So new information is emerging about the NBA cheating and illegal gambling scandal that broke yesterday with one current NBA player and another current NBA coach getting federally indicted.
Additionally, 30 others were arrested in the federal probe.
One of those individuals is closely connected to the China-owned king of woke athletes himself, none other than LeBron James.
Damon Jones, a former NBA player who played with LeBron and then worked closely with LeBron on the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2023 season, reportedly, according to the government, exploited his connections with LeBron to feed insider information to gamblers.
Jones gave a tip about an injury to LeBron, who then gave it to gamblers before it hit the public, according to the indictment, and then urged them to make a large bet on the action.
Jones allegedly texted, get a big bet on Milwaukee tonight before this information is out to his crooked associates in an attempt to make money off of LeBron's injury.
It should come as no surprise that LeBron is close to these shysters considering his familiarity with the Chinese communist government as well as his woke political activities.
LeBron is the definition of a pawn, I think, being led around by others in his orbit because he's, well, he's not smart enough to think for himself.
That's why he cannot get past page 15 of the books he claims to have read in the locker room.
It's unfortunate that somebody with such incredible athletic gifts wastes his time as a pawn for those who would hurt America.
In the meantime, New York Attorney General Leticia James, who has prosecuted New Yorkers for the exact same crime that she stands charged with, has pled not guilty to charges of felony bank fraud and making false statements to a financial institution.
I thought no one was above the law.
Again, James has actually charged New Yorkers with those exact crimes in almost identical circumstances.
That trial will begin on January 26th of next year.
Prosecutors believe that James committed mortgage fraud when she lied to a bank about a property that she acquired in Norfolk, Virginia, and that she claimed that was her home and her principal legal residence, but it was instead an investment property.
This allowed her to fraudulently pocket $18,933, which means the claims by the lawfair.com website that she only made $800 was wrong, and she would otherwise have been forced to pay that same amount in taxes.
James spoke following her hearing, saying this is all about us and our justice system, which has been weaponized, a justice system.
Well, let's listen to James herself.

But this is not about me.
This is about all of us.
And about a justice system which has been weaponized.
A justice system which has been used as a tool of revenge and a weapon against those individuals who simply did their job and who stood up for the rule of law.
Pardon me if I feel knee-deep in hypocrisy.
That was Letitia James.
Now, she indicted Donald Trump in New York State under a law in which no person has ever previously been charged, claiming that he had inflated the value of his assets that he used as collateral to obtain commercial real estate loans.
The problem with that narrative is, other than the fact that no one had ever been charged under that law, so it was clearly a case of selective and politically motivated prosecution, proven by the fact that Letitia James ran for Attorney General, saying that if she was elected, she would, quote, get, close quote, Donald Trump.
That was before she had any evidence of wrongdoing on his part.
And as I point out, Letitia James, as the New York Attorney General, has actually charged and convicted people for the exact same mortgage and bank fraud crimes that she herself stands charged with.
Now, this case will be overseen by U.S. District Judge Jamar Walker, a Biden appointee, who upon appointment became the first openly gay judge in Virginia history.
It remains to be seen whether he'll be impartial or he'll feel the need to protect Letitia James.
When I was charged in the District of Columbia, the judge specifically gagged me.
I was not entitled to defend myself in any forum whatsoever, not radio, not television, not cable, not social media, not online.
I also was specifically prohibited from arguing that I had been selectively prosecuted, and I was prohibited from having my lawyers argue that there was a political motivation in the charges against me.
Will the judge hold Letitia James to the same standard?
Somehow I doubt it.
But if she does not go down on this particular charge, in my opinion, it will because of the jurisdiction.
The Eastern District of Virginia, which is right outside Washington, D.C., is among the most liberal jurisdictions in the country.
That is demonstrated by the judge this has been assigned to, and it's more likely than not that the jury will be overwhelmingly made up of, well, liberal Democrats.
It's interesting in jury selection when you find these virulent Trump-hating Democrats, but the judge asks them, so you hate Donald Trump and you think he should be removed, but can you be impartial in this matter against someone who tried to put Trump in prison?
And of course, they always say yes.
It is really a broken system, just as the grand jury system, in my opinion, is a broken system.
A grand jury proceeding is a one-sided proceeding in which prosecutors put out evidence for grand jurors, and the grand jurors are allowed to ask questions, but the accused is never invited to give a presentation on their own behalf.
If she doesn't go down on this charge, I think there'll be plenty more she can be charged with in the future because there is widespread campaign finance fraud.
That is demonstrated by the ongoing work of interviewing individual donors who gave to her campaign for Attorney General through Act Blue.
When a group in upstate Buffalo, a nonprofit that leaned right, started doing door-to-door canvassing of her donors.
Letitia James actually used her authority as Attorney General to issue a cease and desist order.
In other words, she doesn't think citizens have a right to ask questions about how she financed her campaign.
What she did to Donald Trump as New York Attorney General was an extraordinarily strange occurrence.
She attempted to manipulate that election.
This was all meant to throw President Trump off the ballot.
That's why she initiated the law affair against him.
She admitted what charges couldn't she be indicted for?
It's a better question.
The Democrats must be made to feel the same pain through the process that they made Republicans feel.
But the idea that this is weaponization, that there is no crime here, well, that's categorically false.
There seems to be a controversy regarding Congressman Adam Schiff.
I've reviewed those documents because they're all a matter of public record.
Adam Schiff claimed that his condominium in Burbank and his home in suburban Maryland were both his principal legal residence, receiving a tax break in California.
Although he has a family of five, including his wife and children, the condominium in Burbank has but one bedroom.
Seems to be just for the purposes of registering to vote and being eligible, therefore, to run for the House and the Senate.
But if his principal residence is in the state of Maryland, how can he be a member of Congress from the state of California?
Again, the Democrats claim that this is all about weaponization, revenge, and retribution.
Ask us to have collective amnesia.
They are the ones who weaponize the criminal justice system.
They not only tried to tie Donald Trump up in a completely fabricated narrative of Russian collusion, claiming, as we now know falsely, that Donald Trump had only been elected to the presidency with the assistance of Russian intelligence, a now completely and totally discredited lie.
Then they manufactured two phony impeachments against him.
The second impeachment involving Ukraine turns out to have been actually designed not to just take down Donald Trump, but to protect Joe Biden.
Only weeks ago, we learned of a CIA report that confirmed that Biden had threatened the president of Ukraine with withholding $1 billion in U.S. funds unless he fired the prosecutor who was investigating his son, Hunter Biden, and his involvement with Burisma, the Ukrainian energy company.
So I don't think this is about revenge and retribution.
this think this is about accountability and justice, whether it is the Russian collusion fraud, whether it is the fraud that surrounds the two impeachments, whether it is the coordinated tsunami of lawfare led by special counsel Jack Smith, who we now know spied on at least eight members of the U.S. Senate in his investigation.
That's very highly unconstitutional, violates the separation of powers.
But also inventing the idea that if you question the outcome of an election, if you simply expressed your First Amendment right and thought that the fact that the counting stopped at 3 a.m. in at least five states and in all three of the all of five of them, suddenly out of nowhere, 300 paper ballots, allegedly mail-in ballots, many of which had never been folded and therefore never actually been mailed, popped up out of nowhere.
Well, if you question all that, that's a crime for which you can be charged.
Seems pretty absurd to me.
Meanwhile, former Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, remember her, Betelgeuse, she said she was working for a nonprofit called the ICE Accountability Project, which is actually working to unmask federal agents, doxing their identities in order to put them at risk.
This leaves them open to violent reprisals from crazed Antifa leftists.
Lightfoot said, we want to create a centralized archive of all the purported criminal actions of ICE and CBP agents.
We want to create a portal.
That's where, that's what's happening real time, could be centralized and put out for the public to view.
They are on a public property out in the open.
We have to be absolutely clear under our Constitution that know to document what's happening.
Lightfoot's idea is similar to what the House Judiciary Committee announced earlier in the week when they said they would put an ICE tracker tool on their website.
These are Democrats.
The ICE Block app is a similar idea to put the target on ICE agents' heads.
These are law enforcement officers of the U.S. government carrying out their constitutionally guaranteed duties.
But they're now being used by far-left domestic terrorists in places like Dallas to shoot and endanger ICE agents, ultimately resulting in the deaths of two people in that state.
So it's become clear that the whole Democrat Party is in league with this left-wing domestic terrorist network.
They are sadly one and the same.
They support the violent work that Antrifa is doing on the ground to harm law enforcement.
Letitia James has set up such a portal in the state of New York, asking people to report federal agents who are merely doing their job.
The federal courts have upheld Donald Trump's authority to deport dangerous illegal immigrants who are in this country illegally and pose a danger to the American public.
This is more proof that the old Democratic Party of John Kennedy and Harry Truman no longer exists and that a clique of radical Marxists have taken over the Democrat Party of today.

The company CEO has announced OnlyFans, pardon me, the OnlyFans CEO, Kylie Blair, said there are not that many tech companies can talk about creating wealth for others, others rather than just profiteering, essentially.
For us as a company, this makes us very proud.
According to documentarian Rock Jacobs, who profiled how OnlyFans is becoming massively popular for young women on college campuses, OnlyFans is raking in more money than Google, Intel, and the NBA.
There are now university seminars that teach 18 and 19-year-old women how to get an OnlyFans account started, teaching that is liberating to become a digital prostitute and to sell their bodies for cash.
Services such as OnlyFans have become frighteningly mainstream in recent years as young people are increasingly glued to their phones.
Now, as a libertarian and one who believes in free speech, the whole thing is troubling.
Nobody, of course, is conscripting or forcing women who are over 18 from making their own decisions.
On the other hand, I do think that children have to be protected very strictly from this content.
You really wonder whether some of these women have detached themselves from reality and retreated it into the digital world.
Community and social activities have atrophied in the country, aided by the COVID-19 pandemic's lasting effects on our society.
This results in anxiety, depression, and sometimes even addiction to pornography among young people.
OnlyFans is a cultural phenomenon that I think probably feeds on the worst of humanity and makes the situation incomprehensible worse by its mere existence, but that's just an opinion.
If you're an adult, you have the right to do as you choose.
I'm a strong believer in the First Amendment and I'm a free speech absolutist.
I'm opposed to banning these sites unless, of course, they include child abuse or violent exploitation.
And of course, I'm deeply concerned about the subversion of our moral values.
But as a libertarian, I believe in free speech and adults making their own choice.
Meanwhile, in what is a massive loss for the Michigan governor and future Democrat presidential candidate Gretchen Whitmer, the people of Michigan have successfully repelled a Chinese-owned battery plant that represents the economic dominance of the Chinese communists coming back into the rural backyards of America.

As I said, in what has been a massive loss for Michigan governor and definitely a future Democrat presidential candidate, Gretchen Whitmer.
You remember her, the FBI contrived a kidnap plot against her, which everybody who's examined can see through.
The people of Michigan have now successfully repelled a Chinese-owned battery plant that represented the economic domination of the Chinese communists in the backyards of rural America.
State officials told Michigan lawmakers yesterday that Goshen, the company in question, which has deep ties to the Chinese Communist Party and was building an electronic battery plant in Michigan, has breached its economic development contract and that the deal negotiated behind closed doors with Governor Whitmer a couple years ago is effectively null and void.
So the people have won.
Governor Whitmer gave a $715 special crony tax break to Goshen, that's $715 million, pardon me, to Goshen, so they could set up shop and facilitate Chinese economic dominance under the guise of job creation.
Whitner claimed that Goshen's plant would create 2,300 good-paying jobs for Michiganders, but who knows how many foreigners from China they would attempt to ship in and take those jobs, predictably.
Goshen blamed racism and ethnically charged stereotypes because their project fizzled when it came down to actually looking at the numbers.
What really happened was the little guy standing up to big government and foreign interlopers and getting a win for national sovereignty, the people decided to put America first.
Meanwhile, Illinois Governor J.B. Pritzker, yet another would-be Democrat presidential candidate, humiliated himself thoroughly during an appearance on Fox News when he actually denied that Chicago's murder rate only was extraordinarily high, I think number one in the country, only to immediately be confronted with the facts, which proved that he was lying.
Pritzker attempted to spin that the murder rate had dropped in recent years, probably due to a lack of crime reporting under notoriously corrupt, far-left, and openly anti-white racist mayor Brandon Johnson.
But ultimately, he could not deny that Chicago is number one in the country when it comes to murders.
Let's listen to Governor J.B. Pritzker.
Why does Chicago have the highest murder rate of all the big cities?
Well, we are not in the top 30 in terms of our murder rate.
Indeed, our murder rate has been cut in half over the last four years, and every year it's gone down by double digits.
And if you look at all of the violent crime over the last four years, they've all gone down to U.S. cities, 17.47 per 100,000 population.
Chicago is number one over Philadelphia, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Phoenix, Los Angeles, New York, and San Diego.
What I'm explaining to you is not violent crime.
Look, you can pull statistics up.
These are murders.
I'm explaining to you that our murder rate has been cut in half.
And very importantly, Brett, and you got to hear this, very importantly, we've been doing the things that are necessary to bring crime down, right?
We've invested in community violence interruption.
We've invested in police.
Right there, you heard it yourself.
J.B. Pritzker, this is a man who's among the wealthiest people in the country, a billionaire.
He used that billion to purchase himself the governorship.
Then, because he didn't like having neighbors too close, he bought the mansion next door to his mansion in the Chicago suburbs.
But then he tore all of the toilets out of that home in order to get an enormous tax break.
So he basically cheated on his property taxes.
This is a guy who wants to be president of the United States.
I think Pritzker has exposed himself here as a hack when going head to head against Donald Trump or the Republican nominee, should he be nominated for president.
I think he would get very badly embarrassed, in fact, defeated.
He's been forced to defend Chicago as the murders continue and innocent people are being put in danger.
They have to suggest the situations is fine, defend the status quo of mayhem in a vainglorious attempt to stand up to President Trump because it helps position him as a Democrat candidate for president.
Actually, he, in many ways, is the perfect foil to President Trump as the rotund, relatively sloven and arrogant elitist who stands in the way of cleaning up the cities who will continue to stick his bulbous foot in his mouth as he hogs the camera to posture against the president.
Legal experts who note that both Governor J.B. Pritzker and Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson passed a law that prohibits the members of the Chicago police from helping protect ICE agents who are endangered by dangerous illegals could, in fact, face their own legal liability for that particular action.
So we continue to monitor the situation in Chicago very, very closely.
I must say that I have never dreamed about the prospect of having to live anyplace other than the United States of America.
I love this country.
I've loved it every minute of my existence here on earth.
Yet I look around and sometimes I find it very hard to understand what's going on.
As I enjoy my quadruple espresso in the morning, I realize that everything is changing.
Thanks only to Donald Trump, do I think the country can survive?
I look at people I've known my whole life, but so many of them are hate-filled that they agree with opinions that they themselves would never have expressed initially as their own.
In many ways, I think I've entered the twilight zone.
We become a nation that seems on occasion to have lost its collective mind.
Sometimes it's hard to justify this insanity.
If a guy pretends to be a woman, you're required to pretend with him.
Somehow it's un-American for the census to count how many Americans actually live in America, but not count those who are not Americans.
Russians influence our elections, something that never really happened is reputed to be bad, but illegals voting in elections, that's supposed to be good.
20 is too young to drink a beer, but 18 is old enough to vote.
People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.
People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans in order to go to college.
Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you better be able to prove if your dog has been vaccinated.
Irish doctors and German engineers who want to emigrate to the United States must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang member or terrorist who jumps the southern fence was until recently welcome in our country.
They spent $5 billion for border security, but they said it was too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for free health care is, as prescribed by the Democrats, is not.
If you cheat to get into college, you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country, you go to college for free.
If you cheat in election, nothing will happen to you, but if you point out the mathematical errors of that election or the inconsistencies or unlikelihood of the results, you're a conspiracy theorist and you're disdained.
People who say there's no such thing as gender are demanding a female president in the last election.
We see other countries going socialist and collapsing, but some here, particularly in New York City, seem to think it's a great plan for us.
Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, while other people are not held responsible for what they're doing right now.
Criminals are caught and released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of the criminals' rights.
Anyone who points out any of the hypocrisy are immediately called racist.
When the President of the United States seeks to hold those who broke various constitutional and federal laws in their efforts to take him down after he unexpectedly won the 2016 election, he's accused of seeking revenge and retribution rather than justice and accountability.
Many people died of a Chinese virus, but it's considered racist to say that it originated in China, which we now know it did.
We're clearly living in an upside-down world where right is wrong, wrong is right, and where moral is immoral, and moral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good.
Where killing murderers is wrong, but killing unborn babies, well, that's okay.
Thank God that in the last election, the improbable happened and that Donald J. Trump scored the greatest single political comeback in American history.
I want to be clear, he didn't just win re-election.
He had to defeat a tsunami of lawfare in which the state and federal courts were rigged against him in an illicit effort to keep him off the ballot, to disbar and destroy any lawyer who dared represent him in any legal contest, in which they tried to strip him of all of his wealth, impoverish him.
That was Letitia James.
Where he was accused falsely of sexual assault by a woman who says she was designing a very, wearing a very specific designer dress on the day she was assaulted, a date she can't really remember, only to learn that that dress had not even been designed or marketed on the day in question.
This is a woman, E. Jean Carroll, who they specifically extended the statute of limitations under New York state law so that she could file these charges, which I still believe are bogus.
That court decision is on appeal.
No, Donald Trump is changing our culture.
It's like turning around a ocean liner.
The first and most important thing he's done, of course, is to close our southern border.
Joe Biden told us repeatedly he needed new laws in order to do that.
That turns out to be false.
All he needed to do was actually enforce the laws that already existed.
Illegal border crossings have dropped off to almost nothing, all-time low.
And yes, the president is committed to deporting millions of illegal, dangerous criminals who are in our country, many of whom are involved in violent gangs.

Meanwhile, he's negotiating better trade deals for America.
And back in June, for the first time in 15 years, we actually ran a surplus.
That means America took in more money than we are paying out.
This is a new America, one in which America is respected around the world.
He has ended the DEI that was destroying our armed services, our military, returning it under Secretary Hegseth to being a lethal and disciplined fighting force.
Through the appointment of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., he is committed to making America healthy again, and we're examining the claims of giant pharmaceutical companies and others.
We're also looking at our food to determine why it has so many toxic chemicals in it, toxic chemicals that are actually banned in places like Europe.
Donald Trump is committed to this new revolution of making America great again, and he doesn't have to run for re-election.
You can see that he's having the time of his life.
He passed the largest single tax cut in American history in the Big Beautiful Bill.
He also made sure that 88% of those people currently receiving Social Security benefits pay no tax whatsoever on them.
Of course, the Democrats said that that bill would cut both Medicare and Social Security when it cut neither one of them.
So every day I pray for the safety of Donald Trump.
It was only a week ago that they found near the Palm Beach International Airport, essentially a hunting stand.
That's a stand on which you mount a rifle in the clear line of sight where the president departs from his plane.
This scares me in the wake of what happened in Butler, Pennsylvania, and in the West Palm Beach Golf Club.
I pray every day for the safety of our president and his family.
He is unique.
He is his own man.
He is not handled.
He is not scripted.
He is not managed.
What you see is what you get.
This is the Donald Trump that I have known for 50 years.
And he is doing what he wanted to do starting in 1988, making America great again.
This manic desire to destroy him, claiming that he's the one who's weaponized the criminal justice system, that he's using the system for revenge and retribution.
Well, that's bass back at, that's backwards from what we really see.
This is not about revenge or retribution.
This is about accountability and justice.
The American people seem to approve, if you understand polling, and I do, the president's poll numbers continue to excel given the incredibly polarizing actions that he is forced to take to turn around the ship of state.
But then when criminals like Letitia James, the New York Attorney General, or Adam Schiff or former FBI director James Comey are actually held accountable, well, Trump's critics scream that he's Hitler, that he's a king.
It's funny that you have no kings demonstrations run by the people who nominated a candidate for president that literally nobody voted for.
Not a single Democrat primary or caucus voter voted to nominate Kamala Harris.
So perhaps we should have a no queens demonstration.
Although she's talking about running again.
God, would that be good.

A new federal audit has shown that the state of California has issued commercial driver's licenses to 62,000 illegal immigrants because of laws that allows illegals to obtain driver's licenses and because it's considered discriminatory for state department and motor vehicle officials to ask applicants about their legal status.
California Governor Gavin Newsom, yet another would-be Democrat presidential candidate, said that this is not a problem.
But while recent tragic incidents show that allowing illegals to have driver's licenses is in fact very dangerous, there was the case of Harginder Singh of Stockton, California, an illegal immigrant truck driver who allegedly killed a South Florida family while making an illegal U-turn on the Florida Turnpike.
He received his driver's license in the sanctuary jurisdiction of Florida.
It was later discovered that he failed his driver's test 10 times in Washington State, but then was given his driver's license initially in California.
Another example is Josh Inpreet Singh, an illegal immigrant who was apprehended but released from custody in 2022 due to Joe Biden's amnesty policies.
This illegal alien allegedly recklessly drove his truck into several vehicles, killing three and injuring four while under the influence of alcohol.
These are the sort of instances that the Democrats are willing to allow us to go through with their plan of demographic replacement.

They don't care if criminals and predators and victimizers are empowered.
They don't care if innocent people die needlessly.
To them, the ends justifies the means.
It's all about power.
They will not hesitate to sacrifice you or your family to further their rabid ideology.
These people are Marxists.
They're the enemies not only of America, but also mankind.
And hopefully, under this president, they will be held responsible.
You have to wonder when you look at organizations like the World Health Organization, who of these entities spread the disinformation and fear at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, resulting in heinous civil liberties violations for the American people because of their use of bias joke science.
They've seemingly been dormant in recent years, probably because they're reviled by so many millions of Americans worldwide, but they've been quietly plotting their next power grab, and their plan for global health emergency corps has recently been spelled out.
If their policy manifesto for the emergency corps, the HWO, the World Health Organization, gives themselves the authority to dictate what they call national and international emergency coordination.
They state that during a crisis, all coordinated mechanisms must be established at all levels, national, regional, and international, under the direction of, you guessed it, the World Health Organization.
They demand that all governments integrate fully with the WHO-led coordination structures, stating that defying the World Health Organization's goals would create a fragmented and inefficient disaster response.
This is nothing less than a usurpation of our state and local rights.
This plan is, thankfully, not yet binding, but the next time there's some kind of worldwide calamity, expect bureaucrats who are controlled by the globalists to roll out this plan as if it is the law.
As Barack Obama's chief of staff, Ram Emmanuel, once said, never let a crisis go to waste.
And I fear that these demonic globalists certainly live by that credo.
That is why the United States must remove all support from the World Health Organization as well as from the United Nations, in my opinion.
We must shield ourselves from their pernicious influence as we continue this rigorous fight to make America great again and to take it back from the foreign ideology that seemed to dominate Joe Biden's administration.
They told us Joe Biden would be a reasonable moderate, but he turns out to be the most radical president in American history, and that includes Barack Obama.
But then maybe Joe Biden's four years were really Barack Obama's third term.
