I love this song, Leonard Skinner's Simple Man.
It means only one thing on this radio program, and that is all things Bill O'Reilly.
He claims to be a simple man.
He's not a com but in fact, in reality, in truth, he's a very complicated guy, but thinks he's simple.
So if he wants to live in that delusional world, it's kind of like Joe Biden.
Mr. O'Reilly, how are you, sir?
By the way, his book, Killing the Killers, again, number one New York Times bestseller, just recently released.
If you haven't gotten your copy, billo'reilly.com, Hannity.com, bookstores everywhere.
I hate to say congratulations every time, but you know what?
You deserve it.
Thank you.
And Father's Day coming up, Killing the Killers, the greatest.
He never stopped.
You know, my boy.
Listen, I'm giving everybody a free book, Hannity.
All your audience?
Yes.
If you buy Killing the Killers on billo'reilly.com, we give you a free copy of Killing the Mob because we know.
Really?
Yes.
Because we know that people are suffering with this Biden administration.
And actually, my corporate people went, are you crazy?
I said, no.
I want to give a free book.
So I know people are going to buy gifts for Father's Day.
Let's save them a little jack.
And we are.
So video.
I will tell you something.
One of the things, one of the main reasons that I never wanted to write books, never wanted to hate writing them.
Or I can't tell you over the years how many times people have approached me.
Hannity, sell this.
Hannity, sell that.
I hate asking people for money.
I hate asking our audience, my audience, for money.
And I just, you know what?
Especially I'm looking at these economic times, which is exactly, by the way, it dovetails perfectly into what I wanted to talk to you about.
You know, gas now over five bucks a gallon, 42-year high inflation.
But Joe Biden made comments yesterday.
He was yelling them, he's screaming them, and he's delusional.
And he actually is claiming that the economy is great, Bill, and it's not.
Here's what he said.
It's been a long time since that's happened in this country.
But it's happening now.
And it's working.
Since I took office to your help, families are carrying less debt nationwide.
They have more savings nationwide.
He's lying.
It's down $9,000 per person.
He's claiming, oh, he's changing people's lives, Bill, but for the worse.
Two-thirds of the American people, Bill O'Reilly, are living paycheck to paycheck.
I've been there.
It sucks.
$95,000 is the average debt for the American worker.
$95,000.
But I can't believe he just compared it.
Does that include their mortgage?
Yes.
So credit card debt and mortgage, and then other things that may have borrowed.
I can't believe he compared me to Joe Biden's delusional state at the beginning of this.
In all seriousness, this guy's a disaster, but he thinks he's God's gift to the economy.
He's out of his mind.
Well, let me put this in historical perspective for your audience, because I think this will be a little bit of a different approach.
And I want to hear your opinion on what I'm going to say.
So Joe Biden is at the point in his life where he does not know what's true.
So unlike Richard Nixon, for example, or Jimmy Carter, both who ran into severe troubles in the White House, Biden doesn't know what's real and what isn't real, which is the definition of delusionary.
So when he went to Philadelphia yesterday to speak to the AFL-CIO, they put words in front of him and he read them.
He screwed it, Bill.
In fairness, he screamed them.
Okay.
He did not write those words.
He did not edit those words.
Unlike every other president in our lifetime, Joe Biden does not even edit the speeches that he is given.
Trump didn't write.
Trump edited.
Obama wrote a little, but mostly edited.
Same thing with Bush, the young.
By the way, I watched Trump edit many times.
I saw it up close and personal, and these were not small edits.
He was, you know, taking out this line, this sentence.
And then he would go off the speech and ask a lot.
Yeah, he loved doing that.
But Biden, unlike Nixon and Carter, who knew they were being deceptive, and most politicians are deceptive.
Let's tell the truth.
They are self-centered individuals who are going to put forth whatever can help them.
So they are deceptive to some extent.
But Biden is deceptive at a level that we have not seen in this country.
I go back to Nixon.
I say Nixon was probably the last time we saw something like that.
But unlike Nixon, Biden doesn't know what the truth is.
He's incapable of knowing it.
So when they tell him, for example, and a very clear example, okay, that, hey, you created more jobs than any other administration, he doesn't question that.
They start at when the government shut down for COVID, when all jobs cease.
And then they build it up on that.
And then they say, well, he goes out and says, well, I cut the deficit more than anyone.
Well, he starts with the unbelievable giveaway of trillions of dollars.
And then he, and yeah, okay, off trillion of dollars giveaway, you've cut the deficit because you're not giving away trillion dollars anymore.
But Biden doesn't know any of this, and he's not capable of knowing it.
To me, that's the most frightening thing about this administration, that the commander-in-chief, most powerful man in the world, is not capable of knowing the truth.
He's not capable of it.
So that is definitely, Bill, a factor.
And now we've got to broaden the discussion a little further, is with all of the things that are happening.
Now, over the years, I brought this up on TV last night.
I have read research on me as a radio and TV host.
You, I'm sure, have similarly seen research on you.
By the way, I've seen research on you and some of it's pretty hilarious.
But in all honesty, I look at the research.
Now, if one, two, three people, I hate Hannity, I hate his politics.
I'm not, I don't look at that.
That doesn't matter.
If people, if there are 20, 15 people that make the same commentary and have the same observation and dislike one thing about what I'm doing and either on the radio or TV show, I pay attention and I try to learn from it and I try and be a better host.
I've tried to do that my whole career.
Now, if you inherit gas prices at $2.39 on average across the country, and it's now well over $5 a gallon, the national average, and we're at a 42-year high of inflation, where is somebody in the Democratic Party, forget just the Biden administration, you know, out there saying, guys, this isn't working.
You need to change course.
In other words, like Clinton, the era of big government is over, the end of welfare as we know it.
Why won't they change?
I believe it's because of their adherence to the climate alarmist religious cult that they believe in.
They're indoctrinated so deeply and new Green Deal socialism.
Am I wrong?
No.
But there's a little bit more to it.
You know, when I saw the research on me, primarily the research said, how can a guy be that good-looking and smart at the same time?
Oh, yeah, I saw that too, Bill.
I realized that.
You know what?
It was almost every comment, as a matter of fact.
But when you, when you look, most Democrats understand that Biden is a failure and will not run again.
As you pointed out on radio and television, Harrity, because I follow you, Axelrod, David Raxelrod, who is pretty much the smartest Democrat, said it.
He said it on CNN.
The man has to take into act factor his age.
What that signal was is he's not going to run and he's screwing up beyond belief.
They know the Democratic Party knows.
Sheila Jackson Lee was on Brett Baer last night, and that was the most circumspect I've ever seen that woman.
She is an extremist.
Sheila Jackson Lee, the congresswoman from Texas.
And last night, she was muted.
They know what a disaster this is.
They know they're going to get whacked in November.
But Biden doesn't know that because Susan Rice and Ron Clain, the only two individuals besides Joe Biden who have access to him on a daily basis, will not tell him.
Instead, they lie to him.
They say Putin did it all.
It's Putin that did the gas prices and inflation.
And Biden believes it because Biden is, as we said, incapable of knowing.
I got another example.
You're right.
They're hiding the truth from him.
And I don't think he reads a newspaper or even watches news.
That's my impression.
He seems totally, completely out of touch.
Now, Bill O'Reilly, when I first started saying the words that Joe Biden is weak and frail and a cognitive mess, I started talking about that during the campaign when he was hiding in his basement bunker.
And in the beginning, I got criticized.
But as he continued to have these moments, these instances where it was so obvious that he was struggling cognitively, I had less and less criticism.
I actually had prepared a real tape that I was ready to use to defend myself when I got attacked over this.
Now we even fake news CNN.
Now, nobody would disagree that Don Lemon is a hardcore, left-wing, radical, you know, leftist, right?
Listen to the question that he poses to Karine Jean-Pierre, the new White House press secretary.
Listen to this.
Does the president have the stamina, physically and mentally, do you think to continue on even after 2024?
Don, you're asking me this question.
Oh, my gosh.
He's the president of the United States.
You know, he, I can't even keep up with it.
We just got back from New Mexico.
We just got back from California.
That is not a question that we should be even asking.
Just look at the work that he does.
Look what he's delivering for the American public.
Look, that article that we're talking about is hearsay.
It's salacious.
That's not what we care about.
We care about how we're going to deliver for the American people.
All right.
So Don Lemon there is asking the question, is he mentally and physically up to the job?
Now, why did it take them so long?
Now, they should have given attribution, I think, to me.
I think that was unfair of them.
They should have said something like, tip a hat to Hannity.
Hannity's been right the whole time.
They said, you know, a long time ago, look, you know why Lemon's being ordered to do this.
And you were very nice to Lemon on television last night by saying, yeah, he's finally wised up.
Well, maybe Don did fine.
Do you really believe, you really think that this guy that ran the cartoon president and Stephen Colbert's show is going to move CNN to the center?
Yeah, absolutely.
He's telling them that because his boss, Malone, is telling him.
That's how it works.
You've been in the middle of the day.
Talking about John Malone.
For people that don't know, John Malone is very big in television, but it's not a name that would be recognizable by the general public.
Right.
So they're all doing what they're told to do, which is why CNN's collapsed in the first place, because the former president, Zucker, said we're all going to hate Trump as much as we can hate him, and he ruined the network doing it.
So now they're trying to dig out of that hole, but they can't support Joe Biden because he's a disaster and everybody knows it.
And CNN can't get anybody to watch any of their programs.
So their boss says to them, hey, you can't be in the tank anymore.
You've got to actually ask legitimate questions.
And that's what Lemon's doing because he wants to keep his paycheck.
Got to take a break.
We'll come back more with Simple Man, Bill O'Reilly, AllthingsO'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.
Don't forget his number one best-selling book, Just Out, Killing the Killers, Amazon.com, O'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com, Hannity.com, Bookstores Everywhere, as we continue.
Don Carey, making America green one Learjet liberal flight at a time.
You just can't make this stuff up.
Sean Hannity is on right now.
Continue now with the simple man himself, Bill O'Reilly.
All things O'Reilly, BillOReilly.com.
What we're now seeing, and we saw a glimpse of this in the 34th District in Texas last night with the victory of this woman that ran there that nobody thought had a chance to win.
She won.
We see Hispanic Americans, African Americans, young people, women, now more and more, they're leaving the Democratic Party.
And I see an opportunity here for the emergence of a new coalition, not Republican, but common sense Americans.
This could become a transformational moment, and all bets are off in terms of who can win or lose based on an R or a D. Am I wrong?
I don't know if you're right.
I hope you are.
I think Hispanic American voters will lead the way in November.
I think there'll be a massive defection by Hispanics from the Democratic Party because Hispanic Americans work hard because they're not.
Mr. O'Reilly, I hate to interrupt, but you know what?
You're doing such a good job today.
You get a gold star.
I'm going to hold you over for a few minutes into the next half hour.
I mean, that is, I don't do that for many people.
I'm just saying.
Well, you're wise to do it, Hannity.
You're very wise to do it.
We'll take a break.
We'll come back more with simple man Bill O'Reilly on the other side.
We'll get to your calls in the next half hour as well.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Glad you're with us, 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, we'll continue for a few more minutes with our friend Bill O'Reilly, allthings O'Reilly at billo'reilly.com, including his number one New York Times best-selling book, Killing the Killers.
It's in bookstores everywhere, billo'reilly.com, if you haven't gotten a copy.
By the way, for a conservative to get number one, and I've been there with all my books on the New York Times list, you really have to outsell the competition by a lot.
You really have to outright win big time, or else if in any way they could say it's close, they're going to give it to somebody else.
True or false, Mr. O'Reilly.
That's true.
And I want to just thank everybody.
This is the 17th number one bestseller I've had, and I really appreciate everybody supporting my books, and I hope they're worthwhile.
Well, obviously, they're worthwhile if people wouldn't buy them.
Bill is now working on his next in the killing series.
It's called Killing Hannity.
I can't wait for that one.
There are a lot of people that probably would take you up on it, Mr. O'Reilly.
You could orchestrate it all from the comfort of your home.
All right, back to this idea.
This is what I think works for the country, Bill.
I keep it very simple.
And we were talking about a new American majority, something Newt Kingrich is also talking about.
If people can agree on the concepts of being the country of liberty and freedom, of our Constitution, capitalism, lower taxes, less bureaucracy, energy independence, secure borders, law and order so every American is safe and secure so they can pursue happiness,
choice in education, charter schools, opportunities for kids to really excel, safety in schools, one way in, one way out, contingency plans, if God forbid there's a fire, whatever.
Also with armed, undercover, armed, trained, maybe retired military police.
If we would put people that really believe in our Constitution on the bench, if we built the biggest, meanest, toughest military on the face of this earth, if you believe in free and fair trade, I think I pretty much have covered everything that I believe is common sense.
So it's not Republican.
It's not Democrat.
It's common sense.
We will do better as a country if we implemented all of those policies.
Do you agree or disagree?
Yeah, I agree with most of those policies, but you're going up against the progressive movement, which wants equity, which wants special treatment for certain groups of Americans, and they don't want equal justice for all, for example, and equal opportunity for all.
The progressive movement does not want that.
They believe that America is a bad country.
So they really don't want liberty.
Are you saying, Bill, by saying that, that they really don't want liberty and freedom?
Well, they see it as liberty and freedom, but what they do is they take liberty away from people, and sometimes they take their lives away.
You know, thousands of people are dying because of progressive criminal justice tenants that don't punish violent criminals.
So not only can the progressive movement take your liberties away by denying certain groups entry into high-level colleges because of equity, certain other groups get preference, but they take your life away when a violent criminal can be out on the street committing murder or rape or assault.
Bill, when the government gets so oppressive that, but when people are giving up half their income, so that money is then redistributed to other people through the form of some government program, doesn't that take away one's liberty to make a living?
Doesn't it even take away incentive for people to work harder?
Well, look, the progressive movement doesn't believe in capitalism.
So they don't believe that if you earn your money, Hannity, as you do, as I do, that we should be able to keep most of it.
They believe, President Obama said this to me personally in an interview.
Well, you weren't responsible for your success, O'Reilly.
The government had a lot to do with that.
So you got to fork it over, no matter how high it is to us.
That was an Obama tenant.
That's quasi-socialism.
So your litany of what would help America is correct when you cited it at the beginning of this segment, but the progressive left will never buy into that, ever.
So then the responsibility that you and I have is to bring the truth to the American people about how the progressive policies, Joe Biden, the Democratic Party at this point, are hurting them.
They're hurting you.
That's why this is probably most people are wise enough to that.
I think that's why I believe as of now, barring something unforeseen, this will be a wave election for Republicans.
All right, I got to let you go, but we always appreciate having you on the program.
And congrats on the success.
Number one, New York Times bestseller, killing the killers.
AllthingsO'Reilly at billo'reilly.com.
Sir, thanks for being with us.
Thanks for having me in, Sean.
800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So John Solomon, investigative reporter, has done it again.
Now, the January 6th committee, and by the way, they lost half their audience on day two, as I predicted they would.
Americans have tuned them out, even being on every single network that they're on.
They got under, according to estimates I saw, under 10 million people.
That's half of what they had that one night.
Anyway, and then they canceled the hearing for today for some reason that nobody seems to know why.
There is some rumors out there that there might be some contentious disagreement within the committee ranks about whether to recommend Donald Trump or refer Donald Trump to the Department of Justice for crimes committed.
I don't know what they're up to.
It doesn't matter.
We just know everybody on that committee hates Donald Trump.
But anyway, so John Solomon, investigative reporter, justthenews.com, pointed out that the Capitol Police and the Capitol Police Chief have debunked what the January 6th committee has been selling, a conspiracy theory, it turns out.
And that is that there was evidence that on January 5th, Congressman Barry Lautermilk, he's from Georgia, was conducting reconnaissance tours ahead of what happened the next day.
According to the Capitol Police Chief, he has debunked this allegation and said there is no evidence at all that Congressman Lautermilk entered the U.S. Capitol with this group on January 5th, and yet people are still pushing it and nobody has corrected the record.
Anyway, Congressman Rodney Davis of Illinois is with us.
He's the ranking member of the House Administration Committee, and he's been a leader in combating false narratives.
Sir, thank you for being on the program.
Did they tell a lie?
Absolutely.
This is misinformation at its highest point, Sean.
And thanks for having me on because we've got to have media outlets like yours correct the record.
You are absolutely correct.
The Capitol Police said there was no suspicious activity because Barry Lautermilk took a group of people to eat in the Longworth House Office Building cafeteria on January 5th to go to the gift shop that was opened that day in the House office buildings.
And not one person in that group ever went into the Capitol that day or the next day.
And they're trying to say that Barry led a group with kids carrying gift bags on a reconnaissance tour in buildings that were never breached by anyone the next day at all.
It's absurd.
It shows you that they have no case that they're trying to put out to the American people.
And the select committee needs to stop immediately.
All right, quick break, right back.
We'll continue.
800-941 Sean is on number if you want to be a part of the program.
More with Congressman Rodney Davis of Illinois as we continue.
Congressman Rodney Davis of Illinois is with us as we continue.
So let me ask you, you've been watching the hearings, I guess.
Frankly, they bore me to tears.
I think the American people figured out that a riot happened that day.
But if you look at the evidence, there's no evidence that they presented.
They try to make insinuations that Donald Trump planned this, plotted this, schemed this.
I've been able to piece together on January 4th and confirm with four out of the five people in the Oval Office, one being the president himself, one being his chief of staff, Mark Meadows, one being the Secretary of Defense, Chris Stevens, one being his chief of staff, Kash Patel.
They have all confirmed to me that that day, Donald Trump authorized up to 20,000 National Guard troops to be available for security on the 6th, knowing a lot of people were coming.
Why wasn't Nancy Pelosi, why did Benny Thompson, the chairman, not get her emails, her text messages, his text messages rather, or Nancy Pelosi's rather, or get the text messages, phone records, emails of the mayor, Mayor Bowser, who in writing rejected the guard?
Why haven't they brought in the sergeant of arms in the House and Senate?
If the goal was to get to the bottom of this, this would be a major security failure on their part, and it would debunk the narrative that Donald Trump plotted and planned all of this while they still ignore the words, many of you will peacefully and patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
They are not doing that.
They're not telling the truth.
They don't want to talk about what went wrong with the security decisions on the Capitol complex prior to January 6th.
They want to just create a narrative that somehow the president's words inspired and created this conspiracy that you talked about.
Look, five years ago, yesterday, I had to run from bullets on a baseball field because some crazed gunman didn't like the fact we were living up to our promise to fix a broken health care system and tried to kill me and my friends while screaming health care.
I didn't blame Bernie Sanders or Nancy Pelosi.
The people who broke the law on January 6th are the ones that need to be held accountable.
But before that happened, before that was even allowed to happen, mistakes were made because people didn't take the offer of National Guard troops prior to January 6th.
And what's worse is we know this because of bipartisan investigations that have been done in the Senate, and frankly, because we've seen evidence of messaging where the House security officials, directly under the purview of Speaker Pelosi, were worried about optics.
Optics shouldn't matter when it comes to protecting the safety of Americans, but it certainly did leading up to January 6th.
And those are the questions that this circus committee will never ask and won't get answered.
You know, that's the sad thing because I could tell you right now what I would do for safety and security.
And if I was in charge, I would be building a perimeter around the Capitol with a huge wall and fence to prevent people from being able to breach into the grounds of the Capitol without proper authorization.
I think that's simple, basic common sense.
You know, what we're trying to do is balance out the First Amendment rights of the American people to petition their government and the security and safety.
And those are some long-term discussions that we need to have here in the complex.
And when Republicans take the majority in November, I'm going to chair the Committee on House Administration.
We have jurisdiction over the security apparatus here at the Capitol.
And we're going to make sure that they are never, ever putting those brave men and women and the Capitol Police in danger again because the leadership is going to change the way they gather intelligence.
But the problem here is they're not looking for the real answer.
This is their opportunity to bludgeon Trump, Trump supporters, et cetera, et cetera.
Absolutely.
And that's the shame of this.
And by the way, where is the committee looking into the 574 riots in the summer of 2020?
Congressman, as I said, dozens of Americans died, thousands of cops were injured, and we had billions in property damage.
Where's that committee, Congressman?
It's going to have to be asked.
Those questions are going to be asked when Republicans control the committee process.
But remember, Sean, this select committee is exactly what Nancy Pelosi planned for.
She didn't want a bipartisan commission where Republicans would have a voice.
I was one of the original members of this select committee named by leader McCarthy.
She didn't want us on that committee.
She wanted, for the first time in our nation's history of the House of Representatives, a committee only run by her and one side, so she has one narrative.
It's not a coincidence.
The Senate went through their normal committee process in a bipartisan way to investigate what went wrong.
They came to the same conclusions we would.
These hearings are only designed, as you said, to do one thing, and that's to attack President Trump.
It's wrong, and this accusation against Barry Lautermilk shows that their entire evidentiary string is unraveling right in front of America's eyes.
Well, if they think this is going to change the narrative for the 2022 midterm elections, I think they're greatly mistaken.
People are not watching these hearings.
I mean, to have under 10 million and every network is carrying it almost, it's insane.
Congressman, appreciate you being with us.
Congressman Rodney Davis of Illinois, thank you.
800-941-Shauna's on number.
Newt Gingrich has a lot to say about how Republicans need to run for 2022, and we need to listen to him.
I was there the night he became Speaker.
Republicans had not held the majority in the House for 40 years.
He knows a thing or two about it.
