Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, is here to talk about states like Texas and Mississippi reopening and allowing small business and American commerce to take place again. With inflated numbers and extreme mandates, COVID-19 has shut down family businesses that have been in existence for 100’s years, displaced children from schools and educational facilities and separated loved ones from their families. The Senator will also touch base on HR-1 and what it would do to the voting rights of the American people. The Sean Hannity Show is on weekdays from 3 pm to 6 pm ET on iHeartRadio and Hannity.com. All right, glad you're with us.
Sean Hannity Show.
Write down our toll-free telephone number.
We would love to hear from you.
We'll get to your calls throughout our extravaganza today.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program?
I mean, I'm looking at the news today.
Spend a lot of time reading every day.
That's actually the most peaceful part of my day.
That and prayer time.
Got to have some downtime.
Just decompress.
You know, and I'm looking at, oh, we're going to have COVID passports.
I'm looking at, oh, all these people, we have a huge crisis on our border.
And there's just an outright denial by the DHS secretary and by Biden himself over what our own eyes show us.
Sort of like the writing that went on over the summer.
Oh, I'd like to report that tonight's, well, protests are mostly peaceful.
Fake news, CNN reporter Joe Smith reporting live at the scene.
Behind Joe's shoulder, basically the entire city's ablaze.
Same with MSTNC.
Just denying a reality.
Now we have 108 positives, people positive with COVID crossing the border.
You listen to the people that know the border, that are down on the border, they're all saying the same thing.
Then we're looking at woke culture.
I mean, I think one of the biggest FUs I've ever seen is that everybody's buying Dr. Seuss books.
It's the top-selling books on Amazon.com today.
Probably Amazon is going to cancel your ability to buy it.
So I guess you might want to get them now while you can.
I mean, it's pretty amazing.
This is even a story in New York magazine how many New Yorkers are fleeing, even Democrats, fleeing this new woke Democratic Party.
We'll get to that today.
I think the strangest moment of the week so far is the ever-so you know, cognitively struggling, weak and frail Joe Biden having a, I guess, a Zoom call with Democrats.
Then gets to, I guess I'm supposed to take questions and answers.
We're supposed to do questions now.
Is that the question?
I'm willing to take questions.
So I want to thank you all.
I really mean from the bottom.
I want to thank you.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Thank you.
I'm happy to take questions if that's what I'm supposed to do, Nance.
Whatever you want me to do.
Hello.
Hello, Joe.
Hello?
The staff pulls the plug.
Who's in charge here?
Who is in charge?
Who made the decision?
Who's controlling who here?
Biden AIDS cut him off from taking any questions after he, you know, he opens it up to questions.
He opened it up.
What am I supposed to do here?
You know, then like last week, it's like, oh, hang on, I got lost.
Oh, I know I did a thing yesterday.
I carry a card with me every day.
A card to the number was easy to remember, Joe.
Sadly, we lost in the worst pandemic since 1917 and 18, 500,000 Americans.
But don't worry, even though you failed to acknowledge it and denied it was even a reality, Donald Trump left you three vaccines.
If you can get your dopey blue state governors to get their act together and start distributing it so we stop hearing stories and reading stories about doses of the vaccine being thrown in the garbage, you know, we might get to herd immunity a little faster and getting our lives back to normal, not as you're predicting next year, but maybe sooner rather than later.
I mean, I could not believe they pulled the plug bars and tone because they're so afraid of this guy answering a question.
I mean, it is getting, it's getting way beyond bizarre now here.
When is this guy ever going to hold the press conference?
How is it March?
And we still don't have a date for the State of the Union address.
You know, it's 41 days, no solo press conference.
Now, even the media mob has to talk about it because it's embarrassing.
He's not going to deliver a speech to Congress until after the vote on the coronavirus $1.9 trillion fiasco that they voted for last night.
The biggest boondoggle bailout of blue states waste fraud and abuse bill ever in the history of this country.
I've never seen anything this bad, 33 years doing this.
Any one bill that is this bad in terms of misappropriating your taxpayer dollars the way this bill does, as we have been detailing.
Then, of course, followed up by HR1, which we'll get into more detail later in the program on that as well today.
There are now foreign news shows, they are now raising the questions about Joe's cognitive issues.
Okay, the cat's out of the bag.
You know, it's fascinating.
You know, it seemed like for a while that yours truly was the only idiot that was willing to state the obvious.
And that is all you need to do, go back and look at the Paul Ryan, Joe Biden debate that took place in 2012.
Compare that Joe Biden to today, or Joe Biden when he left office with Obama in 2000 and early 2017 and compare it to Joe Biden today.
And then I'm not making a medical diagnosis.
I'm not a doctor.
I would never do such a thing.
But he does look weak, frail, and there's no doubt it's incontrovertible.
He's struggling cognitively.
The idea that over 500 niggas, I have a card.
I carry a card with me every day with the total number of folks who have been affected.
Fully vaccinate 300 Americans by the end of the summer, the beginning of the fall.
But we want to make, look, that's, I want to repeat, it'll be enough to fully vaccinate 300 Americans to beat this pandemic.
300 million Americans.
Oh, okay.
I got in trouble when we're running against a senator who is a Mormon, the governor, okay?
We hold these truths to be self-evident.
All men and women created by the goal.
You know the thing.
Thing.
You know, you know, the thing.
What's on the card, Joe?
My name is Joe.
My wife's name is Jill.
I live at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
I mean, it's scary.
Now, there is a growing backlash.
Let me take you into the Hannity crystal ball here for a minute.
Let me tell you what's going to happen.
Because I know some of you are still, you know, you're just fed up.
I mean, it's been a hell of a news cycle.
33 years I've been doing this, and I got to tell you, it's never been like this before, the last five years.
And I know somebody say, I need a break.
You know what?
No, there's no time for a break.
There's not time.
Because what they're doing now is going to impact this country for generations.
So the sooner you re-engage, the better we're all going to be.
And by re-engage, I mean re-engage.
If they want HR1 that would unconstitutional as it is and usurp the power of state legislators, authority given written language in our Constitution, yeah, you might want to engage in that issue.
You might want to engage in the massive waste, fraud, and abuse of $1.9 trillion.
Then they want $2 trillion more for this new Green Deal as a down payment.
We don't have that kind of money.
This is madness.
This is the time.
Now, the way it's going to go down is this way, is that finally there's going to be all of this.
Now, people may not be as engaged as they were just before the election.
That's a normal part of the ebb and flow of watching political cycles.
I'm going to tell you, watching America transformed into a radical socialist utopia that is guaranteed to fail is going and seeing your civil liberties taken away and seeing massive tax increases.
It's all going to end with 75 million pretty pissed off Americans saying they've had enough and they're going to go out and vote.
And between now and the midterms in 2022, it will be a movement.
We saw it in 2010, the Tea Party movement.
I don't know what the name of the movement is going to be.
It's going to be real.
And it's inevitable.
I've never saw or witnessed such overreach in my life.
People are now beginning to see it.
A Monmouth survey released yesterday, voter disapproval of Biden's job performance jumped a full 12 points from where it was after he was just inaugurated.
That's just the tip of the iceberg, by the way.
If you look at a Harvard Harris poll that has come out on Biden's executive actions, something he said he didn't have the authority to do.
Yeah, 55% of we, the American people, disapprove of his order requiring schools to allow biological boys who identify as girls in their girls' sports and vice versa.
A lot of people have been making the prediction this will really harm Title IX and girls' sports opportunities and scholarship opportunities in school.
Same percentage disapprove of the president's decision to reduce deportations.
People coming into the country illegally, now they brought back catch and release.
If you look at what's happening at the border, now we're putting, well, they're hiding the kids in cages that they built in the Biden-Obama administration, and now they're just putting him in cargo storage containers.
They tell us with butterflies on the wall, with bars on the tiny windows, and they're saying it's lovely, but they won't let the press even go in and look at it.
Majority of people, overwhelming majority, disapprove of killing the Keystone XL pipeline and the jobs with it.
Again, executive action.
On the issue of repealing the travel ban, they disagree with executive order on Biden on that.
And they also disagree with the president's decision to end the construction, finishing the construction of the over 450 miles of border wall that Donald Trump built.
I mean, this is just the beginning.
But the question, you know, I'm looking at this thing yesterday.
I'm like, who the hell is making the decisions here?
If a president of the United States says, I'm taking questions, who cut him off?
Why are we not allowed to watch it?
Why isn't he holding a press conference?
Why did they cut the feed?
I'm happy to tweet questions if that's what I'm supposed to do.
Sorry that he spoke the truth for a second there.
When's he going to have a press conference?
When are we going to have a State of the Union address?
Why is foreign news media now raising questions about his cognitive issues?
Why did, you know, this is part of this new book, Lucky.
Yeah, you got to hide him in the basement bunker, your crazy uncle, as they call him.
Not my words, theirs.
Biden faces a backlash after calling Texas governor and the people of Mississippi and Texas Neanderthals.
The Montana governor just mocked Biden's comments.
You know, they've been removing the mask mandate as Neanderthal.
Well, these people want to work, Joe.
Get your Democratic governor buddies out there and get the vaccine in the arms because Trump handed it to you.
Three of them on a silver platter for crying out loud.
This is not that hard.
Look at what they're doing.
You go down to Florida, go to your local Publix, a grocery store to get your vaccine.
That's not the case in New York.
And you care so much about masks.
Maybe the next time you leave a podium, you should put yours on before shaking other people's hands and lead by example, Joe.
And if you care that much about COVID and the spread of it, well, maybe you should control the border and we ought to have more checks down by the border and stop your insane catch and release program because we have 108 cases already that of positive COVID patients.
And we showed video last night on Hannity of people that have been apprehended at the border.
They're sitting right next to each other.
No social distancing and none of them have a mask on.
And God only knows if the kids in the cargo container shipping boxes or the other kids in tents with tinfoil blankets, whether or not, you know, they're doing well.
I mean, they are racing to just jam all of this insane radicalism down America's throat.
D.C., Puerto Rican statehood.
Should we expand the Supreme Court?
Now we're going to move forward with the Green New Deal.
Now we've got $1.9 trillion.
We're going to bail out blue, irresponsible spending states.
What is going on here?
It's time to engage.
Time to engage.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hammond.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.

So Governor Abbott has responded and see NBC, the Biden administration's releasing illegal immigrants in South Texas exposed to COVID.
Why is he not doing COVID tests?
Why are you putting them in Putting people in detention centers sitting right on top of each other with no masks, no social distancing, and then implementing catch and release and then lecturing the American people, all of you listening, about you're a Neanderthal if you don't wear a mask.
Well, some of us would like to get back to work.
A lot of people have suffered long enough.
Can you distribute the vaccine?
Trump gave it to you.
Just distribute it.
And anyway, then I saw that Abbott brought back that.
That's the Neanderthal type approach, exposing Texans to COVID through illegal immigrants, which they're doing.
And it's not just Governor Abbott here.
You got Republican officials all around the country.
They are furious.
They're learning, you know, 6.
What, 8% of illegal immigrants released are infected with COVID?
North Carolina congressman demanding the North Carolina governor take action to protect our state.
I mean, what a hypocrite.
And it's not just North Carolina, it's New Jersey.
They catch released and send to other states and literally preparing.
Biden administration is now preparing COVID-carrying migrants for rapid release into America.
Okay, the facilities are rebranded reception centers.
Reception centers?
How about don't enter our country illegally?
Not just don't come now.
That's what the DHS secretary.
You can come, but just don't come now.
What kind of message is that?
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hammond and I'm Carol Markowitz.

All right, thanks, Scott.
Shout out in 25 till the top of the hour.
I mean, this is really.
I want you to listen to the madness because the madness is what it is.
You got your DHS secretary, a guy by the name of Mayorkas, and Biden said it when I think Peter Ducey threw out a last-minute question.
No, we don't have a crisis at the border.
Here's what Mayorkis said: We are not saying don't come.
We are saying don't come now because we will be able to deliver a safe and orderly process to them as quickly as possible.
Do you believe that right now there's a crisis at the border?
I think that the answer is no.
I think there is a challenge at the border that we are managing, and we have our resources dedicated to managing it.
Don't come now?
We're talking about people that are not coming into the country legally.
Why do we have laws?
Why do we have borders?
Why do we, I mean, this is madness.
Just don't come now.
We need a little extra time.
There's a story out today how ICE officials are telling immigration advocates and relief organizations they're ending long-term detention facilities.
The San Antonio Express News reporting facilities are now being rebranded as reception centers, the ICE officials stated.
The plan by Biden officials is to convert long-term family detention centers into Ellis Island-style rapid processing hubs with a stated goal of releasing migrant families into the U.S. interior within 72 hours, ending, of course, catch and release, according to the Washington Post.
ICE official telling staff members in an email reported by the Post that unaccompanied minors and families this year expected to be the highest numbers observed in over 20 years.
No wonder they're wearing Biden t-shirts.
Let us in.
Now, rightly, you know, Mr. Joe Biden, Mr. Mask himself, who walks away from the podium without his mask on to shake people's hands.
Oopsie Daisy, I forgot.
Let me check my card.
Am I allowed to leave the podium without wearing my mask?
Anyway, GOP officials sounding the alarm because now this catch and release means they're being released into all states.
And Governor Abbott's right.
What's Neanderthal and dumb is, you know, for a guy lecturing on COVID and mandating masks and supporting draconian shutdowns, you would think that maybe you'd secure the southern border.
Now, I'm not trying to be mean.
I don't care.
I'm all in favor of legal immigration, legal immigration.
We have laws for a reason.
Make sure people don't have radical ties.
Now, in light of COVID, health screening would be a good idea.
Considering they have 108 positives, now they're releasing them into every state.
Well, whoa, that's like a super spreader.
It's unbelievable.
And now we're going to just say we're not going to respect our laws, our borders, our sovereignty as a country?
What?
And M. Hope will put an amnesty plan in place that would allow people to be citizens in three years.
Oh, let's see.
Oh, during election year, of course.
Why not?
Hopefully, people will appreciate the great gift of getting citizenship from the Democratic Party.
Unbelievable.
Governor Abbott saying, yeah, that's Neanderthal.
No wonder that Biden's disapproval rating is down as low as it is.
GOP officials around the country are sounding the alarm.
They're like, are you kidding me?
You have leaked documents show border crisis overwhelming U.S. resources.
No wonder they, look, they built the kids.
They built the cages that they put the kids in.
It wasn't Trump.
Then they claimed and they feigned moral outrage.
And the mob and the media was showing pictures in 2018 of video taken in 2014 because the cages for kids was built by Biden and Obama.
Now we got kids in cargo container ships.
Unbelievable times.
We have Senator Cotton now out there saying that, you know, this is promoting the super spreading of COVID after migrants are released into the U.S. Testing positive.
California, United Socialist Utopia of California spending $28 million to help Joe Biden bring illegal immigrants into the U.S. They're actually paying to bring illegal immigrants in.
The report that has come out, Senate Democrats are going to fund COBRA under I-COBRA subsidies for laid-off workers.
Americans, great.
I can appreciate that.
People, through no fault of their own, are fellow Americans suffering worst pandemic since 1917, 18.
I'm cool with that.
But that's only 9% of this boondoggle.
The rest of it is big blue states with irresponsible fiscal governors getting bailouts and money for bridges and tunnels and every other pet project that they have.
But part of it now is apparently they're going to fully subsidize the health care coverage for illegal immigrants in this bill.
No wonder why we're going to be bankrupt by the end of all of this.
Democratic Party's gone nuts.
I'm telling you, it was a New York Post article about how you have an Obama campaign veteran liberal data analyst reporting Democrats increasingly becoming a party of, I call them coastal elites, college-educated white Americans whose hard-left views aren't fully shared by the African-American and Hispanic communities they claim to champion.
Now, I'm telling the Republicans, when I started in this crazy business of mine and Ronald Reagan was president, you know, Republicans would win California.
And frankly, Arizona, Nevada, not a problem.
Virginia, the Commonwealth.
George Allen was the governor not that long ago.
Then we used to win Pennsylvania fairly easily.
And Wisconsin and Michigan were states that we could win.
That electoral map is shrinking.
Let the Democrats be the party of coastal elites.
Let them be the party of New York, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., L.A., San Francisco, California, Oregon, and Washington State.
They've got to be the party of working, hardworking men and women in this country.
And the conservative agenda works.
We learned that in the last four years.
Lower taxes, more liberty, more freedom, limited government, ending burdensome government bureaucracy so business can thrive in this country.
That's what led to record low unemployment for every social demographic group in the country.
African Americans, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, women in the workplace, youth unemployment, African American youth unemployment.
Donald Trump did that, not Obama, not Biden.
It doesn't work through redistribution.
Secure our borders, give us energy independence, the lifeblood of the world's economy, and make sure we're not dependent on countries that hate our guts for energy because prices are already going through the roof.
We're feeling it at the pump, and we're feeling it in home heating prices, and you'll feel it in home cooling prices.
Then Republicans need to get smart.
If Democratic big blue states won't resolve issues involving safety and security and law and order, they need to do it.
If they won't fix the broken down, dilapidated, corrupt school system in these big blue states like New York and California, well, they need to offer every single American school choice.
And the Republican Party needs to become the party that will be law and all of these things.
This will work.
Constitutionalists on the bench, free and fair trade, peace through strength.
It's not complicated to be a conservative.
I'm breaking it down as simply as I possibly can.
That is the America First, Make America Great Again, Reagan contract with America, Trump conservative agenda.
It's not complicated.
And if you want to run for office, you ought to be able to articulate that in a minute or less.
It's a pretty simple, but yet profound agenda.
And we've got to reach out into all of these cities that don't have law and order.
Go in and many are predominantly minority neighborhoods.
Protect our fellow citizens.
Provide their children with good schools so they get the quality education that they deserve that they have been denied by decades of mismanagement from liberal Democrats.
You do that and you'll get your power back.
You don't do it, you're going to lose again.
It's that simple.
But on top of that, you need to fix the election laws and not let HR1, which we'll get into with Rand Paul today, and not let HR1 circumvent our U.S. Constitution and usurp what is the stated authority and power of state legislatures.
And these 20 attorneys generals around the country now that are fighting back against HR1, they will win.
But you may want to contact a United States Senator and say no on HR1, no on the $1.9 trillion disaster of which only 9% goes to COVID relief.
This is madness.
You know, we got the, you know what, I actually, I do love the American people, though.
I got to tell you this.
They just crack me up.
Linda, I don't know if you saw this today.
You know what the number one best-selling books on Amazon are right now?
Canny Hope, Dr. Seuss.
I see number one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten are on the top of Amazon's bestseller list.
As it should be.
You got to love the American people because that's their way of saying F you.
Kind of giving them the middle finger.
Exactly right.
American people are cool people.
And the American people like to think for themselves.
We don't need Biden who can't remember his own name to tell us ours.
We don't need every, this is the, you know, I know there's an allure to free.
Everything's free, free, free.
And it gives people this false sense of security.
And, well, they're going to provide me my government job and health care and wage and pre-K and college and student loan forgiveness and healthy food guaranteed.
We really want guaranteed government healthy food because I'd rather have a quarter pounder with cheese, a fry and a Coke and a pizza.
Did you see what they fed the troops?
Yeah, I know.
How disgusting was that?
I'm like, you heard what's happening at the border, too, right?
What are we serving down there?
So we're serving better food at the border for illegal immigrants.
I'm going to bust the blood vessel and I'll start talking like Joe.
And what I'm hearing from the front lines, from people who are saying, like, hey, we can't go on the, we can't tell you because we don't want to get fired.
We work for Border Patrol.
But they're handing out cell phones.
They're fronted by taxpayer dollars.
I guess they had leftover Obama phones and they're handing them out.
You know, I can't believe, you know, MSDNC, fake news, CNN, they are what they are, right?
We're not part of this cancel culture crap.
They can say whatever they want out there.
Apparently, Joy Reed tweeted out that conservatives would love to, quote, openly say the N-word and felt oppressed because they couldn't be openly racist.
I'll say it again.
People on the right would trade all the tax cuts for the ability to openly say the N-word like in the good old days.
No, Joy, that's not true.
That is a lie.
Because I am a conservative.
And anybody that thinks like you are describing, I want nothing to do with in my life or want them to have nothing to do with the conservatism that I just outlined here.
That is not true.
That is a lie.
Any human being with a soul finds racism repugnant.
Newsbusters put out, apparently, more other inflammatory language.
You know, guests accusing red states of hating African Americans or black people unless they're in factories.
Wow.
Unbelievable.
No, I want one United American family.
Can we just have that?
You know, is anyone going to stick up for Clarence Thomas?
You have Clarence Thomas, in his own words, used to be on Prime Video.
It was removed, apparently, from Prime Video, according to a report that just came out.
Have you seen it?
I haven't seen that yet.
No, but I read it.
My grandfather's son.
I loved his book.
I got to see it.
Created Equal is literally the Justice and Ginny.
Tell me how I can order it later.
Fantastic.
You know, Mr. Potato Head, that's what we're going to fuck.
Mrs. Potato Head.
They're going to cancel.
Even Kimmel said canceling Dr. Seuss is how Trump gets re-elected.
No, it's the whole radical socialist extremist agenda that's going to guarantee electoral success if Republicans stick to the simple principles that, for example, I just outlined.
Unbelievable.
New York Public Library is going to keep all of its doctor books circulating.
Let's see how long the movement is to burn those books.
You know, these are just amazing times we live in.
Really amazing.
What books are we going to cancel next?
Who are we going to cancel next?
You know, I'm looking at this agenda of Biden and I'm like, it's pretty amazing.
You know, you got this horrible $1.9 trillion fiasco.
You see what's happening at the border.
Now they're looking at, as I told you they would, Puerto Rico statehood along with D.C. statehood, so they have a Senate majority in perpetuity.
Then you've got House Democrats introducing the bill to provide citizenship to millions.
You got now the movement to attack our Second Amendment rights.
You got bypassing the Constitution with H.R. 1.
Then you got ending all energy independence, sending out pink slips to people in the energy sector, high-paying career jobs.
Then Biden's trying to force South Korea into giving $7 billion to Iran.
I'm like, you got to be kidding me.
I can't even believe what I read.
What is happening to our great country?
It's 41 days.
We got a lot to ask you, Joe.
It's been 42 days, actually.
You set a hundred-year record as of now for not giving a press conference.
He tried yesterday, and all we got was bars and tone instead.
And now we have world leaders and world media now beginning to talk about Joe Biden.
Is everything okay with him?
Oh, boy.
Those are troubled waters we're navigating through.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.
We've been in political media for a long time.
Long enough to know that it's gotten, well, a little insane.
That's why we started Normally, a podcast for people who are over the hysteria and just want clarity.
We talk about the issues that actually matter to the country without panic, without yelling, and with a healthy dose of humor.
We don't take ourselves too seriously, but we do take the truth seriously.
So if you're into common sense, sanity, and some occasional sass.
You're our kind of people.

So down a verdict with Ted Cruz Now, wherever you get your podcasts.
And I have been fighting for $15 an hour minimum wage since the beginning of time, it feels like.
We have to increase minimum wage.
And we are going to fight for that.
We're not going to give up the fight, even though the parliamentarians said that it can't stay in our bill, but it is one of my biggest priorities.
I just want to follow up.
Given that parliamentarian rule, will you use your authority as vice president to include it in the release bill anyway?
Well, listen, we were very disappointed in the parliamentarian rule, but we are committed to working with Congress to determine the best path forward.
And the bottom line is nobody in our country should work a full day's work and work 40 hours a week and live in poverty.
Hour two, Sean Hannity Show, glad you're with us.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
Biden celebrating the House Democrats passing this disaster that I've been telling you about, H.R. 1.
It's not a good bill, and he is vowing to work to refine and advance this legislation.
The vote pretty much along party lines.
All Republicans voting against the bill, joined by one Democrat, Representative Benny Thompson of Mississippi, the only Democrat to vote against this thing.
We have gone over this in great specificity and great detail.
It would include automatic voter registration, no voter ID laws at all whatsoever.
It would expand out Election Day in perpetuity pretty much in every state.
It would allow felons to vote, and it would be an unmitigated ultimate disaster.
And that would predictably result, even the New York Times acknowledged this and the Baker Commission after 2000 and the fiasco down in Florida in a lot of fraud and nobody will have confidence in the outcome of the results.
The question is whether or not this bill would ever be able to pass in the Senate.
They need 60 votes to overcome the filibuster, the legislative filibuster, assuming that Joe Manchin, who said what part of I'm not changing my vote, don't you understand, and Senator Sinema out in Arizona hold the line on not abandoning the filibuster rule in the Senate.
Anyway, Senator Ram Paul is with us to talk about this and other issues as well.
Sir, how are you?
Very good, Sean.
Thanks for having me.
Any chance this passes in the U.S. Senate?
Let's hope not.
It's a terrible bill.
And not only the things you mentioned, automatic registration, no voter ID, but I think it also takes us to mail-in ballots, that the entire election will be by mail.
And it federalizes elections.
You know, our founding fathers said that the time, place, and manner of the elections would be determined by the states.
This has always been a state issue, just like the Electoral College is a state issue.
So this is a terrible, terrible bill.
Might, you know, Biden says he wants to transform America.
This will transform elections and ensure that Biden and his ilka are elected time and time again.
They're not doing this for any kind of sort of benign love of the country.
They're doing this strictly for power and strictly to get elections where there are so many ballots mailed in that nobody could possibly verify who they're from.
I mean, the idea that they would do this, and I forgot to include one other thing, which was signature verification.
I've been making the same constitutional argument that you've made.
And now we have 20 attorneys generals around the country that agree with both of us and are arguing, no, you're not allowed to, in Congress, usurp the constitutional authority of state legislatures.
Yeah, and the thing about it is, inherently, it's harder to verify, even verifying signatures.
So it is inherently better to validate and more easy to validate in-person voting.
And think about it.
It's not that complicated.
You don't even need complicated equipment.
You need a Republican and a Democrat judge sitting at a table in a precinct with a list of those who are eligible to vote.
People come in, show their ID, and sign in.
If 1,500 people vote, you should have 15 ballots, 1,500 ballots at the end of the day.
And each of the people should have a signature.
And so, I mean, just having a Republican and Democrat sit there really does police the election for in-person voting.
But imagine that, you know, moveon.org shows up with 100,000 ballots and dumps them on the desk.
And maybe coincidentally, they just come in at 2 in the morning.
And all of a sudden, drip by drip, the election kind of slides away from you.
And that's what we didn't like about the last election.
These huge drops of mail-in voter ballots where no one could possibly, you couldn't verify their signatures in a month, you know.
And so then they say, oh, you've missed all the deadlines.
So, no, I hope that the filibuster holds.
I hope that Manchin and Sinema will stay with us on the filibuster.
And then what happens is there are not 60 votes for this.
Are there any Republicans?
I mean, are you going to get Romney or Ben Sasse or Lisa Murkowski?
Would they join with the Democrats on this?
I would say that there are always Republicans, no specific names, but always Republicans that are wobbly and weak need.
And we always have to be concerned for that.
But on this particular issue, I'm not so sure I've seen evidence that we're going to be having trouble with the wobblies.
But, you know, we added on Obamacare, and some of the aforementioned people on Obamacare deserted us.
And so, you know, we do have to be careful, and people need to give them pressure from home.
You know, I mean, we lost seven Republican senators who voted to repeal Obamacare when Obama was president.
And then when Trump became president and we could have actually repealed it, seven Republican senators changed their vote.
And that is disappointing.
I include me among the disappointing.
By the way, you and I talked about that at the time.
In 2015, there were seven Republican senators that voted for a straight repeal of Obamacare.
And then when it really mattered in 2017, two years later, the exact same bill, seven Republican, weak Republican senators, they changed their vote.
So all that was in 2015 was a show vote in my mind.
Yeah, and these people all ran on it.
They asked electors, election, they asked voters for their vote.
They asked people for saying they were for repealing Obamacare.
And so I think really, you know, there should be consequences if you don't keep your word.
And we have Obamacare today because of weak need Republicans.
We always knew the Democrats were against, you know, were for keeping Obamacare.
But the same is true now.
And people need to write your senator if you think there's a possibility that he would vote for this HR1, write to them and say, absolutely not, or we're bringing you home.
And so we need lots of letters to come to Republicans to give them the strength to stand up to this terrible, terrible Nancy Pelosi bill.
All right.
Now let's go to the $1.9 trillion non-COVID relief bailout bill, which is a blue state bailout bill.
By the way, credit to Senator Ron Johnson, your colleague.
He's going to have all 600 pages read in the Senate, which I thought was smart.
Only 9% of the monies are actually earmarked to go for COVID emergency relief, which I'm fine with for the people that need it desperately, and they've delayed it and delayed it and delayed it.
A lot of the monies aren't spent until after 2022 or 2024 even, billions of dollars.
And we know that this is also going to bail out and reward blue states that elect high-taxing, big spending, budget-busting governors and legislatures.
And the bill's going to be paid for by red states that elect fiscally responsible representatives and governors that balance their budgets, live within their means, pay off, pay down their pensions.
And this can't happen.
The only problem with this, though, is they have a process they can use once a year on budgetary matters.
It's called reconciliation.
Is that a possibility?
They'll try and ram it through that way.
Maybe.
But if you want to see something truly spectacular, it's we're going to go to the Senate floor and Ron Johnson's going to stand up and demand they read the bill.
And what a hero.
What a great day for anybody who is mad at big government taking over your life and telling you what to do and spending your kids' money.
What a great day.
We aren't going to win ultimately, but we're going to make these schmucks read the entire bill.
They probably haven't read the bill.
They haven't given it to me yet.
And in fact, since we can do this, it had in the past been forbidden.
This Senate, they are not forbidding it.
I'm thinking we should have a lot of bills read because I'm sick and tired of having 5,500-page bills that nobody reads, that we get in the dead of night.
So, you know, kudos to Ron Johnson for making them read the bill.
When you look at the amount of monies that are spent here now, they're talking about another $2 trillion.
Look, Senator, I'll give a lot of leeway.
You and I were penny plan supporters for a long, long time.
By the time we ever get to really dealing with budgetary issues and debt and the deficit, we're going to need a 25-cent penny plan, if you will, because this gets to a point now where we are burdening generations from now with such massive debt that we'll never be able to balance a budget again, will we?
Five years ago, we could balance the budget by just freezing spending.
Then four years ago, we could balance it by cutting one penny.
Two years ago, I had to cut two pennies, 2% to balance the budget.
This year, it's over.
It's somewhere between 2 and 3 cents this year to actually balance the budget.
And that's balancing it in five years.
It's not even balancing it one year.
It's balancing at the end of five years if you cut three pennies out of each dollar.
So it is getting worse.
And Republicans and Democrats are the problem here.
You know, Democrats don't care at all about the deficit.
Republicans claim to, and then about half of them won't.
So I introduced this penny plan budget.
I got more votes than I've ever gotten.
I got 29 votes this time.
And that's over half the caucus.
That is so sad and pathetic.
You know, you've really, I've been watching you, and I've known you for a lot of years.
You seem to have really come into your own in the Senate.
There's a few of you guys that are stepping up.
I think you've stepped up quite a bit.
Ron Johnson has been pretty amazing as well.
I think Lindsey Graham has stepped up on a lot of important issues.
And a few others now, Ted Cruz is another one.
But, you know, all these other Republican senators, why are they always so quiet?
Why when we invite them on my radio or TV show, they have no interest in coming on.
Can you explain that?
I think some Maxi may sort of be Republican a name only.
Some of them are so much a part of the establishment.
I'll give you another example.
I introduced an amendment to try to bring home some of the foreign aid welfare that we send to other countries and put it into fixing our roads and bridges.
We just had a big power outage in Texas.
We had some of it in Kentucky.
We got plenty of money, but we're spending it in other countries.
$50 billion a year in Afghanistan.
But I had a budget amendment to get rid of the $26 billion in foreign aid, excluding Israel.
And guess what I got?
Eight votes.
Seven Republicans, no Democrats, eight total.
But if you were to ask your listeners, how many of you that are listening to Sean Hannity today would vote to bring home that foreign aid money and spend it here at home?
I'll bet you it's nearly 100% vote.
What do you think of this for this rapid, precipitous change in perceptions of people?
You know, people at one point, Governor Cuomo had an 87% approval rating when he was in the middle of doing his PowerPoint presentations.
When sugar hit the fan in New York, when I mean at its worst moment, and I was right here in the middle of it, when it was getting so bad of March of last year and late March and April, it was a senator, it was an unmitigated disaster.
There were people lined up in the hallways.
They didn't have beds for enough people.
It was bad.
And it was Donald Trump that came in and built the hospitals, converted them to COVID capability, manned the hospitals, provided all the shields, gloves, masks, gowns, ventilators, everything that was needed, sent in the hospital, Navy hospital ship.
80% of those beds stayed empty.
And governors like Cuomo, then we saw the same thing in Michigan, horrible decisions in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, governors there.
And then now, you know, Ron DeSantis, you compare his record, Governor Abbott's record in Texas, Governor Christy Noam's record, all these great Republican governors.
Then California, another unmitigated disaster.
You know, Mr., I love to dine out while the rest of you eat cake, new so moves.
Now got 1.9 million people signing a recall petition.
And my question to you is a lot they still keep these states shut down.
They still haven't learned a darn thing.
Well, and the left-wing media needs to admit that the highest death rate in the world is New Jersey.
The second highest death rate in the world is New York.
And so none of the policies.
I think we need to always remember that this is mother nature.
This virus came from nature.
It's not man's fault.
And we do the best we can, but we shouldn't laud people like Cuomo and Murphy for doing a good job when they had the worst death rate in the world.
So every day they've gone after DeSantis.
Every day they've gone after Florida.
Every day they've gone after southern states that are more free.
And they have much lower death rates.
And so it's really, you know, I guess what was most galling was when Cuomo started putting out these posters of himself lauding that he had conquered the mountain.
But we reminded him: the mountain is dead people.
You say you've conquered a mountain.
That mountain was dead people that died in your state, and you should bear some responsibility instead of bragging how great you are.
So I think he's getting his come-uppins now, and it couldn't happen to a more deserving person.
All right, Senator Rampole, thanks for checking in with us.
It's one of the few brave people that would dare come on our radio or TV show and actually say something and keep up the fight.
We need your voice.
And if you could stop this $1.9 trillion boondoggle, this is an unmitigated disaster of waste, fraud, and abuse.
Anyway, sir, thank you.
We'll be watching today.

I'm 25 till the top of the hour, 800-941.
Sean, you want to be a part of the program?
As promised, we're going to get to our busy calls as we start in the United Socialist Utopia of New York.
Tom is next.
Tom, welcome to the program, sir.
Hey, thank you, Sean.
I just wanted to say how typical and pathetic Governor Cuomo's apology was yesterday, if you can even call it that.
You know, per usual, the way that he kind of gets aroused by having power, whether it be over the people of New York that he's done such a terrible job with us throughout this whole pandemic or over these poor women, he shifts blame to somebody else, just like he always does.
So I don't know if he was trying to insinuate that his father, being Italian, made it customary and usual to grab these poor girls.
And, you know, that's not even close to what anything is, but he's usually doing his same old tricks, shifting blame and doing what is totally unacceptable, as you can see from the pictures and the statements.
If you look at the front cover of the New York Post today, and the Daily News was equally as hard and harsh about this ridiculous, the crocodile tears, they called it.
And you got a picture of Andrew Cuomo in what looks like a bar area.
I think most people by now have probably seen the picture.
And a young girl.
And it looks like he grabs her by the back of the neck, like with both hands, in what is extraordinarily, to me, an aggressive, you know, it's not like, oh, you touch somebody in the arm or shoulder and you're having a conversation or something.
Nothing is normal or natural as that.
I never, then they have the headline, I never touched anyone inappropriately.
It looks inappropriate to me.
Just like all the hair sniffing of Biden and all the weird, creepy touching and kissing of Biden.
So look, you know, one of the things, you got to understand this.
You want to shut somebody down in an argument.
You know, just call them a name.
You're racist.
This is a slur against Italian, Irish, Americans, whatever you want to say, just to shut people up.
Because nobody wants to be called awful and horrible things.
But that is a tactic that people use.
Now, look at the case of what they did to Kavanaugh versus the near-utter silence of the I Believer caucus.
It's the same thing.
It's what's sad about this and what it most reveals is you have something as serious and significant as sexual harassment in the workplace or sexual assault.
And you're now using it, weaponizing it, but as a political weapon.
Well, it tells me that it can be used interchangeably.
You'll feign outrage in one case, but you'll give a pass in another case, depending on what one's political beliefs are.
It's the game that they play, but it's not a game when it's a serious issue, is it?
No, and that's part of the issue is that unfortunately, these things didn't just happen last week as well.
These are things that have been going on for so long, and now that people don't need Pomo anymore to get rid of Trump, they're just pushing him to the side just like everybody else.
From the beginning, he's held New York hostage to try and get what he wants because he failed as a governor, and he's going to continue to do it as long as he can until we get rid of him.
You know, obviously, he doesn't think he's going to go anywhere.
We'll see.
This effort to remove him is being led by the Democrats.
We'll see where this ultimately ends.
I think that we've hit a tipping point with him and the straw that broke the camel's back.
I think Democratic Representative Kim going out there and saying he threatened me, and then you see the New York Times aggressively going after him.
My interpretation of all that is this is a lot of stuff has been happening for a long time, and people now finally feel, I guess, courageous enough to speak out about it.
But we'll find out more, I'm sure, in the days and weeks to come.
I don't think this is over by any stretch.
Tom, thank you.
800-941, Sean Zach, Arkansas, next Sean Hannity Show.
What's up, Zach?
How are you, sir?
Doing well.
How are you today, Sean?
You're about to elect a great governor in a year or so, and her name is Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
Yes, the reason for my call today, I just want to bring up or touch on the fact that with the whole Dr. Seuss, I say cover-up, but it's deviation, trying to get people not pay attention to the things that are actually going on around us right now.
Because this is on the same week that the H.R.1 bill was being put to vote, and everyone's tied up in what is media cover-up pretty much and not paying attention to the true facts coming out about the COVID numbers.
I mean, we have countless thousands that show up dead now in New York under their governor's care.
You have the double standard we believers that now that they don't need him anymore, they're just saying, hey, okay, he did what he did, and we need to know more about it, not the fact that one person came forward, and why isn't he being taken care of because of that one person coming forward?
You know, I think they just want to do everything on the socialist hip parade wish list as quickly as they possibly can.
And I think they think they can walk and shoe gum at the same time.
Look, this cancel culture thing is real.
What's ironic is the people also have a say.
And the fact that all the Amazon bestsellers today happen to be Dr. Seuss books, it kind of cracks me up because it shows the American people not going to buy into this indoctrination.
Now, while simultaneously, you know, so much for the phrase justice for all, because Amazon reportedly removed a documentary on Clarence Thomas, a Supreme Court justice, from its prime video service in February during Black History Month.
And I'm not exactly sure why, but the platform added the documentary in October 2020, then suddenly removed it, according to the Wall Street Journal.
And Amazon continued to provide documentaries on its platform for more liberal figures, despite having removed, created equal Clarence Thomas in his own words.
So you have to think and wonder about that.
There was an interesting comment by Kimmel, not really a friend of mine, but anyway, warning that the canceling of Dr. Seuss is how Trump gets re-elected.
There is some truth in exactly what he's saying here, but it's much bigger than that.
What he's implying is that that would be the straw that breaks the camel's back.
It's not that.
It's all of it misappropriating 1.9 trillion U.S. dollars, putting radicals in place, firing people from high-paying career jobs on energy and everything in between.
If you look at the poll that I mentioned earlier in the program and what is going on and how people are reacting to Biden's executive actions, they've had it.
Harvard Harris pollout.
Americans disapprove of his ordering schools to allow biological boys who identify as girls in the girls' sports.
The same percentage disapprove of Biden's decision to reduce deportations to people in the U.S. that came here illegally.
By a large margin, people oppose him killing the Keystone XL pipeline.
Even on the issue of repealing the travel ban, they disapprove of the president's decision to end construction of the border wall.
A sizable majority think, actually, this one surprised me that what happened at the Capitol on January 6th is being used by politicians to suppress legitimate political movements and being a threat to freedom.
So let me tell you how this is going to end.
You want to take a look in the Hannity crystal ball here and tell how this is going to end.
Absolutely.
There's going to be all of this combined will result in 75 million pissed off already Americans finally saying they've had enough.
And then what happened in the election in 2010, if you recall, the lead up to that was something called the rise of the Tea Party movement.
Now, is it going to be called the Tea Party movement?
I don't know.
Is it going to be a movement similar to absolutely.
Will the same media mob figures say this is outrageous and want to call everybody that does not like this hard lurch to the radical left and radical socialism?
Will they call those people every name in the book, even though they just want limited government, freedom, lower taxes, less government intervention, secure borders, energy independence?
Will they call them every name in the book?
Yes, they will.
There's my prediction.
What do you think the odds are I might be right on this?
I say it's very strong.
Very strong.
I hope it is.
Yeah, well, listen, this is why, you know, look, for a lot of people, this election has been very hard psychologically to get over.
And we've been through a rough five years.
I mean, it has been a news cycle like I've never seen in 33 years of doing this.
But I think some people will take a little bit of a rest.
They won't be as engaged, but they're watching.
They know what's going on.
They don't like it.
And everything that we predicted would happen is happening.
And then people are going to say they've had enough.
That's my prediction.
Thanks, Zach.
Appreciate it.
North Carolina, Doug, next, Sean Hannity Show.
How are you, Sean?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
I just was listening to you and Mr. O'Reilly yesterday, and he hit it.
By the way, don't you think Bill is a simple man?
I think it's a simple man.
I think he's got it right.
By the way, he's not simple.
I don't care how many times he says it.
He's one of the most complicated people I've ever met.
But anyway, it's a little bit.
Exactly.
Leonard Skynyrd.
I just want to thank you guys.
Actually, all you guys from up north.
I'm a builder down here in North Carolina.
And Sean, we have never been busier.
I mean, it's just a mass exodus from New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania.
I have three homers from Pennsylvania.
It's amazing down here.
We can't get the supplies, and we are losing lots.
We're having a hard time finding lots down here.
It's crazy.
Let me tell you something, Doug.
The idea that they don't have lots, one thing the American people are going to want.
You know what I mean?
You know, we're not really complicated as a people.
We want liberty.
We want freedom.
I explained conservatism.
It's pretty simple.
When you break it down to it's bare bones.
What do we want?
And, you know, one of the big things people want is a piece of the American dream.
The only way you get that is if you get up every day, you work hard.
You take your God-given talent.
You provide goods and services for others.
And then your hope one day is, yes, I'll never forget the day, Doug, I got my first home.
People want that.
The idea that somehow the government is going to take care of all of that natural stress and provide all of these things for you, that is the big lie.
Socialism has never, ever, ever fulfilled that promise.
Capitalism has fulfilled it again and again and again.
And those people that have those dreams, they're now, the more the government takes, the more of your freedom and liberty and choices to buy that lot or home go away.
Make sense?
Absolutely, Sean.
Absolutely.
Every one of these people are hard workers.
And, you know, it took a lot for me to even go out on my own.
I've only been out of my own.
You know, I worked for big corporations and been out of my own for a couple years.
And I took a chance.
And, you know, I. You should be.
And by the way, how do you feel about yourself as a person?
When you achieve something on your own, I tell my kids this all the time.
I know this is going to sound a little harsh.
I'm like, I'm not, you know, dad's worked in his life.
And yeah, I could leave you some money and you could probably sit on your ass all day, but I'm not going to do that because you have, you have, like, you have to get up every day and provide goods and services for others or else you're not leading a full life and finding your true potential, whatever God made you to be.
I really believe that.
Am I wrong or am I right on that?
Oh, you're 100% right on that.
Can you imagine my poor kids are looking at me like, gee, thanks a lot, Dad.
Thanks a lot.
My daughters hear the same thing, Sean.
So absolutely.
Absolutely.
I'm like, you know what?
Get up, go live your life.
Find your talent.
Live it to find what makes you happy to do every day that you're good at and make money at it.
That's what you should try to do.
And you found it in your life.
And by the way, we really congratulate you, Doug.
Good for you.
I'm proud of you.

Well, all over the tabloids, Andrew Cuomo, Governor of New York, is getting hammered.
You got a big picture, New York Post.
I never touched anyone inappropriately with a picture of the governor in a bar with a very young woman and his hands literally both of them wrapped as tightly around this young girl's neck as it can be.
Hmm.
Okay, you just well, we report, we'll let you decide.
But anyway, all of this now coming to a head, and it's more and more Democrats all throughout the state of New York are demanding that he resign and step down.
Here's Andrew Cuomo saying he never touched anyone inappropriately and he's not resigning.
I now understand that I acted in a way that made people feel uncomfortable.
And I want you to know this from me directly: I never touched anyone inappropriately.
Anyway, joining us now with more former lieutenant governor of the great state of New York, chairwoman, by the way, of the Committee to Reduce Infection Deaths, Betsy McCoy, is with us.
Do you think he is in trouble considering this is the media mob, the left-wing media mob in the Democratic Party of New York that is leading the charge to get rid of him?
Oh, yes, he is in trouble.
And to put this in perspective, he's in trouble even more so for the accusations regarding his deception and deadly decisions about the nursing homes.
After all, in those cases, thousands of lives were lost.
His biggest vulnerability, Sean, isn't these charges of sexual harassment.
In most cases, they would be considered civil offenses.
But he could face federal mail and wire fraud charges.
And you do real-time in prison if you're convicted of that.
He could be charged with having provided false information to federal agencies and the public about how many people died in the nursing homes.
He's not a good person.
But you actually have somebody that works side by side with him.
In other words, this is not a hearsay, anonymous, non-whistleblower, hearsay whistleblower.
This is a real whistleblower saying, yeah, we purposely hid the truthful information from you because we did not want the Department of Justice to know the true numbers in their investigation.
That has a word where I grew up.
Let me see.
It begins with an O, and it's O, obstruction.
That was Melissa DeRosa.
He claims she's his top-ranking woman in New York State.
He forgot he has a female lieutenant governor who has been totally out of sight.
But Melissa DeRosa tried to smooth all of this over at a press conference this week, claiming that the governor is pro-female.
He's in big trouble also because now that this Democratic wall of silence outside the state and particularly within the legislature in New York State has broken, you're going to also hear a lot of information about other corruption, other accusations of misdeeds.
Don't forget that his top aide, Joseph Prococo, a man he called like a brother, right, is doing time in jail now for corruption.
He's in a federal prison already.
And remember that Cuomo was just an inch away from the accusations that were proven against Pro Coco for using taxpayer funds to hand out money to business developers around the state in Buffalo and Syracuse.
And coincidentally, Sean, those developers donated big time to Cuomo's reelection campaigns.
Can you imagine?
And Leo 2.0, you got a problem out there with your buddy, Gavin Newsom, now.
They needed 1.5 million signatures for the recall effort against him.
They're now at 1.9 million.
So that seems to be a process that's about to happen in your state.
But it's fascinating because the two, you know, the two, the highest tax states in the country with the most outspoken governors, both with presidential ambitions, have done the worst job as it relates to dealing with coronavirus in the country.
What's happening out there?
They have done a horrible job.
And regarding the petitions, 1.9 million signatures, and we still have two weeks left because I anticipate the Democrats to scrutinize these petition signatures more than ever.
But he's going, the recall issue is alive and well.
He's up for a recall.
There's no question because we're not stopping there.
But it's embarrassing.
It's embarrassing to be in a Democratic state, the deepest blue states, New York and California, totally mishandled and lied about following the science.
I was in Orlando and CPAT.
Everything's open.
The governor in Texas opening up everything.
The Democratic machinery used the COVID-19 to gain power, in my opinion, to mislead the public in the November 2020 election.
And now they have to pay the price.
Nusa should be recalled.
And I'll tell you right now, with Cuomo, I tell you, it's going to be that Me Too movement that's going to bring him down.
Even though he's responsible for those nursing house deaths, the Democratic credibility rests with bringing him down for those sexual harassment charges.
That's going to bring him down because it's going to happen from a statewide and a national attention.
Well, you're getting a lot of details now from different people.
There's, I guess, a newspaper called The Gothamist or news magazine.
I don't even know.
Linda said she knows what it is.
Anyway, and this apparently a young blonde woman in her 20s won a fellowship to work in Cuomo's office in 2013.
She was, quote, quickly invited by senior staff to sit at a desk positioned right near the governor, quote, in his line of sight, as she described it.
She didn't understand originally why.
Another woman in the office then offered her insight saying, yeah, the governor likes blondes, particularly those in stiletto heels.
Quote, you got to wear heels when he's in Albany, quote, sweetie.
That's the rule.
And she said the woman told her, so although she wasn't accustomed to flats or boots, amassed a small collection of stilettos, not because it was a written rule, because it seemed necessary, quote, to succeed.
Uh-oh.
You have a lot of people saying that, and that starts getting viral.
That's trouble for Governor Cuomo, correct?
Betsy?
It is trouble, but I do not believe that under any circumstances, this governor will resign.
He will not resign.
First of all, his attorneys will strongly advise him not to resign because it would be taken as a signal of guilt.
And secondly, career politicians like that know better.
Look at Bill Clinton.
He hung on by his fingernails.
Al Franklin was a neophyte.
That's why he got out.
The fact is that career politicians count on voter amnesia.
They count on the fact that no matter how awful their misdeeds are, voters will forget.
And that's what Cuomo's going to count on.
And Leo, if only New York had recall, wouldn't that be great?
Only if you did, but I'll tell you right now, seriously, look at the governor.
I don't see this man having a future.
He's up for re-election in 2022.
People are not going to see it next year, and he has no chance, zero chance for that White House.
He's dead.
He's killed.
And you know that Letitia James, who's investigating, she's the AG, and AG stands for aspiring governor.
She can't wait to make him look as guilty as possible.
I don't hear the same words.
Now, you do have some New York politicians finally shamed.
And I got to give Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasia-Cortez.
She was the first.
But very tepid response from Kirsten Gillibrand, Schumer, Hillary, you know, the ones that said, I believe, I believe.
The I believer caucus, I call it.
They're not out there saying, I believe the women.
We need to take this seriously.
Very different response this time, Leo.
Right.
Can you tell me, have anybody heard from Kamala Harris?
I mean, she's thrown, she called.
She was the leader of the I believer attack against Kavanaugh.
No, I haven't heard from her.
Not a peep.
I haven't heard from her.
Still waiting to hear from her.
You know, just totally silent.
That's the problem with these Democrats.
That's why this Me Too movement, they have thrown all their weight behind this.
And that's why they've got to bring Cuomo down or they lose all their credibility on this because these women are believable.
They don't have any skeletons in their closet.
They're actually believable.
So Cuomo's in a box right now.
So the governor announced this week, two days ago, the rollout of a pilot program in which New Yorkers would then have to flash a COVID-19 passport if they want to enter a sports arena, theater, other business as the state continues to reopen.
They're calling it the Excelsior Pass, which would use secure technology, they say, to confirm if a person has gotten vaccinated or has had a recent negative COVID-19 exam.
If you want to go to a sporting event, Madison Square Garden, Barclays, or whatever.
My question is: why does every fiber of my being scream, bad idea, government intrusion?
I don't like it, Betsy.
Well, first of all, how about another word, hypocrisy?
Here is Biden, right, letting illegal immigrants come across the southern border.
Over 100 of them have tested positive for COVID, 6% of them, according to county officials in Brownsville, Texas.
And yet, these illegal immigrants were applying for amnesty, were put on buses and shipped to places like New Jersey and Maryland.
It's okay for them to be positive, COVID positive, not just in doubt, Sean, determined to be COVID positive.
By the way, I showed video last night the storage facilities.
There's no social distancing.
And people crossing the borders, now we see pretty large percentages of people have COVID, and they're not wearing masks either.
Right.
That's right.
And Mexico is one of the most seriously affected countries in the entire world.
And it is now a funnel for new COVID cases into the United States, not just to Southern California and Texas, but to the entire nation.
Because as soon as those migrants come over, they're bused to other places in the United States.
How do you like the idea of a COVID-19 passport, Leo?
Let me tell you right now, as a civil rights attorney, I see lawsuits.
I see right of privacy.
I see medical issues.
I see HIPAA issues.
I see a challenge of this based on a privacy right.
And secondly, the state will have to show a compelling reason.
We have Florida and Texas opening up in South Dakota that never closed.
Why in the world are they going to require this type of medical test or examination?
I think it's privacy issues.
I think you'll see massive lawsuits.
I don't see this being even implemented statewide.
It could be a test, but not statewide.
It's going to be struck down.
I could see, listen, none of this surprises me.
I mean, the overreach, you know, I will tell you, you know, we're at the point here.
We have three vaccines for crying out loud.
Now, I have friends down in Florida.
My friends down in Florida, you know, they wait their turn.
Now, certainly there's a lot of people.
I haven't gotten my, I haven't gotten the call yet to get my vaccine.
I will get it when offered.
I don't think they should be mandatory either.
I think people have a right to make their own decisions on issues of importance like this with the consultation of their own doctor.
I've already talked to my doctor.
He thinks I should get it.
I don't mind getting it.
Linda thinks I'm out of my mind.
A lot of my other friends do.
But you know what?
But I believe in freedom.
I believe in freedom.
You should be able to decide in consultation with your doctor what's the right choice for you.
But with that said, down in Florida, you go to your local Publix grocery store to get the shot.
And in New York, it's like every day there's one bigger screw up than the next.
And you keep hearing about doses of the vaccine being thrown in the garbage.
That's because Obama wanted to micromanage this according to all the latest woke principles, right?
Whereas Ron DeSantis, one of the finest governors in the United States, if not.
The best.
The best.
Yes, absolutely.
Said, look, we're going to do it according to one criterion only, age.
That matches the science.
And he's been rolling people out.
And that state not only has done better in terms of how many people have survived COVID, but it's done so much better economically.
But they're doing it.
They're also adding other little provisions too.
And this is important to note.
They're doing it by age, pre-existing conditions, compromised immune systems, comorbidities.
They do have, you know, those issues factored into their equation.
And if you check the box, you then get, you know, signed off on.
You go to your Publix, you get your shot, you cut out, and hopefully everything's okay.
We are seeing something that is making me a little concerned, and that is pregnant women.
Have you been reading about this, Betsy?
Yes.
And actually, there's another group that should be very concerned, and that is people who have had certain types of immune diseases, because at least two of the vaccines tinker with your immunity system.
Not all the vaccines have the same technology, but Pfizer and Moderna have very similar technologies.
And doctors have told me that if you have an immune compromise system, rheumatoid arthritis, for example, you should definitely consult with your specialist before you get this vaccine.
Okay.
Leo, last word.
I'll tell you right now, Sean, the biggest concern that the Democrats see this coronavirus issue, they see it as a form of power.
This is why all these controls, this is why Democrats in California, New York have this obsession with power.
They use the coronavirus to make people dependent on them.
Florida and Texas look for freedom, individual choice.
That's the big difference.
All right.
Thank you both.
Leo Terrell 2.0, Betsy McCoy, 800-941.
Sean will update you on what is a real crisis at the border.
Then we'll get to your calls next half hour.
800-941-Sean, our number.
You know, it's interesting.
All the feigned, phony, moral outrage of the left at a Donald Trump tweet.
You know, when First Lady, Melania Trump would say, talk about bullying.
What about your husband?
He's a bully.
He calls people names on Twitter.
Just meltdown every second, every minute, every hour of every 24-hour day, every seven-day week, every 31-day month, whatever it is, 28 days in some cases, and every year, 12 months a year, every second since he came down the escalator.
Listen to Joe Biden basically saying about the governor of Texas, who I have a lot of respect for, Governor Abbott, who's done a great job for his state, basically calling him a Neanderthal.
I think it's a big mistake.
Look, I hope everybody's realized by now these masks make a difference.
We are on the cusp of being able to fundamentally change the nature of this disease because of the way in which we're able to get vaccines in people's arms.
We've been able to move that all the way up to the end of May to have enough for every American to get every adult American to get a shot.
And the last thing, the last thing we need is Neanderthal thinking that in the meantime, everything's fine.
Take off your mask.
Forget it.
Meanwhile, earlier the week before, he says the same thing about the mask, and then he finishes his little press conference, walks right over to a crowd of people and starts shaking hands without his mask on.
I mean, you've got to be, I keep that.
Joe, you're going to go back and get your mouse.
Joe, oh, oh, hang on.
I lost my place.
Hang on.
I always carry a card with me.
My name is Joe.
My name is Joe.
My wife's name is Jill Jill.
My address is 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.
Unbelievable.
And if you think that's bad, now we've chronicled for you in great specificity and detail over the last week.
We're doing a special report tonight about what's going on at the border.
You got kids now being held no longer in the Biden-Obama kids in cages that they built.
And then the mob and the media blame Trump for, even Biden.
This is morally repugnant, the most morally offensive thing I've ever seen.
I'm like, you built it.
You did it.
Those videos are from when you were vice president, you dope.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
Anyway, then you've got the DHS secretary, Majorca, actually saying that there's no crisis at the border.
Meanwhile, our own eyes tell us something very differently.
Now, if Biden doesn't like the laws, change the law.
But he's not doing that on anything.
He's bypassing an entire branch of government.
No crisis at the border.
It's like denying the reality.
It's like these dopey CNN and fake news MSDNC conspiracy channel reporters.
Well, mostly peaceful protests are getting tonight.
And right behind them, the entire city is ablaze.
You can't even make up this stupidity and this lack of denial of even a reality here.
You've got some leaked documents now showing the border crisis is overwhelming U.S. resources.
Now, that goes to the whole issue.
Okay, they're hiding the kids that used to be in cages that Biden and Obama built.
Now, I don't know who the genius is who thought of, well, let's get cargo storage containers and we'll put butterflies on the wall and we'll put the kids there.
And then we won't let any media cameras in.
And the tiny window that does exist in the storage container, I assume, so people could look in, make sure the packaging is okay.
Yeah, we're going to put bars on the windows.
Nobody's allowed to go in and see the beautiful butterflies on the wall that we keep hearing about.
The last two days, they both been asked if there's a crisis at the border, Biden and Majorkis, and both have said no.
With Biden adding that as he scurries away from a Peter Doocy question.
Internal documents, Department of Health, Human Services, now show how quickly the number of child migrants crossing the border is overwhelming the administration's stretch resources.
In the week ending March 1, the Border Patrol referred to HHS custody, an average of 321 kids a day.
Those are kids they're putting in the cargo storage containers.
You want your kid living in a cargo storage container?
And now they're expecting 117,000 other kids to show up?
I guess they must love Biden because they're showing up apparently in Biden t-shirts.
Please let us in.
Unbelievable.
Anyway, joining us, Mark Morgan.
He was the former acting Border Patrol Chief.
You know, I really only have one major question for you today, Mark.
I mean, you did a great job for the president.
You told me last night on TV that you, in fact, built over 450 miles of new wall under President Trump.
That's correct, right?
Absolutely.
Okay, so now Biden halted all further construction.
Is there or is there not a crisis at the border?
We're going to report again tonight from the border.
Yeah, so look, I've been doing this, serving this country, Sean, for 35 years.
I've served under six administrations, both Republican and Democrat.
And it does not please me to say this, but the current DHS Secretary in the President of the United States blatantly lied, and I'm saying it lied to the American people when he said there's not a crisis.
And really quickly, Sean, if you don't mind, let me back up my statement, unlike they didn't, with facts.
We're reaching almost 5,000 apprehensions a day, total apprehensions.
5,000, Sean.
Are they being deported?
Absolutely not.
Catch and release is now back, correct?
Catch and release that's back on.
Now, they still have allowed one Trump era positive policy to stay.
That's Title 42, the CDC order that allows us to return some people, but that is drastically shifting now.
35% of those they're apprehending now, they're being brought into our facilities.
And the over-majority, whelming majority of those are families and UACs that they are absolutely releasing into the interior United States.
And by the way, in the middle of a global pandemic, right?
Yeah, by the way, we've already now had 108 positive tests for COVID, a whopping 6.3% of total migrants have COVID.
And then there were pictures we showed last night of apprehended illegal immigrants that literally, they weren't social distancing and nobody was wearing a mask.
And add to this madness, California is going to spend $28 million for the purpose of helping Biden bring migrants into the U.S. illegally.
Yep, Sean, we are shepherding a new era where the United States government is encouraging, incentivizing, and facilitating illegal immigration.
And real quick, your listeners need to understand what that means.
When they take this trek through Mexico, they are traveling in large groups, which I call mobile COVID petri dishes.
They travel through multiple COVID hotspots in Mexico.
When they reach our border, they are shoved in overcrowded, unsanitary stash houses for days and weeks and tractor trailers, no PPE, no medical tension, and then they're shoved across our border.
And that's what this administration is facilitating.
Shocker that when they're being tested, that they're coming up positive.
I mean, this is unconscionable what's happening right now, Sean.
Yeah, help me out here.
I mean, it's just unbelievable.
Now, there's a report that has come out, Senate Democrats.
They are preparing to fully underwrite CO subsidies for laid-off workers in their $1.9 trillion coronavirus bill, et cetera, et cetera.
And they're also apparently reporting in Politico that the COBRA subsidies help laid-off workers, et cetera, et cetera.
Also, they will be subsidizing fully employer health care coverage, including illegal immigrants.
That little provision made it in as well.
Sean, look, I mean, how many more incentives do we need to provide?
I mean, like you said in your opening, for God's sakes, they're wearing t-shirts that says Biden on them.
People that are intentionally and willfully and knowingly illegally entering our country.
And this is absolutely been fiscally.
And look, here's a key point.
Not only did they dismantle every effective tool authority policy because Trump's name was attached to it, but they didn't have anything that's replaced.
I'm sorry, I'm wrong.
Their strategy was to ask the cartels and smugglers, pretty please, don't come yet.
I mean, Sean, what a joke.
It's absolutely absurd.
All right.
There's the truth, not the lies that they're peddling.
And why does Joe Biden want open borders?
You know what the hope is?
What did he say?
They want amnesty, a path to amnesty in three years.
And their hope is, oh, if you give something of great value to people, maybe you have Democratic voters in perpetuity.
Unbelievable.
Thank you, Mark Morgan.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
All right.
Let's see, United Socialist Utopia of New York.
Eli is standing by.
Eli, welcome to the program.
Hey, Sean.
Quick observation that Cuomo would be the second governor that would have to resign due to a sex scandal.
The first one would be client number nine, as Rush had a parody about that, Elliot Spitzer.
And now it's Cuomo.
Is this like a pattern for New York that that's the kind of governors we're going to have?
It's going to be interesting to watch how it all plays out now because I have very little faith, actually next to zero faith, that we have something called equal justice, equal application of our laws.
But the same goes for standards because we now see the double standard.
It's the full hypocrisy of the outrage over Kavanaugh.
And, of course, no due process ever.
If you're a Republican conservative, you get no due process.
You get no presumption of innocence.
You know, if you do a process crime, you get a pre-dawn raid, 30 people in tactical gear, frogmen at your door, NCNN cameras for lying to Congress when all you had to do was say, would you please appear at X hour at this location?
So I don't expect anything.
Where's the Durham report at this point?
So I don't know what's going to happen.
I'm waiting for the same thing.
You know what?
I don't have faith in the system.
It's corrupt.
The deep state is real.
The corruption is real.
The double standard is real.
If you're a conservative and you spit on the sidewalk or you jaywalk, expect to go to jail for 10 years.
If you're a Democrat.
Comrade Seblasio.
Exactly.
All right.
Appreciate the call.
Thank you.
All right.
The other United Socialist state of Illinois, Dave is next.
Hey, Dave, how are you?
Sean, thanks for taking my call.
Kind of segueing to what you had said, Biden circumvented the laws to bring in the illegal aliens, just as the state of Pennsylvania circumvented the state election laws.
Texas had a lawsuit.
Texas had a lawsuit along with many other states, governors, senators, House of Representatives, and the Supreme Court turned it down for lack of standing.
Not lack of evidence, lack of standing.
I know that there is a lawsuit or maybe a few from the people of Pennsylvania that are suing the state of Pennsylvania for their illegal activities as far as the changing the election laws.
Where does that stand, and how do we get wind of all this?
Because if that has been proven by the Supreme Court to be, they did break their laws, that's a huge, huge bonus for our election.
Listen, let me be very clear.
Okay, put aside your feelings on 2020.
What happened, look, partisan observers never observed anything this year, this past election season.
That's written into the statutory language.
We ignored that law.
You have major issues.
Now, Georgia's dealing with their problems now through legislation, which is where it should be.
That's why the Democrats want to circumvent the Constitution and push this HR1 bill that I've been spending so much time talking about and basically take on the constitutional authority given to state legislatures.
But the legislatures, they're the ones that define the means, the time, the place of elections.
And we've gone over all of that.
But unless Georgia has one signature verification system, every state must have voter ID.
That's eliminated in HR1.
Every single, they want everybody automatically registered.
They don't even want to clean up the voting rolls ever as part of this.
And they want felons to vote.
And they don't want any signature verification.
It is up to your local state representatives to fix the laws in their respective states, including Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and Michigan and Arizona and Georgia and Nevada and other places.
And if they don't, we're all going to pay the price.
And as the Supreme Court, Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in Wisconsin said, if they don't have the courage to do it, then it's going to happen again and again.
You are correct.
The state constitution of Pennsylvania prohibited what was HB 70 in Pennsylvania passed by the legislature.
If they want to change their constitution, there's a process for that.
It should be followed.
And the courts are going to have to deal with this at some point or we'll never ever get to what is the real law order, constitutional order in every state and in the country.
That's the bottom line.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
We've got a great Hannity.
