| This is an iHeart podcast. | |
| All right, so this is CNN, their chief White House correspondent, a guy by the name of Jim Acosta. | |
| He thinks he knows why Americans listen to President Trump. | |
| Oh, they're stupid. | |
| Anyway, Acosta interviewed by Variety. | |
| He was asked about President Trump's use of the term fake news. | |
| He replied, well, people around the country don't know it's an act. | |
| Now, they're not in on the act. | |
| And they take what he says very seriously. | |
| And they take attacks from Sean Spicer and Sarah Sanders and what they do to us on a daily basis very seriously. | |
| They don't have all their faculties in some cases. | |
| Their elevator might not hit all floors. | |
| My concern is that a journalist is going to get hurt one of these days. | |
| Has anyone paid attention to all the threats and all the horrible things said about the president and his family and all the other issues that I won't even remind people of? | |
| Severed heads, Madonna blowing up White House comments. | |
| Remember that? |
