Lindell TV brings you The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times best-selling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and we are back in the Stone Zone.
Last week, I had the high honor and privilege of interviewing Mexican actor, film producer, Eduardo Verastegui, right here on the Stone Zone.
Then I interviewed him again for my WABC radio show on Sunday.
Both of them were epic and I think important interviews.
I asked you to go to stonezone.com to watch that show in the archive or you can go to Frank Speech and see it there.
Since that time, I've had an opportunity to take my wife to an AMC theater to see Sound of Freedom.
There have been times in American history When a film, art, was a catalyst for change.
The most notable example would be Oliver Stone's famous film, JFK.
That sparked a demand in the country by Americans to know more about the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.
This powerful film, I believe, is going to be a major step towards the eradication of the scourge of child sex trafficking.
Take a look at this amazing trailer.
How did that make you feel?
*music* Giving a child his freedom?
Felt good.
You have been at this for 12 years.
Why are you doing it?
Because God's children are not for sale.
It is the fastest growing international crime network that the world has ever seen.
For homeland security, you know we can't go off rescuing Honduran kids in Colombia.
This job tears you to pieces.
And this is my one chance to put those pieces back together.
Yet somehow, you have failed to bring me one real world lead.
It's over, Tim.
Close up, and come back home.
So you quit your job and you go and rescue those kids.
The South of that delivery room is all rebel territory.
No one goes in.
But if this is your daughter.
So, she's gone.
It's a dream.
We'll be right back.
Hear that?
That's The Sound of Freedom.
The Sound of Freedom is one of those films that can legitimately change this world.
So we want to ignite a fire.
That was a one of the most powerful pieces of filmmaking that I have seen.
Now through a very special pay forward program, you can not only see the movie, but you can secure tickets for free or secure tickets for other people who can't afford to see the movie.
Let's put that website up right there.
Angel.com slash free tickets.
Now, several things are true.
First of all, this movie has now grossed $124 million since the July 4th release.
That means that it is destroying the competition from Disney, Indiana Jones, and will shortly pass, if it has not already passed, Mission Impossible and the part of that series.
On the other hand, I've interviewed people here for the Stone Zone, Uh, and there are games being played by AMC theaters in some markets.
There are places where you will call the theater, uh, or you'll go online and you'll be told that the movie is sold out.
Uh, but when you go to the theater, you will find out that it is not sold out.
In fact, you'll find the theater somewhat empty.
Uh, the showing that I saw in an AMC theater was completely packed and the audience reaction to the film was extraordinary.
In another instance, I interviewed somebody who'd seen the film and the air conditioning was very conveniently broken in that particular theater in a multiplex.
What is this all about?
Well, there are many in the mainstream media who seek to downplay the existence of child sex trafficking.
They're actually trying to say that it doesn't exist.
It most definitely exists, and it is a major $150 billion industry in this country.
This film may also have the inadvertent effect of launching Eduardo Verastegui as a candidate for President of Mexico.
Much like the United States, the people of Mexico are tired of a two-party or multi-party A system in which all parties are globalist and all parties are corrupt.
When he reached us, when I interviewed him last week, Eduardo admitted that yes, many Mexicans have urged him to run, many Americans have urged him to run, and that he is taking that challenge very seriously.
In fact, he is praying for wisdom as to whether he should be a candidate or not.
My friends, by all means, see this movie.
See it as soon as you can.
Go to their pay-forward program.
Let's put that up one more time so people have time to write it down.
Go to angel.com slash free tickets.
That's angel.com free tickets so that you can share this with other people who may not have the opportunity to see it.
It is one of the most extraordinarily powerful, uplifting, Inspiring stories that I have seen but it also shows you the see me and ugly side of child sex trafficking so when Rolling Stone or the Huffington Post or Raw Story or any of the other the Daily Beast when any of these fake news outlets these propaganda fronts try to tell you that this entire
Travesty is a fever dream of the QAnon movement.
Well, I'm not in QAnon.
Either is Eduardo.
Either is Jim Caviezel.
In fact, nobody involved in this production.
That is a vile smear designed to distract you from the scourge of child sex trafficking.
Now, I find that I get more questions about the candidacy of Robert F. Kennedy as his candidacy Continues to catch fire.
This despite a war of censorship like nothing I have ever seen.
When Robert Kennedy announced his candidacy at the Old State House in Boston, five minutes into his announcement speech, YouTube deplatformed him entirely.
Instagram would subsequently deplatform him.
It's not because he's talking about vaccinations or the vaccination issue.
In fact, he was not talking about that at all in his announcement speech.
It is because his candidacy is a threat to the established order.
Here's an important statistic.
No president in modern times has faced a significant challenge to their renomination, beaten that challenge back, but gone on to be reelected.
Robert Kennedy does pose a serious challenge to the status quo.
Now, to be absolutely clear, because some folks watching the show may actually be on Twitter or other social media platforms, Robert Kennedy is an acquaintance of mine.
I would not call us close friends.
I did not urge him to run.
I was surprised to hear that he had decided to run.
I'm not advising his campaign.
I am 100% behind former President Donald Trump, and everyone knows that.
But as someone who is looking at the impact of the Kennedy candidacy, you can't keep your eyes off of it.
Tonight, he's doing a town meeting on Fox with Sean Hannity.
Fox seems to be the only outlet that is playing fair with him.
Every other media outlet, ABC, NBC, particularly NBC, CBS, if they interview him at all, they severely edit his interviews because they say that he spouts misinformation.
I challenge that.
I think that the voters should decide.
In other words, let Robert Kennedy speak.
He has clearly hit a responsive chord with the American people, but the question is several fold.
One, has the Democratic Party changed so much so that there is no longer a constituency for what Robert Kennedy stands for?
What do I mean by that?
Well, the Democratic Party was always the anti-war party.
The Democratic Party was always the party of civil rights and civil liberties.
The Democratic Party was the party that discrusted Big Brother government.
But is that true any longer?
Is the Democratic Party solely and completely in the grips of Big Pharma as a major donor?
There used to be a day when Democrats distrusted the FBI.
Because of their active spying on anti-war protesters during the Vietnam War.
But today, for some reason, those in the Democratic Party seem to love the heavy-handed tactics of the FBI.
President John F. Kennedy was not by any means a progressive by today's standards.
He favored a massive defense buildup when he became president in 1960.
He was a cutter of federal taxes because, as he said, Rising tide lifts all boats.
He favored a silver backed dollar.
He wanted to do away with the oil depletion allowance, which saved Texas oil billionaires hundreds of millions of dollars in taxes.
And he favored a and he had a deep distrust of the intelligence agencies, including the Central Intelligence Agency, because they had misled him about the Chances of success in the Bay of Pigs operation, but also had given him no early warning regarding the Cuban Missile Crisis.
So by today's standard, John F. Kennedy, a staunch anti-communist, would probably not be at home at the Democratic Party.
What is interesting is the extent to which some have gone to smear Robert Kennedy.
Recently, In an off-the-record conversation with a group of reporters in New York City, at least two people broke the ground rules to mention that Kennedy had talked about, not proselytized for, not advocated for, but talked about a study which seemed to show that there were lesser effects of the COVID-19 vaccination on certain ethnic groups.
That became a full-fledged smear in the New York Post, When they said that Kennedy's comments were anti-Semitic.
They were not.
Days later, Kennedy would testify before a House committee investigating censorship.
And then, incredibly, 106, I believe it is, Democratic members of Congress co-signed a letter saying that Kennedy should not be allowed to testify to the censorship hearing.
That's right.
They wanted to censor his speech at a hearing looking into the dangers of censorship.
I thought that his response to this, in which he discarded his prepared remarks and spoke extemporaneously, was one of the most riveting pieces of American politics, the most incredible things I've ever seen on Capitol Hill.
Let's roll that.
I want to put it aside my written state for a moment and address one of the points that was brought up, I think an important point by the ranking member, that this body ought to be concerning itself with the issues that that this body ought to be concerning itself with the issues that impact directly the The rising price of groceries, 76% over the past two years were basic.
Food stuff, the war in Ukraine, the inflation issues, the border issues, many, many other issues that concern us all as a nation.
We can't do that without the First Amendment, without debate.
When I gave my speech, my announcement speech in Boston two months ago, YouTube, I talked about all those issues.
I focused on grocery.
I focused on the fact that working-class people can no longer afford to live in this country.
I talked about inflation, all the issues that deeply concern you, and that you've devoted your career to alleviating those issues.
Five minutes into my speech, when I was talking about Paul Revere, YouTube deplatformed me.
I didn't talk about vaccines in that speech.
I didn't talk about anything that could be a verboten subject.
I just was talking about my campaign and things, the conversation that we ought to be having with each other as Americans.
But I was shut down.
And that is why the First Amendment is important.
Debate, congenial, respectful debate, is the It's the fertilizer, it's the water, it's the sunlight for our democracy.
We need to be talking to each other.
This is a letter that many of you signed.
Many of my fellow Democrats.
I've spent my life in this party.
I've devoted my life to the values of this party.
102 people signed this.
This itself is evidence of the problem that this hearing was convened to address.
This is an attempt to censor a censorship hearing.
The charges in this, and by the way, censorship is antithetical to our party.
It was appalling to my father, to my uncle, to FDR, to Harry Truman, to Thomas Jefferson, as the chairman referred to.
It is the basis for democracy.
It sets us apart from all of the previous forms of government.
We need to be able to talk, and the First Amendment was not written for easy speech.
It was written for the speech that nobody likes you for.
And I was censored, not just by the Democratic administration, I was censored by the Trump administration.
I was the first person censored by the, as the chairman pointed out, by the Biden administration two days after it came into office.
It awarded a truthful, and by the way, They had to invent a new word called malinformation to censor people like me.
There was no misinformation on my Instagram account.
Everything I put on that account was cited in source, the peer-reviewed publications or government databases.
Nobody has ever pointed to a single piece of misinformation that I publish.
I was removed for something they called malinformation.
Malinformation is information that is true, but is inconvenient to the government, that they don't want people to hear.
And that's antithetical to the values of our country.
After I announced my presidency, it became more difficult for people to censor me, outright.
So now I'm subject to this new form of censorship, which is called targeted propaganda, where people apply pejoratives Like anti-vax.
I've never been anti-vaccine, but everybody in this room probably believes that I have been, because that's the prevailing narrative.
Anti-Semitism.
Racism.
These are the most appalling, disgusting pejoratives, and they're applied to me to silence me, because people don't want me to have that conversation about the war, about groceries, about inflation.
About the war on the middle class in this country that we need to be having.
And by the way, I want to say this, while I'm on the record, that in my entire life, and why I'm under oath, in my entire life, I have never uttered a phrase that was either racist or anti-Semitic.
I have spent my life fighting my professional career Fighting for Israel, for the protection of Israel.
I have a better record on Israel than anybody in this chamber today.
I'm the only person who has publicly objected to the $2 billion payout that the Biden administration is now making to Iran, which is a genocidal program.
I'm the only one who's objected to that.
I fought more ferociously for Israel than anybody.
But I am being censored here through this target, through smears, through misinterpretations of what I've said, through lies, through association, which is a tactic that we all thought we had been discredited and dispensed with after the Army McCarthy hearings in the 1950s.
But those same weapons are now being deployed against me to silence me.
I know many of the people who wrote this letter.
I don't believe there's a single person who signed this letter who believes I'm anti-Semitic.
I do not believe that.
There is no evidence of that.
Now I want to say something I think that's more important and it goes directly to what you talked about, Ranking Member, which is the need This toxic polarization that is destroying our country today.
And how do we deal with that?
This kind of division is more dangerous for our country than any time since the American Civil War.
And how do we deal with that?
Every Democrat on this committee believes that we need to end that polarization.
Do you think you can do that by censoring people?
I'm telling you, you cannot.
That only aggravates and amplifies the problem.
We need to start being kind to each other.
We need to start being respectful to each other.
We need to start restoring the comedy to this chamber and to the rest of America.
But it has to start here.
My uncle, Edward Kennedy, has more legislation With his name on it than any senator in United States history.
Why is that?
Because he was able to reach across the aisle.
Because he didn't deal in insults.
Because he didn't try to censor people.
He brought home people who were antithetical to what he believed in.
He came home almost every weekend with people like Orrin Hatch to our house at the compound in Johannesburg.
At that time, Orrin Hatch to me was like Darth Vader because I was an environmentalist and I was saying, why is Teddy bringing this guy home?
But he knew that he was effective because he understood that comedy and respect and kindness and compassion and empathy for other people is the way that we have the only way to restore the function in this in this chamber.
But more importantly, Today, we need to give an example in the leadership of our country of being respectful to each other.
If you think I said something that's anti-Semitic, let's talk about the details.
I'm telling you all the things that I'm accused of right now by you.
And in this letter are distortions, they're misrepresentations.
I didn't say those things.
There's fragments that I said, but I denounce anybody Who uses the words that I have said to imply something that is negative about people who are Jewish.
I never said those things.
I want to point out also that the chairman pointed to Dennis Kucinich's fight behind me.
There is no two people in the country who feel more differently about American politics than these two people.
And yet they were friends.
Dennis attended his children's basketball games, attended his daughter's wedding.
This is what we need, how we need to start treating each other in this country.
We have to stop trying to destroy each other, to marginalize, to vilify, to gaslight each other.
We have to find that place inside of ourselves of light, of empathy, of compassion, and above all, we need to elevate the Constitution of the United States, which was written for hard times, and that has to be the premier compass for all of our activities.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
Mr. Chairman, I'd like to raise a point of order.
So, Robert Kennedy made reference to Senator Orrin Hatch.
I worked on Orrin Hatch's first campaign for the U.S.
Senate in Utah, in which he was an insurgent Reagan supporter running against the Utah Republican machine, and he defeated them.
He was a conservative's conservative.
Yet, he was extraordinarily proud of his friendship with Ted Kennedy.
And together, on a bipartisan basis, They co-sponsored some of the most important legislation to pass the U.S.
Senate.
So I understand exactly what Robert Kennedy is saying.
Now I want to examine three different aspects of this.
One, Robert Kennedy's prospects for winning the Democratic Party nomination.
Two, Robert Kennedy's prospects for running as an independent, as some have said they support.
And thirdly, the prospects Of a Kennedy Trump ticket.
So here we go.
First of all, it's important to understand that the Democratic Party has changed their nomination process to make it substantially more difficult for Robert Kennedy and to pave the way either for a renomination of Joe Biden or for the nomination of Joe Biden's replacement.
We'll talk about that a little bit later in the show, but Iowa's first in the nation caucuses.
Uh, under the Democratic National Committee rules have been stripped of their delegates and Joe Biden's name will not appear on the ballot at those caucuses.
Meaning if you're an Iowa Democrat and you go to the caucuses, you will not be able to vote for Joe Biden or his replacement.
Robert Kennedy will enter his name.
The Iowa Democratic Party, devoid of delegates, will move ahead with their caucuses nonetheless.
So victory, in my opinion, will be judged by the turnout and the total number of votes that are won by Robert Kennedy.
It is incumbent on him and his campaign to run up as large a total as possible, potentially a Pyrrhic victory that could embarrass Joe Biden or Joe Biden's replacement.
This is also true in New Hampshire.
New Hampshire, being a part of New England where the Kennedy family has always had substantial political strength, is the first in the nation primary.
New Hampshire's primary must take place by state law and must take place prior to any other state primary.
That's the state law.
Even if that means holding the primary in 2023, although that does not appear necessary at this time.
Once again, Joe Biden's name, or the name of whoever replaces Joe Biden, will not appear on the ballot.
That means, again, that Robert Kennedy's success can only be measured by the number, the raw total, of the number of votes that he wins there.
I do think, however, that he has great potential.
Now, in both of those contests, recognize that he has been vilified by CNN and MSNBC.
And any examination of Democratic primary voters in Iowa or New Hampshire, or any state for that matter, will show that a disproportionate number of voters are getting their information from those two cable news networks.
There is, however, among Democratic primary voters, a higher percentage of voters who are getting their news from the Internet.
But even then, you have a disproportionate amount of influence from Websites such as the Huffington Post which is not a news website which is a propaganda arm for the Democratic Cabal Robert Kennedy has been vilified largely because of his position in favor of health freedom Because of his incredible book the real Anthony Fauci which I strongly commend to you if you have not read it
There's also a companion documentary, but also because he's a candidate for peace.
Hard to believe in the Democratic Party, but Robert Kennedy not only wants to seal our southern border and recognizes the problem being caused by the trafficking of fentanyl, plus the many, many illegals flooding into this country under the open borders policy of Joe Biden, but he also seriously questions whether we are inching closer and closer To World War 3.
He's against continuing to fund billions of dollars to the war in Ukraine.
At the same time, as he puts it, we're cutting food stamps for poor people.
At the same time, we've had a 76% increase in the cost of basic groceries.
So he's made a major theme of his campaign, the hollowing out of the middle class and The rise of government corporate power at the expense of the average taxpayer.
South Carolina is the first place where either Joe Biden or Joe Biden's replacement will actually be on the ballot.
It is a state that has a absolute majority of African American primary voters within their primary electorate.
That is potentially fertile ground for Robert Kennedy.
Given his family's longtime association with civil rights.
And therefore, I think it is a state where unlike Iowa, unlike New Hampshire, neither one of which has a substantial African American or Latino population, you have a more diverse electorate.
And then the primary schedule goes to Nevada.
Nevada has both a large African American and a large Hispanic population.
And it is also a state where Joe Biden or Joe Biden's replacement will be on the ballot.
There is no question that these attacks on Robert Kennedy have taken their toll.
In the end, I think he's running a valiant issues oriented campaign, taking advantage of those media outlets that will cover him, recognizing that most of them are alternative media.
In other words, he can get on with Joe Rogan, for example.
He can get on some of the more important podcasts, but trying to get on with MSNBC or CNN in any fair way, other than a pretty decent broadcast with Mike Smirconish on CNN, that is not going to happen.
The Democratic Party machine is in the firm grip of Barack Obama, and I believe in the end, Robert Kennedy will be kneecapped the same way they kneecapped Bernie Sanders.
Yet I think Robert Kennedy's appeal is quite different.
So at worst, at the end of that process, I believe Robert Kennedy is going to have generated a very substantial number of Democrats and independents, independents who can vote, by the way, in the New Hampshire primary, and they're going to be disaffected.
I don't see them going back to Joe Biden.
Now there is the question of whether Robert Kennedy would run as an independent.
This is unfortunately for a lot of legal reasons a pipe dream and here is why.
The filing deadlines to qualify for the ballot in most states are concurrent with the filing deadlines to run for the Democratic Party nomination.
That means one has to do one or the other but one cannot do both and one cannot do one followed by the other.
Secondarily, the obstacles to getting on the ballot are onerous.
In other words, the ballot access laws in this country for both third party candidates and independent party candidates, or independent candidates, are written by Republicans and Democrats working together.
And they work together to make access to the ballot as difficult, as onerous, as technical, and as expensive as possible.
Additionally, I would say, ironically, even though he is running in the Democratic Party and may split the Democratic Party in a three-way race, I believe that Robert Kennedy would actually take more votes from Donald Trump, the near certain Republican nominee, than he would take from Joe Biden.
But it's an academic question because one cannot both pursue the Democratic nomination and still have any chance of pursuing an independent candidacy.
There are two major minor parties in this country, the Libertarian Party, which has access today on around 30 states automatically permanent ballot access, and the Green Party, which has a similar number.
Cornell West, who is a distinguished African American professor, has already announced his candidacy For the Green Party nomination.
I believe he will be the Green Party nominee.
I believe he will get on the ballot in 46 or 48 states.
And I believe that that poses some threat to the Democratic candidate, Joe Biden, or whoever replaces Joe Biden.
But there is no instance in which Robert Kennedy, unless he bolted the Democratic Party now, which he's clearly not inclined to do, and ran as an independent.
You heard him say that he's dedicated his life to the values of the Democratic Party.
That speaks to the next question.
There's a lot of interest, I must say, in the idea, the concept, the outside-the-box thought about a Trump-Kennedy ticket.
I first wrote about this on Substack several months ago, and it elicited an extraordinary outpouring of public interest.
But it was a wistful idea, and here is why.
In at least 30 states, in order for an individual to appear on the ballot as a Republican nominee, they must be a registered member of the Republican Party.
In other words, even if Donald Trump were, under some circumstances, willing to ask Robert Kennedy to run for vice president, it would require Trump to be interested in that.
There's no current evidence that that is the case.
There would require Robert Kennedy to acquiesce.
There's no evidence to that today either.
Could the situation be different next July when the parties nominate their candidates?
It could be, but the legal obstacles are still very formidable.
There are two.
One must be a member of the party to be on the ballot in some 30 states.
Robert Kennedy is not going to leave the party of John F. Kennedy and his father, Robert F. Kennedy.
The Attorney General and former U.S.
Senator from New York to become a Republican.
And therefore, I believe the idea of a Kennedy Trump Kennedy ticket is highly unlikely.
Additionally, although less troublesome, many states have what they call a sore loser law.
That means that if you sought a major party nomination in that state in the Democratic primary, and then later sought to be on the ballot as a The party, the candidate or nominee of another party, you may be barred.
Now, you could argue in court that you didn't run for president because nobody runs for vice president, but that would require a lengthy legal process that would be most expensive and therefore highly unlikely.
What is a possibility actually dawned on me when I watched Robert Kennedy in a very incisive interview with Laura Ingram.
Laura Ingraham asked Robert Kennedy whether he would endorse Joe Biden if he lost the nomination and Biden was the nominee.
And I understand political speak pretty well.
Robert Kennedy dodged that question, said he'd have to think about it.
Then he was asked if he was asked to serve in the cabinet of a Republican president, say Donald Trump, would he do so?
He said he would have to seriously consider it.
In politics, to me, that means yes.
There's a long tradition of this.
Franklin Roosevelt's Secretary of War, Frank Knox, was a Republican.
John F. Kennedy, Robert Kennedy's uncle, had as his Treasury Secretary C. Douglas Dillon, a Republican from New Jersey.
Richard Nixon had a Democrat as his Secretary of the Treasury.
John Connolly, the former governor of Texas, who would later become a Republican.
And even Barack Obama had Congressman Ray LaHood, A Republican from Illinois as the Secretary of Transportation.
So there is a long tradition of having a bipartisan cabinet.
In fact, the Trump cabinet and the Obama part of the Trump cabinet was the most recent cabinet that had no bipartisan membership.
Therefore, I believe that it is possible that this entire movement Could, could inure to the benefit of Donald Trump if there are disaffected Democrats and independents who at the end of the day are unhappy with the treatment that Robert Kennedy has received and who are receptive to his message of hope and national unity.
I really subscribe to what he said.
It is time to end this toxic environment in our politics.
I'm tired of being attacked.
I'm tired of being assaulted when I try to go out in public.
It is time to dial it down and unify this country and that's why I'm most interested in his candidacy and his message.

Now, despite the fact that the fake news media tries to downplay it or ignore it, the heat is really turning up on the Biden crime family.
Late last week, Senator Chuck Grassley, often called the conscience of the U.S.
Senate, released a document, FD 1023, which showed that a Ukrainian oligarch claimed that he was coerced into paying $10 million in bribes to Joe and Hunter Biden.
The $10 million bribe paid to the Bidens was in order for them to pressure the Ukrainian government to fire a prosecutor looking into the Burisma Energy Company and its connections to Hunter Biden.
The gentleman's name was Zlotchevsky, who stated that it cost $5 million per Biden, and he said that Hunter Biden wasn't too bright.
In fact, he said that his dog was smarter than Hunter Biden.
Slashevsky also said that he had 17 audiotapes which would document these transactions and that Joe Biden participated in phone calls.
This week we learned that on at least 200 occasions, Hunter Biden put his father on the phone with some of his foreign business contacts.
Wait a minute, Joe Biden told us back during the campaign in the debates that he had never been involved and had no knowledge Put yourselves in our place.
Now, the White House has softened that, saying, well, he was never a partner in Hunter's businesses.
Kevin McCarthy may have finally gotten it.
Let's roll this.
Put yourselves in our place.
Doesn't matter who's in the majority or not.
You have somebody who went to the FBI.
They had a 1023, which is the form they talk about, who says he this is an informant that the FBI continues to use.
They heard that there were payments to bribe, allegedly, the Vice President at the time.
That the bribe would be hard to follow because there were shell companies that it would take you years to get through it.
That was one allegation.
We have a president who told the American public in October that he's never spoken to his family about any of the business.
He said no one in the family had ever gotten money from China.
Well now that is proven not to be correct.
We now have IRS whistleblowers come forth saying that the Justice Department Use their power differently than David Weiss or Garland has said to the American public in the Congress and Senate.
They also said that we all know the statute of limitations ran out for the most serious part when it comes to the Biden family on taxes.
But the IRS in whistleblower who when asked questions in that hearing.
So now you have the President saying one thing that we've proven is not true.
You've got IRS whistleblowers saying something when it comes to government treating the Bidens different.
You've got an informant claiming that the Biden family had been bribed.
Should you ignore that or should investigate that?
The only way you can investigate that is through an impeachment inquiry so the committee would have the power to get all the documents that they would need.
What I said last night, and I continue, I said it before, when more of this continues to unravel, it rises to the level of impeachment inquiry where you would have the Congress to have the power to get to all these answers.
I would think the Biden family would want to answer these questions as well, provide the documents instead of holding them back.
We're watching this administration use, use government much like Richard Nixon used by denying us to get the information that we need.
So that's the answer.
Yes.
What would an impeachment inquiry allow congressional investigators that the oversight committees and judiciary committees don't already have?
And how would you respond to Democrats contention that the 1023 was in the possession of the Justice Department during the Trump administration under Attorney General Barr, and they found it not to be credible enough to move forward?
Not true.
Not true.
If you listen to what Barr came forward, Barr said he moved the 1023 when he found out about it to the, I believe it was the Philadelphia Department of the Justice Department.
That Justice Department came back and said that, and don't quote me because I've got to get the right terms exactly what they said, but they said there was more merit and more information.
When have you found a Justice Department of Attorneys to find more information than the FBI?
The FBI did nothing with it.
And you raise a very good point here, because you bring up that.
Well, we have now found from the IRS agents, the whistleblowers who came forth, that they were denied this document while they were investigating.
Not only were they denied the document, when they had a meeting, then they were going to talk about it, they asked to be a part of it, and they were denied to be there.
Now that raises lots of questions.
You never want people to question that type of thing.
You want to be forthcoming.
So what an impeachment inquiry does, it gives us the apex of the power of Congress for Republicans and Democrats to gather the information that they need.
So, when we're continuing that you raise a question like this, wondering what's right or wrong, you would want the truth as well, just as you're covering it for the American public.
What that simply provides is that the American public has a right to know, and this allows Congress to get the information to be able to know the truth.
Yes, ma'am?
What do you say to the moderates in your party who say you continue to side and appease the right wing on many issues, including... Such as what?
On talking about an impeachment inquiry of President Biden, on appropriations, on a long list of things.
Well, I don't know, because you haven't quoted anybody.
You just say something, you say, you frame some, some brand of something.
But let me, let me answer your question.
It's very fourfold and truthful in this.
I have nothing to do about who in the party.
This is about America.
Then I raise to you.
I've watched you on TV.
You write every day about covering government.
So right now you have a president who told you and every other American that he's never talked to as a family about business and they never got one dollar from China.
You now know that's not true.
You have a president, while he was vice president, that got 16 out of 17 payments from Romania while he was president.
You now had never known that before he was elected, but you now have a document that the FBI had, that didn't further investigate, even though the Justice Department said there was merit, that said, They were bribed and told they had to run through shell companies, which you never knew about, but now you know there are shell companies, and what they made this claim to be, you find that the form of which to pay in is actually what came through.
You now have IRS whistleblowers who are not Republican, philosophically, who now say they were denied the ability to do their job.
And in trying to do their job in the investigation of the Biden family, they were denied the 1023.
Even in meetings where David Weiss has said one thing to them and different to the American public, different than the Attorney General had promised the American public.
He said that they should be prosecuted.
But now we have found out That the department actually called the Biden family attorneys, told them ahead of time where documents were, treated other people in politics differently, even went to the Inaugural Committee.
Why would they give a heads up to the Inaugural Committee?
Why would they be denied the ability to go forward?
They believe the investigation was hampered Using political purposes to treat them differently.
Now, as an elected official, having all this information, should I ignore it?
No.
Congress has a responsibility for investigation wing.
All I'm saying is, and I'm sure you'd probably ask the same question, where's the truth?
You've got to get to the bottom of the truth.
And the only way Congress can do that is go to impeachment inquiry that gives Republicans and Democrats the ability to get all the information.
I got to open the floor.
I'm sure we're going to be able to see each other.
Very effective presentation by Speaker McCarthy.
Corruption is not an ideological issue.
And now we have seen, coming from the House committees, evidence of extortion, bribery, money laundering, illegal lobbying, and let's just say it, treason.
Because it is absolutely clear that the Bidens took money from Russia, China, Ukraine, and Romania at a minimum.
That is why I believe, and I've said this consistently, that in the end, the inability of Joe Biden to string together a coherent sentence, the inability to give a speech, the inability to remember where he is.
He went to Ireland.
He was back three days and he said he couldn't remember the last time he'd been out of the country.
His falling down combined with the disastrous impact of his policies, the highest gasoline prices in recent memory, 76% increase in the cost of basic groceries, epic ravage inflation, destroying the buying epic ravage inflation, destroying the buying power of the American families.
Meanwhile, we are shipping billions of dollars to Ukraine without any accountability in terms of how that money is being spent and we are projecting both to Iran and to Red China epic weakness that brings even greater aggression.
Combine that now with the exposure of the epic corruption of the Biden family, and I believe that Barack Obama, who is the de facto head of the Democratic Party, will determine that it is too heavy a burden for the Democratic Party to bear.
Here's a quick interview I gave on this exact subject.
Political consultant Roger Stone has been offering his insights into the 2024 presidential election, speculating that the Democratic Party may try to find a replacement candidate for President Biden.
Stone joins us now to discuss with his analysis of the presidential race.
Roger Stone, thank you so much for joining us.
Delighted to be with you.
Roger, you recently said at, I believe it was the Turning Point event, you think Michelle Obama could be the Democratic candidate for 2024.
Were you serious?
And what do you mean by that?
With all of the revelations regarding Joe Biden, his brother and his son, and the epic list of crimes for which I think there is evidence, including extortion, money laundering, bribery, Uh, influence peddling, illegal lobbying, uh, and so on combined with Joe Biden's inability to perform in public in any cogent way.
Uh, I think it is increasingly clear that Joe Biden is probably not re-electable.
Uh, therefore I believe that he will either be prevailed upon to resign, uh, most probably Pardoning himself and his brother and his son, perhaps other members of his family and his circle.
And if he refuses to resign, I think Democrats may elect to remove him under the 25th Amendment, which merely requires a majority of the cabinet plus the sitting vice president.
Their conundrum is, of course, that Kamala Harris may be even less electable than Joe Biden.
In his current situation.
And the problem with that is that within the new Democratic primary process in their nomination process, I don't think you can replace a woman of color with a white male, namely Gavin Newsom.
Without any question, one of the most popular people in their party One of the most popular people in the country is Michelle Obama.
First of all, I think she'd be a very, very strong and formidable candidate.
And I really believe that her husband has a disproportionate amount of influence in this current administration and most certainly in the Democratic primary.
And I think she would be a very strong candidate.
And I think she will be the candidate.
Well, it's a very fascinating perspective.
I think a lot of people, when you spell it out in those terms, may well agree with you wholeheartedly.
I just want to switch gears here and get your take on the governor of your state of Florida there, Ron DeSantis.
A rather lackluster performance in the polls, I think, has surprised a lot of people, including some really big donors that have backed the governor.
What happened to his campaign?
Where do you see it going?
He really needs, I think, first and foremost, to do the job that he was elected to do.
And he seems to be derelict.
He's not here.
He's in Iowa.
Secondarily, I think, well, if you have a choice of hearing the Beatles or hearing a Beatles tribute band, which one are you going to do?
Donald Trump is the genuine article.
He is the leader.
The founder of the America First movement.
Now, while the governor has kind of fashioned himself as an America First candidate, I think firstly, the vast majority of Republicans believe, rightly or wrongly, that Donald Trump was cheated out of a second term, and therefore he deserves another chance.
And secondarily, the governor is 42 years old.
He owes his entire political rise to the tweeted endorsement of Donald Trump, followed by Trump stumping for him hard in the last three weeks of the Roger, lastly, I just want to get your thoughts.
I think most people might be losing track of the amount of times that former President Trump has now been indicted.
There appears to be another big one looming, a federal indictment regarding January 6th and his involvement there.
Where do you see this going and how big of a deal will this factor into the 2024 campaign?
Well, I think it is extraordinarily dangerous.
It is quite clearly election interference.
To me, it is a recognition that the Democrats, particularly with Trump running now substantially ahead of Joe Biden in respectable polls, that they really want to disqualify him somehow.
The point, of course, is that they really don't want to give him a shot in a free, Roger Stone, really appreciate you joining us and we appreciate Perspective.
Thank you.
Great to be here.
They will lose.
And therefore, they are using lawfare against him.
Unfortunately, this is something I know quite a bit about.
Roger Stone, really appreciate you joining us and we appreciate perspective.
Thank you.
Great to be here.
Many thanks.
All right.
