Welcome.
This is Roger Stone, and you are entering the Stone Zone here on the Red Apple Audio Network.
Here we talk politics.
We eat, sleep, and breathe politics.
I think if you cut me, I probably bleed politics.
And we seek to bring you tomorrow's news today.
Only yesterday, we reported that Dan Bongino would be named as the Deputy FBI Director, and our exclusive is now confirmed.
President Donald J. Trump has announced that Dan Bongino will serve as the next deputy director of the FBI.
I said it yesterday on the show that this former Secret Service agent, former New York City police officer, who has a wildly successful podcast and is also an entrepreneur, will be joining the FBI to assist Director Kash Patel's efforts to remake that agency.
Now, I'm a particular fan of Kash Patel as well.
Outrages me that the left has claimed that he is unqualified.
Kash Patel served as a federal prosecutor specializing in intelligence cases, winning over 50 cases.
He also served as the deputy, pardon me, as the chief of staff of the Department of Defense.
That is a giant management job.
And he served as the chief counsel to the House Intelligence Committee when they conducted the only real investigation into the Russian collusion hoax.
Therefore, there is no one better qualified for the job.
And now he will be able assisted by Dan Bongino.
I might point out that Dan Bongino is giving a huge amount up to take this job.
In other words, he is a wildly successful podcaster.
He has an enormous audience.
He's also principal in one of the most important online platforms in the country.
So he's doing this at great personal sacrifice to himself, putting his country and America first.
Also in the news, we saw Robert F. Kennedy firing the CDC vaccine advisors.
Now that Robert Kennedy Jr. has been confirmed as the Secretary of Health and Human Services, he's preparing to fire a number of vaccine advisors.
Kennedy plans to jettison many members he believes have conflicts of interest from advisory committees, including the CDC's Advisory Committee on Immunization Practice.
We will, quoting him, we will remove conflicts of interest from the committees and research partners whenever possible or balance them with other stakeholders.
That's what Kennedy said in remarks to his HHS staff.
Now, it amazes me that Dr. Fauci and his wife, who's also a federal official, she's at the CDC, were able to not only advocate for and attempt to mandate vaccinations, when they themselves made millions and millions of dollars off of those vaccinations.
I would suggest that President Trump and Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Republicans in the House and the Senate need to change federal law so that public health officials cannot personally benefit from their policies.
Now, Robert Kennedy has also postponed a meeting of the Center for Disease Control Committee that he is scrutinizing for conflicts of interest, prompting one vaccine advocacy nonprofit to write a letter demanding that Kennedy, quote, continue business as usual.
If Kennedy's work at the Children's Health Defense Fund and his time on the campaign trail have taught us anything at all, it is that we will not have business as usual.
Also in the news, the Department of Health, part of the Department of Homeland Security Operations in Texas has now announced that they too will target illegals.
Texas Governor Greg Abbott has announced that the Texas DPS troopers and special agents will now be assisting Homeland Security investigations with an operation in Colony Ridge that began in Texas this morning.
Abbott said he's worked with Border Czar Tom Homan for months planning this operation targeting criminals and illegal immigrants.
The acting director of ICE, Caleb Vitello, was fired last week after amid frustrations in the Trump administration that deportations have not accelerated fast enough.
Also, as I had predicted, Joy Reed is out at MSNBC.
She's a nemesis of mine.
Evidently, MSNBC is attempting to figure out how to live in the golden age of Trump.
So Joy Reed, who I would argue with her hairdo has culturally appropriated my hair, her show has been canceled.
Her last show will be this week.
Who knows what day, but then again, who cares?
This comes amid Comcast spinning off MSNBC, along with other NBCU cable properties, into its own publicly traded company.
MSNBC has promised to stubbornly maintain their progressively stubborn agenda, but they're shaking up their entire lineup based largely on poor performance.
Alex Wagner will also lose her anchor post in the prime time.
And Rachel Maddow, who is the best performing personality on their network, who had only returned to five days a week for the first 100 days of the new Trump term, will soon scurry back to one day a week, which she prefers.
Nielsen tells the story, folks, with 53% drop in primetime viewership following Trump's reelection.
I would say that MSNBC is suffering from voter mandateitis.
President Donald Trump announced only weeks ago that he would declassify and release all of the documents pertaining to the Kennedy assassination.
That would be the assassination of President John F. Kennedy, the assassination of Senator Robert F. Kennedy of New York, and the assassination of Dr. Martin Luther King.
This actually came in two orders.
The first executive order ordered the bureaucracy to produce a plan, which was supposed to be made in 15 days.
I note that 15 days have passed and we have no plan.
That is a bit disturbing.
But I have said online and on this show that I believe that the members of the deep state are going to try to hide documents.
We'll be back to talk about this and more.

Rural Americans deserve access to the best of what our nation has to offer, especially health care.
Across every state and every community, America's rural hospitals are the first line of defense, protecting our families, neighbors, and loved ones.
No matter where you live, hospital care doesn't clock out.
They're there 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Each year, America's over 5,000 hospitals care for millions of patients, providing 24-7 emergency care, delivering babies, cancer treatments, and other life-saving care that patients rely on.
Behind every one of those patients are doctors, nurses, and caregivers working tirelessly to keep people healthy and safe.
Hospitals are our community's lifelines.
They employ our neighbors and keep our families healthy.
But now, some in Congress are threatening access to care.
Tell Congress, protect patient care to keep America strong.
Don't cut rule health care.

Fort Knox Inspection Speculation00:05:13
Huge speculation about our gold in Fort Knox with the announcement by Elon Musk and his Department on Government Efficiency, Doge, that they are going to inspect the gold to make sure that it's still there.
Incredibly, nobody has actually seen in an official capacity our enormous gold reserve since 1971.
But what if this is like Geraldo Rivera and Al Capone's safe?
In other words, what if after all of this hype, the gold isn't there?
Well, if there's no gold at Fort Knox, the implications would depend on why it's gone and how that reality plays out.
Fort Knox, officially, the United States Bullion Depository, holds a significant portion of the U.S. government's gold reserves, about 147 million Troy ounces, as last reported, which is supposed to be worth roughly $350 billion at today's prices.
It's not the entirety of the U.S. gold holdings.
There's a huge chunk also at the Federal Reserve Bank in New York.
at least theoretically.
Nobody's seen that since 1971 either.
But it is most definitely a symbol of economic stability.
If the gold vanished due to theft or some other secret depletion, well, we could have an immediate effect that would be a crisis of confidence.
On the other hand, the U.S. dollar isn't backed by gold anymore, hasn't been since President Richard Nixon took us off the gold standard.
That was in 1971.
The reserves still signal financial credibility to the markets and to foreign governments, even though our dollar is backed by nothing but paper.
So no gold could spark a panic with rumors of insolvency or other conspiracy theories, potentially tanking the dollar's value as investors flee to other assets like cryptocurrencies or rival currencies, or they go out and acquire gold and silver for their own IRAs, their own 401ks, their own savings.
Inflation could spike, the stock market could have chaos, and it could be a giant hit to the U.S.'s global leverage.
Economically, however, the absence of this gold wouldn't directly cripple the economy's ability to function.
That's because our dollar is no longer backed by gold.
The U.S. economy runs on a fiat currency.
It's backed by faith in the system, not bullion, not gold.
The Treasury could just keep printing money and the Fed could manage interest rates, gold or no gold.
But if the disappearance was public knowledge, the psychological blow, well, it could trigger a self-fulfilling collapse.
People stop trusting the government.
They start hoarding goods or dollars and trade grinds to a halt.
On the other side, however, if the gold has been quietly sold off or moved, let's say to settle debts or fund certain black op projects, well, nobody really knows.
The practical impact might be zilch until somebody knows.
The practical impact could be zero until somebody actually audits the vaults.
The last full audit was 1953 with partial checks since, so skepticism is already simmering in some circles.
Actually, I think the last inspection of the gold was 1974 rather than 1971.
I correct myself.
But a confirmed empty vault could fuel those flames into a real political and economic bonfire.
Geopolitically, adversaries like China or Russia could pounce, questioning U.S. power or pushing their own gold-backed systems.
The Chinese have been acquiring huge amounts of gold and have been doing so for decades.
What do they know that we don't know?
Our allies could waver also, rethinking a reliance on the seemingly shaky dollar.
Realistically, the gold's probably still there.
Security is insanely tight with 30,000 troops stationed nearby at Fort Campbell and layers of tech and manpower, at least theoretically, guarding it.
But if not, the fallout hinges on whether the truth stays buried or breaks loose.
Either way, the actual metal matters less than what people believe about the metal.
Now, it interests me that Elon Musk says that this is all going to be broadcast on X.
So you'll be able to see live whether our gold is really there or whether it's not.
I, for one, will be fascinated.
Chicken Paprikash Recipe00:02:12
One of the things that we always do here in the Stone Zone is give you one of my mother's recipes.
Could be Italian, could be Hungarian, but it's always important.
It's a feature here in the Stone Zone.
Today, I'm going to reveal for you my mother's recipe for chicken paprikash.
This, for anyone who is Hungarian, is a favorite.
Now, you're going to need two and a half pounds of chicken, which is disjointed.
You're going to need one tablespoon of butter, one large onion, that should be chopped, one tablespoon of high-quality Hungarian paprika, one cup of water, one tablespoon of salt, one pint of sour cream, and one tablespoon of flour.
Now, the instructions are pretty simple.
Furte the onions and butter until golden.
Now add the paprika, the chicken, the water, and the salt.
Slowly for one hour or until the chicken is tender.
Be very careful that you keep it on a low heat because you don't want to burn this magnificent paprikash.
Now add the sour cream with flour until smooth.
Add the chicken and heat through, but do not boil the chicken.
Now serve it over dumplings or rice.
There you have it.
Hungarian chicken paprakash.
You're going to love it.
So in the news, I see Nicole Shanahan is demanding disclosures regarding Chemtrail geoengineering.
This is fascinating to me.
She, you may recall, was Robert F. Kennedy's running mate for vice president, now an advisor.
She's calling for transparency regarding chemical spraying in American skies.
In a video that she posted to social media, Shanahan documented this geoengineering in the sky and wrote, many of us know what's really happening.
We'd like more details, please.
Whistleblowers, such as Air Force veteran Christian Megan, have reported that government planes are releasing chemicals including strontium, barium, and aluminum oxide into the sky.
Zelensky's Dilemma00:15:22
Shanahan said this has to end.
At the very least, geoengineering should not happen without a referendum and full and actual disclosure by the U.S. government.
I, for one, could not agree more.
In the meantime, Zelensky is demanding NATO membership for peace.
The Ukrainian president, Volodymyr Lewinsky, is attempting to go far beyond his weight class with the master negotiator of all time, Donald J. Trump.
When we come back, Colonel Douglas McGregor, one of the country's foremost military experts, is going to tell us what's really going on in the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.
Don't touch that dial, folks, because we'll be right back.
This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
They went after a guy named Roger Stone, who's sitting in the office.
And I'll say this in front of Roger.
He's no baby.
And right now, he's cleaner than anybody in this place.
Now, as they treated him very unfairly.
Now, get in the zone.
It's the stone zone.
Here's Roger Stone.
Welcome back.
You're back in the Stone Zone.
And joining me now is U.S. Army Colonel and Combat Veteran Douglas McGregor, retired.
He is not only a decorated combat veteran, he is also a former advisor to the Secretary of Defense, an author, a military analyst, the chief executive officer of our country,ourchoice.com.
He is an author of five books, holds a PhD, and he is the defense and foreign policy expert that I respect most in the country.
Colonel McGregor was commissioned in the regular Army in 1976 after one year at VMI and four years at West Point.
In 2004, Colonel McGregor retired with the rank of colonel.
In 2020, the president appointed Doug McGregor to serve as senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense, a post he held until President Trump left office.
Now, Colonel McGregor is widely known inside the U.S., Europe, Israel, Russia, China, and Korea for his leadership in the Battle of 73 Easting, the U.S. Army's largest tank battle since World War II, and for his groundbreaking books on military transformation.
It is a great honor that Colonel Douglas McGregor joins us today in the Stone Zone.
Colonel McGregor, welcome into the zone.
Hey, thanks, Roger.
There's no better time to have you on as President Trump struggles to end the conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
There's an enormous amount of disinformation, particularly on the internet today, as those supporters of Ukraine attempt to rewrite history and recast what the president is up to.
You had an excellent video on this that I shared widely the other day.
But Colonel McGregor, why don't you tell my audience what you think is going on in the background here?
Well, you know, one of the best things that President Trump does is shatter illusions.
And he does it in a very straightforward manner, which is what people who don't like him fear.
He simply tells the truth, whether people want to hear it or not.
And that's what he's done with regard to Ukraine.
He stepped forward and essentially exposed the lie.
This war never needed to happen.
It shouldn't have happened.
We had numerous opportunities to put an end to it.
Instead, we made it worse.
We lied to the world, saying that Ukraine could somehow or another win when that was never possible.
Over a million Ukrainians are dead.
Roughly 100,000 Russian soldiers have died.
And he's told the truth.
And of course, this is very hard, Roger, for people in Washington who like to live perpetually in 1939, where everybody but us is a dictator and a tyrant and so forth.
And in truth, the world is very different.
It's much more complex.
And now we're stuck with this horrible individual, Zelensky, who's been the principal liar, if not the architect of disaster for Ukraine.
And the man has shot back at the president of the United States with more lives.
And the president has wisely, essentially, wiped him off his sleeve, which is what this man richly deserves.
And he's not the only one.
Nobody can do any of that better than Donald Trump.
Yeah, it is amazing to me that Zelensky's supporters continue to say that this fight is about democracy.
Yeah, Zelensky has postponed elections repeatedly, has arrested his political opponents, has outlawed every political party but his, has shut down television stations, radio stations, arrested journalists, outlawed the largest church in the country.
That sounds like a dictator to me, not a small D Democrat.
Now, Zelensky said yesterday that he's willing to step down as president of Ukraine in exchange for peace or for the country being granted NATO membership.
That, of course, is what this fight has always really been about.
I recall seeing Putin make that line in the sand very, very clear.
I believe that we agreed in the Budapest memorandum in the Minsk Accords not to push Ukraine into NATO.
That is, not to mount missiles on the ground pointed at Russia.
It's very much like the situation in the United States in 1962 when the Russians mounted missiles in Cuba pointed at our country.
The president here is a deal maker, and he is clearly dealing with the Russians, but you're right.
He destroyed Zelensky for his refusal to have elections.
I also loved it when he pointed out that Zelensky's poll ratings were so low.
That's right.
Yeah, after all, this is the man that left has been celebrating.
Washington's swamp has been celebrating for years.
President Trump is in a tough position.
When you suddenly shatter illusions and you tell the truth, there aren't very many people who want to hear you.
But the good news is the truth is being heard.
I hope that President Trump will continue to do what he's doing because we need to bring this to a close.
We need to follow this up and develop a new security architecture for Europe, for Russia, and build a lasting and enduring peace.
But to do that, Zelensky absolutely has to go, along with all of his neo-Nazi friends and criminals who've done so much damage, who killed so many people needlessly.
I think Zelensky is probably on his way to ending up much like Mussolini, or perhaps he'll end up like Trotsky with an ice pick in his head at some point.
Who knows?
That is a brutal but probably accurate interpretation.
Jeffrey Sachs has reported that the Biden National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan admitted that the Biden administration was willing to sacrifice every Ukrainian in the name of defeating Putin.
Does that report match your assessment of the Biden administration's actions?
Oh, I think so.
I mean, tragically, no one in Washington that supported this ever cared about the Ukrainian people at all.
In fact, whenever I would point out that President Putin and frankly, his generals had exercised enormous restraint, not only to avoid unnecessary casualties on their side, but to spare as many Ukrainians as possible.
People said, well, that's ridiculous.
That's impossible.
He wants to murder everyone.
And that's never been true, as you know.
He regarded the Ukrainians and still regards them as a population of Slavs, Eastern Slavs who believe in Orthodox Christianity and are related to the Russians.
But he understands the reality.
He understands that Ukraine must exist.
He wants it to exist.
He just doesn't want Ukraine to be a platform for attack against Russia.
And we shouldn't be interested in that either, any more than the Russians should have been interested in using Cuba back in 1962 for that purpose.
That's absurd.
It's ridiculous.
It makes no sense.
And I think President Trump understands that.
President Trump needs to bring this to a final closure, whatever it takes.
It will take months.
It's going to take a long time because of all the lies that have been told about Russia and repeatedly lied to the Russian leadership about what we would or wouldn't do.
So Trump's got a very difficult task.
He's got to try and rebuild that trust.
It's going to take some time, but he's got to do it because world peace depends upon it.
And if he does this, and I think he will, I think he and Putin will both end up as recipients of the Nobel Peace Prize because that's how important this is.
Yeah, this is just as absurd as the narrative that Putin wants to gobble up Ukraine, then he's going to take Poland, then he'll move on Germany.
Next thing you know, he wants all of France, like he wants to conquer all of Europe.
This fake narrative just keeps getting repeated over and over again.
Yet the fake news media continues to run with it.
Well, the question is, what does President Putin want with Europe?
What's he want to do?
Go to Paris and drink lattes?
I mean, what's he going to do with Germany?
Germany's just deindustrialized itself.
Europe is in terrible condition as a result of this war because we didn't just simply sacrifice Ukrainians.
We destroyed European industry and economies.
And we, of course, were ably assisted by their own leaders who did everything they could to do their own countries in.
It's the same thing that we're dealing with here.
You know, these open borders and the masses of people pouring in that we don't need, can't afford to sustain, have to move back out again.
This has happened in Europe as well.
It's the same class of misguided, deranged globalists who thought they were going to build a new world that would have one government and everyone would march lockstep in the direction they wanted them to go.
President Trump has liberated us, but he's also liberated Europe.
Let me hold you up there.
If you're just tuning in, we're talking to Colonel Douglas McGregor.
This is the Stone Zone, and we'll be right back.
This is the Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
Not just Stepping Stone.
The Stone Zone Zone.
This is The Stone Zone with Roger Stone.
They went after a guy named Roger Stone who's sitting in the office.
And I'll say this in front of Roger.
He's no baby.
And right now, he's cleaner than anybody in this place.
Now, as they treated him very unfairly.
Now, get in the zone.
It's the stone zone.
Here's Roger Stone.
And we're back with Colonel Douglas McGregor.
He is not only a decorated combat veteran, but he is the man that I respect most when it comes to any geopolitical or military analysis.
He served after retiring from the Army as the senior advisor to the Secretary of Defense, a post he held until President Trump left office.
He is renowned in the defense community and in the world as the leader of the Battle of 73 Easting, the U.S. Army's largest tank battle since World War II.
I could name all of the five books that he has read, but I'd rather get his opinions.
I'm very grateful to have us in the Stone Zone today with Colonel McGregor.
Colonel Gregor, you expressed concern about President Trump's safety from certain Ukrainian forces that you say are in northern Virginia.
Do you think the president is aware of this threat?
And tell folks what you mean.
Well, we need to understand that the CIA hosted the Ukrainian secret police and is being part of this false narrative about what's really happened on the ground in Ukraine.
And as a result, large numbers of Ukrainians have moved into the country.
Most of them have come here legally.
I don't know about the ones that may be illegal, but many of them are fanatical supporters of these neo-Nazis and Zelensky.
And they are wandering around the hills of Northern Virginia.
And I think the president's health is at risk because as he continues to liberate us from the lies and the false narratives, he's made tremendous numbers of enemies.
And liberation is really what he's done.
And that's what we were talking about in the last segment.
He's liberated us, but he's also liberating Europeans from the lies, which are doing enormous damage to the European economies.
And I don't think he's getting credit for that because the leadership in Europe right now is just as backward and deranged as Biden and his crowd were.
But this is changing.
It's going to change dramatically in the months and years ahead.
And I think this will be looked upon as an enormous turning point in the history of Western civilization.
I had Congressman Tim Burchett from Tennessee here on the Red Apple Audio Network, not last weekend, but the weekend before.
And he predicted that we were going to learn about foreign bank accounts and use kickbacks to certain U.S. congressional figures.
Elon Musk has also called out what he called kickbacks that he said were driving the Senate funding of Ukraine.
It's very hard for me to believe.
On the other hand, if you look at the salaries of people like Mitch McConnell, who before he went to the U.S. Senate was a county judge, that's kind of like a county executive in Kentucky, has been on the public payroll essentially all his adult life, but according to his filings in the U.S. Senate, worth $129 million.
Senators Bernie Sanders, Senator Elizabeth Warren, Senator Lindsey Graham, all of these public officials on the public payroll, being worth tens of millions, in some cases, hundreds of millions of dollars.
Well, we have to talk not just about what's happening in the United States thanks to Elon Musk's forensic accounting efforts, but also what's happening in Europe.
The French National Police have now announced that they've discovered that $37 million was culled from the French contributions to Ukraine by Zelensky and ended up in his private accounts.
And I'm sure that they're tracking down his private accounts.
I'm sure he's got money in Albania, Cyprus, probably Costa Rica and any number of different places.
And it's a lot more than a few million.
I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't got a billion in cash sitting there.
And that's the tip of the proverbial iceberg.
President Trump is, once again, he's liberating us from this nonsense.
He's putting a stop to the corruption.
It's going to take time.
It's not going to happen overnight.
But I think there will be retribution and there will be trials.
At some point, the people that are responsible for this terrible, terrible war need to be brought forward and questioned by the FBI and others about what they did.
We're just at the beginning of this process.
Let's just hope that President Trump's team remains committed and is systematic and careful.
But most important, the Secret Service needs to be on the lookout because when a person behaves this way, a President of the United States, they are at high risk.
Let's face it, Roger.
Very high risk.
As a military expert, let me get your reaction to the appointment of Pete Hegseth as the Secretary of Defense, someone who's actually served on the front lines.
What's your view?
Well, I think we have to wait and see all that he does.
I think he's like anybody else who's in a new environment.
He's got to find his sea legs, so to say.
I think he's beginning to.
He has to have a loyal group of people around him.
He has to sort out to whom he should listen.
And that's not easy when you walk into something that's completely new where he's never been before.
But I think his heart's in the right place.
He's off to a good start.
Again, it depends on the professionalism of many of the senior officers.
And the best thing we can do with most of those senior officers, I'm talking about the four-stars and many three-stars, is to get rid of them because they aren't very professional.
And I think he knows that.
And I think the president does.
I look forward to more changes in that regard.
We almost had like a Saturday night massacre where the entire top echelon of the Pentagon was fired.
There were some who say that was in the reaction to evidence that they may have been planning some kind of military coup.
We only have about three minutes left, but that is shocking, if true, your view.
Yeah.
But if it's true, then they should be brought up on charges and court-martialed.
And remember, when you are a four-star and you've served in those positions, you never really retire completely.
So if that turns out to be the case, if there's tangible concrete evidence for it, they should all be tried for treason.
And I'm not kidding.
This is very serious.
And we have a very, very unprofessional senior officer corps right now, Roger.
And that's the problem.
It's not just a question of loyalty to the Constitution and the President.
It's a question of professionalism.
They've lost their way.
They've lost their moral compass.
And that has to stop.
Well, I believe the president has really surrounded himself with an all-star team.
We call them the Justice League.
I think Mike Walsh is an excellent choice as National Security Advisor.
I'm particularly high on Tulsi Gabbard, for whom I have enormous admiration for her adherence to principle and her record as a combat veteran in both Iraq and Kuwait, as well as her status as a lieutenant colonel in the U.S. Army Reserve, and Kash Patel, a personal friend who I think we have never had a more qualified FBI director.
It's ludicrous to see Adam Schiff attacking him as a conspiracy theorist.
The biggest congenital liar and rogue hustler, a charlatan in the U.S. Congress, a guy who lied repeatedly about having more than circumstantial evidence regarding Russian conclusion and producing none, attacking perhaps, I think, soon to be viewed as the best FBI director in our history.
I'm afraid we have to leave it there.
I want to thank my guest, Colonel Douglas McGregor, for joining us today in our maiden trip here on the Stone Zone on the Red Apple Audio Network.
Colonel McGregor, thank you so much for being with us.
Thanks, Roger.
