All right, the president now just stepped out.
Apparently, he met with a lot of the GOP leadership, and he's now about to announce the deal.
The House and Senate have finally reached a deal in conference over the tax bill.
Let's hear the president what he has to say.
Today, by college students, young entrepreneurs, families, workers, mothers, and fathers from all over our nation, you make this country run.
It's an honor to be with you, and it's an honor to have you at the White House.
And thank you all for being here.
Really fantastic.
Thank you.
great people as a candidate i promise we would pass a massive tax cut for the everyday working american families who are the backbone and the heartbeat of our country Now we're just days away.
I hope.
I hope you know what that means, right?
From keeping that promise and delivering a truly amazing victory for American families.
We want to give you, the American people, a giant tax cut for Christmas.
And when I say giant, I mean giant.
As we speak, Congress has reached an agreement on tax legislation that will deliver more jobs, higher wages and massive tax relief for American families and for American companies.
The typical family of four earning $75,000 will see an income tax cut of more than $2,000, slashing their tax bill in half.
It's going to be a lot of money.
You're going to have an extra $2,000, but there are many more things than that.
Our plan expands the child tax credit for working families.
You'll hear the numbers very soon, but they're even larger than anticipated.
It nearly doubles the amount of income taxed at the rate of zero.
I don't know if any of you are paying zero.
I hope you're not.
I hope you're paying above that.
But a lot of people who are having it a little bit tough are going to be paying zero.
It closes special interest loopholes.
It lowers tax rates for families.
And our plan also cuts taxes on businesses, which is expected to raise income by an average of more than $4,000.
So your income goes up.
It's like having a $4,000 increase, which isn't bad.
Which isn't bad.
It's a lot of money to spend.
A lot of jobs are going to be created with the money that you spend.
Very special.
And it makes America competitive again so we can bring back that simple but beautiful phrase, you've heard it before, made in the USA, right?
I don't know if they've heard it, but you've heard it.
Our current tax code is burdensome, complex, and profoundly unfair.
It has exported our jobs, closed our factories, and left millions of parents worried that their children might be the first generation to have less opportunity than the last.
Our factories have left, so many of them, gone, but they're all coming back.
And you see it, even before we do this, they're starting to come back.
Our country is starting to do really well again.
And as a country, we're being respected again.
We're being respected again.
I'm here today to tell you that we will never let bad things happen with respect to the economy of our country.
We're not going to lose our businesses again like has happened over the last number of decades.
America is coming back bigger and better and stronger than ever before.
Okay, they'll see it and they're going to see the result.
America isn't content just by getting by.
America is about getting ahead, about finding the best in ourselves and in each other.
We're reclaiming our destiny as Americans, a nation that thinks big, dreams bigger, and always reaches for the stars.
We didn't become great through massive taxation and Washington regulation.
And by the way, we are cutting regulation at a rate never seen before in the history of our country.
We became great because our people, our families, and because of our freedom.
We became great because of our drive to find the next horizon, to unlock the next mystery, and to begin the next adventure.
You know what I'm talking about.
And that's who we are, a nation of strivers and builders and dreamers and doers, people who treasure their independence and don't know how to quit.
Never quit, never, ever give up.
Never, ever.
I say that also to our great cabinet.
And they've done a great job.
A lot of things have happened.
Nobody's done the job that we've done.
When government loosens its grip, there is no summit we cannot reach.
Our tax cuts will break down, and they'll break it down fast.
All forms of government and all forms of government barriers and breathe new life into the American economy.
They will unleash the American worker.
They will tear down the restraints on discovery, innovation, and creation, and they will restore the hopes and dreams of the American family.
Millions of middle-class families will win under our plan.
And today, we are honored to hear from a few of those wonderful and truly great families.
Bryant and Ashley Dlick, right?
Are from Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
I know it well.
They have two beautiful children with a third on the way.
Bryant manages a farm equipment store.
Ashley works in health care.
This year, they were in the 15 percent tax bracket.
Under our plan, they will drop to the 12 percent bracket.
It's a big drop.
Instead of itemizing their deductions, they'll be able to.
Let me step in here because the president is basically going to throw to a lot of the people.
Let me tell you what the deal is.
If you're just joining us, glad you're with us, by the way, 800-941, Sean, we've got a lot to talk about, the real meaning of what happened in Alabama because most of the media, as corrupt as they are, don't get it, don't understand it, nor do they really care to understand it.
And we'll get to that in a second.
So the conference now, the House voted, the Senate voted, they go to conference, and there are a few changes, some somewhat significant.
And now, for example, the corporate rate went up to 21 percent versus the 20 percent that was passed by the House.
The individual rate is going to go from 39.5 to 37 percent.
Actually, it was both, I guess both houses had fought for a 20 percent corporate rate.
It's odd it went up, but I'm sure it was probably offset by other things here.
What we're learning is that, among other compromises, the final bill will allow mortgage interest deductions on loans up to $750,000, which covers probably most of the country, deductions for state and local income or property taxes up to $10,000.
Now, this is where your rate might go down, but you might end up paying more money because if you're from a high-tax state like New York, New Jersey, California, Illinois, that means that the red states that have been funding you, because they elect politicians and governors that have no income taxes in their state and low taxes in their state, and they don't spend like into oblivion, well, they've been subsidizing the tax cuts of blue states with high taxing, high spending,
high regulations like New York and California.
All right, the President's now back to the microphone here.
You got that Jason?
The Howard family lives in Tanina, Washington.
Isaac owns an Espresso.
He's just introducing one family after another.
The other thing that we've got here, the lower rate in terms of Ron Wyden, I'm sorry, Ron Johnson had negotiated 23 percent on the corporate rate in exchange for his support.
He said he's encouraged by the deal that just came out of conference.
And so basically, they've got this one done for the most part.
Now, look, that also includes the repatriation.
That also includes the president unilaterally getting rid of all those regulations.
That also includes energy independence that the president has moved forward on, again, independently.
All right.
Now, let me, let me, I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this because it is what it is.
And two years from now, Alabama will have another chance at the seat of Jeff Sessions.
But I'm going to tell you, the media does not want you to understand what happened here.
And I will tell you because it's so obvious if you know the inside.
I lived in Alabama.
Mo Brooks in 1990 used to fill in for me on my radio show.
And he worked his way up.
Madison County District Attorney for a long time.
Anyway, when there was the primary race, I endorsed Mo Brooks because Mo Brooks would have won yesterday 20 plus points.
He would have won easily.
Even when there was no controversy, Roy Moore only for the state Supreme Court, chief position of the Supreme Court in Alabama, he only won 52-48.
He has been his entire career a controversial figure.
That race was without all of these accusations that have been flying all over the place.
What happened in the primary, and I'm going to be very blunt, the establishment and Mitch McConnell, they didn't want Mo Brooks.
They viewed Mo Brooks like another Ted Cruz.
They wanted nothing to do with it.
And as a result, they literally put themselves in the middle of this race.
They spent a fortune, millions of dollars in ads.
You know, nobody talks about Luther Strange and the odd way that he was appointed.
You know, he was appointed by a governor that he had been investigating as a DA, and it stunk to high heaven.
So, you know, people like Mitch McConnell and the establishment, they were always from the beginning supporting Luther Strange.
They didn't care about the circumstances surrounding what was going on there.
Anyway, so it comes down to a runoff after they have the initial primary vote, and it becomes Luther Strange versus Roy Moore.
And most people in Alabama decided they go with, they were sick and tired of the establishment pushing all this money into their state, and they ran a horrible campaign against Roy Moore.
Roy Moore gets it.
Roy Moore does not notoriously run runaway races in Alabama, and then all this other stuff came up.
It's that simple.
And when I look at who to blame the morning after, it's not Donald Trump.
And, you know, Roy Moore has himself to blame in many ways.
Thought he ran a terrible campaign.
Then he had to deal with these allegations.
It upset many people.
I always thought when I interviewed him, I was shocked by his answers, as I've told you.
When I interviewed him, and then the next night I said, wait a minute, he said he never heard of this woman.
Then that woman presented a yearbook.
And then remember right here on this radio program, we put a 42-year professional handwriting expert on.
And that expert said, if I can see handwriting from his at the time, I'll be able to compare it to the yearbook, and I'll tell you straight up 100% accuracy whether or not that was his handwriting.
And I figure, okay.
And then he said, I can tell if the ink is old or new.
100% accuracy.
I figured from that point forensics was going to take over, but it didn't.
So I don't know why that wasn't turned over.
And then we find out that part of at least that yearbook note, part of it was written by the woman.
So very odd happenings in that regard.
But it really was botched from the get-go.
Mo Brooks would have been a great senator from Alabama.
He'll have his shot in two years.
That's my take.
All right, when we come back, we've got all these text messages.
You know the guy that colluded and put the fix in for Hillary on the email server, this guy, Peter Strzzok?
Oh, him and his girlfriend, we've got about 400 pages of their little text messages that we'll get to when we come back.
And we'll get to your calls here also.
And we'll check in with Victoria Tunsing and Sarah Carter.
We're going to go over all of these text messages with them.
The gobby one, Katie Hopkins.

I just got a tech.
I got to address this.
I don't think everybody's understanding it.
Because Trump is so hated, of course, the media is going to blame Donald Trump for Roy Moore losing in Alabama.
Nobody's understanding what went on behind the scenes here.
I am telling you that I have known Mo Brooks since 1990.
When I endorsed Mo Brooks, he would have won by 20-some odd points.
Mitch McConnell did not want Mo Brooks to be the senator from Alabama.
They poured millions into the state, smearing, slandering, and supporting the establishment candidate.
Okay, so they have the first primary.
The money that McConnell and the rest of the establishment spent had an impact on the race.
So Mo Brooks is out.
Then you've got the people of Alabama and the Republican Party resenting the hell out of Mitch McConnell inserting himself there.
And so it comes down to Luther Strange, who was appointed under very suspicious circumstances by the governor and what I think was corrupt and others think and Mo thought was corrupt.
And then as a result of that, then it's Roy Moore versus the establishment supported, McConnell supported Luther Strange, and the people of Alabama went anti-establishment.
And by the way, I don't believe for a minute that Donald Trump is at 48% in Alabama approval rating.
Not for one second.
It's just not true.
And the fact that Roy Moore, who ran for the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, could only get 52% of the vote in Alabama, told you how weak a candidate he was from the get-go.
Now you add all the allegations to it.
This is Mitch McConnell, the establishment's fault.
And anybody that tells you any differently, they don't know Alabama, they don't know what really happened, they don't know the amount of people that the amount of money that was spent and thrown against Mo Brooks.
And by the way, Mo's in our prayers.
He announced he had prostate cancer today.
what happened let me just review a few facts about the supposedly unbiased group of people that mr. Mueller pulled together Nine of the 16 have made political contributions.
To be fair, let's just go through them in alphabetical order.
First, Greg Anders gave $1,000 to the Democrat running to hold the seat, the Senate seat, previously held by Barack Obama.
He gave $2,600 to Democrat Senator Gillibrand, who just this week led the charge of Democratic senators demanding that President Trump resign.
And oh, yeah, Mr. Anders gave zero to the Trump campaign or to any Republican for that matter.
Next, again, in alphabetical order, Rush Atkinson.
He donated to the Clinton campaign last year, again, zero to the Trump campaign.
Third, Kelly Freeney contributed to both Obama campaigns and to Hillary Clinton's campaign, zero to the Trump campaign.
Next, Andrew Goldston.
He donated $3,300 to both Obama campaigns, again, zero to the Trump campaign.
Fifth, Elizabeth Freeloger, who clerked for liberal Supreme Court justices Ginsburg and Kagan, contributed to both the Obama and Clinton campaigns and zero to Trump.
Next, James Quarles.
He's contributed to the Democratic presidential campaigns of Dukakis, Kerry, Obama, and Hillary Clinton, and Gore as well.
He did contribute to former Congressman Chaffis and Senator Allen, but he contributed over $20,000 to Democratic House and Senate candidates, and again, gave zero to Trump.
Seventh, Jeannie Reed.
She actually represented, as was previously mentioned, Hillary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation in several lawsuits.
She's donated $16,000 to Democrats, contributed $5,400 to the Clinton campaign and zero to the Trump campaign.
Eighth, Brandon Van Grack contributed to Act Blue, the fundraising outfit organized to elect Democratic congressional candidates, contributed to the Obama presidential campaign, and of course gave nothing to Trump.
And finally, Andrew Wiseman.
He contributed 2,000 to the Democratic National Committee, 2,300 to the Obama campaign, 2,300 to the Clinton campaign, and zero to Donald Trump.
He's also the guy who praised the holdover acting attorney general Susan Yates for defying President Trump on the travel ban.
Now, my question to you is, how with a straight face can you say that this group of Democrat partisans are unbiased and will give President Trump a fair shake?
Well, Congressman, I think it's important to recognize that when we talk about political affiliation, that all demonstrates political affiliation.
The issue of bias is something different.
I've discussed this with Director Mueller, and he and I collectively have a lot of experience managing offices in the Department of Justice.
We recognize we have employees with political opinions, and it's our responsibility to make sure those opinions do not influence their actions.
Pardon me.
And so I believe that Director Mueller understands that and that he is running that office appropriately, recognizing that people have political views, but ensuring that those views are not in any way a factor in how they conduct themselves in office.
You know, when this whole Russia was involved in our elections flap surfaced, and you picked Robert Mueller to lead the investigation, I was at first encouraged.
It seemed like a serious matter and it deserved a serious investigation.
And I assumed, as many of us did, that Mr. Mueller would pull together an unbiased team.
But rather than wearing stripes as umpires and referees might wear, I would submit that the Mueller team overwhelmingly ought to be attired with Democratic donkeys on their jerseys or I'm with Hillary t-shirts, certainly not with let's make America great again.
And I think that's the only thing.
Let me step in here because it's just so much information we've got to get, and we gave a lot of time to the president who spoke today.
Let me tell you what is at the heart of this with Rod Rosenstein and what happened today.
And this is very important.
Rosenstein, remember, four doors down from Bruce Orr.
Bruce Orr is now demoted.
Bruce Orr met with Glenn Simpson, Fusion GPS.
Then we find out his wife worked for Fusion GPS.
They're the people that Hillary Clinton bought and paid for the pony salacious dossier if you want real Russia collusion.
This gets very confusing.
Then you've got this guy that was working for Mueller and his girlfriend working for Mueller, and his name is Peter Strzzok.
The girl's name is Lisa Page.
Now, they have between them some 10,000 text messages.
This is the guy that's anti-Trump.
She's the woman that's anti-Trump and pro-Hillary.
He's also the guy that worked with James Comey to put the fix in on the Hillary Clinton email investigation.
How did they put the fix in?
They were writing an exoneration before an investigation.
I mean, it's so corrupt.
And now we find out just how anti-Trump these two were appointed by Mueller.
Now, I'm not even talking about the eight of the 16 people Mueller hires originally, and eight of the 16 donate tens of thousands of dollars to, let's see, Democrats and the DNC and Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama over the years.
They couldn't find one Republican donor.
Anyway, so these two have this text exchange.
There's 10,000 text messages.
We only have less than 400.
You know, for example, the woman writes, seriously, I wouldn't vote for a Dem.
And then Peter Strzzok, I don't know, I suppose Hillary.
And then Lisa says, God, Trump is a loathsome human.
Yet he may win, says Strzok.
Good for Hillary.
And then, of course, he says, it is.
All right, so that's a good thing.
Now, Peter Strzzok says, God, Hillary should win $100 million to zero.
Oh, my God, he's an idiot.
He's awful, she says.
America will get what the voting public deserves.
That's what I'm afraid of, she says.
And then you go on from there.
And then they start talking about the day that he was talking about his hand size in one of the debates, and they didn't like that.
And then Peter Strzzok says, he's pretty much calling for the death of Snowden, talking about Kasich.
And I'm a single-issue voter, espionage machine party.
And then the woman writes, What the F is wrong with people?
A Texas candidate pushes the boundary to the far right.
And then he says, the Texas article is depressing as hell, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
But answers how we could end up with Trump.
Seriously, are people so incredibly ignorant?
Now, one of the veins that runs through this is the absolute hatred and contempt they have for the American people.
The same people, the same guy that put the fix in for Hillary, the same guy that interviewed and gave a pass to Uma Abedeen and Cheryl Mills, and he interviewed Hillary Clinton.
All three of them have lied.
None of them got charges.
Now, he was also one of the two agents that interviewed Michael Flynn.
And he was also the guy that changed the words from gross negligence in the exoneration letter of Hillary on the email server scandal with James Comey before they had investigated or even interviewed the main people involved in the email investigation.
The fix was in.
This is who we're talking about here.
Anyway, and then it goes on from there.
And the woman says, so look, oh, this was about the phone thing.
All right.
Then it goes, this is clear and utter bias by the media, specifically the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN.
If you look at them, you know, they have large donors for Clinton.
The fact-citing source they used is owned by a newspaper that publicly endorsed Clinton.
They don't seem to care about that.
They have bad words to say about Ted Cruz.
And it goes from there.
And then Peter Strzok goes, they fully deserve to go and demonstrate the absolute bigoted nonsense of Trump.
He's the guy that gave the pass to Hillary that Mueller put on his team to investigate Trump.
And this is his bias and his girlfriend's bias.
I can only imagine what the other, you know, 9,700-plus techs say on top of this.
Now we're talking about Clinton.
Lot of people holding their breath, and it goes on for there from there.
How we make law in this country is offensive and irresponsible, she says.
And then Strzok says, I know.
It's why I loathe Congress.
Can't wait to hear the story.
And they're sharing some news articles together.
Then they're talking about Black Lives Matter.
And then they're talking about, he says at one point, I think it's clear he's capturing all the white poor voters who the mainstream Republicans abandoned in all but name in the quest for the almighty dollar.
Yeah, it's not good, she says.
And then it goes on to, are you kidding me, Duck Dynasty and Scott Bayo?
Meaning, those were people that were supporting Donald Trump.
Charles in charge of making fun of Scott Bayo in this case.
It's pathetic.
That's unbelievable.
My God, thank God it's on.
This is how much they hate Donald Trump.
You know, and then says, likely to come down shortly, bust through more on this blankety blank.
Then Strzz says, ooh, turn it on, turn it on.
The D-bags are about to come out.
You can tell by the excitable clapping.
She writes, my God, I'm so embarrassed for them.
They're like second-run stars.
Nothing the B-list to relate to the young kids these days, talking about people at the Trump convention.
Then he writes, Hi, how was Trump other than a D word?
Melania saying that about Melania.
A lot of attacks against Melania.
She writes, Trump barely spoke, but the first thing out of his mouth, we're going to win so big.
The whole thing is like living in a bad dream.
Peter Strzok writes, Jesus.
She writes, Melania was perfectly fine, except the whole point of the spouse talking is to reveal those personal stories and what kind of human the candidate is.
There was none of that.
And Strzz says that was her job.
What the hell did she talk about?
Winning huge?
They're mocking the candidate.
Then she goes on to say, lots of my husband is great, but no description to back it up.
Oh my God, are you listening to NPR?
Strzz says.
Apparently, Melania's speech had passages lifted from Michelle Obama.
It's unbelievable.
No way, she says.
God, it's a two-bit organization.
I do hope his disorganization comes to bite him hard in November.
It has to, Strzzok says, right?
I panicked.
Then Peter Strzok says, Hey, congrats on a woman nominated for president in a major party.
About damn time, Peter Strzok.
This is the guy that exonerated Hillary without an investigation.
Many, many more returns of the day.
She writes back, that's cute.
Thank you.
I got a flash of nervousness.
She said yesterday about Trump.
This talking about Bernie Sandernistas have a potential to make a very big mistake here.
And then she says, I like Joe Biden.
And then Peter Strzok says, opened on Trump.
If Hillary did, you know, five field officers would.
And then she says, Jesus, you should read this.
And Trump should go F himself.
Movement convention glare shakes up Khan's American life.
And then Strzzok says, Oh, that's a great article.
Thanks for sharing.
And F. Trump.
This is the guy exonerating Hillary.
This is the guy that interviewed Flynn in the interview that got Flynn for lying to the FBI.
Wow.
This is unbelievable.
This is the guy that wrote the exoneration for Hillary.
Why?
Because he wanted her to be the president.
And, you know, then we've got Mueller, Robert Mueller, appointing this guy along with Andrew Weissman and along with so many others.
It's unbelievably corrupt on so many levels.
She says, and maybe you're meant to stay where you are because you're meant to protect the country from the menace to that end, comma.
And she says Trump enablers will finally have to take a stand.
Thanks.
It's absolutely true.
We're both very fortunate.
And of course, I'll try and approach it that way.
I just know it will be tough at times.
I can protect our country at many levels.
Not sure if that helps.
And then it goes, oh, Peter Strzzok says, just went to a Southern Virginia Walmart.
I could smell the Trump support.
Oh, my God, she says, did you hear what Trump said?
He's not going to become president, she says, right?
Unbelievable.
And then it goes on from there.
And then there's just so much more.
Now, this is where it gets really, really interesting.
Man, I start, I should have started drinking earlier.
I'm genuinely stressed.
I hate everybody and everything like us.
That's what we do.
Oh, Jesus, I sent you a note, the redacted is sending the liberal media is in the tank for Hillary because, you know, Trump isn't bat blank for our country.
And then she's an incredibly impressive woman, Obama's in general, and on and on and on.
Then they talk about dog whistles, et cetera.
Now, this is the most stunning part.
And I think you want to really understand this.
You now have at this point that the where did I put the piece?
Here it is, I think.
No, that's it.
I lost it.
Where is the exact sentence where she said, hang on, it's in my pile of stuff.
I put it in a special place, and now I lost it.
This is like the money game here.
Now, they both talk about meeting with Andrew McCabe.
Now, when they met with Andrew McCabe, that in and of itself was very telling.
And they said, you know, no, where's the one about Andrew McCabe?
That's the one I'm looking for.
I can't believe I just lost this.
I'm such a bad host.
That is so bad.
You got it?
All right, bring it in when you get a minute.
Oh, here it is.
So, and this was all pointed out here.
So it's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40.
Now, what they go on in a cryptic message, this is the, to me, this needs to be addressed because this is beyond acceptable.
I want to believe the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office.
We believe that to be Andrew McCabe, that there's no way Trump gets elected, but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40, Strzok wrote.
This was August 15, 2016, likely talking about Andrew McCabe, the FBI director.
And then on August 6th, the pair exchanged another cryptic message.
Maybe you meant to stay where you are because you're meant to protect the country from this menace.
And that's when he said, I can protect our country at many levels.
Not sure if that helps.
And like many of the exchanges, it goes on to say anti-Trump things.
Now, when we get back, Sarah Carter and Victoria Tunsing are going to break this all down.
The corruption is unbelievable.
I mean, when you think about how profound that is, oh, maybe you were designed to protect the country.
And, oh, you know, it's like, it goes on to say, I wanted to believe the path that you threw out for consideration in Andy's office, that there's no way Trump gets elected, but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
It's like an insurance policy.
What's the plan?
I want to know.
Mr. Mueller immediately concluded that Mr. Strzzok could no longer participate in the investigation, and he was removed from the team the same day.
Did Mr. Mueller take appropriate action in this case?
Yes, he did.
Thank you.
In testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee, you said that you would only fire Special Counsel Mueller for good cause and that you had not seen any yet.
Several months have passed since then.
Have you seen good cause to fire special counsel Mueller?
No.
Thank you.
If you were ordered today to fire Mr. Mueller, what would you do?
So I've explained previously, I would follow the regulation.
If there were a good cause, I would act.
If there were no good cause, I would not.
And you've seen no good cause so far.
Correct.
You know, when this whole Russia was involved in our elections flap surfaced, and you picked Robert Mueller to lead the investigation, I was at first encouraged.
It seemed like a serious matter, and it deserved a serious investigation.
And I think that's a shame because I think the American people deserve a lot better than the very biased team that they're getting under Robert Mueller.
And I think it's really sad.
There's another text message.
My colleague referenced it earlier, where Mr. Strzok says, I can protect our country at many levels.
He says it with all the humility he could muster.
I can protect our country at many levels.
This guy thought he was Super Agent James Bond at the FBI.
This is obvious.
I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
There's no way we can let the American people make Donald Trump the next president.
I got to protect our country.
This is unbelievable.
And I'm here to tell you, Mr. Rosenstein, I think the public trust in this whole thing is gone.
So sees me, you got two things you can do.
You're the guy in charge.
You're the guy who picked Mueller.
You're the guy who wrote the memo saying why he needed to fire Comey.
You're the guy in charge.
You can disband the Mueller special prosecutor, and you can do what we've all called for.
Appoint a second special counsel to look into this, to look into Peter Strzok, Bruce Orr, everything else we've learned in the last several weeks.
Yes, Congressman, and I can assure you that I consider it very important to make sure the thorough review is done.
And our Inspector General is doing a thorough review.
That's how we found those text messages as part of that review.
You've given that answer like 15 times.
Let me ask you this.
Are you concerned?
I mean, this is what a lot of Americans are believing right now, and I certainly do, that the Comey FBI and the Obama Justice Department worked with one campaign to go after the other campaign.
That's what everything points to.
Think about what we've learned in the last several weeks.
We first learned they paid for the dossier.
Then we learned about Peter Strzok.
And last week we learned about Bruce Orr and his wife Nell.
I mean, this is unbelievable.
So what's it going to take to get a second special counsel to answer these questions and find out was Peter Strzzok really up to what I think he was?
I think it's important to understand, Congressman, we have an Inspector General who has 500 employees in a $100 million budget, and this is what he does.
He investigates allegations of misconduct involving department employees.
That review that he is conducting is what turned up those text messages.
It will also involve interviews of those persons and of other witnesses.
We're looking forward to his report, and we've met with Mr. Horowitz, and we're anxiously awaiting that report.
But that doesn't dismiss the fact that the country thinks we need a second special counsel.
20 members of this committee, the Judiciary Committee with primary jurisdiction over the Justice Department, thinks we need a second special counsel.
All kinds of senators think we need a special counsel.
What fact pattern do you have to have?
What kind of text messages do you have to see before you say it's time for a second special counsel?
I want to assure you, Congressman, as I think the Attorney General explained, we take very seriously the concerns of 20 members of this committee or one member of this committee, but we have a responsibility to make an independent determination, and we will.
All right, that was Rod Rosenstein defending the Russia probe against all of these charges of bias.
Remember, Bruce Orr, who met with Fusion GPS only four doors down from Rod Rosenstein's office.
And then we find out that Bruce Orr's wife actually worked for Fusion GPS.
That's only one of the many conflicts of interest that we're talking about here.
Then we've got the whole team, Mueller's team, eight of the 16 first appointed big Democratic donors, over 50,000 combined.
Then you got Andrew Weissman and his history of withholding exculpatory evidence, making up laws, a guy that lost in a 9-0 decision before the Supreme Court in an obstruction case as it relates to Anderson accounting and Enron.
And then we had the Merrill executives that go to jail for a year and they turn out to be innocent.
And what do we have?
At the end of the day, we have he is on that team.
We have all these other Peter Strzok is involved in every single aspect of this.
And that's who, in this particular case, Jim Jordan was talking about.
So you have FBI agents among the many things that they say, August 6th, Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.
Well, maybe you meant to stay where you were because you meant to protect the country from that menace, Lisa Page writes.
Well, I can protect our country at many levels.
Not sure if that helps, Strzok replies.
And then he goes on to say probably the most disturbing thing starts talking about an insurance policy.
Here to help us break this down.
Sarah Carter, investigative journalist, Victoria Tunsing, partner at the law firm to Geneva and Tunsing, legal representative for the informant that is involved in the Uranium One case.
Welcome, both of you.
There are some 10,000 texts.
Fox News has only obtained 300, close to 400 of these texts.
So there's a lot more to come.
What's your initial reaction, Sarah?
Well, it makes you wonder what more is out there.
You know, this definitely shows political bias, Sean.
And it's concerning because he was at the center.
I mean, Peter Strzok was at the center of all these investigations.
He pops up in every single aspect from the Clinton server investigation all the way to, you know, the Trump special counsel.
And now we're seeing these text messages which show that apparently he felt that he was doing some kind of deed for the country, you know, as he's talking to his lover, Lisa Pate.
I just don't see how, at this point in time, Rod Rosenstein or anyone can justifiably say that things are going as planned.
Look, you know, the Inspector General found this.
Well, you have to ask this question.
How did the Inspector General discover these text messages and why was he pulling these text messages?
This is the biggest question.
It wouldn't be that they would just go into text messages of everybody and try to look at them.
It has to be because they have suspicion that Peter Strzok and others possibly were leaking information either to the media or to somebody else and that they were actively involved in some type of obstruction here.
I mean, this is the only reason why I can imagine.
Well, wait a minute.
We got to backtrack, though, because Peter Strzok, along with James Comey, were exonerating and writing the exoneration of Hillary Clinton before the investigation got to the main people testifying, including Hillary.
So they were writing the exoneration.
And it was Strzok who took out the words gross negligence, the legal standard.
He did this personally and replaced it with extreme carelessness.
Now, in this one exchange, you have literally Peter Strzzok sending a cryptic message to his girlfriend, Lisa Page, also an FBI lawyer, also worked apparently for Robert Mueller.
I want to believe that the path you threw out for consideration in Andy's office, I've got to believe that's McCabe's office, that there is no way Trump gets elected, but I'm afraid we can't take that risk.
It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event that you die before you're 40, Strzok wrote in this text August 15, 2016.
What is the insurance policy, Victoria Tunsing?
What possibly could be the insurance policy?
To start an investigation against Donald Trump and his campaign, so that if he does get elected, it will become a disaster.
And Sarah, I take your biased comment.
I'm going to take it one step further.
There was an animus, a real animus against Trump and his supporters, all the rest of us.
I can smell them at Kmart or Walmart or wherever it was.
He was smelling supporters of Trump.
This is an animus.
I've prosecuted many cases, and people can have political viewpoints, but they don't have an animus towards the specific person.
Trump is a loathsome human being.
I mean, I can go through this.
God, Hillary should win $100 million to zero.
And it goes on from there.
These messages were just a tipping point.
And if you look at this, look at the text messages.
They bring in Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.
Again, you can see that the Inspector General isn't just going to be focused solely on Peter Strzok and Lisa Page's text messages.
They're going to be focused on other players inside the investigation.
And I think that's what everyone's waiting for.
And there's a real reason why congressional members, the Senate, and the House are so concerned about this and so concerned about the future of this special counsel.
You know, go ahead, Victoria.
I just wanted to make a comment that finally the Republicans seem to have gotten their act together.
I said they were always lousy at oversight and they were lousy at hearings, but these guys have developed a thematic.
Jim Jordan and even Trey Gowdy's finally gotten on board, and they are very good today.
Well, with all due respect, it's a little too little, too late, but the people, you know, but it is only the Freedom Caucus people that have been on top of it from the beginning.
The contempt that they show for the American people in this is mind-numbing.
You know, oh, you know, they fully deserve to go and demonstrate the absolute bigoted nonsense of Trump talking about Black Lives Matter, I believe, at that moment.
And then they say, but I think it's clear he's capturing all the white poor voters who the mainstream Republicans abandoned in all but name in the quest for the almighty dollar.
And there are many, many other comments to just degrading and total contempt, if you will, for the American people.
Oh, Sean, this is an example of this elite, you know, Washington bubble and how they view the American public.
And this is why the American public, which, by the way, is as smart as they come, saw right through this even during the election.
All right, stay there.
We'll have more in a second.
Well, Victoria Tunsing, Sarah Carter.
All right, as we continue, we are with Sarah Carter, investigative journalist Victoria Tunsing.
She, of course, the lawyer for this FBI informant that infiltrated Putin's network.
So let me go to Victoria.
You know, if I'm Rod Rosenstein and I'm reading this, and then you look at the long list of Hillary Clinton supporters, and you add Bruce Orr and donors to Hillary and Obama and the DNC, and you look at these comments, how can you conclude that this is anything but a fair hearing and this is a fair special counsel?
There is no way.
There's not one Republican-oriented lawyer on the matter.
And now we're seeing the underbelly of what the FBI people were like.
And even worse, this Orr thing is really terrible.
Sean, he was Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the time.
He was just a few doors down from Rod Rosenstein's office.
And his wife is working at GPS and he meets with the people.
He meets with GPS people.
I mean, what more could be, why is he still there?
And then what the girlfriend, Lisa Page, is saying to Peter Strzok, maybe you're meant to stay where you are because you're meant to protect the country from that menace to end that.
And then goes on, Trump enablers will finally have to take a stand.
And that means save Hillary.
Don't go after her when there's criminality.
And make up criminality against Donald Trump.
That's exact translation.
Why do you interpret as make up criminality, especially after it sounds like Andrew McCabe is in on this too, when they talk about very specifically that, you know, the alternative way and that I see a path, you know, you threw out for consideration in Andy's office, but I'm afraid we can't take the risk.
It's like an insurance policy.
An insurance policy means you are taking somebody out.
Well, let's just go to the Mike Flynn situation.
Sean, why was anybody interviewing Mike Flynn about anything on January 27th?
Remember, there wasn't a special counsel.
They interviewed him about whether he had a conversation with the Russians.
That's like my interviewing you and saying, did you eat a donut yesterday?
His conversation with the Russians was perfectly legal.
He was in a transition.
That's what he was supposed to be doing.
And so you lie and say, no, I didn't eat the donut because you didn't want anyone to know.
And the FBI comes in and indicts you for denying you ate a donut.
I don't know how legally somebody can even be indicted for something that, even though they didn't tell the exact truth about, wasn't a crime if they had told the truth.
I don't see how that's material, which is the legal requirement.
I just went to a Southern Virginia Walmart.
I could smell the Trump support.
Sarah Carter.
I mean, the contempt for the American people is disgusting.
It really is disgusting.
You know, it's hard to imagine that here they are texting on apparently their official government cell phones with such contempt for a possible incoming president and also such contempt for the American public.
And you can see why there was this backlash against the system and against Washington, and it still exists to this day.
This is why the American public has such a difficult time believing the stories that are coming out of Washington, D.C. or these reports, and the waste of time that a lot of people feel is wrapped around this special counsel, which seems, and apparently based on the documents that Fox obtained, these text messages, other stories that I've published and others, that there was this partisan hate for Trump in this city.
And this is the guy that exonerated Hillary before an investigation.
This is a guy that we know Cheryl Mills and Uma Aberdeen and Hillary Clinton lied.
He interviewed all of them and General Flynn, and only Flynn gets caught for, quote, lying to the FBI.
We know lies that were told.
And it's clear that the fix was in as it relates to the email server scandal.
I don't even know how to begin the process of untangling this holy mess.
All right, we'll take a break.
We'll come back.
We'll continue more with Sarah Carter and Victoria Tunsing as the Sean Hannity show continues.
Let me just review a few facts about the supposedly unbiased group of people that Mr. Mueller pulled together.
Nine of the 16 have made political contributions.
Can you say that this group of Democrat partisans are unbiased and will give President Trump a fair shake?
When you say he's running it.
All right, as we continue with Sarah Carter and Victoria Tunsing, Victoria, what is your reaction to that?
I mean, this is the case we have been laying out, and I mean we collectively, both on radio and TV now for a long time.
And you're right, it's refreshing.
Republicans seem to get their act together.
They're a little behind the curve, but all of this now is coming into focus.
How do we untangle this biased mess?
Well, I don't know how you untangle it.
The only way that I see is to appoint another special counsel to look into the Clinton scenario, because the present Justice Department certainly cannot do it.
But I don't understand why some of these lawyers who have represented the Clinton Foundation don't have a legal conflict.
I can't imagine how if you were in a law firm and had represented the Clinton Foundation and now you were going to be doing something that involved whether the Clinton Foundation did anything wrong, because that should be part of it.
They'd have to look at anything Hillary did if that comes up, like the GPS issue.
That's a conflict.
They represented them and now they're protecting them from anything that they turn up regarding GPS.
I mean, how can they do that?
Also, why couldn't they find one Republican lawyer in this whole town?
There are Republican lawyers.
They didn't want to find one.
It seems they picked the most corrupt that the fix was in.
And now it makes me really wonder more and more and more, you know, what is their real goal here?
You know, I've had ongoing discussions with people that are convinced that Robert Mueller is still an honorable man, and I'm like, I'm literally coming out of my skin because an honorable person, I don't believe, would pick a team of abusively biased and corrupt individuals to work for them.
I think it shows such poor judgment, such poor judgment to not be sensitive to the fact that Dahl's team are Democrats and with their big contributors, that he's not honorable.
If he cannot.
What does General Flynn do at this point?
Does he look at all of this and say, I'm taking back my guilty plea?
Can he even do that?
Well, he could do that.
It would depend.
The problem is, the Flynn thing is complicated because the underlying perjury, so-called lying to the FBI, really, to me is not a crime.
But he may have been doing something to protect his son.
And so, you know, put everything in the open.
And if I'm Paul Manafort's attorney, I'm looking at this and I'm filing motion after motion after motion after motion.
And that costs money after money after money.
And that's what they do.
They try to get these people so that they can't afford to continue.
That's the way they're playing the game.
One other thing: contempt for the American people, but also there was contempt.
There's such contempt for President Trump that Jerry Nadler got up there and said, well, it's okay that this FBI agent was saying that he could smell the people.
It's what everybody in America was thinking.
You remember that?
The majority of the people in America were thinking the same thing this FBI agent was.
So there's no problem with his saying it.
Of course, except for the people that actually voted for Trump.
My read of this big picture, Sarah Carter, is that I read this and I'm thinking, wow, the deep state is deeper than we ever thought.
And then when we couple in everything we now know about Bruce Orr and Bruce Orr's wife and the meeting with the dossier and the fix was in on the Clinton email server scandal, and it all fits together.
It's like all of these people, this guy worked on every single case.
He has tainted every single thing he has ever touched now.
And that goes right on back to the email server scandal, which now needs to be reinvestigated without the fix being in.
Yes, and that is the reason why you talk about the deep state, Sean.
You know, that's a general term.
But even within the FBI, there was that concern and within law enforcement that there was this underpinning or this feeling among officials that were in control of these investigations that they were certainly biased.
They were focused on Hillary Clinton.
Many of them believed, I mean, you can even tell from the text messages, they didn't have any idea.
They thought Clinton was going to win the election.
No way that didn't happen.
They got lazy.
A lot of people started to second guess what they were doing.
We saw the administration, the Obama administration, move like the wind after the election with collecting information and, remember, unmasking and looking at conversations with people within the Trump campaign and others to try to figure out what was going on.
And I think that beyond the FBI, when you look at just what's happened in general, in general, look at Nellie Orr, right?
The wife, the wife of Bruce Orr.
And now Glenn Simpson admits that, you know, he hired her basically as a way to investigate Trump, you know, and her connection with her husband, Bruce Orr, who's at the Department of Justice.
I mean, this was so expansive.
And you talked about this unraveling.
And, I mean, it's just going everywhere.
But it's the unraveling of that yarn.
I want to know what happened and what this refers to, this insurance policy, because they are implicating Andrew McCabe.
And by the way, it's only a tip of the iceberg here because we have 9,700 more of these thereabouts left to go through.
This is only not even 400 text messages.
We've got 10,000 text messages.
God only knows what they're going to say in this.
Well, certainly, according to my sources, and I published that in the story on Peter Strzok, that Peter Strzok was very close to Andy McCabe, that they were very good friends, and that they had the same political leanings.
So it would be surprising to me, Sean, that the Inspector General is not looking at Andrew McCabe.
I believe the Inspector General is looking at Andrew McCabe, among other people within the FBI.
And I think the big concern that they had within the Department of Justice as well as with the Inspector General is where did all these leaks come from?
There were a number of leaks that were sent out into the media of classified information, Michael Flynn being one of them, and other leaks as well that exposed people that could have only been obtained by people that were involved in an investigation.
So they're wondering where those leaks came from.
They're also looking at their political leanings.
Did they do anything at all to obstruct the investigation on the Clinton server scandal and whatever happened to the investigation on the Trump Foundation?
When you write an exoneration and you didn't do the investigation, I'll defer to Victoria, but that to me is obstruction of justice by stopping an investigation and exonerating a person that now we find out that the guy that interviewed Hillary Clinton obviously loved her and hated her opponent.
Well, there's other things, Sean, that's giving allowing one lawyer to represent four or five people involved in it.
I've never been allowed to do that in all my time with the Justice Department on either side.
I've never allowed it.
I've never been allowed to do that.
It's giving immunity to all of Hillary Clinton's aides in return for their giving up their laptop or some stupid thing like that.
I mean, there are so many indicia of that being a crooked investigation that it just doesn't stop.
Is this now the deep state that we were talking about?
Does it also, do you think in the end we're going to finally tie this into the surveillance, the unmasking, the leaking of raw intelligence, the dossier, the dossier is the foundation for the Pfizer warrant?
I mean, does this all now begin to make sense and be tied together that the people at the highest levels in the Justice Department and the FBI were actively looking to pick and choose and undermine one candidate in favor of another candidate and influence an election?
Does it go that far?
Because this is far bigger than Watergate by a long shot.
Well, only if the press, you know, we'll pick it up.
But maybe there'll be so many facts they just can't help themselves so far.
But the reporting has been underwhelming.
But I have no doubt that this occurred and that the national security devices were used inappropriately, unlawfully by these people to start the unmasking.
Yeah, Sean, I can say without a shadow of a doubt, and I have a story that we will be getting up on Hannity.com hopefully tonight or tomorrow morning that will explain that.
There are a lot of sources out there, believe it or not, within the intelligence community.
There's a lot of good people out there within law enforcement that want to get to the bottom of this also and have explained that, yes, a lot of these unmaskings, a lot of the abuse of what they allege is abuse of power because they have access to the programs that allow them to do these things was taken advantage of and that they want it exposed and they want it investigated.
And so in an agreement with Victoria here on this, there are many people within the intelligence community and law enforcement that believe that this did happen.
And I think it needs to be investigated.
Of course, speaking to my sources on the Hill, they are investigating it.
And certainly the Department of Justice is looking into this.
All right, we'll take a break.
We'll come back, Sarah Carter and Victoria Tunsing with us.
And as we continue with Sarah Carter, investigative journalist, also Victoria Tunsing, partner at Geneva and Tunsing and legal representative for the informant in the Uranium One case, what is the latest with this informant that apparently for six years had infiltrated Putin's network of trying to get a foothold into the uranium market?
People that we knew in 2009 were involved in bribery and extortion and kickbacks, money laundering, racketeering, and nobody seemed to care, especially the FBI director Mueller at the time, and all these people, again, their names come up on every one of these scandals.
Where are we now with that congressional testimony we've been expecting, Victoria?
Well, because of the Christmas holidays, we're probably going to be meeting with the Judiciary Committee the very first week in January.
We're trying to work that out right now.
As you have gotten deeper into what this person was able to do in that period of time and what he was telling his supervisors, bosses, the people that he reported to, is this all going to come out?
Is all of this, the House of Cards going to drop?
I mean, it seems to me that there is a Cat 5 hurricane about to hit that house, Sarah.
Yeah, you would think so, Sean.
We're waiting, and we're waiting for the Inspector General's report.
I think that is the most important part of this puzzle that needs to come out.
On top of everything else, on top of doing our own investigations as journalists, putting the stories out there on everything that we can in order to unravel this really tangled web, I think what's important now is that the Inspector General is coming to the conclusion of, from what I've been told by sources, of this report and will be turning that over to Congress.
And I think, as we've seen, parts of that report are now coming out and being made public.
So we know that there's actually some momentum there.
Once that report comes out, I think a lot more names will be listed.
We'll see what other people have done and how they've been involved in this.
And as far as the special counsel, it's going to be interesting to see if there will be anything in that report that would push, I guess, would push the DOJ for a special counsel for the special counsel or if they'll just reopen the Hillary Clinton server investigation.
Where is the Attorney General?
Is the Attorney?
I keep hearing, oh, there's things happening we don't know about.
Do you believe that's true?
I believe that there are things happening that we don't know about.
As for the Attorney General, I can't speak for him myself, but I've heard those same things.
I think what's very frustrating for a lot of people is that we've spent the last year working on these stories, trying to move things forward, particularly with regard to the special counsel.
And there's been just very little trickle, of course, outside of the DOJ.
But what we do know is that there's 27 leak investigations ongoing.
There's an inspector general investigation that is ongoing.
And according to my sources, there are investigations being conducted within the FBI as well as other parts of the intelligence community for leaks that may have affected this.
So we can only hope that the Inspector General, I mean, that the Attorney General, Attorney General Jeff Sessions, is on top of this, but that's not something that I would be able to talk on his behalf for.
All right, thank you.
It's a hierarchy that is the problem.
The everyday street agents are wonderful people.
I agree with that too.
And I just feel that the tarnish is at the top in the deep state.
All right, I've got to let you both go.
Informative hour.
Thank you both so very much.
Sarah Carter, Victoria Tunsing, 800-941-Sean, toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
When we come back, the Gawby one is back, and that would be Katie Hopkins.
Then you're going to meet the founder of Nine Line.
They're here to talk about a veteran-owned operated business.
And by the way, great Christmas gifts.
And just for Hannity listeners today, we'll continue.
All right, that music can only mean one thing.
News Roundup Information Overload Hour.
Although we really should have better introduction music for her, intro music for her.
The Gobby one, Katie Hawkins, is back with us.
By the way, Linda's really pissed at you because apparently you're not going to Linda's party at an undisclosed location with the Hannity team on the special day that we have chosen.
And you said no, you just outright refused to go to it.
Which, by the way, I can understand because I was actually out to dinner with you and members of our team.
And we see what happens in 45 minutes when somebody has seven drinks.
There becomes acts of violence begin to just.
Is there no sanctity on the show anymore?
No, there is not.
No, there is not.
I'm a truth teller.
Merry Christmas to you, too.
He's talking about you, Linda.
Just for clarity there.
Oh, thank you.
Thank you, Katie.
Thank you.
Well, there wasn't anyone else being violent at the table that I recall, so that would only leave one suspect, right?
Which is Linda.
But that isn't the reason I'm not coming, and I am grateful for that.
By the way, and then I have to desperately be texting her blood sister over here, Sunshine, who doesn't answer her texts apparently while dancing and just hoping that maybe there wasn't a texting while dancing and hoping that there wasn't an incident as somebody stumbled out of the restaurant somehow.
I do not see that.
There was an incident because we went to a bar.
We carried on without you because you're a lightweight, obviously.
And she stood.
I'm not a lightweight.
I'm just, I'm old and I need my rest.
And you're a martial arts guru that has to protect this temple of a body.
That's correct.
It's a temple.
That's exactly God.
It's a temple.
Well, Linda abused her temple.
I'm just saying.
It was humiliating.
Oh, do you know why?
I know.
Do you want to know why I'm not coming?
You know, I want to know why you're not coming.
Yeah, take a look at Linda.
You know, I've got a reputation to uphold.
I don't go that low.
You know, there were still people there that loved you, Katie.
I know.
I had a little fan club moment, didn't I?
Oh, you had a fan.
Oh, you got hit on?
Well, no, there were some people there that knew me from the UK, so they were coming up to do the little handshake and photos in a random pub in the middle of New York.
In a random pub in the middle of New York.
You're being spotted and videos are being taken.
Yes, I am, Mr. Hannity.
I heard you got in trouble again recently.
What did you get in trouble for this time?
I did not.
That is an absolute outrage.
I mean, no, I don't think I have been in trouble for a while.
Well, with all due respect, I would say the second most intoxicated person at that dinner was you.
I have been being a good person, and I've been trying to get away from you.
I didn't ask me about being a good person.
I said that you were the second most intoxicated person at that dinner.
Because I'm British, and you Americans are lightweight when it comes to drinking.
We have issues with alcohol because we live in the Western world and we have to deal with a multitude of things like bankrupt politicians, morally corrupt leaders, and a society.
So basically, you're rationalizing your behavior by blaming politicians for acting up.
That is correct.
And I will tell you something else that's putting me under a whole bunch of stress, Mr. Hannity, is trying to be a parent at Christmas.
I tell you, it's a stressful time.
My school, in one week alone, my children's school has had a nativity, a carol concert, a Christmas concert, a school party that I had to make stupid cakes for.
I mean, how much do they want to like, you know, there's a limit to how much Christmas we need to do in one school?
So this is a funny thing.
You know, my kids are older, so I'm way past this stage in my life.
But you're ancient.
All right, enough with the ancient.
I'm not that ancient, and I'm in good shape because I work out five days a week.
You're a guru.
I'm not a guru.
It's not a temple.
Well, although everybody, their body is their temple, according to the good book.
And you must, you know, take care of that gift that you were given.
You've got a gift.
Your knees are well aware of the gift they're carrying.
All right.
Are you done?
Seriously?
Are you done?
Dumb.
All right.
So anyway, so Linda sends a picture to all of us here on the show, and it's her son Liam, who's only two years old.
And Liam is, she's going to take Liam to go see Santa.
And I looked at the picture, and she's like, oh, no, no, no.
Santa's a good one.
We teach our kids to be afraid of strangers.
And then here is a two-year-old kid being afraid of a guy in a weird red suit with a beard and a hat.
He wasn't afraid until he got close.
He got close.
That's my point.
And the guy wants you to sit on his lap, which in this day and age is not a good idea.
Not a good idea at all right now.
So I'm looking at the picture and I'm saying, all right, this kid is smart.
He's doing what we probably tell him.
Don't talk to strange people.
Katie, do you guys do that with Father Christmas over there?
No, we don't do that so much anymore.
That became a kind of a thing you don't do.
But we do.
Why did it become a thing you don't do?
That just became a thing about, you know, t trying to tell my daughters not to go and sit on random old men's knees and then going, hey, it's so good.
By the way, we're going to get so many people angry.
We're only kidding here for those that are listening.
But I will say this.
There is a selfish side to Christmas.
Right?
You know, we forget the meaning of the season and, you know, et cetera, et cetera.
And that's all true.
And people are like, what am I getting?
What am I getting?
Then the day after, when you get back to school or what, what'd you get?
What'd you get?
What'd you get?
And we send our kids and we dress them up in ridiculous costumes on Halloween and we teach them to be liberals and knock on the door and beg for free stuff.
Well, I tell you what, in the UK, you know, we've had like an inch of snow, like a couple centimeters of snow.
And of course, in the UK, if we have more than one centimeter of snow, that's an absolute crisis for the country.
And the whole country shuts down and all of our schools also shut down because the teachers want to have two days of shopping, which is paid for for free.
So the whole of parents are in outrage as well because state schools have shut up shut because there's a tiny, tiny bit of snow on the floor.
Well, that happens to a lot of people.
I know that it was snowing down in southern parts of the United States.
All right, let's get to some serious stuff.
Are you paying attention to what's going on in the United States at all?
Oh, my word.
It's so, I feel like it's like, you know, when you have a divorce and it just goes, well, you don't, but I do, and it goes on and on and on and on and on, and you think it's never going to end.
It feels like that from here.
It's almost like you guys, you know, the other side just will not let Trump be the president.
Like, I do not know where he gets the space in his head to just, you know, take a bigger picture.
But people, there's been an expectation, oh, he's going to wake up and he's not going to tweet.
Or Donald Trump is not, he's going to fit the image that people have in their minds of how a president should be and how a president should act.
And I can tell you firsthand, that's never going to happen.
And it's refreshing on the one hand because he is iconoclastic and he is politically incorrect.
Yes.
And the great irony is that the Republican Party created Donald Trump because they couldn't fight and keep their promises.
He is a direct reflection of their failure.
It's so true.
And the really strange thing, and ours is a much smaller example, and we're a much smaller country.
But, you know, Brexit, we know, was the kind of precursor to Trump.
That same feeling of being not listened to.
By the way, what happened to Brexit?
Apparently, that is a lot of people.
Well, tonight, just over the road from where I am, the MPs voted down the government's right to just exit and leave, as we voted for.
Now the MPs are going to get another vote in it, another vote on whether we leave and how we leave.
So we just Brexit.
How do they let the people vote on something as powerful as that?
How do they allow that and then say, no, never mind, we don't care what you think.
Well, and then with the parallel with Trump.
You know, you get Trump in.
We wanted the guy that's going to talk to us direct.
We want the guy that's going to be politically incorrect for a change.
And then we're told, no, you picked the wrong guy.
You did the wrong thing.
We're going to beat him until he stops.
And that's what we've got with Brexit, and they've just managed to shut it down.
And the thing is, I don't see people going away.
Brexiteers aren't going to go away.
Trump supporters aren't going to go away.
If there was a vote again tomorrow on Brexit, what would the people do?
The people would vote to leave.
So then why do these arrogant politicians go against the people that they're supposed to serve?
Because we have the same problem here in America.
I guess you do.
And it seems to me, I know we talk about this bubble, this echo chamber, you know, the swamp, the media bubble.
You know, in terms of central London and the media within it, they only talk about Brexit shambles as if it's one word, Brexit and shambles.
That's the only way they can describe Brexit.
And so it's almost that they've become to believe that, and they've entirely stopped listening to the regular man in the streets.
And I think your media is sort of the same in that regard.
Oh, they're so corrupt.
They're so abusively biased.
They're so agenda-driven.
And they're so overpaid and such a bunch of lazy sheep.
I mean, it's despicable what the media is doing to the people in this country.
I will tell you that.
I think that, and I also think, Sean, you know, you do think sometimes we spend so, and I'm talking about us, all of us, you know, all of us are guilty of this.
We spend so much time looking inwards, facing inwards towards Washington, towards the swamp, towards the things that are right in front of our face, our own Twitter feed.
And we forget to stand up, you know, put your shoulders back, turn around 180, and look outwards, you know, outwards into the world, outwards beyond our own front door, outwards beyond our own circle.
None of us do that enough.
And I think that's really showing in the whole news cycle.
We talk about the same stuff all the time, and it sort of drives us a bit crazy, I think.
You know, the sad part is that, like in the case of Brexit in Great Britain and here in America, is that government has failed on a spectacular level, and their arrogance is at an all-time high.
And it's a feeling of invincibility at this point.
And the only thing that they didn't count on was Donald Trump winning.
I'm sure the same with your representatives, your MPs, et cetera.
I'm sure they didn't think that Brexit would happen.
As a matter of fact, if I remember and recall correctly, the day before, Brexit was supposed to be defeated by five to seven points.
Yes, that's correct.
And even when it had happened, and very much like Trump, when the last state fell, our BBC News wouldn't call out the result.
They just couldn't bring themselves to say that Leave had won, just in the same way that your announcers or CNN couldn't bring themselves to say Trump had got it.
It was almost like they couldn't get those words out of their mouths.
They were so set in what was supposed to happen.
And I think you Americans and the Brits have seen the same pattern.
And what I wonder, what I question is, what will be the backlash to that?
What happens to ordinary people when they see that they've lost their voice completely again, despite voting for the thing they wanted?
What's going to be the repercussions of that?
You didn't explain to us why you're not coming to the Christmas party.
You haven't told us.
Because I've got a lot going on here in the UK.
There's quite a lot of news that we have.
I didn't ask that.
So you purposely just made a decision.
You're not going to go to Linda's extravaganza.
You don't want to go.
You don't like it.
You care more about yourself and your family and your country than you do ours.
That is not true.
The only person I care about on the planet is Linda.
And then the second person is my martial art guru, your body of the temple, Sean Hannity.
By the way, I love you, Katie.
I remember specifically sitting at dinner with you, and you were telling us that you were going to have a third, fourth, and fifth husband.
Now, did you tell your current husband that?
That's right.
Yes.
So I have Mark Regev.
You know the Israeli spokesperson?
Yeah, yeah.
I do.
I do know him.
Yeah.
I bet you know him.
He's probably your blooming brother, right?
Knowing you.
Exactly.
Yeah, exactly.
So he's down as number four because I love him passionately.
He doesn't know it yet.
But he's down as husband number four.
Which one are you married to now?
So currently I'm on two.
So I'm going to go to the next one.
Well, who gets three?
Well, you know, that's open for debate.
If you're pitching your offering, I'm hearing you.
I'm not pitching a thing.
I asked you, how do you go from two to four?
And does your husband know that you planned this all out?
Yes.
I mean, I call him, you know, my current husband to give him that sense of foreboding, that sense of maybe she's going to go, that sort of hope in a way for him as well.
Like there's a lot of things that you're going to do.
When you go out to dinner, does he kick you under the table to shut you up a lot?
Yeah, and then he gets sympathy from other people.
And then when I meet him, I can understand that.
Yeah, so I go, oh, this is lovely, Mark, because everyone calls him lovely Mark because he's lovely and it's really annoying.
And then they go, oh, Mark, we're sorry.
And it's like that, which is pretty rude when you think about how fun it must be to be able to do it.
What do you mean?
I mean, if you're planning on three and four and beyond, I mean.
You've got to keep your options open, Sean.
You've got to keep moving in this world.
And if you keep still, you become a target.
Well, how are they never going to be able to do that?
Well, how are you going to get to four when you don't have number three picked out?
Hey, sweetie, I had no problem moving from one to two in pretty sharp order.
So, you know, do not, you've met me, you've seen how phenomenally attractive I am.
But I'm telling you, it will not be a problem to find number three.
And Mark Regev is already penciled in as four.
So that's it.
It's all over.
Is four over?
That's it?
There's only going to be four?
No, no, because I imagine Mark Regev and I will fall out at some point.
It's like a Henry VIII thing or something.
Yeah, I just don't end my husband's.
I guess we're out of time now.
800-941, Sean is our number.
All right, Katie Hopkins, Gabby One.
Thanks a lot.
You abandoned us.
We were going to have a great time.
And I'll even pay for your plane ticket if you want to come.
You're so cute.
You're taking a lot of time.
This is a national holiday for Linda for this party.
All right, and you'll miss all the fun.
All right, 25 till the top of the hour, 800-941, Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, when people do great things for us, I've always felt like you kind of want to give back.
Anyway, I had the opportunity the other day to meet some people.
They're all vets, and they've got an amazing business.
And I said, why don't you guys come on the program and tell my audience exactly what it is that you do?
The name of the company is Nine Line, and it's all vet-owned and operated.
It's a business, and they've got all sorts of stuff.
It was founded in 2012 by two Army captains based in Savannah, Georgia.
They have Nine Line Apparel is like a patriotic lifestyle brand.
And, you know, they're a startup company, primarily owned, run, and employed by veterans, you know, or people that have served.
And Captain Tyler Merrith is with us.
I guess you're the CEO of this thing, or they're the co-founder?
Yes, sir.
I hold both roles.
And all right.
So I got to meet you guys the other day.
And you basically look to hire vets, right?
This is what you do.
Absolutely.
Yeah, and it goes back to you.
Obviously, I come from that community.
And if there's a group of individuals that have sometimes been mislabeled, a lot of us come back with post-traumatic stress.
It's not a disorder.
We have some of the finest employees coming from special operations communities, different branches.
And these guys don't know to quit.
We've been up for the last two days packaging shipments for the Christmas rush.
And they just don't stop.
I just feed them energy drinks.
Well, because that's what they used to when they were out fighting in the field for us, right?
So tell us what you have.
By the way, they're not advertised on the program.
I just wanted to do this because you guys have done so much for us.
And I think you're helping a lot of people out.
And you're also got great products.
And tell us the type of things that you're involved in that you have for sale.
By the way, you were an Apache helicopter pilot, right?
I was.
Initially, I flew Apaches, and I got picked up by Special Operations, and I flew for the Nightstalkers, the 160th.
That's amazing.
What a life you've led.
We had this crazy idea, and we started in my garage less than five years ago.
We're in Savannah, Georgia.
We've got about 200 people working for us now, and we just grow by the day.
And it's been incredible.
Some of the things that we stand for, the tenets of our company, really seem to resonate with the majority of America.
We call it the silent majority.
I'm sure you're familiar with what I'm talking about.
But, you know, we respect the flag.
We support those who serve this country honorably, whether you're a military member, a first responder, or just someone who supports us.
And the whole idea is trying to bring those who've served and those who've not together and have a conversation, a discussion about how we can continue to give back to our communities.
And that's what we're about.
We're a give-back organization.
We give back to dozens of different charities.
We have our own foundation.
And when we say we're a lifestyle brand, we don't just resonate with the military and the first responders.
We resonate really with everyone who is by self-reclaim patriotic.
Yeah.
And what are the types of products you sell?
What are your best-selling products?
T-shirts, sir.
Honestly, we can't keep them in stock.
We are moving 100% American-made, and that really does resonate with people.
It's not the easiest task.
It's very difficult to source, maintain, and compete with the foreign-made goods, but we found a way to do it, and it seems to really resonate with our fan base.
Yeah, no, I think it's awesome.
And why don't you give us the website so that, and we'll put it up on our website, Hannity.com, because I think it's great you're doing this for all these other vets.
And you've found a way to make a good business, and you're producing good products, and they're all American-made.
And this is an all-vet company, and I just think it's awesome.
And I think we should support our vets, and this is one way we can do it.
Hey, thank you very much, sir.
It's just www.ninlineapparel.com.
You could spell it out.
You could put the number in there.
And we actually came up with a coupon code, a promo code, Hannity25, to show our respect for you and for your audience.
And I know your fan base, and I know the type of people that listen to you.
And I appreciate it.
All right, so nineline.com.
You can spell out the number nine or just put in the number nine line.com.
And if you put in Hannity25, you're going to save 25%.
That's awesome.
That's really nice of you.
All right.
Well, I'm going to go on the website and buy some stuff myself.
So listen, all my best to all the people working for you.
Merry Christmas.
Have a great, great holiday season.
And we're really proud of you and thank you for your service.
And we're really also happy that you have so much success.
That's great.
God bless, sir.
Thank you very much and have a happy holiday.
All right, you too, my friend.
Thank you.
800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
Susanna is in Pittsburgh, PA.
Susanna, hi.
How are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
Great to talk with you.
I just find it very funny that on November 20th, 2016, Chucky Schumer said very quickly, right after the election, this is not a mandate.
Trump's victory is not a mandate.
But yet last night, after an isolated race in a special election with all kinds of twisted variables around it, he was quick to say that this is a mandate against Trump's agenda.
So here's what I want to say to Chucky.
Put your glasses up closer to your eyes so you can see things a little more clearly and know that the mandate is Trump 2020.
We're still committed to jobs.
We're still committed to the money.
As I said earlier in the show, this is a total misread by the media.
What happened here?
And look, I lived in the state of Alabama.
I know Alabama well.
Roy Moore, when he won the Supreme Court, this is a very red state.
He only won 52.48.
And that was without any allegations.
His odds, you know, the biggest problem, I put the blame squarely on the failed establishment, and they wanted the establishment candidate, and that would be Luther Strange.
And Luther Strange was appointed under very, very suspicious scenario by the governor, who he was supposed to be investigating, and the investigation goes away.
I didn't like the stench of it from day one.
I knew and have known Mo Brooks.
That's why I endorse Mo Brooks.
I know the state.
I know him.
By the way, our prayers and thoughts are with him.
He announced today he has prostate cancer, but he's going to be all right, according to what he said.
But Mo Brooks would have won that state by 20 points.
And for the establishment to come in, gum up the works, spend all these millions tearing down Mo Brooks because Mo Brooks would fight like Ted Cruz.
They didn't want another Ted Cruz in there.
And then, you know, we ended up in the situation we're in.
And this is long before, you know, then you have a choice.
Do you go with the corrupt Luther Strange, as far as I'm concerned, as it relates to his appointment in the first place?
Or do you go with Roy Moore?
At least probably you would vote more in line with Trump.
This is before all these allegations were made.
And all of it happened because of the establishment of Mitch McConnell.
It's just a fact.
And it's not a fact that you're going to hear in the mainstream media.
They want to turn this against Donald Trump.
You know, Donald Trump, A, didn't go into the state.
He tried a little bit because he didn't want 51.49.
He'd rather keep 52.48 because they couldn't even get health care done.
So now it's for those that want to turn this into, well, this is a mandate.
No, it's a mandate against weak Republicans.
And weak Republicans are not going to fly in the next election.
And if these people think they're going to coast into 2018 and not be held accountable for the promises they've broken and the work they've never accomplished, they're dreaming.
It's not, and they can blame Trump all they want.
They're responsible for that failure.
Trump's doing his job.
So it gets frustrating because the media is so anti-Trump.
They want to make everything Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
It's like a mantra.
And it is what it is at this point.
Johnny in New York City, the all-new AM-710, W-O-R.
What's going on, Johnny?
How are you?
You're a New York cab driver.
I see.
Yes, I am, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good.
You ever pick me up or no?
No, but we spoke last year.
I saw you on 52nd Street, right outside the building.
We spoke for a couple of minutes right at the bottom.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I remember actually.
What's going on?
No, I got a lot to say, you know, with the tax cut.
You know, like everybody, there's some people in New York are going to get hurt.
I'm probably going to get hurt, but you know what?
No one's looking at Cuomo and de Blasio.
These guys spend our money like drunken sailors, you know?
So now all of a sudden, Trump's going to be the bad guy, you know, as far as New York goes.
But listen, I drive a cab in New York, and most people here have been involved for him anyway, you know.
But the problem is, the governor and the mayor, they're the ones that waste all the money in this state.
They waste millions of dollars.
Let me tell you.
This is now the revenge of the red states because, and I'm just being honest.
I'm going to get whacked because I'm not going to.
No, well, financially whacked.
Not the way you were thinking, okay?
But it's going to kill me because red states have been, in a way, subsidizing all of these high-tax states because you could deduct your state and local income taxes.
Well, that's not going to happen.
In a high-tax state like New York or New Jersey or California or Illinois, well, now Red State America that elect politicians that live within their means and balance their budgets and don't have state income taxes or low state income taxes, they're not going to have to subsidize these big states and these big spending governors anymore.
I would like to think that we would rein in our spending, but I doubt that's going to happen.
They're just going to find ways to raise taxes on New York.
And then they're going to turn around and blame Trump.
They're going to say, we didn't want to raise taxes, but we have no choice because in the White House.
I mean, Sean, in my whole life, I've never seen anything like this.
There was like an unending plot to get rid of this guy.
Now, they got no collusion.
But Mr. Clapper then went on to say that to his knowledge, there was no evidence of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians.
We did not conclude any evidence in our report.
And when I say our report, that is the NSA, FBI, and CIA with my office.
The Director of National Intelligence had anything, any reflection of collusion between the members of the Trump campaign and the Russians.
There was no evidence of that in our report.
Was Mr. Clapper wrong when he said that?
I think he's right about characterizing the report, which you all have read.
We did not include any evidence in our report, and I say our, that's NSA, FBI, and CIA with my office, the Director of National Intelligence, that had anything that had any reflection of collusion between members of the Trump campaign and the Russians.
There was no evidence of that included in our report.
Have you seen anything, either intelligence briefings, through intelligence briefings, anything to back up any of the accusations that you have made?
They have the documentation that they did the hacking.
The hacking.
On the DNC.
Right.
And on some of us, you know, that have been.
But the collusion, though.
No, we have not.
Do you have evidence that there was, in fact, collusion between Trump associates and Russia during the campaign?
Not at this time.
Have you seen anything that suggests any collusion between the Russians and the Trump campaign?
Well, there's an awful lot of smoke there.
Let's put it that way.
People that might have said they were involved, to what extent they were involved, to what extent the president might have known about these people or whatever.
There's nothing there from that standpoint that we have seen directly linking our president to any of that.
Did evidence exist of collusion, coordination, conspiracy between the Trump campaign and Russian state actors at the time you learned of 2016 efforts?
I don't know whether or not such collusion, that's your term, such collusion existed.
I don't know.
The big questions, of course, is, is there any evidence of collusion you have seen yet?
Is there?
There is a lot of smoke.
We hadn't smoking gun at this point, but there is a lot of smoke.
Diane Feinstein has said there's no evidence of collusion.
So collusion between whom?
Can you tell us that?
I'm not prepared to say that there's proof you could take to a jury, but I can say that there is enough that we ought to be investigating.
At the time you separated from service in January of 2017, had you seen any evidence that Donald Trump or any member of his campaign colluded, conspired, or coordinated with the Russians or anyone else to infiltrate or impact our voter infrastructure?
Not beyond what has been out there open source and not beyond anything that I'm sure this committee has already seen and heard before directly from the intelligence community.
Matt, I got no obstructions, and now they're going back to sexual harassment.
By the way, as Law News said today, the Democrats' Trump sex investigation would be unconstitutional.
It came up with Rosenstein today, and a sitting president can be impeached and removed from office only for wrongdoing committed while in office, a limitation which would preclude impeaching this president based on claims of sexual misconduct that were made and vetted.
And frankly, you know, we adjudicated it all, and the American people voted the way they did.
So anyway, we have precedence on that point.
Hey, I got to run.
I do appreciate you being with us, and I wish you a Merry Christmas.
I know you guys work hard out there on the road, and it's just the worst place to drive on the face of this earth.
I don't know how you do it every day.
I have no idea.
It's unbelievable.
Do you own your medallion by any chance?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Sell it.
That's my advice.
Sell it.
No, I don't.
Well, you know, they're down now because of Uber.
I bet you wish you sold it a couple of years ago.
They're down to 140.
No way.
They were up over a million, weren't they?
Yeah, they were up to 1.2.
Oh my God.
Wow, I'm sorry.
That's horrible.
There should be something done to protect the valuable real estate that you purchased.
All right, my friend, I got to run it.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
All right, we will have full, complete analysis what really happened in Alabama.
More importantly, we've got these exclusive texts, you know, by the guy that worked with James Comey to exonerate Hillary before they ever did the investigation.
And much more.
We have Greg Jarrett, Pam Bondi, Alan Dershowitz, Sebastian Gorka, Kellyanne Conway, John Solomon, and much more.
