You are listening to the Sean Hannity Radio Show Podcast.
All right, glad you're with us one week from today.
One week from today, you, the American people, will decide the future trajectory of this country.
What are you putting on masks for?
Is today Halloween?
I thought that was yesterday.
Is it was it yesterday?
Why are you putting your mask on?
What is this?
In honor in honor of your dedication to Ninja.
All right.
We are all ninjas for Halloween.
All right, we all done.
The mask came in late, but we felt it was worthy.
So you actually spent time.
We spent money.
Hard-earned Hannity money.
Well, I hope you put it on my credit card.
I didn't put it on mine because it was such a fruitful purchase.
All right.
Everybody's fun.
Why didn't Jason get one for crying out loud?
You didn't get Jason one?
No, just us.
All right.
Glad you're with us.
One week from today, the American people will be voting for the next president of the United States.
This is a pivotal election.
I have no doubt in the next seven days, there are going to be bomb after bomb after bomb as the Clintons now are so desperate and known to be so dirty.
Who knows what they are capable of?
I don't know.
But just prepare yourself because that's the way they roll.
This is how we roll.
That's the way they roll.
Hillary is so arrogant that she literally already planned a massive celebration for election night featuring fireworks over the New York City, Manhattan skyline to herald the arrival of America's first woman president.
How arrogant is that before the votes are even cast or counted?
And now news of this victory party broke the same day that she even fell behind in Trump and one of the media's most closely watched polls, the ABC Washington Post Survey, which now has Trump in the lead.
The first time Clinton has trailed in that poll since she was nominated in July.
And we're only beginning to get the feeling in the fallout of this entire, you know, email gate scandal.
Now I'm going to tell you one thing I'm going to do in the course of the show today.
There are so many of you asking me very specific questions about this that I have Larry Kawa, who's been literally studying, working, Freedom of Information Act request, everything you need to know here.
And he's going to join us later in the program to give you a full breakdown of what this all means because it's really, really important that you fully completely understand it.
There's two interesting side notes to all of this, besides the planned firework display by Hillary.
Um is this true?
Did you ask Jim Hoft, who works at Gateway Punt and was a good guy, so he comes on the program once in a while.
And it says that Michelle Obama had deleted Hillary tweets from her timeline.
Did you ever check that out?
And in other words, she now has deleted tweets for the past nearly four years about Hillary Clinton.
Is that maybe the same thing with a vote of confidence for Jim Comey by Barack Obama yesterday that he's not playing politics here?
That he abandoned the Clinton machine talking point, that James Comey.
He's the only one, because back in July, everybody was praising Jim Comey.
The only people that well, I'm looking at the crimes that we know she committed, that Trey Gowdy actually got Comey to admit she committed.
And I listened to his 13 minutes, and then I talk about all the other.
She shouldn't be on the campaign trail.
She should be in jail, this woman.
If I if it was you or me or anybody else, she would be in jail.
Such a nasty Who is that?
Oh, okay.
Um now, anyway, as her poll numbers collapse, you know, Hillary's bragging about even though Donald Trump was uh attacking her as a criminal, that she's gonna stick to the high road.
Anyone want to take bets on this?
Anyway, Democrats can usually afford to stick to the high road because their media outlets, we now know, and this is this is the unfinished business.
We will begin on this program on November 9th.
The corrupt news media in this country, their collusion with the Clinton campaign, Their outright advocacy of the Clinton campaign, the very same people attacking me on a regular basis for giving my opinion on a news channel.
Okay, there's an editorial page in every one of their newspapers, and every one of these same news outlets have commentators with opinions that they pay.
It's ridiculous the level of hypocrisy, but it's out there and we've been dealing with it, but it's not the time to really deal with it now.
Um and also it's not just collusion with the media.
What is WikiLeaks shown us?
You have the latest WikiLeaks.
Bring it in.
You know, it's not in front of me.
I don't see it.
What what has this shown us?
This has shown us in a million different ways, collusion between the Clinton campaign, the media, the Clinton campaign, the Justice Department, the Clinton campaign, the State Department, and the Obama White House.
Now, if Michelle Obama deleted Hillary tweets or any mention of Hillary and scrubbing Hillary, and Obama gives, you know, a vote of confidence in James Comey as an honest guy and that he's not doing this to influence an election.
To what extent do you think the Obamas are probably pissed off that they got dragged into her corruption, her dirt, her illegality with this whole email server scandal, which is I have said from the beginning.
I've always thought the eighteen emails between Obama and Clinton were a big deal, and it probably influenced James Comey decision.
Why?
Because probably James Comey looked at it and he said, on measure, this is gonna cause a major constitutional crisis for the country because Obama said that he learned about it in the press.
He lied about it.
Now WikiLeaks points out that even the Clinton people noticed immediately that he lied about it, and we got to clean up his mess, and it became a major problem for all of these people.
And so did it have influence I can't say for sure, but it very possibly could have.
Anyway, the Obama Justice Department now moves to torpedo Comey's email probe.
This is and they literally put a ringer in charge of monitoring the investigation.
Every American needs to know that James Comey, you know, now that there's six hundred and fifty thousand emails, Uma Abdeen said she had handed them all over.
She signed a separation agreement to that fact, and Uma Abedeen, in fact, well, she didn't turn them all over.
She signed an OF 109 form, which is a separation agreement, leaving the State Department, certifying that she no longer possessed or had access to classified information.
That means anything that they find on her computer or Wiener's computer means she has violated multiple felonies.
Each instance, each email is a felony count.
Uma Abedin could be facing a life sentence over this.
And you say, Well, Hannity, how could this happen?
How could this be?
Well, we just had the mother of a young man that was working on a U.S. submarine.
He's in jail today.
Why he dared to take six, he dared to take six pictures inside the submarine.
His name is Christian Saucier.
And then we've got the general and his problems.
Classified information and and dozens of others classified information, far less than Hillary.
So the Justice Department now has an official in charge.
Now I know that Loretta Lynch didn't fully recuse herself, but after she was caught in the tarmac with Bill Clinton, a position she never should have been in for 40 minutes.
They say they're talking about their children.
Hillary says the 33,000 emails were all about yoga and a wedding and a funeral, and she emailed her husband Bill, but Bill doesn't email, so that was a lie.
Anyway, so now after she got caught on the plane with Bill Clinton, she basically recused herself and said she would go along with that whatever the FBI decided.
Now what she tipped off, why is she involving herself at this point?
Why is the U.S. Justice Department official in charge of informing Congress about this newly reactivated email probe?
Why is he a political appointee?
And get this former private practice lawyer who kept Bill Clinton's Bill Clinton, I'm sorry, Hillary Clinton's campaign manager, John Podesta, quote, out of jail, lobbied For a tax cheater, later pardoned by President Bill Clinton, led the effort to confirm Attorney General Loretta Lynch.
Why is he in charge of this?
This is so much corruption.
You talk about draining a swamp.
DC is a swamp and then some.
The guy's name is Peter Katzik.
He was confirmed as assistant attorney general for legislative affairs in June of 2014.
Represented Podesta in 1998 when Ken Starr was investigating Podesta for his possible role in helping ex-Bill Clinton intern and mistress Monica Lewinsky land a job at the United Nations.
Fantastic lawyer.
Keep me out of jail.
Podesta wrote on September 8th, 2008, to Obama aide Cassandra Butts, according to emails, now hacked from Podesta's Gmail account thanks to WikiLeaks and Julian Assange.
Now, Kadziek's name has surfaced multiple times in regard to the FBI investigation of Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton for using a private home brewed server.
After the FBI director James Comey informed Congress Thursday, the FBI was reviving its inquiry when the new evidence linked to the separate investigation with Wiener was discovered.
Congressional leaders wrote to the Department of Justice seeking more information.
It was Kadzik that replied.
Kadzik, John Podesta's buddy.
Hillary Clinton's buddy.
Loretta Lynch's, you know, advocate to get her the job.
Hand picked.
This guy's got to get out of this investigation.
This stinks to high heaven.
We assure you that the department will continue to work closely with the FBI together, dedicate all necessary resources to take appropriate steps as expeditiously as possible.
He wrote October the 31st.
Now the DOJ is responsible for approving the Bureau's warrant applications.
And ultimately convening a grand jury, which needs to be convened.
Listen, Lynch needs to get out of it.
Cadzik needs to get out of it.
We need an objective, fair, bare bones special prosecutor that's willing to be Ken starred by Hillary and her minions, which they've already tried now to do to James Comey.
So let's get to the bottom of all of this.
WikiLeaks, we're gonna have to dump those emails.
This is WikiLeaks just today.
One of the more notable highlights in a March 20, March 2nd, 2015 exchange between Tobest uh Podesta and Mills, Clinton campaign chair Podesta on another matter, not to sound like Lanny, meaning Lanny Davis, you know, we're gonna have to dump all those emails.
Remember Lanny Davis wrote a book, Tell the Truth, Tell It All, Tell It Yourself, Tell It Early.
Anyway, the email, which, by the way, if they followed that advice, they might be in better shape than they are today.
Anyway, that email, which may indicate intent, was sent just days before the New York Times story revealed the existence of her email server, which they all know we knew from previous WikiLeaks was coming.
Mills' response, oh, we think we just got your new nickname.
I'm sure that this referred to Lanny, you know, maybe it was unclear.
Maybe it referred to DOJ staffer Lanny Brewer who quit in 2013 after telling Frontline that some banks are too big to fail, or it's probably more likely though Lanny Davis, who says you need to tell the truth, tell it early, tell it all, tell it yourself.
And had they followed Lanny Davis' advice in this case, they would might have a chance of winning.
Kept me out of jail.
What an interesting development that is.
On top of everything else that WikiLeaks has shown us.
You know, every night on TV, I put up all the WikiLeaks highlights.
You know what nobody else in the media does?
Puts up all the WikiLeaks highlights.
You know what else nobody in the media is doing?
Pointing out how corrupt the media is.
You know, who's come under more fire this election cycle or back in 2008 or 2012?
Linda, we get this crap every four years.
Why does the Fox News channel keep him?
Well, high ratings may be part of the reason, thanks to all of you.
You keep me working without you watching and listening, I'm dead, which probably would make other people happy, dead professionally speaking, not of course physically dead, although some people might not, you know, shed a tear either over all of that.
They had no trouble posting Donald Trump stolen tax returns, did They or bragging about it.
Chris Wallace did a great job on that the other day.
The Clinton campaign was getting policy advice from George Soros' Open Society Foundation.
The Clinton campaign was leaking memos to CNN.
Has anybody asked the question why Donna Brazil is still the head of the DNC now that we know that she was leaking the questions to Hillary Clinton while working for CNN?
And did you see CNN's comment about it?
It was so pathetically lame.
I mean, you know, CNN said they're completely uncomfortable.
Really?
She leaked questions.
Why is Hillary keeping her on board at the DNC?
Why doesn't Hillary say cheating is not something I support and Donna Brazil needs to go?
And I know Donna, nice lady, but Donna Brazil cheated.
And if I'm a Bernie Sanders supporter and Bernie Sanders supporters find out now today that the questions were leaked to Hillary to make her look good, I'd be pretty pissed off today.
Just like I'd be pissed off at said there were a bunch of goofballs that follow Bernie Sanders or all the other efforts to undermine Bernie Sanders campaign.
You know, all of these things happen.
And by the way, why did Hillary hire Debrie Wasserman Schultz after it's revealed that they had racist, sexist, misogynistic, and anti-Semitic emails at the DNC.
She gets fired from being the chair of the DNC, and then what happens to her?
She gets hired by Hillary.
So Hillary hires cheaters, people that are responsible for racist, sexist, misogynistic, anti-Semitic emails.
She hires them all.
Now, if Donald Trump did this, he would have been asked a thousand times.
Why are you associated?
He didn't even know who David Duke was and he was asked a million times.
It's unbelievable the times we're living in.
One week from today, this is all in your hands.
I I have I feel like I am giving every last breath I have to help inform you, like I did in 07 and 08 and 2011 and 2012.
I hope and pray to God in heaven that this time America listens.
Because if she gets elected, she will absolutely be impotent and incapable of governing, and we will be in a constitutional crisis from day one, and the country will remain paralyzed and no problems will be solved.
Your life will not get better.
And our declining trajectory will continue.
That is your future.
Choose.
By the way, Uma Abedin's lawyer is now blaming Wiener for the fact that Wiener had her emails on his computer, supposedly.
Um anyway, the huge Trump jump.
There's gonna be some attack against Trump.
I'm warning all of you now, don't be surprised.
It's gonna be severe.
It's likely a lie, or it's out of context, or it's, you know, or some of the same old, same old rehash garbage, whatever it is.
You know, I find this pretty amazing.
You know a Clinton aide left classified information behind on a China trip back in 2010?
By the way, that would be a crime also, but anyway, unnamed senior aide to Hillary Clinton, left classified information unsecured, unattended in a hotel room during a 2010 trip to China.
You know who's been to China and North Korea's Greta Van Sustrin?
And she said, beyond any doubt that they monitor every move that they make when she's there.
So there's probably surveillance.
Who knows who got a hold of this?
But anyway, she was on official travel in Beijing, accompanied by senior staff upon her departure, a routine security sweep by diplomatic security agents identified classified documents and a staff member suite.
Whoopsie Daisy.
Oh, sorry.
You know, do you know the mishandling of such documents is a crime?
Do you know that the destruction of those documents is a crime?
You know, was everyone on the Clinton camp absent the day they had the classification training?
Did she is she the only one that had a concussion and doesn't remember a thing?
And what else did she forget?
Seems to have forgotten everything.
And if you got yeah, she doesn't know what C means.
We all know what C means.
Seriously.
Every basic, simple 101 classification is simple.
If there's no A and there's no B and there's no D, C means classified, and there's no X, Y, and Z. By the way, ever since it was announced on Friday, the FBI was pursuing new leads because of these emails that they discovered, which means Uma Abadim, by every legal objective analysis, should be going to jail.
She should be going to jail.
And if I'm Uma, I'm thinking, oh, I'm just one of my employees.
Name, but I'm thinking I'm not going down alone.
Would you?
How many of you in there would go down for me?
None.
None of you.
Ethan certainly.
Jason, forget it.
He'd be at Coyote Ugly, you know, with his his years worth of pay and and and benefits that he got.
He'd be out of here.
Sunshine, I would never you can't lie.
It's impossible it's not in your DNA.
You can't lie.
It's impossible.
You'd break down and cry.
You'd try to hold it back for like a minute, and then you'd you'd cry and you'd give it up.
Linda would be like, I had no idea.
I'm just I'm innocent.
Don't blame me for what that idiot did.
Anyway, it's it's all pretty funny.
But it's not funny because since the story broke, MRC newsbusters actually did some analysis.
And beginning with October the twenty eighth, the announcement through Monday morning, their analysis reviewed statements by reporters and analysts and hacks uh all colluding with the Clinton campaign, as we now know, that took a position on the Comey and Clinton, and they found the arguments against Comey eighty-eight swamp those against Clinton.
As if this is Comey's fault that she set up a private email server to hide from Freedom of Information Act request and congressional oversight and to do exactly what is illegal as if that's Comey's fault.
It's Comey's fault that Anthony Wiener was texting pictures of his wiener to a 15 year old girl.
How sick is that?
That's his fault that they're investigating him.
His fault that Uma Abedin put it on Wiener's computer, and Uma Abedeen said she had turned everything over when she signed her OF 109 separation agreement form, saying she had turned everything over.
Oh, it's you know what this is?
This is now Clinton 101, the full can star treatment.
Let's trash Comey.
Let's trash Ken Starr.
Four years, 40 million dollars.
Remember that talking point at the time?
Yeah.
Oh, and Glenn Beck says the Comey letter, one of the most irresponsible things ever to happen.
No, knowing the truth, Glenn, is actually a good thing.
And I'm not saying this critical.
I'm just saying I think knowing the truth, the truth shall set you free.
And the American people have a right to know these things.
Now, let me go over some other issues we've got here.
Trump is up twelve points in a state that was supposedly in play.
That's Texas.
Okay, we knew that was true.
We never knew we never thought that that was in play, nor do I think Georgia's in play, but I'm taking it seriously.
We've got a new poll shows that North Carolina is tied.
I'm a little worried about North Carolina, I'm not gonna lie.
And North Carolina Trump has to win.
Florida, he has to win.
Ohio, he has to win.
He has to win Arizona.
He has to win Iowa.
He has to win Utah.
He has to win.
It'd be nice if he won Nevada.
He has to win Nevada.
He has to win it.
And then he's got to get New Hampshire or New Mexico or Minnesota or Michigan or Miss Wisconsin, or he has to get, let's see, Pennsylvania.
Or Virginia.
This is not easy.
You know, anybody, by the way, coming out, we've been tipped off.
Project Veritas has what they are saying is their most explosive video to date.
Number five in a series.
And by the way, I'm told from an inside source that the information will greatly impact voters in North Carolina.
That's the only point I can give you at this point.
Anyway, so new poll shows Elon University, which is like a half hour away from Wake Forest University.
Two great colleges, by the way.
Conducted last Sunday through Thursday shows they're tied at 44%.
Now I am getting every single day early voting numbers.
I am getting every single day absentee voter numbers.
Every single thing I'm going to tell you is that things are much better than 2012.
That's it.
I'm not telling you anymore.
This is the first time I am telling you as your host that I can't share the information.
I can only give you a headline, and that's the most I can give you, or else I'm gonna they're gonna stop giving me the numbers.
Uh but I'm following it extremely closely.
Extremely.
But Donald Trump must win the following states.
I go through this every day so you understand the difficulty of the math that exists for any Republican presidential candidate.
It's not easy.
You know, this is what Ann Coulter was saying yesterday.
This is where immigration means everything.
This is where refugees means everything.
Democrats have been playing long ball a long time in the hopes that they can get a you know generations of new voters.
Anyway, for Trump to win, he's got to win Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, South Dakota, Tennessee, Alaska, Kansas, and Nebraska as well.
He's got to win Indiana.
He's got to win Texas, which he'll win.
Missouri, a new poll came out today.
He's looking good in Missouri, South Carolina.
He's got to win Utah.
Those six electoral votes in Utah are critical.
Then he's got to run the table, Ohio, Florida, North Carolina, Nevada, Iowa, Arizona.
He has to hold Georgia.
And it would be nice if he could win Colorado.
It would be really nice if he could win Pennsylvania.
He's got to get the second congressional district in Maine.
Can you believe I'm talking about this as much as I am?
If you're in the second congressional district in Maine, you matter a hell of a lot.
Because if he gets New Hampshire and he doesn't get you, they're at 269 each.
I know Paul Ryan says today, he said on Fox and Friends this morning that he voted for Donald Trump.
All right.
But he's got to then win one of the following.
New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, New Mexico, Virginia, and I'll just throw it out there, Connecticut as a side.
Not sure if he's actually in play in Connecticut.
So, you know, this is not easy.
ABC, Washington Post tracking poll now has Trump plus one.
LA Times tracking has Trump plus four.
IBD tip poll has Clinton plus one.
Virginia Emerson, this tells me Virginia's in play.
Ed Gillespie was down 14 points.
He only lost by 0.8.
Emerson has Clinton by four there.
Washington Post in Virginia has Clinton by six.
That's not a good lead.
We have a poll in Pennsylvania that has it a three-point race.
And, you know, I can go through everything at this point.
I don't think it's fully been absorbed by the public, everything Hillary Clinton has done.
And Hillary can lose here.
The FBI.
You know, and by the way, if you're a Bernie supporter, how in God's name, knowing how they treated your candidate.
How to can how could you possibly possibly support this woman?
If you're a millennial, how can you support this woman?
Anyway, um, there's a lot of things in play, a lot of issues in play here.
Forty-five percent of respondents now say that the email server scandal is worse than Watergate, and 61% fear the probe will drag into the White House.
Of course it's gonna.
It's going to be an unmitigated constitutional crisis.
It's gonna be a disaster.
Another new poll out.
2,486 active duty members of our armed services, 70% of them said they're very dissatisfied with the former Secretary of State.
You've got a Pennsylvania poll, Gravis poll has Clinton up by three.
Michael Moore said something interesting.
I can't believe I've quoted Michael Moore twice this election season, and I don't disagree with him.
I don't trust these polls, especially in the upper Midwest.
People tell posters one thing and think another.
He's right.
He's actually right about that.
You got 48,000 more Republicans than Democrats in Florida's first coast vote early.
You got voting data shows African American turnout Is dropping.
I think we anticipated that.
I didn't think there would be the turnout that Barack Obama got, which then says the 2012 model and the 2008 model would never be relevant.
Take that Nate Silver and factor that sucker into your next projection.
See how that works out for you.
You got Trump is now calling for an emergency congressional session to repeal Obamacare, which I think is a really good idea.
And he said Trump said an address on the Affordable Care Act in the King of Prussia in Pennsylvania earlier today.
I'm glad he's there.
By the way, probably the single biggest vote fraud concern I have is in Pennsylvania.
In and around the Philly area.
The FBI.
No, this is amazing.
For weeks now, go back to the last debate.
Every time you ask a Democrat about all the Clinton scandals, everything that WikiLeaks exposed, and we'll continue our run tonight.
We'll put all the headlines on the screen for you to look at.
You get the same robotic answer.
Well, the Russians stole the emails after Donald Trump encouraged them to launch a cyber attack against America.
In the Democratic Party's fever swamp, Putin is now taking his marching orders from Donald Trump.
Anyway, on Friday, James Comey joined the conspiracy by reopening the email gate investigation.
By the way, is um are the people, you know, covering this.
What's that stalker's name?
Oliver Darcy.
Good grief.
He's a former Beck guy, isn't he?
Ex-Clint uh Clinton scandal lawyer Lanny Davis, ranting and raving about how 17 U.S. intelligence, who are the 17 agencies?
Name them, Lanny.
It got so bad, Deucey had to beg Lanny to stop embarrassing himself.
You know, he said, well, Lanny and the rest of Hillary's tinfoil hat brigade can stop making fools of themselves.
New York Times, which is the media arm of Hillary's campaign, is now reporting that America's leading domestic intelligence agency, the FBI, had determined there's absolutely no evidence whatsoever of a Trump Putin conspiracy.
Well, I guess that one's done.
Get rid of that sucker.
Half of Obamacare enrollees now are skipping doctor visits.
You want to know why?
To save money.
It's so disgusting.
You talk about WikiLeaks.
I actually now follow them every day on Twitter.
You want to know about how corrupt your government is?
You want to know what liars these people are, what great manipulators they are.
Go to Twitter and go to at WikiLeaks.
And I know that people, you know, I'm gonna say, Hannity, ten years ago you said about Julian Assange.
All right, I I dealt with Julian one-on-one.
Linda, did we not have a good discussion?
We kept Julian on this program for 90 minutes.
He was gracious with his time.
And I said to him, Julian, when you first showed up on the on the public radar, I call I thought it was criminal what you did.
Because I was afraid people were going to die.
In other words, names, people, methods of our intelligence agencies.
But you know what?
In retrospect, I was wrong, and I told him.
Because he's done us a great service.
He's exposed we have no cybersecurity, and he's also showed us just how disgustingly corrupt our government is.
And it's disgusting.
It is a swamp.
I feel like I'm down with my buddy Willie Robertson and Phil Robertson.
Remember they wanted to baptize me in the alligator swamp.
I'm like, what do you I'm not?
I got I'll let you do it in a pool, but I'm not doing it where alligators live.
What are you nuts?
And Phil Robertson goes to me, Hannity.
You want to get them there ratings ratings up?
Come on out in the back.
We'll dunk you.
That'll do it.
One of the greatest days of my life.
We had so much fun there.
By the way, in Germany, they're losing control of their streets because their country's descended into lawlessness.
By the way, you want to know why?
Refugees.
Um there are three major Trump rally chants.
Build the wall, drain the swamp, and lock her up.
It's pretty funny.
Uh let's see.
Elizabeth Warren, Barack Obama all what?
Barack Obama.
Barack Obama and Elizabeth Warren have both unfollowed Hillary Clinton as well as scrubbing their timeline of tweets about her.
Wow.
That means they know it's huge.
You know why?
Because Obama's implicated.
He's implicated here.
And he's pissed.
You know what his legacy might be?
Jail.
Hannity.
That's going really far.
I don't know.
Who knows what's going on?
Who knows where this is going to take us?
But if he knew about the server, knew it was illegal, and he didn't do anything about it.
Yeah, he's got himself a problem.
He may have to pardon himself, Michelle, Elizabeth Warren, everybody.
We will rebuild our country.
I'm not a politician.
My only special interest is you, the American people.
That's why I've done it.
The guiding rule of the political class in Washington, D.C. is that they are looking out only for themselves.
They will say anything and do anything and cling to their power and prestige at your expense.
I'm running to change and reverse decades of failure and to work with the American people to create generations of success.
I'm running.
I'm running to restore honesty to our government and safety to our communities.
We need safety.
And by the way, our law enforcement officials, these are great, great people.
Thank you.
And we are going to give great prosperity to our economy.
I want to go into our poorest communities and work on a national plan of revitalization.
The inner cities.
And I've been working with so many African American groups.
These are such incredible people.
We've been talking about it, working on it.
We're going to bring jobs into the inner cities.
We're going to bring safety.
We're going to bring education, good, good schools into the inner city.
The spirit of the people in the inner cities is beyond the spirit of anybody.
We're going to bring back to our jobs that form the backbone of the American middle class and our country as a whole.
Our jobs are being stolen.
Pennsylvania has lost almost 40% of its manufacturing jobs since NAFTA.
A deal signed by Bill Clinton and supported by Hillary Clinton.
The city of Philadelphia has lost more than one-third of its manufacturing jobs since China joined the World Trade Organization.
Another bill and Hillary-backed disaster.
Believe me.
And we have the greatest negotiators in the world who will use our great negotiators.
We'll have a fair deal, but we'll have a deal that goes in two directions, not one direction, right into Mexico and these other places.
And stand up to foreign product dumping, currency manipulation, and unfair subsidy behavior.
We are going to bring manufacturing jobs, lots of jobs, back to Pennsylvania.
We're going to do it.
And it won't even be difficult.
We're going to open modern mines and take care of our great miners.
Our miners have been mistreated horribly.
We will be producing clean coal, oil, natural gas, and shale energy.
We're also bringing back our steelworkers who have been so badly hurt, so badly hurt.
Whose jobs have been stolen by the dumping of steel all over this state, and frankly, all over this country, by China and other countries.
Nobody has been treated worse than these workers.
But that will change on January 20th of next year.
Believe me.

In spite of all of the scandals that we're now looking at, Well, this kept me out of jail and everything in between.
And we'll have a an incredible investigative report at the bottom of the hour of how bad this email scandal really is.
With somebody that's gotten information, Freedom of Information Act information that they're going to share with us.
In spite of all that, you cannot deny eight years of Obama's given us the following.
We have 95 million Americans out of the labor force.
We now have in America one in five American families without a single family member working.
We now have an America one in six men, eighteen to thirty-four in jail or out of the labor force.
We have the worst recovery since the forties, the lowest home ownership rate in fifty-one years.
We have thirteen million more Americans now on food stamps since Obama became president, eight million more in poverty, a fifty-eight percent increase of black Americans on food stamps, and a twenty percent increase of black Americans out of the labor force, and we've accumulated more debt than every other president before him combined.
And I haven't even talked about China.
I haven't talked about Russia, Ukraine, Crimea, the Iranian deal, Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, their support of the Muslim Brotherhood, Mohammed Morsi, Libya, North Africa, Benghazi.
New Gingrich is with us, and here we are on the verge of one of the most important elections in our lifetime, and I'm not overstating it, and it's one week from today.
What are your thoughts?
Well, I'm I'm sort of uh highly amused because uh in Minnesota the uh Superintendent of Education decided to hold a statewide high school election, and in the first wave of returns, Donald Trump is carrying Minnesota among high school students.
Now, if you had told uh any liberal reporter in America six months ago that Trump would beat Clinton in Minnesota with young people, they would have thought you were crazy.
But they had seventy-seven thousand high school students vote in the first wave of this experiment, and uh he's beating her.
And uh I think that just tells you that uh there are a lot of interesting things going on in America.
I think the tone he's got right now is perfect.
He is positive, he's outlining real solutions.
Uh in parallel to that, Hillary Clinton is disintegrating.
Uh the more we learn about the scandals, the more decisive they are.
Uh, my my next newsletter is going to be entitled Uh Hillary Rodham Nixon, and I outline uh, you know, all the reasons why you should worry about electing somebody who's going to go into office under all sorts of investigations and probably under indictment.
Well, I think it's pretty obvious.
I mean, you s by the way, did you see that Hillary actually had planned and paid for and getting permits for fireworks uh for election night?
I mean, is she really that confident?
She's picking out the drapes already?
Well, Shorty, we she raised a billion dollars.
Um, you know, and given the fact that she and Bill traveling other people's airplanes to other people's houses to have totally paid for uh uh vacations and uh the amount of money they've earned, well, why not have a little bit of fireworks?
It might be the last joy in her life.
Yeah.
All right.
Where do the Republicans what do you think is gonna happen next?
Why do I expect there's gonna be a last minute dirty trick by Hillary and company?
Don't you suspect that's gonna happen?
Well, I mean, I look I think that they are so desperate right now that I I can't I can't imagine the anxiety and the anger and the intensity inside the camp right now.
You'll notice the president has begun to gradually slide away.
You know, he has he sends uh Josh Ernst to say, oh, the president has great faith in the director of the of the FBI.
Now this is at a time, of course, when the whole Clinton thematic is that the FBI is bad, that they shouldn't have done this, that Comey's doing is irresponsible.
All of a sudden here's the White House saying, Well, well, now we think Comey's very responsible.
Uh you'll notice that Senator McCaskill, who's one of her strongest supporters, said uh today, well, you know, he really has to look at all this stuff because it involves potentially breaking the law.
This is one of her strongest supporters.
Um so I my guess is that they are in turmoil.
I am sure they will try to figure out something, and I'm sure that the New York Times and CBS and NBC are working overtime trying to figure out one last assault on Trump.
But I think we're in an environment where where it doesn't work very well, just as it did not work during the Republican primaries.
You know, Donald Trump is is uh survived all of these smears and all of these attacks, and he is being very disciplined, very positive.
His tone is uh close to pitch perfect.
Um, and so what you're getting on television right now is a very positive presidential Donald Trump and a very shrill Hillary Clinton, and you're learning more and more things about people like John Podesta uh that make you believe that you know there could be there could easily be a lot of people indicted in this process.
I think in Watergate, there were forty different people who had legal consequences uh in one way or another.
And I'm beginning to think by the time you get done with the five FBI officers investigating the Clinton Foundation, you get done with all the effort on the emails, you get done with all the things running from WikiLeaks.
Um there could be a lot of folks out there getting uh good solid criminal lawyers in the near future.
Let me ask what you thought about when you read today on the Drudge Report, which I thought was very interesting.
Email showed the Justice Department official overseeing the Clinton probe as close ties to Podesta.
I mean, they go into great detail about this relationship.
Then the Justice Department official in charge of informing Congress about the newly reactivated Hillary Clinton email probe as a political appointee and former private practice lawyer who kept Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta out of jail.
Well, see, I mean, I think these people really have an obligation to recuse themselves in these kind of cases.
We had the same thing with the number two or number three guy at the FBI whose wife got six hundred and seventy-five thousand dollars for her state senate campaign uh from Clinton's close ally, the governor of Virginia, he had an obligation to accuse himself to say, hey, I've got too big a conflict of interest here, and and I therefore I should not be in the chain of command.
And you have the same thing happening, of course, you've seen that the Justice Department was fighting with the FBI over whether or not to investigate the Clinton Foundation when the evidence of Clinton Foundation corruption is so unbelievable that it it's hard for me to imagine how they could possibly avoid digging into it, and of course, now you're seeing them dig into it despite the effort of the Justice Department.
This, by the way, is very parallel to what happened to Nixon.
Nixon's political appointees tried to slow down the system, the combination of federal judges, an occasional very honest public servant, uh, and the fact that the news media was digging in, it just all crumbled around them, and ultimately it collapsed because America it's very hard in America to sustain a conspiracy.
And uh this has clearly been uh as Rudy Giuliani's pointed out, this is as close to an organized crime family RICO case as we've ever seen in politics.
And I think uh as a result, I would not be at all surprised to see uh a RICO, which is the statute for organized crime, which has a whole provision about obstruction of justice and and uh a conspiracy to engage in fraud.
I mean, all of the things we've seen are almost a textbook example of what an organized crime family does.
You know, it really is like that.
I mean, this is like the banana lucese and gambino crime Clinton crime family, you know, a I mean it's especially when you look at the money.
I mean, when you follow the money, it's very clear.
Separate lists that are developed for Clinton donors so that they can uh and friends of Bill so that they can have first access to the contracts to rebuild Haiti with the millions of millions of dollars that are raised, and then they have you know, this whole uh uranium deal uh with Russia,
where they end up getting, thanks to Hillary Clinton and a big supporter that had donated thirty plus million dollars and got others to donate millions of dollars, and he needs a special approval when these companies are merging, and that would put American uranium, twenty percent of our assets in in Pluton's control,
and Hillary has is called upon to sign off on it, and she does, and the same thing with the Moroccan deals, very specific quid pro quo in that case, and it it's it then begins to make sense the the reason for the secrecy and the deletions and the bleach bit and the lying and and everything in between.
Well, you know, and and you regularly have Mayor Rudy Giuliani on, and people need to remember Rudy was originally famous for being a great prosecuting U.S. attorney in New York.
I mean, he knows how to take organized crime figures, build a case, take him to jury trial, and win the trial.
And I think he would be very comfortable, as would Andy McCarthy, prosecutor who tried the terrorists for the original World Trade Center bombing of nineteen ninety-three.
I think either of those guys would tell you that there is so much evidence in this case that they would be very comfortable taking the entire Clinton system to into a jury trial uh as a as a criminal organization for the enrichment of Bill and Hillary Clinton while violating the law.
Let me ask you this final question.
I was a little surprised at your answer last night, and I'm looking at the electoral map, and I'm assuming he wins every state that Romney win and won, and that he's gonna pick up Iowa and he's gonna pick up Florida and he's gonna pick up uh Ohio and he's gonna hold North I'm sorry, uh uh North Carolina.
But with that map, he's still five electoral votes short, which means, and assuming he gets Nevada, he's gotta win and hold Arizona, then he's gotta pick up either New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, or New Hampshire.
And I I think again, I'm trying to get to two seventy and also get Maine's second congressional district.
That's a pretty heavy lift for a Republican.
No, it's no it's not.
I keep saying yes.
You keep mentioning states, and I keep saying yes.
By the way, all the years I've known you, you have done this to me in election years.
You say, well, then if he keeps doing what he's doing, he's gonna lose.
And I'm like, but you've got to tell him to stop.
And you're like, well, you tell me very calmly.
Go ahead.
You just go ahead, embarrass me.
Go ahead.
No, no, look, no, I'm I don't here's all I'm saying.
These things become self-defining, all right.
If in fact and I did a tweet today that said that the entire ABC Post post is stupid, that he didn't go from being down twelve to being up one.
There's not been a thirteen point swing.
It's just stupid.
All right.
Uh the fact is if and this is why I started by telling you about what Barry Castellan sent me, which is that the the superintendent of education just released a few minutes ago.
There was seventy thousand seventy seven thousand high school students voting in Minnesota.
Trump was beating Hillary.
Now he didn't beat her by much, it was a two point margin.
But the very idea that young people in Minnesota would pick Trump over Hillary tells me that we have no idea what this election's gonna be like.
Remember, she's gonna carry California by an enormous landslide.
She is gonna carry New York by a big margin despite Trump's hopes.
That means if he's ahead by one or two points nationally, and he's losing those two states by the same thing.
That's a good point.
That is a really good analysis.
But all right, I'll tell you what, you're you and Rudy are both on Hannity tonight and Laura Ingram, so I'll see you b all then, okay?
By the way, you're like my co-host now because I ask you every night.
All right, thanks for being with us, former speaker of the House Newton.
Did you wipe this work?
What, like with a cloth or something?
No.
But we turned over everything that was work related.
Every single thing.
Personal stuff, we did not.
I had no obligation to do so and did not.
Have you or any of your advisors heard from uh Comey or anyone else at the FBI today?
And are you concerned at all that these new emails that they say they've found will in any way reveal classified information that you sent or received?
No.
Uh uh, we have not been contacted by anyone.
Uh the first we knew about it is I assume when you knew about it, when uh this letter uh sent to Republican uh members of the House was released.
So we don't know the facts, which is why we are calling on the FBI to release all the information uh that it has.
Uh even director Comey noted that this new information may not be significant, so let's get it out.
Understanding the magnitude of what is in play here, I I don't think most Americans get excuse me, the full picture.
Um email show Podesta links to Justice Department official playing a key role in the in the UMA probe.
Well, kept me out of jail.
Okay.
So they understood the significance on a very deep level of everything that we're talking about here.
I want to walk through all of this with you.
Larry Kawa is with us, and he understands this as well, if not better, than anybody else.
He actually, as a private citizen, took it upon himself to file a freedom of information request and pursue the truth about Hillary's scandals.
He has a website, Hillary for President.com.
On the website, they expose the secret issues of Hillary and her staff, and I think one thing that Larry's done better than anybody else is provide the documents that reveal her lies and her crimes.
And one foyer request did get Kawa more than he expected.
And as the Clinton email scandal gained momentum, this started back, remember, in March of 2015, he sought her OF 109 form.
I mentioned this yesterday in relation to Um Abdeen.
She had signed this.
This is a form, sort of a separation agreement when you're working for the government that certifies that the departing State Department employee no longer possesses at all or has access to at all any classified information that it has all been turned over.
Now, this is where Uma Abidin now finds herself in a bit of a quandary because she didn't hand over all of these emails.
Uma should, according to the law, be going to jail.
Whether or not she flips state's evidence, turns on her old employer.
Oh, by the way, what did her employer call?
One of my employees.
Uma, the all-important Uma Abedeen by her side, you know, holding her up, propping her up in some cases, now is just referred to as one of my employees by Hillary Clinton.
Anyway, so eight months later, the agency did send him the documents that he hadn't even asked for.
It's self indicative, he says, of how disorganized the freedom of information request process actually is, but among them were non-disclosure agreements governing the handling of classified information.
By signing these, Clinton and all the other people associated with this were acknowledging they could be guilty of a crime if in fact they exposed classified information or failed to return it at the end of their employment.
Both of which I would argue here, and I think Kawa agrees with me on this, she did by using a private email server, not turning it over when she left the agency.
Now Kawas also noticed signatures missing from other parts of the form, including a box that acknowledges a security briefing, which he argued was evidence of Clinton's negligence on matters of national security.
And remember, she said she couldn't remember thirty-nine times, and remember she actually claimed she didn't even remember being briefed because of a concussion that she had suffered.
Anyway, the Daily Caller has made their own push for information on this.
You've got to give some of these guys credit.
They've been working for a year on this.
Larry Kawa is one of them.
And, sir, welcome back to the program.
I wanted you to tell your story because...
I mean, you're deep in the weeds in this, and I don't think the average person I think they get what I'm telling them.
I think I break it down to its basic parts as best I can, but I don't think the average person understands all the nuances you have discovered, and that's why I'm glad to have you back on the program.
How are you?
Thanks for having me back on, Sean.
I'll start off by saying there are really two key points that I'd like to bring across today.
The first of which is about a device called the DATO Hardware Device, and the second is regarding the fact that Huma Abedin never had security clearance and that Hillary Clinton allowed her specific unauthorized access to national security information.
So let me start with Datto.
It began with a Benghazi FOIA that I had done where I filed in Southern District of Florida federal court, represented by Judicial Watch.
To the best of my knowledge, I am their only private client in recent years.
I'm honored that they've taken on two of my cases now.
The first one on the employer mandate, where we went to the Supreme Court and it got scalled out with the uh the passing of Justice Scalia.
But on the case on Benghazi, it's very simple.
We have asked for all of the communications between then Secretary Clinton and everyone in the White House, including President Obama, for the day of and week after Benghazi.
The case concluded with the Department of Justice and the Department of State saying they never discussed Benghazi.
Now we asked for all communications, emails, texts, anything in their possession.
It is unimaginable that the Secretary of State and the President and everyone in the White House just ignored Benghazi for the day of and week after the attack.
So uh the bottom line is that we concluded our case with Judicial Watch and I agreeing that uh the State Department didn't have anything in their information uh in their uh arsenal, their archives, and I did some research and noticed that there was a device by datto.
Data was a company that was subcontracted to by Platte River Networks to back up everything, and I do mean everything that Hillary Clinton ever had on her personal computer on her personal cell phone.
I want to I want to re I want to slow you down here.
Platte River Networks, that they were the company that was hired.
This is the mom and pop shop that had the server in the bathroom closet.
You're saying they subcontracted Dado Inc., in other words, another company to back up all of their and I'm are they in Connecticut this company?
They're in Connecticut, that's correct.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
So now the question, first question I have is um if they're sending, which we now know classified information, even top secret information, even beyond top secret, the highest classification of top secret, which we know happened.
Were they authorized to handle this in any way, shape, matter, or form legally?
Not only weren't they authorized, but neither was SECNAP, which is a Bokeraton based company that did their cloud jacket, and uh SECNAP did not have a Phips III or EAL one clearance.
There's there's uh these two clearance levels of credentials you need in order to handle that information.
Not only did they not have that, and I don't want to again get off the point, but believe it or not, Ron Posner on the advisory board of of SecNAP was the CEO of e China Cash, uh which handled gas cards for for China's largestly state-owned enterprise called uh SinoPec, and he had full access to all of Hillary Clinton's code word clearance and security passwords.
He sat on both boards and clearly had both the means and and motivation to share national security secrets specifically with Uncle China.
So there were three companies involved, just to be clear.
Platte River, which subcontracted the datto to do the backup on their cloud, the datto cloud, not the iCloud, a cloud just system of servers, and then SecNAP, which did the firewall, also known as a cloud jacket, which by the way, uh from what I understand has IRS violations and other violations uh that you could discover in court in Palm Beach and Broward County, Florida, that just seems to be uh corrupt as as as can be.
And obviously that's something you can research, but DATO is the key.
And the reason why DATO did this back up without Hillary Clinton's knowledge, and no one seems to really if you Google it, you'll see this is true.
They turned over datto hardware device containing everything before Bleach Bit and before hammers were swung at iPhones to the FBI in October of twenty fifteen, and the FBI shockingly never searched it.
They've got it.
They've had it for a year.
Stop for a second.
Stop stop for one second here, because this is this is insane.
What you're saying is that before uh th that the FBI has had for a year.
All thirty-three thousand deleted emails.
Are you sure come on?
Are you sure?
Uh I know it sounds shocking, but uh feel free to Google DATO DA T T O Hardware Device, Hillary Clinton.
Well, did they hand they handed it over to the FBI, the entire thirty-three thousand deleted emails that were all backed up by the subcontractor of Platte River Networks, Data Dado Inc.
has it and turned it over to the FBI.
That's what you're telling me.
Here's how sure I am.
Uh I discussed it at length with the lawyers at Judicial Watch since I had considered pursuing my case on Benghazi, but we mutually agreed a better direction would be to uh to do a FOIA, serve a FOIA on the FBI, which they did uh on my behalf on October thirteenth, and this FOIA was specifically requesting everything on the DATO device, and out of three thousand FOIA, by the way, that's how many Judicial Watch has done so far, it is the uh the first time they've ever asked for a rollout to the best of my knowledge, because typically FOIA has produced a few pages.
We're expecting hundreds of thousands of pages of documents, no question they're gonna need to litigate it.
But really, the take-home point to the listeners is why in the world would the FBI not have searched this device, and also why did they never issue a search warrant for the premises of someone who they thought vi violated national security procedures and protocol?
There's no search warrant for Hillary Clinton's home, any of her residences, any of CGI or the foundation, they never issued a search warrant and she never testified under oath.
These are not the hallmarks of somebody that you're truly trying to thoroughly investigate.
If you look at the timeline of all of this, which I think is very crucial here, the timeline is all of this was under subpoena and had to be turnover.
Why didn't this particular dato company feel the urge because they weren't subpoenaed individually?
Who went and got that?
No, they turned it over.
DATO turned it over to the FEI.
They uh the FBI identified its existence in August of 2015.
DATO turned it over to the FBI uh in October of 2015.
It's well documented, but people are not well aware of it.
But anyone who wants to do it, Google DATO Hardware Device, D-A-T-T-O.
It exists, it's been in their possession.
Uh Judicial Watch lawyers uh have agreed with me and did file that FOIA on my behalf in exchange for me ending my Benghazi case, and uh they have moved forward it.
Uh I did not want to be the plaintiff on this case, and I've done many FOIAs on my on my own, Sean, but this one is so damning is a political holocaust for the Democrats because let's remember everything on that datto device contains uh Hillary Clinton emails with Bill Clinton, President Obama with the pseudonym that he used when he emailed an account he said that he didn't know exist.
Let's remember there's 18 email uh between them uh and all foreign leaders, uh CGI and foundation donors, the uh the hate the Haiti uh corruption, it's all on there, not only emails, tech photos, videos, captured voicemails, everything.
It's it's the entire getting caboodle, and FBI just never searched it.
It absolutely eclipses what you're gonna find with Huma Abidin.
It's just unbelievable the FBI never looked at it.
It's uh it doesn't take your average genius, but somehow the FBI have you have you recently contacted James Comey's office to tell him it's there in his possession?
I have filed, I have filed an FBI on tips.fbi.gov.
I have not heard from them.
Uh I I did that with several different uh pieces of information that I brought you.
That's one of them.
Uh I filed uh a tip on data.
I I filed a tip on Puma Abedin not having security clearance.
I filed the tip on SecNAP, uh lacking the appropriate uh NISP credentials for uh for accessing security clearance information, including the fact that uh they had Ron Posner on their board and he's CEO of eChina Cash uh that had access to China.
I mean to me, there's no question that there's been uh sharing of national security secrets with other nations.
And to our friends on the left, this is not a cyber glitch.
This is not a technical error.
This is sharing national security secrets that could endanger our lives and our our troops in the field.
That's how serious that this is.
What do you think happens with UMA?
Because UMA now is in deep trouble.
Uh must sign that form.
I'm sorry to jump you out.
It's very interesting, but uh if you look on Hillary for President.com, my site, I I just posted today breaking news.
Uh I did a FOIA, as you mentioned earlier, requesting Hillary Clinton's separation statement.
Uh I was I thought that I had it.
I get an email from the deputy assistant secretary of state, Margaret Greyfeld, on Friday, November 13, saying they accidentally released to me something that they shouldn't have, and uh it wasn't for public consumption, I should return it.
Twenty minutes later I get a voicemail from State FOIA chief John Hackett saying the same thing, and uh which I by the way I've also posted on HillaryFourPresident.com so you can see this and actually hear the captured voicemail.
Now the point is that uh I don't think that they were worried about something vague like social security numbers.
They were worried that they accidentally screwed up and released her separation statement.
And by the way, Daily Caller, uh, just after I did uh a FOIA, they did the same FOIA, and they also had the same experience that something was released, and then it never came in the mail.
So the bottom line is it's an open senate investigation on mail tampering for for that OF-109 or separation statement.
But here's here's the take-home point for the listeners.
Margaret Greyfeld, the deputy assistant.
Yeah, real quick.
Yeah accidentally sent me uh Hillary Clinton, a Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills uh NDAs for classified information.
She sent me Huma Mills and uh Huma uh excuse me, Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills.
All right, I'm gonna give you some advice because you need to go to Jason Chaffetz.
You need to go to Trey Gower.
And what about Trey Gowdy?
Have you talked to Trey?
Trey Gowdy's Senator Johnson and and Senate HSGAC or Homeland Security Government.
Why are we not?
Why is nobody following this bouncing ball?
Because you've done more work as a private individual than than the rest of the entire FBI combined, which is embarrassing.
Sean, you'd have to ask Planet Congress.
Uh I I could tell you that uh I I think that there is pressure from leadership on the House side that is disallowing them from moving forward.
Uh I can tell you on the Senate side, HSGAC may not be able to get the votes for subpoena powers in order to subpoena them because there are if I don't cut you off, it's gonna be cut off anyway, because I'm out of time.
But Larry, thank you for sharing it.
Also, thanks for all the effort and time and and diligence you put into this.
We give you a lot of credit here.
And uh your website is Hillaryforpresident.com, but it's not a pro-Hillary website, is it?
Oh no, it's it's a gripe site, and you'll see all these documents.
I even posted a few videos that I explained.
We're gonna link it to try to make them simple.
We'll put Dr. Kawas what did you call it?
What kind of site?
A gripe site.
A gripe site.
We'll put a gripe site on my web and we'll link it to your site, all right?
Sean, thanks for your buddy, thank you.
Because here's where I want to get real.
If Hillary doesn't win this election, that will be on us.
It will be because we did not stand with her.
It will be because we did not vote for her.
And that is exactly what her opponent is hoping will happen.
That's the strategy.
To make this election so dirty and ugly that we don't want any part of it.
So when you hear folks talking about a global conspiracy and saying that this election is rigged, understand that they are trying to get you to stay home.
They are trying to convince you that your vote doesn't matter, that the outcome has already been determined, and you shouldn't even bother making your voice heard.
They are trying to take away your hope.
And and just for the record, in this country, the United States of America, the voters decide our elections.
They've always Decided.
Voters decide who wins and who loses.
Period.
End of story.
What's something that you always carry with you?
Hot sauce.
Really?
Yeah.
Yeah.
Really?
You get an information right now?
Hot sauce.
Hot sauce in my bags, Wag.
Hot sauce.
Really?
Yes.
Now, listen, I want you to know people are going to see this and say, okay, she's pandering the black people.
Okay.
Is it working?
No, seriously.
Hot so I've been I've been eating a lot of hot sauce.
A lot of uh raw peppers and hot sauce.
That's why you coughing.
You might need to slow down the case.
I need to get it.
Yeah, I'm having a rebellion against it.
Uh, because I think it keeps my immune system strong.
I really do.
I think hot sauce is good for you.
Yeah, what is that?
But nothing but pan.
Why is it that whenever Democratic candidates, by the way, glad you're with us, 800-941 Sean, you want to be a part of the program.
This is our news roundup.
It's our seven-day one-week countdown to election day hour, our final hour of the program every day.
Why is it that if Al Gore goes before predominantly African American audience and he's running for president, he goes into that phony preacher voice?
I don't even want to count you in the census Republicans at the wrong agenda for African Americans.
Totally changes his tone, his cadence, his pitch.
Hillary goes before predominantly African American audience on radio.
She talks about hot sauce, or she changes her tone, cadence, and pitch too.
I don't feel no ways tired.
I come too far from where I started from.
Nobody told me that the road would be easy.
I don't believe he brought me this far to leave me.
And the chair of all the mayors in the country, Mayor Palmer from Trenton, New Jersey.
It's unbelievable.
And as far as Michelle Obama, you know, miss for the first time in my adult life, I'm proud of my country.
You know, maybe I don't know what America she's living in.
We now have the first time in my adult life.
I am proud of my country because it feels like hope is finally making a comeback.
Let me tell you something.
For the first time in my adult lifetime, I'm really proud of my country.
They sold us a bill of goods because we now have the lowest labor participation rate since the 70s.
95 million of our fellow citizens out of the labor force.
A 58% increase black Americans out of the labor force.
20% increase.
I'm sorry, 58% increase black Americans on food stamps.
20% increase black Americans out of the labor force.
Lowest home ownership rate in 51 years.
The worst recovery since the 40s.
We've got 13 million more Americans on food stamps, 8 million more Americans in poverty.
You know, and people bought this garbage.
You know, remember after Obama was elected, the the Obama gasms everybody was having?
I never thought this day would ever happen.
I don't have to worry about putting gas in my car.
I won't have to worry about paying my mortgage.
You know, if I want him, gonna help me.
I don't have to worry about paying my mortgage and putting gas in my car.
Then you get a free Obama phone.
Well, and then we've doubled the national debt and robbed our children blind.
And I haven't even mentioned the disaster, the creation of ISIS and Syria, Iraq, and Afghanistan and Libya, North Africa, Benghazi, or Mohammed Morsi, the former Muslim Brotherhood that they supported.
Or I can't talk about China's territorial ambitions or Russia, Putin, Crimea, Ukraine, just the disintegration of everything.
Joining us now.
Why do we have this phenomenon?
Every four years, Donald Trump's been the only one that says this.
Every four years, I'll talk like Hillary and Al Gore.
They come a callin' they come a knocking on the door.
You know, what is this?
Why are you so condescending?
You change your total, your total conversational patterns for a different group of people because you want to fit in and you promise everything?
Okay, well, the average black teenager, 60% are unemployed and can't get a summer job.
The educational system in inner city America is an undisputed, unmitigated disaster.
And if you want to know who's been disproportionately impacted by all these liberal policies, they're the same people that come a calling every four years wanting your vote.
Why is this happen?
And is this trend gonna continue?
Pastor Darrell Scott has become a good close personal friend of mine.
He's the senior pastor of the New Spirit Revival Center, Trump supporter.
He actually let me preach for three minutes in his church from the pulpit.
Also, Brunel Donald Shea is with us, vice chair uh woman for the National Diversity Coalition for Trump, and Dr. Robert Jeffers, Fox News contributor, pastor, First Baptist Church in Dallas, he's come under fire from these purists that don't understand we're not electing a pastor in cheap, but we need somebody to get the job done.
Anyway, Pastor Scott, by the way, that was the worst three minutes in your church, wasn't it?
No.
Actually, they're they're wondering when you're gonna come back and bring the rest of the message.
I have um listen, if you want, I'll come.
After the after I was with Franklin Graham last week, and he talked very highly of you.
Oh, I love Franklin Graham.
Listen, I don't deserve all these people that are so nice to me.
Dr. Falwell's nice to me, you're nice to me, Dr. Jefferson's nice to me.
No, I'm the guy that's that's like on the other cross with Jesus that says, I'm a screw up.
I belong here.
You're the one that doesn't belong here.
That's me.
You're the guy in the synagogue that said, Lord be merciful to me, a sinner.
Yeah, that's me.
Okay, I do I do need God's mercy because I'm the center.
I'm the one that needs the salvation part.
Well, what about Hillary?
She needs some salvation too if she starts to pander.
Look, if she's gonna pander, at least if she's going to panda, at least give us some contemporary pandering.
Quit going back and giving us this 1930s pandering.
She sounds like she sounds like, you know, the black guy, Amos and Andy, or the black guy that's from the the three students, the janitor, or the little rascals or something.
I mean, you're gonna pander, try to give us some contemporary pandering because I, you know, this generation doesn't really know about their old eyes, nose, ways, ties, massive.
They don't know about that.
What is your take on all of this, uh Pastor Scott?
You think this is getting through?
I have seen early voting numbers, and it seems the trend is, and it's hard to tell from this.
The trend is is that Donald Trump is on a path to get more African American votes since the night since the election year 1960.
I hope that trend continues because it's a I think it's I think the trend is absolutely correct.
You know one thing, black people respect the fact that Trump doesn't pander, that he's a stand-up guy.
I mean, I've been by the way, he doesn't go to your church.
I've seen him speak in your church.
I was there.
He doesn't change his uh the way he speaks or pander or or his inflection or cadence.
What is it with these people?
I mean, if I started talking to you differently than I talked to everybody else, would you wouldn't you say to me what's up with that?
I would say to myself, he's a clown.
Exactly.
Exactly.
And I would feel insulted and offended that he thought he had to come in my church and do that.
It's almost like he's mimicking us or uh uh doing a character.
I'm just gonna be myself.
Um you know, uh when I go to preach, I'm gonna ask, I'm gonna say you picked the wrong person.
That's what I'm gonna say.
That's the beginning of my sermon.
Anyway, uh Brunel, what's your take?
Um, what I would say is this, you know, black people have been every four years uh getting the promises that everything's gonna change.
And you know, recently you've had the first lady running around, you know, trying to drum up support, and what I would say to her is this you and your husband sat in that white house for eight years.
Your husband sent 33 billion to Iran, he's spending a hundred and thirteen billion a year on illegal aliens, he's spending sixty-five thousand dollars per uh refugee at ten thousand a pop, and we've got zero dollars to the inner city.
Uh when when black people, Hispanics, when we all went to that voting booth eight and four years ago, we were made promises that we would get investment in our communities, that we would get better education, that that jobs would come.
And then all of that, uh, it never came and it never happened.
And here you have a candidate in Donald Trump.
What they have done is try to demonize him, call him a racist, uh, you know, degradate his name, all in an effect because they know that black people and Latino people are very emotional voters.
And they know, okay, if we can get under them, you know, emotionally, we can make them vote.
They'll they won't even listen to the issues.
But the great thing that happened uh on uh Hillary Clinton's uh campaign is the FBI, because now it gives Donald Trump and everybody an opportunity to educate not just uh black people, but Hispanic, poor whites, and other people who were probably on the fence, the independent, about what this candidate is bringing.
He's saying, look, I want conservative uh, you know, Supreme Court justices.
I want uh school choice, which is a big problem in the black community.
Black people want, you know, there are people who are actually putting down the wrong address, lying about their address so that their children can go to good school.
All I want, uh you know, we listen.
If you believe uh because I have a lot of pastors here, I can talk this way.
If you believe as I do, that every man, woman, and child was created by the same God.
And I'm a Christian.
If you believe that, then you've gotta believe that God has put into every human soul talent and ability.
Some people have a big mouth like me.
Other people, you know, are really good at research like Linda and and really aggressive and booking people, really aggressive.
I mean, very aggressive.
Uh other people, you know, have you know, uh, you know, like Pastor Scott and Pastor Jeffers, you know, they were given the power of the pulpit to preach to people to enlighten them and to bring them to their better selves.
Yes.
So if we believe that we have so betrayed kids, especially in inner cities, by but they start out with nine strikes against them because we don't give them the fundamental education in a safe town, a safe neighborhood, a safe community, free of violence, free of drugs, so that whatever talent God gave them, the word education comes from the Latin to bring forth from within.
I learned that in theology, believe it or not.
And that assumes that God put in there their talent.
But if we send them to a school that doesn't bring that talent out of them, if they don't have, you know, role models and leaders that bring that out of them.
Yeah, then we have failed them and we failed our country because all of their greatness is now not brought forth.
But the great thing that Donald Trump is bringing to the table is this.
He's saying, Look, I don't want to leave any child behind.
I don't care whether your mother makes one cent an hour or your mother makes a billion dollars an hour.
I believe that you deserve the chance at an American dream.
And that's what Donald Trump is the message he's sending to the African American community, he's sending it to the Hispanic community, to poor communities across the nation, that the American dream is not just for refugees and illegal aliens, but for America.
He's saying, Look, I want to put America's children.
I want to put Americans first.
And that is something that has not been happening in a long time.
Americans have been sitting on the back seat behind so many other people coming here for the American dream, while Americans are are not getting the American dream.
You know, Donald Trump's presidency is important.
Dr. Jeffers, I feel bad for you.
Um and and somebody like yourself or the president of Liberty University, my friend uh Dr. Falwell, uh Jerry Falwell Jr., and he's come under the same fire as you, but we don't you know, as I remember and throughout history, Winston Churchill, who really saved Western civilization and was, you know, he drank a lot, he smoked a lot, used, you know, salty language a lot.
Kind of reminds me a little of Donald Trump, but he also was sh a strong leader that we now look back and admire.
We're not we're not electing a pastor in chief, are we?
No, we're not.
And look, I remind people in 1980, evangelicals overwhelmingly voted for Ronald Reagan, who was a known womanizer in Hollywood, the first divorced president in history.
The reason we voted for him was not because we were endorsing womanizing or divorce, we endorsed his policies.
And look, Sean, I want to put this with real moral clarity to all of your listeners.
If you saw an elderly woman being assaulted, you had the power to stop that assault, but you walked on by.
You might not be legally culpable, but you would be morally culpable for the assault.
And right now in our society, we have the most defenseless in society, the unborn being assaulted through abortion, religious liberty is being assaulted.
Hillary Clinton has probably said she's gonna continue those assaults.
Donald Trump has said I'm going to stop them for any Christian to allow Hillary Clinton to become president and continue those assaults, that is morally inexcusable.
You know, I want to say to all three of you, I've gotten to know you all, and I admire all of you, uh, you know, tremendously.
You're all great people.
You know, you're all trying to and you're all helping your your towns, your communities, and and all the people you serve to be better people, and I just admire people that do that.
That's not the gift that God gave me.
God gave me a big mouth.
I don't know why, but he did.
Uh anyway, thank you all.
Pastor Scott, I will be coming to your church.
I I will absolutely take you up on your invitation.
We're gonna set it up.
No, I'm definitely into it.
And I appreciate your kind words.
God gave me the big mouth gift too, though.
That's true, actually.
I didn't I think he gave it to all of us.
Uh Brunel, thank you, but you all are touching souls, and here I am, just I don't know what I'm doing.
I'm just trying to save the country from this disaster known as Hillary.
Uh, thank you all for being with us.
We appreciate it.
God bless you all.
You know one thing we haven't done.
Just we haven't been taking a lot of calls.
And I know that we're trying to impart as much information.
I just want to bring this home, though.
One week from today is going to be one of the most important days in this country's future for our country's future.
Um I feel we've done everything we could do to tell you what's at stake here.
I could repeat it now, which I do almost every day, but I won't.
I could tell you about justices and radical Islam and saying it or not, and vetting refugees and getting rid of Obamacare and energy independence and education sent back to municipalities and states and securing the border, balancing the budget, cutting taxes, incentivizing multinational corporations.
I can do all of that.
But I think this audience knows now.
The only thing I would suggest is, and this is just a fact, and I'm not sucking up to all of you, although I really I could I can't do this job without you.
There are a lot of people right now, especially in my business, the media that would prefer I be dead.
They don't like well, dead in the sense that I'm not on the air.
I don't mean dead.
We gotta have an Oliver Darcy alert.
He might call it a conspiracy theory.
Hannity claims media outlets want to kill him.
No, that's not what I meant.
In other words, they want me to shut up.
They don't like me.
They don't like our high writings, they don't like our success.
They don't like the fact that I do what they do, except I'm honest about it.
I we now learn that the media is and has been colluding with the Clintons this entire election, and they're in the tank for them.
CNN, MSNBC, NBC in general, CMBC, ABC, CBS, they're all in the tank for Clinton.
The New York Times, they tried to bring up a tax issue today on Trump.
It's just not worth responding to anymore.
Look, I said at the beginning of this week, by by Sunday, definitely between now that he will either be a drug dealer, a murderer, something horrible, and it's going to be out of context, not true, because the Clintons will stop at nothing to maintain their power.
And right now, there probably is a feeling they've got nothing to lose.
If you've ever heard the term dumping the kitchen sink, it's about to be dumped.
They're gonna come out with something.
So just prepare yourself.
They do it every election.
But you know, I trying to warn all of the country.
I know this audience gets it.
And to finish my thought, I know and understand that most of you get it.
Most of the people that listen to this program get it.
There are persuadable people that listen to this program.
You know, over the course of the last eight years, Linda, how many calls have we taken where we're literally, you know, people say you are right about Obama.
How many calls have we taken in the last eight years?
People saying I had no idea how right you were going to be.
So I would charge all of you with the information that is a cut above the average American citizen.
You're civic minded, you're patriotic.
You care about our future, you care about the debt, the deficit, the economy about radical Islam, about protecting the the borders of this country, about you know, the lifeblood of our economy, energy.
You look at hundred percent increases in your health care costs, you know, education deteriorated.
And this is the time for you to take the information that we try to impart to you every day and persuade your friends.
Persuade your family.
Persuade everybody you know.
Because every effort is gonna be made to stop that you know, this and put the single most corrupt, the single biggest liar, the most self enriching politician that's ever run for the office of presidency in the White House.
And I promise you, based on everything we know, Hillary Clinton is going to be a lame duck president from day one.
And it's not because there's a conspiracy out to hurt her or to prevent her from advancing her agenda.
All of her problems are self-inflicted.
The problem of trying to circumvent the law, circumvent usual practices, and then the cover-up and then the lying and then everything else in between.
She did it for personal enrichment.
It is the single most corrupt pay-to-play scheme ever.
And that seems to be the root cause of the need to circumvent congressional oversight with a private email server to circumvent Freedom of Information Act request through a personal server, and then lying and covering it up and deleting and doing everything else that she did in the actions following.
So if she wins the presidency, I would argue America, we're not going to solve our economic problems.
We're not going to get those Americans out of the labor force back to work.
We're not going to get the budget balanced.
We're not going to get taxes lowered.
We're not going to fix the healthcare system where you're paying $4100 more already than when Obamacare was put in place.
Forget about keep your doctor, keep your plan and save money.
Forget it.
Now you're going to have an increase of 100% in many instances this year.
Every swing state you're impacted by this.
Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Minnesota, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Florida, North Carolina.
You're all impacted.
Virginia, you're all impacted.
Iowa, all impacted.
I wish I was not as right as I was about Obama.
I wish I wasn't.
I wish you could be calling this program right now and telling me what an idiot I was.
He balanced the budget, health care costs are lower, the economy's never been better.
He's he's put an end to radical Islam.
He was uniquely qualified to bring peace in the Middle East, and he did so, and and pulling out of Iraq was smart, and giving the Iranians 150 billion dollars was genius, and and what happened in Benghazi never happened, and you know what difference the uh at this point does it make was never said that the Russians weren't on the move and the Ukraine and Crimea and China's territorial ambitions, etc.
I wish it was all not true.
But it is true.
I uh for those of you inclined to do so, your country is hanging in the balance from my perspective.
Four, eight years of Hillary, I don't know how we survive.
Four years of not dealing with our problems because she's wrapped up in one legal issue after another.
I don't know how we survive.
We've got to begin the business of writing the wrongs and correcting the ship.
And you can argue that Donald Trump could be crass at times, and we didn't like what he said on that stupid tape, and whatever else they dump on him in the days to come, but you can also look at what's going to happen to your country.
We will be paralyzed politically.
Nothing will be accomplished.
We will not advance any policies that will positively impact your cities, your towns, your municipalities, your states.
Nothing is going to get better.
And as a result, things will dramatically worsen.
I hope I'm wrong again.
But I wasn't wrong the last time, was I?
Uh all right, Crazy Tavaris is in Greenville.
Why am I talking to you in Greenville?
You're voting for Hillary.
Insanity.
Are you voting for Hillary?
If you're voting for Hillary, I'm not talking to you.
Because you know what?
After all I did for you, for you not to vote for Trump is just like a slap in my face.
Are you gonna slap are you gonna slap me?
Are you gonna slap me in my face?
And you are a beautiful man for that.
For what?
In the heart area, not in the face region.
All right, in the heart area.
All I want to know is unbeautiful, but wait a minute.
Obama didn't help you in your life.
Sean Hannity did, right?
Sean Hannity sent you to school, and your life is in a better trajectory today, right?
Well, before you fill a bust of me saying that.
Did Obama help you?
Did Obama make North Carolina better for you?
No.
Did Sean Hannity make North Carolina better for you?
Yes.
Who are you voting for?
Sean Hannity made North Carolina a magnificent, beautiful uh World State.
Now, by the way, to your credit, you kept your end of the bargain.
I did.
I say, I'm gonna pay for school, but you gotta suck it up.
You gotta do your job.
You gotta man up, and you did it all.
And you did you excelled at it.
And as we speak, I'm back then and now I'm loading my truck right now.
That's right.
And you're making and you're making how much more money than you used to make.
I'm I'm making I'm making about uh let's say about $17,000 more.
Okay.
Sean Hannity helped you in your life.
Now my next question did Barack Obama's policies help you in any way, shape, or form?
No president ever helped me.
Okay.
There you go.
So no president ever helped me.
So Obama had eight years, and you're gonna vote for Hillary.
I'm never talking to you again.
Can I get to my point, Sean?
If you say you're voting for Hillary, we're done.
Well, listen, I'm gonna I'm gonna tell you at the end of my comment then.
Listen, with this co with this campaign, it's gotten nasty, you know.
And and I'm talking about Clinton Nasty.
We got Vladimir Putin, wiki leaking all over.
By the way, there's no evidence that this is Vladimir Putin and WikiLeaks.
He's he's he's WikiLeaking all over the world.
No, it's that's that's a that's a talking point from Hillary's campaign.
Donald Trump, hold on, Donald Trump is now grasping at wiener because he's loving the fact that Wieners are uh who you voting for?
I need you to answer.
Trump, if you nasty, Mr. Trump, if you're nasty.
Well, I'm I'm I'm I'm voting and I've already voted for Hillary.
All right, goodbye.
It was nice numbers.
I got no, I don't want to hear your reason why, because it's just dumb.
There's no good reason to vote for the single biggest liar, the most corrupt, the most self-enriching person we've ever had.
By the way, the New York Times just put out there are no ties between Russia and Trump.
They looked hard.
Nothing.
Zip nada.
All right, let's go.
800 941.
Sean Shelley, New York, the all new AM 710 W O R. By the way, I'm gonna be on the uh Todd Schnitt and Len Berman morning show tomorrow.
How are you?
Hey, uh Sean, how are you?
I'm good.
All right, I'm a woman for Trump.
Let me just start off with that, and I love you too.
And um, here's what I wanted to say.
So this Donna Brazil, we know that she fed Hillary the questions, right?
Before all the the debates.
Why isn't anybody going after Hillary for having received the questions beforehand?
Hillary cheated, and they know they got she knew where those questions came from.
Has Hillary asked, look, I've known Donna Brazil for years.
Donna Brazil and I actually, when we see each other, we say hello, I say how are you, we get along.
But this is beyond the pale.
You know, imagine if Sean Hannity got questions from uh before a Fox News debate and fed it to a candidate.
You meant can you imagine what my life would be like today?
The outrage.
The outrage.
Hannity cheated.
The candidate cheated, denounce Hannity.
Yeah.
No, exactly.
And you know what?
I would never ask.
It's none of my business.
You know, I was asked by a New York Times reporter.
Well, if you talk to Chris Wallace on how the questions he should have, I'm like, I don't tell Chris Wallace how to do his job.
And by the way, with all due respect to Chris, he doesn't tell me how to do my job.
Right.
You know, well, I still I still think we need to make a bigger fuss about the fact that she, A, we know she's a cheater, but B, she had the questions.
She had the questions I thought.
By the way, if you're a Bernie supporter, how are you feeling today, knowing that she cheated?
Yeah.
How and but and here's one other thing.
You know, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was hired by her.
This is after we found out via WikiLeaks that they were misogynistic, that they were racist in their comments, and that there was also strong anti-Semitism in those leaks.
That's why she got canned on the eve of the convention.
And guess who hired her?
The woman responsible.
Debbie Wasserman Schultz.
Imagine if Trump hired somebody that's racist, sexist, and and somebody that's uh uh uh anti-Semitic.
What would the result be?
Thank goodness for you, Sean, and thank goodness for WikiLeaks.
That's all America can say right now.
Well, listen, it's not a done deal.
I still am five short in my electoral college vote count for Donald Trump.
I am.
He needs, and that's assuming he wins a tight state in North Carolina.
It's assuming he wins Arizona, Nevada.
That's assuming he wins Florida, Ohio, and Iowa.
We're still five short.
That's assuming he still takes Utah with the spoiler out there.
Then he's still got to get another state.
He still needs New Hampshire, New Mexico, Colorado, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
This is not easy.
I'm not Pollyanish here.
I'm hopeful he can do it, but it's really up to all of you.
It really is.
It's in your hands.
And let me tell you one other thing.
Win, lose, or draw.
I can promise you that this movement to fix the country doesn't end based on a president.
It only begins.
Because I think a lot of us now have awakened to just how horrible and corrupt and what a bunch of liars we have in the media and in politics today.
Never thought it was you talk about draining a swamp.
