EZRA LEVANT | Rebel News vows to DOMINATE Day Two of the Election Debates

Ezra LeBant of Rebel News highlights their hard-fought inclusion in the April 17 "liberal leaders’ debate," where they secured four question slots despite government attempts to exclude them, matching CBC’s allotment. Mainstream media allegedly panicked over their participation, with LeBant questioning figures like Mark Carney and Jagmeet Singh under tight restrictions—just "15 minutes every four years." Drea Humphrey pressed Singh on over 200 church attacks since 2021, including anti-Christian vandalism and arson, which he dismissed as "misinformation," leaving unanswered questions about police resource diversion and First Nations impacts. LeBant’s critique underscores a decade of government-media collusion, culminating in Rebel News’ live-streamed pushback to expose systemic bias. [Automatically generated summary]

Fun at Liberal Debates 00:02:18
Tonight, boy, we're having fun at the leaders' debates here in Montreal.
I'll tell you some stories.
It's April 17th, and this is the Ezra LeBant show.
Shame on you, you sensorism bug.
Oh, hi, everybody.
Boy, we had a wild time yesterday.
You know, we had to fight to get our way into the liberal, the liberal leaders' debate.
It really is the liberal leaders' debate.
It's controlled by the liberal government.
It was set up by the liberal government, and because it was set up by the liberals, it's got liberals in its DNA.
And so they have tried three times in a row to block rebel news, but we lawyered up and fought back.
And so we were in the house yesterday.
Rebel News had four questions, four pairs of questions, actually, which was as much as CBC Radio Canada did.
Here's the thing, though, the mainstream media had a total freak out.
It was a total meltdown that Rebel News was allowed to ask the holy ones, the precious ones, questions.
I was just saying that on my team, it's like leap year.
It's literally one day every four years, but it's not even one full day every four years.
It's like 15 minutes every four years for us to be able to ask the precious Mark Carney and the holy Jagmeet Sing and the untouchable Blanchette, the block, for us to ask them questions is so beyond us as peasants.
How dare we to watch the total freak out by the media party was quite something like, seriously, what a bunch of losers.
And the thing is, we just lined up in the line.
We just showed a touch of initiative that they didn't.
Anyhow, it's quite a statement on how the media and the government have really merged.
And I warned about this 10 years ago when Trudeau started subsidizing and paying the media.
I mean, we already had the CBC on the payroll, but now 99% of journalists are too.
Anyways, that's just some background commentary, but boy, we had fun.
I really recommend going to our website, leadersdebate.ca, and looking at the videos, including the questions that our team asked my favorite thing, Drea Humphrey, who asked Jagmeet Singh about the wave of anti-Christian vandalism and arson at churches and his disgusting answer to her.

But he only made her look even more dignified by his disrespectful answer.
Hello, Mr. Singh, Drea Humphrey.
Your party takes great pride in standing against hate, such as white supremacy, Islamophobia, and all.
Sorry, I didn't get your outlet.
Drea Humphrey with Rebel News.
Okay.
Your party.
You know where I'm going to go with this, though, right?
Can I speak?
Yeah, you can.
I'm just going to say, you know where I'm going to go with it, though.
Wow.
Your party takes pride in standing against hate such as white supremacy, Islamophobia, and online hate speech.
Yet you stay silent about ongoing attacks against Christians, even after conservative MP Jamil Giovanni's order paper question revealed that over 200 churches have been targeted by arson and vandalism since claims of remains being discovered at former residential schools swept the nation in 2021.
These claims have been disproven by bans that excavated and remain unproven by those that have not.
Will you condemn the rise in acts of hate against Christians today and explain what your party will do moving forward to keep Christians safe from hate in Canada?
Again, thank you, but I'm not going to respond to an organization that promotes misinformation and disinformation like Rebel News.
So no, I'm not going to respond to your question.
Wow.
Perhaps you didn't hear me.
Over 200 Christian places of worship have been attacked in Canada since 2021.
Many served First Nations communities.
Many were historic.
And they diverted police and resources and put others at risk.
What do you say to Canadians who see your refusal to answer, especially from one of the few media outlets here that are not funded by the state, as proof that a vote for you is a vote for a dangerous radical party that gaslights the public into thinking it stands against hate when its silence is instead embolding Christophobia?
Your question is another example of why I don't respond to agencies like Rebel News that promote misinformation and disinformation.
I really encourage you to look at all those videos, but for now, let me throw it to our team who is hosting the live stream, our friends Mary Ugolini and Lise from Saskatchewan.
They'll be hosting the live stream.
I'll be inside with the team watching the debates in English and hopefully getting a few more questions.
