	Day number 118.
	Day 118 since Joe Biden abandoned Americans 13 days after he said he wouldn't do it.
	And here we are.
	He's turned the page 102 days since he's even mentioned the people that he left behind to the Taliban.
	And now we get reports.
	Afghan allies are being slaughtered in broad daylight in the streets.
	Women, girls have lost all rights, and Americans now trapped behind enemy lines.
	Thousands of green card holders, hundreds of Americans, and even military family members, we can't get them out.
	And Joe's not lifting a finger to get them out.
	It's just beyond sad.
	All right, let's get right to the economy.
	Now, yesterday on this program, I said I'm looking for two numbers to come out today.
	Two.
	One would be the consumer price index, which is an indication of where inflation is, that number.
	And the second, I was looking for the score by the, quote, gold standard, according to Democrats of the CBO, an estimate on how much their Build Back Better, you know, new Green Deal socialism reconciliation will be once you remove the accounting gimmicks that Democrats were insisting that we use, which are ridiculous.
	They basically are saying, oh, this is only going to be a program for one year when everybody knows that's a lie, that this is a 10-year program.
	Now, when I have told you about two other estimates that don't use accounting gimmicks, it was between 4.5, Penn Morton was, I believe, $4.8 trillion, the real cost.
	In other words, it wasn't 1.7, and it certainly wasn't zero either.
	So the CBO today published the estimate of the Democrats' tax and spend reconciliation bill.
	I got to give Lindsey Graham the majority of the credit here, the ranking member of the budget committee.
	And also in the House side, we have House Budget Committee ranking member Jason Smith of Missouri.
	And they demanded that it be scored without accounting gimmicks.
	Well, they got their answer.
	The true cost of Build Back Better, new Green Deal socialism is not $1.75 trillion.
	It's $4.9 trillion.
	And it's not free either.
	It's $3 trillion in new debt.
	Now, this was released from the House Budget Committee.
	Anyway, the analysis from the CBO confirms that Washington Democrats led by Biden and Kamala Harris and Pelosi and Schumer, it's going to cost nothing.
	It's not going to add to the debt.
	It's all going to be paid for.
	It's only $1.75.
	Can you imagine if this was, you know, you could double this.
	This would be over $10 trillion if it was their original plan of $3.5 trillion.
	Anyway, you get the analysis.
	Democrats have ignored all the independent analysis that we've been telling you about.
	In other words, we don't play games with numbers like this.
	We look at the true real cost and we don't use accounting gimmicks.
	Let's put it this way.
	If you, when you filled out your tax form this year, if you were to use the same type of math that Biden, Kamala Harris, Schumer, and Pelosi and the Democrats were using, you would end up going to jail for lying and cheating on your taxes.
	But when they do it, it's just, you know, a means to the ends for them.
	Now, Democrats have ignored all the independent analysis that we've been telling you about.
	It is exactly where Penn Wharton is.
	In the past, they've said it's the gold standard, meaning the Congressional Budget Office, supposedly nonpartisan.
	It is, it's just so beyond disrespectful and irresponsible what they have done here.
	They just lie.
	Why do they lie?
	They lie because the ends justifies the means.
	They have no problem lying to the American people.
	The cost will be zero.
	None at all.
	Because anything that they do or say in the name of this client cult religion of theirs is worth it.
	Their pursuit of socialism is worth it.
	To them, they know better than we, the American people, do.
	So they have been out there propagandizing and lying and misinforming the American people on purpose.
	Now, they're doing all of this at a time where we now have the highest spike in consumer prices.
	That's the consumer price index since 1982.
	That number came out today as well.
	Let me sum this up for the only one senator I'd like to hear from today is Joe Manchin.
	I want to know what Joe Manchin.
	Joe Manchin has been warning this is going to cost a lot more than they're saying and warning that this is going to be inflationary.
	Well, all the evidence that we need is now in.
	So I want to know if Joe Manchin is going to say, take the off-ramp that has been given to him today by both the Congressional Budget Office and by this 40-year high in consumer prices going up.
	I'll get to that in more detail in a second.
	In other words, they have provided the true cost of this bill.
	And the analysis is stunning.
	The lie is on a level of spectacular.
	Now, it doesn't surprise this audience that they lie.
	They've been lying to us for four years.
	Trump rush a collusion.
	You would think that only one riot occurred in 2020 or 2021.
	Well, forget about the whole 535 other riots that killed dozens of Americans, injured thousands of cops, resulted in billions in property damage, arson, and looting.
	We're not going to investigate that at all.
	We're only going to investigate the one riot where we can use it to purge the Republican Party of all things Trump.
	And to get there, we're going to kick off people like Jim Jordan and Jim Banks because Liz Cheney is on a mission to align herself with the people that called her father a war criminal, murderer, and a crook because she so hates Donald Trump and wants to purge the party of Trump.
	By the way, she's down in the latest poll in her district by 18 points.
	Good luck, Liz.
	And by kicking off Jordan and Banks, it's all a predetermined outcome, Donald Trump.
	Now, we have whistleblowers that came out this week that said that they were told to stand down while the capital was being invaded.
	And I've been clear from day one.
	We cannot allow our institutions to ever be compromised like this.
	We've got to protect every elected official.
	It has nothing to do with politics, just like we've got to protect our cities and like we've got to protect police precincts and police officers and we've got to protect innocent people in the country.
	And you're not going to do that with the Democrats' plan.
	Anyway, so this is what Build Back Better gets you.
	It gets you $4.9 trillion in spending, including $3 trillion in new debt, and the numbers are now in.
	It adds $266 billion in interest on the debt alone, when added to the top-line costs, brings the total to $5.1 trillion.
	That's the CBO analysis.
	Now, consumer prices came out today, and this shouldn't surprise anybody either.
	It's now at the fastest pace in four decades.
	A 40, well, technically 39-year high consumer price index rose 6.8% in November from a year ago.
	These numbers coming out of Biden's own labor department, and it makes this the fastest increase since June of 1982, when inflation hit 7.1%.
	Remember, Ronald Reagan had to bail out the economy.
	He inherited 21.5% interest rates, you know, double-digit unemployment.
	I mean, the worst economy, basically what the economy is turning into under Joe Biden, basically the same thing.
	Now, Manchin has been sounding the alarm on inflation.
	Now, what's going to happen?
	They say they want this done by Christmas.
	Now, so-called core prices, exclude more volatile measurements of food and energy, soared 4.9% up this year.
	It's a disaster for the American people.
	Increases for food and energy, the fastest 12-month gains in decades.
	Even the New York Times, remember they were telling us this is transitory.
	Inflation is transitory.
	No, it's not transitory.
	That's another great lie.
	Even the New York Times admitting Biden's bragging about his so-called economy is a crock.
	Offices remain eerily empty.
	This is from the New York Times.
	Airlines have canceled thousands of flights.
	Subways and buses are running less often.
	Schools sometimes call off entire days of class.
	Consumers waste time waiting in store lines.
	Annual inflation has reached its highest level in three plus decades.
	Does this sound like a healthy economy to you?
	Economists and pundits have been asking why Americans feel grouchy about the economy when every indicator, GDP growth, stock prices, unemployment, they look so strong.
	No, they don't.
	You know, every American's been feeling this, and they've just been lying to us about the economy as well.
	How does every American, who's getting hurt the most here?
	Poor Americans, middle-class Americans, they're struggling.
	A buck fifty more a gallon, Joe's policies, bringing in, you know, millions of illegal immigrants, just, you know, no COVID test, no vaccine mandates, preferential treatment, disperse to the city of your choice.
	And then, of course, the city, the taxpayers have to pick up the costs of, let's see, housing, health care, education, you name it, because he won't enforce the law of the land.
	He's aiding and abetting the law breaking.
	You know, it's sad for everybody.
	And the only way out of this would be for Joe to actually go back to the Trump policies.
	We could fix the economy.
	The first thing I would do immediately, I would shut off the spigot and the waiver to Vladimir Putin and tell him to get his troops off the border with Ukraine.
	And then I'd supply our Western European allies with cheaper natural gas than they're getting from Putin.
	That's what I would do.
	Take control of energy.
	It's the single best thing.
	You lower the energy costs.
	Guess what?
	It's going to do a lot to ease inflation.
	And, you know, the one-time release of the emergency oil reserves is not going to do the trick.
	A 40-year high consumer price index from a year ago, fastest increase since June of 82.
	Price increases widespread.
	Energy prices up dramatically.
	You know, up 33% year over year.
	Gas prices up 58.1% year over year.
	Food prices up dramatically year over year.
	Used car and truck prices, by the way, have you tried to buy a car lately?
	I have.
	It's a nightmare to get one.
	And by the way, those prices are up 31%.
	Labor Department even pointing out increases for food and energy, the fastest gains in decades.
	It's unbelievable.
	Now, are we going to get away with the latest lie that it's only $1.75 trillion?
	Or are we going to go with the real numbers that it's $5.1 trillion when you score it honestly and you eliminate accounting gimmicks?
	Are we going to lie to the American people and say inflation is transitory?
	Are we going to tell them the truth?
	Are we going to lie to the American people and blame OPEC, the cartel, as Jennifer Grandholm says, that controls the prices?
	Are we going to keep begging Putin and OPEC to increase production?
	Or will we go back to the sensible policies of energy independence that proved so successful under Donald Trump?
	You know why Joe Biden can't do that?
	Because he is now a hostage of the climate alarm-ism that is his entire party and new Green Deal socialist Marxist in his own party and statist.

	These are rich people's problems, I guess.

	All these people that lied.

	All the same people that got, that get every other case wrong.
	Even the people that just recently got the Rittenhouse case wrong.
	He's a white supremacist.

	No evidence ever emerged that he was a white supremacist.
	You know, the same people Ferguson, the same people, Cambridge police, the same people, Trayvon, George Zimmerman, the same people, Richard Jewell, the same people, UVA, the same people, Duke LaCrosse, the same people, Freddie Gray, Baltimore, the same people, Russia hoax.
	It's all the same people.
	Are they going to revise and extend their remarks and retract them and apologize for it?
	No, they're not.
	They're not going to lift a finger on it because they don't care about the truth at this point.
	Do you know over at MSDNC, I saw this on FoxNews.com, that the Jussie Smollett verdict, their primetime host, completely avoided the, they didn't mention it once.
	You know, and some of them were champions and this is outrageous and this is racist and this is what the typical Trump support is like.
	You know, fake news, CNN, you know, barely mention it also.
	You know, they've continued to treat, you know, Jussie Smollett with kid gloves.
	You know how damaging and dangerous this is?
	You know, first of all, it hurts victims, real victims of real crimes.
	You know, now people would dial their stories.
	And there's a reason it's one of the top 10.
	Thou shalt not bear false witness because it's so damaging.
	Let's see if he spends any time in jail.
	Anyway, we'll hit all aspects of that coming up.
	By the way, he can be charged now with lying to a jury for hours and hours on end because he doubled down on stupid in this whole thing.
	Now that we know the CBO score, I just want to know what Joe Manchin's going to do.
	The inflation jumping to the highest level in nearly 40 years.
	I mean, the highest level in 40 years.
	Bidenflation, we call it.
	Oh, it's only transitory.
	Another lie.
	Oh, they're not going to be here very long.
	We don't need to test people for COVID.
	Well, you should have bought your Christmas gifts earlier.
	You know, the supply chain is, that's actually a good thing for society.
	Those aren't riots.
	They're mostly peaceful protests that killed dozens of Americans and injured thousands of cops and caused billions of dollars in property damage.
	You know, by the way, just as a side note, because I know Liz Cheney doesn't want this committee because it doesn't work towards her goal clearly, which is to bludgeon Trump yet again and purge the Republican Party of all things Trump.
	We have at least 12 U.S. cities now broken annual homicide records for this year.
	Just like we had more COVID cases, more dead Americans from COVID in 2021.
	Great job, Joe.
	Anyway, over a dozen cities have already surpassed the milestone for killings in their city.
	Five top records that were set or tied just last year up even more this year.
	But this is what you get when you defund, dismantle the police.
	You know, if you want to know the cities, you can look at them.
	Philadelphia, Chicago, obviously, New York, of course.
	But then you got St. Paul, Minnesota, Portland, Oregon, Tucson, Arizona, the border area, Toledo, Ohio, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Austin, Texas, Rochester, New York, Albuquerque, New Mexico.
	I mean, a lot of people just fed up.
	Indianapolis, Columbus, Louisville, Toledo, Baton Rouge broke record set in 2020.
	St. Paul surpassed the record set in 1992.
	Anyone seem to care?
	Do you know the names of any of the people killed?
	Because I think I'm the only show on cable news that scrolls the names of people shot and shot and killed in Chicago.
	We've been doing that since the Biden-Obama years.
	You know, in New York, how does this cashless bail, no bail, work?
	How does, you know, cutting the police by a billion dollars, how's that working out for New York and L.A.?
	How's it working out for the rest of the country?
	It's not.
	You got Crooks stealing 40 firearms, a gun shop in California.
	Their crime wave continues.
	They got these smash and grab birth, you know, robberies going on everywhere.

	The only problem is 48% disagreed, meaning 48% agree with me because we've been saying it before anybody else.
	And I'm saying this before everybody else, too.
	He is declining right before our eyes.
	It's getting worse daily.
	You know, everybody says, well, what with Hannity?
	You keep saying, you know, Vladimir Putin and Russia, they're about to invade Ukraine, and you keep talking about China and Taiwan.
	And you're not talking about sending troops.
	And no.
	I'll tell you what I would do, though.
	I turn off the spigot.
	I take back the, you know, it was Joe Biden who approved Nord Stream 2.
	And then I'd start producing, out-producing the hell out of Russia, and I'd give, I'd sell our natural gas to our Western European allies, and I'd bankrupt Russia.
	That's what I would do if Putin didn't take his troops off the border.
	And in China, I'd make it very simple: put a total ban on importing any goods from China.
	Start producing everything here at home.
	You know, we now have a politicized Justice Department.
	It's even worse than Eric Holder.
	You know, it's, you know, Joe Biden lies a lot.
	The Afghanistan withdrawal was an extraordinary success.
	We keep getting one great jobs report after another.
	You know, Jim Crow voting reforms, he has more restrictive laws in his home state of Delaware.
	You know, then we have Merrick Garland as attorney general.
	He will restore honor and integrity and independence to the Department of Justice.
	Yeah, okay.
	Those are words.
	We now see the outcome of Joe Biden's pick of Merrick Garland.
	Federal judges, let's see.
	Everything that he does isn't quite working the way he wants.
	They've been blocked thanks to Trump appointees.
	They've blocked his drilling pause.
	They ended his eviction moratorium laws, his border policies.
	He now has to bring back the state of Mexico policy, not because he believes in it.
	The cruise ship rules that lost there too.
	The COVID bill tax policies and vaccine mandates he's losing.
	You know, unbelievable.
	These are tough times.
	Really worried about where we're headed as a country.
	I know many of you are too, and you know what?
	You should be.
	Nevada Democrats are switching to the GOP in droves.
	You look at the state, Democrat to Republican, 1,912.
	Republican to Democrat, only 736.
	Wow.
	That's pretty big.
	Anyway, Democrats are urging Joe Manchin to follow the example by Robert KKK Bird.
	Yeah, let's follow the former Klansman.
	But that's what they're doing.
	We're following Mark Meadows' suit against Pelosi and all the January 6th people.
	I think that's a good, valid lawsuit, and I hope they're successful on it.
	We now have some other bad stuff as it relates to Fauci.
	It's just a matter of not if, but when Americans will need a third jab, another vaccine mandate.

	He's been fully vaccinated and boosted.
