This is an iHeart podcast.
Stay right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup, information overload hour, Sean Hannity showed, toll-free, 800-941 Sean are number.
Now, if you remember when we had last year, Joe Biden president, Joe Biden, all of a sudden, he abolishes Donald Trump's border policy.
Stay in Mexico, that's gone.
Building the wall, that stops.
Bringing back the old Obama-Biden policy of catch and release, but they bring it back on steroids.
It's catch process and fly all over the country, illegal immigrants, which is hating and abetting and lawbreaking.
And if you did it, you'd be probably arrested and tried and found guilty of human trafficking.
But that's a side note.
And it ends up, they would say day after day, there's not a crisis at the border.
This is not a crisis.
This is the right-wing talking point.
Not a crisis, not a crisis, not a crisis.
And then, of course, we'd get the kids in Biden-built cages in the middle of a pandemic on top of each other.
Nobody in the media seemed to care about much of that.
Oh, no, no, we don't need to test all these illegal immigrants for COVID because they're not going to be here very long.
That was a lie.
And then we hear about instance after instance after instance, obscure airports, landing planes in the dark of night, 2, 3, 4 a.m., or as Jin Saki refers to them.
No, those are just early morning flights.
No, not quite.
And states then have to provide food, water, shelter, health care, education for illegal immigrants.
And it's an unfunded mandate, courtesy of Joe Biden.
And Joe Biden wants to hold out the promise of amnesty to anybody that didn't respect our laws, our borders, and our sovereignty, right?
All right.
So here we are.
We set a record, what, 30-year high last year.
And Donald Trump had the border pretty darn secure.
And he just needed a few more months and the rest of the wall would have been finished and stay in Mexico policy would remain in place.
And now we have an issue that is coming up.
And that is it's a crisis.
We're going to be joined by Stephen Camerada in just a minute.
He's a director of research for the Center for Immigration Studies.
I have his report right here in front of me.
And it was released yesterday.
And it's about the current illegal immigration crisis and how troubling it is.
And today marking the elimination of what's known as Title 42, he is now pointing out, rightly so, that the number of illegal crossings at our border are about to increase dramatically.
As of January of 2022, the illegal immigrant population stands at 11.35, according to some estimates.
Other people have it higher.
Anyway, it's had a 1.13 million increase over January 2021.
And Biden took office, the ongoing border surge began.
You saw the migrant caravans.
We carried all of that, you know, ending with all these people under the bridge in Texas and Del Rio, if you recall.
But they are estimating that as of January 19, 2019, the number of illegal immigrants in the country was 11.48, similar to the DHS's estimate.
By January 21, the number, they had dropped dramatically.
Now the question is, what do we do from here?
Because we now are an open borders country.
Now, I believe just simply from a common sense point of view, we're now expecting Omicron 2.0.
It's in the country.
We're going to have a new wave of COVID.
It hopefully will be short-lived like it was in Europe.
Usually tends to follow that pattern.
I hope it's short-lived.
I hope they have the therapeutics produced and ready and available for anybody that needs and wants them, but I doubt they do.
But the question now is: you know, if we're not going to do background checks on people, and if you're not going to do in the middle of a pandemic health checks, and you're not going to see whether or not people can afford to take care of themselves and not be a burden on the American taxpayer, we can't afford it.
I wish we could, but we can't.
And they're not going to do it legally.
That means, well, what does that all mean for the country?
Anyway, Stephen Camerona, PhD, spent a lot of time.
You had to spend a lot of time putting this thing together.
Do I pretty much have that right?
Yeah, no, you summarized it right.
It looks like by January of 2020, based on this data that's collected each month, the number living here, not apprehensions, but the number actually settled in the United States, had dropped by well over a million by January 2021 from what it had been back in 2019 as a result of all.
So in other words, that was under Donald Trump.
Yes, right.
So when Biden takes over, it's about 10.2 million.
And now we think, well, by February of this year, we think it's back up to about 11.5 million.
So you're looking at 1.2 million growth from January of last year just to February of this year, which is totally in line with the 2020.
I actually think it's a very conservative estimate.
And I've interviewed so many people regarding the border.
They thought last year was as high as 2 million plus.
Right.
But you have to remember that can be true.
But people do go home every year.
People die every year.
And most importantly, we legalize people every year.
And also, remember, it doesn't count the roughly 5 million children that illegal immigrants live with here who are U.S. born because they've been awarded U.S. citizenship.
That's where the 15, 16 million number comes from.
Yeah, when people talk about that.
Okay, so Joe's not going to change his policy.
Why should he?
Right.
And this is important because it may have grown by 1.2 million in the last year, but there's no reason to think it's not going to do the same thing in the next year or more, given all the policy changes, whether it's the ease with which we grant asylum or how many people we're releasing into the United States, even without hearings, and, of course, just all the people who slip by the Border Patrol.
And now, remember, temporary immigration, students, tourists, has completely restarted.
So those people can begin, some small fraction due every year, overstay.
So we don't just have the border, we have the restarting of people overstaying temporary visas.
And the reason they have an incentive to do it is, as the leaked report showed just last week, the number of people getting deported or arrested by the immigration authorities has dropped by about three-fourths under Biden.
So you have very little chance of being going home.
And now with the removal of Donald Trump's what's known as Title 42, which required the direct that directed the expulsion of illegal immigrants, as well as illegal immigrants at land ports and enter without proper documents, they didn't go through the process legally.
So that now is going to incentivize people even further.
Here's my question for you.
Don't we have laws that prohibit people from entering the country illegally?
And when Joe Biden and his administration just processed illegal immigrants, they have no documentation, and then put them on airplanes and fly them into obscure airports at 3 in the morning and drop them off.
If I did that, wouldn't I be guilty of human trafficking?
Yeah, I mean, the argument is they have discretion, but this is an incredible abuse of discretion.
This is like a policeman witnessing a crime and turning his back and saying, look, I'm just not going to do anything about it.
No, the way in which they're proceeding is what's driving the numbers.
Because the fact that they're not willing to enforce the law, because they're releasing so many people, so many more people come.
It's like on a highway.
If you don't enforce the speed limit, everybody speeds and it just gets worse and worse.
And we have every reason to believe, and they've already sort of said this, that in the coming months, we're going to see border apprehension strike spike, and the numbers are just going to explode living in the United States.
And it's because people know that the immigration law is kind of dead right now.
So what we saw all last year, and believe it or not, there is a season when there is more illegal immigrant activity than at other points in the year.
You're anticipating and expecting that this year perhaps will blow out even last year's record high?
Yeah, so remember, if it grew by 1.2 million in the last year, that's probably the most it's ever grown because as I said, people do go home.
People get deported.
People get legalized.
shouldn't but that's part of the process and also how do people get legalized when they enter illegally Why wouldn't we legalize the people that actually follow the law?
Yeah, it's called adjusting status.
One group of people that get legalized every year are all the people who get asylum.
See, the vast majority of people who apply for asylum are here illegally.
They apply because they don't want to get deported.
And some number, several tens of thousands, are getting asylum each year.
So that is part of it.
You're essentially moving from an illegal status to a legal status.
Another example would be as if you married an American, and that also happens.
Now, technically, you shouldn't be able to easily adjust status, but we have a waiver process in place.
So there are a group, there's others as well, who can adjust, it's called, from within the United States.
But that's one reason why the illegal population doesn't grow so much.
Yeah.
Well, we're going to let you go.
I've been saying this now for a long time to people, and people really need to understand that this is law-breaking right from the top on down.
And if you don't think November matters, this is one of the main reasons it does.
And if you don't think November 2024 matters, this is another main reason.
We appreciate your work.
Stephen Camerada, thank you.
800-941 Sean is on number.
It's only going to get worse.
And Democrats, they'll be the great heroes.
They'll offer something of great value.
We'll give you amnesty.
Okay, if somebody gives you that great gift, would you be loyal to them or the people that said, no, you don't deserve the great gift?
Everyone's got their own motives.
You know, you have some Republicans that always liked the illegal immigrants because for them, it was, quote, cheap labor.
Historically, I'm talking about.
But a nation that cannot control its borders, think of we're in the middle of a pandemic.
We're not even doing a COVID check.
We're in the middle of one of the worst financial crises ever in this country.
And you think about why are we doing background checks?
America has a lot of enemies.
Shouldn't we be seeing whether or not people have radical associations in their background?
Shouldn't we maintain that, look, if we're going to give you one of these highly coveted spots to come into the country, you've got to be able to take care of yourself and show you have the ability and the means to take care of yourself while you're here.
And then, by the way, I don't care where you come from.
Welcome to America.
I believe in immigration, legal immigration.
All right, let's get to Maria.
How are you?
Thank you for calling.
Hello, sir.
Thank you.
I just, I think that the political divide and the civil unrest that's happened in our country due to this pandemic is unconscionable.
And I just got in an argument with a man at the gas station, $8.99 a gallon in Los Angeles on Alameda Street.
And he said he would rather pay $10 a gallon than have a lying president in the White House.
You, wait a minute.
You saw $8 a gallon gasoline in Los Angeles?
$8.99 on Alameda Street, across the street from Elvera Street.
I don't want you to even name it.
No, I want you to do us a favor.
Is it close to where you live?
Yeah, Los Angeles.
Okay.
Would you mind?
I'm going to put you on hold.
I want you to take a picture of that and send it to us and take a video also.
Would you mind doing that?
With traffic and all, I can get somebody to take it.
Sure, of course.
And I'll send you a Hannity book for free.
And what else do we have, Linda?
We have anything else to offer?
I don't know what kind of swag.
Mr. Hannity, I believe that if President Trump does not run in 24, I think you have an outstanding chance and you should run.
You must not like me.
Do you not see what they do to every politician that runs?
They just try and ruin you and destroy you.
Listen, I'm here to serve at the whim of God, and I'm praying to God that that's not in his plans for me, but you're very kind.
We're going to put you on hold.
I want to show that to the country on TV.
And the sooner I get it, the sooner I'll show the people in the country.
Linda, write down that address too.
I can send somebody in our LA Bureau out to maybe film it.
Anyway, thank you for the call.
All right, quick break, right back to the phones, 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of this extravaganza.

Thank you for checking in.
Sean, hi.
Thanks for taking my call.
I appreciate it.
Thank you.
Regarding this, you know, Will Smith and Chris Rock thing, I remember Bob Hope even going back decades ago.
And when Hollywood got together, they almost expected to be mocked on.
Do you remember the roast, the Dean Martin roasts?
Did you ever go back and watch any of those old roasts?
They're funny as hell.
Oh my gosh, these guys were hilarious.
You know, people took things in a grain of salt.
And the problem is, if you go to the Academy Awards, you almost have a target on your back, especially if you're a person who is boycotting the awards when your husband doesn't get an award.
You know, look, we can make up a we can analyze this a million different ways.
And I think Will Smith is talented.
I don't know much about him and his family, except for the little that I've read.
And I guess it's common knowledge about this open marriage thing, whatever.
And apparently, a joke was made about that prior to Chris Rock.
I did not watch the show.
Chris Rock, I love Chris Rock because he says anything.
I just don't understand people that don't want to be, don't understand what a comics role is.
Now, with that said, if you go after somebody's wife, girlfriends, daughter, mother, whatever, father, family, you might run the risk that something would happen, but to walk on stage over that and act the way he did, something's definitely off with this guy.
Chris, I thought, handled it perfectly.
Anyway, appreciate you calling.
Thank you for being with us.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, quick break right back.
Your calls on the other side.
Straight ahead.
Sean Hannity.
Always concerned for our country.
Always honoring our servicemen and service women.
And standing up for liberty every day.
All right, 25 now to the top of the hour, 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
I follow the COVID case numbers every day.
In the last six weeks, two months, I don't remember how long now, something odd's been happening.
And that is they're comparing the number of people that get COVID, contract COVID, and then they put in, it's on the bottom of the drudge report every day, and the number of people that die every day.
And up until just a couple of weeks ago, we were still at 2,000, 3,000 people a day dying.
And nobody was paying attention to it.
And I don't think that means go back to draconian lockdowns, you know, Joe Biden making a big, you know, big do of it today, getting his second booster shot.
Somebody probably needs to tell him.
I mean, look at his own press secretary, Jen Saki, fully vaccinated, boostered, previous infection.
She got COVID now for the second time.
And I hope she's well.
I hope she's fine.
I said, now, if we're going to follow the science, we need to go back.
We need to rethink this mantra: get the vaccine, get the vaccine, get the vaccine, because fully vaccinated, boostered people, even with previous infections, guess what?
They're getting it and they're getting it regularly.
After Delta, remember, it was Biden that said, oh, we didn't see this coming, meaning Omicron.
Well, Omicron 2.0 has been all over Europe.
I told you this last in the last couple of weeks.
And now, as previous patterns have held, it is now in the U.S. and cases are rising every day.
And so I'm just trying to keep you in the loop.
I don't know if it's like Europe.
It seemed to be very short-lived in terms of the length of time that it was really bad, but people got to protect themselves.
Now, question is: how did Joe run out of tests around Christmas?
And the one therapeutic that everybody agrees on that works are monoclonal antibodies.
Now, what do I say?
If you are listening to Sean Hannity, I'm not a doctor, won't play one on radio or TV.
What I would do is, if you get a positive COVID test, immediately call your doctor and ask about monoclonal antibodies, blah, blah, blah.
Well, Joe Biden addressed this today and says, oh, no, no, we don't have.
Now, he just proposed the biggest tax increase in American history.
The biggest.
Now, it doesn't include defense for Ukraine or building our own defenses.
It's all new Green Deal crap.
It's dead on arrival.
Even Manchin said it's dead on arrival.
And then he said this about monoclonal antibodies.
The monoclonal antibodies.
Take monoclonal antibodies, for example.
They've helped save lives.
This isn't partisan.
It's medicine.
But Congress hasn't provided enough money to keep purchasing these monoclonal antibodies.
Well, let the public purchase it, Joe, because I don't believe that for a second.
And the other problem is, and we've asked Ron DeSantis about this, because Ron DeSantis, once breakthrough cases came on the scene that beaten the crap out of Ron DeSantis, he set up monoclonal antibody centers all throughout the great state of Florida, and anybody can get them.
And they were readily available.
And then Joe Biden said no to GSK.
Their monoclonal antibodies seem to be the one of choice for the Omicron variant.
They said, no, we're going to buy them all.
And that left Florida in the lurch.
Now, once Joe Biden saw that states were using monoclonal antibodies successfully, he started rationing them, which makes no sense whatsoever.
Now, I'm sure GSK would probably like to sell as many as they possibly can to recoup the investment of creating it and make something called the profit.
I'd pay, you know, a lot of money for monoclonal antibodies if I needed it or somebody I love needs it.
This is insane.
So provide the money, Joe.
Go to Congress, say this is monoclonal antibodies.
We have a new wave coming.
And I hope GSK has prepared for this new variant of Omicron because if the pattern holds, we're going to have thousands of dead Americans from this thing.
And no, none of what Fauci has ever said.
I've never heard him ever talk about monoclonal antibodies.
It's only the second time I've heard Joe talk about it.
What?
Clearly, he's listening to the show.
I'm glad he was one of our callers that we asked if they could repeat after us.
So that's a good thing.
At least he's catching up.
Joe, he's getting a clue.
But I think we'd be remiss not to mention the fact that Senator Blackburn, you know, along with her other colleagues in the Senate, wrote a letter to Becera, who's the head of the HHS, and said, why is less than 10 cents of every dollar under the $6 trillion we gave towards COVID relief going to the virus?
That's 10 cents of every dollar.
Where's the other 90?
Exactly.
Maybe if we gave all of that, maybe we'd have it.
Not to mention the fact that DeSantis wasn't charging a single person.
No.
He rebuts his budget.
And by the way, then when Joe cut him off and started rationing, he started paying for it himself to save the lives of Floridians.
He gave him all the credit in the world for this.
But he's not the only one.
There's all these states that were willing to do monoclonal antibodies for the people of their state.
It was the federal government that shut down all of the various locations to receive monoclonal treatments.
Why did they do that?
And why are they now trying to pretend like they're on our side?
Unbelievable.
These are frightening times.
And there are going to be people in this audience.
You're going to get Omicron too.
Just have a plan ready.
I've given you my best advice.
Dan in California.
Dan, how are you?
What's going on?
I'm just doing great.
What's on my mind is about everything.
But my great state, we got gas going up.
We got towns mismanaging.
The newest one where I live, this will blow you away, is we have no fire department, and we just went through the Dixie fire, and they found out since December they have had no insurance.
So as of, I guess, yesterday, there's no way that EMT's fire department are active in California right now until they can find the insurance.
Well, I don't even know what to say to all of this.
So what are the plans?
What are you going to do?
Well, the plans are they got right now.
They're getting some help from another neighborhood town.
And then the other plan is they're going to look for insurance.
But the insurance current dropped our town because they have too many accidents.
Well, what happened to keep your doctor, keep your plan, and save money?
Can you explain that to me?
For the fire department and all that, that's not there in California.
Unbelievable.
What about Medi-Cal?
Don't you have Medi-Cal out there?
Yeah, they got Medi-Cal for the elderly, but not for the young people.
And didn't Gavin Newsom say he's going to give free health care to illegal immigrants in your state?
Oh, yeah.
Gavin Newsome's the winner of my book.
It's just like Nancy Pelosi.
You ought to go on my Facebook.
I have her flying away on her broom.
Let me give you advice.
Sell your house, get as much money as you can before interest rates go higher, and follow your other Californians and get the hell out of there.
There's my best advice to you.
There are better places to live, and you'll see a difference, a dramatic difference.
It's amazing when I, and thank you for the call.
Maybe I go down to Florida.
Linda, do you know that the budget of Florida is less than half of New York?
Is it really?
Yes.
The infrastructure is a thousand times better.
Look at the treatment of COVID in Florida versus New York, the disaster that was New York.
Taxes, there's no state income tax in Florida.
Everything is cheaper in Florida.
And except for now, property, because everyone wants to move to Florida.
I go down there and I'm like, it is so dramatically better, including better weather.
On every level, it's incredible.
So let me ask you a question.
Go ahead, Clinton.
You take over.
Yeah, just a simple question.
I won't take over.
It'll be in the future.
Go ahead.
So you're saying that Florida has better weather.
We'd be next to the water.
Water.
We'd have sunshine.
We'd have fellow Republicans.
We wouldn't have to wear masks or socially distance.
We would be able to get monoclonal antibodies if we needed them.
We'd be able to send our school and have stronger parental rights.
And we'd pay less in taxes.
And we wouldn't have to wear winter coats.
Is that clear?
Well, if you're in northern Florida, you might need a winter coat like, you know, one thousand.
So I need a spring jacket here and there.
Spring jacket.
Okay, fine.
I can deal with it.
Whatever you want to call it.
But I'm going to southern Florida where it's really warm.
And occasionally you might need a sweater or jacket, whatever.
But no, you pretty much nailed it.
Sweater weather never bothered anybody, including me.
So I'm just asking the question.
I'm just asking.
You nailed it.
That's exactly right.
How's it wired?
Why are we here?
How stupid am I?
I just don't know why we're here.
I mean, literally across the street from our city.
You're not here.
You already left New Zealand.
Let's be honest.
Let's tell everybody.
You already left New York.
You're not in New York.
Well, I wouldn't say that I left New York.
I think it's a little more complicated than that, but that's for another day.
Okay.
Your residence is not in New York.
That's correct.
My residence is not in New York because New York is no longer the city that I love.
You know, the state is a hot mess.
I never loved it.
The state is a hot mess.
I did.
I did for a while.
I'm not going to lie.
You know, I had a lot of really good memories and times, but those were the Rudy Giuliani days where the city was clean, where police could do their job.
I mean, I was in the subway, you know, around Christmas time, and I got approached by four different people trying to take my stuff.
Now, fortunately, I'm a New Yorker and people don't take my things, but I could see somebody literally getting mugged in broad daylight on a subway platform, and everybody's so afraid they don't help each other.
Then you get on the subway, and it's filled with not get on a subway if you're in New York anymore.
It's really scary.
It's really, really scary.
I mean, they're pushing somebody like every day onto the platform in front of a train.
You can't even keep up with the reports.
It's horrible.
Let's go to Howard in Mississippi.
What's up, Howard?
How are you?
Glad you called.
All right.
Glad you answered me finally.
What's going on?
I just wanted to ask you a question about Biden going over there to get that oil from the Iranians and stuff.
Don't he have to approve all that through Congress before he can go do that?
You're saying that if there's a treaty, yes, you're 100% right.
Your knowledge of the Constitution is correct.
And that would require the Senate.
They have the sole power to approve.
They need a two-thirds vote any treaty negotiated by the executive branch.
The Senate doesn't ratify the treaties.
The Senate of the first Congress set the president for how they would handle it.
Under normal circumstances, under the law, executive agreements are not considered treaties for the purpose of the treaty clause of the U.S. Constitution.
So, in other words, they've built themselves a huge loophole to avoid that other branch of government, other co-equal branch of government.
And that's what they did with the first Iranian deal, and that's what they're going to do here.
So, the answer to your question is they should.
The reality is they won't, but that shouldn't surprise you because this entire administration is aiding and abetting lawbreaking every day.
So, why would we expect them to have any character at all?
All right, man.
Appreciate it.
Let's say hi.
Jim is in Washington State.
Jim, hi.
How are you?
Glad you called.
I've got a couple of things I'd like to mention.
I've been listening to you for years.
You're incredible.
You're very kind.
Thank you.
I agree with what you're saying.
But, you know, right now, all of us in the country are furious over multiple situations.
We've got the president's cognitive dysfunction.
We've got his and Hunter's financial compromise.
We've got inflation.
We've got open doors.
We've got governmental dishonesty.
We've got grade school educational issues.
We've imprisoned all the January 6th demonstrators while we've left all of the Portland and Minneapolis demonstrators.
574 riots, dozens of dead Americans, thousands of injured cops, billions in property damage.
There's no committee looking into that.
And nobody wants to ask Nancy Pelosi and Mayor Bowser why they didn't call up the guard that President Trump approved of on January 4th, up to 20,000 troops in anticipation of a lot of people going to be having, knowing a lot of people would be in D.C. on January 6th.
That's not part of the investigation because they have a predetermined outcome, as I said over and over and over again.
Sean, you're correct.
And we've got all this information, and I listen to you to hear this information.
But, man, we really need solutions.
There's got to be something that we can do.
Okay, I'm going to give you the short answer, okay?
Because only because we're running out of time, I could talk to you all day.
Short answer is we've got an election.
We'll start our election countdown in the summer.
And everybody needs to understand this is an inflection point, tipping point, whatever you want to call it.
All hands on deck.
Everyone's a spoke in the wheel.
Not one spoke is more important than the other.
And if we don't take back Congress this November, it would be a disaster for this country.
I don't know if we could ever recover.
I doubt it, actually.
