This is an iHeart Podcast.
Let not your heart be troubled.
You are listening to the Sean Hannity Radio Show Podcast.
All right, glad you're with us.
Five days to go.
Write down our toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
It's 800-941 Sean.
Here it is, five days to go.
We have the biggest blockbuster ever to hit a campaign October surprise.
And your news media is so abusively biased and corrupt you would think it didn't happen.
But if it was a woman making an allegation against Trump, it would be, you know, another 45 million hours of television, even if there was an eyewitness that rebutted what the woman said, like in the case of the woman on the airplane.
It's this will be dealt with on November 9th.
All of these Republicans, a George Will hoping for a Hillary landslide.
Really smart, George, because that's going to give you the Supreme Court that'll alter the country for multiple generations.
Brilliant.
Absolutely.
That gives you your tax increases.
That gives you, you know, your dependence are the lifeblood of our economy, energy on foreign sources.
You know, that gives you a president that's going to bring in refugees, people that grew up under cultures that directly contradict American constitutional values.
That's going to be great.
We'll keep open borders and people across and compete with the 95 million Americans out of the labor force that need work, and God forbid somebody comes in across the border that wants to kill Americans, which could very likely happen if it hasn't already.
Great idea.
We'll keep the same failed educational system, and you could sit there on your high and mighty principles and lecture us how that's a great thing.
Unbelievable.
If you don't know what has happened, I'm not surprised.
Because that means that you might be getting your news from sources other than talk radio, my show, and other shows on the Fox News channel.
All credit to my friend and colleague Brett Bear, host a special report.
And Brett Baer broke a blockbuster last night that should put in you you need to understand what's happening here.
Why have I spent so much time playing James Comey being grilled by Trey Gowdy a couple of days after Comey let Hillary off the hook back in July?
The reason is simple.
Because Trey Gowdy got James Comey to admit that Hillary violated the law with her illegal email server.
Let me give you the new details.
And that they should have gone forward.
The only reason I am convinced, based on two separate bits of information that have come out now in the last 24 hours.
The only reason you are getting to hear or know about these developments is because the FBI rank and file, special agents, people that work hard every day, dedicate themselves to the rule of law, protecting the homeland, keeping the country honest and safe and secure, have decided they cannot stand back or sit back any longer, and they are now giving out the information that Comey himself clearly knew.
What are Comey's, you know, what what is his justification for having ignored some of this?
Why wouldn't Comey confirm when asked if there was an investigation into the Clinton Foundation and this pay-to-play scandal that we have given you all the intimate details of now for over a year when we first interviewed Peter Schweitzer, his book Clinton Cash.
You know, it's taken me a long time to absorb all of this, and this is what I do every day.
But, you know, we've got a situation here where the FBI is now beginning to reveal what they have.
And the investigation into Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton illegal server, continues.
And what we have now discovered is that they have an avalanche, their words, not mine, of evidence, especially as it relates to the Clinton Foundation and the email server scandal, that barring any obstruction of any way,
meaning the Justice Department, isn't it interesting that the Justice Department, which we now know has been colluding with the Clinton campaign, as the State Department has been colluding with the Clinton campaign, giving them information and heads up that they otherwise would give nobody else.
That they are now up to their eyeballs trying to protect Hillary Clinton and help elect her by hiding evidence and working to prevent the same rule of law that applies to everybody else from applying to her.
But barring this, the agents investigating see otherwise, and that they are pledging to push to try and get an indictment because the evidence is so incontrovertible and so overwhelming.
Now we're in a situation, for example, if you're Uma Abedin, well, Uma signed a separation agreement.
In that agreement, she testified as a matter of law, it would be a violation of law if she were to keep or maintain any of the records she had kept while working for Secretary Clinton.
Well, now, in fact, that information, each count would represent a felony and send her to jail.
So one has to wonder if the FBI is going to get her to cooperate when she's facing a 30 plus year jail term, perhaps.
And in this particular case, or is Anthony Wieners, he's going to talk because he's now facing potential counts and this, you know, this scandal disgusting scandal of him and his conversations with you know young kids about his private parts, the pervert that he is.
Anyway, so just you gotta understand what this is about.
You've got you got separate sources now, all of whom have intimate knowledge of these two separate but yet one investigation, the Clinton email server scandal, Clinton Foundation, revealing in detail what's going on here.
The investigation we have now discovered, which is what I've always thought the Clinton email server scandal scandal fundamentally was about, foundationally was about looking into the foundation, looking into pay-to-play interactions between Secretary of State Clinton and the Foundation, and it's been going on this investigation for over a year, and it's led by the white collar crime division, the public corruption branch of the criminal investigative unit.
And the Clinton Foundation investigation is now taking what they are calling a very high priority.
This would be a this will be an unmitigated disaster if she ever gets elected to be president.
We have the agents now confirming that these interviews and reinterviews of multiple people on this foundation case, even before the WikiLeaks dumped.
What did I say the night that we learned that they reopened the investigation?
I said this is definitely connected to WikiLeaks because WikiLeaks is filling in the blanks.
WikiLeaks, they you know, probably they don't know everything Julia Assange and WikiLeaks is going to dump.
And the FBI is scared to death that they're going to be exposed as having colluded and protected Hillary Clinton from crimes she otherwise would have been charged with.
So now, even before the WikiLeaks dump, these agents had, quote, already collected a great deal of evidence.
One source saying they have a lot of it, and quote, there's an avalanche of new information coming in every day, some of it from WikiLeaks, some from new emails like the ones that they'll be finding on Anthony Wiener and Uma Abedin's computer.
The agents, quote, are actively and aggressively pursuing the case.
They're going back and interviewing and reinterviewing some people for the third time.
This is quite contrary to what the New York Times wrote earlier this week, that this was not solely or mostly based on the reporting of the Times, but or the Clinton cash book, it was and has been far more extensive, and nobody has known about it.
Now, if you look at the FBI 302s and interviews with of Clinton's and her top aides, you know, now they're going back at all with all the new evidence that dies every day.
They're looking at what they said.
Agents are going through what they've been told and what others have said and checking whether or not they lie to the FBI.
What did Martha Stewart did?
She lied about one case in jail, one year.
There's this guy.
I'm going to show you something on TV tonight that'll break your heart.
We're going to have Christian Saucier's mother.
We followed this case extensively.
Took six pictures aboard his submarine while serving his country's now spending a year in jail.
And by the way, as far as we know, none of the information, none of the pictures he took ended up in the hands of five foreign intelligence agencies like Hillary's emails have, which have been hacked, and now it's finally been confirmed.
But back to our point.
So also, as part of the limited immunity deal, remember we were told that Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson that they had reached a proffer agreement of some kind, maybe not a full immunity deal with Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson, and that, quote, the FBI had tentatively agreed, which was bizarre and unprecedented from my thinking, that they would destroy the laptops after a narrow review.
Well, we're now told that agents said no, they didn't destroy it.
And those devices now are now being looked at and exploited and are in the FBI field office in Washington, D.C. And also it's been pointed out that any immunity deal could very likely be null and void if any subject had lied at any point during the investigation.
All of these people now are up to their eyeballs in potential criminality and jail time.
There is full complete panic, I promise you.
Hillary and Bill are panicked.
Chelsea is in a panic.
Podesta is in a panic.
Cheryl Mills, a panic.
Yuma Abedin, a panic.
Anthony Wiener, panic, and everybody else involved, Brian Pagliano on down, all of these people that were but remember, even the mishandling of classified information is a crime.
Destruction of classified materials or devices is a crime.
Remember, they smashed with a hammer, 13, you know, blackberries, we are told.
Hillary, you know, saying that she never sent or received was always a lie.
Because we know of 2,093 emails classified as confidential or secret, you know, have been discovered.
That would have put any one of you or any other American in jail, probably for a significant period of time.
We know a hundred and ninety-three emails, eighty-one separate email conversations that were classified at the time, you know, or sent.
They range from confidential, which is a problem in and of itself, top secret, and by the way, way above top secret classification special access programs.
Well, that's the highest national security priority classification we've got.
And that they were discovered on these devices.
And the worst part of all of this, remember when Director Comey came out on July 5th, and he announced there is a possibility that Hillary's server was compromised.
He did say that.
People forget it.
Well, now we're being told that, quote, there's almost a certainty that several foreign intelligence agencies hacked into the server because authorities now believe that there's a ninety-nine percent chance that up to five foreign intelligence agencies may have now accessed and taken Hillary's emails and broken into her server.
And the recent WikiLeaks emails from the IT expert, Brian Pagliano, saying that the server faced, quote, ten serious attacks just over a two-day period is only but one example here.
And Comey had even testified before Gowdy and others that the server had less security than the average Gmail account.
And she put top secret and special access program classification on all of this.
Now the email investigation is being run by the National Security Division, and they're combing through Wiener and Uma's laptop.
And some of the emails that came from Hillary's server also appear to be new.
So these are not duplicates as Clinton surrogates have been out there spinning the likes of CNN and others.
The biggest November 9th story.
We got two big issues that we've got to deal with, unfinished business, if you will.
One is going to be the media, and how Abusively biased, useless and corrupt they are, and we're going to prosecute the case on this program so you will never trust these people again.
And the second one is how pathetic the Republican Party has been in their treatment of Donald Trump and their treatment of their nominee and their assist and how they will own any Hillary Clinton presidency, if God forbid the country doesn't wake up and understand the severity of what I'm telling you here today.
Now we also say there's a consensus within the FBI that James Comey closed down the investigation too soon, considering everything they had.
And WikiLeaks, as I said, and these new emails now showed the possibility of conspiracy and intent to commit these crimes.
And that the president also is implicated in all of this.
You know, and the president said to 60, oh, I can tell you this is not a situation.
America's national security was endangered.
Wrong.
Just the opposite.
Because what if five foreign intelligence agencies broke in and hacked her email server?
That means our methods, that means our covert operatives, that means our top secrets are likely in the hands of every enemy this country has.
People may have and may in the future die as a result of her recklessness.
All of which clearly was rooted in the desire for money by the Clintons.
I'll give you the server implications when we get back.
So much.
800 nine for one Sean is on number.
Five foreign intelligence agencies, 99% chance they accessed and took Hillary's server and everything that was on it.
And our methods and our people and our top secrets.
God only knows what the fallout will eventually be.
Who knows?
Um I've got so much to get to because this is so much here.
One of the biggest problems we now have in the next five days is we've got a corrupt Department of Justice, as WikiLeaks has pointed out.
We've got a corrupt media, collusion with the Clinton campaign and the media.
Ongoing.
Collusion between Clinton and the DNC.
Bernie Sanders never had a chance because of the collusion.
The media, even feeding questions at debates that's so insecure about Hillary Clinton.
The media is corrupt.
MBC, ABC, CBS, CNN in particular, is disgusting.
Just despicable.
MSNBC, CNBC, the New York Times, all of them in collusion.
And they all say, oh, Hannity's got opinions.
I'm honest.
They're corrupt.
Big difference.
Now we have, now that we know there's collusion with the Justice Department in the campaign, the State Department in the campaign, the Obama White House in the campaign.
What is this country going to do that it takes FBI agents that they now and that's the rank and file to say enough's enough?
Because the Department of Justice was refusing to allow the FBI to run a full investigation into the Clinton Foundation until after the election.
And meanwhile, that's the heart of the whole email server scandal.
Why?
Because, well, they had to avoid Freedom of Information Act requests.
That's why they violated the law and set up a separate server, which, you know, again, to use the words of James Comey, I mean, it was uh less secure than an average Gmail account.
Wow.
So you have the FBI agents, they press to take over steps.
What, to look into the uranium one deal, where you have this guy that from Canada giving 30 plus million dollars to the Clinton Foundation, getting his buddies to donate even more to the Clinton Foundation, and then having to eventually, after one merger after another, they're merging with Russia in a company that would allow Russia to have 20% of our uranium assets, uranium, of course, a key ingredient into making a bomb.
It's insane.
Or the Haiti Relief Fund where Clinton donors are put on one list and friends of Bill are put on one list so they can Benefit from all the money raised to rebuild Haiti and they'll get the contracts.
Why do they get the contracts?
Because then they can refunnel money to the Clinton Foundation.
It certainly, you know, what is it not a quid pro quo if you're making promises to the dictator in Morocco about what you're going to do if he gives twelve and a half million dollars to the foundation, and then all the speeches, and then all the the access that were given, you the forestry rights.
Can you please introduce me to the head of this country so I can get the forestry rights which are then given, and then I'll give you more money to the Clinton Foundation?
Imagine if any of you did this.
And then the Justice Department doesn't want to investigate it.
You know, by the way, I thank our friends over at the American Center for Law and Justice, they're filing a complaint.
We need an explanation.
Why the hell did Loretta Lynch meet Bill Clinton on a tarmac at an airplane?
Just before a decision's being made about his wife.
And that's only the tip of the iceberg.
We have uh the assistant attorney general, Peter Kadzik.
He's responsible.
He's the guy that's now informing Congress about the newly reopened investigation into the private email server, longtime friend of Clinton's campaign manager, Johnny Podesta, and a decades-long ties to the Clintons himself.
WikiLeaks, an email from 2015, reveals that Kadzik, well, he snuck around, he used a non-government account, gave John Podesta a heads up about questions a Justice Department official would be facing about Hillary Clinton at a congressional hearing as it relates to the emails.
You talk about draining a swamp.
You can't trust the Justice Department under Loretta Lynch.
You can't trust this guy Kadzik, who Podesta once bragged kept him out of jail.
You know, as a House Judiciary Committee, oversight committee hearing today with the head of our civil rights division will testify.
Likely got questions about the State Department emails.
Hey, Mr. Kadzik, why didn't you send it on another email?
And what about the guy that the number two at at the FBI that ran the investigation that got his wife was running for a congressional seat, got nearly six hundred and fifty thousand dollars from Governor McCulliff of Virginia, and Hillary Clinton helped raise the money for the super PAC that McCulloff used to give the money to the to the wife of the guy that's leading the investigation into the email server.
Good God.
You see the rot and the stench and the stink here?
Oh, by the way, the pro-Hillary media, more colluders with Hillary.
Law News points out that the Clinton campaign, desperate to portray Hillary as the victim and Comey as Ken Starr.
Anyway, on Wednesday, when all this hit, you know, after Buzzfeed used the alleged underage victim in the Anthony Wiener sexting investigation to attack the FBI director.
And the unhinged Daily News picked up on the story.
Buzzfeed evidently thought it would be a good idea not only to reach out to Wiener's alleged victim, but to use her comments in an effort to smear Comey over his handling of the Clinton email investigation.
Teen, who allegedly got Wiener's sex texts upset with Comey.
Yeah, let's do that.
By the way, Joe de Genova was on with my friend Melanie Morgan today, and he's confirming that Anthony Weiner might be cutting a deal with federal prosecutors and rat out his soon-to-be ex-wife.
And the Clintons.
That's going to be interesting to watch.
Once all these people realize they're headed to jail, Uma is very likely to be hit with jail time now.
Wiener, same thing.
And if you're facing five, ten, fifteen, twenty years in jail, what are you going to do?
Tell the truth?
Cut a deal?
Or are you going to roll the dice and leave your children at home?
It definitely let's see.
Clinton aids and wiki leaks.
Oh, we're definitely not releasing some Hillary Clinton emails.
Oh, that's called obstruction of justice.
All of those people are in trouble too.
Podesta, I hope you have a good lawyer.
Cheryl Mills, I hope you have a good lawyer.
All you other people working for Clinton, good luck to you.
Brian Pagliano, you better hope your proffer agreement was very specific.
By the way, there's a report, the Dallas Observer that the Dallas IRS office is quietly determining the fate of the Clinton Foundation.
Oh, finally the IRS might go after somebody who's not a conservative Tea Party member Or talk show host or Donald Trump.
Even campaign manager Mook for Hillary Clinton can't say for sure that Clinton didn't receive debate questions in advance.
And Podesta's think tank took millions.
This was in the Daily Caller from a nonprofit with Russian ties.
And yet they keep blaming ties for Donald Trump that never existed with Vladimir Putin.
You know, John Podesta even knew the danger and illegality of this.
Now we got it on record because he talked about in 2008 encrypting sensitive emails.
Apparently they didn't do it.
And Hillary was plotting to rig the DNC long before she ever ran for office.
And they did it.
And they screwed Bernie Sanders supporters to the nth degree.
These people, this is a crime family.
This is Rico.
This is the Lucchese family, the Gambino family, Banano family.
This is it.
The Clinton crime family.
This is the Sopranos right in front of your very eyes.
The corruption stinks to high heaven on every level.
Now Obama's joining the act.
He's now trashing Comey.
Why?
Because probably his ass is in a sling too.
Considering he lied to the American.
I first heard about it from the media.
Well, that was a lie.
Um, all right, now let me go to the polls.
Some good news if you're a Trump supporter, but I'm not a 270 yet, and I'm not gonna lie to you.
This is a very, very tough row to hoe for Donald Trump.
Now, we early voting in all the important states, North Carolina, even Virginia's looking pretty good.
They all look pretty good.
Republicans are up, Democrats are down.
So that's all a good thing.
If you want to look at the latest polls, you got in New Hampshire, finally, this is a state Donald Trump must win.
From my perspective.
He's up one in the latest WBUR poll that is out today.
Colorado, it's dead even.
That's another state Donald Trump, I really think needs to win.
In Florida, you got two separate polls out there.
One has Clinton plus four, another has Trump plus four.
I don't know what to tell you about Florida.
It's scaring the crap out of me as usual.
Utah, it seems like Trump, hopefully, the people of Utah understand that they can't be used to be a spoiler.
So we got that out there.
Ohio Trump plus five in Quinnipia.
We got Clinton plus six in Wisconsin.
That's not particularly good.
You've got uh Florida, Trump plus four, that's the one I was just telling you about.
Nevada, I'm really happy about this one, Trump plus six.
You've got another Colorado poll, Clinton plus three, that's Emerson, Arizona, Trump plus five, he's got to win Arizona.
North Carolina, you got a mix.
You got Trump plus seven and Clinton plus three.
I don't know what to make.
He Donald Trump must win the following states.
And by the way, you got two New Hampshire polls.
I'm sorry, two Pennsylvania polls, one Clinton plus four, one Clinton plus two.
If if Donald Trump can get Pennsylvania, it's it's a it would be amazing.
And Virginia's only Clinton plus five.
I wouldn't walk away from Virginia.
Byron York did the best analysis of this, I'll use his.
And what he rightly points out is that yes, the polls are tightening, and I'll give you some other, for example, the IDP poll, the most accurate poll has Trump up three today.
We have Trump plus three on Rasmussen today.
We have Trump, I think plus five LA Times poll today, Trump plus one in New Hampshire today.
Hillary's uh obviously losing ground in every battleground state, but you know, this until the votes are counted, there's also a collapse clearly of black support in key battleground states, even Obama said it.
And I don't see why, after the eight years with failure of Obama that anybody would want to be near him, but anyways, we have that out there too.
But let me give you the real deal analysis of how Donald Trump can be the president and how he could lose.
Pay attention because this is very, very important.
And by the way, if you want some background, Byron did a really good job on the national polls on election eve, the real clear politics average and national polls had Obama over Romney by 0.7.
Obama won by 3.9, a four-point difference.
The second caution is state polls.
Trump's path to 270 electoral votes is so narrow that he will have to hit these must-win states early on election night.
If he doesn't prevail there, he's not going to be the president.
I cannot tell you today who's going to win this election, but I want you to know what's at stake here.
I am telling you with all the information we now have.
If Hillary Clinton is elected, she at in the best case scenario will be paralyzed with investigation and corruption corruption up to her eyeballs.
The nation will be paralyzed.
Nothing will be accomplished.
Worst case and more likely scenario, she will not serve out her four years.
That to me would be the most likely scenario.
And the country will be at each other's throats, and a constitutional crisis will ensue.
So the clearest way for Donald Trump to get to 270 is simple.
When all the states that Romney won in 2012, that that gets him only 206 of the 270 needed electoral votes.
I think he will win Iowa.
That gets him to 212.
Then he's got to win Florida.
Florida, he can't win without you.
Southwest Florida, I'm looking at numbers that show Southwest Florida voting is low.
If you're listening to our affiliate, Fox News Radio 925, we need you to get to the polls, Fort Myers and Naples, get there.
Because you got to run ring up the total for the more liberal parts of Florida, like the East Coast of Florida.
You know, where liberals from New York and New Jersey and Illinois and elsewhere and California, they all go to the East Coast of Florida and then they take their bad liberal policies that destroyed the states they left with them.
If you're in the panhandle, I-4 corridor, you need to get out and vote for Trump.
Right now, Trump is leading by 0.6 real clear politics average.
At this point in 2012, Romney led Obama 1.2 points.
And Obama won and Obama won the state by 0.9.
That's a warning about the polls.
Now, if Trump wins Florida and he takes Iowa and he wins every state that Romney won, that would get him to 240 electoral votes.
But he can't win the presidency without Ohio.
And right now he's up in Ohio by about four or five points.
But, you know, on this date, Obama led Romney by 2.3 points in Ohio, and he won by more, by three.
The polls were wrong again.
So if Trump wins Ohio and gets those 18 electoral votes, he's at 259.
We need 11 more electoral votes.
Electoral electoral college votes.
Now again, he's already won all of Romney states.
And by the way, that includes North Carolina.
North Carolina's tight.
You know, they're tied now in North Carolina.
That's not a joke.
North Carolina, Florida, Ohio, New Hampshire, Colorado, Nevada, Arizona, you guys are key.
Anyway, if if Trump doesn't win North Carolina, he's still at 244.
If he wins North Carolina, he's at 259.
But anyway, then we've got 20 electoral votes in Pennsylvania.
It's always been a T state for national elections.
That would solve his problem.
But if he wins Florida, Ohio, Iowa, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania would solve the problem for everybody.
You know, but then you've got to win New Hampshire or New Mexico, the main second congressional district, Nevada.
This is hard.
That's what's at stake here.
Or the country's going to be paralyzed.
And the media is not telling you the whole story that I just told you about how deep this corruption is.
The FBI's not giving up.
This is going to be a constitutional crisis if she wins.
With respect to potential computer intrusion by hostile actors, we did not find direct evidence that Secretary Clinton's personal email domain in its various configurations since 2009 was hacked successfully.
But given the nature of the system and of the actors potentially involved, we assess we would be unlikely to see such direct evidence.
We do assess that hostile actors gained access to the private commercial email accounts of people with whom Secretary Clinton was in regular contact from her personal account.
We also assess that Secretary Clinton's use of a personal email domain was both known by a large number of people and readily apparent.
She also used her personal email extensively while outside the United States, including sending and receiving work-related emails in the territory of sophisticated adversaries.
Given that combination of factors, we assess it is possible that hostile actors gained access to Secretary Clinton's personal email account.
All right, that was James Comey, of course, back in July when he basically laid out uh in thirteen minutes why Hillary Clinton should be prosecuted than pulled back at the last minute.
One of the biggest revelations to come out yesterday is in fact that it is ninety-nine percent likely, ninety-nine percent likely.
Uh 99% chance that up to five foreign intelligence agencies may have accessed and take in the emails and the recent WikiLeaks email from expert Brian Pagliano saying that the server faced ten serious uh attacks over two days is only one example.
Remember, Comey testifying to Congress that the private server had less security than the average Gmail account.
So a ninety-nine percent plus likelihood, and this thing goes to the heart of what we are learning from the FBI yesterday, that there is an avalanche of evidence, especially as it relates to the Clinton Foundation and the investigation, and they're saying barring some obstruction in some way, the agents investigating will likely push to try and get an indictment.
They will also likely try and to get Uma Abedin, Anthony Wiener, Cheryl Mills, and others to cooperate, which would then bring the case right on Hillary Clinton's lap.
Now, again, just to go through this, you have two separate sources, intimate knowledge of these investigations, telling the Clinton Foundation that the new details that they have into the Clinton Foundation, pay-to-play interaction between the Secretary of State, then Secretary of State Clinton.
This is now this investigation has been going on for well over a year by the white-collar crime division, the public corruption branch of the criminal investigative unit.
Now the Clinton Foundation investigation has now taken a very high priority.
Agents interviewed and reinterviewed multiple people on the Foundation case.
And even before the WikiLeaks dumps, these sources said they had collected a great deal of evidence when pressed.
One source said they have a lot of it and an avalanche of new information coming in each and every day, some of it from WikiLeaks, some from emails.
And the agents are actively pursuing the case.
They're going back again and again, interviewing many of the same people.
And what they're discovering is, pointing to the FB FBI's 302s and interviews, a lot of people said a lot of things.
A lot of lies may have been told.
By the way, it's a crime to lie to the FBI.
And also this limited immunity deal that we heard so much about to top aides like Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson at the Justice Department had tentatively agreed that the FBI would destroy the laptops, they have not destroyed them.
And as a matter of fact, they are, as they we speak, exploiting and looking for evidence in those laptops.
And the classified email investigation is being run through the National Security Division.
And that's where we discover that, yeah, it's possible the server was compromised with a ninety-nine percent chance that five foreign intelligence agencies accessed all of Hillary's emails.
Here to shed light on all of this, former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, with five days to go before the election.
This is stunning.
This tells me that the FBI rank and file, told by the Justice Department to stand down, said no, because they believe at every level high crimes were committed.
Well, look, I think that it is clear.
I'm I've been working on my next newsletter, which I'm tentatively entitling the SESPO.
Because I think the scale of corruption, including the elite media.
I mean, when a New York Times or a Washington Post or an ABC or CBS refuses to cover absolute examples of corruption, they become accomplices.
They're complicit in the corrupting of America because they refuse to tell the American people the truth.
And the truth is, as you know, uh that the IRS has an entire agency in Dallas that is reviewing whether or not to decide that the Clinton Foundation loses its status as a tax deductible foundation.
The truth is that there are ongoing FBI investigations into the corruption of the Clinton Foundation and the abuse of office by Hillary Clinton on behalf of enriching herself and her husband.
the truth is that the uh six hundred and fifty thousand emails are by that Huma Abidin had on a computer are by definition a felony.
I mean, if you go down this list and and you just and you just took the law and you said, What if we assume that the law actually applied that you would find that there's there's evidence after evidence, there are twenty or thirty people who go to jail.
Uh not just Hillary Clinton, not just Bill Clinton, not just Huma Abde, not just Cheryl Mills, you know, not just John Podesta, but again, person after person after person, and that's before you get into the degree of obstruction of justice, which is uh astonishing.
I mean, the very fact that we're even discussing whether or not deleting thirty-three thousand emails from an account that was commingled with government documents with no supervision, whether or not that that's illegal, that's clearly a felony.
I mean, Hillary Clinton has committed so many felonies in this process, and her staff has committed so many felonies, and she and Bill have been engaged in in a criminal enterprise, which is precisely like one of the New York crime families.
They um they deliberately exploited public office for the purpose of getting very wealthy people, many of them foreigners, some of them dictatorships overseas, to corrupt the system.
And the now that I began to finally get a grip on how gigantic this is, I've really been driven back to uh Colleen McCullough, who wrote the Thornbirds and wrote a seven volume series of uh novels about the collapse of the Roman Republic.
And when you go back starting with the first man in Rome and you look at how foreign money corrupted the Roman Republic, and she covered it brilliantly.
It's one of the most brilliant series I've ever read.
And then you apply it directly to Doug Bann's memo, you begin to realize these people were engaged in selling America.
I mean, that's what they were doing.
They were selling America for the purpose of personal enrichment.
Uh and and it is astonishing that the New York Times and the Washington Post and the others are co-conspirators in trying to keep the American people from knowing the truth.
You know what's amazing when you look at the numbers here, um there's a story we're actually going to show a video on Hannity tonight that was put together by my radio, and Lauren in particular works on my radio show.
And you know, we have there's this one particular guy that worked in the Navy, was on a submarine, and this one particular guy took six pictures in the submarine.
He has a wife and children, and he's now he's going to jail, and he has one year in jail for taking six pictures on a submarine because it was not secure.
It was top secret.
We know as it relates to the Clinton's two thousand and ninety-three emails, State Department emails classified as confidential or secret, were discovered so far.
A hundred and ninety-three emails, eighty-one separate email conversations classified at the time, ranging from confidential to top secret to the highest level, which is special access program.
Sixty-eight of the eight eighty one email chains remain classified today.
Eight were top secret, thirty-seven secret, thirty-six confidential, seven special access programs, three were sensitive compartmentalized information, thirty-six were not for releasing the foreign governments.
That means if this if this is right and it's a ninety-nine percent certainty that five foreign intelligence agencies hacked them, that means our methods, our top security clearances, our people that are out in the field were likely compromised.
I mean, the level of damage here is incalculable.
That's right.
And and and remember, that that's why part of what makes this so hard to piece together is you have a national security component, which is just totally outrageous.
I mean, every person who has ever served in the military, the Central Intelligence Agency, the State Department, the National Security Agency, all these people know that what she did on the National Security Front, in and of itself is absolutely totally uh intolerable, unpatriotic, undermining America, putting Americans at risk, and helping our enemies.
I don't think she did it deliberately.
I'm not suggesting that she set out to help our enemies, but the net effect of her behavior made life a heck of a lot easier for our enemies because she was, as you point out, we now finally have been told, you know, at least five major countries probably hacked into her account.
Well, this is just it's not because they're that clever.
It's because she was that stupid.
You know, it's really it it's almost mind boggling to imagine that we have this Much corruption, this much scandal, this much total lack of obeying the law, all wrapped up in a presidential candidate.
There are so many people.
Uma Abedeen signed uh a separation agreement when she left the State Department saying, under the penalty of law that she had handed over all of the emails, all materials that she had had as as somebody that worked for Hillary in that capacity.
Now she is facing wouldn't she be facing on every single one of these emails a potential felony?
Isn't she potentially facing the next time you had uh Rudy on since he's a prosecuting attorney and I'm just a historian, I would be very curious.
Yeah, you're just a minor historian, former Speaker of the House, brought Republicans for the first to power for the first time in forty years.
You're no but you're not listening you you're lower than a talk show host.
That's all there is to it.
I know, I listen, I I I am a mere shadow compared to your greatness.
Anyway, uh my point was look, he's a professional prosecutor.
He did this for a living and was very, very good at it.
I would be very curious.
I know he thinks that there are eight or ten or twelve different statutes that were violated, but I'd be curious if he was putting a case together, how many counts would he have?
I mean, is each other.
Well, I know the answer to your question because he's well, I haven't talked to him since this, but he'll be on Hannity tonight.
And he was up to sixteen plus felony investigations when you start adding conspiracy and actual violations of the law.
You look, this is what nobody seems to understand.
The mishandling, if you mishandle, if you're reckless in your handling of classified materials, that is in and of itself a crime.
If you destroy classified materials, that is a crime.
They took a hammer to thirteen electronic devices, phones, and blackberries, and busted them up with a hammer.
They bleach bit thirty-three thousand emails, pretty much the equivalent of acid washing them away, as Trey Gowdy said, so God couldn't find them.
Well, and and but what but uh what I want you to ask him, you can you can say I I ask you because I'm not smart enough to know the answer.
If he were putting together the prosecution case to take to a jury, would how how many of these would turn into account?
Is each deletion account or is the act of deletion one count for all thirty-three thousand?
What they'd end up doing probably end up getting concurrent sentences on the on the whole deal.
All right, let me ask you before we go, and by the way, um Newt's new book is now a bestseller, and you're gonna be tomorrow, you're gonna be at Anderson's bookshop in I believe Illinois, correct?
Yeah, Clark and I'll be at Anderson's bookstore in Napierville, the part suburb of Chicago tomorrow night at seven.
Okay.
And then we're both going to be at the uh lacrosse Barnes and Noble at two o'clock on Saturday, and frankly, because of the many friends you have and the many listeners you have, uh every one of our signings has been amazing.
Uh and uh I think we're also going to try to work it out so I can't.
I think you're I think you're at your tenth reprinting, which is a pretty staggering number.
That's terrific.
So let me how does this all impact the election and the time we have left?
Well, you know, I I'd be much more confident if the elite media were actually willing to cover it.
But my sense is every time you turn around, they're they're losing ground.
I was in uh Southwest Missouri uh two days ago.
Clearly Trump is gaining and and widening his his margin.
I was in Denver yesterday.
Uh that that states now even uh he was down four or five two weeks ago.
Uh I'm out here now in Las Vegas, so I'll have a better sense later on today about how it's going here.
I'll be in Chicago tomorrow.
No nobody expects him to carry Illinois.
But I think he's gaining ground virtually everywhere.
And as you and I have discussed, part of what this means is he starts putting states into play that nobody expected.
I think they're down to a three-point margin in Michigan.
And so I think every time we turn around, there are new opportunities for him to to find more votes.
The report out of New Hampshire was very positive.
Kelly Ayott, I think, is up by six.
Uh he is up by one.
No, there's one poll that has him tied today, and one poll in New Hampshire that has Trump up by one.
That's the WBUR poll.
Look, I I'll tell you where I my head is on this, with just five days to go.
I don't see two seventy yet on paper, and you keep telling me I don't need to see it.
Well, I mean it'd be nice for you to see it, but my point is if if he keeps gaining momentum at this rate, the two seventy will show up.
It just may not be the places people expect it.
I mean, you know, I I I looked at one analysis today that lists Ohio is still undecided.
I think he's up six points in Ohio.
I talked to Rob Portman yesterday.
Senator Portman is absolutely confident he's going to win probably by twelve to fifteen, and Trump's gonna win by six to eight, and yet the media keeps listing Ohio as so when they tell you how many how many electoral votes Trump has, they don't count Ohio.
I've got to run, but I'm more worried about Florida as usual.
Florida is the biggest pain pain.
My adopted state now is the biggest pain in my neck.
You know what?
This all these New Yorkers and New Jersey people move down there and they bring their bad liberal policies with them.
No.
That's part of the part of Florida.
I just talked to Matt Towers, who knows Florida intimately.
The place you should worry about is where you go, because people like Neil Bortz have decided they're never Trumpers.
We are weaker in southwest Florida than we should be.
And if I were putting resources in, I'd put him into Southwest Florida, Fort Myers and Naples.
Uh, because we have a number of our friends who still don't get it.
Putting Hillary Clinton is the most corrupt candidate in American history in the world.
I'll go down there.
I'm gonna hold Neil Bortz up by his feet until he gives in.
So that's I'll take care of that myself.
There you go.
All right, thank you, Mr. Speaker.
All right, 800 941 Sean.
All right, 25 now till the top of the hour.

All right.
We have out now what is the fifth in a series.
And this is James O'Keefe.
And by the way, this is at uh in North Carolina.
If j Donald Trump can't be president, my view without Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Iowa, Nevada's not far behind.
But in their fifth in a series of videos that they have released, you have a top Democratic donor caught on tape, disparaging African Americans at a fundraiser for North Carolina U.S. Senate candidate Deborah Ross.
In the video, this Ross donor expresses his opinion about black people who vote for Republicans by comparing them to Nazis, and then uses the phrase, quote, blacks are seriously F-word in the head.
Listen.
Jewish guards help murder Jews in the can so they can live alone.
So they're even Jews who are helping taxes.
Same thing.
So blacks who are sort of helping the other side?
They're equally they're really helping the enemy who destroy them.
Maybe thinking that if I help them, they'll be different.
Maybe you know, they'll get off okay or somehow I save my race by working for this.
That blacks are seriously effed in the head.
Unbelievable, and compared to Nazis.
Now I have made this case.
Donald Trump is the only Republican I can remember that says you've got to pay attention.
Is black America better off after eight liberal radical years of Barack Obama?
Well, no, they're not, because 58% we've seen an increase of black Americans on food stamps.
A 20% increase, black Americans out of the labor force.
And you have all the every example that we keep giving you that every four years, every two years, the Democratic Party goes into black neighborhoods, and they they demand that people go out and vote for them and they make all sorts of promises.
But where are the worst schools in America in inner city America?
You know, what what has the Democratic Party brought to the black community that is helping them?
Where are the jobs for kids in in black communities?
Sixty percent of black teens can't get a summer job anymore.
And on top of that, we are burdening their children, their grandchildren, every American with debt that they probably will never ever be able to pay back.
So they make the promises every four years, but then we discover a little something happens.
It's this phenomenon that I call uh going into black preacher mode.
Hillary Clinton goes before predominantly black audience.
Her tone, her delivery, her cadence, her pitch, everything about her, the way she talks to black Americans changes.
Al Gore, it's the same thing.
Here's Hillary.
I don't feel no ways tired.
I don't feel no ways tired.
I come too far.
From where I started from.
Nobody told me that the road would be easy.
I don't believe he brought me this far to leave me.
And the chair of all the mayors in the country, Mayor Palmer from Trenton, New Jersey.
Where does this come from?
Why is it like this?
Why all of a sudden is she become a different person before a predominantly black audience?
Al Gore did the same thing back in 2000.
Republicans got the wrong agenda for African Americans.
They don't even want to count you in the census.
And then glory of the Lord shall be revealed.
Stand with me for the economic empowerment that is the next great civil rights frontier.
And then glory of the Lord shall be revealed.
Don't tell me we live in a colorbland society.
The Republicans know that there is the wrong agenda for African Americans.
That's why they don't even want to count you in the census.
All right, so we've chronicled this.
1998, the Missouri radio ad that says that if you elect Republicans, black churches are gonna burn.
J George W. Bush, remember the tragic murder of James Byrd.
He supported the death penalty for James Byrd.
That didn't stop the NAACP ad from coming out saying using the daughter of James Byrd.
It's like my father was killed all over again because George Bush didn't support hate crimes legislation.
No, he just supported the death penalty for the people that did this.
It happens every election cycle.
Anyway, this is yet the latest, greatest revelation of what phony hypocrisy exists within the Democratic Party.
And one last thing.
Remember why Debbie Wasserman Schultz was let go on the eve of the Democratic convention?
Because of WikiLeaks revealing, let's see, emails making fun of the names of uh black employees at the DNC, racist comments, misogynist and sexist comments, and anti-Semitic comments.
And don't forget about the needy Latinos line that came out as well, or making fun of Bernie Sanders supporters and coordinating and robbing Bernie Sanders of any real shot at the primary.
James O'Keefe is the head of Project Veritas.
He joins us now.
And this is now the fifth in a series.
He's the founder of Project Veritas, uh, exposing this collusion, this corruption, this manipulation of the Clinton campaign and Democrats.
How are you, sir?
Hey, Sean.
Thanks for having me on again.
Well, I wanted to lay down that history because it really just goes to the heart of an argument I have made for many years on these on this program.
Yes, uh, this is the top democratic donor inside the fundraiser.
Uh just like we've for all the other videos, we had to infiltrate, penetrate, really gain access to these organizations and and getting into this fundraiser and talking to this guy.
This is an actual intellectual.
He is he's someone who's given TED talks.
He's he he's actually uh at a university, and he is he gives money to Hillary Clinton, he's getting thousands and thousands of dollars to Hillary Clinton.
And he compares blacks to Sondercommandos, Jewish guards who'd helped murder Jews in the concentration camps.
It's disgusting.
And the most powerful thing about the video is the reaction of African Americans we interviewed in North Carolina.
One one man looks at the video, looks up at the sky, tears come to his eyes, and he goes, So that's what they think about us.
These people are so um the way they speak about black people and how they how they almost own them.
And uh, and and the way they speak about it is just reprehensible and it's eye-opening.
It's it's beyond shocking.
There is now one example after another of proven racism.
On top of that, they make promises every four years go away, nothing gets better in the black community in particular.
They are beholden to the NEA.
The single best thing we can do is have the philosophy that every man, woman, and child is created by God, and the word education from the Latin means to bring forth from within, and we're destroying these kids with a failed educational system, but they cling to it because that's where their political power base lies, and they get all this money from the NEA.
Um, you have been able to expose a lot in this five-part series that I think is critical.
What is the mainstream media?
How many in the people in the mainstream media call you and ask you, can they run these tapes?
Can they talk about them?
I'll tell you what, actually, there's uh this isn't this is this one was more of a North Carolina story.
It was kind of a phenomenon in North Carolina yesterday because this video showing this uh top donor standing next to the Senate candidate in North Carolina comparing uh black voters to Sonder Commandos comes a day after a leaked recording emerged of the Republican joking about a quote bullseye on a photo of Hillary Clinton at a gun range.
And that audio tape of the Republican making that joke was on CNN, it was on the front page of every newspaper, and then we released our video, sort of we timed these things, try to time them perfectly 24 hours later.
You'd think that everyone would cover it.
It has been covered by ABC News local affiliates, but not to the same extent.
Now, the Sen there is some news.
The Senate candidate um Burr, I'm sorry, her name is Ross, Deborah Ross.
This is the most contested election in the country in North Carolina, both North Carolina's ground zero.
North Carolina Donald Trump doesn't win North Carolina.
I don't think he can get the presidency.
So this is the most contested Senate race and national election.
This Deborah Ross's campaign for Senate actually returned the contribution of this donor.
The media had to report that because he's making these racist comments.
You'd think this would be much more of a national story.
It it's it's kind of uh in in in uh incendiary the comments made, but obviously the media is biased, and my obligation, my duty is to try to expose things and and get the reactions so that the media can actually report on it.
The media was forced to report on the first couple of videos because they fired the people in the videos, and that's news, it's hard news.
But it's tougher when it's just a video tape of of people making these outrageous comments.
All right.
Let's remind everybody you were able to show that there was money funneled from the Clinton campaign to the DNC, to this democratic group, to these operatives that would foment violence.
You were able to show on tape that there was a willingness to commit massive voter fraud, plotting conspiracy to commit massive voter fraud.
On top of that, that then you also tied all of these individuals directly to Hillary Clinton.
Um I've got a montage of some of your work here, and then I'll play it and let you explain all that you've discovered.
I would have to like grab Emma's ass twice.
I think that's the bar of like sexual conduct on this campaign is pretty pretty low.
In order for me to be fired, I'd probably have to grab Emma's ass like twice.
I think if I rip out completed on like the armboards, like twenty of them.
I think like I think I think I'll uh I think I'll get reprimanded.
I don't think I'll get fired.
I know I was ripping up the the ballots.
I told you.
So we're okay with that?
Yeah.
We're solid.
So I'm not gonna get in trouble for ripping up ballots.
Okay.
It doesn't matter what the freaking legal and ethics of people say.
We we need to win this vote.
Hillary like is aware of all the work that you guys do.
I know.
And then they tell Hillary like what's going on.
Well we are I'm not suggesting we wait around.
We need to start this right away.
Okay.
Okay.
Well, I call it is conflict engagement.
That's that's that's your version of re-enfranchisement.
In the in the lines at Trump rallies.
We're starting anarchy here.
DNC.
DNC pays democracy partners, democracy partners taste the formal group.
The formal group goes and executes.
So there's like a Morse code between the DNC and super packs.
And you guys have been most fair than there's uh a text a text conversation that everyone.
The thing that we have to watch is making sure there's a double blind between the actual campaign and the actual DNC and what we're doing.
There's a double blind there.
So they can plausibly deny that they were anything about it.
We have a call campaign every day to go over the focuses that need to be on J Chicago protest when they shut all that.
That was us.
It was more him than me, but none of this is supposed to come back to us because we want it coming from people.
We don't want it to come from the party.
We have to be really careful.
Um what we don't need is for it to show up on CNN that the DNC paid for X people to that's not gonna happen.
Make no mistake.
I paid off a few homeless guys to do some crazy stuff.
The reality is a lot of in especially in in our union guys.
Not a preunion guys?
Oh, yeah.
You want they're rocking them all.
And it was the candidate over the new future president of the United States who wearing ducks on the ground.
We will give ducks on the ground.
Okay.
I'm a little bit peeved that I haven't heard back from you guys about the.
All right, I don't have enough time, James, to get it all in here, but there's a summary of now the five tapes.
Yeah.
You know, here we are, five days away from election day.
I know some of the media has shut you down and they don't give you the credit you deserve, and that frustrates me.
But can you tell everybody sum up what you've discovered this election campaign and what's coming?
And thank you for playing all those bits, because that's a pretty good summary.
Basically, this was a year-long operation in inside the DNC, inside the Hillary Clinton campaign and all of her various subcontractors and subgroups, and we exposed a dark money web that showed money being given from the pol Hillary Clinton campaign to these different organizations in violation of federal election and campaign coordination laws.
It was Hillary's idea, according to the people closest to her, to have people dress up in costumes, Donald Duck costumes, to incite a sometimes violent reaction.
All those people have been fired.
Bob Cremer was fired.
He is someone who is close with Obama.
According to White House logs, he met with Obama forty-seven times.
He went to the White House three hundred and forty times.
And all these videos, what they show is the heart and soul or lack thereof of the of these political institutions.
After these videos have come out, uh John Roberts tweeted out with it yesterday from Fox, he said protesters inside Donald Trump events have all but evaporated since our report.
All the people you saw, all the violence, they took credit for in our videos.
It was their people inducing violence and inducing a reaction.
And according to the people in those tapes who've now lost their jobs, it was all Hillary's idea.
This some people say makes Watergate look like petty shoplifting.
And the fact that our media won't do the job and won't ask the tough questions is the reason why this election is not uh uh easily given to Donald Trump.
And it's up to citizen journalists like me and Project Veritas and other people, intrepid people who are not part of the establishment, to actually do the job because the media will be.
I've got to go here, but as always, James O'Keefe, gutsy, bold.
Um, you are showing that we don't need the media anymore.
Great job.
I appreciate all you've done.
And uh I look forward to your next round.
How many more rounds, by the way?
Uh, we've got one c one or two more coming out before Tuesday.
All right, thank you, sir.
800 941 Sean, toll-free telephone number.
Uh Fox News has a report out that the FBI is expanding its investigation and looking at possible overlap between the Clinton Foundation, your role as Secretary of State, and whether it was in public corruption.
What is your comment on that?
Is that story true?
Absolutely not.
It's an unsourced, irresponsible uh claim that has no basis, and it is something that uh you know really is um without merit and should not have any uh influence whatsoever in this uh nominating process.
And and to clarify is the report is without F merit that you have heard no nothing from the FBI investigators that they're looking into that area.
No, there's nothing like that that is happening.
No.
I saw it as I was coming in myself, and it was quite uh unexpected and unfounded.
But you haven't commented on it yet.
No, I just did, I guess, didn't I?
Yes.
99% chance five foreign intelligence agencies access my emails.
Ha ha ha.
Oh, sorry, maybe not so funny.
Oh, and by the way, there is an avalanche of evidence on the Clinton Foundation.
Oh, and by the way, barring some obstruction, agents now saying publicly and reported now that investigation will continue and that the agents will try to get an indictment.
Well, that's gonna be great.
God forbid if she's ever elected uh to be president of the uh United States.
Not so funny, is it?
And the fact that now the the bulk of this investigation, which has been ongoing, although it was never confirmed until now, as not only the Clinton Foundation seems to be the main crux of the investigation, and how the agents have collected a great deal of evidence, and one source says a ton of it, and an avalanche of new evidence coming in every day from WikiLeaks and and new emails and elsewhere.
And in fact, they still do have Cheryl Mills and Heather Samuelson's uh laptops, they were not destroyed as part of the immunity deal, and that they're currently exploiting those laptops for any information.
And there's a possibility now that, of course, five international agencies, foreign agencies and intelligence agencies have access to all the emails, which would subject her, then of course, to blackmail.
Joining us news roundup information overload 2016 recap hour.
We have Rose Tennant.
She's the host of Rose Unplugged, Leslie Marshall, host of the Leslie Marshall Show, Jonathan Gillam, Navy uh CEO, former FBI uh agent and federal air marshal.
Welcome all of you to the program.
Well, if it's a ninety-nine percent chance, Jonathan, I would assume that these five foreign intelligence agencies, I could probably guess who they are, probably China.
I would not be surprised if the Iranians got it.
But I had to suspect maybe the Romanian hackers, the Russians probably have it, and who knows who else.
Well, if any of those people have it, then it's going to be spread amongst a group of nefarious countries that all share information, including Iran.
Um you can you can count on any of those groups uh when they have information, somehow it gets shared and finds its way around all those groups.
Um but let me just say something about that clip that you play played there at the beginning, Sean.
We do a thing in the in the FBI called statement analysis.
And there's a big difference when you ask somebody a question, they say automatically, no, that's just not true.
That's the way a person that has honest integrity and anger about being falsely accused of something would react.
But when somebody gives a well thought out, long obscure answer, and then when they're repeatedly answered or asked, they then respond with No, absolutely not.
What it's telling investigators, what should be tell telling the American people is that there is some uh there's some painting of the truth going on there, and she knows something is up.
Well, I think the reaction all the way around is one of they're stunned, and I think WikiLeaks has shocked the world.
I also think WikiLeaks has put pressure where it belongs, which is on the FBI, because when being grilled by Trey Gowdy, I mean James Comey admitted that crimes were committed by Hillary, he just decided not to go forward with them.
You know, let me go to Leslie Leslie, there's a guy by the name of Christian Saucier.
I want you to watch TV tonight, because his mother is gonna be on our show, and we put together a video, and he served his country and he worked in a submarine and he took six pictures of the submarine, but he was not allowed to take pictures in there.
And we've got video of him saying goodbye to his mother, his wife, and his own uh child, one-year-old child, as he's heading off to jail for a year for six pictures.
Uh why should he be treated differently than Hillary Clinton when we now know that the there were two thousand and ninety-three emails at the State Department that they currently classified as confidential or secret, that in fact they found that Hillary Clinton had.
He only had six pictures.
Well, first of all, I think it's completely uh apples and oranges.
They're two separate, entirely separate cases that are.
No, no, no, no, they're not, because we're talking about the same thing.
No, not really, because uh, as far as we know, uh Christian Saucier never gave or nor did any foreign entity or intelligence source get the six pictures of the submarine that he took for his own personal use.
Well, the you're going based on the premise that uh FBI director Comey was lying, or that the FBI screwed up the entire investigation back in July when they said there's not sufficient evidence to put forth an indictment, and that this not reopening of this case, but they're not gonna be able to do it.
Well, even but the emails of Anthony Wiener uh is going to lead to an indictment of Hillary Clinton and obviously not gonna come down before Tuesday, uh once if she's elected president, she were to be president.
And I I honestly I I go to Vegas, I just don't see that happening.
So you're part of the Ken Starring of James Comey routine now, which now is going to no, no, I'm not I'm not Ken Starring James Comey.
My problem with this, to be honest, is whether this would would have been done just like Judge Janine, who's one of Hillary Clinton's biggest critics, as you know, Sean, and I love her.
She is a spitf.
I love her.
Uh, we disagree politically.
Um, but when she looked at this from a legal perspective, the FBI's job is to investigate and then to bring forth charges based on the investigation if they find that necessary.
What bothers me is this, even though I may think, and many people I think you would I would agree on this that Anthony Wiener's a pervert or the scumbag, he and Abedin and Hillary Clinton and the victim that put forth the alleged uh sexting that's under the is now sixteen and was fifteen.
They all were entitled to due process and the presumptions of innocence are until the case.
But James Comey, when he was grilled by Trey Gowdy, pay close attention.
Remember, even the mishandling of classified information is a crime.
Now that we know there's a ninety percent plus chance that five foreign intelligence agencies hacked into her uh her server, well, that would say if you don't secure that, that too is a crime.
If you destroy evidence, that's a crime.
If you lie to the FBI, that's a crime.
Christian Saucier's mother had two instances where she was grilled by the FBI.
They came in guns drawn, and uh and she had an eight and a half hour interview.
Angelina Jolie had a a four-hour interview, and Hillary only had a three and a half hour interview, so she seems to be have have been treated differently.
But listen to James Comey get grilled by Trey Gowdy and listen to the crimes that he's admitting that Hillary committed.
I had uh not sent uh classified material nor received anything uh marked classified.
Secretary Clinton said she never sent or received any classified information over her private email.
Was that true?
Our investigation found that there was classified information sent so it was not true.
That I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received.
Secretary Clinton said there was nothing marked classified on her emails either sent or received.
Was that true?
That's not true.
There were a small number of portion markings on I think three of the documents.
I never sent um classified uh material on my email, and I never received any uh that was marked classified.
Secretary Clinton said I did not email any classified material to anyone on my email.
There is no classified material.
Was that true?
No, there was classified material emailed.
People across the government knew that I used one device.
Maybe it was uh because I am not the most technically capable person and uh wanted to make it as easy as possible.
Secretary Clinton said she used just one device.
Was that true?
She used multiple devices during the four years uh of her term as Secretary of State.
But we turned over everything that was work-related.
Every single thing.
Personal stuff, we did not.
I had no obligation to do so and did not.
Secretary Clinton said all work-related emails were returned to the State Department.
Was that true?
No, we found work-related emails thousands that were not returned.
All I can tell you is that when my attorneys conducted this exhaustive process, I did not participate.
Secretary Clinton said her lawyers read every one of the emails and were overly inclusive.
Did her lawyers read the email content individually?
No.
Back then, Rose Tennant, James Comey admitted she mishandled classified information.
That is a crime.
She sent and received classified materials.
That is a crime.
She also destroyed classified evidence through destroying these things with a hammer and deleting thirty-three thousand emails, and then to just make pretty damn sure they're gone, they use bleach pit and pretty much acid wash the computer, not with a cloth with bleach pit.
So he's admitting she committed crimes there.
Now we now the the crux of this investigation has gone beyond that.
Now that we know foreign intelligence agencies hacked into her email server, and what was this all about?
It seems to be about the Clinton Foundation and a pay-to-play scheme that that was facilitated at a very high level.
Right.
Going back almost a year ago, I think it's interesting that they uh they started the investigation because of what they had read in uh Peter Schweitzer's uh uh Clinton Cash book.
But you know, it's been said there you know, you'll hear people say that there wasn't sufficient evidence, but you know what?
I would suggest that that's not true.
FBI agents knew that there was sufficient evidence.
The FBI is who put pressure on the FBI, if you will.
Those agents have a job to protect us and to protect this nation through investigations from criminals and criminal activity.
And they're passionate about their job.
They wouldn't take that job if they weren't.
They are passionate about discovering the truth.
And these FBI agents, I have to tell you, Sean, we talked about this this morning, of course, on my show.
And my audience, just through phone calls and emails afterwards, they were both impressed and encouraged by the FBI agents who wouldn't let this go.
I mean, they knew they shouldn't let it go.
And and as a result, they didn't destroy the uh laptops.
They kept it as possible evidence in the future.
I mean, they did a superb job, and they gave us confidence once again in the agency because there are good men and women who work for the FBI.
Now, and to say that I I think Leslie said something about um they had to investigate and bring forth charges.
Well, you know what?
Those agents did investigate and they wanted to bring forth charges, and Comey did not allow that to happen.
That's why there were a hundred at least one hundred letters of resignation sitting on Comey's desk.
That's why when Comey would walk through the hallway, people would turn their head when he would greet them, they wouldn't respond.
Those agents were doing their job and they were discouraged, enough so that they were willing to uh resign over that.
And I'm so impressed with that, and that and that gives me hope.
It really does in my audience as well.
The fact that they're saying that they're gonna pursue this, whether she wins or loses, right tells me.
I mean, it's obvious what's happened here, Leslie, and that is that the FBI rank and file feel that that she was given an accommodation far beyond that which any other civilian would get, and she saw the political protection, the the absolute corruption in this, and the agents stood up and said, No, we're gonna let the American people know the truth here.
Now the question is if she is if she's that she had protection from Comey, I think last Friday proves that to be uh false.
Second of all, if we're not gonna be able to do that, you're no no no because you're forgetting the intervening events.
She she was pressured, Comey was pressured by rank and foul that were threatening to resign and an outright rebellion was about to emerge in spite of pressure from the Justice Department and Comey to try and keep a lid on her crimes.
If you believe that the FBI and and Comey, who's going to risk a 10-year secure job and career and is a registered Republican, is going to protect either Hillary Clinton or Donald Trump.
I'm sorry, I just don't think anybody loves a candidate that much, Sean.
Secondly, with regard to the testimony on the emails, if you remember, in specific, Comey said three emails had portion markings on them, indicating that they were classified not properly marked, and therefore could have been missed by Clinton.
He said the emails were marked as classified with the letter C in the body of the email.
And Kirby said the state.
But she didn't know what C was, but it didn't have an A or B. She thought it was alphabetical and it didn't have a D, and it didn't have an X, Y, and Z either.
Sean, can I ask you something about this?
Remember, at least two of those females were mistakenly marked as confidential, according to Kirby.
Okay, I just gave you the numbers.
Your numbers are wrong.
Uh, but Jonathan, get the last word.
You know, I'm glad Leslie said this, and Leslie have great respect for you.
Uh but here's the here's the thing.
When you're read into a classified element within the government, you don't have to have a marking on a piece of paper to know that that's classified.
And that's where people are making the big mistake here and where the press is getting it wrong.
If she has any information on her computer that is classified, then then she is breaking a law.
It's called gross negligence.
And that that is if they don't prove criminal intent that they did that on purpose.
But there does not have to be a marking on that.
Even if she goes and writes it down on a piece of paper and hands it to somebody else, she is discussing classified information that is so top secret that very few people can see this, and people can actually die if that information gets out.
So that's something that people have to understand.
Because methods and uh people and methods and security secrets were clearly hijacked.
Our great fears have been realized here.
All right, I've got to run.
Thank you all for being with us, 800 941 Sean or Tollfree telephone number.
State I've been most worried about, even as I look at early voting and uh absentee vol voting numbers every day.
I decided not to share it with you, although the trends generally speaking look very good, especially compared to the 2012 model.
And usually Republicans win on election day over Democrats.
So, you know, there are numbers that I I like that I'm looking at that give me some confidence that there's this is going to be an interesting election.
But I don't have the confidence that I've gotten a 270 votes in my head.
I don't know to the extent, knowing we have a corrupt media, that we're ever going to get the store true story of what is now gone on here as it relates to Hillary Clinton.
And now a ninety-nine percent certainty that five foreign intelligence agencies in fact did hack into that unsecure server of hers, and the fact that the Clinton Foundation, pay to play issue, has now been investigated at a high level for now a full plus year,
and that agents now are so disgusted with the Department of Justice that they've decided to bypass them and are giving the public information that shows that in fact that they in the end will likely be pushing for an indictment.
It's unbelievable how corrupt this whole thing is.
What it would mean is if God forbid Hillary's ever elected, that this country would remain paralyzed for however long she is in that office.
That means we won't be solving our economic problems.
We won't be dealing with anything of substance on the national security front.
We won't be vetting refugees.
We won't be balancing budgets.
We won't be eliminating Obamacare.
We won't be fixing education.
We won't be building a wall, and we won't be coming energy independent.
Anyway, there's a really good um candidate, somebody I've come to know and love, and he's an American hero.
Uh Brian Mast is with us, and he's going for your Alan Westold district, right?
This is uh, yeah, this is where Alan West uh was unfortunately defeated by Patrick Murphy, who's running against Marco Rubio for the Senate down here now.
He left his seat over and I'm gonna take it.
Well, I want you to take it.
I support you in your effort to take it.
How are things looking in the polls for you down where you are?
It's going very well.
You know, polling uh whatever you want to stock you want to put into it, it's got me up maybe four or five, six points.
It's a tough race.
I'm going up against a self-funder, but uh his money has not bought him this race, even though uh you know he's done his best to do so.
Uh but you know, and you're talking about the right things.
You know, we're facing uh unfortunately uh a president who could not be more corrupt.
I mean, she sold America out to the highest bidder.
We can't have her.
Let me ask you this.
Have you seen your early voting numbers, absentee voting numbers?
How are they looking?
Uh, you know, Florida is turning out, this is a record number of of participants in early voting in Florida.
We're gonna have essentially sixty percent of the vote across the entire state already in before election day occurs, and that's a record for Florida.
Yeah, and Republican turnout, how is it compared to last the last two election cycles?
It's up over the last two election cycles.
Uh so we're seeing good numbers in terms of that.
It's exactly what we want to see here.
Uh and it looks like things have settled and and we're gonna see probably a Trump victory throughout Florida.
How do you feel about the Republican leadership now?
Uh, every exit poll in the presidential primary showed that it was a sixty-five percent betrayal feeling among Republicans against their party.
Well, this is something that has occurred.
Uh, you know, I'm not saying that we should excuse things that are said or done that are wrong for anybody, but that doesn't mean that that you don't look in the mirror a little bit and say, okay, we have uh, you know, flawed things within each of us, but we still have a candidate that represents the right things for this country, the right future for this country.
I'm talking about Republicans in Washington.
Everything.
I'm talking about Republicans in Washington.
It shows up that they've that Republicans felt betrayed by Washington Republicans.
What does that tell you?
That's what I mean.
We have to those uh that were not standing by Donald Trump, they need to find a way to still stand behind him, stand next to our candidate and say he's still representing the future of this country.
Look at the look at the differences.
He'll cut taxes, Hillary will raise them.
He'll say radical Islam, she won't.
She'll increase refugees six hundred and fifty percent.
Uh he's gonna extremely vet them, especially people from countries that grow up culturally with values that are the antithesis of our constitutional values.
Um, you know, look look at important issues um like uh not only the economy, but also energy, education, securing the country and the wall and building the wall and and competition, uh eliminating Obamacare.
These are such profound differences, and the Supreme Court is number one.
Exactly.
She'll give us more of the Iran deal.
He won't.
The list goes on and on and on.
And that's what makes it an easy decision.
Yeah.
Well, listen, Brian, anything that we can do to help you, uh, for those that are in this congressional district, it is on the east coast of Florida.
I would want to urge everybody to get out there, vote, and support somebody I think that'll bring some strength and power to uh to uh the Congress, and they need a backbone for sure.
And I'll deal with this on November 9th.
All right, sir, thank you.
I'll bring them some courage.
Yeah, thank you.
You know what?
You've shown courage your whole life.
So it wouldn't uh we need that courage.
Thank you.
Yes, sir.
All right, 800 nine four one Sean is a toll-free telephone number.
You want to be a part of the program.
I don't know why New Kingrich uh our affiliate in Naples Fort Myers, which is where I one day, if God lets me live long enough, would like to retire.
And I have a a condo down there.
And I don't know why early voting numbers in Collier Lee Counties are not as good as they should be.
So if you're listening to Fox News Radio 925, and you have not yet gone out to vote, you need to get out there.
I mean, this is a county literally that needs to overwhelm and make up for some of the more liberal parts of the state.
Also, that I fork uh corridor, Orlando through Tampa is so crucial to the state of Florida.
And those of you up in the panhandle and Jacksonville areas, you're important too.
And all you New Yorkers that move down to the eastern part of Florida, uh the southeastern part of Florida, you know, the Palm Beach area, you know, look what all your liberal values in New York got you.
Don't ruin another state, the great state of Florida.
Good grief.
That would be frustrating.
I don't care.
Listen, if you live in New York, New Jersey, any of these states, Illinois, California, and you want to get out because of confiscatory taxes, abuse of regulation, that's fine.
And you want to retire to a state that's affordable like Texas or Florida, that's fine, or the Carolinas, that's fine, but don't bring your liberal values that destroyed your state with you.
It's unbelievable.
You know, the well, we destroyed one state, now let's retire and go destroy another.
After all, we have to move out because we can't afford to live in the state that we grew up in.
And that happens all the time.
Linda's shaking her head.
Yeah, I'm am I right?
If you're if you come from a liberal state and you've always voted liberal, California, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, okay.
Then you're saying I can't afford to live here anymore.
The taxes are too high.
I'm gonna be on a limited income, a fixed income.
So, oh, I think I'll go to the Carolinas.
I think I'll go to Texas.
I think I'll go to Florida.
Uh fine, but don't bring the same voting patterns with you.
That destroyed the states you're coming from.
Anyway, uh is that my buddy Ami Horowitz calling in?
Ami, what's going on, my friend?
What's up, Sean?
How are you, buddy?
What are you up to now?
You must have done something.
I did, I did.
But uh but a a nice, safe and sound video.
I know I I always had the feeling that liberal elites had disdain and hatred for their own constituency, and particularly the you know, black people.
So I went to Berkeley, California, and I asked liberals there, what's wrong with voter ID laws?
And their answers which should shock every single black person who's looking to vote for Hillary Clinton today.
Every single person said they're not smart enough to get on the internet and to renew it, they can't find the DMVs, they don't carry IDs.
The amount of disdain and hatred they had for their own constituency was disgusting.
And I went to Harlem and I asked black people what do they think about these white people, and they were shocked.
They couldn't believe it.
They couldn't believe the way they were looked at by the people that they're looking to support politically, and it should be a message to all black people, they should not be supporting any Democrats at all.
All right, let's play what you got here.
I'm Ami Horowitz, and I'm here in Berkeley, California to find out if voter ID laws suppress the black vote.
Do you have an opinion on voter ID laws?
Uh yeah, they're usually pretty racist and they're bad.
I think voter ID laws are a way to perpetuate racism.
Type of people don't live in areas with easy access to DMVs or other places where they can get identification.
You can always get IDs um do over the internet.
You think that's harder for black people to go online?
Well, I feel like they don't have the knowledge of how of like how it works.
For most of the communities, they don't really know what is out there just because they're not aware or like they're not informed.
I also think there's uh repression of like black voting with Um how they how if you're a convicted felon, like you're not allowed to vote and everything, and when you look at swing states like Florida, that's a huge population of the of the like African Americans.
Now I'm here in East Harlem to ask black people their thoughts on what you just heard.
Do you have ID, Norway?
Yes, I have state ID.
Do you carry ID?
Yes, I do.
Do you know anybody who any black person doesn't carry ID?
No.
Everyone that I know has an ID.
Why would they think we don't have ID?
Ha!
That's a lie.
Why would they say that?
Do you have ID?
Yes.
Because I have my ID and my friends have their ID, so we know what we need to carry around.
Everybody that I know have ID.
Like, that's one of the things you need to walk around with New York with.
ID.
Do you know any black adult who does not have ID?
No, I don't.
Is it a weird thing to even say that?
Yes, it is.
What is this?
Some some type of uh trick candy cameras.
I know, mate!
That's the only thing I brought with me.
Those are legit IDs.
I heard a lot also that uh black people can't figure out how to get to the DMV.
That's that what's that saying?
I know it's that one twenty fifth street.
Do you know where the ID the the D A V is Ryan?
It's on 125th Street in Third Avenue, I believe.
You know how to get there?
Yeah.
Did you have a problem getting there if you have to get there?
No.
It's I know these sound like silly questions.
You know how to get D A V course.
You know where it is?
Yeah.
You can get there?
Uh-huh.
No problem.
No.
Just checking.
Okay.
And I also heard a lot that black people, especially poor back people, have no access to the internet.
Can't figure out how to use the internet.
Yes.
That's a that's just stupidity.
Honestly.
Everybody has access to the internet.
Even a little kid can figure out how to work the internet.
I had access to the internet for years.
Know how to use it properly?
Zach, not do it at work.
So of course I know how to use it.
My kids know how to use it.
They all have iPads, iPods, whatever.
Your phone has data?
Mm-hmm.
You can actually unlimited.
Unlimited data.
I use my phone as a hotspot.
What does that save you for the people who have this perception of black?
Um they're pretty much ignored it.
That's uh my thought process are.
I just think that's ignorant.
Ignorant.
That's the word very ignorant.
It's very, very ignorant.
Is it sound racist for somebody to say that?
I I think it is a little racist because you know you're putting um people in a category and you have no idea what you're talking about.
Maybe a little bit of a little bit.
Alright, let me step in here because we're running out of time.
I want to get some calls in here.
So what what's your conclusion all of this?
The conclusion is this this unholy relationship between the black community and and the liberal elites is something which has not helped the black community for years.
And this is a perfect example of it.
You see the absolute disdain they have for black people, liberal elites, and they need to come to Republicans who have real solutions for their problems.
Not to mention the fact that you know obviously Trump has been talking about uh fraud in this election.
There's a reason why we need voter ID.
And black people, by the way, have no problem with voter IDs.
They have IDs, they have no issue with it.
Again, it's the liberal elites who are the only ones that are.
So you think that you you you think the basic idea is to get illegal immigrants an opportunity to vote?
Oh, there's no, there's no question about it.
Of course, of course that's a that's that's their that's their game plan.
Absolutely.
Well, there's no doubt that black America has suffered under eight years of Obama's policies.
That uh out of 58 increase uh a percentage increase of blacks on food stamps, 20% increase blacks out of the labor force proves my point.
They also are suffering lack of opportunity in inner cities, the worst schools in the country are in inner city America.
Crime and violence in a city like Chicago is off the hook, out of control.
Three thousand plus people dying since Obama's been president.
Nearly 4,000.
It's unbelievable.
Over 3,000 shot this year alone.
And what has he done?
Nothing.
All right, I'm appreciate it.
Thank you.
Back to our busy uh telephones.
Uh, as we say hi to Judy is in Auburn, Alabama, Alabama.
What's going on?
Hi, son.
Real quick, Judy, we got a minute.
Okay, um, hey, Trump could move way ahead if he would just come right out now tonight on and just say if he would name Ted Cruz for his number one choice for Supreme Court.
Ted Cruz is actually out campaigning with my I give Ted Cruz a lot of credit.
Ted Cruz had more reason than anybody else to be angry at Trump.
It got very personal between the two of them.
And I've always liked Ted Cruz.
He's out there campaigning with Mike Pence today.
I know we just love Ted Cruz and it would be the best of both worlds if we could have a Trump president and a cruise Supreme Court justice.
Uh I actually I second the motion.
I'd pick Cruz in a heartbeat.
Love Cruz in the on the Supreme Court.
It'd be great.
That you're not gonna have any chance of that with Hillary as president, I'll tell you that.
Anyway, thank you, Judy, for a good call.
Appreciate it.
800 nine four one Sean on number.
