Thanks to all of you always being with us three hours a day.
Every day, it's all we ask.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of this extravaganza.
We got a lot coming up.
We'll get a lot of calls in today.
Our upholsters today.
We're going to give you the, I didn't want to stop the interview I had with Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr.
Now that, you know, the poor Seattle police chief that had to resign because her officers are being laid off unfairly.
No justice out there.
A disaster in every city run by liberal Democrats for decades.
I call it a preview of coming attractions.
If it's Biden and Kamala Harris, it's not going to be good.
Now, they have their convention last week.
I was thinking more about this whole disjoint presser yesterday, and I was watching it and I'm thinking about it.
They don't take questions.
And there's such a difference.
You know, let me just play a quick, this is the real quick one.
You know, because Kamala Harris was pounding.
Nobody hit Joe Biden harder than her.
Just pounding.
Do you know that she is left of Bernie Sanders in the Senate in terms of a voting record?
Why, you ask yourself, would they quadruple down on hardcore leftism, socialism, an anti-cop, pro-anarchist agenda, because they're not willing to stop them, a pro-amnesty, no secure borders, United Sanctuary States of America agenda, you know, quadrupled down on literally what will be trillions of dollars in tax increases,
an elimination of our energy independence and stopping America from being the number one producer of energy in the world, which only happened under Donald Trump, hadn't happened in 75 years.
You know, why would they double down on all of this madness?
Oh, no, no more private health insurance option even?
You know, the promise, the appeal that everything is free, free, free, free, free.
We're going to give you free education, free pre-K education all the way through college education and free student loan forgiveness.
And free, guaranteed government jobs, guaranteed at a guaranteed government wage, with guaranteed government vacation on, with guaranteed government, free food, with guaranteed government health care.
But you can't have your own insurance.
With guaranteed government retirement, with guaranteed government every they can't.
None of this is going to come true while simultaneously ripping away the lifeblood of the world's economy, which is oil and gas and coal.
By the way Pennsylvania, are you paying attention?
Michigan, you paying attention?
Ohio, you paying attention to this?
Wisconsin, are you paying attention to this?
You know the most radical anti-gun agenda.
You know boasting Kamala Harris that she's going to get rid of guns by executive fiat.
Well, why bother passing legislation?
We'll just do it any old way we want.
That's not constitutional number one, but that's the stated policy.
We're going to deny Americans the choice.
I thought liberals were pro-choice, whether or not we want private health care plans.
And I thought, and then they didn't take any questions.
And then I keep seeing Biden, and, you know, without his little, you know, teleprompter, which I guess he's sleeping with at night now, too, because he can't make it any other way.
And then Kamala, you know, Harris praising each other, but that's not the way it was.
Here's just a small snippet of what was and what is.
In other words, Kamala battling Joe and accusing him of being a racist and everything in between.
And now Kamala today.
You also worked with them to oppose busing.
And, you know, there was a little girl in California who was part of the second class to integrate her public schools.
And she was bussed to school every day.
And that little girl was me.
His empathy, his compassion, his sense of duty to care for others is why I am so proud to be on this ticket.
It's a mischaracterization my position across the board.
I do not praise racists.
Kamala knows how to govern.
She knows how to make the hard calls.
She's ready to do this job on day one.
Praising and coddling individuals who made it their life works and built their reputation off of segregation of the races in the United States.
That's a problem.
His empathy, his compassion, his sense of duty to care for others is why I am so proud to be on this ticket.
Now there's the Biden mandate for masks, but he won't take any questions about it.
You know, look, I've given anecdotal information on why I think masks work.
And everywhere I go in New York, people are wearing their masks, and I just see that they work, and I said so.
You know, what are we going to now force people to take a vaccine and not give them choice there either?
You know, what are we going to have?
The mask police that are out there handing out tickets if you're not socially distant and not wearing a mask.
I mean, this is madness.
I just ask people to, you know, let their heart and their conscience guide them.
Maybe you'll be fine if you get this, which is the 99% of people, meaning coronavirus.
But maybe you're going to get it, contract it, be asymptomatic, and run into grandma, grandpa, or somebody else's grandma, grandpa, mom and dad, or somebody with a compromised immune system.
And you're going to, you know, put them in harm's way.
We're so close in terms of therapeutics and a vaccine, final trials.
That's never happened in eight months ever in history.
President Trump's Operation Warp Speed.
And I just think that, you know, I'm all for this coronavirus handling debate.
I'm all for it because you know what?
Joe xenophobic hysteria and fearmongering.
Yeah, where were the Democrats?
Kamala, Kamala was impeaching in the middle of an impeachment trial.
That's after she smeared and slandered Kavanaugh, just like she smeared and slandered Darren Wilson, the officer that was exonerated.
It was a justified shooting in Ferguson.
And there were more investigations into that, even though the Justice Department of Barack and Joe figured it out.
And she never retracted or apologized for any of these things.
So they have their joint appearance, no questions.
Now, it's interesting because now there's speculation that she's better off hiding because she can't express these views publicly.
The mob and the media, they keep lying to you.
They're just saying, no, no, no, she's a very pragmatic moderate.
No, she's not.
The New York Times is flying.
The New York Times comes from the middle-of-the-road moderate wing of the Democratic Party.
Not the first choice of progressives, but Joe Biden banking this historic move as the first woman of color on a national ticket will overcome that.
Stephanopoulos, you're lying.
She's not a pragmatic moderate.
She's to the left of Bernie Sanders.
Stop lying on ABC.
Stop it.
I mean, where is your sense of you want to be considered a journalist?
You're not a journalist, George.
You haven't changed since your war room days of you yelling at people and warning them that their careers are finished if they printed any of the stories about your former boss, Bill Clinton, and the issues that he had with women.
I mean, Kamala's not going after Tara Reed spoken out.
Yeah, where's the Kamala Harris that was all over Joe Biden about, yeah, I believe the women?
Where did that Kamala Harris go?
So, you know, she's ready to do the job on day one.
Just because the New York Times and ABC say that she's pragmatic and moderate, it's just a lie.
Just because they proclaim she's ready to do the job on day one, I don't see any level of expertise or experience that convinces me of any of that.
And her views, if ever implemented, she was the co-sponsor of New Green Deal.
She doesn't want private health insurance, Medicare for all.
Okay, this is going to, if implemented, guarantee the decline of the United States of America.
No oil, no gas, no fracking.
Pennsylvania, hello.
Ohio, hello.
Are you watching?
Michigan, hello.
Wisconsin.
This is what they will do to the most radical ticket ever of any major political party in history.
I mean, this is, it's downright scary what they are proposing and beyond radical.
These are things.
Remember, Bernie Sanders was considered an outlier in the Democratic Party for all of these years.
And now he's the mainstream.
And now it's not only that, now they're pledging trillions for AOC's new Green Deal.
So, you know, let's see what happens here.
By the way, a big story about how Kamala Harris failed to prosecute pre-sex abuse cases despite victims' pleas.
That is now she has the most polarized record as a prosecutor.
Peter Schweitzer, I guess he was almost Tucker last night, profiles in corruption.
He went on to give, you know, case in point about that record, which is not good at all in terms of being a prosecutor from liberal San Francisco.
Now it's going to be what?
We're going to have San Francisco values.
And by the way, one has to wonder, does Joe Biden have the strength, the stamina, the mental alertness, and the mental acuity for the toughest job in the world?
They asked it about John McCain.
They asked it about Ronald Reagan.
Well, Joe Biden, God forbid this guy gets elected.
That's what this whole live free or die America and the World on the Brink is all about, because it's true.
If they implement the new Green Deal, they get rid of oil and gas, Medicare for all, no choice of private insurance.
Let me tell you something.
America, as we know it, the haven for liberty and freedom and capitalism and risk and reward and initiative and hard work and innovation and invention, that goes away.
I mean, Miranda Devine rightly points out, Harris, her voting record is left of Bernie Sanders.
The Green New Deal, you know, her rush to judgment in every case imaginable, more recently Kavanaugh, but then it was Ferguson.
And does anyone, does she ever apologize for smearing and slandering people?
And if there was any honesty in the mob and the media, if there was any honesty among any Democrat, you know, when will they recognize and apologize for their lying coverage about Trump-Russia collusion that we now know that the FBI knew in August of 2016, and they knew 1,000% in January of 2017 because they finally got to Christopher Steele's sub-source who said, yeah, yeah, never happened.
That was bar talk.
That wasn't meant for anything.
Want somebody that says the police have become the enemy or ICE is the KKK?
That's something that Kamala Harris said.
Her really radical position on abortion and gun control.
I'll take executive action to ensure guns do not fall into the wrong hands.
Oh, she's going to decide whether or not you have a Second Amendment right or not.
Oh, okay.
That's interesting.
There's never been a more radical ticket in the history of this country.
That is what is in play.
By the way, it had to kill the New York Times.
And thank you, all of you, officially now.
Live Free or Die, America in the World on the Brink, the number one book in the country, even number one on their list, which you know had to kill the New York Toilet Paper Times.
The numbers had to be so overwhelming that, yes, they couldn't fudge it there because they knew I would call them out, which I will.
You know, now you got MSDNC.
Once Biden takes office, Harris can help us impeach Trump's judges.
Wow, that's a little scary.
And, you know, CNN, they're saying Trump is using words like suburban housewives and low-income housing.
They're dog whistles.
What are you talking about?
How about Kamala accusing Joe of outright racism because he didn't support school integration and worked with the former Klansman to stop it, saying that he didn't want his kids going to school in a, quote, racial jungle.
And the guy that filibustered the Civil Rights Act of 64 was against the Voting Rights Act of 65.
I mean, it's just, this is now madness times.
The madness is going to get more intense by the day.
And the mob and the media, they're going to reveal themselves as now the most of the biggest donors to all things radical Democratic Socialist Party.
That's what they want, the 99% in the mob, the cult, the mob, the psychotic hate Trump mob, as I call them.
All right, 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, we have a great event.
If you want to get a signed copy of Live Free or Die, we have an event at 7 o'clock.
All the details are on Hannity.com.
Don't forget our election map on Hannity.com.
The book is heavily discounted, which I love because I like, I didn't do this for money.
I didn't do this to be number one.
I did this so we can make sure that we keep America number one and not destroy the greatest system of governance that has created the most wealth in the history of man.
All right, our virtual event for signed copies of Live Free or Die on Hannity.com.
Don't forget our electoral map on Hannity.com.
That gives you, you know, when does early voting start in your state?
When do you need to register by?
What about absentee voting?
All of this coming into play as you see the push to have, you know, national voting by mail.
Not a good idea, by the way.
Just a side note.
You know, so, oh, the number of Americans filing for jobless aid has now fallen for the first by below a million for the first time since the pandemic started.
The president saying Biden and his presidency would bring the biggest tax increase in history.
The president rightly pointing out, yep, because Congress wouldn't budge or move.
The unemployed will be taken care of.
$400 a week.
Democrats delivering nothing as usual, wanting to debate every other issue imaginable.
So anyway, this is the state of the campaign.
And the person that's been hardest on Joe Biden has been Kamala Harris.
You know, brings gun confiscation to support the ticket.
Great.
And then you have liars like ABC and, of course, fake news CNN and the New York Toilet Paper Times.
It had to kill them to make Live Free or Die the number one book in the country, but whatever.
But just say, oh, she's a pragmatic moderate.
No, she's not.
She's radical.
All right, don't forget the booksandgreetings.com is the online information.
Hannity.com at 7 o'clock tonight.
We'll put the link up exactly at 7.
This is for signed copies.
If you want to sign copies of Live Free or Die, got to take a break here.
We'll come back.
More of the news of the day.
We'll finish our interview with Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr.
And also our pollsters all coming up straight ahead.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Thanks, Scott Shannon.
And we are doing a special event for our friends at booksandgreetings.com tonight at 7 o'clock, an online event.
I know many of you have wanted signed copies of Live Free or Die.
I have been signing and signing and signing.
And the cool thing is they're called tip-in sheets.
And what it is, it's actually the real part of the book.
And so I get piles of them and I just sign away every spare minute I have because I would normally be doing that at a book signing, which I wanted to do, which we had planned to do.
We had a tour planned.
I'm going to hit the Reagan Library, the Nixon Library.
We did virtual events for both of them.
And we were actually going to do an event in the parking lot.
My buddy Rod Arquette was working with us on this out in Salt Lake City at Krownberger.
I mean, I just crave Kraunberger.
At least there's going to be the vice presidential debate, and I will be there for that.
And I can get a Krownberger then.
But we're going to do it in the parking lot of a Kraunberger.
How cool is that?
And we have some really fun events planned around the country.
We might be able to get on the road at some point as hopefully this plague, as the president calls it, or the invisible enemy gets done.
And the president, by the way, oh, and by the way, Live Free or Die, America and the World on the Brink.
We have links on Hannity.com.
Heavily discounted, which I love.
Pretty much what they, let me tell you what the game is, what they do.
They see a book that is popular and they make it, quote, they call it a lost leader.
And they hope that, oh, okay, you're going to come in and look at our store this way.
That's what they do.
I mean, which I'm fine with because I'm a smelly Walmart shopping Trump supporter.
Saving money.
I love Super Walmarts.
I love Costco's.
Costco's, the only thing I missed the last time I was at Costco, you're not doing samples right now because of coronavirus.
I'm, oh, I love walking around, getting free samples of food.
I mean, what is wrong with me?
And the coolest thing is you can go get like the food.
My buddy Clark Howard talked about this for years.
You want to get a great hot dog, Coke, pizza?
I mean, it's delicious and it's so cheap.
It's amazing.
Everything there is cheap.
Clark, when he got married many years ago, he got his engagement ring at Costco's.
I'm like, they sell engagement rings?
He goes, yeah.
I said, wow.
You know, by the way, I hate to admit this.
I did become a member once, lost my card.
So now I have to drag my sister with me because I'm too lazy to get a new one.
And I need to get a new one.
Not that I don't want to pay.
I'm too lazy, which is terrible.
But I did have a card at one point.
And I'm going to get my card again.
But I love that, you know, the discounts that we get at all these stores.
I would buy furniture when I had no money at Walmart.
So I'd buy everything.
I mean, if I wanted, you know, I remember once I started playing softball with a bunch of guys.
I didn't have a baseball glove.
I went to Walmart, got a glove.
You want food, you got groceries, you save money.
Love that.
It's great.
Now, the president's right that he's offering an extension on employment benefits, although jobless claims now have fallen below a million for the first time since March.
Every economic indicator is that the V-shaped recovery is beginning to show itself in numerous ways.
We're not going to have a full V, certainly not by election day.
And just a few days before Election Day, we'll get third quarter GDP.
But anyway, jobless claims had totaled $1 million above $1 million for 20 consecutive weeks.
And the last time that was below that number was March 14th, just as the pandemic declaration first hit.
Thank God the president had acted early with the travel ban, subsequent travel bans.
I got to give props out.
Who would have ever thought this could happen?
That the president brokered an agreement with the United States, United Arab Emirates, and Israel.
First such agreement between Israel and a major Arab country since 1994.
They're committed to the exchange of embassies, ambassadors, cooperation.
All of this has been happening behind the scenes.
There's incredible cooperation with the U.S.-Israel, Jordan, Egypt, the Saudis, the Emirates, and that is to stand up against Iranian hegemony in the region.
And if the Iranians, the mullahs, that, you know, the one that Barack and Joe appeased with $150 billion in cash and other currency, it's terrible.
But anyway, so the president, as usual, has to act alone.
The Democrats' real holdup in not giving people unemployment is, of course, they want mail-in ballots.
That's all they care about.
They care less.
They claim to have a monopoly of compassion.
They don't have a monopoly of compassion on anything.
And let me tell you something.
At this late hour, 82 days before Election Day, I have zero faith that the government can get any of this right.
Zero, not even a quarter of a percent.
The same dishonest people that lied to us about Trump-Russia collusion that never happened for over three years.
I'm not trusting them with anything.
The same liberal Democrats that won't restore law and order and safety and security and cities where people are getting hurt and debt every day.
No, I don't trust them.
The same ones that promised to keep your doctor and your plan and save money, yeah, they didn't get any of that right.
The same people that have literally robbed the lockbox for Social Security and Medicare, which are going bankrupt.
We're going to entrust them with more government programs.
No, thank you.
And as part of the bailout, the president, all the infrastructure he said he wanted to get done, he's getting done.
He's helping North Dakota with a $15 million federal funding for bus support in Bismarck and Grand Forks.
And Colorado, $15 million for federal infrastructure.
Again, Democrats, all they care about is mail-in voting and things that have nothing to do with aid for anybody.
Also, the state of Texas, $25.9 million.
That's for, again, bus infrastructure improvements.
Wisconsin, $7.7 million.
Infrastructure funds there.
Madison, Milwaukee, Florida.
I mean, if you're going to spend money and we're going to have this economic stimulus, well, at least it's going an earmark for the places that need it.
I always worried about waste, fraud, and abuse.
Comrade de Blasio saying, if Trump doesn't bail us out, we're going to have to lay off 22,000 people.
Well, you're probably 22,000 people heavy anyway because you got the worst services in the entire world and the worst infrastructure in New York, which is why New York state is now dead last in economic outlook.
And guess what's happening?
People are leaving in droves.
The occupancy rate for apartments in New York City, highest point it's been in over 15 years.
And that's only going to get worse.
Anyway, the president's help in Florida and Georgia, Michigan, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, all with zero help, even Illinois and New Orleans and New Jersey and Utah and Nebraska.
Yeah, Oklahoma, Alabama.
Amazing.
Think the mob and the media will tell you that the Democrats won't do anything.
Think the president will get credit for this historic peace agreement.
I tend to doubt it.
The mob and the media, if the dog bites beast things, if you're feeling sad, just blame Trump.
I had Vice President Pence on Hannity last night.
He's ready to go.
Man, he was on fire last night.
Can't wait to debate Kamala.
You know, if you look at the attacks of Kamala Harris on Joe Biden when she was debating him, let me tell you something about debates because I know a lot about them.
Is those lines were written, memorized, prepared, and delivered, all of them.
And that'll happen with these debates as well.
But you know what?
Records matter.
Her record, Joe's record, Barack's record, it's all on the ballot.
Let's see where we end up with all of this.
Now, Chicago business owners, this is getting interesting.
They've now given Mayor Lori Lightweight an ultimatum and the violence of Mayhem.
Well, we're leaving.
President of Chicago-based property management company issued a letter saying residents, building staff don't feel safe among all the civil unrest and the crime and the looting and the arson.
And she's blaming, and they're blaming the city.
And they said they represent 100 local condominium associations, 22,000 homeowners, 38,000 residents, and they don't feel safe and that they feel that their lives are in danger.
And they live their daily routine out of fear, you know, getting home off the streets at 6 o'clock at night.
We need you to fulfill your duty of ensuring the well-being of all Chicago residents.
Without an immediate change, I'm concerned the homeowners will flee, properties will stand vacant, businesses will fail.
Watch out, Chicago.
It's going to happen in New York City.
It's going to happen in Chicago.
It's going to happen all over the country.
People are leaving New York, New Jersey, California in droves.
Chicago rioters even attacked a Ronald McDonald house, terrorizing sick kids inside.
That's about as low as you can get.
It's just so sad.
And what do we have?
Kamala Harris comparing ICE to the KKK.
Bend Oregon, activists block an ICE bus.
Federal agents have to respond.
By the way, I just got word Bill Barr will be on Hannity tonight, the Attorney General.
This is going to be interesting.
I've yet to interview him.
I've wanted to interview him for some time now.
The Radical Youth Liberation Front active in Portland is encouraging violence, rejecting peaceful protesting.
They're even saying it at this particular point.
It's unbelievable.
Anyway, what else?
The DA says he will refuse to prosecute Portland rioters for their list of offenses, including rioting and violence and arson and everything else.
I mean, you have now, you know, the American taxpayers are paying for the four-star hotels in the upper west side of New York.
Can you believe that?
They're putting junkies and homeless people in there.
Okay, those neighborhoods aren't safe anymore either.
You got a teen dying after being set on fire, stabbed in a New York City apartment building.
Don't you wonder why New York State is last in the nation for economic outlook?
Does that surprise you?
NYPD is citing misleading footage.
You know, they have no support from anybody.
Cops I know, they're like trying, they're hiding.
They feel they have no support.
Chicago PD is launching, you know, a looting video site to ID offenders.
Well, a little late.
You could have started that a long time ago.
And I'm just, the landscape of rubble persists.
And get this: to get a building permit, Minneapolis is now demanding their taxes in exchange for the right to demo and rebuild your own house or your own business.
That's like Andrew Cuomo, all the health care workers that came to help out at the height of this virus in New York.
Yeah, thanks for coming.
By the way, don't forget to pay your New York State taxes.
And when asked about it, he said, yeah, they got to pay.
Wow.
Seattle Police Chief, I feel so sorry.
She seems like Carmen Besta seems like the nicest woman, dedicated officer, loves her team of officers.
Why did she decide to retire?
And she says, nobody joins the police department to get rich.
I would have chosen a different profession if money were her motivator.
For me, it was highly disappointing to not see a plan going forward.
And then she said, an officer sent me this email.
Thank you for what you've done for this department.
Quote, she says, a wonderful African-American man.
He is one of the people who will not keep a job here.
That for me, I'm done.
I can't do this.
Somebody needs to offer her the best job in the world because I would want her running my police department.
I'll tell you that.
She's amazing.
Portland Police Chief, prefer not to make arrests.
And this is madness.
Abolish the United States of America Radical Youth Liberation Front in Portland.
Day 77 of the madness there.
Now they're blocking ICE and getting away with it.
New York Times confirming left-wing terrorists burning Bibles in Portland.
Well, NFL won't have a live national anthem performances.
May bar the military and police honor guards from the field.
Okay, you want to politicize sports?
I don't think that's going to work out well.
I mean, people, you want people to go to sporting events and launch because they want to be, they want to get away from the day-to-day stress of their life and their jobs and they want to just unwind.
Last place you want to go to be, you know, to do politics is a sporting event.
I think there are ways that, you know, you can honor the men and women that served, bled, fought, bled, and died under the flag that they fought for, for everybody's liberty and freedom.
Honor them.
And then, if, you know, players, if they want to organize ways to help raise money for good causes, like educating kids and making neighborhoods safe and secure, I'll advertise anything good that they're doing on this program.
I'll help them all out.
Any good cause I'd love to help out.
Anyway, Corona now cases now the lowest, by the way, infection rate for the third day in a row, marking the longest streak below the threshold in more than a month, according to new data by Johns Hopkins.
We'll have more on that in a little bit.
The battle, you know, they're battling over opening schools in New York City, but yet there's 38,000 cases of lead in schools in New York.
38,000.
It's unbelievable.
Anyway, 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
And, you know, unbelievable.
Don't forget our live signing tonight.
If you want, it's on Hannity.com, 7 o'clock, booksandgreetings.com.
You get this link on Hannity.com.
The link goes up at seven for signed copies tonight.
That's what this is specifically about.
Many of you have been asking for it.
Great discounts, Amazon.com, Costco's, Walmart, Target stores.
Thank you, Barnes and Noble.
They've been great.
All have been very supportive of the book.
And by the way, some of these stores don't take a lot of books.
So we're very grateful that they've been willing to give people a choice.
All right, our two Sean Hannity show.
Again, official confirmation.
Number one book in the country.
Even the New York Toilet Paper Times had to put it number one.
Imagine that.
More importantly, how do we keep America number one?
That's what is, this is what this book is about.
What is at stake?
It is basically everything we know, love, care about, and it's all on the line.
Usually, by the way, when you get a vice presidential selection, you have a vetting process.
Well, Kamala Harris is not getting the vetting.
She's getting praise and praise and praise by the mob, the media, predictably so.
It's what you always get.
Meanwhile, her voting record is to the left of socialist Bernie Sanders.
I mean, you can't get any more left than that.
Her own words on the Green New Deal.
You know, she jailed 2,000 people for marijuana-related offenses.
And then at the time, explained it was a war on drugs, but said, ah, so what?
It's only marijuana or something to that effect.
The ISIS, you know, KKK, we know what she did with Kavanaugh.
We know where she was on the impeachment scam and hoax.
And we know where she stands on gun control.
We know where she is, you know, didn't even want restrictions after 20 weeks in terms of abortion.
Free health care for illegal immigrants, but you can't have your own policy.
Then, of course, we've got the whole, well, Kamala on Joe and now Kamala on Joe, this very different person.
Listen.
Mischaracterized my position across the board.
Yeah, okay.
No big difference.
Anyway, after, now next week is the Democratic, the virtual DNC convention.
Normally we would be in Milwaukee.
I guess is where they were going to have it.
That's not going to be the case.
I don't even think Joe is going, the ever-forgetful one.
Anyway, so you get a bump when you announce a VP candidate, usually.
You get a bump out of a convention, usually.
Polls, though, have been tightening considerably all around the country.
Here with their take on where we stand, just 82 days out of Election Day.
Scott Rasmussman and he's with us, John McLaughlin, Matt Towery.
Thank you all for being back with us.
Let me begin with you, Matt Towery.
The state of the race as you see it, and what impact, if any, does Kamala Harris have on any of this?
Well, clearly, the race is tightening.
There's no doubt about it as you look at these battleground polls.
And none of these polls are accurate, but they at least give you a sense of some momentum one way or it's shifted one way or another.
So clearly, Trump is tightening this race where it matters.
I don't think Harris is a bad pick or a great pick.
I think she won't do anything special for Biden.
Now, I think a lot of folks are banking on the idea that she'll push African-American vote out through the roof.
No, that's Barack Obama.
I don't see that happening with her.
She, in fact, couldn't even poll very well when she was running for president and ultimately had to get out of the race.
Before one caucus of primaries, she left in December.
Yeah, exactly.
So I just don't see her as being not the big entity that the mainstream media is trying to praise right now.
I don't think she's a huge deterrent either.
I just think she's a nothing.
It really doesn't matter.
And I guess maybe do no harm, Scott Raspusson, as a predictable strategy.
But also, if you listen to that line when she really went after Biden in that debate, I think that line was scripted.
I think that line was memorized.
And I think she went into attack, which I brought up with Vice President Mike Pence last night.
He'll be prepared, obviously, but certainly she will be the voice of attack against all things and everything, Donald Trump.
Well, that's right, John.
I mean, there's two jobs of a vice presidential nominee.
One is to do no harm, and the other is to be an attack dog.
And I think Harris will do both those things fairly well.
Ultimately, I believe I'm with Matt.
I think her impact on the race is going to be fairly negligible.
What happens with the pandemic?
What happens with the economy?
What happens when Joe Biden goes out on a debate stage?
You know, those things will have a much bigger impact.
Right now, the race is tightening.
I mean, there was a stretch right after the Floyd killing where things really seemed to get out of hand and Biden had a pretty decent lead, a double-digit lead nationally.
Things have tightened up from that.
And in the battleground states, we are starting to see the same kind of dynamic we saw four years ago.
It'll be interesting to see what happens next.
And again, Harris won't be the deciding factor.
It'll be what happens in the real world.
You know, she doesn't want private health insurance available to people.
She's very anti-gun.
One of the most, she has a record more to the left of Bernie Sanders.
How that's possible, I don't know, but this is John McLaughlin, the most radical extreme ticket of any major party by far in our collective lifetimes.
Absolutely.
And what makes this really unique and unusual is a recent media poll had 59% of all voters don't think Joe Biden's going to serve out his term.
So normally a vice presidential pick usually binds the wings of the party into one unity entity and they run forward.
And the vice presidential pick reinforces who the top of the ticket is.
Here, you've got a situation where Joe Biden, he barely left the basement to go to a high school with no crowd to announce his vice presidential pick.
There's something really wrong there.
And most Americans think she could be president if Biden's elected within the four years that he's supposed to serve out.
So all of a sudden, these extreme positions that she has, where she is a San Francisco liberal, she does want to end health insurance.
She wants to give free health care and all sorts of benefits to illegal immigrants.
She wants open borders.
She's on board for all sorts of tax increases.
She wants to end the energy independence the United States now enjoys.
Her radical positions are really, really, really important because you could be voting for her to be president if you vote for Biden.
So she's the radical left takeover of Joe Biden is really complete.
And you've got a situation where absolutely Pelosi and Schumer would call the shots in Congress and Kamala Harris would end up being possibly the president.
And we would never recognize this country after four years of that kind of radical left control.
So this is a really, really important pick that Biden made because it tells you where the Democrat Party wants to take the country.
And, Matt, it defies logic.
Bolshevik Bernie, the economics are.
AOC, he's pledging trillions for this madness new Green Deal.
Kamala Harris is left-wing to the left of Bernie.
And I'm just wondering: okay, we know what the swing states are.
Florida, you know, president would have to hold Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, fracking, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
And I am increasingly convinced that we have a larger percentage of people in these polls now who just simply will not tell a live interviewer or won't even put down, period, who they are voting for for president for fear that they're offending someone or they just don't want anyone to know.
The backlash against Trump is that bad from people who hate him so much.
And so I think all these states are a lot closer than we're seeing.
I think the president probably is leading a good number of them.
It's just, it doesn't show up.
And it is because, to make my point, people vote with what affects them personally.
It will be the economy.
It will be the virus.
The virus has to be dealt with in Florida and some other states because if that isn't under control, that could be a real game changer against the president.
But it's the things that come home at the time.
And I think in those instances, what she stands for and what Biden stands for are not what the swing voters want.
They didn't want in 2016.
They don't want it this time.
And you can add law and order to the list of what Matt's saying, but it's really every issue, Scott Rasmussen.
As people now really understand how far leftist and radical this party is and has become, there's no moderates in the Democratic Party anymore.
Will voters understand that?
Will voters pick up on that?
The mob and the media, you know, they're saying, oh, no, she's a moderate, George Stephanopoulos says.
George Stephanopoulos is a liar, just like the New York Times is lying.
Well, you know, Sean, there is going to be a cocoon built around both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris.
There's no doubt about that.
And we're going to be told repeatedly that they're both very pragmatic moderates.
But, you know, there's a huge segment of the electorate that doesn't like the anti-American flavor of the rhetoric.
They want to see America celebrated.
And one of the numbers that I keep coming back to in my polls is that 17% of voters, one out of every six voters, really don't like Donald Trump, but they also don't think we should be tearing down statues of George Washington or Thomas Jefferson or Abraham Lincoln.
These are people who are troubled by the woke wing of the Democratic Party, and they are a real problem.
The more that that seems to define Joe Biden, the more those people are going to come around to say, you know, we have our doubts about President Trump.
We didn't like him, but he may once again be the lesser of two evils for a significant number of people.
You agree with that, John?
Yes, I do.
And there definitely is, by the way, everybody's talking about the tightening, you know, but you're saying the bad media polls, and that's right, they're off.
Scott's right.
They're not asking the same questions Scott would ask.
So the battleground polls are absolutely tightening up.
And if you go to the real clear politics site, you know, there's 211 toss-up electoral votes.
But I tell you what, you were talking about those Midwest battleground rust belt battleground states.
A lot of them are heavily Catholic.
And what's interesting about Kamala Harris is in 2018, while she was a U.S. Senator grilling federal judicial candidates that President Trump had nominated, she thought that being a member of the Knights of Columbus, which is for practicing Catholics, should disqualify them from being a federal judge.
Now, full disclosure, I'm a member of the Knights of Columbus.
It's a religious troublemaker.
I mean, how dare you be part of a religious group?
But here it is.
She's a woman who was nominated to be a diverse candidate on a ticket to show that they don't discriminate.
And she was more than willing to discriminate against practicing Catholics.
So this ticket isn't what at all it's supposed to look like.
And I wonder if Joe Biden's still a member, if he was ever a member.
But who knows?
But it's like it's that what Scott was talking about, the wokeness of this Democrat Party, is it's really taking us away from our institutions and values.
And even the ABC poll where they were touting her today and saying that she was this wonderful pick, a poll that is skewed with only 25% or 24% Republicans in it, when you were asking them about, when you would ask them about if she were to share your values, it was only 3735.
And that she was, you know, was too liberal was 38%, agreed that she was too liberal.
Only 27% disagreed with that.
So she's already somewhat defined in the skewed liberal polls as a liberal who doesn't share our values.
And the Republicans are going to let up with that.
And that's going to define Joe Biden because even with his age and the fact that he'll be the oldest president ever elected, this is who he's picking to succeed him.
This is who he is.
This is where Joe Biden's going.
All right.
Predictions.
John McLaughlin, 82 days away.
How will this fall out and end?
It's going to end with Donald Trump winning.
We're going to go through the Democrat convention where they're going to be on display for Americans to show how far left they want to take the country.
Then President Trump's going to come back with his convention and tell us how he's going to make America great again and keep the country moving forward in spite of the challenges that we face this year.
And ultimately, he will win.
But we are running like underdogs every day.
Matt Towery.
Well, I think Donald Trump wins.
I want to say this, though.
I think Labor Day is going to be very critical in this sense.
We cannot have a repeat in Florida, Georgia, some of these other states where you had this huge spike of another Labor Day where there's huge partying and people aren't protecting themselves.
And then we have a spike again.
So the governors in those states had better take control of the situation because the president needs them to make sure he gets re-elected.
Donald Trump can win on his own.
I think he's on his way.
All right.
Thank you all for being with us.
We'll keep updating everybody on this when we come back.
Part two of my interview with Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr.
He lost his son, 19-year-old son in the summer of love zone.
We'll get to your calls, 800-941-Sean.
We have events that we've now been promoting, including our town hall tonight.
All information on Hannity.com, Amazon.com, 40% off.
Live free or die.
Quick break.
Right back.
We'll continue on the other side.
All right, 25 till the top of the hour.
Don't forget Amazon.com, bookstores everywhere.
Finally, thank you for launching us number one, two weeks in a row now.
As we've launched this book, this is about what is at stake for this country in 84 days.
One of the big issues on the ballot is the issue of law and order and safety and security.
What do all the cities have in common?
New York City, chaos mayhem, Chicago, 40, 50, 60, 70 people shot a weekend.
How many more young kids are going to die like an eight-year-old in Atlanta, a one-year-old little boy shot and killed in a park in a stroller in New York City, or a seven-year-old beautiful girl shot and killed in Chicago playing in her grandma's backyard on the 4th of July weekend,
or the eight, nine, and 10-year-olds that were shot in just recent weekends, or Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr., who's with us, who lost his 19-year-old son in the beautiful Chas Chop Autonomous Zone that was known as the festive area, according to the media mob, Summer of Love Zone, according to the dopey mayor there.
The one thing they all have in common, run by liberal Democrats for 20 years, and they're not lifting a finger to save the lives of innocent grandmas, grandpas, moms, dads, and little children at this point.
It is beyond a dereliction of duty.
It is their fundamental role and responsibility.
They're not educating our kids.
They're not keeping our kids safe and secure.
And Obamacare, yeah, how did all those promises work out?
Listen, the other day, I hated to do this.
We weren't able to finish our interview with Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr.
He lost his 19-year-old son in the summer of love zone and Andre Taylor and their new attorney, Evan Ocean.
We left off with you, Evan, and what you plan to do legally.
I know you're not going to rush it.
I'd hold the media accountable.
I'd hold the city accountable.
I'd hold the mayor accountable.
I'd hold the governor accountable because they allowed the anarchists to take over that part of the city.
And they told everybody it was safe and they lied.
And we know they lied because Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr. is dead.
Another kid is dead.
Many others injured.
I'd hold them accountable.
I'd sue them all.
We rely.
We rely on our leaders.
We rely on society to keep us safe.
And we weren't safe.
Lorenzo wasn't safe.
Lorenzo was a 19-year-old special needs child.
He was let down by the system.
He was let down by the city.
He was let down by the state.
He was just let down all around.
And right now, what's going on in this country with the division between black, between white, between police, between non-police, it's just tearing this country apart.
So Mr. Anderson came forth with an initiative, and he calls it the Bridge the Gap Initiative.
And what he wants to do is he wants to promote a dialogue between those who want to defund the police and those who want to defend the police.
And out of that, he hopes that there will be safe zones established, that there will be community activism that will be promoted, and that we can start bringing lawless lawfulness back to the streets.
Because right now, we're headed for an abyss that is going to take us a long time to get out of, if ever.
So, you know, I'm worried.
I'm worried about this country.
I'm worried about the direction of where we're going.
And I'd like to see unity.
And I think this is Mr. Anderson's message.
You know, Mr. Anderson, I don't know how one recovers from all of this.
There's one thing that I think that maybe you have, and maybe it's a special blessing God gave you that I don't think I have.
I'd be angry.
I would be, I'm angry for you.
I'm angry for what's happening in these cities.
I'm angry that our children aren't safe and secure.
I'm angry that we don't educate our kids in these cities.
I'm angry that, you know, all these people, every two and four years, they make promises, promises, promises, and they're absolutely meaningless.
They didn't have the decency, the mayor of that city of Seattle, never to have the decency to pick up a phone and call you herself.
The governor never called you.
She was embarrassed finally to call you after, you know, you poured your heart out on national television on my show.
And then the president, in the middle of the show, I hear the White House switchboards calling, asking for your phone number because he wanted to call you the president.
He was watching.
Incredible.
Yeah, that was beautiful.
That was a beautiful thing.
Yeah, I'm more, I was angry.
I'm more disappointed now because I don't know who to be angry with.
You know what I'm saying?
Like you say, I told you before, I'm not political, so I don't really know what's going on.
That's why I got a lawyer, you know, to help me.
Andre's been great for me.
He keeps me pointing in the right direction.
But I believe, I think it's the letters, man.
These letters and around the world, you know, just being on your show.
You know, calls from Trump, calls from these people.
Just letters around the world.
I think that keeps me more, you know, and then I'm, you know, I'm trying to, you know, you try to be in your godly frame.
So I, you know, I pray every morning.
You know, I talk to my son every morning, even though he's not there.
I still talk to him, you know, because I pray and I talk and I hope he can hear me.
You know what I'm saying?
I believe in everything.
It's going to be all right.
And I know the good book says, forgive us, forgive them as we forgive us as we forgive.
And I know Jesus on the cross said, forgive them, Father.
They know not what they do.
I know all of that, and I believe all of that.
But I'm angry because this is preventable.
I've had long conversations, Andre, with you, and we've discussed this.
And this is preventable.
A good education, fixing that system is doable.
This is the United States for crying out loud.
And we've allowed this failure, institutionalized failure, to continue.
And I'm sick of all of it.
So let me say something here.
And I think that it's necessary for us to point out.
And it's okay for me to mention God on the show, right?
Yeah, this is not a public school.
Go right ahead.
Okay.
Okay.
So I, you know, I've gotten a lot of blowback.
This is a far left-leaning city and state, and I'm not far left whatsoever.
And but I have a lot of blowback for people saying you guys went on the hand of this show, right?
Let me tell you the real issue here that really pisses me off here, which makes me angry with you, but in a different capacity.
We come on this show, we had a human moment, one of the best moments on TV.
And people on the left want to politicize that moment, right?
They can't, they couldn't even see a son a father in his humanity.
God chose your show.
Out of every show that it could happen, he touched your heart, Handy.
Yeah.
You reached out.
And it was an incredible human moment.
And all we've gotten from people that people on the left consider extremists is love.
And people on the from the people on the right, people on the left have continued to attack, saying that all they want to do was politicize you guys being on the show.
Well, you know what?
Horace and I don't give a damn about politicizing a damn thing.
His son died.
There was a moment that the country could build on.
The president recognized it.
When he called, it wasn't about politics.
He probably saw his own son in a situation like that.
Handed all your own children.
By the way, that's what I saw.
I saw my kids.
And, you know, just like with George Floyd, I saw that and I'm like, this can't happen in this country ever again, ever.
It's got to stop.
Can I just add one thing to this?
I'm going to tell you something.
This is about human decency.
This is about basic fundamental government failing at a spectacular level.
And for me, this is not red and blue and Republican and Democrat and conservative and liberal.
This is about our human family.
This is about our American family.
And Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr. is a part of our national treasure.
He had a future that God had planned for him in his life all laid out before him.
And he wasn't protected.
And we had every opportunity to clean that BS summer of love zone up, and they didn't do it.
And I got to tell you, you know, my show is the only show that interviewed the family nationally I know of, of the one-year-old, the father of the one-year-old little boy that died in New York, and the grandmother of that one-year-old little boy.
We're the only show that interviewed the family of the seven-year-old girl killed in Chicago, shot in her grandma's backyard.
Do you know how many of these families, Andre, they don't even have money to pay for a casket or a burial plot.
Did you know that?
Wow.
That was my position.
My auntie had to help me.
I didn't have money to pay for that.
My auntie helped pay for the funeral costs.
I just happened to have an auntie that loved me and said, she didn't want nobody speaking bad about how they helped or did this.
And she said, you just call them and you call me and I'll pay for the bill.
So sad.
So sad.
Yeah, so I can feel, so I feel their pain.
That's one thing that when it happened, I looked at my fiancé and I looked at her and I said, what are we going to do now?
Because we don't even have no money.
So I didn't even know what to do.
That's the worsest part that I could, man.
The American people, I understand, though, have stepped up and helped you a lot.
Is that true?
Yes, and I went back and they gave me a GoFundMe and I went back and gave my auntie her money and she said, thank you.
Thank you.
You know why?
Because the American, we're a fundamentally good people.
Yeah.
Andre, you've been involved in this issue and other issues now for many years.
Where do you see this going?
As I said in the beginning, the only thing that's sustainable is bringing people together.
My organization, Notice Time, led Washington State with a coalition of black, white, Asian natives into the first police accountability in the country.
We're the only place that have passed real legislation, and we did that by bringing law enforcement, the FOP, the Fraternal Order of Police, and some of the largest police unions in Washington State.
Again, the only way we can get this done is that we all have to come together and make it happen.
And I tend to have a national movement to bring what we've done here in Washington State to the forefront for our country.
But again, that includes all people, law enforcement, and all people to make it happen.
And if we are not careful, you know, we could blow this moment if we allow this protest of agitation to take the forefront because that's going to divide us.
And we need to make sure that we don't allow that to happen.
All right.
Stay right.
There are final moments coming up here.
Always a powerful moment with Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr. lost his 19-year-old son in the summer of love zone.
Andre Taylor, attorney Evan Ocean, is with us.
Let's bring your die, America in the world on the brink.
We've got signed, we're doing an event if you want a sign copy tonight.
And I think it's at 7 o'clock.
The link is on Hannity.com.
I know some people have been requesting signed copies.
Signed a ton of them, but I just, and we've distributed them sort of evenly amongst all the different bookstores and the Costco's and the Walmarts and the Targets.
But anyway, if you're interested in it, we'd love to have you join us tonight.
That'll be great.
Amazon still has 40% off.
Costco's has a great deal going on in the book, all Walmart, Target, Barnes Noble.
Anyway, you can find it there.
But if you want to join us for a town hall at seven, it's on Hannity.com.
And you just click on the link for a signed copy.
Final moments with Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr., Andre Taylor, Evan Ocean.
Now that the Seattle police chief has, you know, had to resign because of the idiocy of government, just like in Minneapolis, Seattle, Portland.
It's so sad.
I don't think this ends well.
Horace Lorenzo Anderson Sr., what do you say to all the parents that are probably going to start losing their kids?
Because it's happening every weekend.
I wish we'd stop it.
I think we could if we had the will to do it.
What do you say to all these parents that are living through this hell?
I say pray and talk to your children.
You know, don't be afraid of waking up in the morning to say, I love you, man.
What are you going to do today?
Or just because you get that talk back and they might be like, man, why are you not lying?
Why are you, you know, hey, I'm just trying to make sure you're safe and the place that you're going.
I need to know where you're at.
You know what I'm saying?
So that I can, if something happens, I know where you're at.
You know what I'm saying?
I know, you know what I'm saying?
Just don't leave the house and not tell your parents.
I tell the kids this right now: man, talk to your parents.
If you have a problem, talk to your mom.
Talk to your dad.
You know what I'm saying?
Because they're the number one people.
I don't care.
When everything's said and done, that's where the pain comes in.
It's going to come in hard on them.
They're going to have to take care of the situation.
It's not going to be, I mean, other people might feel the pain, but the pain of losing of your child is never, man, as a parent is incredible.
I mean, I don't, I mean, I couldn't words, couldn't express, I mean, I'm still not over it.
I cry, I still cry, you know, and I wake up and I talk and I'm just talking, and I'm like, you know, no response, you know.
So, you know, listen to your parents, man.
Parents, man, listen to your kids, you know.
Well, you're in our prayers.
Horace, I now consider you a friend.
Andre, you and I, we talk a lot.
I consider you a friend.
Evan, I don't know you, but I'd assume if you're helping these two guys out, you're a pretty good, cool guy.
And I hope you can help them legally because they need it.
Anyway, you guys are the best thinking of you, Horace.
Anything we could ever do, you let us know.
You know how to get a hold of me, okay?
800-941-Sean.
Your calls coming up straight ahead.
Hannity.com for tonight's special book signing for signed copies of Live Free or Die.
Amazon.com and every bookstore around the country.
40% off on Amazon today, which I love.
We'll continue.
All right, available, Amazon.com, 40% discount.
Bookstores everywhere.
Costco's Walmarts, Target, you name it.
Barnes and Noble.
Thank you again.
You know, it had to drive the New York Times nuts.
Linda, don't you think?
Just had to drive them nuts.
You know, they've had to, again, you know, because they try hard.
You know, if there's any wiggle room whatsoever, the conservative would always get pushed out.
But to make it the number one book in the country, I'm sure just did not sit well with the people on the board over there at the New York Toilet Paper Times.
I mean, listen, it's one of my 2020 goals.
So, you know, it only took me to August to August to get it done.
Yeah, we have a cool event tonight, by the way.
What time is the town hall tonight?
7 o'clock.
So, yeah, so we have an awesome town hall tonight.
You can get signed copies of Sean's book tonight being hosted by Books and Greetings in New Jersey online at booksandgreetings.com.
That's booksandgreetings.com.
You can obviously find out everything you need to know at Hannity.com.
And it's going to be you talking to lots of great people who are looking to get signed copies of Live Free or Die and figure out why we're number one, which I think is awesome.
One of the things that I tried to do, and I know when we do our book tours, you know, people prefer a signed copy of a book.
I sign them.
By the way, I sign them all myselves.
I've just heard stories that other people don't.
That would be a total lack of integrity.
Hannity, but your signature has changed over the years.
It has changed over the years.
People said that to me all the time.
It changes in the course of a book tour.
My signature changes depending how much I'm paying attention.
I'm when I'm signing.
Give me a break.
No, so I just try to treat it like I was on a book tour.
And every day I'm just signing as many as I can and banging out as many.
If I get an hour, I'm signing, signing, signing.
I mean, I've shown you the piles that I've signed and sent in.
And what's really cool is they're called tip-ins, and you just, and when you publish the book, when you produce the book, they actually put it in.
It's part of the book.
It's like you had the book and opened it up and signed it, but it just goes faster.
So I was able to get a lot done.
For those that want a signed copy, they can go to Hannity.com and join us tonight.
But you can still get 40% off.
I'll tell you, heavy, big discounts.
And I love saving money.
I didn't write this book to make money.
I didn't even write it to be number one.
I mean, I'm very grateful.
I am competitive.
I'm not going to lie.
But that wasn't the purpose.
I want America to be number one.
And if these stated policies, fantasyland, as I call it in the book, the 2020 Democratic Agenda, I didn't even think it would be this bad.
I didn't think Biden would pick Bolshevik Bernie as his economic czar or the most extreme radical senator in the U.S. Senate left of Bernie, and that's Kamala Harris.
I never thought that AOC would have such a heavy influence that trillions for her new Green Deal Biden is pledging.
Kamala herself had sponsored the bill in the Senate.
This is a clear and present danger to freedom, liberty, and capitalism as we know it.
And the greatest economic system God ever gave man.
This is not a joke.
Never mind on every other issue.
I mean, it would be an unmitigated disaster.
And, you know, even Obama tried to hide his liberalism, you know, tried to say, yeah, we're for border walls.
Yeah, no, we're against reparations.
And, you know, this just would slip up occasionally that will spread the wealth around.
So it's bad.
And if you want a preview of coming attractions, just look at these big cities and states.
You know, I'll give you an example.
In New York State, they rank dead last in economic outlook.
Washington Examiner, state-by-state economic review, American Legislative Exchange Council.
Yeah, New York as a state is ranked 50th.
Well, how could it be anything other than that?
Now, it's fascinating that Biden is giving trillions to AOC's Green New Deal, but she only gets 60 seconds to speak at the convention.
Wow.
You want Bill Clinton to speak, but maybe not AOC?
Okay, dummies.
That was one of the Bernie people.
They're upset.
And she put up a poem, and I don't think she's too happy about it either.
You know, then you have Miranda Devine, who writes for the New York Post at an interesting article today about a contingency plan to stage a military coup if Donald Trump contests a close election.
I mean, these conspiracies are flying high and wide.
Now, by the way, they have a backup plan if voters wise up or Trump just out-campaigns them.
Anyway, it's a plan laid out by the Transition Integrity Project, an anti-Trump group, apparently stacked with Obama loyalists, George Soros staffers, friendly journalists, and reportedly they've been wargaming ways to remove Donald Trump from office in case of a disputed election.
I mean, these people have gotten so sick.
This is a cult of psychotic hatred at this point.
I found one interesting Reuters piece today.
Democrats and the mob in the media.
Oh, they're finally admitting that the riots have been violent.
Only took them a long time.
And, you know, what are they going to do?
Comrade de Blasio saying, yeah, we're going to have to lay off 22,000 New York City workers unless Donald Trump bails out New York City.
He's not going to bail out New York City, nor should he bail out New York City.
You know, live and die by your stupid decisions and don't make the rest of the country bail out New York.
They shouldn't.
On the good news front, we have jobless claims now below a million for the first time since March.
That's all good news.
I mentioned earlier in the program today the president brokering this agreement, normalizing relations between the UAE and Israel.
And that's the first such agreement between Israel and a major Arab country since 1994.
But we've already seen the impossible happen, and that is the cooperation, intelligence sharing, and unity with the U.S., Israel, Jordan, Egypt, the Saudis, the Emirates, because of the threat, the real threat that is Iranian hegemony in the region and their pursuit of nuclear weapons.
Democrats are demanding before, you know, they care so little about American workers and those even in need of unemployment that, you know, they'd rather push their, you know, mail-in ballot push and withhold funding in terms of corona relief.
That's just who they are.
So, you know, a lot of good news, another success of the president by every stretch of the imagination.
By the way, President Trump called on Biden, will you denounce Antifa and Trump on Harris?
Well, nobody's been more insulting to Biden than she was during the primary.
That was pretty good.
Mike Penn seemed energized at the prospect of debating Kamala Harris in Salt Lake City.
We'll probably be out there for that.
I hope so.
I got to get a Krownberger somehow.
I've been wanting one.
And we're looking at this V-shaped recovery now coming into play nicely.
And, you know, the president's giving the unemployed $400 a week.
He had to bypass the Congress because all they care about is finding every way that they can manufacture, I guess, as many votes as needed.
I don't trust any of them.
If you're willing to lie, if you're willing to be silent while people are involved in spying on candidates and lying to courts to spy on Americans and spying on a president, and you are silent, well, you're aiding and abetting and an accomplice as far as I'm concerned, especially people that claim to be leaders.
They're not leaders.
The new coronavirus case numbers have now hit a landmark low, thankfully, and now fewer than 50,000 for the third day in a row.
There was never a doubt there was going to be hot spots, but now we're getting what we thought we would have.
We flattened the curve.
Then you have the decline, then the precipitous decline.
And that's what we see happening, according to Johns Hopkins and the numbers that they have putting out there.
The number of new cases now falling over the last past three weeks, there'll be other hotspots.
We've got to be careful.
Then the big question is, what do you do about opening schools and opening schools safely?
You know, I don't trust anything that New York does.
There's a huge controversy.
Betsy McCoy had a devastating piece today out about Andrew Cuomo and his fatal flaws.
I mean, you know, how is it even possible that New York has 32,000, nearly 33,000 deaths?
New Jersey, 15,966.
Then you go to Michigan, 6,533.
Pennsylvania, 7,446, some of the highest in the country.
And, well, a lot of it is because of their stupid executive orders.
Those executive orders that put COVID-19 patients inside of long-term care facilities for the elderly and in nursing homes.
And it's pretty unbelievable that this, and then they just deny.
You know, Cuomo say, I did nothing wrong.
We provided all the PPE ever wanted.
And then the New York Post today puts in there, yeah, a lot of PPE because we had nurses that had, you know, hefty trash bags on instead of gowns because they ran out of gowns.
Yeah, nice try.
Now, I gave you all the numbers of all the, you know, what, 22 or three countries around the 22 countries around the world that have opened schools safely.
And we should learn from the good things that they did.
But, you know, I'm thinking New York is whining and moaning and complaining about, well, we'll have to open schools.
And I'm like, well, there was an article in an investigative report, again, the New York Post today, 38,000 cases of lead paint in schools.
Really?
I mean, and in the Bronx, 884 positive tests for kids with lead paint.
New York, 535, New York City, LeBron, 797.
Queens, 1,139.
Brooklyn, 591.
Wow.
And, you know, they just can't do a thing right.
But that's a preview of coming attractions.
If in fact, God forbid, in 82 days, this country was stupid enough to elect the most radical ticket of any major political party in history.
I mean, it's madness.
And, you know, this is a real challenge opening schools, opening it safely.
But there are also other challenges, mental health challenges, among them, if kids don't get back to school.
And if 23 other countries can get it right, well, what can we learn from them?
That's my advice.
Follow what they did.
And if you want, if everyone wants the option of maybe doing remote learning, I don't really have a problem with that, to be honest.
If that's what they choose to do, I'm fine with that.
All right, let's get to our phones here.
Rob is, I'm sorry, Bob is in Kentucky.
Hey, Bob, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean, how are you?
I'm good.
What's going on?
Well, I believe the Biden-Kamala ticket has done more harm to black Americans than they have done good.
We can certainly see that Kamala is anti-cop with all of her rhetoric just this year.
And if you examine her record of jailing blacks, extending sentences, withholding evidence for their prosecution, I don't see how any black American, I don't see how any police officer could ever vote for them.
Listen, all I can say is this.
You know, all talk.
I'm listening, Joe's 51 years, all talk.
I can't think of a single piece of legislation that he has ever been involved in that has improved the lives of Americans.
I'll give you Donald Trump's record in three and a half years, and I'll compare it against the eight years of Biden-Obama.
You know, but if you want to talk about record low unemployment for every demographic in the country, that was Trump.
That wasn't Joe, and that wasn't Barack.
You want to talk about the biggest commitment of historically black colleges for the longest period of time?
That was Donald J. Trump, not Barack and not Joe.
Opportunity zones, that was Trump, not Barack, not Joe.
You want to talk about, again, record low after record low after record low unemployment?
That was Donald Trump.
Criminal justice reform Trump.
Police reform Trump.
It's like, you know, these guys just talk.
President said this a lot in 2016.
What have they done?
How have their policies?
Well, because when you look at eight years of Joe and Barack, you got 13 million more Americans on food stamps, 8 million more in poverty.
Now, how did that Obamacare, those Obamacare promises work out?
Just the opposite of what they said would happen happened.
It's a disgrace what has gone on here.
And yet some people are, I guess the allure of everything being free is real for some people.
Well, that's just not going to fly for the country.
Just tell me one thing that they can't keep law, order, security, safety.
They can't educate our kids.
Obamacare's a flop.
Medicare and Social Security going broke.
We're going to trust them more.
It's a dumb idea.
All right, back to our busy telephones here.
Jeremy is in Florida.
Jeremy, hi, glad you called and welcome to the program.
Hey, Sean, how are you today?
I'm good.
We need you in 82 days.
What's going on?
Oh, I'm voting for Trump all the way.
Let me tell you, five years ago, I was homeless living on my mom's back porch.
Today, I own a house.
I have two cars and I have a beautiful daughter that I can thank.
I thank Trump every day for everything he's done to make my life better.
Why were you homeless?
And obviously, a good economy helps, but what did you do to fix your life?
Because obviously, you had to do something.
I couldn't find a job.
I got out there.
I looked for a job.
I found a job.
Great job.
I work for a medical transport company now.
Right.
And you're doing that well.
Well, good for you.
That's awesome.
You know what?
That's called the American dream.
Let's not ruin it in 82 days and destroy the greatest economy and system of governance God gave man.
So that's awesome.
Good for you.
I just want to thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell the president, thank you for everything he's done for me without ever even knowing me.
You know, that's the beauty of when you have principles that work.
Conservatism works.
Low taxes work.
Ending burdensome bureaucracy works.
Energy independence works.
You know, securing our borders so that Americans aren't competing with very inexpensive labor works.
And it's also good for our safety and security and just smart to do.
And those are all the policies that will continue and then we'll live free.
You know, I'm just saying it is all on the line here.
If their stated policies are implemented, it's over.
The energy industry with high-paying career jobs, gone.
The promise, the false promises of socialism will never be fulfilled.
It will end in poverty, failure, and frankly, more misery and a loss of freedoms than you could ever imagine.
That is what is at stake in 82 days.
America lives free or America dies.
We're on the brink.
This is an all-hands on deck cry and call to everybody.
So anyway, Jeremy, stay on the line, by the way.
I'm going to send you a copy of Live Free or Die and courtesy of me.
And thank you and congratulations on turning your life around.
Anybody can do it.
You just start making one right choice after another right choice after another right choice.
All right, don't forget Hannity.com, our election map, Hannity.com for our virtual town hall tonight.
This is for signed books if you want an autographed book.
And Amazon.com, Costco's, Barnes Noble, bookstores everywhere.
Walmart, Target, discounted heavily, which I love.
I love saving money.
All right.
And Amazon.com, 40% off.
Quick break, right back.
We'll continue straight ahead.
Everywhere.
Live free or die, America and the world on the brink.
By the way, huge shout out.
A lot of people we now know have been buying it at discounted rates at Costco's and Barnes Noble and even Kroger's store.
I was surprised about that.
Walmart, Target, they have it.
Everybody has it, which is amazing.
And all the stores and Amazon.com are all discounting it, which I love is because I'm a smelly Walmart shopper that loves to save money and a Trump voter.
It's all on the line in terms of the future of this country for our kids and our grandkids.
And now you have the most radical and the most extreme group of, well, from any major political party running.
And it's amazing.
You watch the mob, you watch the media predictably.
What are they out there saying?
Oh, no, no, she's a moderate.
And I don't know, all these issues.
Fox has gone way overboard.
What?
Just telling people what her record is.
And it's so amazing to me, so predictable, so amazing, is that they refuse to do a simple vetting of Kamala Harris.
They just, they refuse.
And it's like they just have to run out of their way and praise Kamala Harris.
And it's like the second coming.
Well, if it was the second coming, the Democratic Party would have given her more than 2%.
And our comments about Joe Biden, as I've been chronicling here, well, they pretty much speak for themselves about how she feels about Joe Biden on a variety of issues.
And they can spin and they can spin all they want, but it's not getting them anywhere because the American people are not going to be denied the knowledge that they need before this election.
I mean, Joe wants to hide in the basement in his bunker, barely poke his head out.
Sure, Kamala will go on offense.
She'll attack Donald Trump every second at every stop, every place she is, every town hall, every virtual town hall, whatever she happens to be doing.
But this is the most radical duo of any major political party to seek the office of president and vice president.
And when I say live free or die, well, the America that has provided the standard of living second to none, the greatest wealth-producing nation on the history of this earth with a system of governance unlike any others, rooted in natural rights, God-given rights, and endowed by our creator, not the thing, you know, the thing, but the creator, the creator of everything.
And we get to use our talents, our innovation.
Free market capitalism has created a standard of living the world envies, which is why so many people want to come here.
Why did so many people want to leave these socialist hellholes like when East Germany, you know, how many people tried to risk their lives and died trying to get to West Germany?
How many people over the years from Cuba have gotten in broken down, dilapidated, rickety boats and shark-infested waters with the very hope that they might get one foot on dry land in America so they could stay here?
A perilous journey for them and their families.
Why?
Why do we build the wall?
Because we want to vet people that are coming into this country because the list is that long and people see the goodness and greatness and hope and opportunity that America offers.
And then that will turn it into a socialist hellhole that will guarantee loss of freedoms, poverty, misery, and broken promises and end us, you know, all ending as an asterisk, once great America.
And what happens to the world if we become weak?
That's at stake.
Early voting begins in a lot of these states.
We have our election map at Hannity.com.
And you can take a look.
When does early voting start in your state?
How do you do absentee voting?
Are you even registered in your state?
It's an interactive map.
It's up on Hannity.com.
Who's running for Congress?
Do you have a Senate race this year?
You know, information.
That's all it is.
Hannity.com for that.
As promised, we're going to get to some phone calls.
Let us say, oh, my goodness.
Velma is in Vegas.
We were talking about you the other day.
I have not heard from you in a long time.
All I heard during the Obama years was how much you love Barack Obama.
And I hope you're not indoctrinating my adopted nephews.
I'm pretty sure that they're going to come around to my way of thinking if they're not already there.
How are you, Velma?
How are you?
I'm good.
We're good.
You don't call.
You don't write.
You don't communicate.
We haven't talked.
How was your last spa treatment president that I gave you to the wind?
It was wonderful.
It was wonderful.
Yeah, you had a good time.
Now, you get in like a bathrobe and then you lay on the table on a towel and let a stranger touch you.
I can't do that stuff.
Sounds creepy to me.
I know it, but it was wonderful.
I love it.
Now, you're voting for Trump, right, when election day comes.
Hell to the novel.
You're not voting.
You know, good way.
Velma, I got a question.
You watch Joe Biden, right?
Do you really think he's got it all together?
Do you not see?
Do you think he's mentally alert and his mental acuity is sharp?
Do you think he has the strength and stamina to be a president?
Yes or no?
I wanted a woman, period.
Well, you got one as VP, as a VP candidate.
But I always have loved Joe Biden.
I always have, because.
I didn't ask you that.
I asked you if you think he has the mental alertness, acuity.
I think he has more mental stability than by the way.
Do my nephews, do they believe?
Do my adopted nephews subscribe to your.
Wait a minute.
Can I talk to the boys and ask them who they vote for?
How old are they now?
My boys, your nephews are 12 and 13.
They're big, beautiful kids.
Okay.
Well, let me ask you, do they support Trump?
No.
I want to hear that from them.
I don't believe you.
I bet they're Trump supporters.
I wouldn't lie.
I tell the truth.
That's why you love me because I'm honest and I tell the truth.
Well, Marcel and Anthony, are they there?
Can I talk to them?
Marcel and Anthony, it's no, because you know what?
And I'll tell you.
I just want to, oh, come on.
I'm their uncle.
You're not going to let them talk to their uncle for one minute.
Just put them on quick.
Put them on quick.
I don't think they're here upstairs.
No, they're there.
Call them down.
Say, Marcel Anthony, Uncle Sean's on the phone.
Just tell them.
Sean, you are not going to indoctrinate, indoctrine, my children, and have those people out there talking about them.
They sound like Joe, indoctrinate.
Let me just, let me talk to my nephews for one second.
Just call up to him.
Say, come on down.
Uncle Sean wants to say hi.
Uncle Sean.
Uncle Sean, who's the mother and who's the uncle?
Okay, I'm the best uncle you ever had.
Do you have any other uncle that takes care of your beautiful children like I do?
No, no, I haven't.
Okay, so I should have the right to talk to them.
Can you put them on?
You're not going to sit up there and brainwash my children.
I'm not going to brainwash them.
I'm going to ask a question.
Can you please call them?
And they're going to say no.
Can you please say Uncle Sean wants to say hi?
Sean, I am not going to have them crazy people out there talking about it.
Velma, Velma, Velma, Velma, Velma, Velma.
I'm their uncle.
Let them say hello to their uncle.
Just call them real quick because we don't have a lot of time.
You got to hurry.
They are downstairs.
Call them downstairs.
Say, come on up and talk to Uncle Sean.
They're downstairs.
They're not in the house.
Downstairs is in the house downstairs.
You want to tell the truth?
Yes?
Hold on.
Y'all say hello to Uncle Sean.
Hello.
Hey, Marcel.
Hey, Anthony.
How are you guys doing?
Good.
How are you?
Wow, somebody's voice has changed.
Who was that?
Anthony.
Anthony, your voice is getting deeper, which is normal.
You guys doing okay?
I haven't set a president in a while.
What's on the list next?
Oh, I'm going to have to do a big thinking about that.
You're going to have to think a little bit about that?
Marcel, what about you?
That's the thing.
I want to see you.
You can come see me.
Well, there's no baseball game to send it to you.
You like the trip when you got to see the Yankees, right?
Oh, yeah, I love that.
Right?
All right.
Now, I got a political question for both of you, okay?
Now, don't let your mom influence you.
I want you to think for yourself.
Don't let me influence you.
Just what do you think?
Now, if you could vote this election year, me and your mom disagree.
I'm voting for Donald Trump, and she's going to vote for, you know, the ever-so-confused Joe Biden.
I don't know why, but she is.
If you could vote Anthony and Marcel, who would you vote for?
And I know your mom's staring at you with that look.
Don't listen to your mom's look.
Just give me your honest answer.
Joe Biden.
Joe Biden.
Who said that?
Anthony?
Yeah.
Marcel, who will you vote for?
Neither.
Neither?
All right.
Now the question I want you guys to answer honestly.
On a scale of one to ten, how tough is your mom looking at you right now that if you say Donald Trump, you're going to be in trouble?
About a one.
About a one.
Come on, Anthony.
Marcel, what do you call it?
One or a ten?
One, two, two, okay.
Now, your mom, mom taking good care of you guys?
Oh, yeah.
All right.
Well, you just tell your mom what you want, and I'm going to get you guys update you on some presents.
We haven't given presents in a while, all right?
All right.
Thank you.
Love you.
All right.
Love you guys.
And always listen to mom and dad, except on politics.
You don't have to listen to them on that.
Velma, you there?
I'm here.
Now, you were staring at those young men, weren't you?
You were like, don't you dare say Donald Trump.
You know what?
I believe children should have a mind of their own.
I don't persuade my kids.
You did not want them.
Velma, you got to admit, you are looking at them and don't you dare say Donald Trump.
Tell the truth.
I don't have to do that.
No, you know what?
You've already brainwashed them.
No, I haven't.
I don't know.
You've already indoctrinated this.
I mean, come on.
You just don't.
Listen, all I could say is it wasn't Joe Biden and it wasn't your friend Barack Obama that gave us record low after record low unemployment for every demographic group, African Americans, Hispanic Americans, every group.
Let's talk about your book.
You want to know what's my button.
By the way, it was Donald Trump who committed more money to historically black colleges for the longest period of time.
It was Donald Trump that gave criminal justice reform and police reform.
You know what?
You never changed my mind on Donald Trump.
I pray for that food.
He's the best president in our lifetime.
Admit it.
He has been a horrible president.
Well, then how come Joe and Barack gave us 13 million more Americans on food stamps and 8 million more in poverty?
Can you answer that?
I'm not going to discuss Donald Trump with you because I care too much for you.
I'm not going to do it.
I don't like it.
Now do your friends at church still pray for me?
Oh, yeah, they love you because they love you.
They may not agree with you politically, but they're always asking about you.
All right.
Well, tell them I said, God bless them, and I'm praying for them.
And I'm praying for the country.
Donald Trump in 83 days.
By the way, for you, Election Day is 93 days away.
Hallelujah.
I'm kidding.
All right.
We'll see.
You said that last time.
It didn't work out that way, did it?
Okay.
All right, Velma.
Love you guys.
All our best.
Nice to get an update from Velma.
All right, let's get back to our busy telephones here as we say hi to George's in Florida.
George, hi, how are you?
Glad you called, sir.
Hey, Sean.
Thanks for having me on.
And I'm fine.
Yeah, I bought your book over the weekend, and I thought I'd be finished it by now, but about three-quarters of the way through, I keep on reading a couple chapters, going back and reading.
But I just wanted to say that this book, Live Free or Die, is just not a book that belongs on a shelf.
It has to be shared because Sean, I'm telling you, I'm the media mob, and academia has broken the bottom rung of our political ladder, which is, in my opinion, is the conversation around the kitchen table.
And there has been an absence of this conversation for way too long.
And your book helps to repair that bottom rung by empowering me with information and having me to engage and to engage with the people that I care about and I have the most influence over with the truth.
And also to recognize the strategy that the left is trying to have to suppress it.
And so I just want to thank you for writing it.
And I saw your interview over the weekend about that you really didn't want, you're not a writer, but I knew that something.
You're right.
But I'm going to tell you something.
Well, I appreciate your kind words.
Listen, I'm asking people not to buy a second copy.
Share the copy you have.
This isn't about, you know, all right.
We're number one, I really do thank you for it.
And it's done better than I ever dreamed, to be very frank.
But it's really about the moment.
It's about this country that we love.
It's about the risk if these stated policies are implemented.
And I'm afraid for the country.
And people do not have this information.
It's sad.
And, you know, the reason I keep pointing out, Amazon, 40% discount, Costco's discount, Walmart discount, Barnes and Noble discount, Target, just get it for the lowest price you can.
And I, you know, share it with anybody that you think would benefit.
Maybe somebody sitting on the fence or a liberal friend.
Who knows?
It may change their mind if they actually have an open mind.
It means the world to me, George.
And hopefully we'll get this right or the ultimate jury.
Anyway, all the details are on Hannity.com.
Other upcoming events we have, our electoral map is up there as well.
