This is an iHeart Podcast.
All right, day 249, but of course, the media mob, Joe, they've just turned the page.
And I mean, it couldn't get any sadder, can it?
It's unbelievable.
Day 262, Joe promised he'd never do this.
You know, nobody pointed this out.
We'll show you this video tonight.
I didn't realize this until earlier today.
I I finally saw this a picture of Joe Biden, uh, his big infrastructure speech in in New Hampshire yesterday because we saw him get asked the question.
I'm here to talk about New Hampshire.
He didn't have the Easter bunny to whisk them away like the day before.
Anyway, there was only 30 people that showed up.
30 people.
I mean, has a president of the United States ever appeared at a publicly announced event and they only get 30 people?
Probably half the people there were his entourage for crying out loud, told to you know, mix in with the crowd.
Even in the days before Twitter and cell phones, the internet, TV, radio.
I I doubt this is ever happened.
It's unbelievable.
Yesterday, according to photographic evidence, Joe Biden's highly published publicized speech in New Hampshire, touting his plans for infrastructure spending.
By the way, the dumbest thing you can do when you have a 40-year high of inflation, you're just gonna make it worse.
Uh that's what he's pushing.
Uh and he claims he got what, 81 million votes in 2020?
Well, I wonder why so many people are suspicious.
You can't get f 100 people to go to an event of his.
Good grief.
I mean, a small crowd for Donald Trump is 15 to 20,000.
That's a small crowd.
Uh anyway, 800, 941 Sean is a number if you want to be a part of the program.
Um there's a lot of things here that I want to go over because it impacts all of us.
And Biden's Department of Education now is going to immediately wipe out student loan debt for 40,000 borrowers and bring 3.6 million Americans closer to ending payments by promising to fix long-standing failures in for in forgiveness of debt.
All this is is new Green Deal radical socialism, except they're backdooring it.
Now, how many of you are like me?
You know, I I I've had I paid every penny I had for college, had to drop out, I eventually ran out of money.
I I paid for 10 years of student loan that I had gotten from Jamaica Savings Bank for $58 and five cents every month at a point in my life when that was a lot of money and I really couldn't afford it.
I was struggling to pay my rent for for a number of years.
And, you know, if you take on a loan, you know, you should pay the loan back.
It doesn't become the taxpayer's responsibility to pay it back.
You know, you have the education secretary saying the current system is a life sentence for millions of low-income borrowers and pledge to correct historical failures that have plagued repayment schemes like the income-driven repayment program and public service loan forgiveness program.
Borrowers working as public servants are eligible for forgiveness.
Uh, once they've made 10 years of qualifying payments, student loans were never meant to be a life sentence.
If you don't want to pay the money back, don't borrow the money.
You know, what school did you go to?
Maybe you could have gone to a local community college.
You know, I I I'll tell you my experience has been the people that struggled and and maybe don't go to the Ivy League colleges and have parents that worked in blue-collar jobs, they they often turn out to be much better workers and more dedicated and more hungry, and they just are then brats that, you know, go to these Ivy League institutions because of their connections, etc.
etc.
By the way, I don't begrudge them of that.
I'm just saying, you know, I have found in my hiring experience that, you know, the people that that struggle are the ones that are hungry and work the hardest.
Generally speaking.
Anyway, the Biden White House, now in the middle of 40-year high of inflation, in the middle of the highest gas prices we've ever had, uh, resolved never to open up drilling in America and and return to the successful energy independence policies of Donald Trump that they inherited.
Um, and begging the likes of Iran and Venezuela and OPEC to produce more oil instead of getting the 900,000 barrels a day from Canada, if we just finished the Keystone XL pipeline, uh, According to the Alberta premier, we can get that done in just a number of months, probably less than a year.
Anyway, the White House now is saying that Americans should pay higher taxes to ensure a rapid green transition away from fossil fuels.
We're already paying that tax.
It's record high gas prices.
By the way, yesterday announced we expect prices to go up another 30 cents in the next week or two.
Great.
Anyway, carbon price increases could be implemented directly via carbon taxes, indirectly through a cap on emissions and tradable permits through other similar policy tools, according to the Council of Economic Advisors.
Government revenues from the carbon taxes can be used to compensate consumers for increases in energy prices or to invest in other societal priorities.
Carbon prices are just one of many policy measures needed to cost efficiently accelerate the energy transition.
Here's their biggest problem.
I'm all for cheaper, cleaner, better sources of energy.
But the technology does not exist.
They're not going to support nuclear power, so that's out, which by the way, would be somewhat cost efficient.
The lifeblood of the world's economy is oil, gas, and coal.
Nuclear, if you're willing to go there.
And if you're not, they don't have the technology available.
So all you're doing in the process is you're creating a vulnerable national security situation because the lifeblood of our economy is dependent on countries, many of whom hate our guts.
How stupid is that when we finally, after 70 some odd years, reached energy independence, it is beyond dumb.
And, you know, the American people are feeling it.
It's not good for them.
You know, I told you yesterday about the Quinnipia poll that had come out, and only 26% of independents now support Joe Biden.
That's it.
Only 26% of Hispanics support Joe Biden.
He got 56% of the Hispanic American vote in 2020.
Exit polls in 2020 showed Biden won 60% of young people, 18 to 29 years old.
And Quinna Piac poll released last week, the one I've been talking to you about, the one where he had a record low 33% approval rating.
Guess what?
They show that Mr. Biden with a poultry 21% of approval rating among 18 to 34-year-olds and 58% who disapprove.
If you ask the question right, would you take the guy that controlled our borders that gave us energy independence, lower taxes, less bureaucracy, negotiated free and fair trade deals with Japan and China and Mexico and Canada and Western Europe and battled against NATO, that every country pay their fair share?
Would you take the guy that gives an occasional mean tweet or says something a little inappropriate but got the job done over this mess of a president that we have now?
By the way, two-thirds, this isn't just the news.com.
Uh, according to the Trafalgar group, that's that's Robert Cahale, he's one of the best pollsters in the country.
And nearly two-thirds of U.S. voters now believe, as we do, that Biden is compromised by his and his family's ties to China.
In other words, they're getting it.
Anyway, about 11% of respondents said it's somewhat likely he's compromised.
50% of those polls said very likely, and only 36% said unlikely.
Of course, if you're doing a deal with zero experience, Hunter, what is his experience?
Hookers and crack cocaine.
No experience in oil, gas, energy, Ukraine.
You have any experience?
No.
No, no experience whatsoever.
Tells GMA.
Yeah, why do you think you got millions of dollars then if you have no experience?
I don't know.
Maybe because your dad is in charge of Ukraine.
Probably.
Even admits it.
It's on tape.
Now is uh, you know, I'm hearing rumblings of a pending possible indictment of Hunter.
By the way, if that indictment happens, all these emails about the big guy, all the whining about paying his bills, all the pictures of of Joe Biden with foreign business partners that the media covered for uh All's on that laptop.
Guess what?
This implicates Joe.
Joe knew.
Joe lied when he said, I've never had a single conversation with Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
That's a lie, too.
By the way, Steven Ratner, not a dumb guy, former counselor to Treasury Secretary under Obama, wrote a column for the New York Times.
I just saw this, I think it was from last week, that Biden's 1.9 trillion dollar American rescue plan will go down in history as an extraordinary mistake.
He said the solution to our inflation problem is to reduce demand by making Americans spend less.
He's not a dumb guy.
I would do it differently.
I would immediately bring back energy independence policies and, Unfortunately, that leads to fewer jobs, slower wage growth historically.
When we tip into a recession, that's not desirable, but it's the price we pay for poor economic policies delivered by the White House by Congress and the Federal Reserve.
He's not wrong in his criticism.
And the White House, in the middle of all of this, you know, you would think they they might get a little smart and realize, you know, making deals with the mullahs and Iran is a bad idea and sending an uh an emissaries over to Venezuela to talk to that brutal murdering dictator thug over there and begging OPEC that laughing at us and rejecting us.
You know, Saudi Arabia's got TV shows like Saturday, their version of Saturday Night Live mocking, you know, Joe Biden's cognitive decline.
Russia is now out there mocking his cognitive decline.
It's so embarrassing to the country.
The Easter Bunny has to go rescue Joe.
You know, Joe finishes a speech, turns to turns to his right, holds out his hand to shake the hand of nobody, and keeps it there.
On top of, oh Joe, you gotta wave Joe.
You gotta clap Joe.
Joe, you can sit now.
They won't let me read or anything.
I want to read.
I'm not allowed to take questions unless they get really mad.
Who are these day people that control Joe Biden so much?
They get really mad at me.
What is this?
Anyway, now the White House announcing the restoration of all the environmental regulations scrapped by the Trump administration.
You know what that means?
That it ensures that we're going to continue the paying these high energy prices.
All of the problems from running out of COVID tests and running out of monoclonal antibodies, the disaster at the border, and it's getting worse.
March was the worst month ever.
Nobody paid attention to it, but me and Sarah Carter reporting down from the border.
You know, now we have the Easter bunny bailing out poor Joe.
It's unbelievable.
Biden did, you know, one thing.
Maybe on Easter, you would have mentioned God or Jesus while kicking off the White House Easter egg roll.
No, apparently not.
First one since the pandemic.
Anyway, this is, you know, all the radicalism of Joe Biden now is so locked in.
He doesn't have the ability to make the adjustments.
Bill Clinton did something interesting after he got walloped in 1994.
Newt Gingrich for the first time in 40 years, became the Speaker of the House.
Republicans had been out of power in the House of Representatives 40 years.
Then all of a sudden, Bill Clinton looked at the political horizon and said, I'm dead meat in two years if I don't fix this.
Then he came out with the era of big government is over, the end of welfare as we know it.
Joe can't do that because his radical, you know, climate alarmist religious cult that rules the Democratic New Green Deal Socialist Party.
They won't let him.
We're discovering now the EPA used COVID-19 relief funds for grants promoting green infrastructure, environmental justice.
That's why we can't account for all the billions of dollars in and in COVID relief monies just pissed away and wasted.
Anyway, 800-941-SHAWN is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
Thank you.
It's gonna be interesting to watch what they do with Title 42, is now Democrats are breaking with it.
But for most of them, when you look at Nevada, when you look at Arizona and Mark Kelly, and you look at Beetle Bozo and Texas, this is just election year conversions.
Soon as they get elected or re-elected, God forbid any of them get elected.
They're gonna go right back to being a sycophant of all things Joe Biden and Chucky Schumer.
They're not gonna change.
I you know, you see this happen every election season.
It drives me nuts.
Biden's still blaming Putin for inflation.
Still warning that the war in Ukraine will continue to take its toll on our economy.
Inflation was at a 40-year high months and months and months before uh Vladimir Putin never invaded Russia, as we've shown now, night after night after night, between inflation, the high price of gasoline, blaming Putin for everything.
It's not gonna work.
And it's it's really hurting people.
No, they're now having to go back to work and they're finding, oh, the cost of transportation is up dramatically.
And gas prices, yeah, they're going up.
We expect another 30 cents a gallon in the next week or two.
CEO online Grocer Box says, you know, if gas prices still stay high, so are your grocery bills.
I've said this how many times corporations don't pay taxes.
They pass them on to we, the people.
The IMF is warning of an inflationary spiral.
The International Monetary Fund is slashed global growth, revised inflation upward in its world economic views.
And I sent this out to somebody.
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York says renters likelihood of buying a home has hit the lowest point in recorded history.
Music.
At 9 p.m., do you know where your president is?
I don't know.
Yep, he's sound asleep in his bed with not a care in the world.
Must be nice, Joe.
The rest of us will keep working.
You're on the Sean Hannity Show.
You know, the funny thing is, Scott Shannon's so funny.
I love him.
Um, 25 to the top of the hour is I just know for a fact, because I've known Donald Trump for so many years.
He doesn't sleep at 1 a.m. in the morning.
He's not asleep at 1 a.m.
He's usually not asleep at 2 a.m.
Maybe 3 a.m., somewhere in there, and usually up by like seven.
You know, you know, go back to last week and the 40 minutes that we played on this show from the TV show the night before, my interview with Donald Trump.
He is he he's got passion, he's got energy, he answers every question.
He doesn't have any notes in front of him.
They don't have any aides there, you know, telling him what to say.
I mean, all presidents use teleprompters, all presidents use cards.
I'm not I'm not talking about that.
His ability to converse, have a real conversation from topic to topic to topic with great knowledge, detail, and experience.
You know, Joe Biden can't do that.
He's not capable of it.
He's not up to the job of it.
I'm really looking at all these numbers.
I am extraordinarily nervous for where this economy is headed.
I mean, this is this soaring inflation is eating away now at Americans' retirement savings.
That's bad.
You know, blaming Putin is just a big fat lie.
You know, especially look at people on fixed incomes, the elderly.
You know, people that are retired, they count on their 401ks.
Where's the stock market headed?
Um I've reduced my exposure as much as I possibly can to the stock market.
I've never trusted it.
Um, I like bricks and mortar.
That just happens to be my preference in terms of investment.
But uh at least I can feel it and touch it, and it's real, and it's, you know, it's it's something that's there.
With inflation, workers are now, you know, paying a lot more to get to work.
They're experiencing office sticker shock, paying more when they go out to lunch every day.
Gas prices going up even more.
You know, there's no end in sight for any of this.
I mean, when I read this story today out of Bloomberg, you know, one of the saddest charts, they quote Joe uh Weisenthal, you know, to understand why renters report being less likely to buy if they were to move.
We asked how changes in home prices over the past year have affected their housing plans.
Twenty-two percent of households reported that they had planned to purchase a home, but now view renting as a better financial decision.
Thirteen percent of respondents stated that the recent increase in home prices prompted them to speed their way to search to purchase a home over the past year.
Uh Majority of respondents either preferred to rent.
I know plenty of people that prefer to rent.
They're like, good, here's the key.
I'll see you later.
They want to be free.
Or they were waiting for prices to come down.
But now the problem is interest rates are up dramatically.
People were getting 30-year fixed mortgages in the twos.
You know, up until recently, and a friend that closed on a house when last Friday at like 3.7%, something like that.
And honestly, that same mortgage today would be 5.27%.
And that's only one of the 11 predicted hikes of by Goldman Sachs.
The St. Louis Fed president says a three quarter percent interest rate increase is possible.
Um in other words, point a 75 basis point increase would mean that interest rates would go up, you know, a full three quarters of a percent at once.
So what you might get is a as a loan today, a 30-year fixed loan at 5.27%.
It's going to be 6.27%, 6.5%.
It's going to be high much higher.
And then, you know, where does it go from there?
Only anybody can guess.
U.S. central bank may hike interest rates up to uh 75 basis points due to the high inflation rate we have, according to James Bullard, president of the St. Louis Federal Reserve Bank, who also added that he does not expect such an increase to occur right away.
He pointed to the Fed's 75 point interest rate hike in 94 under the leadership of Alan Greenspan, which was made in response to a surge in inflation.
The decision resulted in an economic boom, so maybe they'll try and follow his model.
They're not dumb people, these guys.
Some of them are actually very smart, some of them are dumb.
The Wall Street Journal, every single time inflation has been bad, it's led to a recession.
The Federal Reserve is now setting out to do something it's never accomplished before, reduce inflation a lot without significantly raising unemployment.
But central bank officials think it's with a calibrated interest rate increases, that slow booming demand just enough to take the steam out of the overheated economy.
Here's the problem, according to the Wall Street Journal.
A lot of smart people over there.
But during the past 80 years, the Fed has never lowered inflation as much as it's setting out to do now by four percentage points without causing a recession.
So in other words, things are going to get worse.
You have 12 state attorneys general now urging Biden to resume construction of the Keystone XL pipeline.
You think?
I mean, he can't.
Well, he can, but he won't.
The reason he won't is because you know, the price at the pump is less important to him than pissing off his climate alarmist religious cult base, the new Green Deal socialist that run his Democratic Party.
There's a Fox News.com piece today about, you know, are we in a housing bubble?
And the overwhelming consensus is if you define a bubble as an unsustainable period of house home house price growth generated by artificial demand, such as loose underwriting, speculative buying, etc., etc.
So the chief economist, first American Financial Corp.
The price growth in today's market is driven by an extreme supply shortage relative to demand.
Home builder confidence now has fallen for the fourth straight month.
You know, because they see the handwriting is on the wall.
You know, which means you might actually be able to find a contractor.
Unbelievable.
Now we see that uh the climate alarmist cult.
Now we discover, you know, we've been asking where's all these these trillions of dollars that they spent on COVID relief?
Because they're certainly not, they they ran out of tests over Christmas.
They ran out of monoclonal antibodies as soon as Joe mentioned them, then the government started rationing them and started buying up the entire supply.
And then all of a sudden, the the one therapeutic that everybody admitted admitted that if you take took it early, works.
Now that's hard as Hell to find.
And it's all by design, it seems to me.
Just we need to get people boosted.
All right, you can be boosted and boosted and boostered to death, and you still can get COVID.
That's the problem.
I don't trust any of these people.
Anyway, the EPA used COVID-19 relief funds for granting and promoting green infrastructure and environmental justice.
This is the 1.9 trillion dollar COVID relief package passed in 2021, but last year's awards funded some projects that had virtually nothing to do with addressing the impact of the pandemic.
EPA's environmental justice small grants program recently announced it's using 1.6 million of America's rescue plan funds towards grants to federally recognized tribal governments to establish or modify public participation programs where fair treatment and meaningful participation priorities have been impacted by COVID.
Well, that's a stretch.
You know, how do you spend it for environmental justice causes?
This is an interesting sidebar.
I noticed Greg Jarrett in a recent column put out that Obama's director of national intelligence apparently told fake news CNN, a fake news CNN reporter that it was Obama that was the one that directed the deep state to, quote, assemble all of the reporting about Russia meddling in the 2016 election.
The admission that Obama himself ordered the start of the witch hunt, also known as the Trump Russia conspiracy theory and hoax, shows that the administration used their powers to try and develop and create a crime where one did not exist.
Anyway, in uh and I I had forgotten all about I think he reported on this before.
Pretty amazing.
Um, in other news, you know, look at what's happening.
We have a new wave of left-wing advocates aiming to take over DA offices in small cities.
You know, this is happening all around the country.
There's a lot of money being focused on these DA races and where they have these DAs that are elected that are not tough on crime.
These no-bail laws, defunding the police, dismantling the police, all the above.
Unbelievable.
Don't you want, don't you think if you want to pursue happiness, don't you need the prerequisite of law and order and safety and security so you can actually pursue the happiness?
You can't pursue happiness if you can't walk outside your door without getting shot.
It's absolute madness.
One very sad development.
Now, this was interesting.
This was on Fox News.com as well.
The group Black Lives Matter, the organization, you know, the one that bought the nearly six million dollar home.
They're absolutely silent when they were approached for comments on 2020 skyrocketing number of murders of African Americans in this country.
Experts citing BLM and defund the police movements for contributing to the deaths.
Anyway, Fox News.com Digital reached out to Black Lives Matter, their press team on April the 14th to inquire if they had comment on the FBI data showing there was a 32% increase in African American murders in 2020 compared to 2019,
as well as a comment regarding experts such as you know, from like the Manhattan Institute and elsewhere, uh arguing that BLM and the fund of police movements contributed to the murder spike, not coronavirus.
Anyway, if you go back, you know, the nearly two years since the police cutbacks were first implemented in 2019, a year before Democrats began pushing the defund the police.
There were 7,484 African Americans murdered in America.
The number shot up to 9,941 murders.
It's a 34% increase in 2020, meaning that's an increase of 2,457 African Americans.
FBI data also showed that in that white people murdered that same year, 7,043, meaning 2,898 more African Americans were killed compared To white Americans.
We are failing, you know, all of our big cities.
We are failing, you know, these communities by not providing them the policing they deserve.
You can't pursue happiness without safety and security.
It's a prerequisite.
It's not difficult to figure out.
Uh, by the way, we have Bill O'Reilly coming up at the top of the hour.
Dr. Oz is going to check in with us today.
We'll talk to him.
They can't make up their mind on the COVID mandate stuff.
Uh, data shows the states with mask mandates actually did worse protecting against COVID.
How do you like that headline from the New York Post?
11 states never mandated masks.
The other 39 states enforced the masks.
The cumulative rate of infection over the course of the pandemic was 24% in both the mask mandate states as well as the non-mandate states.
Their cumulative rates of COVID mortality were virtually identical, also.
In fact, there were slightly more deaths per capita in the U.S. with mask mandates.
Anyone left to trust Fauci, the NIH, Wolenski, the CDC?
Anyone out there trust Dr. Joe Biden or Dr. Gensaki?
All the people that lie to us every day.
Anyway, the Biden DOJ is now fighting to restore the mask mandate.
Remember, the judge in Florida vacated that mandate, and you see all the videos all over, all over the place of people on airplanes getting the news from pilots or from uh flight attendants, and they're doing backflips, clapping, screaming, ripping their masks off, and throwing them in the garbage.
By the way, as it relates to Ukraine, the Pentagon spokesman has revealed that Ukraine has received additional warplanes from other countries.
Oh, are we now going to allow them the fighter jets that Joe denied them when they really needed it?
Anyway, according to John Kirby, Pentagon spokesperson, Ukrainians now have more operable fighter aircraft than they had two weeks ago.
I would just say, without getting into what other nations are providing, that they received additional platforms and parts to be able to increase their fleet size, their aircraft fleet size, that is.
And I think I'd uh leave it at that.
A platform is an airplane in this case.
They received additional aircraft and aircraft parts to help them.
Why did Joe stop in the first place?
The world's mission should not be to negotiate with a thug murdering dictator that invaded a sovereign country and is slaughtering innocent men, women, and children and leveling entire neighborhoods.
And, you know, we're finding and discovering one mass grave after another with women and children in it.
You forfeit your right to rule a country and you forfeit your right to live.
It's that simple.
That's the Hannity doctrine.
The combination of the Reagan doctrine and the Trump doctrine.
Trump doctrine was take out the caliphate using overwhelming modernized military technology, pushing buttons, pinpoint accuracy, hitting the target, taking out the caliphate, Baghdadi and associates, Solomonny, and the Al-Qaeda leader in Yemen.
You can combine that with the Reagan doctrine, which is no boots on the ground.
Let the Ukrainians fight their own fight, but give them the necessary equipment so that they can win the war against Vladimir Putin.
Not negotiate out of it, win the war.
You know what?
Negotiate if somebody invades the U.S., we're gonna negotiate with them.
Well, you can have New York and New Jersey.
Just leave us alone.
Okay, that's gonna work out really well.
Export Selection
