He is a New York Times bestselling author, and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and that's right, you are right back in the Stone Zone.
Yes, I will be appearing at the Turning Point USA conference in West Palm Beach at the Convention Center this weekend.
July 15th and 16th.
I guess when Governor Ron DeSantis learned that I would be speaking, well, he canceled his appearance.
And some of his online allies are bitching about that, but I'm back and Ron DeSantis is on the decline.
Joining us today are two of the most dynamic women conservatives in the country, absolute favorites of mine.
But first up is Laura Loomer.
Then a little later in the program, Kim Klacik joins us from Baltimore.
But for anybody who doesn't know Laura Loomer, well, that means you must have been living under a rock.
She is one of the toughest, fiercest America First advocates in the country.
She is also a meticulous investigative journalist.
And she, of course, is a veteran of Project Veritas back when it was Well run.
Laura Loomer joins us on the Stone Zone now.
Thanks for having me, Roger.
It's always great to have you, Laura.
Long time no talk to.
How are you?
Yeah, I only talk to you 20 times a day, every single day.
But yeah.
Like Donald Trump, you have a, you have a limitless reservoir of energy.
And I salute you for that.
You are a You're indefatigable in your pursuit of the truth.
Now, you and I both predicted online very early that Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, whose career was made by Donald Trump, Would challenge Donald Trump in an outrageous act of treachery and backstabbing.
And we were both vilified by many in the movement saying, no, no, that's not right.
Why are you dividing us?
Stop attacking the sweet little precious little Ron.
And of course we've turned out to be absolutely right.
Ron DeSantis, a previously unknown and undistinguished congressman with no friends in the House of Representatives, interestingly enough.
Was catapulted to political success and stardom through the tweeted endorsement by President Donald Trump.
And for people who don't know it, he was at single digits.
He was at seven.
The state agriculture commissioner, Adam Putnam, kind of an established Republican, not a bad guy, but certainly not in the America First category, was at 59.
And Ron was headed towards ignominious defeat when Congressman Matt Gaetz He persuaded President Donald Trump to endorse Ron DeSantis.
And the rest is history.
The rest is history.
It is Donald Trump who elected DeSantis.
And then, frankly, Ron is such an unattractive, inarticulate and unlikable candidate, Donald Trump had to change his schedule to come here to Florida three times in the final weeks to literally drag him over the finish line.
And then people wonder why the president is offended by Ron's lack of loyalty, but That's the backstory that people who don't live in Florida need to know.
Now, Laura, you've done a lot of extraordinary expose work on Governor DeSantimonious, but what you came up with a couple days ago literally blew my mind.
If I read this correctly, it appears that Ron DeSantis actually bribed the Speaker of the Florida House to amend current state law to allow him to remain as governor Well, that's certainly what it looks like and sounds like, Roger.
I was going through some of the expenditure reports from Ron DeSantis' PAC, because as many people may know, and a lot of people don't know, when Ron DeSantis ran for governor a second time around, He actually broke fundraising records when it came to his gubernatorial race.
He raised over $200 million for his gubernatorial reelection, and I believe it was the most money that's ever been raised for a governor's race.
And yet everybody knew that Ron DeSantis was going to win the election.
Everybody knew that, you know, he Was going to blow Charlie Criss out of the water.
I don't think that anybody was sitting there, you know, biting their nails, wondering what the results of the election were going to be like in Florida on election night.
I like to say Charlie Criss is the only politician in the state of Florida who has run for office as a Republican, a Democrat, and an Independent and lost all times.
And so the thing about Charlie Criss is that he wasn't exactly A tough challenger to beat, which is why, if you look at the numbers, over 1 million Democrats stayed home compared to the 2018 numbers when you look at the race between Andrew Gillum and Governor Ron DeSantis.
So, if they would have had a more inspiring candidate, you would have seen probably that margin shrink.
Well, why do I bring this up?
Because when Ron DeSantis won re-election for his second term, he, of course, still had a surplus of about $100 million left over.
After spending $100 million.
And everybody was kind of wondering, well, what does he need the money for?
Because in Florida, governors are termed out after two terms.
And then if they want to run again and be governor in the future, they have to sit out a term.
So he would have to pause for four years and then, you know, he could potentially run again in another four years.
So what ended up happening is his PAC, the state entity called Friends of Ron DeSantis, where a lot of this money was stored, over $85 million to be exact, He had the name of his PAC changed shortly before filing to run for president, and they changed the name of the PAC to the Empower Parents PAC.
Well, then what he did is he appointed Florida State Senator Blazing Goglia, who was the Senate lead in the Florida legislature on pushing through Resign to Run.
And he had him take over the PAC as chairman and change the name to Empower Parents.
Then after the Florida Resign to Run law was passed in the Florida legislature, and it was really spearheaded by Speaker of the House Paul Renner, who was endorsed by Ron DeSantis, as well as Blazing Goglia, who was endorsed by Ron DeSantis in 2022.
Renner then, days after the legislature passes Resign to Run, props up his own PAC, a brand new PAC called Empower Parents Florida, Parents Florida, not to be mistaken with Ron DeSantis' PAC that was just deceptively changed to the different name of Empower Parents.
And so you kind of have to wonder if Paul Renner is going to be termed out, because this is also his last term.
in the legislature unless he decides to run for Senate, why would he need a PAC?
Why would the Speaker of the House, who was already at the end of the legislative session in May, need a brand new PAC?
Well, if you look at the expenditure reports, it was $1 million that was transferred from Ron DeSantis' PAC over to Paul Renner's brand new PAC days after the legislature passed, resigned to run, and just 16 days prior to Ron DeSantis filing to run for president.
Then, after Ron DeSantis had his PAC transfer $82.5 million of those funds to the Never Back Down PAC, which is now the official Ron DeSantis for President PAC that is attacking Donald Trump.
Blaze and Goglia filed paperwork with the Division of Elections to shut Ron DeSantis' PAC down.
So what does this mean?
It means that not only did Ron DeSantis weaponize nearly $100 million of donation money that was donated to him by Trump supporters for the sake of getting elected as governor, And then he gave it to a presidential PAC to attack Donald Trump.
But he also, it appears, paid off the Florida Speaker of the House with a $1 million bribe just days after getting what he wanted.
And as we know, Ron DeSantis filed to run for president on May 24th, which is the exact same day that he signed the changes, the amendment that was made to Florida's resign to run law, which allowed him to now run for president and keep his job as governor on taxpayer dime.
Sure smells like a bribe to me, Laura, but this is a pattern we see over and over again.
For example, Florida Power & Light, the dominant utility in the state and several of its subsidiaries, gave $9.5 million to Governor Ron DeSantis' various PACs, committees, and state party receptacles that he controls.
In return, his regulators did not question a 22% increase in electricity rates for the average Floridian.
My insurance bills are through, pardon me, my electricity bills are through the roof.
Cause effect, bribe and government action.
We see this pattern over and over again.
Nowhere more blatant and outrageous and I think damaging to the average Floridian than in the insurance industry.
You had a blockbuster expose on this.
Break this down for us.
Yeah, so several months ago, I published an exposé on Ron DeSantis' mishandling of the insurance crisis in the state of Florida, and I had a whistleblower come forward with documentation that showed that, as an adjuster, they had been informing, really, Jimmy Petronas, who is the CFO of Florida, and also Ron DeSantis, as well as other individuals in the Office of Insurance Regulation, otherwise known as OIR, here in the state of Florida,
And these warnings were completely ignored.
And not only were they ignored, but they allowed for citizens insurance, which is the state insurer of last resort that unfortunately so many Floridians, almost two million Floridians right now, have to utilize because over 17 insurance carriers in the last year have left the state of Florida have to utilize because over 17 insurance carriers in the last year have left the state of Florida and have announced that they are not going to be providing homeowners insurance here, which means they can't provide auto as well, from my understanding of it, from the way
And the reality is, is this has now created a crisis where Floridians are finding themselves unable to get insurance.
And the company of last resort, the state insurer citizens insurance, is completely insolvent by Ron DeSantis' own admission.
I don't know if that was a little Freudian slip or, you know, an accident on his part of revealing that information several months ago at a press conference.
It barely got any media attention.
But what this means is essentially Citizens Insurance is selling policies to Floridians who are under the impression that their homes are going to be insured in the case of a storm or, you know, It's required in the state of Florida.
Even if you own your home and you've paid off your mortgage, you still have to have home insurance.
And these people, if a storm were to come and destroy their roof or flood their home, they're not going to have coverage.
And because so many people are now on citizens, the state of Florida doesn't even have the funds, right, to take care of an insolvent citizen's insurance.
So you have the state of Florida and the CFO and Ron DeSantis lying to people, telling them that Oh, don't worry.
Don't worry.
Even if Citizens is insolvent, you're still going to have your claims paid out.
But there is literally no money to pay these claims out, and we're nearing a storm season right now.
My prediction is that there's going to be a market collapse, a crash of the market here in the state of Florida, similar to what we saw in 2008.
And hundreds of thousands, if not millions of Floridians are going to be without insurance and perhaps lose their homes.
I mean, we're going to have not just a home crisis and insurance crisis, but a homelessness crisis as well, because Florida's home to millions of senior citizens, and if you're a senior citizen on a fixed income social security, you are not going to be able to afford a 500% increase in your premium for your insurance, which is not an exaggeration, okay?
There are people who were paying $2,000 last year, and they are now paying, you know, $15,000 this year, and that's That's the state of affairs here in the state of Florida, and unfortunately it's only gotten worse under Ron DeSantis.
Florida has the highest home insurance premiums out of any state in the entire country, and it's only getting worse because Ron DeSantis took millions of dollars in donations from the insurance companies.
Florida's CFO, who's supposed to be regulating and monitoring and investigating these insurance companies, Jimmy Petronas, took over 1.8 million dollars from You know, I hear in political circles that Governor DeSantis has given the CFO, Jimmy Patronus, the impression that he will support Patronus as his successor.
for investigations into their own donors?
I don't think so.
You know, I hear in political circles that Governor DeSantis has given the CFO, Jimmy Petronas, the impression that he will support Petronas as his successor.
I still believe, and I predict here and now, that after Ron is ignominiously defeated in his campaign for president, he obviously had no confidence in and his ability to win 'cause he had to fix the law so he could remain as governor.
Also, so he could continue to maintain that fulcrum to extort money out of various industries, campaign money.
I believe that Ron DeSantis' governor, Casey, whose real name is Jill, will run for governor and seek to be his successor.
I also think that my favorite candidate, the person I'd like to see run, is Congressman Byron Donalds.
I think he would be a great governor, and I predict to you now that by the end of this campaign, if there's a DeSantis-Donalds face-off, that Casey will lose.
I think she's tarnishing her image.
There seems to be a shift in the DeSantis campaign in the sense that they have figured out that Ron has no voter appeal.
The more people see of him, the less they like him.
The less they believe he has the leadership qualities necessary to be president and at a minimum his wife is more palatable on the stump.
It appears to me she's now taking over the faltering campaign because they have reached the conclusion that people just don't like Ron.
I'm reminded of the famous story of the guy who had a dog food business.
And ultimately, he went bankrupt.
The dog food business never succeeded.
He could never get any big orders.
They asked him after the collapse of his company what the problem was.
He said it was really simple.
The dogs just didn't like that shit.
That's the problem here.
The more people see Ron DeSantis, the less they want him to be president.
Laura?
Yeah, you're 100% spot on, Roger Anderson.
And I think the more they see his wife, then they are definitely reassured in their decision of not wanting to see him as president.
Because Ron DeSantis You think that guy's unlikable?
Wait till you meet his wife, Jill.
I think that she's incredibly overbearing.
She's very controlling.
She doesn't ever stop talking.
She never allows her husband to speak longer than she speaks.
You can see on the campaign trail.
And now it appears that she is actually campaigning solo.
And the campaign is running campaign commercials featuring only Jill DeSantis.
She's signing his emails for him.
She's sending out text messages.
So it kind of just makes you wonder, who's the candidate here?
Is it Ron or is his wife the one that's running for president?
But I think you're right.
And the more people get to know him and his wife, the less they like them.
And if she is trying to make this into some kind of offshoot for a gubernatorial run in 2026, I don't really think that the voters are going to find her appealing, especially now that they've already got a little taste of it on the presidential campaign side.
Well, you kind of saw this in the last gubernatorial race when they figured out that she was much more popular, certainly warmer than he.
She was featured in the campaign commercials in this most recent race.
So really, perhaps the only question is, will she divorce Ron before or after her campaign for governor?
But I predict that she will run for governor.
I want to go back to this point because I find it shocking.
I have a friend who is a person of some wealth, comes from the Midwest, has a great deal of political experience, was active when they lived in Minnesota.
They now live in Palm Beach, and they're strong, strong supporters of President Donald Trump.
And this gentleman gave a $25,000 contribution to the friends of Ron DeSantis under the misimpression that he was helping reelect the governor.
He now finds that that committee changed its name, and then after he changed his name, it transferred that money over to the Never Stand Down PAC.
So, in essence, the $25,000 that he gave to help Ron DeSantis get reelected is now being used to fight President Donald Trump.
He's outraged.
He's written on Ron DeSantis demanding a refund.
He hasn't had any response to his letter.
Isn't this a fraud?
I believe this is a fraud.
Yeah, absolutely, and this is what I broke in my story.
People can read it.
They can go to my substack, lauralumar.substack.com and subscribe and read this article.
And I just published a video about this today as well, Roger, outlining how he misappropriated millions of dollars of funds that were raised from Trump supporters.
It absolutely is fraud because these donors would never have consented for their money to be utilized in a presidential race against Donald Trump.
And so I think there needs to be not only an investigation by the U.S. attorney's office, but I also think that Trump supporters who donated to Ron DeSantis should file maybe a class action lawsuit or some type of lawsuit against him demanding refunds.
Because this is exactly why he had the name of his PAC changed to Empower Parents PAC, because not only did he deceptively transfer the funds over to Never Back Down, but he also misled people into thinking that he was directing all of that money to parental rights initiatives. but he also misled people into thinking that he was
The name of the PAC was changed to Empower Parents, and if you look at the website, they said, and even on their own articles that they filed with the Division of Elections, the paperwork for their Statements of Organization, they said that this was going to be directed towards initiatives supporting parental rights.
But they didn't do that.
They just used the term parental rights to grift off of the parents movement and to pretend like Ron DeSantis is a savior for parents.
And then they shuttered the pack as soon as they transferred it over to Never Back Down, where, you know, people like Ken Cuccinelli and Jeff Rowe are probably getting most of the money when you look at it.
So, as you know, Laura, Fox News has invited President Donald Trump to attend a debate of the Republican candidates for president.
Given the hostile nature of every single question in President Trump's last interview with Fox News, which was conducted by Brett Baier, if I were asked my advice, it would be, why would you attend?
I mean, first of all, You can have no real debate if the front runner doesn't participate.
He's not leading, but he's leading by a lot, as he would say.
Everybody else in this field is a pygmy compared to Donald Trump.
I think, this is my opinion, he has a lot to lose and literally nothing to gain.
He is in a commanding position within the party.
His brand is extremely well-known.
His record is extremely well-known.
His positions on the issues is extremely well-known.
Why should he let other minor candidates become better known and take pot shots at him?
Why should he subject himself to hostile questions from a media network that has tried mightily to prop Ron Gisantus up?
But I think even those at Fox have now concluded that that dog won't hunt.
Now what I'm asking for you here, Laura, is just your opinion.
Do you think President Trump should attend this Fox debate?
No, I don't.
And I've been ahead of the curve on this issue for a long time, Roger.
And prior to Ron DeSantis filing, I actually did an investigative piece breaking down Rupert Murdoch's own text messages that were released in the discovery dump from the Dominion Fox News lawsuit.
And in these Text messages are messages from Rupert Murdoch of him texting people like Paul Ryan and his son.
And of course I mentioned Paul Ryan because he's a media advisor to Ron DeSantis' campaign.
And he has also said that he supports Ron DeSantis and that he would not attend the RNC convention if Donald Trump was the nominee.
In these text messages, Roger, Rupert Murdoch said, oh, it's our responsibility to make sure that we make Donald Trump a non-person.
So everybody at Fox News who is pro-Trump has pretty much either been sidelined or fired, like we saw with Tucker Carlson as part of the Dominion lawsuit settlement.
And Rupert Murdoch himself has already said that they want to rig the system against Trump by encouraging his own media networks, which includes Fox News, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Post, as well as HarperCollins Publishing Company, which gave Ron DeSantis a multi-million dollar book deal, to attack Donald Trump.
So if I were advising Donald Trump, I would say, hey, why don't you get all of this opposition research and have screens around a really big auditorium, have a competing event and show the text messages and show the information on the screen so that everybody can see how phony Fox News and have a competing event and show the text messages and show the information I mean, their ratings are already in the shitter anyway.
So why doesn't Donald Trump just, you know, put the nail in the coffin by exposing all of these internal communications from Rupert Murdoch and showing how biased this is anyway?
Anybody who sees those text messages and sees the financial ties between Rupert Murdoch and the Ron DeSantis for President campaign would completely understand where Donald Trump was coming from if he decided not to attend this debate.
But so many people are unaware of these text messages.
So many people are completely unaware of the financial relationship.
They have no idea that Rupert Murdoch invited Ron DeSantis to his ranch in California several months ago, where he committed to using all of the resources of his media empire, especially Fox News, to support Ron DeSantis's presidential campaign.
So if I was Donald Trump and I had that much reach and I had groups like Newsmax and RSBN and Lindell TV broadcasting all of my speeches live, I would take Advantage of that opportunity to educate every single Republican voter or viewer in this country that wanted to tune in about how corrupt Fox News is.
So the other issue I want to visit for a second with you is Ron and Casey DeSantis's net worth.
In previous financial disclosures, they said they were worth some 300 odd thousand dollars.
Didn't seem like much, but then he's only always been on the public payroll.
He's never actually had a Private sector job to my knowledge.
And now suddenly he's a millionaire, maybe even a multi-millionaire.
It was Laura Loomer who uncovered the fact that HarperCollins, a company owned by Rupert Murdoch and his news corporation, gave Ron DeSantis and his wife a $1.2 million advance.
Now folks, let me explain to you how book advances work.
They pay you a book advance as an author, and then they sell your books.
And if you don't sell a level or a value of your book that is consistent with the advance, well they just eat it.
Now, I can tell you very clearly, Ron DeSantis' book is not going to sell 1.2 million dollars worth of copies.
Zero chance.
If the book was wildly successful, it might make $100,000.
Therefore, what has really happened here is Rupert Murdoch has been able to pay Ron DeSantis a huge bribe, making him a millionaire.
Laura, walk us through this.
Yeah, I mean, look, Roger, you've been in the business of political consulting and political strategy for years, and it's common knowledge that politicians who take book deals or get big advances, large advances, like Ron DeSantis did through HarperCollins, which is owned by Rupert Murdoch, That it's a form of money laundering and this is a way to give politicians money under the table that exceeds campaign finance limits.
So if you were to donate to Ron DeSantis' campaign, you would only be able to donate $3,300.
But if you wanted to donate to his PAC, you could donate unlimited.
But this is Rupert Murdoch's way of tilting the scale so that Ron DeSantis and his wife can stay in the race and be a thorn in the side of Donald Trump.
And it's not that it's a form of competition, it's more of a way to soak up and dry up all the donor money in the limited GOP donor pool in a time of extreme financial stress where most people, your everyday Americans, can't really afford to be making political contributions because of inflation.
They're taking hundreds of millions of dollars away from ballot harvesting initiatives and other strategies that could be deployed ahead of the 2024 election to secure the election for Donald Trump.
Because this isn't about getting Ron DeSantis in the White House.
They know that he has no chance.
There was an article out today About how Rupert Murdoch apparently said that he can smell a loser and he thinks that Ron DeSantis isn't doing as great as he promised, right?
All these donors promised Rupert Murdoch that Ron DeSantis would do against Donald Trump.
Because they were all thinking that Ron DeSantis was going to skyrocket in the polls the more that Donald Trump faced indictments and the more that Donald Trump was faced with arrests.
political persecution, but the exact opposite happened.
And now they just don't know what to do.
But this was Ron DeSantis's payoff.
I'm sure there's going to be a lot more if we check the financial records in a few months.
But he committed political suicide, so he had to get something in return.
And that's a lot more money than the average salary for the governor of Florida, which is about one hundred and forty one thousand dollars per year.
Yeah, so I see it again.
We have two examples of bribes.
Laura Loomer, the first person in the country to document the fact that Ron DeSantis actually bribed the Florida Speaker of the House in order to get him to change, actually amend state law, allowing Ron DeSantis to remain as governor while running for president, and also has done excellent work in terms of exposing the three-card Monty transfer of funds of people who thought they were giving to Ron DeSantis' re-election
now only find that the money they give is being used against the candidate for president they support Donald Trump.
Laura, tell people where they can see your great work.
Yeah, so thanks for that, Roger.
People can subscribe to my substack.
That's lauraloomer.substack.com.
It's free to subscribe, but if you want to support my independent journalism, you can, of course, upgrade your subscription to a paid subscription of $7 per month or $70 per year so that I can keep doing all of this groundbreaking investigative work.
You can also go to my website, loomerd.com, and you can also follow me on Twitter, truthsocialgabandgetteratlauraloomer.
And that's where you can get all of my exclusive updates and reports.
I tweet a million times a day because there's so much information and so much going on.
And I think that they're just hoping that all of their corruption is just going to be so overwhelming that the media won't be able to report on all of it.
But that's why it's important that everybody subscribes at lauralumar.substock.com because I don't miss anything.
Right, Roger?
No, that's true.
Look, before Laura Loomer and I were both reinstated at Twitter, I decided that we need warriors in the future.
People will stand up for America.
I'm 70 years old, so I decided at some point I would freeze some of my seed in the hopes that Laura Loomer may someday elect to bear my child, who would be a future warrior for America.
And Laura, we agreed on a name for that child.
What was the final agreement?
I think you remember the name more.
What was it?
Wasn't it Ronald Reagan Donald Stone?
That was the name of the child, right?
Ronald Reagan Donald Stone?
I think it was Ronald Donald Loomer Stone.
Ronald Donald Loomer Stone.
OK, yes, that's right.
It has to have Loomer in there.
Exactly right.
Don't want to waste that beautiful name.
Ronald Donald Loomer Stone.
It drove the left crazy.
And this is before we were back on Twitter.
Can you imagine what would happen if we blurted out the story today like I just did?
And they just hate it.
They hate it.
And it's so funny because they don't have a sense of humor.
They actually ran real news stories about this saying that Roger Stone is freezing his sperm so that Laura Loomer can have his child.
And I don't know.
I think that the kid would definitely be a political savant.
I mean, that child might actually be the next president of the United States someday.
Well, it's hope springs eternal.
That's the thing about the left.
They have no sense of humor whatsoever.
Laura Loomer, thank you so much for joining us on The Stone Zone.
I would tell you to keep fighting, but I know that's unnecessary.
Thanks.
Thank you.
Alright folks, that was the indefatigable Laura Loomer.

But whether it is the Waffle Blankets, whether it is the Six Piece Towel Set, whether it is the Giza Dream Sheets, or the Percal Bed Sheets, or the Mattress Toppers, there are all kinds of great products at MyPillow.com.
And when you go there, as opposed to other retailers, you are not only supporting us here at the Stone Zone, but you're also supporting Mike Lindell.
Now, Mike Lindell is one of the finest Christian gentlemen and one of the greatest guys I've ever met.
He is an optimist.
His life was saved by Jesus Christ.
I've read his biography.
He went from the doldrums of being a drug addict to being the number one entrepreneur and advocate for capitalism in the United States.
It's a miraculous story.
That tells you that Jesus Christ can do anything.
So you are supporting him in his struggle.
You remember the FBI grabbed his cell phone.
Now they refuse to return it and they won't give him any explanation why.
Mike Lindell did nothing wrong.
Wait a minute, maybe that should be a t-shirt.
I'm gonna work on that.
In any event, you can support Mike Lindell and Roger Stone and the Stone Zone by going to MyPillow right now.

Now, one of the most dynamic conservatives and Republicans in the country, somebody I have long admired, and I'm very grateful that she's joining us here on The Stone Zone, Kim Klesik from Baltimore, Maryland, joins us now in The Zone.
Kim, welcome to The Stone Zone.
Well, thank you for having me, Roger.
I appreciate all the kind words.
Look, I was very excited about your congressional candidacy.
I think it took an enormous amount of courage to run in an overwhelmingly Democratic district in a failing city, failing because of the Democratic Policies that are ruining America.
What really disappointed me was I don't think the Republican Party gave you the kind of support you deserved.
I mean, you ran a great campaign.
You worked very hard.
You're very articulate.
You are, I think, the ideal candidate, but the party wasn't really there for you in the way I think they needed to be.
What do you have to say?
Yeah, you know, it's very unfortunate because we did work really hard.
And as you said, it's a deep blue district, but it's a district where you want to chip away at it, right?
You might not win overnight, but you are going to win a lot of hearts and souls.
And we did win a lot of votes.
And we did raise a significant amount of money because of Of course, across the country, people are looking at cities like Baltimore, and they realize that it's not just Baltimore where you have progressive DAs and progressive mayors ruining those cities.
This is happening across the country.
And so even though it's happening in the city now, it could eventually start to go into the suburbs and other jurisdictions.
And so this kind of criminal activity, all this behavior you'll see with juveniles across the country, whether they're carjacking people nowadays, whether they're pulling guns on people, I mean, this could happen in a neighborhood near you.
And so to stop some of these things, we have to make sure we elect conservatives and Republicans across the country, even in these inner cities.
And so when we decided to run, of course we knew it was an uphill battle, but I think we always assumed that we were going to have some support of the GOP.
But that just was not the case, unfortunately, right?
They looked at the district and said, look, it's a long shot.
If you look at the Republican Party and the history of the Republican Party, they don't usually go for long shots.
I think even President Trump showed that in 2016.
There were so many people, even in the party, saying that he could not beat Hillary Clinton.
And he did.
And he didn't give up.
And I thought, after seeing a race like that, you would have had people like Ronald McDaniel and others saying, you know what?
Let's go all in on these long shots.
We ended up raising about 8.3 million dollars for this race that was just a throwaway race in their minds.
And we ended up moving the needle.
So in Baltimore City, Roger, we actually flipped 14,000 Democrats.
They didn't just vote for me, but they also voted for President Trump.
It's an extraordinary record of accomplishment.
You know, sometimes I have found in politics that you benefit by running and losing.
Because you're a much better candidate the second time you run, and you've learned so much the first time.
And I'm prepared to protect right now that you're going to end up in public office where you're going to do a lot of good for this country.
Now, we had a horrific shooting in Baltimore recently.
It was really shocking as I read the stories.
Tell us about that.
Yes, it was the largest mass shooting in Maryland's history.
30 people were shot in the city of Baltimore at a block party.
It was very interesting because, again, this was a day, they call it Brooklyn Day, where everybody's out all day long.
You have kids out there with the face painting, with the pony rides, and, of course, the party continued throughout the night.
Unfortunately, you have a situation where you have a lot of juveniles with guns in their hands, and that's how they're settling a lot of the beef on the streets.
Around 12.30 at night, there was a complete shootout.
30 people were hit.
Two are now deceased.
But 14 of those individuals are under the age of 18.
And so this is a crisis right now.
This should be a state of emergency.
But we have a new governor, Governor Wes Moore, who people are now dubbing the next Barack Obama.
His decision was to really not respond too much because he doesn't want this to be a big story, right?
He's all about being on the national scene.
Because he might be tapped to run for the office of the presidency very soon.
So he didn't want to make too much noise about it.
Now they could get together, declare a special session, look at House Bill 753, which would actually hold juveniles accountable for illegal possession of a firearm, making it a felony.
But of course, he decided not to.
And this is what the progressives do.
They don't want to hold anybody accountable.
And when they're under the age of 18, They believe that they shouldn't have any consequences for their actions.
They think that their mind isn't developed as of yet.
And of course, like I said, you've got now young kids, 13, 14, 15 years old, now tending to gunshot wounds.
And it's just, it's unbelievable.
It is extraordinarily horrific.
I want to return to this question of the maladministration of the Republican Party.
I tell people on this show and in my speeches, That under no circumstances should you ever send money to the Republican National Committee, to the Republican Congressional Committee, or the National Republican Senatorial Committee.
First of all, your contribution is going to be processed through a company called WinRed.
This is a scam.
This is where they skim off the top so that only a small portion of what you donate actually gets to the party, and the rest goes to a circle of insiders.
Uh, who have, you know, sway at the Republican National Committee.
So, they're double-dipping.
Not only are they getting huge consulting contracts, for which they essentially do nothing whatsoever, but they're also getting a skim off of your contributions.
So, folks, if you see the words, WinRed, being used in any online campaign contribution transaction, don't do it.
If you really feel strongly about that candidate, get a mailing address and mail them a check.
That would be my first piece of advice.
Kim, you, I know, are working on a pack to try to solve this problem because you've recognized that the party is not stepping up.
Look, when Richard Nixon first ran for a House seat in California, he was the longest of long shots.
If he hadn't taken the plunge, if he hadn't taken the risk, basically took his entire life savings, which mostly was poker winnings from World War II and put it into his house race.
He never would have been U.S.
Senator.
He never would have been Vice President.
He never would have been President of the United States.
He never would have been on six national tickets, which, by the way, is a record.
And therefore, I think candidates like Kim Klasek, who take on formidable odds, need to be supported.
Tell us about the relaunching of your PAC.
Yeah, well, I appreciate that.
Red Renaissance is the name of the pack and we basically launched right after my 2020 election because we saw the need, right?
We understand that many candidates in blue districts, whether it's a D plus 34 or a D plus 5, the RNC just doesn't want to get their hands dirty.
So we said, all right, this is what we're going to do.
We have a donor list and I thank you for pointing out WinRed and all the money that they take from candidates.
Yes, I agree.
Send the candidate the check directly.
But we decided, you know what, we're going to take in some of the money that we had from the donors from our 2020 election.
We'll do rev share emails, we'll actually get out a list to those donors, have them send checks to those candidates.
And so that's what we did.
We just basically tried to raise money for those candidates that were being ignored largely by the RNC.
And so we had a lot of candidates running in 2022 because they saw what we did in 2020 and they said, you know what, if you can do it, we can do it also.
So we have a lot of great candidates running, whether it's in New Jersey, Orlando, there's places in Georgia, all over the country.
And so right now we are going to do a relaunch where we're actually investing and putting a new technology forward.
Sometimes I do feel like we're behind the Democrat Party when it comes to organizing, when it comes to targeting voters.
I know Laura Loomer was talking about when it comes to making sure our elections are secure.
So we have a new technology coming forward from a tech guru that's not in politics.
It's a new type of geofencing.
And so we're really excited about it.
It's not just, you know, looking at the numbers and saying, OK, this is what we think could happen.
This is what we think we can do to win.
They're able to predict exactly and precisely how an independent voter or a libertarian is going to vote.
And that's what we need to do with some of these blue districts.
We need to persuade the independents to vote red.
And so that's what we're going to be tackling with the relaunch of Red Renaissance.
If people can go to redrenaissance.com, you'll see the launch page is already there.
If you want to donate, that's great.
But it's going to officially launch next month.
You know, I'm sure that Republicans all over the country breathed a sigh of relief when they heard that former Maryland governor Larry Hogan was not going to run for president.
This is the only candidacy I can think of in the country that is more pathetic, that would be more pathetic than the candidacy of Chris Christie.
A guy who's running strictly out of a motive of revenge.
He has no chance whatsoever.
Now look, I think Chris Christie should run.
Not for president, I just think he should run.
I mean, look at him.
People don't know this, but Larry Hogan's father was a congressman from Prince George's County.
He was extremely handsome.
He was a very articulate conservative.
He was a great proponent for the right to life.
When I went to George Washington University, I went out to Prince George's County and did door-to-door canvassing in Larry Hogan's original election, also in his re-election.
He was a truly great man.
In this case, the acorn has fallen very, very far from the tree.
Did anybody in Maryland actually think that Larry Hogan was a viable or legitimate presidential candidate?
No, absolutely not.
And I think a lot of people don't even realize that his dad was a politician and a very good one, as you pointed out.
Governor Larry Hogan, as soon as President Trump started to run in 2016, Governor Larry Hogan immediately started attacking Trump because he knew that Trump was a real conservative, a real Republican, a real patriot.
And so somebody like Governor Larry Hogan, he looks at Trump as, you know, a huge competition.
So anytime that he could, possibly, he goes on MSNBC, CNN, and he's trashing President Trump.
He was a terrible governor throughout the pandemic here in the state of Maryland.
Meanwhile, Trump actually threw him a bone and allowed him to be the head of the Governor's Association that was deciding what to do during the pandemic.
And Governor Larry Hogan still decided to bash Trump and acting as though the response to the pandemic is somehow Trump's fault.
Meanwhile, it was that governor's group that came together and decided what to do, decided the lockdowns and everything else that went along with it.
So unfortunately, Governor Larry Hogan, he does not have a shot.
I'm glad that he decided not to run.
It's probably the smartest thing that he's ever done.
But at the same time, you know, he's now got this group called No Labels.
He's got it with other Democrats across the country.
They're trying to act like they're the independent group, the people in the middle.
But, you know, a lot of people can see through it.
You know, what they're hoping to do is get some independence in the race because they're hoping to take votes away from President Trump.
But I just don't think it'll be successful because I think people know it is President Trump that really had this country going in the right direction.
Yeah, ironically, if the no labels group is successful in getting a candidate on the ballot as an independent, that candidate is more likely to be a liberal than a conservative.
That candidate, I think, will end up drawing votes not from Donald Trump, but from the Democrat, whoever that is.
This is equally true of the Green Party, where they appear to have a legitimate candidate for president.
Now you see the Democrats starting to circle the wagons and seek to block the Green Party from having ballot access.
I've seen the Republican Party do this with the Libertarians.
I think it's outrageous.
I think the Libertarian Party keeps the Republican Party honest, if you want to know the truth.
I'm of the view that we're stuck with the two-party system.
It's hardly perfect.
But the real problem is that the laws that are written regarding ballot access are written by Republicans and Democrats working together to make sure first that there's no inner party competition, making primary challenges to incumbents or party favored establishment candidates difficult, if not impossible, and then make it virtually impossible to get on the ballot.
And of course, even if you could get on the ballot, The presidential commission on debates is not appointed by the president, is not a commission, and it most definitely is not about debates.
Meaning, in 2020, there were libertarian and Green Party candidates on the ballot.
In a sufficient number of states to theoretically reach 270 electoral votes.
Now getting on the ballot is very, very difficult and expensive.
If you have the ability to do that, well then you are a legitimate candidate.
I think you should be allowed in the debates.
It shouldn't be based on some phony poll number.
Oh well, we can't let you in the debate until you get 15%.
I'll tell you why this is a fraud, because when Gary Johnson, the former Republican governor of New Mexico, was the Libertarian Party candidate in 2016, when many Republicans, pardon When many Republicans couldn't stomach Mitt Romney, completely understandable, when he reached 15 percent, that threshold, the Presidential Commission on Debates had a quick meeting of their board of directors and they changed the threshold to 20.
And if Governor Johnson had gotten to 20, they would have changed it to 25.
It points out that the two-party duopoly that does not want independent thinkers, Republicans like Kim Klasek in Congress, They all work together to keep outsiders out.
And that's why the pact that you speak of is so very important.
The party organizations are really broken.
That's why you shouldn't give money to them.
That's why I'm very encouraged to hear about your new efforts.
Kim, I want to make it clear, you have a standing invitation to come back to the Stone Zone at any time to talk about anything you want, but particularly about your own activities, because I think you are going to be one of the key players in saving this country and making America great again.

Yes, I could move to a redder district and then probably win, but you know what?
We can't quit on some of these blue cities.
We've got to keep going forward.
So I appreciate you, Roger.
Thank you so much for joining us in the Stone Zone, Kim.
