The Stone Zone | 12-04-25

Ken Matthews on The Stone Zone argues Donald Trump’s 2015 rise exposed "mockingbird media" bias, forcing alternative voices to challenge narratives like election integrity and COVID-19 policies. He cites suppressed truths—JFK, 9/11’s Building 7 collapse, and Jan. 6—while mocking viral sensationalism and criticizing a Massachusetts transgender commission as ideological overreach. Firefighters’ alleged accounts of controlled demolitions on 9/11 and Senator Ron Johnson’s skepticism of official stories reinforce his claim that legacy media prioritizes persuasion over truth, leaving talk radio and unfiltered platforms as the last bastions of transparency. My name is Ken Matthews.
Always a pleasure to be guest hosting for Roger in the Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks and 77WABC New York.
Here's the phone number.
It's 800-848-9222, 800-848-9222.
I am seeing this massive shift in awareness of the population.
I took a survey.
I went out on the street.
I spoke to three people.
I have the data I need to be called a scientist now.
But all kidding aside, there has been an awakening.
I think the awakening started probably a decade ago.
I think the awakening started when President Donald Trump, my favorite bull in a china shop, came into the political arena and started banging things around and breaking things and saying things and calling people out and dropping hints and names.
And I think it just gathered momentum.
I think a lot of people, especially in the news media, said, you know, if Donald Trump is calling him so-and-so or talking about this or talking about that, maybe we can poke around in there.
I think that's one thing that happened.
And that was the alternative media.
I think the alternative media, alt media, truth seekers, citizen journalists, podcasters, YouTubers, a lot of us came from the MAGA movement or we started in the Tea Party movement.
I was one of those people.
I started on air and doing radio for many, many years.
And then I was in radio in major places, including filling in for people actually in New York and during President Donald Trump's ascension into political superstatus.
And one thing I love about him triggering the media is it reminds us that the news media, the legacy news media, we're talking mass media, corporate media, mockingbird media.
I know many of you in Mr. Stone's audience are familiar with these terms.
You know, these are the people.
These are the platforms that gave us the narratives and the talking points and the brainwashing and the predictive programming and the conditioning.
All of it.
All of it.
That's where it comes from.
And Roger would know because one of the greatest mass media hoaxes, one of the greatest examples of mockingbird media was the JFK assassination.
Now we are seeing the exact copy of that with Charlie Kirk.
We are seeing fake narratives.
We're seeing people that are trying to investigate getting attacked.
We're seeing entire organizations, law enforcement communities, schools, a lot of politicians, a lot of politicos, a lot of donors and fundraisers and others attack anyone that challenges the narrative.
And that's, you know, media's job should be to attack people who are doing wrong or who are abusing or lying to the American people.
The job of news media.
Do you remember all that rubbish that we heard, especially during Corn Pop's reign, President Corn Pop, the drooler, Joe Biden?
Remember all the rubbish about, well, we're the fourth estate.
I mean, without us, remember?
Because Trump called them out.
And rightly so, there were people that needed calling out because our entire country at one time or another, I was guilty of it as well.
And there's really nothing to feel bad about.
If you were at a point in your life, in your political development, where you actually believed the news and the newspaper and the radio broadcaster.
I mean, if you actually just unconditionally said, well, I heard it on CBS News, I guess it's true.
Don't feel bad.
There's nothing to feel guilty about because there was a time when the men and women in mainstream media earned our respect, allegiance, and our trust.
They have squandered it all.
And it happened.
It was happening gradually, but it really accelerated starting in 2015 when everybody poked fun at President Trump in 2015, except me.
I endorsed him in July of 2015, one of the first in Pennsylvania to do so.
But anyway, the mainstream mocked them and they tried to build up some of the other 16 candidates.
Remember all that?
Okay.
That's when it started to erode because once President Trump became a real threat politically, the fall of 2015, when internal polls started to leak out of the smartest woman in the world's campaign.
You may remember her.
She's the one that has, you know, she has Bill Clinton's you know what in a lockbox.
But Hillary, I think her name is.
Is it Hillary?
Yeah.
So Hillary got wind that President Donald Trump in the fall of 2015 was actually polling quite well with black men, black women, and white women.
Yikes.
Uh-oh.
I mean, that's like, is that not the bread and butter of the Democrat Party?
And that could have been a fascinating, exciting time for the news media to earn credibility.
But instead, there was panic.
And starting in 2016 and right through Russia Gate and this gate and that impeachment and this fake thing and that fake thing and the false flag of Jan 6 and what I believe is a stolen election that came down the road.
All of that was an opportunity for the mainstream news media, the corporate legacy media, the people that we grew up with, the people that say, tonight, the full story on the news.
And then you tune in, you go, well, that's bull crap.
That's when they started to lose their credibility.
And now mainstream media is a punchline.
An MSNBC panel is a joke.
It's something that you would make fun of on an SNL sketch or some type of comedy routine or satire online.
Because we now realize that most of the people in that corporate machine owned by just a handful of companies are just acting.
They're playing a role.
They're playing a part.
And that's their job.
Their job is not to inform you.
The job is to convince you, persuade you, control you, and if necessary, shame you, guilt you, or target you in a way where you're the bad guy.
If you challenge a vaccine, if you challenge an election, if you challenge a Charlie Kirk assassination, which the story coming out of Turning Point USA is almost ridiculous.
It's almost laughable at this point.
And the more the news media tries to push back, the better it is for alt media, talk radio, truth seekers, podcasters, and YouTubers, because they still haven't figured out good morning, America, and the rest of them haven't figured it out.
You've misread the room for almost a decade, and it's caught up with you.
It's caught up with you from the Middle East to the border to illegal immigration to Somalians that rip off for billions of dollars.
I mean, that whole illegal foreign national thing, that's been going on for decades.
I mean, they were going after hotels in New York for decades.
Quick, funny story.
I remember the one time I had my credit card, I guess it was, I guess they stole it or they took a, there was someone at the hotel I was staying at.
I'm not going to mention that hotel, obviously.
It's a very nice place.
And someone there was part of a ring.
And the ring was out of the country, but they had a few people in New York and they would copy all the cards.
And that's how they would get a lot of their money.
And it was very easy to do at the time.
Now security is a little better now, etc.
But this whole illegal foreign nationals coming in and taking advantage of our country and being criminals, it's nothing new.
And the media is still kicking and screaming, even when they see the results of good policing, even when they see the results of ICE doing its job.
Is there occasional overreach?
Of course there is.
You'll find that anywhere.
But I would flip it back around and say, again, the question I've always asked, how many illegal foreign nationals are we allowed?
How many do you want in your yard, in your house, in your car, in your bank?
Illegal foreign nationals, many of whom are criminals.
So again, we've had all these inflection points where the national news media, the legacy news media, the people that we used to believe, and now we just laugh at them when they cover an election or something, we laugh at them.
You know, I saw Don Lemanon talking with Ben Shapiro online at some whatever.
It was, I thought it was a sketch.
I thought it was satire.
The credibility, they're losing credibility.
And so this is the perfect time to tell the truth.
So I invite people, fellow people in podcasting and especially talk radio, and talk radio has always led in the truth.
I mean, since Rush Limbaugh pretty much brought it back to life in the late 80s, and now it's happening in New York on WABC.
Credibility Crisis in Talk Radio 00:05:01
Talk radio is iconic now because you're getting opinion, you're getting truth, you're getting, there's not a script.
It's not the same person on across the world agreeing with another person in some other part of the world just for the point to agree.
So what we have now is an opportunity to ask questions that have never been asked.
The media has never had the courage to ask it.
And there is an awakening among people in this country and they're seeing it.
And I guess my question is, are you seeing it?
Are you feeling it?
Are you in that position where you have pretty much stopped listening to the majority of people that you trusted a decade ago because they've been so wrong so often?

The phone number is 800-848-9222.
My name is Ken Matthews, and you can follow me or troll me on Twitter at Ken Matthews.
I'm also on Truth Social.
If you really want to troll me, I would prefer Facebook.
That's where a lot of the trolls live.
But you can also get cool selfies of people at the beach and chicks with their girlfriends and stuff.
Hey, how's it going?
I just turned 40.
I'm at the beach.
So, I mean, there's something for everyone on social media.
Is there not?
It is the stone zone on the Red Apple Audio Networks.
Always fun to be in for Roger.
This is a great audience.
Once again, the number is 800-848-9222.
And speaking of social media, I'm not going to mention this guy's name.
He's gotten enough attention.
I don't get a lot of clicks because I'm not really hot in a two-piece.
Plus, I don't really go out on the limb to create controversial clicks.
I'm talking about in the news and information click sector.
There's a lot of good people in social media, talented people that get, I mean, singers and dancers and fixer-upper guys and fishermen.
There's just a lot of truly, and I'm being serious, there's a lot of good content online.
But some people just go online just to shock you.
And I don't know why.
But anyway, so a social media influencer, I don't know if you saw this story, handed out machetes and alcohol to homeless people in Austin, Texas, and New Orleans.
And then he posted the video on Thanksgiving with the caption, keeping the homeless in the streets safe.
And he has over 14 million views.
There you go.
I post like a great photograph or a very pithy comment.
I get about three views.
But see, you know what I mean?
It's just that, again, maybe if I handed out machetes, I don't know.
Or, you know, maybe if I had nudity, I'm not going to do nudity either.
Not just at my age.
I'm not going to, you know, there's a lot of people that put stuff like that on social media and then they put a thumbnail and there's something in there and you open it.
Boom, they got you.
14 million views.
This is what the guy did.
And I saw the video.
He handed out machetes and alcohol to homeless people in Austin and New Orleans.
So the first thing I would say is he was they were his punchline, which I despise.
You know, I don't mind if you're out doing shtick with college kids and things like that.
But I think the homeless have enough to deal with without some asshat giving them a lethal weapon and more booze when he could have just went out and bought them hot chocolate, hot coffee, a great meal.
Why Senators Are Suspicous 00:15:38
You know what I mean?
And then he gave deadly weapons to a bunch of people.
He armed a bunch of people that later in the day will be drunk.
And God forbid someone dies because of this fool.
But he got the views, didn't he?
We'll be right back in the Stone Zone.
The Stone Zone.
Entertaining and informative.
On the Red Apple Podcast Network.
It's nice to see you tonight.
It is Friday Eve.
I'm very excited.
The weekend is coming up.
800-848-9222.
My name is Ken Matthews.
Please follow me on Twitter.
It helps the algae rhythm.
I think that's what the tech guys call it, the algae rhythms on Twitter and Truth Social.
Again, you can also troll me too.
That also gets some action on the algorithms.
You can troll me on Facebook as well.
There was just an announcement.
I don't know if you saw this, but Christine Ohm just announced that they're going to ban now over 30 countries.
Yes, there's going to be over 30 countries.
Whether it includes France, I don't know, but there are moments where Frenchmen rub me the wrong way.
I don't know what your thought is.
I was going to do a poll like what country would you like banned, but I thought that would be a bit divisive.
So you can just think it to yourself or talk about it at work.
If you could ban any 30 countries, what would they be?
I'm sure there's people that don't even know or probably say 30 countries.
How can there even be that many?
Well, there's 193 members of the UN, and then there's two.
So there's a total of 195 sovereign countries totally.
And of course, the Vatican counts as one as well.
I wouldn't argue with the Pope about that one.
So 195 countries, we're going to ban 30.
Gosh, my math is terrible.
You know, during the commercial break, I tried to figure out this percentage exactly without a calculator.
And this is the problem.
You see, even the baby boomers are getting dumbed down by having everything at your fingertips.
But it's a chunk.
Let me put it that way.
That would be the terminology we'd use in math class.
There's a chunk of it.
So that would leave a remaining 165.
You know, it might be fun just to ban every country on earth for like a month just to see what happens.
Again, I'm just throwing out ideas.
You know, I just want to bring people together.
Anyway, but seriously, 30 countries, I'll be interested to see when the list comes out.
I'm sure it's countries that are heavy on cartel involvement, terrorist involvement, countries that are a direct threat, etc.
So let me shift gears to back where we were at the top of the show when I was talking about, are you more awake now?
You and people you know, and do you believe that Americans are more awake?
I have this theory that if we don't become more awake, which I do believe we are now, it'll be next to impossible to save the Republic.
We have to break out of this programming and this predictive whatever we're in.
We need to break out of it because now is the perfect opportunity because there's so many things shaking up our government.
And some are good, some are bad, but we have to break out of believing what we're being told all the time.
And one of the greatest examples of that is, and I only bring this example up because Senator Ron Johnson just admitted he was unaware of Tower 7 until many years later.
And he went on to say that most Americans didn't even know that there was a third tower that collapsed.
And most people didn't know that a lot of the 9-11 report.
Well, he didn't say this.
This is what I'm saying because I've researched this for many years.
And see, there are many of us that have.
And I kind of, I don't know.
I was a little frustrated that it took Tucker Carlson to come out and do something on 9-11 and all the BS we've been fed about it for people to go, what?
What?
Because people have known about this for years.
Firefighters, investigators, architects, pilots, millions of Americans, and of course, the families.
And next year is going to be obviously the 25th anniversary of it.
So I do want to play this soundbite of Senator Johnson.
And it's interesting because I used to talk about this on my radio shows from time to time because I'm fascinated by history.
I'm fascinated by changed history, manipulated history.
I love who done it.
And I do believe very little happens coincidentally.
I know we're supposed to believe that.
We're always supposed to believe.
I forget what that theory is called when they say it's usually the simplest thing.
I mean, don't try to make a conspiracy of it.
But unfortunately, so much of what happens in history is so big and it has such an impact on millions of people.
I think it's a little more than a coincidence when certain things happen.
So when Senator Ron Johnson said, when I'm about to play you, I was like, whoa, I got to share this with people because when I say it, or maybe when you say it at the picnic or something, they go, oh, here we go.
This guy's crazy.
Now we have senators doing it.
But we've always had people in our government that have been concerned about the truth.
But the liars and the cover-uppers just keep them from sharing it.
And Ron Johnson was very, very open and active exposing the COVID scam as well.
So let's see where this goes.
If anybody's either going to, if someone's going to mention it tomorrow, which when I say someone's going to mention it, I mean mainstream news.
I mean, if a video of a senator was talking about this, you would think that if this was circulating, you would think that they would be on all the major news networks, right?
Because it's a pretty big deal.
It's not like, hey, Alex Jones said this.
No, this is a senator.
But I mean, there are so many legitimate questions here that I don't mind asking.
And it will start, it starts with Building 7.
Yeah, I had never heard of it.
First of all, we're describing why is it so why is it so difficult to talk about these things?
I mean, why are these legitimate questions just quashed?
It's because there's something there.
Wow.
Finally, to every single 9-11 investigator, didn't that sound good?
Just to hear someone with that level of profile talking the truth.
And the families know it.
The families know it.
And the 9-11 report is, it is as ridiculous as the Warren report.
And if you've read both, which I have, it's the same technique.
And this is the same technique we saw with Jan 6, with the pipe bomber.
It's the same technique.
We're going to put out a narrative within a week, within a day, within a month.
We're going to stick to it.
If anybody questions it, they will be isolated, shamed, humiliated, embarrassed, and unfortunately, depending on what country you're in, shot in the throat.
Okay, there's something that has not been explained.
But we're also getting creamed in the comments section.
It's like, how could you guys not know about this?
Again, I wasn't a 9-11.
But it's because it's been suppressed.
Thank you.
Thank you, Senator.
A sitting U.S. senator that actually has credibility, ethics, morals, and dignity.
Okay.
Not that those of us that investigate this for the last 20 years don't have it.
But I remember learning about this.
I was in the fire academy in 2008, and we had a special facility at the fire academy in Pennsylvania.
And two of the people that were retraining, one of them was on scene from 9-11.
And the conversations were incredible.
Plus, I was in awe because he was a, you know, he was FDNY, which if you're a firefighter anywhere, like if I was in a very small township in Pennsylvania for a couple of years, and it was very exciting.
And then you meet someone that's a firefighter in New York.
You're like, oh, my gosh, this is big time.
That's like meeting your favorite celebrity because that's like the creme de la creme right there.
That's the best firefighting, just like I think they're the best police department as well.
I still believe that.
And even then, I said, hey, can I ask you a question without you being offended?
And we started talking about it.
And then pretty soon he was retraining on fighting train fires and aircraft fires.
And that was like beyond my skill level.
So I only saw him during breaks and stuff.
But he told me a lot of stuff that was covered up.
And so have news people.
And a lot of people in America know this now.
And the families know it.
And to see, I mean, this is not some senator that retired, you know, 30 years ago and he's out in the woods fishing in his cabin and he's saying, you know what I thought?
No, this is a guy.
He's in his office and he's bringing up what's called, and this shocks a lot of people in Washington and in the media.
He's bringing up the truth.
And that's what I meant about Americans are waking up.
We're waking up about how you count elections, about what's in vaccines, about why all the lies about a day that changed history for the entire world.
What's with all the lying?
And that in and of itself is suspicious.
It is.
I mean, like most of America had never heard of World Trade Center 7.
We know the Twin Towers, but you mean another 40-foot-tall building collapsed and a BBC reporter's on the air talking about how it collapsed, but it's still standing over her left shoulder.
See, what he's sharing with you now, you may be hearing for the first time, but that news is 20 years old.
Those of us that started to investigate this, and I became awake to it in 2008, I was actually running a mayoral campaign in Pennsylvania as a campaign manager.
And one of the people working on the campaign was fresh back from Middle East fighting, combat vet.
And we were driving back from Philadelphia one night and he we started talking about this in the car and I mentioned 9-11 and he said, oh, dude, don't even get me started.
I go, what do you mean?
Don't get you started.
And then he had a small business and in the back of his business, he had an office and he had all this documentation and research and video.
And I was hooked.
So in 2008, I would say that was my official awakening to, oh my God, these people lie like there's no tomorrow.
It's just lie after lie after lie.
But the in the mainstream media, legacy media, they won't touch it now.
And it's so funny because some of the legacy media that we're familiar with, they were all over it the first few days because I have all the video.
So does every other 9-11 researcher.
I've had pilots on my show and architects and firefighters are my favorite because they just get it.
They don't have any political agenda.
You know, they'll say, yeah, there were bombs there.
There was this there.
This didn't happen.
That wasn't the right way.
You know, they'll just tell you.
And then slowly but surely, the narrative gets carved into place, whether it's Charlie Kirk, the recent one, or Jam 6, the narrative gets carved into place and then everybody repeats it.
And I think that's what America's done with.
And you look at the video of it and you got, you know, have kind of one view.
It sure looks like a controlled demolition.
You got somebody expert in controlled demolition saying, you know, interviewed years later going, well, it's controlled demolition, right?
No, that building collapsed on November or on September 11th.
So again, there are so many unfortunately explosions, didn't they?
Oh, yeah.
I mean, that was Graham McQueen.
Before he died, he was doggedly looking for every bit of evidence.
And he found something like 150 some documented recordings of first responders, reporters that morning of 9-11 saying they heard explosions.
There are hundreds of pieces of testimony and video that never made it into the report.
Numerous firefighters and one police officer I know personally had incredible testimony and contacted the 9-11 Commission and they never were called back.
They called him up and said, you're not going to believe what I saw in the lobby of building one.
And nobody cared because the narrative gets put out.
And that's exactly what's happening with Charlie Kirk right now.
This lame-brain narrative of some goober, one shot, one kill, no proof, ballistics are wrong.
And now entire organizations are going after anybody pursuing the truth.
So that's what I love about talk radio because we can have this discussion.
And I'm still alive.
Knock on wood.

You can follow me on Twitter and Truth Social at Ken Matthews, Matthews with two Ts.
Feel free to troll me.
People enjoy that.
I like it too from time to time, if you'd like to.
I'm just noticing how, you know, no matter how you expose the left, they just double down.
Double DownAbility 00:04:14
They have that ability to double down.
I just wish, you know, those of us that are pursuing the truth, many of us on the right, I'm presuming you're leaning right if you tune into Mr. Stone Show and you pursue the truth.
I just wish we could double down on the truth the way the left doubles down on the propaganda.
Massachusetts Democrats are proposing another transgender commission to push gender ideology throughout the state.
A bill introduced by Democrat lawmakers in Massachusetts creates a commission of, okay, here's the commission, everybody.
The commission's made up of transgender persons and activists to ensure the LGBT agenda is carried out in all sectors of public life.
Let that sink in for a second.
That, you know, that ability to keep saying, you know, if we just got people to accept gay people, if we just, gosh, if gay people just had an opportunity.
They keep saying it with a straight face.
You know, it's like, do you remember part of Hillary Clinton's campaign was, you know, finally women have a chance to vote.
You got to get out and vote.
You know, vote for Hillary Clinton because she's not a man kind of thing, right?
And I used to make jokes about it all the time and say, you know, I hope Hillary gets elected.
So, you know, if you're a woman, you'll be able to drive a car.
You can own a business.
You'll be able to actually vote only during the day.
You won't be able to vote after dark, but you can vote during the day.
I mean, it's just, they're very comfortable with this.
And here is what it's called.
I'm reading it.
An act establishing a commission on the status of transgender people.
It states the goal is the improvement of the status of transgender people in society.
And my question would be, what else can we do?
most mainstream outlets, most government agencies, and corporate entities that don't have the courage to say, excuse me, sir, you're a sir, although I do like that dress.
You see, they don't, they're playing along with it.
I mean, you've got basically the LGBTQ movement, the transgender movement, actually, because I like to make sure It's important people know they're separate.
I know they can bind them and I feel terrible because everybody hijacks someone else's movement.
You know, it's like I think the gay rights movement kind of hijacked the civil rights movement, the civil rights movement, you know, how it all started and where it ended up and how it should have progressed and has and should continue progressing, right?
And then the gay rights movement, which I don't know anybody that was against that because I couldn't care less what your sexual preference is, as long as you're not in a classroom.
That's all I ask.
I think whatever you're into as an adult, just keep it away from people under 18.
That's all we ask.
I don't think that's a big ask, really.
And don't penalize me, Bruce Jenner, if I still have refused to call you whatever chick name you have because I know you as Bruce Jenner.
So I don't know how much more accommodation we can do here.
I mean, we've played this game.
We've put men that look like women on top of women's list, you know, that on different magazines.
We put men that are pretending to be women on the top, you know, CEOs, top female CEOs.
And we've done such a disservice.
Again, I don't know how much more we can do.
What are you going to do in Massachusetts?
Are we just going to ban the word man?
24 Patients in Hospitals 00:01:40
Look what we did to sports.

Across every state and every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense, protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones.
No matter where you live, hospital care doesn't clock out.
They're there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Each year, America's over 5,000 hospitals care for millions of patients, providing 24-7 emergency care, delivering babies, cancer treatments, and other life-saving care that patients rely on.
Behind every one of those patients are doctors, nurses, and caregivers working tirelessly to keep people healthy and safe.
Hospitals are our community's lifelines.
They employ our neighbors and keep our families healthy.
But now, some in Congress are threatening access to care.
Tell Congress, protect patient care to keep America strong.
