Will The Deep State Really Try To Put Donald Trump In Jail? Roger Stone Says Yes – The StoneZONE!

The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times best-selling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome back, folks.
I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.
A tumultuous weekend where I was inundated with patriots contacting me to say, well, what comes next?
Now, I'm not an attorney, but I've consulted a number of attorneys who I do respect.
That's a small group, by the way.
And they tell me that the president can ask for an expedited appeal of this unjust sentence or this unjust verdict in New York.
And if the New York state court system denies his request for an expedited appeal, That would give him leave to go directly to the US Supreme Court on the basis of a due process violation.
We're going to be monitoring this very, very closely.
I know a lot of people out there actually think, no, they wouldn't really incarcerate a former president of the United States.
They wouldn't really jail the presumptive nominee of the Republican Party for president.
And folks, you're wrong.
There is no limit to the evil of these people.
There is no limit to what they will do to try to hijack the next election.
They see what's happening in the country.
We're going to talk politics and more coming up on the show.
My good friend Typhoon Lou Marin of the Florida Republican Assembly joins us.
And then later, a special report on the inauguration of President Bukele in El Salvador.
I was invited to attend, unfortunately was unable to do so, but many America First leaders were there.
We're going to talk about that a little later in the show.
Right now, I bring on my co-host, Troy Smith of Slingshot.News, who is always in the saddle here as my co-host.
Troy, welcome back to the Stone Zone.
Roger, honor to be here as always, and I hope it was a good and relaxing weekend for you.
I can't describe it that way, but it was a good weekend in any event.
Before we go to our guest, Lou Marin, great American patriot, what is the latest report on how much the Trump campaign has raised since the announcement of this unjust verdict?
Well, Roger, we had several appearances yesterday from both RNC co-chair Lara Trump and Eric Trump across several different media outlets, and they are reporting that there has been over $200 million raised total since Trump was found guilty just last week, and $70 million of that, Roger, is through small donor donations, so people donating $20, $40.
This has been, as we predicted on the Stone Zone on Friday, Several hundred million dollars in fundraising because of this guilty verdict.
Wanted to get your thoughts because, I mean, as far as campaign fundraising in a short amount of time, I'm not sure that we've ever seen anything quite like this.
No, it is an absolute phenomena.
First of all, it's important to recognize that Donald Trump has never been the toast of Wall Street, has never been able to raise a lot of money from billionaires and millionaires.
Some when he was an incumbent, but even then the establishment figures are not Trump donors.
Donald Trump's political movement is fueled with hundreds of thousands of small donations, small and medium-sized donations, from average Americans.
So we have never seen anything like this.
As you know, Troy, there were stories in the media about how Trump was running behind in fundraising and how Biden and the Democrats were easily outpacing him, which by the way, for an incumbent is pretty common.
But now the money gap is closing.
This is phenomenal.
I also think it's a fair reading of public opinion.
It is a fair reading.
Normally speaking, when a candidate for federal office is charged or convicted of a crime, well, their fundraising dries up.
Their voting support dries up.
In this case, all that's happened is that Donald Trump's campaign And his fundraising has been turbocharged.
All right.
I don't want to leave Typhoon Lou standing in the green room any longer.
This guy is a hardcore patriot.
He is a grassroots political organizing expert, activist, a community organizer, travels all over the country teaching we, the people, what we need to do to take our country back.
He is a highly decorated former United States Navy chief and a veteran of the Gulf War.
He is also, by the way, a world-class magician, but we'll get into that another time.
He serves today with the Florida Republican Assembly as Executive Vice President, and he is the National Federation of Republican Assemblies Training Officer.
He's a Christian, he's a conservative, he's a constitutionalist, he's an American patriot, and he's a very good friend of mine.
I want to welcome Typhoon Liu to the Stone Zone.
Thank you, Roger.
Thank you, Troy.
It's an honor to be here and to be back in the Stone Zone.
And thank you for that wonderful introduction.
Lou, most people don't realize it, but the Republican Assemblies have a long tradition in American politics.
The California Republican Assembly was seminal in the election of Ronald Reagan as governor.
And of course, had he never been governor, he would never have been president.
So you have a long and storied tradition.
The Republican assemblies are not some voluntary organization that just popped up yesterday.
You've been with us for decades and been really the fundamental base of the conservative movement within the Republican Party.
No, we're not establishment Republicans.
We're We're certainly not rhinos, but every event I've ever spoken for, for the Florida Republican Assembly, the grassroots energy, the commitment, the dedication, well, in all honesty, it outstrips the regular Republican organization everywhere I go.
So, tell us a little bit about the Pardon me, about the Republican Assembly, specifically the Florida Republican Assemblies, and the extraordinary efforts that you guys are making to clean the voter lists in the interest of having a free, fair, honest, and transparent election.
Absolutely.
A lot of folks don't realize here the assembly started back in the 1930s.
Back in 30, 32, 33 was an idea and they made it come to fruition here in the 1934-35.
They actually incorporated themselves and they were so successful in California that in 1996 they went national for the National Federated Republicans of Assemblies.
And so 1996, they've been expanding.
We're currently in 31 states and Puerto Rico.
And in 1998, we were established here in Florida, actually in Palm Beach County of all places, which I just learned here myself here.
But we've been here actually in Florida for 26 years.
President Ronald Reagan always called us the conscience of the Republican Party.
And I'm proud to say that, too, because end of the day, we're more about truth and do what is right and putting God back in our country, back at one county in one state at a time, all the way to Washington, D.C.
Now, Lou, very recently, I believe I read about a controversy in which the Republican State Party chairman here in Florida, the chairman of the Republican Party of Florida,
that's the formal name, contacted you in that's the formal name, contacted you in an effort to tell you you couldn't use the word Republican in the title of your organization and that you couldn't use an elephant in your logo. - Oh.
First of all, why do Republicans always form the firing squad in a circle?
Why isn't Chairman Powers out fighting Democrats instead of fighting his fellow Republicans?
But tell us about this controversy.
Well, you know, we received a letter, a cease and desist letter, saying that we're no longer allowed to use the word Republican, also an elephant.
And I about fell out of my chair and I thought, this has got to be a joke, an early April Fool's joke or something.
And so we actually reached out to the legal counsel of the RPOF and Got him on the phone with a conference call and asked the question.
He was on the phone representing the RPOF and we had four of our lawyers on the phone and I just asked him, I says, I got a question for you.
What's your goal, your objective here?
What's your end game?
Because I thought we were on the same side.
And he said, well, I'll represent the RPOF and I have to serve this on you and yadda yadda yadda.
I said, well, last time I checked, which is yesterday, I said there was no trademark on an elephant or a Republican.
I should say on their, on their elephant, they have no trademark.
But I, so I asked the question, you cannot trademark the word Republican.
That's like air or water.
You can't trademark that either.
So I said, where do you get off saying we can't do this?
And he cited some kind of law they wrote back in 2021 or 2011, I should say.
I said, well, that's like 12 years after our existence here.
So far as we're concerned, we're grandfathered in.
And, uh, but, uh, for some reason, when you read the law, they cite, uh, we were kind of surprised because if you, I think somebody took that to court, they probably win that also because it, uh, it, it really does, uh, violate our first amendment as the organization.
Uh, excellent point.
Hopefully the folks at the Republican party of Florida will drop this matter.
And move on to the much more serious matter of cleaning Florida's voter lists.
Now, Lou, I know you were engaged with Chris Jersky.
We have an extremely high regard for him here at the Stone Zone.
He's been a guest on the show several times.
He has put together some excellent software programs for detecting bad addresses on the voter lists.
Really an innovative guy, great guy, a true patriot.
And I know this has been a major focus of yours in Florida to ensure we have a free election.
Tell us a little bit about that.
A lot of folks don't realize, Chris Jersky is an amazing person.
He's a quiet guy.
He built a platform that literally goes in and deflates inflated voter rolls.
That's probably the easiest way to say it.
He takes in there and identifies all the bad addresses, as well as all the people who have moved that should not be on the voter roll.
And we've been very fortunate here.
He's actually directly responsible for cleaning our voter rolls here in Florida.
When you look at the, uh, when we first started to where we're at today, he cleaned quite a few millions of them off the, uh, off the voter roll.
And we did it one county at a time.
And I'll say a big, good shout out to the, uh, supervisors of elections.
I'd say 60, 60, um, Two of the 67 counties have been really a pleasure to work with.
We gave them the information so you might want to look at this here.
We don't try to attack anybody.
We're here as patriots and activists.
We want you to check into these bad addresses to see if you can clean them up, and they've cleaned them up.
There's only been five counties that have been kind of slow movers, but But it's been exciting to work here just in Florida here.
By the way, he runs all 15 million of our voter records in two hours through his system.
It's unbelievable what he can do.
We also did here a couple weeks ago, Texas.
He's working in Texas right now.
He ran all 20 million of the Texas voter rolls through his system in three hours.
It's incredible.
He's finding millions and millions of bad addresses and folks that shouldn't be on that voter roll.
But he went to North Carolina.
He did that whole state in 45 minutes.
He just did Georgia.
Georgia took a little bit longer because their system is, let's say, it's not a very complex system that really should not be used because it's too vulnerable.
Well, I guess, Lou, the real question is, and by the way, Chris Jersky is with the People's Audit.
You want to check that out and support them.
They do amazing work.
I think the guy's a genius, if you want to know the truth.
Yes.
But the real question is, you go through this extraordinary effort—let's take Florida, for example—and you go through all 15 million voter records, you find 1 million Certifiable bad addresses, undeliverable addresses.
Now, as you point out, you go to the 67 counties in the state and 62 of them operate as they should and remove these non-existent people from addresses that are undeliverable from the rolls.
But what happens in those five counties, by the way, big, big counties run by Democrats, where they refuse to remove these folks?
What happens then?
Well, normally what we do is we reach out to them and let them know that, hey, this needs to be addressed and our activists in that county will identify it.
If they don't do that, then we'll actually go to Mr. Cord Bird and say, you need to look at this stuff here, as well as the governor, because it's important they understand that dirty rolls Without dirty elections and we need to make sure we're transparent and we're getting more really not about the left or the right on this issue.
It's all about doing what's right and being transparent.
So everybody gets a fair shot out of the gate in an election.
Troy, do you have a question for Typhoon Lou?
Absolutely, Lou.
It's great to speak with you here, and I just wanted to ask you about what's coming up in the 2024 election, because we do have some ballot initiatives in the state of Florida, which I think we've discussed here, and I think most people would say that these are things pertaining to abortion and marijuana that are going to be drivers of Democrats coming out to the polls in 2024.
What's your outlook in this upcoming election, and how can we be certain that it's going to be a legitimate Sounds like from what you're telling me that some of the largest counties in Florida, we don't really have any assurances that they're going to be accurate totals.
Well, I think the big thing that's really good is that we're able to go through the voter rolls and identify the bad addresses.
Our approach here is to be proactive, not reactive.
And because we have the actual data showing that these are bad addresses, and these bad addresses represent an extra ballot.
Another footnote, too, I should say also that when you identify these bad addresses, do you realize how many millions of dollars in postage we waste?
People don't understand.
It's really a good thing because we can pretty much watch everything that's going on in Florida.
Duriski actually found something last election back in Palm Beach County.
We found over 50,000 voters were deleted off the last election and they put them back on.
And so we called him out on that, and the Epoch Times carried a nice article on that, identifying that, too.
And of course, the SOE said it was administrative error of some kind.
I said, that's a pretty big error to be making, so I'm very suspicious, as well as suspect.
But I would say probably, you know, regarding this, the pro-life issue and the marijuana issue here, we have to step up.
And to me, you know, we're the voice of the unborn.
We're the folks who believe in a right to life.
We want to make sure that we stay focused on saving these babies.
To me, it's going to really come down to education.
We have to educate the mothers, make sure they get the right resources so that they can make the right decision.
As far as the marijuana, we already have medical marijuana here, okay?
And I think we have enough drugs with fentanyl and all these guys coming across the country.
We don't need anybody, I think that just added more problems to our crime and everything.
So I think we're a no on that also too.
Lou, Governor Ron DeSantis has said that Florida is the gold standard of clean elections.
I question that just based on a huge amount of evidence that I've seen from Chris Chirsky and others.
How confident can we be about the election system in Florida in the 2024 presidential election?
Or is it too early to say?
Well, I'll say this.
Right now, there is no security on the elections, okay?
People don't realize they have not updated the standards here.
They call it the gold standard because back in the day, 20 years ago, it was the gold standard.
But, you know, the gold standard kind of gets older and older.
We've become basically a rusty standard now.
These folks don't realize that these machines are not being kept up security wise.
And again, that goes back to Cord Bird and Maria Matthews.
They don't, there's no security on these things.
Going to vote is like, Go into a booth in the middle of the street when you're Stock Raven naked, taking a shower.
Everybody can see what you're doing online.
It's not that hard.
It's easy to hack into these systems.
It's been proven over and over.
And to me, that's a very big concern that we have to keep our eyes and ears open.
These machines, listen, as far as I'm concerned, as far as FRA is concerned, NFRA, we want to go back to paper ballots, okay?
Back to the good old days, okay?
I see really no benefit here of, for example, Taking a million-dollar machine and putting it in one precinct that only has 2,000-3,000 people that you and I can count up manually in about an hour.
To me, it's just a waste of time, waste of money.
But to me, if you want to restore the voter confidence in this voting system, in our voting, how we vote, you need to really get back to basics.
Paper ballots, watermarked, invisible ink on them with a serialization, as far as I'm concerned, one-day holiday.
Get in, get out, be done with it, and get back to business with your daily lives.
All right.
Unfortunately, we are out of time.
I want to thank my guest, Typhoon Lou Marin.
He is a brawler.
He is a patriot.
He provides extraordinary leadership, and I'm proud to call him a friend.
Lou, you have a standing invitation.
Come back here in the Stone Zone anytime you think it's important and you need to put out one of your legendary calls to action.
Lou Marin, thank you for joining us today in the Stone Zone.
Thank you.
Thank you very much.
God bless you and keep up the good work, which you guys do.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you so much.
Folks, do you remember a couple months ago when AT&T's cell phone service went down completely?
Millions, including me, were stranded, unable to Contact loved ones, business associates, or even call for emergency services.
That's because the cell phone tower networks are extraordinarily vulnerable.
Vulnerable to terrorists, vulnerable to hackers, and of course, vulnerable to natural disasters like hurricanes and so on.
That's why I went out and I got the Iridium 9555 phone But more importantly, I got the Iridium satellite phone service.
That way I know that I will always have cell phone contact 100% of the time, any place on the face of the Earth.
I'm not reliant on electricity.
Therefore, if the electrical grid were to be shut down, I'd still have a working cell phone.
You see, cell phones only cover about 7% of the Earth, while the Iridium system covers 100% of the Earth.
The U.S.
military and the government uses these phones for secure communications.
Now, it's not the phone, the phone you actually get for free.
But when you sign up for the satellite service for a 24-month agreement, which is only, by the way, about $95.95 a month, they will give you the Satellite Iridium 9555 phone absolutely free.
That's right.
You heard me right.
Absolutely free.
Now, there are lower cost plans as low as 89.95.
You can also get a discounted family plan so you can get up to three free phones all operating on the same satellite program.
So folks, please take a moment.
Go to sat123.com slash roger.
Be safe, not sorry.
Ensure that given natural disaster or an act of terrorism that takes down the power grid, that you have cell phone service.
People ask me, by the way, well, Stone, how are you going to recharge your satellite phone if the electrical grid is down?
And the answer is when you go to sat123.com slash roger, you can also get our solar powered phone recharger.
So check it out.
It's one of the most important products I've ever brought you.
I strongly urge you to sign up.
All right, Troy.
A lot happened politically in a short weekend.
and to get your free Iridium 9555 phone today.
All right, Troy, a lot happened politically in a short weekend.
What do you got on deck before our next guest?
Well, Roger, it was a big weekend in terms of what was going on in the Trump trial, and I think this was a kind of distraction.
And here's the thing, Roger.
It was pointed out by Carly Lake.
It was pointed out by Stephen Miller and others.
What we fail to see when we are focused on the Trump trial are the extreme failures of the Biden administration.
I have a friend who's from Korea.
He's currently visiting Korea and he sent me images of balloons that were flying over the DMZ.
The North Koreans sent these balloons with feces and trash and other things into South Korea, Roger.
We actually have a clip of the Pentagon spokeswoman being asked about this and kind of dismissing it.
But all eyes on Trump.
While Biden's foreign policy failures continue to shake up the world stage and hand more power To communist countries like the Chinese, like the North Koreans.
Let's roll that clip.
Jeff Shogol, Task and Purpose.
Thanks.
I have kind of an unconventional question.
As my colleague mentioned, North Korea sent balloons across the South into the South that included human waste.
Does the U.S.
have any plans to reciprocate and send American poop across the 38th parallel?
Thanks, Jeff.
We do not.
Next question, Carla Babb.
Well, they think it's a joke, Roger.
Unbelievable.
Well, there's our levity today.
Oh, is that a man or a woman?
I'm really unclear.
Well, they say it's a woman, Roger, but I don't know because that's the most manly looking woman I've ever seen.
We live in strange times.
All right.
I just got word that our guest has joined us.
Herbert Eshleman is a great friend of the show.
He is a political activist in El Salvador, often visits South Florida, where we're always glad to see him.
He is one of the earliest proponents of the president of El Salvador, President Bukele, who took a country that was one of the most dangerous spots on the face of the earth, whose economy was in the toilet, and has rebuilt it into one of the safest places in the world where the economy is thriving.
So for those who say it cannot be done, well, President Bukele has done it and is doing it.
Joining us now, our good friend Herbert Eshleman.
Hello, Roger.
Good to be on the show again.
Great to see you, my friend.
I can't even begin to tell you how much I missed being with you for this joyous inauguration weekend.
As you and I both know, the U.S.
State Department monkeyed around with my passport, making my attendance impossible.
But I was with you in spirit.
Let's kind of start from the beginning, because not everybody is familiar With the El Salvadorian success story.
The difference between your country not so long ago and your country today under the leadership of President Bukele.
Tell us a little bit about that.
Absolutely, Roger.
You know, it all boils down to being able to fight off globalism successfully.
And the way of doing that is by putting your people first, by putting your nation first and their interests.
You allow for the growth of your country.
And by doing so, you make a lot of enemies along the way.
But these enemies will be defeated one by one because we have God on our side.
And we are working closely with the Salvadoran people to ensure that their interests are what's first in line and not the interests of foreign entities that want to promote globalist agendas in every country in the world.
It is amazing to hear the globalists whine constantly about Bukele.
Bukele has brought order to his country.
He's done so democratically.
He was overwhelmingly re-elected, yet they continue to try to depict him as some kind of dictator, some kind of fascist.
They really hate success.
Those on the left, they hate success.
Criminal gangs ran this country until he was elected, and only through tough-minded leadership has he restored his country to not only law and order, but also to economic prosperity.
Herbert, how is the country doing economically under President Bukele?
The country's thriving in every aspect.
First, security.
Now that the gang problem is almost 100% resolved and that people can live free and good lives, the next goal of the Bukele administration is to focus on the economy and bringing in positive foreign investment that's going to create new jobs and bring our the next goal of the Bukele administration is to focus on the economy and bringing in positive
President Nayib Bukele is creating the El Salvador that El Salvadorans deserve because for a very long time they didn't have any opportunity to have good jobs, good education, a normal and free life.
Now, thanks to President Bukele, those basic human rights have been restored.
However, at the beginning, we had a lot of international accusations claiming to be concerned about human rights, but they were not concerned about the human rights of the hard-working, honest Salvadoran citizens.
They were concerned about the human rights of the criminal, murderous gang members.
So I think we've got some video from this weekend's festivities.
Really breaks my heart that it could not be there.
which were the two dominating gangs in El Salvador, have been locked up and they're not going to see the light of day anytime soon.
So I think we've got some video from this weekend's festivities.
Really breaks my heart that it could not be there.
Let's roll some of that.
I'll tell you, I'm talking to many of the foreign delegations and diplomats, I've had the pleasure of knowing that they come with the interest of learning from our country.
And one factor...
And a very important factor is that the effective security policies of the government of President Nayib Bukele achieved something that very few Very few governments, very few countries are able to obtain what is the social union.
Because, as I mentioned before, this is no longer about ideologies like right, left, center.
This is now a common agreement of the people, all holding hands as Salvadoran compatriots to get the nation forward.
And that's what we've seen.
Because, as I mentioned, security was a common interest that we all had as Salvadorans.
Those topics helped to bring a social union in El Salvador that is not seen in other countries.
Many countries, even those of the First World, are politically divided.
That no longer happens in El Salvador.
Of course, and the security issue has undoubtedly been important for the tranquility of the Salvadorans.
Totally.
It has been one of the most important factors, and apart from that, it has been the one that has helped us to be in the eyes of the world, in the eyes of the rest of the world, who now look at us as an example.
They want to come and learn from us, Americans, Europeans, from wherever, and they say it with great humility.
We want to learn what you did well here to replicate it in our nations.
Excellent example of the fact that Herbert is an extraordinary advocate against the globalists and for the policies of the President.
Troy, do you have a question for my good friend Herbert?
Absolutely.
Since 2010, the number of people coming to the United States from El Salvador has increased tremendously.
And we've seen that go down recently, but I wanted to ask you, do you think that there's an effort by some in your country to send certain individuals to the United States?
Is there an effort on maybe some of the opposition to send migrants to the United States in hopes that they'll kind of be somebody else's problem?
That is the way that the opposition parties, the old school establishment, used to function in El Salvador.
Back in the day, El Salvador had many societal, economic, educational problems, and the way they resolved it was by just letting people flee.
They didn't care about resolving the crime issues, and that is why they lost their popularity.
The opposition in El Salvador has become completely irrelevant, both the left and right-wing parties.
Because they never catered to the interests of the Salvadoran people.
Their solution was, we'll get rich, we'll make our pockets fat, and you can leave the country and go find asylum elsewhere.
Now that President Bukele is in power, I'll tell you that the rate of illegal immigration towards the United States has dropped.
And President Bukele has expressed in many speeches that he doesn't want our people to leave, not to any nation.
We want to keep our people here in our country and give them the opportunity, not just to stay here, but also for the ones who left to come back and thrive in their own nation, in their own homeland, which never offered them opportunities.
But thank God, by his will, we're working to change that.
But let me ask you this.
There are a lot of prominent America First Uh, Americans who attended the inauguration.
I was green with jealousy, but I saw my good friend Kimberly Guilfoyle was there.
Donald Trump Jr.
was there.
Congressman Matt Gaetz was there.
I think this is a tremendous tribute to the president.
Absolutely.
The fact that Donald Trump Jr.
took the time to come to El Salvador and show his utmost support proves that the fight against globalism, as the name states, is not exclusive to the United States of America.
It's an international fight, and we all must be united to succeed against the globalist elite.
Otherwise, we will fail.
United we stand, divided we fall, Roger.
This, I think, just kind of proves the whole point, which is that strong leadership can solve problems.
All one has to have is courage.
How old is President Bukele?
I believe he is in his early 40s, about 41, 42.
He's a young, bright mind that's setting the country, propelling the country forward.
Back in the day, we had the establishment politicians that all they cared about was looking nice in a TV interview.
And as I said previously, fattening their pockets, but they never cared about the people.
Now we have a president who's willing to sacrifice his own personal life for the well-being of his nation, just as we have seen in the United States, how President Trump is putting everything on the line for the well-being of the country and saving it.
All right.
Troy, I'll give you one last shot at our guest, Herbert Esherman, who is joining us today from El Salvador.
And then we're going to move on to domestic politics, because, well, that's why people tune in to The Stone Zone.
Troy, go ahead.
Well, sir, it's an honor to have you on the show today.
And I wanted to ask you about 2024, because obviously we have a big election coming up in the United States.
What would it mean to the people of El Salvador to see Donald Trump elected to the presidency once again?
Are they cheering him on from El Salvador?
What's the kind of opinion on the ground there?
Absolutely.
I'll give you my opinion as a dual citizen and as a Salvadoran.
The honest truth is that the people in El Salvador are conservative by nature.
We stand for traditional values.
We're a mostly Catholic and evangelical country.
We stand with godly values, and we want presidents who represent that, who will promote that in our society while fighting off the degeneracy of globalism.
So we would be more than happy to see a victory for President Donald Trump in the upcoming U.S.
election.
I'm an American citizen.
He's the first U.S.
president I ever voted for, and I will be voting for him again.
All right.
I'm afraid we're out of time.
Let me thank our good friend, Herbert Eshleman, for joining us.
Thank you for having me on the show, Roger.
Thank you.
And again, thanks for your invitation.
I hope to visit El Salvador in the near future.
We hope to have you here in the country soon, Roger Stone.
We really missed having you here, but next time you will be here, of that I'm sure.
I appreciate that.
All right, Troy, thanks for helping us there with that great international interview.
Let's go back to the real reason people tune in to The Stone Zone is American politics.
What else do we have on deck?
Mentioned by Hunter Biden and Kevin Morris, who attempted to claim that your tax situation, which I want to let you kind of dive into here for a second, was apples and oranges.
The judge said it was apples and oranges compared to Hunter Biden's own tax situation, in which he failed to pay millions of dollars into.
That's him.
Okay.
also was living an extremely lavish lifestyle while doing so.
We have footage this morning of Hunter Biden arriving at a Delaware federal court where he is under trial for the firearm charges, the gun charges.
Have a clip to roll on that.
Then I want to get your comment on the tax situation as well as this gun trial.
What do you think is going to happen here?
Let's roll that clip now.
That's him, Rich.
That's him.
Okay, so there he is.
Troy, I appreciate your raising these questions.
Yes, it's true.
My wife and I have backed taxes from the year 2006.
Every year since then, of course, we are entirely current.
We actually made almost seven years of uninterrupted payments on a monthly basis to pay that amount down.
Now, unfortunately, The IRS says, based on adding penalties and interest, we owe them $2 million.
But only a quarter of that is past due taxes.
The rest of it is penalties and interest.
Big difference between me and Hunter Biden.
My wife and I declared every single penny.
We hid nothing.
We also declared every single asset.
Claims to the contrary are false, and we also paid in good faith until, well, the Mueller investigation essentially bankrupted us.
Now, we are responsible for our taxes.
We will be required to pay all of that.
Normally, of course, in the offer and compromise program, the government grants you some relief in terms of interest and penalties.
And if I were the average citizen, perhaps they would do that, but they haven't.
But claiming that we evaded $2 million in taxes is defamatory and false.
Claiming that we ever failed not to report any income whatsoever is false.
Claiming that we hid assets is false.
Hunter Biden did all of those things, but in his case, the U.S.
attorney in Delaware allowed the clock to run and those taxes expired.
See, that's the entire reason why the Biden Justice Department brought a civil action against my wife and I.
Even though he had been paying right up until the Mueller indictment on a regular basis, because they knew those taxes were about to expire, and therefore they had to bring this action.
They did it, by the way, on a Friday at 5 o'clock.
They were in good faith negotiations with my tax attorneys.
They didn't bother to inform them that they were going to file this lawsuit, which has now been settled.
But to say that we evaded taxes and were treated differently than Hunter Biden is an egregious lie.
Whether or not there's going to be a fair trial on these issues, well, it's interesting to me that Joe Biden recently, out of the blue, dropped in to see Haley Biden, his, I guess, his daughter-in-law from his Other son, Beau's marriage.
She's a key witness in this trial, but Joe just popped in to see her.
If Trump did that, they would immediately call it a witness tampering.
It's not the first example of Joe trying to project himself on this case.
What will happen in Delaware?
We'll be following it very closely, but we were shocked to learn only days ago that the investigators at the IRS looking into this matter were barred from interviewing Kevin Morris, who is the Hollywood-based screenwriter, pothead, who is the Hollywood-based screenwriter, pothead, sugar daddy to Joe Biden's son, Hunter.
He's the guy who wrote a $2 million check to pay Hunter Biden's tax debt, a greatly reduced debt, since they let a number of the tax evasion charges against him expire.
It's unbelievable that they are using the levers of government to avoid an honest and full investigation of Hunter Biden.
Meanwhile, Hunter himself makes it clear that he's among a protected class.
He shows up at the state dinner for the president of Kenya at the White House.
He pops in and out of the presidential motorcade.
He is seen in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, with the president.
These are all signs that there's probably not going to be a fair trial here.
The prosecution of Hunter Biden has been handled in a very, very strange way.
So if you're on X, formerly known as Twitter, and you're tempted to go out there and say, why isn't Hunter Biden being treated like Roger Stone?
Well, you don't know what you're talking about because Roger Stone and his wife did nothing wrong.
We got no break, no special treatment.
In fact, these taxes would have expired had they not filed this nuisance suit against us.
And we will end up having to pay every single penny.
Thanks for bringing that up.
It's a perfect day to clarify that.
No, exactly, Roger, and I think it's important to point out as well, as far as this trial, it's kind of interesting to me, Roger, because it appears to me the precedent has been set across federal courts in this country.
I believe there was a case in Missouri recently.
There was a case, there's been several cases mainly in the middle of the country of individuals who have challenged the idea that just because you're a drug user means that you're not allowed to have firearms.
And it's been struck down by federal courts who say, look, there's no asterisk next to the Second Amendment, which says that you can't have a Second Amendment if you use drugs.
And that's my point with this Hunter Biden case, Roger.
I think the precedent has already been set in federal court that you cannot – the question on the firearm application that every American fills out by the ATF when they get a gun, the question, which I believe is stated, are you a drug user?
Have you ever been a drug user?
They've actually amended that question now where it's different from when Hunter Biden answered it, but the question itself is illegal.
They're not allowed to take action based on that because really there's nothing constitutionally which says they have the right to do so.
I think the precedent has been set that Hunter Biden will get off on these charges.
My only question is, is it politically valuable for the Democrats to use this trial as an excuse to pull the hook on Joe Biden and pull him off the stage?
Because, as you've predicted for a long time, Roger, If Hunter Biden is convicted on this, he's facing serious jail time and prison time.
I mean, we're talking several years.
I believe the minimum is three to five years.
Is there any scenario that you see in which Hunter Biden could possibly be charged here and Joe Biden could pardon him and step away from the White House, kind of clearing the decks for maybe a Michelle Obama or somebody else?
Well, look, I do not think that Joe Biden is going to resign the presidency.
I've never said that he would.
I've never thought that he would.
He could, of course, wait until after the election, between the election and the inauguration, to pardon his son.
If he's convicted, that's actually what I predict that he would do.
And, of course, he would talk about his son's addiction.
So, I think that's a possibility.
Joe Biden and his Justice Department have now pulled off their entire election plan, which was to get President Donald Trump convicted on some bogus, frame-job, non-existent crime in any jurisdiction possible.
That's what they did in New York.
They've failed to do it in Florida in the so-called documents case.
They've failed so far to do it on the January 6th matters raised by Special Counsel Jack Smith.
Now, lawyers that I do respect still tell me That they believe it is possible—unlikely, but possible—that the Supreme Court could rule on the question of presidential immunity in such a way that President Trump could be required to stand trial in D.C.
And yes, if they can, they'll try him in September or October, even though that violates longstanding Department of Justice policy.
So, I think two things are clear.
Why were all of these actions brought in the fourth year of Biden's presidency?
If Donald Trump actually committed any of these crimes, which he didn't, why wasn't he charged in the first year of Biden's presidency?
The answer is because Biden and the Democratic strategists incorrectly believed that Trump could not be re-nominated, that the Trump threat was over, that he was a spent volcano, and that surely someone like Governor Ron DeSantis or Nikki Haley or some other globalist who will play ball with them would be the nominee of the Republican Party.
And therefore, the Trump phenomena had played out.
They misunderstand how fundamentally Donald Trump has realigned American politics and how strong the populist America First movement in the country is.
In other words, Trump easily dispatched all of his intra-party rivals to be nominated.
They definitely did not see that coming.
That's why they're now hysterical, literally out of their minds, to try to figure out how to incarcerate him.
We talked about this in the opening segment.
The judge, now that he's been convicted, has very, very wide discretion in terms of what happens next.
If President Trump and his lawyers file for an expedited appeal in New York State, an appeal that would take place before the election, it is questionable in my mind whether he can win on appeal.
Lawyers who are way smarter than me say, well, the transgressions of the judge and other aspects of the trial are so egregious that he would surely win on appeal.
I'm not so sure.
I'm not so sure that he can get a fair proceeding.
He should have won this case based on the merits, based on the case.
But, of course, he didn't.
So, I'm not sure, A, that they will agree to expedite it.
If they refuse, I'm told that would give Trump an avenue to go directly to the U.S.
Supreme Court on the basis of a due process violation.
On the other hand, if they do agree to expedite the appeal, it's just a personal opinion.
I'm not confident that he gets a fair hearing and trial there either.
So either way, I think this question will go to the Supreme Court one way or another.
But all this has to do with timing.
It's all about timing.
They want Donald Trump, above all, off the campaign trail.
They want him, whether it's in home detention in Trump Tower, or whether it's Rikers Island, they are capable of that evil.
They know that Donald Trump out on the road, speaking freely, raising hundreds of millions of dollars, pulling record crowds to his rallies.
And counterpunching against these attacks means they lose.
They also know, and this isn't about revenge, this is about the rule of law.
They know that if he becomes president again, then the treasonous activities of people like Barack Obama and Joe Biden and James Comey, the former FBI director, and John Brennan, the former CIA director, Andrew McCabe and Susan Rice and Hillary Clinton and John Podesta all of them documented in
John Durham's The Special Counsel's Report will be reexamining that there could be prosecutions for treason.
So, these people are looking at the real possibility of going to prison.
No, it's not revenge.
It's the rule of law that you liberals like to talk so much about.
It's about equal protection.
I think I brought this up the other day, but I find it amazing.
That when it was revealed that all of Richard Nixon's White House conversations had been recorded, he initially refused to release them to the Congress, to the Watergate special prosecutor, to the public, saying they were protected by executive privilege.
He did, however, post a transcript of all of them.
The left and the Democrats said that was insufficient.
They sued.
The U.S.
Supreme Court reversed hundreds of years of precedent pertaining to executive privilege and demanded that the tapes be made public.
They were, and that caused the downfall of Richard Nixon.
Now, Special Counsel Robert Herr had an interview with Joe Biden, but the Biden Justice Department is refusing to release that audio recording.
Their response is, well, we published a transcript.
Well, that's what Nixon said.
Why do we have a two-tiered justice system?
What is it about this audio that they don't want you to hear?
Could it be that he's doddering?
Could it be that he's confused?
Could it be that he's enraged?
We see that a lot.
There's something there they don't want you to hear.
But what's good for Richard Nixon should be good for Joe Biden.
Unclear to me why they should be treated differently.
No, Roger, and I see this as a part of a larger thing that they're putting together, which, you know, we saw the lead-up to January 6th.
We saw how they set that up and how it was used afterwards to attack the political opposition of the establishment Washington, D.C.
And we played a clip about this a couple weeks ago, Roger, with Maxine Waters, with Owen Troyer here in the Stone Zone, where she was talking about people in the hills and Trump supporters in the hills, just completely made up, crazy nonsense.
Waters was at it again, Roger, in a recent CNN interview, where she referred to Trump supporters as domestic terrorists.
And she actually goes as far as to say that Trump supporters That's right 80 million plus people out there are planning a civil war if Trump were to lose in 2024.
I want to play this and get your reaction because to me it looks like they're setting this up for some kind of event that they orchestrate that they can then turn back and say see the Trump supporters are violent just like January 6th where it was a Fed's erection set up by the intelligence agencies all the way.
Let's let's roll that clip.
I am going to spend some time with the criminal justice system, with the justice system, asking them, tell us what's going on with the domestic terrorists.
Are they preparing a civil war against us?
Should we be concerned about our safety?
What is he doing with this divisive language?
It is dangerous and we're going to have to make sure that we understand that we're not at risk with this man talking in the way that he's doing.
Wait a minute, is that the same Maxine Waters who I saw on video saying, if you see Trump supporters in a restaurant or a gas station, you get in their face, you tell them they're not welcome in this country?
The person advocating violence is Maxine Waters.
The person advocating turbulence is Maxine Waters.
And to denigrate 81 million people as domestic terrorists just because they don't support your candidate for president, is outrageous.
On the other hand, Maxine Waters, who doesn't live in the district that she represents, who lives in an incredible mansion there, she's a blight upon the earth.
She's a dangerous person.
She is the one who is fomenting violence.
We've seen that.
And as for us, no, no matter what happens, violence is not the answer.
Insurrection is not the answer.
Revolution is not the answer.
We need to win at the polls in the next democratically scheduled election.
That is America's last and best opportunity to change directions.
And my good friend Alex Jones raises this constantly, as have others such as Tucker Carlson, some false flag operation that can be handily blamed on Trump supporters.
So let us be clear.
We're opposed to violence.
We're opposed to any kind of revolt.
What we are in favor of is winning the next election, and we're going to go all out to do that.
You know, I love this because the left has no interest in accuracy.
They'll show a video in which I said, Then if on election night the question was unsettled, it was up in the air, then I believe Donald Trump should declare victory.
That's the advice that Ambassador Joseph P. Kennedy gave to his son John Kennedy in that razor-thin election.
That's the same advice that Secretary of State James Baker gave to George W. Bush in that election.
The media said it was brilliant, by the way.
I never said, if Trump loses, he should immediately declare victory.
I never said that or anything of the kind.
You'll find a thousand people saying otherwise on social media today.
That's what's great about the Stone Zone.
gives us a chance to correct the record against the rabid left who make lying a specialty.
So I appreciate you raising Maxine Waters.
