Roger Stone dissects Trump’s 2005 Epstein breakup—contrasting it with Clinton’s $25K contribution and 26 flights post-indictment—while exposing Judge Paul Engelmeier’s sealed records, including Ghislaine Maxwell’s testimony. He alleges a "treasonous conspiracy" involving Obama, Biden, Comey, Brennan, and Clapper in RussiaGate, citing Tulsi Gabbard’s disclosures and Clapper’s looming legal exposure. With Ghislaine Maxwell’s August 11 deposition looming, Stone warns of Marxist NYC mayoral candidate Ayatollah Mandami’s 39% lead, blaming Democrats for sanctuary laws enabling 243 ICE arrests in Denver. The episode ties judicial overreach—like the Ninth Circuit blocking Trump’s birthright order—to systemic corruption, from Letitia James’ $9.6B Iran sanctions scandal to Schumer’s blocked U.S. Attorney confirmations, framing accountability as the only path forward. You are now at Stone's Dome, broadcasting this week from Washington, D.C., where I had meetings with President Donald Trump, Vice President JD Vance, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and the Secretary of the Treasury, Scott Besant, not to mention the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard.
It's been a whirlwind week, and I've learned much to report to you right here in the Stone Zone.
Well, President Donald Trump has called the bluff of Democrats who continue to falsely claim that he is staging some kind of cover-up when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein.
The facts are indisputable.
Trump cut Epstein off in 2005 after Epstein, usually from New York, made an indecent advance on an underage girl working in the spa at Trump's Palatial Mar-Lago Club.
This contrasts with Bill and Hillary Clinton, who actually took a $25,000 contribution from Epstein after he was indicted in Florida, but before he had pled guilty to the slap on the wrists that seems to have been arranged by the Central Intelligence Agency, even though it was a state charge.
Epstein would, of course, go on to be one of the principal funders of the Clinton Foundation, also later known as the Clinton Global Initiative.
And Bill Clinton indisputably was on Jeffrey Epstein's plane on 26 occasions.
The New York Times yesterday failed to report in their analysis that, according to the sworn testimony of Virginia Roberts Dufray, she witnessed Bill Clinton at a party at the famous Orgy Island where Epstein had flown in two 17-year-old girls for the former president's enjoyment.
Donald Trump was never on Epstein's island, never unlike Steve Bannon in his home in New York or visited him again like Bannon in his apartment in Paris.
So now the Democrats play this double game where they pretend in Congress that they want full disclosure regarding Epstein.
But only last week when the Trump Justice Department moved in federal court in Florida to unseal all of the grand jury testimony regarding Epstein's charges in Florida, it was an Obama judge, Robin Lee Rosenberg, who rejected that effort to let the American people know what has really happened.
And now, well, one in 3.73 trillion.
That's the statistical chance that hack Obama judge Paul Engelmeier would randomly be signed all seven Epstein-related cases in the Southern District, New York.
And some somehow Engelmeier was assigned to every single one of those cases.
And now, if he decides that Ghislaine Maxwell's grand jury testimony should stay sealed, it will be yet another action by a Democrat judge to cover up the facts regarding Jeffrey Epstein.
Engelmeyer was appointed to the bench by, big surprise, Barack Obama.
And he blocked Trump's Treasury record subpoenas when the Trump Justice Department tried to get at the records regarding transfers of money by Jeffrey Epstein.
And now he's blocking the unsealing of Ghislaine Maxwell.
Well, she was Epstein's pimp, trying to block her testimony, giving Attorney General Pam Bondi until July 29th to appeal, where he will reject it yet again.
This isn't no coincidence.
Engelmeyer is one of the top Democrat enforcers on the bench.
The other corrupt and biased judge tied to the Epstein disclosures is Clinton judge Richard Berman.
Berman is the man who shut down the Epstein criminal case instantly after Epstein's mysterious death and publicly attacked Presidents Trump and Mayor Rudy Giuliani in public interviews.
If that isn't a demonstration of bias, I don't know what is.
Judge Berman would like us to believe that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself, but that's not what the respected former New York medical examiner and pathologist Dr. Michael Badden said.
Badden investigated, I should say, conducted a thorough examination of Epstein's body, and he said that the injuries he sustained, the three broken bones in his neck, were completely inconsistent with his being hung.
Was the bed sheet that he supposedly hung himself with tested for DNA evidence?
Why don't we know the answer?
We need the answer.
We want the truth, and it is Democrats who are keeping the truth from being told to the American people.
President Trump's now made it clear he favors full disclosure and unredaction of all federal records pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein.
Meanwhile, the deep state spooks who helped orchestrate the Russia gate scandal and lied to the American people under oath about it are beginning to realize that their time is running out.
The director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, laid out three separate tranches of evidence this week, proving beyond a shadow of doubt that there was a treasonous and perhaps even insurrectionist conspiracy that was hatched in the Oval Office at the direction of President Barack Obama that included his vice president,
hapless Joe Biden, his corrupt FBI director, James Comey, the incredibly epically villain, former CIA director John Brennan, and the director of national intelligence, Dr. James Clapper.
Clapper's now openly expressed his fear about being arrested.
Clapper said on CNN, it's very disconcerting, and I take seriously when the president of the United States accuses me of being a participant in a treasonous conspiracy.
It's ridiculous and it's untrue.
No, sorry, General Clapper.
It is entirely true.
Clapper said he'd already hired a lawyer in anticipation of a prosecution.
I think he's very smart to do so.
Even though he lies through his teeth like he has previously and so many other times before Congress, I think that the general knows his goose is cooked.
Just to remind you, it was General Clapper who testified under oath that we had no metadata collection system going on against the American people until the documents released by whistleblower Edward Snowden proved that he was lying.
Of course, he paid no price for this.
In fact, after leaving his position as the National Security Advisor, he went to Vermont College where he was teaching ethics.
He also got a good paying gig at CNN, but then I don't get my news from CNN.
For the same reason, I don't drink out of the toilet.
He did the crime, and now he must pay the penalty.
Outside of former CIA director and Islamic convert John Brennan, no intelligence officer is perhaps more culpable in the Russia Gate scandal than General James Clapper.
He must do a purpose sooner rather than later.
In the case of all of these criminals, whether it is John Brennan, James Comey, or James Clapper, I live for the 6 a.m. morning when 29 heavily armed FBI agents in full SWAT gear and wearing night goggles surround and storm their homes to arrest them at 6 o'clock in the morning.
I live for that day.
And that day, in my opinion, is most definitely coming.
In the meantime, in furtherance of this same story, the Department of Justice has announced a strike force to address the allegations of government weaponization that have been laid bare by the Director of National Intelligence, Tosi Gabbard, this week.
Justice Department today announced a strike force to address allegations of governor weaponization that have come as a result of the disclosures by Gabbard.
Attorney General Pam Bondi said, the Department of Justice is proud to work with my good friend Director Gabbard, and we are grateful for her partnership in delivering accountability for the American people.
We will investigate these troubling disclosures fully to deliver justice.
Now, the DOJ is not specific on which allegations they will be looking at.
Some argue that the Supreme Court's decision regarding presidential immunity may place former President Barack Hussein Obama beyond the reach of the law.
But Joe Biden, who was in the room and suggested that they charge my good friend General Michael Flynn with violation of the Logan Act, he can be charged not only in the Russian collusion hoax, but for the hundreds of thousands, if not millions of dollars that he and his criminal family took when he was vice president.
The Supreme Court's ruling regarding the immunity of the executive branch does not regard vice presidents.
And as my good friend Garrett Ziegler over at marcopolo.org has proven, members of the Biden family raked in millions of dollars profiteering and selling access to Vice President Joe Biden.
So I think Hunter and Joe could still face charges going forward.
It's very clear from the Attorney General that she now understands that Barack Obama initiated a year-long coup against President Trump and the American people, and she cited the criminal implications for Obama directly.
As I said last night on TV, this is the greatest single abuse of power in American political history.
It is nothing less than the full use of the authority of the United States government and the incredible capabilities of our intelligence agencies using completely falsified evidence to bring down a duly elected president.
Dershowitz Allegations Revealed 00:05:42
Way back in 2016, Hillary Clinton's campaign attacked me by name when I raised legitimate questions about her health.
But now, documents that were declassified by Tulsi Gabbard this week show that the Russians knew that Clinton suffered from intensified psycho-emotional problems, as well as diabetes, heart disease, COPD, deep vein thrombobus, and chronic fatigue.
To quote them exactly, they said, Donald Trump is simply parroting lies fabricated on, pardon me, based on fabricated documents promoted by Rogers Film and his right-wing allies.
That was communications director Jennifer Palmieri.
As far as Ms. Palmieri, you're invited to come into the Stone Zone and address this.
We now know that Hillary Clinton was, in fact, extremely ill.
This explains, of course, that weekend, August 6th and 7th, when she took off from the campaign trail.
She spent less time on the Keene campaign trail than she spent on.
That's because of her ill health.
So I think Ms. Palmieri owes me an apology, although I don't expect one will be forthcoming.
Hillary Clinton, very sick woman.
As for that psycho-emotional distress, intensified psycho-emotional stress, well, when you've killed that many people, you can understand how that might manifest itself.

And we're back in the Stone Zone with more breaking political news.
The House Oversight Committee has subpoenaed Epstein's accomplice and pimp, Ghislaine Maxwell, for a deposition that will take place on August 11th to see what information she can provide about the specifics of Epstein's pedophile network.
Republicans are not sure if they can trust Maxwell, who's using a recent hoopla in the news surrounding the Epstein files to put herself back in the public eye, but that will not stop them from questioning her.
Now, former Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz said, and I quote, she knows everything, not just about the perpetrators, but about the victims, and she knows about the victims who became perpetrators.
Now, it is important to note that Epstein victim, Virginia Roberts Giuffrey, specifically in her sworn testimony, said that she was forced to have sex with Dershowitz himself on multiple occasions.
Attorney Erland Dershowitz has vehemently denied that and filed a lawsuit, a defamation lawsuit against Roberts.
But Roberts, we are told, committed suicide only weeks ago.
Dershowitz did say that while it was true that he had received massages from women on Epstein's island, he insisted he always kept his underwear on.
Fuck me, Chinik.
Anyway, only time will tell if Maxwell's testimony is a turning point in actually getting transparency and justice from the Epstein cases, or if this will just be another frustrating dead end.
Maxwell is already demanding a pardon for her testimony for Epstein's pedophile network.
Meanwhile, Hulk Hogan, an American icon, dead at age 71.
He, of course, was a professional wrestling great, and he apparently died of cardiac arrest, widely considered to be the greatest pro wrestler of all time.
At least that's what my friend Sal Greco says.
Hogan was among the most noteworthy celebrities of the 1980s.
He starred in Rocky III alongside Sylvester Starone at Salone and Mr. T in crushing indoor attendance records at the Pontiac Silver Dome at WrestleMania 3 in 1987.
Hogan ventured outside of his pro-wrestling field to get involved in politics only in recent years.
I was there when he rocked to the Republican National Convention last year with a speech that was among the most memorable of the entire event.
He spoke of Trumpomania and the crowd went absolutely ballistic.
He continued to campaign for Trump throughout 2024, showing that his pay staged.
Recently, Hogan has been active in pushing memorabilia stores, restaurants, and the beer chain.
Those projects will rest in peace, the hulkster.
God bless you and Godspeed.
Meanwhile, ICE has arrested hundreds of criminal illegal immigrants in Denver.
The largest deportation effort in American history goes forward.
Eric Adams and the New York City Sanctuary Policies 00:14:56

And we're back in the Stone Zone.
The entire country is following the New York City race for the mayor's office.
I've been studying the numbers extensively.
Here's a new overnight poll taken by Kaplan and Associates.
Now, the way this works is you take 100 samples a night for 10 nights, and then every night you drop the oldest 100, you add the newest 100, and then you recalculate.
It's called a rolling tracking poll.
The latest poll from Kaplan Associates, 1,000 samples, has the Ayatollah Mandami at 39.
Andrew Como, the disgraced former governor, dropping from 22 to 21.
Curtis Sliwa up from 17 to 19.
And former mayor Eric Adams, who was at 13, now dropping to 11.
This may be because the Trump administration has sued Eric Adams over the New York City sanctuary policies of his administration.
The Trump administration has sued New York City and Democrat Mayor Eric Adams, now running as an independent, for overturning city laws unlawfully to make New York City a so-called sanctuary city for illegal foreign nationals.
The attempted reinvention of Eric Adams as an opponent of President Joe Biden's open borders policies is, as my friend Sal Greco would say, a total fuguesi.
He ran as a full-throated advocate of New York City being a sanctuary city.
He also placed these illegal immigrant shelters in some of the most stable working class neighborhoods in the country.
I remember very specifically when he put one such shelter that lacked any indoor plumbing next to a Catholic girls' school out in Staten Island.
Needless to say, the local residents were not very happy.
I also think that his claims that as mayor, he's brought prime down really means that the crime statistics have been hooked in such a way.
Ask any New Yorker whether they feel safer.
In a Department of Justice press release on this civil rights lawsuit that's been filed against New York, it says New York sanctuary policies have allowed dangerous criminals to roam the streets of New York and commit heinous crimes within the community.
These policies reflect an intentional effort to obstruct federal law enforcement and thus are preempted under the supremacy clause of the U.S. Constitution.
This lawsuit makes it even more ridiculous that certain Republicans and a few conservatives are saying we should rally around Eric Adams to keep the Ayatollah Zohran Miam Dami out of the New York City mayor's race office, pardon me.
The fact of the matter is that corrupt political regimes, whether they're Eric Adams or others, paved the way for Miam Dami.
Miam Dami's only reflecting Eric Adams' embrace of illegal immigration, allowing criminals to run wild while taking payoffs from Muslim Turks, and generally speaking, supporting the move among New York Democrats to end cash bail.
All of this has paved the way for Miam Dami to gain political ground.
Adams, in my opinion, belongs behind bars, and Republicans and conservatives should stop trying to prop him up and claim that he's something that he isn't.
It is time for the truth.
But if you examine the polling here, the unfavorable rating of these candidates really tells you the story.
When I look after 50 years of experience in the political arena, where I've worked on over 700 campaigns, I can tell you that looking at the unfavorable rating of the candidates tells you a lot about their viability.
In this particular case, in the Kaplan poll that I just read to you, Miam Dami had a mere 41% unfavorable rating.
Mayor Adams' favorable rating clocks in at a whopping 68%.
And interestingly, that was 48% extremely unfavorable, 20% somewhat unfavorable.
Curtis Sliwa came in at a 53% unfavorable, while Andrew Cuomo had a 57% unfavorable rating.
I don't see any of these candidates getting out of the race.
And therefore, I think that the Ayatollah Miamdami is probably about to become the mayor of New York City.
Now, while I feel very badly for my many friends and family members who live in New York, this is going to be a national showcase of what happens when you elect a Marxist mayor.
Watching this campaign, I see a recycle of the Hope and Change campaign of Barack Obama.
Sounds great on the surface, but when you look at his actual policies, whether it is taxing white people more, he said it, not me, whether it is ending cash bail or defunding or police.
And I question when the Ayatollah Miamdami says that violence is a social construct.
What does that mean?
Does that mean he's going to fling the doors of Rikers Island open and let anybody who's incarcerated out?
It is a legitimate concern.
Of course, higher taxes to pay for all of the free things he wants to hand out.
I think there's a high probability that New York City could be a flaming wreck by 2028 and therefore a national showcase of what happens when voters, I think, inadvisably choose these policies.
Disproportionate number of young people who I think are attracted by the energy of Miam Dami's campaign, which is undeniable.
But at the same time, they don't really focus on his policies.
It is incredible that he has come out of nowhere.
Very little is known about his background, his family background, but he continues to champion the Intifada, which to me is anti-Semitic, anti-Jewish, and frankly, quite scary.
We shall see how this progresses.
But as of today, I don't see any of these other candidates dropping out.
And I think that, in fact, New York City is likely to be that showcase of what happens when people choose Marxism.
Meanwhile, ICE has arrested hundreds of criminal illegal migrants in Denver.
The U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency announced that they had arrested an impressive 243 criminal illegal aliens in the Denver area between July 12th and 20th, which included Trendiargua gang members from Venezuela, murderers, human traffickers, and child sex predators.
The ICE Denver Office Field Office director Robert Guardian, great name, said many of the criminal aliens that ICE arrested during this operation have been previously released into the Denver area, metro area by local county jails directly into the community because of Colorado's sanctuary laws that prevents sheriffs from cooperating with ICE.
It's worth remembering that these people are the type of scum that the policies of the Democrats are protecting and keeping in the country.
They are knowingly making the country less safe in order to hasten the demographic slide of our country, believing it to be their path to permanent political power.
Put simply, the entire Democrat Party is a treasonous operation, treasonous to its very core.
At the same time, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco has blocked President Donald Trump's order to end birthright citizenship, claiming that President Trump's decision was unconstitutional.
The decision was approved by Judges Michael Hawkins and Ronald Gould, both of whom, of course, were appointed to the bench by former President Bill Clinton.
Once again, we see a graphic example of judicial tyranny, where selected regional judges think that they can thwart the will and the mandate of the American people in the last election.
This ruling upheld a decision from a lower court and will effectively keep the Trump administration from withholding citizenship rights to anchor babies who are children birthed by illegal immigrants after sneaking across our border.
This is, in my opinion, one of the most pernicious loopholes that encourages illegal immigration.
The courts continue to be an enemy of the rule of law, preventing the necessary reforms that I think we need to save America.
Perhaps the time has come for President Trump to take a Jacksonian approach to these robed lawyers on the bench.
Let's see if these judges try to enforce their rules without compliance from the Trump administration.
Over in New Jersey, there was an attempted coup in which I believe it was 17 Democrat judges after the acting U.S. attorney, my friend Alina Haba, was unable to get the support of the two Democrat senators from New Jersey in the confirmation process.
This is a tradition, by the way, not a law, where the president appoints a U.S. attorney who does require confirmation by the U.S. Senate, but the two sitting senators from the state, regardless of party, are required to acquiesce or support the appointment.
It's called the blue slip process.
When I saw President Trump on Monday, he correctly pointed out that not only was it not enshrined in law, but it is a Senate tradition, and that Joe Biden himself violated it when he had control of the Senate.
It is an effort here made by the federal judges to not only remove Haba, whose interim appointment had expired, and replaced her with a woman named Desiree Grace.
Donald Trump has outmaneuvered them once again, firing Grace, an anti-Trumper career bureaucrat within the New York office of the, pardon me, the New Jersey office of the U.S. attorney, and appointing Alina Haba as the first assistant U.S. attorney, putting her back in control of the office.
Alina Haba, tough as nails, stand up for the rule of law.
The judges were really doing this, of course, because Aba correctly chose to prosecute the Democrat congresswoman who physically assaulted an ICE officer outside a facility in Newark.
And really the question that everyone here in Washington is buzzing about is whether, in fact, the Attorney General, Pam Bondi, who I know quite well and like, is going to move aggressively ahead to indict those who are clearly guilty of seditious conspiracy in the Russian collusion hoax.
The problem in all of these federal agencies is that the people at the very top, the appointees by President Donald Trump, are among the very best.
But below them, we have these burrowed in career bureaucrats who are extraordinarily political, very partisan and corrupt.
The president's nominee to be the U.S. Attorney in the Southern District of New York, Jake Flayton, former chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission, epically qualified for that position, but Chuck Schumer refuses to give him a blue slip.
What is Chuck concerned about?
What is Chuck worried about?
Is he worried that Clayton will start looking at Chuck Schumer's personal finances?
Personally, I think that's a good idea.
Chuck Schumer is a cash and carry politician, if you know what I mean.
But he refuses to approve the Senate confirmation of this incredibly qualified appointee by President Donald Trump.
We, of course, as Republicans, didn't play this game when Joe Biden was president.
We followed the system, and except for rare occasions when Biden appointed somebody who was epically unqualified, most Republican senators would sign off on the president's nominees.
That's the way it's supposed to be.
So we're watching this very, very closely.
Letitia James's Biggest Scandal 00:05:11
It is vitally important of two things, that the Attorney General Pam Bondi move through her strike force to impanel grand juries and take the hard evidence of seditious treason brought to the American people by the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, in front of a grand jury that is impaneled for the purpose of indicting people for their crimes, because as Letitia James is about to find out,
she's been referred to the Justice Department for a 22-year crime spree of mortgage fraud.
No person is above the law.
I'm Rodney Stone.
This is the Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.
The Stone Zone, entertaining and informative on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
The Stone Zone on the Red Apple Podcast Network.
And we're back in the Stone Zone.
Letitia James, the New York Attorney General, now faces her biggest scandal yet.
This is the standard chartered bank case where a New York bank evaded sanctions against both Iran and China, transferring illegally over $9.6 billion of illegal payments by the bank to both the Iranians and to Hezbollah entities.
The case implicates the New York Attorney General, as well as the Federal Reserve, for ignoring billions of dollars in these illicit payments and ignoring Treasury Department sanction designations against the recipients.
Maximum pressure is not being enforced because of the failures of the Fed in the New York Attorney General's office.
At least $9.6 billion of specifically identified illicit payments were made by the Standard Charter Bank from its New York branch to OFAC and known terrorist organizations.
The $9.6 billion was found in internal trade reports turned over by bank whistleblowers and represents the first batch from the Standard Charter Bank Dubai Office that cleared all of these payments through their New York branch.
There are estimated to be over $100 billion more of illegal payments that are more recent, and they came from the Standard Charter Bank in China, where it has 53 mainland branches that facilitate dollar trade payments for oil and other war-making materials, but all of these payments in violation of the sanctions put in place by the U.S. Treasury Department.
Well, there is now overwhelming evidence that New York Attorney General Letitia James knew all about it, and she did nothing.
The payments were hidden by the Standard Charter Bank from required disclosure in its ongoing deferred prosecution agreement, which is under the jurisdiction of the D.C. U.S. Attorney Janine Pirow, as well as the Southern District of New York's new prosecutor, Jay Clayton.
Both of them were briefed on this briefly after their appointments.
Late last week, with a looming legal deadline, they filed for a 30-day extension in this case.
This is perhaps a bigger scandal than Letitia James' 22-year spree of mortgage fraud, where she has repeatedly lied about the value of her assets, lied about her principal residence.
And in every case, her material lies allowed her to qualify for mortgages at a rate that she was not qualified for, as well as lower insurance rates.
The director of the National Housing and Finance Administration has sent a letter of referral to the U.S. Justice Department, laying out all of the documents in which Letitia James lied about her residence and qualified for mortgages that she was not qualified for.
In one case, she has $586,000 in three mortgages on a property that has been appraised at $125,000.
Wait a minute, isn't that exactly what she accused Donald Trump falsely of of inflating the value of his assets to get commercial real estate loans?
Seems like no person is above the law.
Well, if Letitia James is hoping that this federal case would expire, she bet wrong.
The Prump Justice Department moved aggressively last week to keep the case alive.
And we're going to learn soon exactly what the Biden Justice Department, the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, and of course, the Federal Reserve knew.

Rural Americans deserve access to the best of what our nation has to offer, especially health care.
Across every state and every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense, protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones.
No matter where you live, hospital care doesn't clock out.
They're there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Each year, America's over 5,000 hospitals care for millions of patients, providing 24-7 emergency care, delivering babies, cancer treatments, and other life-saving care that patients rely on.
Behind every one of those patients are doctors, nurses, and caregivers working tirelessly to keep people healthy and safe.
Hospitals are our community's lifelines.
They employ our neighbors and keep our families healthy.
But now, some in Congress are threatening access to care.
Tell Congress, protect patient care to keep America strong.
