Quick announcement.
I don't want to make a big deal about this, but I I am humbled and appreciative.
We now have picked up our 600th radio affiliate for this program, our high watermark for the show.
And the only thing I can really say is thank you.
You make this possible.
Um, and I'm just trying to earn your trust and support every day and do the best show we can do, which is what I want to get into here today.
And it's not about me, it's about where we are.
I look, you know, radio is I try to explain to the media people that always say, Well, well, you're not a journalist.
I'm like, yeah, I know I don't call myself a journalist.
I'm a talk show host.
And what I explain, and this is the most interesting thing because they all think they're journalists, and they're not.
I mean, I have a whole pack on the media, and it is I I don't even know where you'd begin.
I mean, Jim Acosta, rude as can be to the president, and wow, they're gonna sue.
You know, Jake Tapper, there was a Washington Free Beacon article.
Their headline is CNN's tapper compares Trump to gangsters after press conference on midterms.
You know, they started out doing a dance on the graves of Republicans that didn't show uh, you know, enough deference to Trump.
He danced on their graves.
He's I've never seen a president take delight in people of his own party losing.
It's like the godfather.
I you know, you can't make it up.
You know, the crazy left.
Look what they've done to Tucker Carlson and his family and outside of the crazy left.
And there has been some calls, but they the left, the media's been mostly silent about the actions of the mob of the left, like in the case of Pam Bondi and Sarah Sanders and Secretary Nielsen and so many others, Ted Cruz and Mitch McConnell.
I mean, it just goes on and on.
Um, by the way, so it's it is what it is, and I am a talk show host.
What is a talk show host?
Well, okay, some days, like maybe when it's a hurricane, we're just doing straight news.
That's all we're doing.
Other days, you know, some catastrophe, shooting, we're doing straight news.
Um, act of we're doing straight news.
So we do do journalism.
A lot of them claim to be unbiased.
They're they're almost all biased.
It's now every second, every minute, every hour, every day.
Hate Trump.
And they have now aligned themselves with the Democratic Party, the Never Trumpers, the Deep State, anything they can do to destroy Trump, which I'll get to later.
There we're now up to 85 specific areas of subpoenas and inquiry, which I told you the Democrats were gonna want to be involved in, and I'll explain that later in the show today.
But when you're a talk Show host sometimes you do straight news.
Sometimes we do strong opinion too.
So we do the news side, state news, local news, um, national news, international news, whatever it is we report the news.
Other days we we are giving our thoughts, opinions on the news, the editorial page.
Some days we even talk about sports.
You know, so in other words, we're I'm saying, tell saying I am a conservative, but that doesn't mean we've done more investigative journalism than all these so-called news channels on the left combined.
And they don't do their job.
They didn't talk about Hillary's bought and paid for dossier.
You know, you have 25 people between the Justice Department, the FBI resigning, being demoted or fired, and they have stayed out of it.
Multiple crimes that we have identified, abuse of power.
They didn't do they never vetted Obama, they never gave you Obama's record after eight years.
We do that reporting that they don't do.
The deep state, all the shenanigans leading up to 2016.
It's it's uh it's all parts.
I would say we're like the whole newspaper.
They say they're only one part of the newspaper, but they're really just the other part that they can't admit to.
Um, anyway, thank you again.
And we can't do this without you.
By the way, I want to say on this Veterans Day, thanks to all of you.
Thanks to all of you who have served, all of you that have given up significant portions of your life out of your love of country, patriotism.
There is enormous sacrifice of so many people that that just do it because they serve the rest of us, serve the cause of freedom, and we take for granted a lot of the blessings that we have every day.
And in large part, many of those left those blessings are protected because so many are willing to risk their lives for us.
And I'll talk more about this later in the program.
But I remember my father, like so many in World War II, he's he went after Pearl Harbor.
He signed up four long years in this Pacific.
I mean, how many other guys?
How many guys now have come back because of all these multiple deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan with PTSD?
And you think of all the people that died, you think of all the people that have come back disfigured for the rest of their lives now, or have lost limbs, arms, legs, and all sorts of other debilitating injuries.
They all do it knowing the risk, knowing the danger, but they do it anyway.
Most amazing people ever, and we will honor them coming up later in the program today.
Before I get to all that I know you want to talk about, which is Florida, um, it's and it's another example of how corrupt the media is.
There are multiple laws that have been ignored and violated.
The court order Friday was very clear.
Florida's constitution was violated by what's gone on in Broward and Palm Beach, more specifically, Broward.
It doesn't matter.
You see, I I think I'm like the only person, I don't know if others talk about it.
Remember, Donna Brazil writes her book, has to describe a phone call that she made to Bernie Sanders, basically acknowledging, yeah, there's a lot of funny business going on in the primary process.
Didn't want to make that call.
You know, we'll pull up the exact quote later, but nobody seemed to care.
That is, you know, if we don't have if we don't have fidelity and if we don't have the confidence that votes are it's got to be sacrosanct.
We can't live in a country where people just decide they're not going to abide by the law, or they're not going to play by the rules.
And unfortunately, for so many on the left, the ends justifies the means.
Poor Bernie Sanders never had a shot.
The entire process was rigged against him from the get-go.
Why the left, why Bernie's supporters were never angrier is bewildering to me.
And then, of course, the dirty dossier.
Never verified, never corroborated.
You know, the dirty tricks of the Hillary campaign, the DNC paying for sending money, by the way, Mark Elias, this guy down in Florida right now, through a law firm funneling money.
Wasn't for anything legal.
Then to give it to Fusion GPS, an op research firm, then to farm it out to a foreign national, which is not supposed to impact our elections, and then you get the dirty dossier that even Christopher Steele couldn't stand by.
But the information then being leaked to the American people, all in the hopes that they're going to believe the lies that Hillary paid for.
Then, of course, it's used to create to commit a fraud on a Pfizer court.
So then you can spy on a Trump campaign associate, and then afterwards it's used to delegitimize and destroy a duly elected president.
It was intended to stop Donald Trump forever becoming president.
I mean, it's just dirty tactics.
Let me give you an example as I lead up to Florida here.
There is an Axios poll by SurveyMonkey is the place it's called, airing on HBO on Sunday night.
Anyway, there's a lot of people who are going to be in the world.
Most Democrats see Republicans as racist and sexist.
They want dirty air and water, Obama's own words, and they want to kill children.
They want children to die, and they want to throw Granny over the cliff.
This year they added stuff like Trump's a Nazi.
And it even got you know more absurd every day.
But this poll reveals something that we got to talk about before we even get into Florida.
61% of Democrats view Republicans as racist, bigoted, sexist.
That's why we hear this every two and four years.
31% of Republicans say they view Democrats in the same light.
But the suspicions in this poll, Axios managing editor, Kim Hart, writes that a third of Americans say they'd be disappointed of a close member of their family actually married someone that didn't believe the same as they do.
Well, I guess that's, you know, whatever, but 61%.
Democrats think that Republicans are racist, bigoted, and sexist.
54 think, and this is their arrogance, 54% of Democrats think Republicans are ignorant.
44% think they are spiteful.
And, you know, similar numbers on the other side of that.
But I'm just saying, so when we get into the issues of Florida and what's been going on down there, and the history of what's gone on down there, and the laws that have been literally just ignored and not obeyed down there and not adhered to, you got to understand that this plays a part in it because they think you're evil.
50 21% actually think Democrats polled to hear think Republicans are evil.
And then 23% of Republicans think Democrats are evil.
So what is that?
It means for them that the ends justifies the means.
And when you look at these developments down 15,000 votes just mysteriously show up in Palm Beach County.
Far worse in Broward County.
Remember, on election night, Broward County reported 634,000 votes.
Two days later was 695,000.
And then not soon long after that, it was, you know, we're up 80,000 votes for crying out loud.
And it just keeps coming up.
Now, the law states that quote, Florida law, canvassing the canvassing board shall report all early voting and all tabulated vote by mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close.
And then it continues.
The canvassing board shall report, with the exception of provisional ballot results, which we've now learned got mixed in with the other results, which means we're never going to get an accurate number.
Anyway, but they shall report and literally update precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes until all the results are completely reported.
Now, 65 of the 67 counties in Florida, including the panhandle, where 27 days earlier, they had been ravaged by one of the worst hurricanes ever in that area.
We saw the devastation.
They all were able to abide by the law.
Nobody can give any reasonable explanation where these votes are coming from, why they were missing for several days, why Florida and federal laws, as the judge ruled on Friday, that the Constitution of Florida was not adhered to.
We don't even know fully how many votes are left.
And it's pretty scary.
And the person that first brought our attention to it was Senator Marco Rubio when he said that the supervisors' ongoing violation of Florida law requiring timely reporting, not just annoying incompetence.
He put out it's opened the door for lawyers.
And I'll get into Mark Elliott in a minute.
You know, to come here and try and steal a seat in the U.S. Senate and Florida cabinet.
Now we're going to go over the history of all they have a long history of misconduct here.
A long history.
How Brenda Snipes still has this job is beyond any comprehension I have.
How this has been allowed to continue is beyond you know, it's 2018.
We send election observers to other countries.
We need those election observers to come here because of the shenanigans going on here.
And I'll spell it all out.
I'll spell out the history.
You know, and and that's something else the media is not.
Just they won't even tell you the law for crying out loud.
They can't even acknowledge that laws were not adhered to when they weren't.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner.
And as you sort out family gatherings, travel plans, well, don't forget about those you will be missing at the festivities this year.

This offer ends Friday.
We're going to be updating Georgia and that governor's race is getting pretty uh hostile there.
By the way, thousands more votes found over the weekend, apparently, uh, according to Stacey Abrams campaign.
We'll get to that.
So, what am I trying to say here as I lead?
We know that they didn't in these two counties, Broward and Palm Beach, follow Florida state law.
I'm going to give you the history in a moment of how this has happened on numerous occasions.
And the only reason I brought up the poll about a specific, you know, Democrats' perceptions of Republicans, because this is happening way too much.
I think I was the only one.
Here's from um Donna Brazil's book.
Politico printed it.
Hello, Senator.
I've completed my review of the DNC and I did find the cancer, but I will not kill the patient.
I told Bernie I had found Hillary's joint fundraising agreement.
I explained that the cancer was that she had exerted this control of the party long before she became its nominee.
Had I known this, I never would have accepted the interim chair position.
But here we are, with only weeks before the election.
Burney took this stoically.
He didn't yell or express outrage.
Instead, he asked me what I thought Hillary's chances were.
And he goes on there.
I had to be frank with him.
I didn't trust the polls.
I said I had visited states around the country.
I urged Bernie to wake up.
And then she said, when I hung up the call to Bernie, I started to cry.
Not out of guilt, out of anger.
But we would go forward.
Anger at what had happened.
It was rigged, just like the phony dossier was designed to leak before the election to hurt Trump lies, never verified.
All right, I never want to correct the great Scott Scott Shannon, but we now have hit the 600 station mark.
So we need to get that updated, Linda.
Um, and again, I want to thank this audience.
They make this possible.
We know that we want to honor you every day, every every show with the best show we can put on.
All right, so I spent some time in the last half hour of you just joining us, and we've got a lot coming on today, including um Congressman Gates, who actually tweeted out, he tried to go look, it was was literally removed where apparently he saw trucks loading stuff in and out of the Broward Supervisor's office.
But, you know, Donna Brazil's writing about about Hillary Clinton, the cancer as she called it, not my words, hers, and you know, how Hillary's campaign exerted all of this power and control over the Democratic Party long before she became the nominee, and after she tells Bernie, and he apparently took it well.
I started to cry, but not out of guilt, out of anger.
It just is not new.
Hating Republicans to this extent and and believing in this poll, Democrats believing that Republicans are racist, bigoted, sexist, ignorant, you know, et cetera.
And by the way, the GOP doesn't have the best views of Democrats either, to be fair.
But this happens, and nobody seemed to care at the time.
Donna Brazil writing that was a profile in courage, because we had already known that it happened.
We knew the whole superdelegate was the was the back, which will now be gone, I think, in future primaries, supposedly.
But that was that was the backstop for Hillary Clinton to get the nomination.
In other words, it was all set up.
It was no Bernie had no shot in this thing.
And Bernie supporters, I never fully understood why they weren't more pissed off.
I'm more pissed off because it's the process, the integrity of the process that's in jeopardy.
And the same thing goes for the general election.
That dirty dossier was designed to demonize Donald Trump.
Hookers in Ritz-Carlton in Moscow urinating in his bed.
And we now know that Christopher Steele doesn't stand by his own dossier because in an interrogatory, when asked about it under the threat of perjury charges, he said, I don't know if any of it's true.
I don't know.
I have no idea.
But they still funneled that information, still fed the media.
Media was just too willing to just sop it up and report it, never knowing it's verified because it wasn't or corroborated.
But they just knew it was out there.
And then used later, of course, well, earlier, to get the Pfizer warrants by lying to a Pfizer court and committing frauds on Pfizer court judges.
We'll eventually get back to that, maybe sooner than later.
Um, and the irony of all of this, Washington Examiner is pointing out two-time Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is now staking a claim to what's going on in Florida now, as reports are now swirling that she is looking to try yet another attempt at winning the White House.
And in a memo from her onward together group, Clinton sought money to pay for the lawyers and the activists to help for the recount.
Of course, Hillary wants to get involved.
Now, the we just had a Broward County judge.
This is why judges matter.
You have liberal activist judges.
This all of this, there should have been an injunction immediately and impound and secure these voting machines and ballots, especially in Broward and Palm Beach.
It didn't happen.
Good website.
They point out that Rick Scott's injunction request was denied.
He needs to take it further, and he better look fast before if it hasn't already been, you know, who knows.
Nobody will ever know what's gone on here unless somebody just blows the whistle, which has happened in past campaigns as a side note In Broward County.
So we all know that these laws were not adhered to, that the law that demands that each county 30 minutes after the polls close, that the canvassing boards are supposed to report all early voting and all tabulated votes by mail within 30 minutes.
We also know the canvassing board is supposed to update, with the exception of provisional ballot results, update precinct election results to the department at least every 45 minutes.
That never happened and that's when Marco Rubio said this is really bad down here.
And so all of a sudden in the governor's race, or I'm sorry, in the Senate race, you go from 57, a 57,000 vote lead to what is now 12,000 plus.
And that's where we are.
You know, where was the tight control over vote access?
Where is the security in all of this?
How do you find 83,000 votes when this doesn't happen in any other county?
65 counties obey and abide by the law.
These two counties have a history of all of this.
The votes can't be traced to actual voter time location as the law compels the state to dispose of these ballots.
We have no documented way to know if the ballots are legit or where they're where they came from.
We have seen malfeasance in Broward County before.
We've seen the supervisor of elections, Brenda Snipes' long history of misconduct.
Just this past August, a judge ruled that Snipe systematically mishandled mail-in absentee ballots.
Last Friday, a judge ruled that Florida's constitution was violated.
2016, a court found that Broward County broke state and federal laws by illicitly destroying ballots.
How is it these people were ever in power again with this history?
But you know, they're saying, well, it's still in good hands.
Thousands of votes just go missing for days.
And, you know, what do we have going on here?
Especially with the history.
Floridians have a right to know if their votes are being counted and whether the process is fair.
There's more questions than answers in all this, but the sanctity of the vote is what is at stake.
And of course, this is nothing new.
You know, there's basically, let's just take a page out of Hillary Clinton's playbook.
What made Donna Brazil cry, and so on and so forth.
Now, uh Carl Rove has a piece out on Fox News.com, and he's rightly warning because the Democratic media spent the entire weekend claiming that there's no evidence of any wrongdoing here.
Well, laws being violated as wrongdoing.
What they mean is we don't have the Democrats on video doing anything wrong.
That's not what we're arguing, what I'd be arguing here.
Mark Ellias, and I'll get into his history in a minute, you know.
But if you look at what's happening, you know, with Brenda Snipes, it's it's incontrovertible now.
There's nothing to argue.
Specific Florida laws, specific ones have in fact been ignored and broken.
And as and the Constitution of Florida not followed.
And anyway, Carl Rove, look, you know, local Democrats in Broward Counties are recklessly violating state laws.
He's right.
We've outlined them for you.
You know, why are they doing it?
How do you go from 634,000 votes on election night and then claiming that 712, 840,000 votes after?
And the impact of these votes now the lead goes from 57,000 to 12,000 in the case of Rick Scott.
And, you know, Andrew Gillam lost by 75,000.
Now it DeSantis is only head by 36,000.
And Broward County officials blatantly have disregarded the Florida law about ballots accounted for within 30 minutes.
A county's voting locations closed at 7 p.m., but Snipe said Friday that she didn't know how many ballots remained to be processed.
That's Friday.
The election was on Tuesday.
And then 70 plus thousand, 80,000 ballots just happened to be found and counted.
And, you know, at three in the morning, they're dumping, well, we've got another 25,000 votes, and most of them go to the Democrats.
800, 941 Sean.
Here's a part of an interview that I had, by the way, with Donna Brazil in November.
Listen to this.
Donald Trump said it was rigged in Hillary's favor.
I said it.
I believed it.
And you confirmed it.
And I want you to walk through the process by which you made a promise to Bernie Sanders that you were going to investigate this.
And you walk us through the day that you made that phone call in September before the election.
And you said, yeah, it was.
What I said in the book was that in exchange for bailing out the party, which was broke, the Clinton campaign would get control over certain decisions and aspects of the DNC that made it difficult, if not impossible, for me to do my job.
It was unethical, but it was not rigged.
And I stand by that.
But you said you actually used the word rigged.
Of course, because I promised Bernie that I would go department by department and do a forensic uh uh test to find out what happened.
All right, so there you go.
You know, look at the history of Broward.
2012, Snipes criticized for absentee ballots that never arrived, scanners that didn't work, slow reporting, mounds of ballots that showed up long after election.
It's 2012.
2014, Snipes demonstrating incompetent.
Even fellow Democrats were complaining about her office, making it difficult for people to vote.
Those are Democrats.
2016 allowing her employees to campaign on county time, violating state law by posting election results half an hour before the polls close, sued for leaving amendments off the ballot.
A judge also ruled that she Brenda Snipes, that is, office violated state and federal laws by illegally destroying ballots.
And in 2017, accusations of ballot stuffing swirled around Snipe's office during local elections.
And she even admitted that ineligible voters were on the rolls and had voted.
You know, there actually was a hearing, a court hearing over the weekend, and you have the attorneys for Gillam and Nelson both saying to the judge, as it was pointed out, you know, that it was a non-U.S.
citizen.
They objected.
And the judge goes, noted.
Well, by law, you're not allowed.
This is what's going on down there.
And if you look at all of this, it's what it's a pattern of this.
You know, is they literally now it goes on and on.
Really we're going to fight to include a non-citizen's vote in Florida.
By the way, this guy, Mark Elliott, he was involved, he was the lawyer for Hillary Clinton's campaign.
And he says, Well, I'm happy.
He says, I'm here to win.
Happy to see the governor do a little promotional video for me last night.
Well, this is not his first rodeo in terms of recounts in 2013.
Elliot Elliott had a Virginia client ahead by only 165 votes.007%, and he criticized the Republican for not conceding, saying recounts do not tend to change the results.
The next year he had a client up over 12,000 votes, and he said recounts should only be done when there are a dozen or a few hundred votes separating the candidates.
So he'll take whatever.
Nelson is, you know, it's 12,000 votes in this case.
Now all of a sudden he takes a very different position.
So they send him down there.
And the judge ruling in favor on Friday night, finding snipes had violated both the state constitution, the public records act, ordering her to make all voting records available by 7 p.m.
Friday.
By the way, that deadline was missed, I believe, by Palm Beach in the end.
You know, I'm going to tell you, Newt Gingrich had a great column about this.
Headline on Fox News.com.
As Democrats try to steal elections, their dishonesty threatens the very fabric of the country.
It does.
And we have other issues involving what's apparently over the weekend down in Georgia.
Democrats are announcing over the weekend that thousands of brand new ballots magically appeared in that state in the governor's race between Stacy Abrams and Brian Kemp.
And another incredible development, Georgia Democrats now say the miracle of missing ballots will very likely favor their candidate.
Oh, what are the odds that that would have happened?
Washington examiners reporting that the Democratic Party of Georgia tweeting out that a handful of Georgia counties reported thousands of quote new absentee early and election day votes not accounted for by on election day.
Brian Kemp is fighting back, calling it a disgrace to democracy.
You know, urging Stacey Abrams to concede, saying that she's not gonna reach the threshold of a mandatory recount of any kind.
And this is what we're watching.
It's like pimpled, dimpled, you know, dented, indented, perforated Chads all over again.
You know, are we gonna enforce the laws or not?
You know, you can't Trump even said an honest vote is no longer possible in Florida.
We we will never get a real number here.
And how this, with all this history, that this is allowed to continue, and the the same people get to do this when every year there's these problems.
This is just more on a more spectacular level.
It's like deja vu all over again.
Telling you, do we believe in the rule of law?
I always said this about Hillary Clinton.
Equal justice under the law, equal application of our laws, or not.
Well, Donna Brazil wrote that it was rigged.
She kind of backed off it by that time because she was getting so much pressure when I interviewed her, but she she had written it.
And now here we are again.
Just like the dirty dossier.
Just like 2012, 14.
You know, let just getting rid of ballots before the time that you're allowed to get rid of ballots.
Whatever you want to do, just do.
And you stay in power so you can do it again the next election.
It's been over 48 hours since the polls closed, and Broward and Palm Beach counties are still finding and counting ballots.
And the supervisors, Brenda Snipes and Susan Booker, cannot seem to say how many ballots still um exist and where these ballots came from or where they have been.
The people of Florida deserve fairness and transparency, and the supervisors are failing to give it to us.
Can you just update us where things are on the count right now?
Just in general, uh, please get a moment to go into the uh room and find out.
Sure.
Okay.
Well, I come back out of the chimney.
But Dr. Snipes, it is now Thursday.
We are still counting ballots in Broward County.
Five pages or six pages for each of the people who voted.
But other counties have been able to do it.
But other counties didn't have 600,000 votes out there.
Well, Miami Dave did.
Well, have you been inside Miami?
Never mind.
Let me go check.
I'll check.
But it's a serious issue.
It's always seems like this issue with me.
I've been doing this now since October 22nd.
But if it's a serious issue with the 22 sites, we ran 14 days.
We ran 12 hours.
We had a big vote by mail.
So don't try to turn it around to make it seem like I'm making comedy out of this.
I don't think anybody's anyway.
But the question is, but there are serious questions.
Why is she done for the moment?
We'd like to know how many votes are outstanding.
Since the last time we spoke on election night, uh the evening where uh I operated with the best information that was available to me.
Uh, and since that time, um, more information has come in.
More information has become available around the votes, around the votes that are still outstanding, and really for our need to ensure in this process that every vote be counted.
Um what has uh changed in that period of time is something uh Familiar to all of our press, which is uh we've learned in various parts of this state that there are still votes that are outstanding.
Uh there is even still in parts of this state some uncertainty around the total number of votes uh that are remaining to be cast.
Let me say clearly uh I am replacing uh my words of concession with an uncompromised and unapologetic call that we count every single vote.
We count every vote.
At noon today, supervisors of election from across the state submitted their election returns to the Secretary of State.
Those results are clear and unambiguous, just as they were on election night.
And I am honored by the trust that Floridians have placed in me to serve as your next governor.
I want to express my appreciation to the supervisors, the canvassing boards, and the staffs for working hard to ensure that all lawful votes are counted in this election.
It is important that everyone involved in the election process strictly adhere to the rule of law, which is the foundation for our nation.
Since the election a few days ago, we have begun our transition efforts to build an administration that can secure Florida's future.
With the election behind us, it's now time to come together as a state as we prepare to serve all Floridians.
Why can't we watch what's going on, man?
So you got the who told you that we can't watch what's going in and out of the truck.
Who's your supervisor?
Yeah, I would love to see him.
Until then, let's go.
All right, will you tell me why why we can't know what's going in and out of that truck?
And who you what's the name of your supervisor?
We'll get all that take care of this.
Do you know isn't do you know his or her name?
The supervisor's name?
Yeah, we're bringing up.
Well, who what's their name?
Bring them out to you a second.
Do you know their name?
Yes.
What is it?
Will you tell it to me?
Bring them out to you.
What's on the truck?
All right.
That last tape was uh our friend Congressman Mac Gates literally being removed from the scene of the recount when he caught some of the some of this activity on video, and he tweeted it out.
I took this video as uh police removed me from where the trucks were secretly loading stuff in and out of Bro the Broward Supervisor's office, all of this uh violating the law.
Now, I want to just restate something, and we'll talk to Matt Gates in a second.
Floor and by the way, hour two Sean Hannity show, 800-941 Shauna's on number.
Florida law states this is this is the law that canvassing boards shall report all early voting and all tabulated vote by mail results to the Department of State within 30 minutes after the polls close.
Now I went through the entire list, how the number goes up and up and up.
The you know, all throughout this time period of time.
That's not supposed to happen.
That is not that all of which is a they found 83,000 votes in subsequent days after the report that came out that night, going from what, 634,000 to whatever it is, 80,000 more.
The canvassing board is also without exception.
Well, with the exception of provisional ballot results, they are to update precinct election results to the department every 45 minutes.
That never happened.
Another law violated.
Sixty-five of the 67 counties in Florida fully complied with the state laws.
So we really I don't even know if there's any more votes out left.
The person that first brought our attention to all of this was uh Senator Marco Rubio saying that Broward election supervisors' ongoing violation of Florida law requiring timely reporting isn't just annoying incompetence.
He said it has opened the door for lawyers to come in here and try and steal a seat in the U.S. Senate and the Florida cabinet, and I'd probably add to that the governor's race.
So they find 83,000 votes after the initial election night canvas.
Those by law, you can't do this.
Now, the amazing thing is, and and Carl Rove, I mean, has been is as clear as you can be because he went through this.
And that is, you know, if you're not careful, you better watch what's happening before it's too late, pointing out many of the things that we said.
We went from 634,000 votes by Thursday night.
Well, now Brenda Snipes is claiming it's 712, 840 ballots cast.
Now, the effect of all of that, you know, means that what was a 57,000 vote lead for Rick Scott for the Senate against Bill Nelson is now declined to 12,000 votes.
And the same with DeSantis.
I mean, literally he was up 75,000 votes.
Now he's up 36,000 votes.
And they have blatantly disregarded the law that all vote by mail and absentee ballots be accounted for within 30 minutes of the poll's closing.
We know that didn't happen.
You know, and mysteriously, over a course of days, 70,000, 80,000 votes are added.
15,000, we know in in Palm Beach, when you put it all together.
Now, it is, you know, either we're gonna be a nation of laws or we're not gonna be a nation of laws.
Right, Matt, welcome uh to the program.
Congressman Matt Gates, always good to have you.
Uh it's unbelievable what's going on down there.
So you decide you're gonna go down yourself.
Aren't isn't it by law, like a lot of laws that were totally ignored?
Aren't they weren't they supposed to be having observers from both sides when all of this was going on and the vote totals, you know, keep kept growing and growing 634,000 become 712,000.
Um, you're absolutely right, Sean.
And one of the things that was so concerning is that the Palm Beach supervisor of elections actually threw the media's television cameras out of the count.
Uh, I think when you're handling ballots and dealing with the integrity of an election, we should always lean forward for transparency and let everyone see everything.
My concern is that the votes of my constituents that were legal and legitimate and appropriately counted could be diluted by this fraud.
So we've already had admissions, Sean, that ballots were illegally duplicated and counted.
We can't fix that.
We've also got admissions on the record in court that illegal provisional ballots were mixed with legal ballots, and that those have now been included in the final count.
Uh, my concern, Sean, is that this is all a trial run for Donald Trump in 2020.
The Democrats are seeing which of their tricky tactics work, which ones don't, and then uh they're going to try to use that in 2020 against the president.
Well, you know, let me just let's talk about specifically every law that was broken here.
And let's talk about the history, because I've I've gone through all of this, and Mark Elias, let me tell you, he'll take whatever position he needs to take, as I was discussing in the last hour.
So we have very specific laws that demand 30 minutes after the election that these ballots are supposed to literally, and we're talking about early voting, all tabulated vote by mail results to the Department of State, correct?
Was that law followed?
Correct.
That was not followed.
Uh, and a court order was issued, and then even after the court order was issued, it was not followed.
So, what about the updating that they're supposed to update the department every thir uh 45 minutes until the election results are completed?
Did that happen?
That did not happen.
So, and the question here is where did all these other ballots come from?
And and the lack of a chain of custody for nearly 80,000 ballots is the biggest cause of concern.
That chain of custody is required to be produced uh by you know uh election night for those ballots that were voted before election day, and it simply was not maintained, and then for days we were unable to know how many ballots had been sent to each precinct, how many had been returned voted versus versus blank.
And here's what the national media loves to say, Sean.
They love to say, well, you don't have any smoking gun for fraud.
You don't have a video of someone stuffing a ballot box.
But the problem is when you've got these political hacks in Broward and Palm Beach County standing in the way of transparency, standing in the way of evidence, breaking the laws that allow us to make sure there isn't fraud, then that's what creates the ecosystem where people can literally go and steal elections.
Here's what I don't understand.
The supervisor of elections, Brenda Snipes has a long history of this misconduct.
You know, this past August, a judge ruled that Snipes systematically mishandled mail-in absentee ballots.
2016, at court finds Broward County, broke state and federal law by eliciting uh destroying, illicitly destroying ballots.
Uh that was in the case of the recount of Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Brenda Snipes wants Lorinians To think that their votes are in good hands.
That's what she's saying.
The question I have is, and we now have a judge's ruling in this case that it was unconstitutional in terms of the Florida Constitution.
What has already happened here?
So my question is we're never gonna get an accurate vote here.
When he said that, you know, failing to comply with Florida law on multiple counts undermines Floridians' confidence in our electoral process.
We're never gonna get an accurate number in this case ever, are we?
Well, we've already had a pollution of the vote totals by illegal ballots.
That's not that's not a debatable point.
That has already happened.
Fortunately, Ron DeSantis is outside the margin of fraud in his governor election, so he will be the next governor of Florida.
And I think Rick Scott uh should be okay.
But but here's what's concerning.
I mean, the Democratic Party in Florida is literally holding classes on how to perfect ballots, how to count ballots that they want counted, or how to exclude ballots.
They don't have to be a good thing.
Well, they're talking about under votes, they're talking about over votes.
In other words, if somebody doesn't vote in either the Senate race or the gubernatorial race, they're gonna say, well, that person meant to.
But if they didn't mark it, they didn't mean to.
You cannot make that assumption.
Yeah, or there could just be stray marks on a page, and they could try to assign some meaning to those marks.
And that would also be inappropriate.
And they've literally put out, Sean, the number of votes that they need to do.
All right, we gotta take we gotta take a quick break here.
War with Congressman Matt Gates, 800 941 Sean, toll-free telephone number, you want to be a part of the program.
And as we continue, Congressman Matt Gates is with us.
All right, let's go back to when you took this video that you tweeted out over the weekend.
You went down.
What did you see and what happened?
Well, in the middle of the night, there were large trucks that were moving things in and out of the Broward Supervisor of Elections Office.
I didn't know if that was voting equipment, furniture, ballots, or maybe nothing at all.
But but it was odd to me that with 80,000 ballots appearing out of nowhere, to have things moving in and out seemed to be something that I should document.
So I pulled out my my phone video and I began recording, and uh the police with guns uh said to me that I had to move away, that my standing in a in a in a firm place and recording was a safety hazard, and that I had to had to leave the area.
That that just didn't inspire a lot of confidence in me that this was uh all on the up and up.
And chances are, you know, everything was okay, but gosh, I mean, do you really think that we ought to have armed police moot removing people who are simply trying to document what happened?
I thought we were supposed to have election observers in all of this, and that was not the case either, was it?
Well, I mean, you know, when they're and when they're counting the votes, there are people that are in the room, but Sean, I mean, there's no way to observe what's coming in and out of a truck in the middle of the night, especially when you've got tens of thousands of votes literally being spoken into existence that weren't initially reported by the supervisor of elections.
And so, you know, I I just think that it's it's sort of got a banana republic feel down in Broward County when the media is being threatened.
Uh, you know, I'm a member of Congress when I was threatened to move away, and where there just seemed to be no chain of custom or no explanation as to why all of these new votes are appearing out of nowhere.
All right, uh, Congressman Matt Gates keeps uh well, you'll stay on it.
We'll keep getting back to you until this is done.
And I I have no faith, no confidence at all in what's gone on here.
But but we've explained the whole pattern of of things that have happened in a lot of past elections, including 2016, Bernie Sanders, including the phony dossier.
Um, when we come back, Michael Barnett is with us.
He's the chairman of the Palm Beach County Republican Party.
He's gonna talk about what's gone on there, including the lawyers for both uh Mayor Gillam and for former Senator Nelson literally wanting to count the votes of illegal immigrants and objecting when the judge didn't agree to that.
That's all coming up.
Sean Hannity show.
Over 48 hours since the polls closed, and Broward and Palm Beach counties are still finding and counting ballots.
And the supervisors, Brenda Snipes and Susan Booker, cannot seem to say how many ballots still um exist and where these ballots came from or where they have been.
The people of Florida deserve fairness and transparency, and the supervisors are failing to give it to us.
We've seen evidence of Democrat lawyers fighting to include non-citizen votes.
We've seen uh evidence of the supervisor in Broward County allowing the count to continue past the Saturday noon deadline, contrary to the Florida statutes.
This can't happen.
We want to ensure a fair election for all Florida voters, but it has to be done according to the law, and that's not what's happening here.
That's why we're very much in support of Rick Scott and the Scott campaign litigating these cases in court.
Who who are you specifically talking about?
Can you name names here?
Well, uh, we had a court reporter in the supervisor of elections canvassing board in Palm Beach County.
Uh we had transcribed uh dialogue between the supervisors, uh, the uh judge and the other member of the canvassing board, uh Supervisor Bucher and the other member members of the canvassing board, they reviewed a ballot that was cast by a non-citizen voter.
It was rightly discarded.
It should not have been counted, and Susan Bucher, to her credit, did the right thing.
The attorneys for Andrew Gillam and Bill Nelson uh unfortunately objected to that action.
You're talking about one vote.
One vote, but we don't know how many times this may have happened in Palmees County or Broward County.
That's why we need a full accounting and an auditing of the elections process.
A full accounting and an auditing of the election process.
Now we've gone through all the different rules, all of the laws that have been shunned by Broward County.
Every other county in Florida gets it right, gets it straight.
And this county with this history, it is mind-numbing what has happened here.
Um joining us now is Michael Barnett.
He is the chairman of the Palm Beach County Republican Party.
Uh let's let's just start with what laws were violated.
How is it even possible Brenda Snipes, who has not only found to have violated the Constitution, but in the past, Florida and national voting laws is even still in this position?
Hi, Sean.
Glad to be with you.
Well, uh Brenda Snipes was appointed originally by Jeb Bush to replace Miriam Oliphant, but she keeps on getting re-elected by the Broward County voters over and over again.
Ultimately, the voters in Broward need to hold her responsible.
She the buck stops with her, and we need to hold her accountable.
All right, look, let's go over, let's start with the beginning.
So every election year, the Florida state law says 30 minutes after the polls close, they are supposed to hand in a number.
Isn't that correct?
Of absentee votes, early voting numbers.
It should have all because early voting stops the Sunday prior to the Tuesday election, correct?
That is correct.
The voters the votes continued, unfortunately, after that deadline.
The supervisors were required to submit their unofficial counts to the state by Saturday at noon.
Unfortunately, the votes continued to be counted after that deadline in Broward County.
We don't know why it was contrary to the law.
It should not have happened.
How is it possible?
I mean, I'm just watching from the outside.
How is it possible that that this could happen?
Who's watching these people?
Sean, this is business as usual in Broward County.
The light is not normally shown on what happens because the races are not close enough to trigger a recount.
But now we have the whole world watching, and people see what actually happens.
It's not pretty.
It's what we've had to live with with this supervisor in Broward for years.
Look, if you go back and the election night, it was the Board of Election Supervisor, Brenda Snipe, said that Tuesday night, 634,000 votes had been cast in the county.
By Thursday night, it was 712,840, what, 80,000 more votes.
And how did they discover these votes?
How did they just come out of thin air?
Honestly, your guess is as good as mine.
That's the problem.
We don't know where these votes came from.
There has not been transparency or accountability with this office for years.
That's why we're totally in support of Rick Scott and the Scott campaign filing lawsuits to uncover what's been going on behind the scenes at the Broward County and Palm Beach County Supervisor's Office.
We need, like I said, transparency, accountability, and a full investigation into the elections process.
You know, look, we've got to look at some of these other issues as well here.
Because you have this transcript of this court hearing, which literally, you know, the lawyers for both Gillum and...
and for Nelson are arguing that a non-citizen have an opportunity to vote.
The transcript goes the clerk, and you know, they said deny not a citizen.
This is the lawyer for the Republican.
The judge says, first one of these we've seen, not a U.S. citizen, not counted.
Now, okay, simple.
Objection, Nelson.
Objection.
Gillam, judge, noted.
I I mean, that's the law of the land.
You're not allowed to vote if you're not a citizen, correct?
Correct.
You think we could agree on the fact that non-citizens shouldn't vote in this country.
But uh apparently the Democratic lawyers for Gillam and Nelson disagree.
Um maybe they were just objecting to every vote that was discarded, but this is a serious process.
The most serious election recount that we faced since 2000, Bush versus Gore.
They needed to take it a little bit more seriously and understand what they were objecting to.
All right, so now with the process, we we now have a final vote total at least.
We now there's no more added votes that are gonna be come flying in, except maybe military that are marked um postmarked on election day.
Right.
That's the exception.
The statute allows for overseas military ballots.
Um other than that, the supervisors in the 67 counties have submitted their final uh unofficial counts to the state uh division of elections who is mandated a recount in the Rick Scott, Bill Nelson, Andrew Gillam, uh Ron DeSantis races.
But but what happened to the 45 every 45 minutes you're supposed to every 45 minutes supposed to update the website on how many votes each candidate got?
What happened to that rule or that law?
Forget rule.
Well, it seemed that the other sixty-seven counties had no problem updating the information to the Secretary of State.
Um I had been requesting that information all through early voting from Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections, and Susan Bucher, who does a she she works hard, she does a good job.
I mean, she may be overwhelmed.
She would continue to say that it was a glitch with the state as to why Palm Beach County's supervisor of elections was unable to update its voter totals with the state.
But having been found in 2044.
Having been found in 2016 as having violated both state and federal election laws, why why was this person never removed?
I have no idea.
She should have been removed.
The people need to hold her accountable, but they keep re-electing uh Brenda Snipes.
Um it's unfortunately hopefully the fact that the world is watching now will bring attention to what's going on in Broward County, and she'll be held accountable or at least removed.
I know Pam Bondy, the attorney general, has ordered the Florida Department of Law Enforcement to investigate the elections processes in Palm Beach and Broward counties.
Badly needed.
Um the Rick Scott campaign has litigated and has won uh litigation in court, requiring that the supervisors turn over this voter data.
Badly needed, long overdue, and I hope it doesn't end up costing us some elections.
At what point did well it already did in terms of the agriculture commissioner and the which is a statewide office, isn't that that now has flipped to the Democrat?
To Nikki Freed, yes.
That is that is correct.
Now, what was the what are the state laws in regards to observations by both sides, and did that happen?
Observations.
Um the supervisors of elections, uh at least in Palm Beach County, Susan Buger has allowed our Republican attorneys and the volunteers to watch the recounting of the votes, the processing of the ballots through the machines, the uh the canvassing board meetings.
We have been granted access.
There has been no issue.
Susan has done a uh a good job in Palm Beach County.
I can't speak for what's going on in Broward.
I hear it's a total mess.
Well, the tweet from Jeb Bush pretty much said it all.
There's no question the Broward County Supervisor of Elections, Brenda Snipes failed to comply with Florida law on multiple counts, undermining Floridians' confidence in our electoral process.
Supervisor Snipes should be removed from her office following the recounts.
Well, what did she get to finish the job?
I mean, that's that's a little weird.
All right, thanks for being with us.
We appreciate it, Michael.
Um we're gonna stay on this story.
We have a lot more coming up in the course of the program today.
800 941 Sean is our toll-free number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Uh big time AJ Houston, Texas.
What's going on, baby?
How are you?
Big Tom Sean Hennedy.
What's happening?
KTRH land.
You know what?
You meeting you, Having you on stage with me was like the highlight of my life.
Same here, big time, Sean.
Same here.
I was so glad you came.
Hey, I was just glad to meet a real American.
It was unbelievable.
Well, I think most of us are real Americans, let's be, you know.
Hey, because after looking at where all this voter fraud is, this is unbelievable, big time, Sean.
I mean, I mean, we tried to tell the DMs about Obama, and then they come back and they vote these DMs in, knowing that they were going to try to go after Trump.
What when is somebody gonna get locked up?
Boy, wait, wait.
My biggest question is, where are the Republicans at?
Why is just you and Buddh and Joe and everybody?
Why are y'all the only one that?
Why are the Republicans out there?
This is a I don't see but a few Republicans on TV.
The whole band of Republicans.
I I have no idea how, why it's even possible, none that these guys didn't see this coming and didn't get in there immediately.
It's like they had three free extra days and they just kept dropping it by, you know, 10,000 here, 10,000 here, 10,000 here.
And hello, at some point you gotta say, stop the process.
There should have been an injunction filed immediately to stop this.
No answers as to actual votes that were taken, multiple laws broken, as Jeb Bush pointed out.
And the history is even worse here when you when you start talking about Brenda Snipes.
Remember, 2016, a court found Broward County broke state and federal laws by illicitly destroying ballots.
Um, the supervisor of elections here, long history of of misconduct.
Judge ruling that snipe systematically mishandled mail and absentee ballots.
Um, then destroyed ballots, you know, in the Debbie Wasseman Schultz recounts, which were supposed to be saved.
These are all laws, no consequences, and you continue in the position.
It's insane.
It is And nobody and nobody's fired.
And then we find out that there's a rental car with ballots in it.
What is all I have all these ballots getting all found in these different places?
I thought they're supposed to be in one place.
Why is this woman still working there?
Who can fire her?
She's voted in or what?
No, she can be fired by the new governor who's gonna be Ron DeSantis.
I mean, he and not only that, should be and should and frankly should be removed from this process, considering how it was handled at this point now.
You know, look, this goes back to 2012, criticized for absentee ballots that never arrived, uh, bulky scanners that didn't work, slow reporting, mounds of ballots that showed up after election day.
Um then you've got snipes demonstrating incompetence in 2014 that even her fellow Democrats were complaining about.
And then of course, 2016, allowing employees to to campaign on county time, violating state law by posting election results uh literally half an hour before the polls closed and sued for leaving amendments off the ballots.
And the judge ruled that that office violated state-federal laws by illegally destroying ballots.
I don't know how many more times one person can get in trouble here, but this is where we are.
Well, look, this is Democrat way.
Look at all what Obama and Hillary done.
Bengazi, uh uh the Pfizer report.
Look at that.
My question is again, Sean, I'm gonna let you go, cousin.
You know I'd be excited.
Where is the Republican Party on TV letting the people know what's going on?
I don't care what station you get.
Go on and fight.
Trump, the only one fighting.
You, Sean.
There's a few of us, you know, it's it well, it always comes down to the few, doesn't it?
It's unbelievable.
Anyway, I gotta run 800-941 Sean if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, as we continue back to our busy phones, let's say hi to Picasso in Florida.
Picasso, you got a minute, it's all yours.
Glad you called, sir.
Mr. Hennedy.
Picasso, is it really?
That's what that's what they've got to overcome.
12,462.
The other race, we're gonna win.
I found a big huge box of uh of ballots down by a house I think you own in Naples.
Should we turn that in?
Um listen, there's no boxes of you know, the worst part is, you know, with the Democrats in charge, they'll be investigating everything because that's their agenda.
You know, it's so funny.
I mean, I I warned everybody, they're not telling you what they're gonna do.
Now we've got a hundred investigations they want to do to destroy Trump.
That's it.
The destroy Trump, you know, Pelosi Democrats.
There's nothing they're offering to make the country better.
All right, I promised you the time.
Go ahead.
Let me get you ahead a little bit.
On Thursday, uh Broward and Palm County are not going to be able to do this recount.
They pretty much said that due to the their inabilities and so forth.
And at that point in time, the seven lawsuits are going to turn into 70 because the state is going to certify the returns that were turned in on Saturday that show that we've got a winner in the Senate race by 12,400 such votes as I mentioned.
Yeah, well, those are going to be gone.
Although the difference between the DeSantis recount is it's just going to be a machine recount because it didn't reach the threshold to go below that.
He'll probably be declared the winner on Wednesday of this week.
And by the 19th, Rick Scott should be declared the winner in the in the Senate race.
Um, but who knows what they're gonna find.
Uh maybe there's truckloads in Broward County that you know, somebody dumped in the water that they're gonna pill pull out and say, Oh my gosh, we didn't have these before.
Here's a how many votes do we need?
Uh we have exactly that number.
Um, all right, my friend, thank you.
800 nine four-one Sean Tollfree uh telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
Quick break, right back, and we will continue.
Hey, right here for our final news roundup and information overload.
All right, news roundup, information overload our Sean Hannity show, 800 941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, I remember on this Veterans Day, my father, he didn't really want to talk about it much.
It was it was always strange.
He spent four years fighting World War II in the Pacific.
He just didn't want to talk about it a whole lot.
So I'd have to like drag.
Tell me about this, Dad.
And he had his his Navy knife.
He served in the U.S. Navy, and I was always asking, always grabbing it.
He was like grabbing it out of my hands, of course, because you know, you got to be careful.
Um, and there were days I'd I kind of opened them up a little bit and he'd start talking about it, and four years of your life in the Pacific with like very little downtime.
And that's the story of so many vets on this Veterans Day.
And you think of those vets that gave the ultimate sacrifice.
You think of all of those people that died slamming the beaches in Normandy, you know, in every war this country has had, and the bravery, the valor, the the love of country, sacrifice, patriotism.
It is all the freedoms we have because they paid the ultimate price.
Some come home disfigured, losing arms, legs, both.
I've met many of these people over the years.
They are just remarkable.
Um, the president spoke um earlier about this about Veterans Day, and here's some of his remarks.
On this day in the year 1918, church bells rang, families embraced, and so celebrations, as you know, filled the streets like never before in towns throughout Europe and the United States.
But victory had come at a terrible cost among the Allied forces, more than one million French soldiers and 116,000 American service members had been killed by the war's end.
Millions more were wounded, countless would come home bearing the lasting scars of trench warfare and the grisly horrors of chemical weapons.
During the final battle of the war, over 26,000 Americans lost their lives, and more than 95,000 were wounded.
It was the single deadliest battle in United States history.
Think of that.
26,000 Americans lost their lives in a battle.
Here on the revered grounds of Sueran American cemetery, lie more than 1,500 U.S. service members who made the ultimate sacrifice in the first world war.
Among those buried here are legendary Marines who fought in the battle of Bellow Wood.
In that treacherous forest and the surrounding fields, American Marine soldiers and Allied forces fought.
And they fought through hell to turn the tide of the war.
And that's what they did.
They turned the tide of the war.
It was in that battle that our Marines earned the nickname devil dogs, arising from the German description of their ferocious fighting spirit.
President McCron presented an oak sapling from Bellowwood as a gift to our nation, an enduring reminder of our friendship sealed in battle.
We fought well together.
You could not fight better than we fought together.
Sergeant Eugene Ware from Hazleton, Pennsylvania, was one of the Marines at Bellowwood.
Eugene raced straight into a barrage of enemy fire like no one has ever seen before to bandage his friend's wounds and carry him back to safety.
Months later, Eugene was mortally wounded.
He passed away one day after Christmas.
His mother would come right here to mourn by the grave of her precious son.
She loved him so much.
She was one of the thousands of American moms and dads whose beloved children found their final resting place on the hillside of Sourain.
Each of these Marble Crosses and stars of David marks the life of an American warrior.
Great, great warriors they are, who gave everything for family, country, God, and freedom.
The American and French patriots of World War I embody the timeless virtues of our two republics.
Honor and courage, strength and valor, love and loyalty, grace and glory.
It is our duty to preserve the civilization they defended and to protect the peace they so nobly gave their lives to secure one century ago.
It is now my great honor to present Major General William Matz with an American flag as a symbol of our nation's gratitude to the American battle monuments.
The commission has done such an incredible job.
And General, we very much appreciate it.
Today we renew our sacred obligation to memorialize our fallen heroes on the soil where they rest for all of eternity.
Thank you very much.
And General, this is a great honor.
Thank you very much.
Each and every one of them a hero, each and every one deserving of our thanks and our appreciation.
And I know the vast majority, some 99% of Americans will never ever serve in the military.
They just we have an all-volunteer army.
But I will tell you, unless there's a draft, obviously.
And all these people, like during World War II, my father signed up.
Just like everybody wanted to sign up.
Everybody was ready to fight at that point, especially after Pearl Harbor.
And it is it is a sacrifice.
I want to get into this, what's going on.
There's a huge axios um article out today.
And we better start paying attention to this because on so many different levels, this is going to be the future.
The headline on Fox News.com.
House Democrats preparing a subpoena cannon for Trump-related probes.
What is the one thing I've been telling you that the Democrats during the election they didn't want to do?
Democrats never wanted to tell you what their real agenda was all about.
And I kept saying, what did they tell Maxine Waters?
Maxine says they keep telling me not to say it, but I'm going to say it anyway.
Impeach 45.
No, just don't say anything.
And then, of course, they just said, we're going to help with health care.
That became the final two-week talking point.
Look, Democrats are at each other's throats, just so you know, because they are apoplectic about the election results and the fact that Trump didn't just win.
He defied all of the odds and went out and campaigned, and assuming Florida's in the mix, picked up these Senate seats.
Remember, Obama lost six Senate seats and sixty-three House seats in 2010.
In 94, Bill Clinton lost eight Senate seats and 52 House seats.
And That was his first midterm election.
You know, comparatively to think that Trump picked up all these Senate seats, which we now know is important because as the Democrats, part of what their plan is, they they want to mobilize their hit list.
They didn't want to talk about immigration.
They didn't want to talk about specifics.
They didn't want to remind you that this is health care, pre-existing conditions.
That was pretty much the only point that they were willing to make and stop Trump.
And the resistance didn't go out in the numbers they want.
And it is infuriating to some of these Democrats that it all went down this way.
By the way, it's hilarious watching Hillary flirting with the idea of running again, which I think is amazing.
But when you look at what they're what they're doing here, what they want to do and what they're planning on doing.
You know, it's one thing after another.
They avoided this subject during the campaign.
Here are the headlines that I just picked up today.
Democrats to probe Trump's treatment of CNN.
Fake news.
Amazon, Washington Post, and a triple threaded abuse of power inquiries.
Top Democrat, this will be Nadler, I assume, says that he will investigate whether the White House interfered in the FBI's Kavanaugh probe.
Democrats, Nancy Pelosi saying, we don't need Mueller indictment to impeach Trump.
We can do it anyway.
They weren't saying any of this before the election.
You know, Byron York has a piece out.
Is Dems consider impeaching Trump?
GOP leaders regret pursuing Clinton.
Well, maybe they did because it ended up backfiring on them.
But Adam Schiff saying Democrats plan to probe if Trump used power to punish Cienna and Washington Post.
Nancy Pelosi, yeah.
Well, as it relates to Mueller and this new acting AG, Whitaker's appointment does does violence to the Constitution.
Do you notice all of this?
Not one thing, not one agenda item that is going to help the continue to continue the progress that we've made.
Now, some of you did, you know, it hear my warnings and the warnings of others.
Some of you, well, you you should feel guilty if you didn't get out and vote.
Um we're lucky it came out as good as it did.
We really are.
You know, you got the House Democrats that'll be running the show.
Look at, you know, it's like a who's who, Nita Lowy, 81 years old.
She's going to be at the appropriations committee.
Adam Schiff, great.
He's taken over for Devin Nunes as the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.
Elijah Cummings, Oversight and Government Reform Committee.
And, you know, they're going to be subpoenaing Trump every second, every minute of every day.
Gerald Nadler, 71.
I mean, this is like a who's who of people that have been around forever.
And Maxine Waters, by the way, I didn't know she was 80 years old, but anyway, she's expected to chair the committee of oversight.
She's already said, we're going to do to you what you did to us.
Whatever that means, because she's obviously looking over Wall Street, etc.
Um, and all of the most liberal, the single most liberal Democrats will be running these committees.
Frankly, there are no moderates left in the Democratic Party.
They just aren't there.
You have a top house Democrat on the Amtrak, a seller train.
Gerald Nadler overheard discussing Kavanaugh's impeachment and all the investigations into Trump.
I mean, just crazy.
So this is what the future is going to be as the days, weeks, months go forward.
This is what they are going to do.
Now I'm going to predict something here.
They're going to overreach.
They're going to misinterpret the election results, although they are kind of battling big time amongst themselves about where they are as a as a party.
You know, it's their blue wave became a ripple, and they didn't expect the red wave for the Senate.
And, you know, all right, so they picked up a couple of governorships, and maybe their state gains mean what?
They're going to go for more gun control.
That means they'll lose the next election, and marijuana's going to be legal in most states.
That's probably what happens.
The Hill had a great article about how Democrats face a tough 2020 battle after blowing the chance at the blue wave.
And I don't know how the Democrats are reacting to this, but the Wall Street Journal piece on Hillary Clinton is just hilarious to me.
It says Hillary will run again.
That's the headline.
Reinventing herself as a liberal fire brand.
Clinton will easily capture the 2020 nomination.
I'm not so sure that's the case, but if you know, if that's what they think they need to do, if that's the person they want, I guess more power to them.
All right, got to take a quick break here.
800 941 Sean, toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
By the way, Congressman Steve Scalise joins us at the bottom of the hour.
We'll talk about this and much more.
And obviously keeping an eye on Florida and Georgia and the Senate race and the governor's race and the Arizona race.
And as we continue, Sean Hannity show.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Let's say hi to Canon, Oklahoma.
Ken, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hey, Sean, uh longtime listener and huge fan.
I just want to I want to thank you for all the great information, insight you and all your great guests provide, really.
It makes a difference out here.
Uh hey, I wanted to comment on uh the acting A.G. Whitaker.
Um he does have responsibility now for the oversight of the Mueller probe, right?
Yes, sir.
I believe that um uh a checkup is in order.
And probably the best way to do that is to turn everything that Muir has over to the House Judiciary and Oversight Committee that exists right now that have been subpoenaing all of these documents.
Let them take a look at it.
If there's something there that indicates there was Trump Russia collusion, which I believe is a total hoax, then let it continue.
But if there's nothing, I believe he should shut it down.
I think the most interesting thing in what I'm describing in terms of their investigations is uh even they, although Schiff is gonna go back there, he's not gonna stop.
I I think the Mueller case airplane, I think we're now drawing to a close, at least according to reports I'm reading.
And I think when we get there, I think it's gonna be a big dud.
Um, they don't like Whitaker, but as Whitaker pointed out what is just a simple, obvious truth, and that is that Mueller's mandate was far exceeded.
You know, if there's one thing left that I guess Muller wants to do, I keep reading that he wants to go after Roger Stone or Jerome Corsi.
And it it, you know, I I can't see any nothing to do with Trump.
Just like we're, you know, now we're fixated, and the big catch here was mis uh information on loan applications or people not paying their taxes.
That's what this has evolved into, and still no evidence of any Trump Russia collusion, all while your corrupt news media fixated on Russia, Russia, Russia, but they can't even acknowledge the the dirty dossier, Russian dossier bought and paid for.
By the way, funneled money, Mr. Elias, through Perkins Couie to Fusion GPS to Christopher Steele, a phony dossier.
And, you know, here's what we've had in, you know, going on two years at some time next year.
It's ridiculous.
800-941 Sean, toll free telephone number if you want to be a part of the program.
Steve Scalise at the bottom of the hour.
Hannity tonight, I am gonna lay all this out that you're not getting anywhere else in the media.
It's complicated, it gets complicated, but it's also simple.
If we would have obeyed the laws, we wouldn't be where we are in Florida with this recount and the fact that they again and again just don't they just refuse in these two counties to do what every other county, all other 65 counties do in terms of election state election law, federal election law.
So at this point, the gunman's reloading.
There's probably been 50 or 60 shots.
It it we can't really see him that well, but my gut feeling was I've got to stay, I've got to decide to stay or run.
And at this point, I think he's advancing towards us.
People are moving behind different buildings.
There are most everybody's closer to the gunman than than I am.
I'm at a distant point, but the staffer that made it over the fence, we're trying to decide to stay or go.
And at this point, you know, the the Capitol Police began returning fire.
I do believe that without the Capitol Hill Police, uh, it would have been a massacre.
All right, that was the day you may remember the terrible shooting in the ball field, uh, where Congressman Steve Scalise nearly lost his life that day, and and Ram Paul and and so many others, Mo Brooks and many others calling in, telling us what had happened.
And I knew behind the scenes that day from friends of mine that it was far worse than was originally reported as Steve Scalise was going through multiple transfusions, literally his life hanging in the balance.
We saw courage under fire that is so inspiring when you watch these two Capitol Police officers walk, literally making themselves an open target, going up against a sniper who's hidden, camouflaged and behind a fence, etc.
And they've got pistols, and they're going up against the long rifle.
It is it there's no competition.
They they almost if it could have ended in a catastrophe.
But you see such incredible courage and heroism among our brave men and women in law enforcement sometimes.
It just is so inspiring.
Anyway, Steve Scalise is with us.
He's actually written a new book about it.
It's back in the game, and the majority whips uh remarkable fight for his life is uh out tomorrow.
And I wanted to talk to him a little bit about this, ask him about his thoughts on what's going on in Florida and with the endless investigation now.
Now it's all being revealed what the Democrats are going to do.
Uh Congressman, how are you doing?
Last time I saw you, you're still struggling.
You are walking around you with support, obviously.
Um, and you said you had a hard time with one of your legs and your foot that you didn't feel it, is if I remember correctly when I saw you.
Yeah, Sean, uh first great to be back with you.
Happy Veterans Day to you.
And uh Amen.
You know, I I yeah my God, thanks for those men and women who sacrificed, and you talked about the brave Capitol Police officers, David Bailey and Crystal Greiner who risked their lives to save us.
Uh I wouldn't be here today without all of those uh those heroes and and the miracles, true miracles from God that uh that helped me get through the worst times, and you know, I'm still doing two days a week of physical therapy, but uh definitely through the worst of it by far.
And uh feeling great and back to work and just uh, you know, my my left leg has the most habits where the bullet went in, and my left foot still uh don't have any feeling in that.
But uh I was able to get down from two crutches now down to one crutch, and ultimately my next goal's to be able to walk without crutches again.
How do you how do you walk when you can't how do you walk when you can't feel your foot?
I mean, I have a brace on my left foot.
So uh, you know, maybe have to live with that, but that's okay.
I can uh, you know, I'll I'll uh I'll uh I won't be able to run around as much, but I can do all the other things that matter.
It was amazing one year later.
It was the first play of the game, and it was one of the best plays ever when you were playing second base and you got the guy out.
I mean, that was that was that was really special to watch.
Um I just you know, the amazing thing is all of our vets, you know, we're talking about what today is, and you know what observation we're observing Veterans Day, and I'm thinking about all these guys that come back from war wounded, like you, or worse.
I know I've I've been to Walter Reed, I've been to Bethesda, I've I've met many, many, many of these people over the years building homes for heroes.
They're all good friends of mine, and they come and watch the TV show.
And these guys, for the rest of their lives, they're either disfigured, they're blind, they've lost arms, they've lost legs, sometimes multiple arms and legs, and you just have to go on the rest of their lives.
We're not thinking about that.
Yeah, you've got to just pick it up, and you know, and I I get to serve with some heroes like that too.
And you know, Brian Mast, who's a double amputee from uh Florida who I served with, who uh, you know, he just every day wakes up and he's just a happy guy because he's lucky to be alive and uh never complains.
He just keeps uh going about his his business, and I feel the same way.
I'm lucky to be alive too.
You know, I've got some limitations, but you know, who doesn't?
And uh, you know, you just you just learn, and frankly, a lot of the advances science has made, medicine has made because of what we've learned from our men and women in uniform, the heroes that come back home and have had some different kind of uh uh injuries.
And you think about it, you know, during Vietnam, uh, a lot of the people who died during Vietnam, because of the advances that have been able to be uh be made in science and medicine may have made it today, and a lot of them do make it to come back home, but they you know they have serious injuries, and we need to do a better job of taking care of them through whether it's the VA or uh, you know, other you know, other hospitals to make sure that they have the care they need.
But uh, but that advancement in medicine helped people like me to uh to live.
Brad Wenstrom, medical doctor from Ohio is a congressman of server, but he was on the ball field that day uh he was a combat surgeon in Iraq and saw a very similar injury in combat to what I went through and he immediately came to to put a tourniquet on me and uh and my trauma surgeon told me if I wouldn't have arrived at the hospital with that tourniquet applied just correctly like it was by by Dr. Wenstruck I would have never made it and uh I remember calling over to somebody I knew I I I don't remember who and
I remember them telling me privately that it was far worse and that that first 24 hour period or maybe 48 hours I don't remember completely that you had had what how many transfusions you were in bad shape.
Yeah, you know, I showed up with a zero blood pressure.
And my trauma surgeon walked me through all of this after, a few weeks after.
And very few people that show up with that low of a blood pressure make it.
And I lost all of my blood almost.
They had to put 20 pints, 20 units of blood in me.
The normal human body takes about nine.
So as they were putting blood in, it was just coming out because I had so many wounds that were, you know, the bullet broken probably over 100 pieces inside of me.
And we're just ripping through different organs and different blood vessels.
And so I had lots of bleeding that they had to go and find.
And they put blood and they see it just, you know, kind of squirting through.
And there's another hole they've got to go and sew shut.
So it took unbelievable work by a team of surgeons.
It's unbelievable.
Luckily, they were successful.
Yeah, thank God for that.
Steve Scalise is with us, by the way.
He's got a brand new book out called Back in the Game.
his remarkable fight for his life uh out tomorrow it's up on Hannity.com Amazon.com if you want to get a copy I just went through the a as of now remember the Democrats really didn't run on anything except they hate Trump they kept telling Maxine Waters don't say we're gonna impeach him they wouldn't talk about illegal immigration in any way shape manner or form that was the advice of the Center for American Progress and John Podesta and to date we have eighty five specific what what they're calling House
Democrats preparing a subpoena canon for all Trump related probes and everybody from Pelosi to Adam Schiff to uh Gerald Nadler to Maxime Waters I mean there's endless not uh eight we're up to eighty-five examples now what is your reaction to that and and how to how do Republicans get anything done?
How does the country move when that's their only focus is to destroy Trump?
Well, look, Sean, we knew this during the campaign that, you know, they they hated the fact that Donald Trump got elected president.
You know, the things that we love about working with President Trump so much are the things that they despise, that he's actually carrying out the things he promised during a campaign.
You should be rewarded for that.
But yet, you know, they wouldn't talk about this in those races where they were spending millions of dollars per race going to flip seats from Republican and Democrat.
Democrat the the candidates would always say oh I'm pro-life and pro-gun and I'm against Nancy Pelosi well guess what their very first vote as a member of Congress Sean is going to be for speaker.
And if they vote for Nancy Pelosi literally they would be breaking their promise to their voters on the very first vote they cast a lot of people that vote and subsequent votes what did you think of Donald Trump saying that if Nancy needs a couple of votes she deserves that position we might get a couple of Republican votes for her.
Well look I mean she's she's the the one that they they knew was going to be speaker.
They would they didn't want her in a lot of the swing districts you notice a lot of Democrats who were in these 50-50 districts that were running didn't want Nancy Pelosi campaign in for them.
They they wanted her money uh and Act Blue money and Michael Bloomberg money but they didn't want to talk about gun control.
They didn't want to talk about the the pro-abortion agenda of taxpayer money for planned parenthood they didn't want to talk about any of that.
And yet that's going to be on full display and like you said the obstruct resist harass the president agenda with subpoenas and maybe even impeachment uh that's where I think they're gonna ultimately go because that's how far left they've moved as a party but that's not where the country is and uh and I think uh overtly that's going to be something that uh they they'll have problems if that's the direction well the good news is that we kept the Senate what are your thoughts on Florida?
I'm watching all of these shenanigans, all these laws that would not adhere to, a history of all of this going on, and the same people in in that position, it's mind numbing to me that that could have happened.
And uh, what are your thoughts on where we are down there?
It's it's corruption and in voter theft going on before your very eyes.
And I I talked to Matt Gates yesterday, and you know, I know you've been talking to Matt Gates throughout this entire thing, and uh, you know, there are laws that are on the books for a reason.
It's it's to protect every vote from being for for being counted.
You want every vote to be counted, uh, but it's also to protect and make sure that if you cast a vote and somebody wants to walk in with a stack of a box of a thousand votes that nobody cast, uh, that those thousand votes don't offset your vote and your other nine hundred and ninety-nine friends who voted uh legally.
And so that's what's at stake here, too, is the sanctity of the vote.
One man, one vote is the law.
And if somebody's trying to bring in votes, fabricate votes that never happened because they see that they're fifteen thousand votes short.
So, you know, go find sixteen thousand boxes under a bed that were never cast on election day, uh, that's not the law.
That's illegal and it might happen in banana republics, uh, but it shouldn't happen in the United States of America.
Uh well, congratulations on the book.
Congressman Steve Scalise back in the game.
We're glad you're back in the game.
And uh I know you're gonna be out and about and doing a book tour, and uh thanks so much for stopping by.
We're glad you're healthy.
Uh it's gonna be very interesting.
Um everything that I warn people about will happen in the House, but the good news is they don't have the Senate.
They won't be able to accomplish those things.
The sad part is uh getting things done that will be good for people, that that's gonna be put to the side, and hatred of the president will be at the forefront.
And it's gonna be so they'll overreach.
It's gonna be fun following them, and every day we will be all over it.
So uh Steve Scalise, thanks for being with us.
Great being with you, Sean.
Thanks.
800 nine four one Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, let's set our busy phones now.
800 941 Sean, our number.
Dan is in California.
Dan, by the way, our thoughts go out to all of you out in both Northern and Southern California.
I don't want to get into any political debate about forestry because I don't know anything about it, to be honest.
But it is devastating what we're seeing on TV.
Uh, how is it where you are?
Uh yeah, Sean, it's not bad.
I mean, in the central LA area, the the winds are kind of keeping it um from from blowing down here, but it's it's you can see.
Yeah, it's north, it's north west of us, and um it's it's bit luckily the the winds are keeping it concentrated in that area.
Ugh.
I mean, the amount of smoke, the amount of loss of property, it's devastating.
It's unbelievable.
I was I lived out in Santa Barbara not long after I left Hope Hope Ranch was decimated at the time, which was uh, you know, uh one of the nicer neighborhoods in that town, and it was terrible.
Oh, yeah, and these are these are major homes, Sean.
I mean, these are these are these are multi multi-million dollar homes, and it you know, it's whether it's a multimillion dollar home or a or a shack is a shame that what people are losing here.
You know, I was listening to your conversations with Congressman Gates and Scalese and about how the lack of chain of custody is the biggest basis for for his concerns as the case of saying, and I agree with you, you know, you the Democrats say there's no smoking gun for fraud, but you know, the chain of custody requires that there's got to be a trail that that's an unbroken where something's been, who collected it, who handled it with with no gaps.
And and this, as you've been saying, Sean, this doesn't exist here.
And my my two comments are what bearing does this have with the investigation?
Because if this was a criminal investigation about evidence and you break the chain of custody, then the evidence is not admissible anymore.
And so how is this playing in the investigation?
My second comment is how do we know that these ballots, these 83,000 ballots that came in, have all not been mixed in with the ballots that came in before the deadline because if they were we absolutely know because it was reported that provisional ballots in some cases were mixed in, and that was even admitted to.
Let me tell you one thing you will never gonna get out of this Florida election.
And and I suspect based even on the the now much slimmer margin, how you get from fifty-seven thousand to twelve thousand, or you know, seventy-five thousand to thirty six thousand in the governor's race.
I will tell you, we will never know the accurate vote.
This this has been tainted and corrupted, and laws have been broken, and it's happened before, and we've allowed it to continue.
It's unreal to me.
Anyway, I I appreciate your call.
Thanks so much for being with us.
All right, that's gonna wrap things up for today.
All right, we are gonna go over every law that was violated in Broward and Palm Beach tonight.
We are gonna go over every example of the history of the Democrats tonight.
Uh, we will have news and information.
Look, we're either gonna be a nation of laws or not.
Uh we have Matt Gates, remember he was thrown out of the polling place.
J. Christian Adams, Tammy Bruce, Greg Jarrett, uh Steve Scalise, all coming up nine Eastern back here tomorrow.
