daughters, and I've never discussed them because they know where I have to do my job and that's it.
And they have to make their own judgments.
What's your understanding of what your son was doing for an extraordinary amount of money?
I don't know what he was doing.
I know he was on the board.
I found out he was on the board after he was on the board.
And that was it.
And there's nobody.
Well, you've got a lot of time.
Isn't this something you want to get to the bottom of?
No, because I trust my son.
My goodness.
I think we might have caught Joey in a lie.
What do you think?
I mean, his mouth was moving.
So I'm going to say it's probably a hard yes.
Absolutely.
All right.
To our phones we go.
Look at this.
We've got not one, not two, three calls from Florida.
That's pretty amazing.
That means we have a very smart audience, a lot smarter than we are.
Sandy and Missy want to talk about the same topic, so we'll put them on together.
Sandy, hi, welcome to the program.
I'm sorry, not Missy, Melissa.
I'm blind when I don't have my glasses on.
Melissa, welcome to the program.
Where in Florida are both of you?
Sandy, where are you from?
Atlantic Beach.
And where are you from, Melissa?
St. Augustine, Florida.
Very nice.
Say hi to each other.
Sandy, meet Melissa.
Melissa, meet Sandy.
Hi, Sandy.
Hey.
We're pretty close.
Yeah, we are.
Yes, we are.
You mean close in proximity or close friends?
Yes, close in proximity.
Yeah, about a 40-minute drive.
Well, you might after this call exchange numbers and who knows, but maybe you'll get some coffee.
Maybe you go have a drink together.
I've seen it after the news lately.
Yeah.
Sandy, what's on your mind today?
We'll start with you, then we'll get to Melissa.
The ridiculousness of how they manipulate words, the lies, the propaganda that the Democratic Party always puts out.
But yet they say that everything's going to be abolished.
Everything's going to change.
Democracy.
Oh, it's, you know, we're not going to have it anymore.
And they go on and on.
People need to go on to thewitehouse.gov website so that they can read all the information for themselves.
They listen to this propaganda, the lies that come and fuel people's emotions.
Right now, we have so many things that have changed in the past 50 years.
We are educated.
Technology has advanced.
We have medications, oral contraceptives, different types of contraceptives, including the morning after pill.
We have so many things at our fingertips.
A heartbeat.
That's a life.
At that point, what's your take, Melissa?
I'm curious.
Do you agree with Sandy?
Yes, I do.
But one thing that bothers me as a mother of two is the fact that nobody, absolutely no one has said the obvious thing.
Keep your legs crossed.
Quit having sex.
Nobody has said that.
Nobody's taking responsibility, especially these women who are protesting to be able to have these abortions.
We're not talking about rape.
Rape is different.
That is not what I'm talking about.
I'm not talking about being molested.
That is very different.
I'm talking about these women who use abortion as a birth control.
And nobody is saying, why don't you stop being promiscuous?
Or you could save more money if you took the pill or bought a condom than you're spending on all these abortions.
It's not birth control.
And it's murder.
And that's how I feel.
I believe in the individual that they're going to make their own choices at the end of the day.
Correct.
And that's between them and God.
It's not, you know, the advice I would give would probably sound very old, outdated, old-fashioned.
And I'm not in the business of giving out people advice to people.
When people are adults, they live their own lives.
And in that sense, I'm libertarian.
You have to make your own decision, and then you'll suffer the consequences based on the decisions you make.
And the more you, to me, the more you adhere to, for example, the morals and the value system of the, say, biblical principles, Judeo-Christian principles, I think the better off your life's going to be.
That's my personal viewpoint.
But yet we've all sinned and fallen short.
We all seek forgiveness.
Average person sins 70 times seven a day, according to the Bible.
So, you know, everyone's going to make their own decisions.
But when it comes to this one issue, you're both right.
If you're going to engage in adult behavior, be an adult that is very inexpensive.
And if you can't afford it, it's pretty readily available.
Access to contraception for free.
So there is no excuse if you're going to engage in that behavior.
And again, we're putting aside rape and incest.
And I make exceptions for that.
Then it's really, it shouldn't be that big an issue.
55%, according to Guttmacher, of abortions today are done with a pill.
Well, Yeah, and that is exactly right.
I'm not saying we all don't make mistakes.
That's not what I am trying to get across here.
What I'm trying to get across is I have never seen people destroying and hurting and burning and screaming and acting like complete psychopaths because they want to be able to use abortion as a form of birth control.
And I don't know that many people that would do that, but I mean, I guess, you know, if you have, if after one abortion you end up getting pregnant again, fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.
At some point, you know, you've got to, and maybe people don't really think deeply enough about it.
I don't know.
To me, I think that life is precious.
It's a gift from God.
It's something that we should take seriously.
You know, and I'll tell you one other thing, and I've said this for years too, and it's not so much the case anymore.
But if somebody is not married in years gone by and they got pregnant, they were almost like shunned and gossiped about.
And, you know, you can't put a scarlet letter on somebody that maybe, you know, had unprotected sex and decided to keep their baby because they believe it's the morally right thing to do.
I don't think you shun them either or put a scarlet letter on them either.
If anything, you applaud them.
Hey, you know what?
Congratulations on your baby because you're taking it to term because you have a moral belief system that caused you to make that decision, which I think is quite admirable.
Can we agree on that?
Oh, absolutely.
100%.
All right.
Sandy, Melissa, you're both smarter than I am because you live in Florida.
Thank you for checking in.
Thanks, Sean.
Have a great night.
Thank you.
You too, guys.
Neft Tally, also in Florida.
It's Florida Day on the Sean Hannity Show.
Where in Florida are you, sir?
Vero Beach.
So do you like it down there in Florida?
I bet you're loving it.
I love Vero Beach.
How are you?
I'm good.
What's on your mind today?
Good.
I just wanted to bring up the issue of immigration and just kind of put it into context.
I think it was a Representative John Rose of Tennessee slammed President Biden on Wednesday night about how many immigrants have served into the country, illegal immigrants.
I have a problem with legal immigrants.
But he had a number up of 2.9 million illegals.
No, they're coming.
Listen, we set a record month last month of 235,000.
And we've got the biggest caravan to date now heading our way.
And everybody knows, look, we talked to Brandon Judd.
He's the president of the National Border Patrol Council.
And they see it.
They are powerless to do anything about it because they're not in charge.
And so literally they're being put in a position not to enforce the laws of the land and do the job that they were hired to do.
And while all of these resources are going in that direction because of Joe Biden's decision to flaunt the law, aid and to bet law breaking, well, that opens up the rest of the border for the cartels, the human traffickers, the fentanyl traffickers, the opioid traffickers, heroin traffickers, you name it.
And we see the results of that too.
So to put that in context, I was doing a little math.
There's 237 countries in the world, according to the CIA World Factbook.
So if you were to take the most sparsely populated countries, starting with like the Pit Carn Islands all the way up to Samoa, you literally, this administration has allowed 53 sovereign, the population density of 53 sovereign nations in the world to enter our country.
If you look at it, and we do no background checks, we do no health checks in a pandemic.
There's no vaccine mandate.
There's no COVID test, nothing.
If anything, they get preferential treatment, then they get a free phone, then they get free transportation to some other place in the United States.
I mean, it's unreal.
It's crazy.
We're talking about the size of the United States.
And if it wasn't for a court decision in New York, illegal immigrants would be voting in today's primary.
I mean, it took a last-minute reprieve from one decent judge in New York.
I can't believe it.
But, you know, other states are allowing that to happen, like Vermont, Bernie Sanders State.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
Thank you very much.
Neftali, call back again.
We'd love to have you back.
800-941-Sean, our number.
That's going to wrap things up for tonight.
Hannity, we have a special investigation tonight into why are all these food processing plants, well, burning to the ground, becoming inoperable.
It's happening in more and more numbers.
We'll have a full investigation.
The great one, Mark Levin, Leo 2.0, Terrell, R.A. Fleischer, Kellyanne Conway, 9 Eastern, Satan DVR.
Hannity, Fox News.
We'll see you then back here tomorrow.
Thank you for being with us.
