I want to issue a friendly warning to New Yorkers considering moving to Florida in light of recent events.
First, we are digging a moat along Florida's border and putting alligators in it to separate ourselves from the others.
Second, we're implementing a 1% entry tax where your money will be put towards Florida's infrastructure.
Third, if you're tired of the protesters in New York, you can plow right through them here.
Next, and I know this is a culture shock, but we don't have porn in our elementary school libraries.
And finally, we have no state income tax.
But since you're generous liberals, feel free to donate whatever you like to Florida.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
All right, people, I'm Dave Rubin.
This is the Rubin Report.
It is June 26, 2025.
That's right.
This is the big Dave Rubin 49th birthday bash.
Whoa, they're throwing glitter at me.
Be quick.
Oh, oh, glitter just went in a lot of places.
It shouldn't have.
Yes, it's my 49th birthday.
This is it.
I got one year until the big 5-0.
We're going to try not to fall out of the chair.
That is the key thing when you're in your 40s.
Don't fall out of the chair.
That's what we're going to try today.
Look at this.
It's everywhere.
Look, we're going to do a show like this.
That's all right.
A little glittery.
And the team, do they know me?
Or do they know me?
I got the Rue McClanahan birthday card.
There's gift cards, all sorts of things.
Thank you guys all for the well wishes.
And I'm told that there's some sort of surprise with the locals community after during the post-game show.
So if you want to join us there, RubinReport.locals.com.
And just real quick, housekeeping, we are hiring a new social media manager.
We're expanding.
That's right.
DaveRubin.com slash social media.
If you want to join the team, oh, and one other thing before we move on to the big birthday bonanza bananas program for you.
Yes, we did sell out at Copal.
We are working on the big second batch.
It was an unbelievable success, and we're trying to figure out how to scale this thing and a whole bunch more.
But if you want to get on the list so you're the first notified when the new batch comes in, which should be the end of July, you can join our newsletter, daveerubin.com slash newsletter.
You'll be notified first once the batch is ready for the pre.
Look at this sale.
That's nice.
Okay, let's do.
Oh, and real quick.
And real quick, as long as I'm talking about the newsletter, you know, I've been mentioning how, you know, Trump's just got this great team of people, this top 10 list.
And anyone can argue who's top 10 and where they would fall out and all of it.
And I keep saying that Rubio is up top, but you could really make the Homan argument.
You could make all sorts of arguments around it.
So every week now in our newsletter, we're asking you guys to vote on it.
And we tried it last week.
And here are the results according to the Rubin Report people.
90 of you voted.
We did this last second.
Marco Rubio, Tom Homan, Caroline Levitt at number three.
Scott Bess at number four.
JD Vance at number five.
Cash Patel, Pete Hegseth, RFK Jr., David Sachs, and Elon Musk.
So we will see how that continues to shake out.
And I won't give you the heavy subscribe thing.
We're crushing it on the subscribers.
Mash the button and let's do a show.
So the main thing, and I think I have a little glitter, a little glitter in my eye, I'll be okay.
dave rubin
Don't worry about me.
unidentified
The main thing right now is a little bit of the back and forth between the lame stream corporate press, the fake news media, mostly CNN, and the Trump administration as it pertains to these Iran bombings and whether they were actually successful or not.
Yesterday, we talked a little bit about how the media, which was telling you literally two weeks ago that Iran was years away from a bomb, has now shifted on CNN.
Caitlin Collins, we showed you that video yesterday.
Not Caitlin Collins, who was the CNN anchor that we showed yesterday that did the flip, the other one.
Erin Burnett, thank you.
How she literally like six days ago was like, oh, they're a year, they're years away from a bomb.
Suddenly we bomb them and now they're only months away from a bomb.
It's all complete farce.
And these people have so blown their cred that I personally, I take everything that the mainstream media says with a gram of Coke.
I mean, a grain of salt.
I'm a little old for that.
And I think you should too.
So let's just dive right into this from CNN because they basically are doubting the veracity of the Trump claims as to the bombing.
So check this out from CNN.
Exclusive early U.S. Intel assessments suggest strikes on Iran did not destroy nuclear sites.
Sources say by Natasha Bertrand, Katie Bo Lillis, and Zachary Cohen.
The U.S. military strikes on three of Iran's nuclear facilities last week did not destroy the core components of the country's nuclear program and likely only set it back by months, according to early U.S. intelligence assessments.
That was described by seven people briefed on it.
The assessment, which has not been previously reported, was produced by the Defense Intelligence Agency, the Pentagon's intelligence arm.
It is based on battle damage assessment conducted by U.S. Central Command in the aftermath of the U.S. strikes, one of the sources said.
Two of the people familiar with the assessment said Iran's stockpile of enriched uranium was not destroyed.
One of the people said that the centrifuges are largely intact.
Another source said that the intelligence assessed enriched uranium was moved out of the sites prior to the U.S. strikes.
So the assessment is that the U.S. set them back maybe a few months.
Tops, the person said.
The White House acknowledged the existence of the assessment, but they said they disagreed with it.
So let me just preface all of this by saying two things.
I do not have any more insight into the truth on this one than you do.
dave rubin
That's number one.
unidentified
And virtually everyone you're going to hear talking about this is in the same exact position, although a lot of people will pretend they actually know what's going on.
That's number one.
But number two is what I said a moment ago, which is that the number one thing here to me is that I have glitter on my hands.
But the number three thing is the number two thing is that why should we trust CNN?
So what we're doing as usual is leaks from a report and an anonymous source and A guy said this, and CNN writes up a story.
And at this point in 2025, if you're going to buy all of that nonsense wholesale, like you're just going to be like, oh, well, CNN said it was reported, it was anonymously sourced.
And my God, then there was an article in the New York Times.
Like, have we not seen how the lies are laundered through the system?
So I can't tell you that exactly that what the administration is saying is 100% clear-cut truth.
But what I can tell you is you have no reason to trust CNN.
It's as simple as that.
So here's Caroline Levitt saying that the CNN story is fake news.
No other president in history could have ever dreamed of such a success.
And that's exactly why the fake news media is now trying to demean and undermine the president.
And we've seen this playbook be run before.
You have hostile actors within the intelligence community who illegally leak bits and pieces of an intelligence assessment to push a fake news narrative.
And that's what the CNN story was yesterday.
And it's not a coincidence that it was written by the exact same CNN reporter who wrote the original story, falsely alleging that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation.
The American public are smarter than this, and they should know the truth.
President Trump completely and totally obliterated the capability of Iran to produce a nuclear weapon, and the world is safer today because of his historic efforts.
Okay, so first off, the last line, I 100% believe the world is safer today.
The Iranian regime has been completely obliterated.
Now, we don't know the specifics.
Like, so, okay, I tend to believe her more than I believe a CNN report that was crafted by unnamed sources of people who saw something and nobody put their name to it and all of those things.
But the simple fact and the 100% pure fact is that within 12 days, Israel completely took over the airspace of Iran, took out almost all of their elite military leaders, crushed their air defenses, crushed their ability to shoot rockets, all of those things.
And then the U.S. went in and hit these three nuclear sites.
And there's simply no doubt they are significantly, significantly damaged.
So we can all wonder or whittle away the truth as to was the reactor completely taken out or this, that, the other thing?
But that is, I would say, something that we're going to have to find out rather than just trust people on.
How about that?
But the fight now between CNN and the administration, which to me, this is important to talk about, because this is what we're all stuck in.
We're all stuck in this information war.
Do you believe what the administration says?
Let's put it this way.
If it was the Biden administration that had done this, which of course they never would have done, I wouldn't believe what they are saying.
I tend to believe more out of the Trump administration, but I definitely don't believe CNN.
So there's a fight here, and we've got a bit more on that.
Nicholas FondiCaro from Newsbusters, he tweeted this out, which I thought was interesting.
Natasha Bertrand, so she's one of the girls who, one of the CNN journalists who wrote the piece, was also behind the false claims that the Biden laptop was Russia misinformation when it was 100% true.
One of the other CNN journalists she worked with on the Iran strike story is Katie Bolillis, one of the reporters responsible for CNN's malicious defamation of Navy veteran Zachary Young.
These people are liars who lie for money.
So I think that's worth noting, right?
So if Bertrand had something to do with CNN's reporting on the laptop, there's something about that.
And now to where this is starting to get, I think, more interesting rather than just sort of the obvious fight between the media and the Trump administration.
There are leaks involved here.
And we always know this, right?
Every time a story is leaked to the New York Times, an anonymous source on Capitol Hill told me, a source within the administration told me, and we never find out who leaked or how they leaked.
And that is how, as I always say, that's how the lies are laundered.
Somebody says something and then some reporter doesn't have to source it.
You could never get away with that in college.
Well, I don't know what's going on in college these days, but back in my day, I'm 49 years old.
In college, you had to source things.
dave rubin
But if you're a journalist in D.C., well, a source on Capitol Hill, there was a guy wandering around on Capitol Hill.
unidentified
He told me this.
He's a source.
I mean, that's the thinness of this nonsense with these people.
But it sounds like that even may change because here's Caroline Levitt saying that the FBI is looking into the leaker right now.
I am told by the FBI the leak already is being investigated and it absolutely should be because this was a top-secret intelligence analysis that very few people in the United States government had access to see.
And so I understand the FBI and the Department of Justice are already on this as they should be.
And just to emphasize what our great special envoy Witcoff said last night, for people with common sense, everyone knows what happens when you drop 14 30,000-pound bombs perfectly on their targets.
It doesn't take an intelligence analysis to understand that means complete and total destruction and obliteration.
All right, I'll try to give the devil his due there.
I don't know that it means that.
Like, I don't know how deep those things were.
Well, they say that Ford 0 is about 300 feet deep.
Like, we have some sense of that, but like, I'm not there.
I'd like to, I guess, see some pictures, get some sort of evidence.
But again, my general thrust here is with the administration.
These things are likely either completely destroyed or so hampered.
On top of the fact, the idea that somehow now they're only months away from it is completely absurd.
The same people told us they were years away, now they're months away.
The whole place is, imagine what if you're in Iran right now and you're one of the people who's working on the program or you've been in the military or in the political echelon, whatever it is.
Like think about what a cluster F your life is right now trying to just like stay alive and make sure a revolution doesn't eat you.
And all your friends are dead too.
You're going to parties alone.
Like you have other problems rather than restarting this thing.
But as she said, it's a top secret intelligence analysis and somebody is leaking it to CNN.
Well, we've been through this a million times.
That's how they impeached Donald Trump, right?
Like Russia, Russia, Russia.
And we've been through this with Hunter Biden's laptop with leaks and a million other stories.
So to just take their word for it seems completely ridiculous to me.
Here's Pete Hegseth on why we maybe shouldn't pay that much attention to a random leaker.
They don't care what the troops think.
They don't care what the world thinks.
They want to spin it to try to make him look bad based on a leak.
Of course, we've all seen plenty of leakers.
And what do leakers do?
They have agendas.
And what do they do?
Do they share the whole information or just the part that they want to introduce?
And when they introduce that preliminary report, it's deemed to be a low assessment.
You know what a low assessment means?
Low confidence in the data in that report.
And why is there low confidence?
Because all of the evidence of what was just bombed by 12 30,000 pound bombs, is buried under a mountain, devastated, and obliterated.
So if you want to make an assessment of what happened at Fordeaux, you better get a big shovel and go really deep because Iran's nuclear program is obliterated.
And somebody somewhere is trying to leak something to say, oh, with low confidence, we think maybe it's moderate.
Those that dropped the bombs precisely in the right place know exactly what happened when that exploded.
And you know who else knows?
Iran.
You know, it's interesting.
I tried to give the devil his due before.
Like, I don't know more than you, but when you listen to Pete Hegseth, and what did I say about Pete Hegseth the entire time during his confirmation hearings?
There were two reasons that they were going to go after this guy.
One was his qualifications, but two was the TV presentation that he would know how to talk to the camera and he would know how to fight with these people and take no BS and all those things.
I think you got that right there.
And he actually gave no wiggle room right there, right?
So first off, he explains a preliminary report doesn't mean that much with low confidence doesn't mean that much.
And yet that's the lead story on CNN right now.
And then he specifically says, we pinpoint, destroyed it.
And how the hell, in essence, he's saying, how the hell would they know?
You better get a shovel and start digging because the whole thing is freaking buried.
And now it's starting to ramp up because CNN is pushing back.
And it's starting to be one of those things where it's the administration fighting the media, but with all these leaks where they better find them.
It's interesting because this is a true test of Trump, Trump who has almost nailed absolutely everything and did this operation with beautiful precision and surprise and all of those things.
But a 47 Trump, 47, you know, 45 Trump had some problems, 47 Trump who's been pretty sharp.
dave rubin
Well, if there are leakers, you got to go get them.
unidentified
And here's Caroline Levitt on that.
They took bits and pieces from a leaked top secret intelligence report.
And by the way, I understand the FBI is investigating who was the source of that leak because it's an illegal leak to CNN.
And this is the same fake news CNN reporter who wrote the story alleging that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, which we know is one of the greatest political hoaxes this country and the American public have ever seen.
And that CNN story does not change the facts.
There was a total and complete obliteration of Iran's nuclear facilities.
And because of the president's strike, because of the precision of our United States military in this perfectly executed mission, Iran no longer has the capability to produce a nuclear weapon as imminently as they did prior to the strike.
The American people in the world should be grateful for that.
And it's disgusting that CNN and the New York Times are disparaging not just the president, but our brave men and women who helped conduct this highly successful operation.
What kind of consequence could the leaker face?
They should go to jail.
I mean, she's being pretty freaking clear.
Between her and Hegseth, there is no mincing of words right there.
And again, this is interesting about the Hunter Biden laptop, right?
dave rubin
That this was the CNN person pushing the Hunter Biden laptop, and it's the same person now.
unidentified
So as George Bush said, roughly, how many times are you going to get fooled?
Because I don't get fooled, something like that.
I'm George Bush.
Here is Donald Trump now.
Oh, and I love at the end she says that the leakers should go to jail.
So think about this.
dave rubin
We have a low, what did he call it?
unidentified
A preliminary report with low confidence.
So the question is, how many, question with all here?
dave rubin
I'll get them really glittery for you.
unidentified
The question is, how many people got the report?
How many people have their hands and their glitter on that report, that initial report, right?
Was it printed and handed to people?
Was it emailed to people?
But somebody knows how many people got that report.
And the FBI is looking into it right now.
And I don't know if you know anything about Cash Patel or particularly Dan Bongino, but these guys do not mess around.
And if they find that person, yeah, well, first off, yes, that person gets fired immediately.
You cannot leak a classified report, right?
And then I don't know the jail time.
Like, I don't know what the actual civil penalties are for that sort of thing or criminal penalties are for that sort of thing, but we will see.
Anyway, here's Trump.
I mentioned Caitlin Collins before, even though I was talking about the other one.
But here's Trump going after CNN's Caitlin Collins and explaining that CNN didn't even, in their reporting, didn't even cite the part of the report that talked about severe damage.
Oh, fake news, CNN?
Oh, yeah, yeah, here we go.
When did you hear this question?
Thank you.
You should really say how great our soldiers and our warriors are.
I think everyone appreciates our soldiers and our warriors.
I do have two questions for you, Mr. President.
You just cited Israeli intelligence on these attacks.
Earlier, you said U.S. intelligence was inconclusive.
Are you relying on Israeli intelligence for your assessment of the impact of the strikes?
No, this is also Iran made the statement.
And it's also, if you read the document that was given, that we can talk about if you'd like, the document said it could be very severe damage, but they didn't take that.
They said it could be limited or it could be very severe.
They really didn't know other than to say it could be limited or it could be very, very severe.
And you didn't choose to put that because it was very early after.
Since then, we've collected additional intelligence.
We've also spoken to people, have seen the site, and the site is obliterated.
And we think everything nuclear is down there.
They didn't take it out.
Okay.
All right.
Again, we will, I suppose, find out who's being a little more truthy here.
My gut feeling is that it's the administration and that this is once again just another way that the mainstream media launders the lies, goes through the system, low confidence reports, a reporter who's clearly got a political agenda, et cetera, et cetera.
Here's a statement now from CNN because they're getting hit hard on this as they should.
And by the way, did you note how the audience started laughing right when Trump said, oh, you're from CNN, right?
CNN fake news.
I've been telling you this for a while.
Every time I go on stage now, when I start talking about the media and I say CNN, people start laughing.
I'm like, I didn't get to the funny part yet, but they're laughing already at just the three letters CNN.
Anyway, here's the statement from CNN.
We stand 100% behind Natasha Bertrand's journalism and specifically her and her colleagues reporting of the early intelligence assessment of the U.S. attack on Iran's nuclear facility.
CNN reporting made clear that this was an initial finding that could change with additional intelligence.
So you can see what they're doing already, covering their asses.
We have extensively covered President Trump's own deep skepticism about it.
However, we do not believe it is reasonable to criticize CNN reporters for accurately reporting the existence of the assessment and accurately characterizing its findings, which are in the public interest.
Okay, first off, a couple things there you can see they're already covering their asses this was initial we'll find out more i mean that should again that's a signal guys take the signal and let's see where we're at in a week from now let's remember this and see where we're at in a week that's one part of it uh the other part of course is that it was an illegal leak for sure right it was a highly classified document that's what they said and again we will a good you want to be a good journalist i should have been a journalist wouldn't have that that would have been an interesting career choice people wouldn't like
me as much but it would have been something if i was a journalist and i'm not i'm just some guy sitting at a desk with glitter but if i was a journalist and i was asking the president a question right now you know what i would be asking i would say mr president do you know how many people received that classified intelligence report and then he might say uh he might say yeah it was it was 12 people and then i would say well mr president um how are you going to now go about figuring out who the leaker was that's the story here who in the administration
that receives classified information is the leaker that's the story you dingbats but instead cnn is just doing what cnn does here's jake tapper cnn's jake tapper saying that natasha bertrand again who wrote an article which led to a lot of the let's say confusion about the hunter biden laptop somehow i didn't get that story wrong here he is saying that she's an excellent reporter but here's the thing today president trump
and his administration are going after shooting the messengers in an increasingly ugly way they're recalling they're calling journalists fake news for true stories they're calling for an excellent cnn reporter natasha bertrand to be fired which is preposterous and to which a CNN statement today reads we stand 100% behind Natasha Bertrand's journalism as they should the Trump administration is also accusing any news media who reports
on this Intel assessment as not being patriotic you know Jake when I was in Israel and I was really feeling the I don't know it's just feeling like the spirit of peace I invited you on the show and I that invite still stands so I'm really not going to go off on you here because I'm going to try to stick with that as much as possible however your self-righteousness as you go about this is so patently ridiculous and everyone knows that I mean I don't have to
go into the utterly absurd book that you wrote while you were part of the cover-up you wrote a book about a cover-up that you were part of like that that takes a certain amount of gall and temerity right um but right now again why should we trust you why should we trust you and why should we trust a reporter who got the hunter biden laptop story wrong i'm more interested in trusting people who have earned our trust over years and actually i would say as it pertains to donald trump
he has been right about the big things over years and he usually why is it that so often donald trump says something and three months later we find out it is true and why is it in that cnn statement you guys suddenly were like well it is preliminary and we'll find out more so i think this there's just no reason and maybe i will be wrong maybe this will be the one that you'll get him on right but there is simply no reason to trust you guys there's there just is not and speaking of people there's no reason to trust here's dana bash saying that
we shouldn't trust donald trump this was a report on an initial assessment by one intelligence agency full stop and as you said the president didn't like it but it has nothing to do with the men and women of the u.s military and that was a tell the fact that he keeps harping on that and is trying to manipulate uh the conversation to make it like the reporters who are reporting on something that part of the u.s government is trying to figure
out has to do with not liking the military which is just ridiculous on its face all right dana bash um again you're kind of like jake here you've gotten virtually everything wrong you are a democrat operative not a journalist i know you pretend to be a journalist but you're a democrat operative and it's interesting dana bash why aren't you talking about the leak if the let's again let's try for
a second let's say the biden administration did this first off you'd be applauding them you would be like oh my god the biden administration is bringing us peace it's a miracle but then if you found out there was a leak coming from the biden administration that made the biden administration look bad you guys would be demanding to see the leaker so try to do journalism if you could and now this is a bit of a segue we're just going to stick we're going to put that story down for a moment and just shift over to some of the other lunacy on cnn so i mentioned the other day that cnn one of the things that they're doing is they're becoming
basically a trash receptacle for everybody who can't get a job elsewhere if i was to fire any of the people the good people in this room who threw glitter at me and got it all over our very expensive equipment joseph um he could get a job at cnn that's how it works because who chuck Todd fired from NBC gets a job at CNN Jeffrey Toobin who is masturbating online on a Zoom call on CNN got fired by CNN and then rehired by CNN Brian Stelter got fired by CNN for being a total fraud then got a job to teach journalism at Harvard that didn't go well
and then got rehired by CNN Anna Navarro who's a complete and utter clown who lives in Florida and goes off on this place all the time on the view she's also on CNN and I think I'm maybe missing somebody is there anyone else big over there that they took I feel like there's one other that they took somebody else that got fired from somewhere oh wait Chuck Todd we did that one I'll get it there I feel like there's a couple more but anyway they just collect these losers there's just a collection of losers and uh oh and one of them is this guy Jamal Bowman remember this guy he was a congressman up in the Westchester area who
was a progressive nutbag huge Hamas guy calling everybody racist and everything so he got crushed and he is no longer the congressman in Westchester hallelujah New York did something right for a change but what happens he gets a gig on CNN of course and there he is telling us all that we are racist I'm a black man in America the reason why heart disease Listen to what I'm saying.
The reason why heart disease and cancer and obesity and diabetes are bigger in the black community is because of the stress we carry from having to deal with being called the N-word directly or indirectly every day.
They pay him to say that.
That man thinks that the reason that let's let's I'll go on the assumption that that's true, that let's say black people have higher rates of cancer and diabetes and some other things, that it's because white people are either calling them the N-word or thinking about calling them the N-word, and thus you end up with diabetes through stress.
Like, again, I'm not that, it's what I keep saying about the view.
I'm not that interested in some sense of the stupid thing that Whoopee says on any given day or that Sonny says something racist or that Jamal Bowman says something racist on CNN.
That's not that interesting to me.
What's interesting to me is that someone at a meeting, they have meetings, these executives, and they have these huge, huge, massive budgets.
What I put into this show for probably a year, they put into one week's worth of their shows, right?
And our numbers are way better.
Like, but they have massive budgets.
They have massive influence whether we like it or not.
They have connections all throughout the world.
And they sit there and they go, someone said, put Jamal Bowman on there.
And then someone watched that, a CNN executive, that's what I'm interested in.
You watched that yesterday.
And you had a man go up there and say that due to stress of possibly, but not necessarily being called the N-word, that man thinks he's going to have a higher rate of heart disease and diabetes and cancer.
And you thought, okay, let's pay him and let's do it again next week.
I'm starting to think these people, they hate the country.
But don't worry, here's Dana Bash reminding us that they don't hate the country.
Say for the record, since we heard President Trump say in the Oval Office that CNN hates our country, CNN does not hate our country.
That should go without saying.
I've been here for 32 years.
Well, you don't like it very much, at least.
Okay, maybe you don't hate it, Dana, but you don't like it very much because you lie about everything.
And my suspicion is you're going to be caught lying or somehow you're in the mix now, right?
It's a CNN report that came from a preliminary report off low confidence that's buried under the rubble there that you probably have no idea about, but you liked what it said in that preliminary low confidence report.
So you ran a story via a reporter who made up the Hunter Biden laptop thing, and you guys are going all in.
So tell me how much you love the freaking country.
That would be an interesting thing if I always kept a certain amount of glitter on the table.
And when I make a really good point, like that.
Like a magician.
That's what, yeah.
Let's talk about Prolon for a minute, and then we'll have more on other things.
Goodbye.
Want to look and feel your best this summer?
dave rubin
Prolon's five-day fasting mimicking diet is your go-to result.
unidentified

That's P-R-O-L-O-N-L-I-F-E dot com slash Dave.
Joseph just mentioned that the other guy that CNN fired, obviously, that they then brought back was Don Lemon.
So it's just an endless clown car of ridiculousness.
Speaking of clown cars of ridiculousness, can I have a new water?
Because there's a lot of glitter in there.
And I don't think that's part of the Maha movement to drink the Chinese glitter.
Let's talk about some good stuff, though, because actually the Supreme Court did make a nice decision.
Listen to this from Politico.
The Supreme Court on Monday cleared the way for the Trump administration to swiftly deport foreigners to countries where they have no previous ties.
dave rubin
The justices lifted an order from a federal judge in Boston who had placed restrictions on those deportations to those countries.
unidentified
U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy had issued a nationwide injunction that required the administration to give immigrants meaningful advance notice and a chance to raise objections before they are sent to so-called third countries, nations not specified in their original deportation orders.
But the Supreme Court granted the Trump administration's emergency request to put Murphy's injunction on hold.
The high court's majority offered no explanation for its ruling, but all three of the courts' liberal justices dissented.
Okay, so this is interesting.
You know, one of the things I've been saying about the fight that we're seeing as it pertains to deportation and the border with the administration is that if you're going to have lower level courts in random places, Boston doesn't matter, it could be a red state or city, it doesn't matter.
But if you're going to have lower level courts that every time they don't like something that the administration that we all voted for does, and they can stop it through an injunction, well, then you've basically, then there's no point in voting, right?
There's no point in separation of powers because the judges will know that they have all of the power, right?
You'll completely handicap them all the time.
And generally, leftist judges happen to be more activist, right?
Because they see more utility in the state.
That's a general rule.
So this was a huge problem brewing.
And thankfully, thankfully, the Supreme Court stepped in and said, no, you cannot do that.
Now, of course, the three liberal judges all went against it.
But basically, so we are now allowed to send illegals out.
dave rubin
Now, you could have an interesting argument.
They're saying to third-party countries.
unidentified
You could have an interesting argument.
So let's say you come here from El Salvador.
Maybe you could make an argument that the only place you should be allowed to be sent back to is El Salvador.
That would be an interesting argument, not a third-party country, meaning if you come from El Salvador, we can't send you to Bolivia.
But the Supreme Court is actually saying that you can.
So there is something interesting brewing here.
And thankfully, not everyone on the Supreme Court is an activist judge.
The president was elected to set policy as it pertains to these issues.
Here's Stephen Miller, who, as I keep saying, he's been one of the great explainers, just kind of clean and clear on a lot of the legal issues as it pertains to deportations.
Credible victory the Supreme Court win.
It allows President Trump, as the law has long said, but the courts have blocked, it allows President Trump to send illegal aliens convicted of rape, murder, homicide, assault, battery, crimes against children to any country around the world that is willing to accept them.
So, whether that be South Sudan or whether it be Somalia or whether it be Ethiopia, any country in the world that is willing to accept these monsters, we can get them out of our country and be free of them forever.
The only thing I have to share tonight, Sean, in a little bit of breaking news, is that the district court judge in Boston has said he's going to defy the Supreme Court's ruling.
So, expect fireworks tomorrow when we hold this judge accountable for refusing to obey the Supreme Court.
dave rubin
Okay, so on the last part of that, we'll see what happens.
unidentified
I don't know what the district judge's authority to defy the Supreme Court and what that could actually do, but it sounds like we'll find out a little bit more on that today if the district court judge does move on that.
But, you know, there's an interesting point also here, which is that if you can send people to any of these places, South Sudan, I'm going to guess that a jail in South Sudan, probably not great.
What was the line in airplane?
Jimmy, have you ever been to a Turkish prison?
dave rubin
Like, there are places that it's not going to be great to go to.
unidentified
And it's interesting because let's say you're just some like gangbanger from Mexico.
Let's not even say you're a terrorist.
Let's just say you're just like a, you're just like a not great dude from Mexico who got through the border, right?
Well, you might think, boy, I'm not risking that much because my life is what it is in Mexico.
I'm involved in low-level petty crime or whatever it is, but I get to America and I'm going to try to get away with it for a while and see what happens.
And the worst thing that happens is they throw me at a jail in America.
And in a jail in America, you're getting three square meals.
You're getting out there.
They usually have a basketball hoop.
Doesn't sound that terrible.
But if they're going to send you to a Turkish prison or a South Sudan prison, you might go, well, maybe this wasn't the best idea.
Now let's jump over to MSNBC because Nicole Wallace, this woman, is just a piece of work.
She's gutted.
She's gutted because we're going to kick out Trende Aragua members.
We're going to send El Salvadorian gang members back to El Salvador.
Because she obviously keeps a few of them in her basement because she's such a good, decent, tolerant liberal.
I remember the first day I read about the deportations to El Salvador of the alleged Trende Aragua members for whom no evidence was ever presented that they had anything to do with Trende Aragua.
And I remember saying to Mike, like, I wish I didn't feel so gutted.
And I wish I could stop thinking about these guys being scared in El Salvador.
I think I'm sometimes scared by how much anguish I feel over how they're treating human beings.
But I think that if you abandon the anguish, then you carry out horrible things against human beings.
Guys, she has anguish and she's very scared about these people that whether they are gang members or not are illegal.
She's not really doubting that, but she has empathy and she's very scared for them and she thinks about them a lot.
She doesn't do anything for them, right?
She just talks about it because that's what these lefties do.
dave rubin
But interestingly, listen to this from Grock.
unidentified
I found no public statements from Nicole Wallace expressing condolences for the murders of Lake and Riley, Rachel Morin, or Jocelyn Nungari.
Her focus, as seen on MSNBC, appears to be on broader immigration policies rather than individual crime cases.
This absence has sparked criticism for perceived inconsistent empathy, though it may reflect editorial priorities, not lack of concern.
The cases are highly politicized, with differing narratives on immigration and crime.
So again, I'm not a journalist, but you purport to be one, lady.
So might I offer you some advice, just like I offered the people of CNN advice.
If you want people to be on your empathetic train, where you're very, very concerned about illegal gang members and El Salvadorian criminals and all of those things, let's just say that's kind of okay, fine.
That's just fine.
We'll put that here.
What you might want to do just so that you could trick a few more people into thinking that you're an impartial journalist, Nicole Wallace, is just a little bit of a Tommy Homaney.
Tom Holman, the man who will play Tom Holman and the story about Tom Holman, called the Tom Holman story.
He told Sean Hannity that immigration is the biggest concern that he has.
If the average American, if everyone watching the show tonight knew what you knew and Christy Noam knew and Cash Patel and Dan Bongino and Pam Bondi knew, how scared would they be?
I've been doing this for 40 years.
This is the biggest concern I've ever had.
You know, we had fat and all that killed a quarter of million Americans.
We got sex trafficking up 600%.
We got people on the terrace was being arrested at the border.
I said from day one, two million plus Godaways.
This scares the hell out of me.
If you don't think a single one of them didn't come here to do us harm, then you're a moron.
This is the biggest issue I've seen in my 40-year career, and it scares the hell out of me.
It should scare the hell out of every American.
But thank God we got President Trump sitting in the White House because he's going to take this on 100%.
Guys, we're getting breaking news right now.
I think we have a screenshot of the New York Times headline.
Wow.
Centrifuges at Fordo no longer operational.
UN nuclear watchdog says.
So am I to believe that the preliminary report that had low-level confidence might have been wrong?
And we found that out within two hours?
And I didn't know that when I was doing this whole show, expressing a little bit of skepticism around the people who lie about everything?
I did earn all of this glitter today.
Now let's jump back to Holman for a second.
So look, this guy, he is just so the person, obviously, that is supposed to have that job and has a clarity.
And you can feel a certain pain when he's talking about this stuff because he has probably, not probably, he has undoubtedly seen some of the most horrific crimes that you are unimaginable as it pertains to what they've done to women and children and all these other things.
And again, we don't know how many bad guys are here.
On top of, we do know that there's at least a thousand Iranian nationals wandering around this country somewhere, and we have no idea what their plans are, right?
Now, interestingly, what the Democrats are quite good at is exactly what Nicole Wallace was doing in the previous clip, which is just emoting about things and usually emoting about things the wrong way.
So they're never concerned about Rachel Morin, the mother of five from Maryland, who was killed.
They're never concerned about that, but they're always concerned about the killer and what we do to the bad guys.
And let's make sure they have nice pillows.
And they should always have a nice bowl of soup before the filet mignon in jail and everything else.
But, and then the other thing, of course, they do is they love these publicity stunts.
They love showing up to places that they're not supposed to be at so that they can get arrested, so that they look like good guys.
Check this out from Gunther Eagleman, ex-commentator, breaking.
Democrat Representative LaMonica MacIver is set to be arraigned today on three counts of assaulting, resisting, impeding, and interfering with federal officials.
She faces up to eight years in prison.
And what you can see there is she showed up to an ICE facility.
She tried to push her way in.
You're not allowed to push your way in.
I assume there's a list.
You got to put your name on the list.
You get a ticket.
They call you in.
You can go see it.
They shouldn't be treated better than anybody else.
She is a New Jersey congresswoman, by the way.
And she might be in some deep shit here.
Here's a video of a priest and a rabbi.
A priest, a rabbi, a priest, a rabbi, and a leftist lunatic walk into an ICE facility.
And here's a priest and a rabbi at Delaney Hall.
This is the ICE facility.
Wait, no, no, no.
This is in front of the courthouse where she's going to be in some trouble, and they're praying for her.
So we are gathered to lift up Congresswoman MacGyver, a powerful black woman of faith who acted with spiritual clarity and moral courage as she led and stood up in truth.
She championed the inherent dignity of people inside Delaney Hall, and she answered the call to protect, not provoke, to expose abuse, not engage in it.
So I'm going to open up from different traditions here.
We're all going to pray together.
And this is a holy moment, and we're all standing on the side of justice.
So I'm going to pass it off to Rabbi Abraham.
Let's direct ourselves in the way that we do toward the divine.
I'll speak with words from my tradition.
The Torah speaks of treating everyone in the same way, of loving the stranger as you love yourself, as only having the same law for the stranger as you have for yourself.
Chinese family.
Yeah.
With the fan and the other guy.
This is like the Avengers from Hell.
Where do they come up with these people?
That could really make you an atheist quick.
You know, there's been such a movement out of atheism into belief.
And it's you morons who are going to push people back into not believing anything.
Just absolutely ridiculous.
But okay, so they're very upset about the illegal aliens who have been detained or escaped from the Delaney Hall detention facility in Newark, New Jersey.
We asked Rock for a list of such people.
We thought, maybe, I don't know, let's find out a little bit about the people that have been there.
And here's a condensed list of people that have been over at Delaney Hall that she was trying to figure out more.
This is from the data is as of yesterday, June 25th, 2025.
There's Franklin Noberto Bautista Reyes.
He's Honduran.
He had a little aggravated assault, terroristic threats, weapon possessions.
I'm sure he had his reasons.
Then you've got Joel Enrique Sandoval Lopez.
He's Honduran.
He had a little unlawful handgun possession, aggravated assault.
Okay.
Joan Sebastian Castania Lozada, who's Colombian, burglary, theft, conspiracy.
Eduardo Sanchez Hernandez, who's Mexican, sexual assault of a minor.
They're going to really love him.
Francisco Ordóñez Martinez, Guatemalan, domestic violence, weapons offense.
Jamie Benjamin Soro Amaya, El Salvadorian MS-13, suspected terrorist, no big deal.
Jorge Luis, Mexican, endangering sexual conduct with a child.
I like when I'm doing that.
You guys don't remember this.
Someone will remember this old school.
I want to see it in the comments.
Remember Yolanda Vega?
Yolanda Vega on WPIX Channel 11.
Every night she would read the, yeah, do we have that video?
We had a video of you.
I'm Yolanda Vega, and here are the PICS numbers tonight.
Here is Yolanda Vega was a great woman.
Is she still alive?
Check Yolanda Vega.
Is she still alive?
But here's Lamonica MacIver.
She has pled not guilty and she's claiming she didn't even go there to protest.
Quite interesting.
Take a look.
I want to thank you all for being here.
lamonica mciver
As Paul just mentioned, I just left out of court and pleaded not guilty because I'm not guilty.
unidentified
And, you know, we will fight this.
At the end of the day, this is all about political intimidation.
The Trump administration and his, you know, him and his colleagues or cronies, whatever you want to call them, have weaponized the federal government.
They weaponized the Department of Justice.
And anybody who stands up to them, anyone who criticizes them, anyone who fights back against them finds themselves in these hairs that we're in today, in this moment of time that I'm dealing with right now.
And that does not stop me from doing my job.
At the end of the day, we went to Delaney Hall for an oversight visit.
The members of Congress had the right to hold these agencies accountable.
And that is what we went to Delaney Hall for.
We did not go there to protest.
We did not go there for any of that.
We went there to make sure that this facility was up to par and the detainees there were getting due process.
All right, I was barely, barely listening to any of that because we just found out Yolanda Vega is still alive.
That is fabulous.
She's retired, probably doing great.
I would hope lives in the Hamptons maybe.
She was a big New York girl.
Anyway, no, no.
She didn't go to the thing to protest.
She didn't go to the thing to protest.
Connor, do we have video of her, maybe body cam footage of an officer showing her not protesting that day?
Do we have that kind of video?
Yeah, she wasn't there to protest.
It was just simple oversight.
I know when my accountant comes here once a year, he bursts in here, starts pushing people and screaming.
Like, it's just patently absurd.
But you guys know everything with these people is it all sounds good, and then you offer them the slightest pushback on any of it, and they lose their freaking minds, and it just runs so thin.
So I love these two clips.
So Bernie Sanders, old windbag socialist Bernie Sanders, who is a millionaire, who used to go after millionaires before he was a millionaire.
Now he goes after billionaires.
He's largely irrelevant other than he still has some cachet with the party, but he is responsible for so much of the destruction and the fact and that he taught so many young people to think that envy is good and all these things.
He's just a terrible.
He's really a terrible, terrible human being.
He went on Joe Rogan's show, and he's very upset about the amount of money that Elon Musk gave Donald Trump, although Rogan did quite a good job here.
What it says is, you're a billionaire.
You have now the constitutional right because your money is your freedom of expression, right?
So you don't like Bernie Sanders?
You can put millions or hundreds of millions of dollars into a campaign and express your view about how terrible Bernie Sanders is.
And you can buy that election, right?
That's your constitutional right.
I think that's probably the worst decision that the Supreme Court has ever made.
So what is the result of that decision?
The result of that decision, let's take us to where we are today, is that Elon Musk, and I know Elon was on your show, and he's here at Austin, huh?
Yeah.
Okay.
And we could talk about Elon, but he spent $270 million to elect Trump as president.
Okay.
I think that's absurd that any one person...
They spent a lot of money on Harris's campaign.
They spent $1.5 billion just over the course of a couple of months.
You got it.
All right, let me talk about it.
So I'm not here just to say it's a Republican.
That's my point here.
Right.
Okay.
Except my point here, actually, was that I was going to just talk about that and go, why did you blah, blah, blah, blah.
Yeah, $1.5 billion.
You didn't care about that, and you would gladly have her as president right now, even though we know they were literally paying, what was it?
They gave Oprah.
They literally gave Oprah's production company, I think, a million dollars for a one-hour interview.
They paid Beyoncé for endorsements, like all of those things.
Look, you can always have some discussion about money in politics.
But what Bernie doesn't like is that people are allowed really, I mean, he says it, to express their views.
Now, can you express views through money?
Is money the thing that kind of moves through the system to allow people to do things?
Bill Gates donated $50 million to Kamala, right?
And he also made an awful lot of money helping people get a non-vaccine that has injured people into their arms.
So good work by Rogan exposing that nonsense.
And I just love everything about Bernie.
It's just, you're just at the end of the thing, the fucking ridiculous hair, the body language, like all of it.
And Bernie, put up one of these El Salvadorian illegals that you love so much in one of your homes.
You're not in all three homes at all time.
Come on, Bernie, put up a Hamas supporting El Salvadorian rapist fentanyl dealer.
Please, you tolerant guy.
Here's Rogan fact checking Bernie on something else.
Take a look.
What about the other lawsuits with the conversation that they had with Kamala Harris, where they edited the answers that she had to make it look more precise?
60 Minutes, they were suing 60 Minutes is, to my mind, historically, been around for a very long time.
You know, they're not infallible.
But I think you look at most objective people will say 60 Minutes has a sterling reputation for investigative journalism.
Are they wrong?
But that's not investigative journalism if you change someone's answers.
If you ask her a question and she comes with a rambling answer that doesn't make sense and you edit that out and insert another answer to a different question that seems more cogent.
Joe, then you're walking down, it's a really, you're walking down a dangerous path.
Suing media has the impact of intimidating media.
Well, maybe they should be intimidated.
I don't love the idea of the administration going after the media, but notice what his like default position is.
His default position is to defend the liars.
You know that 60 minutes interview that Kamala did where it was so horrible.
And then as horrible as it was on first air, it turned out that they had selectively edited and moved an answer into a question and all of these things.
It's like, how about Bernie?
It doesn't matter if they have a long years and years of credibility.
They blew it up in one instance.
dave rubin
And why?
unidentified
I mean, it's the same thing that we started the show on, right?
Why would I trust CNN at this point?
Note, I had a little bit of skepticism at the top of the show.
And then we just, could we put that headline up one more time?
dave rubin
Did I nail it or did I nail it?
unidentified
I have become wise in my 49 years on planet Earth because I had a little skepticism of this low confidence report.
And then basically the New York Times, I think we have the headline here.
Do we have it?
We might have lost it.
But you saw the headline that Fordo has lost, the quote is no longer operational according to the UN Nuclear Watchdog.
Now, you know, it's not even that I trust the new UN nuclear watchdog that much, but the point is you people have blown all of your creds.
So we're just going to have to pause a little bit and think about it before we trust you ever again.
And Bernie, I just can't wait till your day is over.
The revolution will eat you.
That's how it ends, man.
And good luck with all that.
Let me talk about Royo for a second, which is really unbelievable.
We had bought Royo before they sponsored us.
We had bought it.
It's the bread we've been eating.
It really is, really fantastic.
It's low carb and low calorie, high fiber.
It's really, really great.
Take a look.
Have you guys tried healthy breads that taste like cardboard?
Yeah, we all have.
But then I tried Royo.
Royo breads and bagels are low carb, high protein, and made with super clean ingredients, some with just two net carbs.
And the best part, they actually taste amazing like the everything bagel.
Royo makes healthy bread you'll actually want to eat.

All right, let's jump into a RubenReport.locals.com community Q ⁇ A. And again, I'm told, I don't know what it is, but I'm told the locals community has some sort of surprise for me after the show.
So if you want to join us, RubenReport.locals.com, you can download the iOS or Android app.
David says, What's the one thing you think the Trump administration can do better to counter legacy media narratives?
And happy birthday.
Well, I think actually this show is a good illustration of it.
They're always going to lie.
They're going to continue to lie.
They know they're lying.
We know they're lying.
They know we know they're lying, but they continue to lie, right?
So we have that much information for sure.
The best thing, it's exactly what Caroline Levitt said, let the FBI figure out who this leaker is.
Maybe the Trump administration set them up in some way.
Again, I don't know how they go about releasing these reports, but there's a somebody knows how many people got the report.
And if you get a classified report, you're not allowed to share it.
You're allowed to discuss it with other people.
I don't even know how that works exactly.
It has something to do with the SCIF.
I don't know exactly how that works.
Do they tell you, if you get a classified report, are you told, okay, eight other people got this classified report and you're allowed to share it with them?
Like, I don't know the specifics on that.
But somebody knows how many people got the classified report.
And the FBI will now do their damnedest to figure out who leaked this once again to CNN.
And we've been through this before with all of the other lies.
And the best way to counter the narratives, look, we'll all do the best we can on the outside to bring you information as honestly and cleanly and with that healthy dose of skepticism as possible.
Freaking glitter.
But I think the administration going after the Leaguers, I think that's it.
Mitchell says, who are the one or two people that you would love to get the chance to interview in 26?
You know, I've mentioned this before, that we've been trying and we've gotten close a few times and then there were some health issues.
But 94-year-old Thomas Sully, you know, I had that incredible first-time interview with him that went so mega viral.
And I think in many ways helped re-put him on the map after, you know, he was sort of a niche economist at Stanford who was a legend in a certain world.
But our interview really, that moment when I said, well, what woke you up?
And he says, facts, that thing went so mega viral that it opened him up to a whole new generation of people.
And I'm so freaking proud of that, of the many things that I've done.
So I would love to get one more interview with him.
He doesn't do many of them, but we've been going back and forth and working on that.
The other one that I always say, and I still would love to do it, is I really want to interview George Lucas.
Look, whatever they've done to Star Wars, he created something that captured my imagination and millions of people's imagination.
And to talk to him about not just the story, but to fight the system, the Hollywood system while doing it, to have your own audience base turn on you when you create the prequels, which I actually think are pretty good, to ultimately sell your baby to a giant corporation, Disney, and then watch Disney destroy it.
Like, how does he feel about all of that?
dave rubin
Like, that would be super interesting to me.
unidentified
Lynn says, granted Zorhan, Zohan, got 43% of the vote, Cuomo got 36, and the other guy got 11.
These votes on election day will have to go somewhere.
Not everyone votes in the primary.
Do you think that Cuomo votes and the comptroller will then go to Adams?
Oh, and the controller's votes will then go to Adams.
So look, they do rank choice voting.
It does appear.
So now there's Curtis Sleewa might get involved.
There's this guy, Brad Lander.
He's the one with, we've shown a video of him last week.
He's just one of these weak-wisted Brahma Democrats.
This is a disaster for New York City.
Look, it's the Democrat primary.
So only Democrats could vote in it.
So is it possible that we roll into September and after three months of more people hearing about how radical this guy is, that enough New Yorkers will be sick of him?
Maybe.
But does it feel like the momentum of the culture is going towards this lunacy in blue cities?
Yeah, it does.
And it's like, is Eric Adams, you know, I saw all these people being like, everyone else should drop out and back Eric Adams.
And I will gladly have Eric Adams on the show.
But Eric Adams ushered in the Sanctuary City stuff.
He ushered in a lot of the criminality on the streets and everything else.
So the idea that the savior is the guy who's been mayor for how many years has Eric Adams been mayor for now?
You know, it's got to be four years.
So it's like that he's the savior now.
You know what I think New York needs?
They need to find an old school New Yorker.
They need to find the New Yorker who talks like this, who got a freaking fur coat off a truck and he doesn't know how he got it and don't ask him any freaking questions.
And he has friends like Johnny Two Times, who says everything twice.
I'm Johnny Two Times.
I'm Johnny Two Times.
That's the type of person that New York needs to capture the imagination of the real New Yorkers.
Right.
That's what they need.
And it's like, no, Eric Adams, the man who just has a suit that makes him look like a robot with a little head, he's going to do it.
So good luck if you live in New York.
Like, I just don't know what else to say.
But maybe they need their own destruction to ultimately fix it.
You know, that's what rock bottom is, right?
Jones says, congrats on the success of Copal.
I'm not a tequila fan, but I love a good whiskey.
Are you going to add a whiskey to your collection?
Well, first off, part of the reason that I created Copal in the first place, it was my love of tequila, yeah.
But partly it was also that I go to all of these conservative things everywhere.
And what I have found is that all these conservatives, they drink whiskey and bourbon, but then I start asking about it and none of them really love it.
Some of them do.
Andrew Clavin loves it.
A lot of them don't, but that's just what they drink.
It makes them feel like a man.
There's no fruitiness to it.
And they're all very hanging on to their sexuality by a thread.
You ever been to a conservative conference?
So I was like, you know what?
What if we do something different?
dave rubin
And so what we're doing, we have our reposado, so it's aged three months in American whiskey barrels.
unidentified
So there is a hint of a whiskey flavor to it.
We have some vanilla in there and some other stuff that makes it light and refreshing.
It's really great.
You know, we're going to put a bunch of cocktail recipes on the website and all that.
But the reason I didn't do it to start is I want people's first, a lot of people still think tequila is just you're in college and someone gives you a bottle of Jose Cuerbo, you do this and then you jump off the roof.
But no, tequila, you can do that and that's just fine.
And I'm not here to tell you what to do.
But tequila, a good tequila is just a beautiful, beautiful thing to sip on.
Tequila is basically the healthiest of all alcohols.
I'm not telling you it's healthy, but it's the healthiest of all alcohols.
Less sugar.
And also, if you just sip it, you sip it with one rock, that's going to take you an hour or two.
You know, you're not just pounding it like this Where people drink six beers and all of that stuff.

Eurasian says, Dave, if Erin Wexler is the arch nemesis of Sarah Silverman, who is your counterpart in the Legion of Doom left?
Oh, that's funny.
So, Erin, who I adore, who's been on the show many times, she was on the show on Friday with Clay Travis, who's just, she's just great.
Like, she gets what's going on and, you know, she's just bang, she's just doing a bang up job, let's say.
If her enemy is Sarah Silverman, and I think, I don't know that I've ever heard her say that, but they sort of look similar, I suppose.
So, who would be my enemy on the bananas Legion of Doom left?
I mean, there's that fat fuck I used to work for, that sweaty bacon grease drinking guy, but not him.
I don't know.
Is there anyone like of any value on the left?
Like, I'm trying to think, like, I watch some of these people.
I don't really watch most of their shows.
I see clips of little things.
It's just such a clown show over there.
I don't like that Mark Ruffalo.
Yeah, I don't like that Mark Ruffalo.
I do not like Mark Ruffalo, but this guy, they're all just terrible.
I wish it's like, you know, if you're playing basketball, you want, or you're playing tennis, whatever sport you're playing, it's nice when you play with people who are better than you, actually, because that'll make you better.
And I feel like every time I go on Piers Morgan, we're debating these lefties, like they're not particularly bright.
They're really not likable.
They're not kind.
And that's something consistently I've found being in the world that I'm in now.
Like, even if I disagree with people on the right, and things got a little testy over the last couple weeks, generally they're better people.
Not everybody, but generally they are.
dave rubin
That's just true.

Ala Rooney says, how did you choose the name for the tequila?
You know, that's a great question that I meant to tell people the first day that we brought it out, and I didn't.
So the way we came up with the name Copal is that you guys know we go away every August and we disappear off the grid.
dave rubin
This will be my ninth year doing it, which is just crazy.
unidentified
Oh, and I teased this the other day, but we are doing something so cool this August when I am off the grid.
We'll announce it in a couple weeks, but it's something like cutting edge and crazy.
If you think about it, you might be able to somewhat figure it out.
dave rubin
Like really, really cool that I'm psyched about.
unidentified
But anyway, we've gone to Mexico for the last couple of years, and we found this one resort where they had, there was an incredible scent throughout the resort.
They just had candles and incense things lived throughout the resort.
And it was the most kind of warm, wonderful, like set you in the right kind of mood, no matter what part of the time of day it was or whatever you were doing, just catch you the right way.
And I asked one of the people there what it was called and they said it was called Copal.
dave rubin
And Copal is actually from a tree sap in Mexico.
unidentified
And I was like, boy, that went, I was also trying to figure out the name of the tequila.
And actually, our distillery isn't that far from the resort we were at.
And I thought, well, that's what I'm trying to capture.
The feeling that I get when I have that scent is the capture, is the feeling that I want when people drink this tequila.
And I'm telling you, our tequila, it smells great.
We did a taste test here.
We did a blind taste test.
My guys bought eight tequilas, I think three of which I had never even had before.
And without question, I knew.
And we can air it with no edits, absolutely no edits.
I got most of them right.
And Copal was obviously the best.
It wasn't even close.
And even Klaas Azul, which I used to love, like just not so great.
And there's additives and I think some sugar in there and some other stuff.
So anyway, it was really to capture a feeling that we have when we're away.
And that's hopefully the feeling that we've infused into the tequila.
And I hope the feeling that you'll get when you drink it.
Honey says, do you have any cool birthday plans?
I am told I am going out to dinner tonight.
That's all I know about that.
The kids actually brought me breakfast in bed this morning, which my poor housekeeper is going to have to deal with a lot of sauces and things and eggs all over the bed and a croissant that got demolished and everything else.
But that was a nice way to start the day.
I've been hit with glitter over here.
I think there's a dinner tonight.
And then I'm told there is one of Dave Rubin's fantastic, crazy bananas, tequila-laden parties happening on Saturday here at Rubin Report HQ.
We'll see what happens with that.
Polly says, what do you predict will happen to the Republican base by 2028?
Will we still be unified like how we were after Trump was shot?
Look, it's hard to know.
I don't have a crystal ball, but I would say this.
You know, if we learned anything in the last week, we had a 12-day war that in essence has now wrapped up.
I just read this morning, we didn't put it in the show today, but Steve Witkoff is already saying that apparently there's a couple other countries about to sign on the Abraham Accord.
So that pivot or that whatever you want to call that, that move towards a more peaceful world is here.
So sometimes war ends the fighting, actually.
But also what happened was a lot of the people that were really anti-Trump over the last couple of weeks that were the Trump people, even the Tucker types.
Trump said Tucker apologized to him.
I think they're going to kind of sit down and shut up for a little while.
I really do.
And I think that that, hopefully, they'll realize, boy, maybe Trump does know what he's doing.
You would think that more people would realize that at this point, but maybe he does know what he's doing.
And I think if he just keeps governing with an America first attitude, not an America only attitude, but America first and that our values are good and we don't have to spread them through force, but we can welcome other countries into the fold if they want to share our goodness.
I think that's the thing.
And then you clean up the border, you hopefully fight the Democrats effectively in all of those places.
They're going to have their pockets, right?
Like New York City, you probably got it.
LA, they've made their choice.
But the rest of the country will go on and continue to build and do strong things and all of that stuff.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the Dave Rubin 49th birthday spectacular program.
I am told again that there's some sort of surprise waiting for me in the locals community.
So if you want to join us, RubinReport.locals.com.
That is our show.
Goodbye.
Thank you for being a friend.
Travel down the road and back again.
Your heart is true.
You're a pal and a confidant.
And if you threw a party in bite everyone you knew, you would see the biggest gift would be from me.
