Time Text
Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 podcast.
Hey, hey, calm down out there, folks.
Everything's cool.
Everything's fine.
No need to panic.
The drive-bys are in panic.
You got to look at them as Wiley Coyote.
You got to look at Trump and his team as a roadrunner.
Wiley Coyote still has no idea what's happening.
They're trying to continue to destroy Trump and the age-old ways they've succeeded.
It's all backfiring on them.
I'm going to explain all this as the program unfolds.
Be cool.
Live from the Southern Command in sunny South Florida.
It's open line Friday.
Don't worry about it, Rachel.
Don't worry about any of this stuff.
Well, I mean, if you want to worry about it, go ahead.
I'm going to explain it to you.
It is fascinating to watch this, folks.
I'm having more fun than a human being should be allowed to have watching this stuff go down.
I mean, look what's happening out there.
We have the media is obsessing.
They're celebrating.
They want to pop the cork on the champagne because they claim that Trump's cabinet picks are running away from him.
As they testify in their confirmation hearings, Trump cabinet pics break with Trump on campaign promises.
And so what they're trying to say is these guys are undercutting Trump.
They're selling Trump out.
They're proving that Trump lied on the campaign trail.
That's not what is happening, folks.
The drive-bys and the Democrats basically, I mean, they just want that to be true.
But that's not what's going on out there at all.
I'm here to explain it.
Last night I'm watching, and I, this is hit or miss with me because I don't normally watch cable news much anymore.
It's nothing against it.
I just, I just don't.
And last night I'm watching the first hour of special report with Brett Baer.
And they had two panel segments on it with the Fox All-Stars.
And I sent Brett Baer a note in the middle of the second panel.
Oh, man, I said, would I love to be on your second panel right now?
This is just amazing what I'm watching.
He wrote back.
He said, well, you're welcome anytime.
What the second panel they were talking about was, you can't have presidents picking sides.
You can't have presidents picking winners and losers.
You can't have presidents picking one company to win over an we can't.
You ever heard of Barack Obama?
You ever heard of Solyndra?
Have you ever heard of for criminal can't pick winners and losers?
Fine and dandy, but where was all this when Obama was doing it?
But anyway, that's not even what's happening.
What this was about, I got to dial this down.
I'm getting too passionate, right, Rachel?
This is about the LLB thing.
You familiar with the LL Bean story?
Do you know what LL Bean is?
All right.
Well, they're a company up in Maine, and they make boots and stuff for if you're going to go jump in the water while you kill birds and alligators.
They're basically a wildlife outfit.
And they've got the LL Bean catalog and all that.
They're age-old.
I mean, they're as old as the Farmer's Almanac.
They may be the Farmer's Almanac for all.
Anyway, it turned out that one of a woman, one of the members of the board at LL Bean, had the audacity to make a campaign contribution to Trump.
Can you believe it?
Who does she think she is?
And so you know what happened?
A bunch of leftist bullies, this pajama-clad bunch of invisible neophytes out on the internet, started bullying her and demanding that people stop shopping at LL Bean.
In other words, they were encouraging a boycott because somebody there had the audacity to nominate it to donate to Trump.
And so Trump praised her.
And Trump thanked her for her support.
And everybody said, Trump can't do that.
Presidents can't do that.
You can't pick winners and losers like that.
This has nothing to do with picking winners and losers.
This is defending somebody who supported him against an all-out bullying assault that I am intimately aware of, and a lot of people are the way this whole thing works.
We have uncovered it.
We know who these people are.
They're about 10 people and they make themselves out via algorithms to look like they are thousands of people.
And they end up writing letters to businesses that make it look like they're coming from the city.
The business is located.
The whole thing is a scam.
And we have uncovered it and we've identified the people and that they're trying this on LLB now.
And so Trump, who is loyal, simply praised her, I think he even did a photo op with her or something, and it was basically fighting back against a typical leftist.
If it were up to me, these people would be gone after in court for violation of tortuous or tortuous interference or whatever.
These are anti-capitalist, invisible bullies out there demanding that every other sniveling little leftist join their stupid little boycotts.
Fine and dandy, freedom of speech, do what you want.
But to say that we can't fight back, to say that fighting back is picking winners and losers.
Trump's not picking LLB over anybody else.
He's simply fighting back, which is what we have been missing for the last eight years.
And you can see how much the left hates it.
You can even see how much establishment Republicans hate it because they were joining this for fame that Trump can't pick winners and losers.
We can't do that.
This is unseemly.
Presidents, he's got to stop tweeting.
Presidents can't tweet like this.
Presidents can't do this.
This is beneath the dignity of the office.
You people, I'm telling you, you still do not understand what you're up against here.
You know what?
I wouldn't be, would you be upset?
Let me ask you a question, Rachel.
Would you be upset if Trump painted the Trump logo on the tail of Air Force One?
You wouldn't be bothered.
What if Trump tried to rename the Capitol building the Donald J. Trump, United States Capitol?
Would that bother you?
The Donald J. Trump Senate Chamber.
I tell you, we can't pick winners and losers.
And then, all over the internet, in liberal websites, at liberal websites, there's another theme out there today based on Trump's press conference where he called CNN fake news and refused to call on Jim Acosta.
There's a unifying, a unified assault on Trump from the left wing of the internet.
And it goes like this.
There are norms in society.
There's civility in society.
There are norms and procedures and protocols.
And they exist because we have years and years and years and years of experience in proper human behavior and how to behave.
And Trump is simply assaulting all of this.
And this is why we must ignore Trump and why we must constantly fight Trump because Trump is upsetting all of the age-olds, protocols, and norms.
And I'm watching these people lose their lunch over this.
I'm watching them go crazy.
And as they talk about norms and as they talk about protocols and as they talk about tradition and as they talk about all of these age-old civilized ways in which people at positions of power behave, I keep shouting.
What about marriage?
You people overthrew marriage.
You had to see fit to redefine marriage.
What about the protocols and the norms and the decency and all of the millennia of years establishing the best way to have a nuclear family?
And you guys came along and upset.
So when you guys throw out norms, when you guys throw out protocols, when you guys throw out years and years and years of so-called civilized manner, it's apparently fine and it's called progress.
When somebody like Trump comes along and doesn't behave toward you the way you think you should be respected and so then all of a sudden all the building blocks of our civilized culture are falling apart.
I just love it, folks.
I'll tell you, these people are at their wits' end.
Wait till you hear some of the audio sound bites from the Hillary team here.
I'm not kidding you.
Wait till you hear this.
They are still claiming that the election was fraudulent, that the polling was right, and therefore Hillary should be president.
And I'm not making this up.
We got Robbie Mook, the campaign manager and a spokesman for Hillary, who are still saying the polls, the pre-election polls and the exit polls, that's where the truth of this election was.
And the votes didn't match up with the pre-election polls and the exit polls.
And that means the Russians stole the election for Trump and they're dead series.
Now, what does all this mean?
Well, I'm just going to tell you, what it really all means is that you should prepare yourself for the fact that they're not going to stop until they destroy Donald Trump.
Either by way of impeachment, they don't have the votes for that.
They don't have anywhere near the votes.
They can't, you know, the way impeachment works, you need two-thirds, and it has to happen in the House of Representatives, charges in the Senate, and then the House conducts the trial and the vote, and they don't have anywhere near the votes unless they get a bunch of recalcitant Republicans to go along with them.
Which reminds me of the health care.
That's another thing.
The left is in sheer panic over health care.
Oh, one other thing.
I need to go back to this business.
Well, I'll get back to it.
The cabinet picks supposedly saying during their confirmation hearings things totally at variance with what Trump promised during the campaign.
Ben Carson's a classic example.
They're up there asking Ben Carson, are you going to protect the HUD budget?
You better damn well protect the HUD budget.
You know how important a HUD budget is.
Are you going to protect it?
What's Carson going to say?
No, Senator.
You know what I intended?
I intend to wipe out this agency.
I'm secretly here to blow HUD up.
If that's the case, do you think he would tell them that?
We have an entirely different audience.
Trump campaigns to the voters.
He says what he says.
He believed it.
They elected him.
Okay, here come his nominees.
Who's the audience?
A bunch of establishment politicians that hate Donald Trump.
Both parties.
And so these nominees are up there.
So, Dr. Carson, are you prepared to protect the HUD budget?
And Carson says, not only am I prepared to protect it, I may even find a way to expand it.
Good answer.
Good answer.
We'll vote for you.
That's all this is.
Same thing with Tillerson.
It's the same thing with Mattis.
But they're trying to say that Trump has been betrayed by his own stupidity.
What they're trying to say is that Trump's actual cabinet nominees are exposing Trump for the fraud that he is.
It's stupid.
It is laughably stupid what they're glomming onto.
They are so desperate for evidence that Trump is dumb.
They're so desperate for evidence that Trump is stupid.
They're so desperate for evidence that all of this has been a quirk of fate and an accident rooted in Trump's stupidity.
They haven't got the slightest idea that the guy is running rings around them in terms of strategy, tactics, and intelligence.
It's amazing the hubris and the arrogance of these people.
They've got their desires, their preconceived wishes and notions.
They have their narratives.
Trump is an idiot.
Trump's a liar.
Trump doesn't know what he's doing.
And so here come his nominees singing different tunes from what Trump did.
And to these guys in the beltway to the meeting, this is evidence.
This is evidence that not even Trump's nominees like him.
It's incredible.
Mattis and Tillerson, they're telling everybody what an idiot Trump is and how dangerous Trump is.
You really think that's what's happening here, you media people?
If you need to get the votes of, for all intents and purposes, communist leftists on some of these committees, I mean, what are you going to do?
This is a yes or yes or three bags full circumstance.
I can't be the only one who knows this.
I cannot be the only one who knows this.
The LLB thing, what else do we have?
Oh, folks, this dossier, this 35-page dossier that contained all of this total BS about Trump hiring prostitutes to do golden showers on the bed where Obama and Michelle My Bell had previously slept in Moscow.
And remember, we had McCain out there.
I said, this is horrible.
I didn't know what to do.
I put on my Shitison cap and I gave the FBI.
That's all I did.
And when I backed off, I gave the FBI.
I said, intelligence people need to see it.
Do you know what happened?
Here's the short version with details coming up.
McCain found out about this while in Canada and flew one of his aides to the UK to pick the document up.
McCain's fingerprints are on this from the get-go.
He heard about the document existing from a member of the Foreign Agency Foreign Office of the UK, and he actually sent an aide of his on a special flight to pick this dossier up and bring it back to the United States.
I have details on that coming up.
Would you like to, did you know who's going to give the oath of office in Mike Pence?
Have you heard that?
Clarence Thomas, Supreme Court Justice Clarence.
I want to read to you the Reuters account of this.
Reuters, here's the headline.
U.S. VP elect Pence to be.
Oh, did you see that Obama gave Biden a participation medal yesterday?
Do you see that?
With this thing, you have the Biden standing there and Obama's announcing the presidential medal of what?
Servitude?
Whatever it is.
I call it participation medal.
So Biden's standing here waiting for Obama to name the next recipient.
It turns out to be Biden.
Biden grabs his handkerchief, turns around, starts crying, walks back standing, oh, accepts it.
I bet it was a surprise.
Anyway, here is the Reuters headline.
U.S. VP elect Pence to be sworn in by Conservative Justice Thomas.
You want to hear the first paragraph of the story?
Vice President-elect Mike Pence will be sworn into office on January 20th by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, a conservative legal icon reviled by many liberals.
You know, we should be used to this crap by now, but it still irritates when you run into it.
That's the Reuters lead in the story that Clarence Thomas will be swearing in Mike Pence on January 20th.
Yeah, here, Politico, Trump's inauguration to shatter Washington norms.
I'm telling you, this is a theme that the left has concocted.
It's all over my tech blogs, a tech blog, little millennial leftists out there all worried about these norms and these protocols and these decades-old manners of civility are just being blown to smithereens by this barbarian Trump.
You practically read the tears as they write about this.
So that, folks, that's just setting the table.
That's just a preview of what is to come here on Open Line Friday.
Hey, there's a couple of other things I want to tell you about that we're going to be getting into.
One is the, you probably heard about the Department of Justice, the Obama DOJ, has announced that they're going to investigate the FBI and the way they handled a Hillary Clinton investigation.
And I'm sure that you are curious to know what this is all about.
That's why I am prepared here today to explain it all to you.
And one thing to keep in mind about this is that the Inspector General of the Department of Justice is not going to investigate the Department of Justice, which is what he does.
They're not going to look into any impropriety of Loretta Lynch meeting with Bill Clinton.
No, no, no, no, no.
They're going to look at James Comey.
They're going to look at the FBI.
This is the Obama DOJ.
Second off, the Obama Department of Justice, they sent Loretta Lynch.
CNN was calling her Janet Lynch today in the Chiron graphic, just FYI.
But I happen to know her name's Loretta Lynch.
She's the attorney.
They sent her out to Chicago today to announce the results of a 13-month investigation.
Did you know that the Chicago Police Department engages in wanton acts of civil rights violations?
Yeah.
The Chicago police, the racist Chicago police of fellow Democrat Ram Emmanuel, are why all the murders in Chicago are taking place, according to the Obama DOJ.
We'll explain that for you.
And then I was going to say about Obamacare, rooted with the question Ben Carson got, are you going to protect this budget?
Are you going to protect?
Let me tell you what they're really worried about with Obamacare.
The left is.
You know, Obamacare was a tremendous addition to baseline budgeting.
They're worried.
That question to Carson about are you going to protect the HUD budget.
They're scared to death that if Obamacare gets repealed, that that money goes bye-bye from the budget.
And that's a big concern.
But the second thing they're concerned about, you turn healthcare back to the private sector and it's going to work.
And people are going to love it.
And they're going to find out just how bad government runs things.
They're afraid of that, too.
Open line Friday, Rush Limbaugh wrapping up the inaugural week back at the Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies.
The inauguration is one day from today.
And we're going to be doing something special on Inauguration Day.
We'll have details coming up later.
But basically, we're going to start the program early on Inauguration Day.
And what did I say?
I said it's a day away?
Well, everybody knows I meant that it's a week.
Everybody knows the inauguration is not to.
Well, I take it back.
There might be some low-information people out there that I shocked.
Sorry, verbal dyslexia.
Inauguration is a week from today.
I'm trying to save time by eliminating syllables.
And instead of saying a week from today, I said it's today or tomorrow or next day or whatever.
You all know when it is.
It's January 20th.
All right.
So this next week, if this past week's been any indication, next week is going to be panic-filled.
Because I think you need to seriously consider that the left is still seriously trying to prevent Trump from being sworn in.
They are trying to stop him.
They are delusional.
They have lost their minds, but they are still engaged in that effort.
And they are not going to stop.
They have, I think, lost all grounding.
It's not just the left, folks.
It's anybody in the Washington establishment.
You've got Republicans in this group.
You've got intelligence community people in this group.
You've got all the various cabinet departments.
I mean, they're populated still with a bunch of Clinton and Obama people in there.
You have elements of the military scared to death that Trump is coming in.
I mean, the left has populated the bureaucracy, the judiciary, for decades with career appointees.
And so the media is just the face of it.
But the entire anti-Trump or the never-Trumper brigades, which are found everywhere, are still at this very moment devoted to the concept of stopping his inauguration.
No, I have no idea how.
Scandal, the media being able to shame him into resigning or his cabinet refusing to be seated because he's such a liar.
Who knows what they're thinking?
Here, let me show you what I'm talking about audio soundbite-wise.
Start here at number two.
This is on CNN today.
CNN is really involved in this effort, by the way.
CNN exists now to get rid of Trump.
In fact, there's a New York Times story.
Don't worry, I will not lose my place.
Our old buddy Jim Rutenberg, who's also losing his mind.
You know, Rutenberg at the New York Times, we used to like, well, I still like Jim Rutenberg.
And even in all of this, Rutenberg has still not treated me unfairly.
Rutenberg is one of the few people in the drive-bys that's actually quoted me correctly, consistently, and in context.
But Rutenberg is the guy who wrote the piece in the New York Times last August that all journalism now is over as we've known it.
Journalism must throw out everything it's ever been and must unify around the concept of denying Donald Trump the presidency.
And that was a front page New York Times story.
And since it was the front page of the New York Times, it was a clarion call to the rest of the media to get rid of all the objectivity.
So there still is any.
Get rid of the objectivity, get rid of the fairness, and totally devote yourself to opinion journalism, the purpose of which is to deny Trump the election.
And so they did.
But he still won.
So now it's the same thing.
And Rutenberg is back, has a piece.
As Trump berates news media, a new strategy is needed to cover him.
So what we're reading here is that the previous strategy announced, I think it was last August, that journalists, all great journalists, all journalists of good faith, must abandon everything they've ever learned at journalism school.
Forget the who, what, when, where, why.
Forget objectivity.
Forget fairness.
Forget impartiality.
Jim Rutenberg and the New York Times urged media to devote themselves entirely to stopping Trump.
In other words, all opinion all the time.
If you have to make it up, make it up.
Getting rid of Trump is so important that anything we do is warranted.
Anything we do to get rid of Trump is justifiable and okay, whether it's journalism or not.
It obviously didn't work.
As Trump berates news media, a new strategy is needed to cover him.
And the story goes on to explore various techniques the media might now try to stop Trump.
Now, this headline, as Trump berates news media, a new strategy is needed to cover him.
That's a misleading headline.
They're not interested in covering Trump.
The objective is to destroy Trump.
And when I say destroy, I mean destroy his presidency, destroy his political career, destroy whatever he hopes to accomplish, prevent that.
They're not interested in covering Trump at all.
In the story, our buddy Jim Rutenberg refers to Trump as a master manipulator.
Trump didn't manipulate anything.
It was BuzzFeed with the assistance from CNN and Senator McCain that manipulated facts, made up facts, and exploited a libelous fiction.
Trump did not manipulate anything.
They call him a master manipulator because they can't figure out a way to destroy him.
Every technique they have ever used successfully on any Republican they've tried to take out doesn't work on Trump.
Therefore, in their world, Trump is a masterful manipulator.
In their world, taking out a Republican is as easy as getting up and deciding to do it.
Because Republicans traditionally cower and cave.
If you accuse them of something, they'll probably resign.
Or they'll stop being a problem.
They'll tone down their criticism of Democrats and Obama or what have you.
It's been easy to manipulate and control Republicans.
And they've tried the tried and true techniques that have always worked against Republicans, and they don't work on Trump.
And so since they're the smartest people in the room, and since they're the brilliant ones, and since they have all the power, it must be.
They can't be failing, just like Hillary didn't lose the elections.
Therefore, Trump has to be this master manipulator.
What's Trump manipulating?
He's manipulating the minds of news consumers.
Trump is actually enabling trickery.
Trump is tricking people into not believing what the media says about them.
Can you believe that?
The audacity.
Don't you know that when the media attacks you, you're supposed to sit there and just absorb it?
When the media attacks you, that's the rule.
When the media attacks you, you use the time-honored decorum of decades and accept it.
That's the way it works in the establishment.
Media comes after you.
Well, you take it.
Trump fights back.
And in their world, Trump is now convincing people to not believe the media.
And to do that, you have to be using tricks.
So he's a master manipulator.
It wouldn't ever occur to them to actually try to cover Trump with honesty and integrity and objectivity and accuracy.
It would never occur to them.
Why does it never occur to them?
This is the second attempt from Rutenberg at the New York Times to revise journalism, to redefine how it's done.
And in neither of these two, shall we say, exposés, in neither of these two instructional documents, is it ever suggested that journalists try honesty, try integrity, try objectivity, and try a little accuracy.
No, those are the things being thrown out.
Those are the things being discarded.
Those things are said to be the problem.
We cannot engage when you start throwing out traditional journalism.
That's what it is.
Folks, I have to tell you, and I don't want to jinx anything here, but I have, it's been a long time I've had this much fun reading and watching the news.
There are a bunch of wily coyotes.
Really is everything they try blows up in their face.
They're calling the Acme bomb company.
They're calling the Acme scandal company.
And whatever Acme is delivering them, it blows up in their face.
And I love watching.
I love having Trump say, I love seeing Trump say to Jim O'Connor, no, no, you're not getting a question.
Now, you're fake news.
I love it because it's true.
Spent a little time yesterday.
Why should these people be afforded respect?
These time-honored protocols and the decorum and the principles.
Why?
Why should the victims of this kind of bullying, lying behavior sit there and take it and be nice about it and accept it?
What's wrong with it?
It's like the same situation with L.L. Bean.
So you have a woman that donates a Trump.
A bunch of sniveling, pajama-clad leftist bloggers organize a boycott against L.L. Bean, so Trump decides to help L.L. Bean.
And the Washington establishment here rubs by saying, you can't pick winners like that.
That's not presidential presidents.
Don't mention it.
It's not picking winners and losers.
It's defending a supporter against a boycott for Christ.
Since when did a boycott become something that's untouchable, unapproachable, and you can't resist it?
Every technique they try is being exposed.
And I got to take a break now.
I'm going to come back.
I'm going to play you some of the sound bites of Hillary Clinton campaign people still maintaining that Trump's election illegitimate.
Don't go away.
Hobanite Friday, always try to take a phone call in the first hour since we're inviting people.
Openline Friday is about people being able to talk about whatever they want.
It doesn't have to be all of this stuff.
And this is Stacey in Dayton, Ohio.
Great to have you.
How are you doing?
Hey, Rosh, how are you?
Fine and dandy.
Thank you, El Mucho.
I am a longtime listener, and I'm very excited to be talking to you.
But Rush, I have tickets to the inauguration through my congressman.
I'm a Trump supporter.
I went to Israel, so I'm really excited about going or getting these tickets.
However, I have some apprehension towards going because, quite frankly, I'm afraid of protest violence and, shall I say, possible terrorism.
Well, how many tickets do you have?
I actually have four for me, my husband, and two kids.
My husband doesn't want to go.
He's afraid.
And I don't know.
So I thought I would talk to you because in the past I've always looked to you as a voice of reason, and I'm hoping you can ease my fear.
Oh.
Just wondering if you had the opportunity, would you go?
Well, no, but that has nothing to do with what I would tell you.
Okay.
No, no.
The weather ostensibly is going to be in the 60s, number one.
It's going to be the long-range forecast has it as a nice day.
You can look at that one of two ways.
You can say it enables the protesters.
It also encourages the fact that you're going to enjoy the day.
My answer to this is really rooted in the belief that if it's something you really wouldn't want to do, I wouldn't let those people stand in the way of you seeing something historic.
Okay.
I really wouldn't let the fear of protesters stand in the way of you doing what, A, it sounds like you'd like to do.
Maybe there's a little bit of you thinking you should do.
Right, I feel like it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.
Yeah, I'm fearful for my kids.
I don't want them to be exposed to anything.
Have you been able to get a hotel room?
I have one, yes.
Okay.
All right.
So, well, there's always, then you've got a place of refuge if anything would happen.
Look, there's going to be lots of people there.
I don't think you're not going to have a lot of people not go because of this threat.
Are you worried that security services are not going to be up to snuff because they really want this to go wrong for Trump?
I'm not sure.
You just hear everything in the news about protesters, and now there's this big thing of women, marchers that are.
Oh, that is going to peter out.
That's going to be nothing more than a golden shower.
They're going to be...
Don't let that stop you.
Don't...
The Million Woman March, I don't even think that's for Inauguration Day, isn't it?
The day before, the day after.
It's the next day.
It's the next day, and nobody's going to care anyway.
They can't even find enough people.
Probably get a little bit more now that I'm mocking them here.
No, don't let that bunch of broads stop you from seeing this.
In no way, if that's the march that you're concerned, no way.
Don't let that bunch deter you at all.
Well, they weren't the only ones.
Of course, there's other factors.
I mean, I hate to say this, but possible terrorism.
You never know what's going to happen.
But I think that, you know, talking to you, like I said in the past, you've always kind of been the eye of the hurricane for me.
When everything else seems to be spiraling out of control, I can listen to you and just feel calm and feel like everything's going to be okay.
So I'm glad I talked to you.
If you've got your hotel room, if you've got a place of refuge, I think those are valid concerns.
But don't forget, those are also things they want people like you to stop engaging in things like this.
That's one of the purposes of terrorism is to make you afraid to live your life.
Right.
And it's not going to keep Trump from showing up.
And if anybody's the target, it's Trump.
It's not going to keep Trump or his family.
They're all going to be there.
Trump's cabinet's all going to be there.
Mike Pence is going to be there.
So as I say, I can't go to these kinds of things, but you can.
And I just wouldn't, I wouldn't let them stop me if it were me.
So if you were me, you would go.
I would.
Okay, awesome.
Now, before you go, before you go, would you like a brand new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus?
Oh, my gosh.
Are you kidding me?
No, I'm not.
I would love that.
That would be amazing.
Which one, the 7 or the 7 Plus?

AT ⁇ T. Fine, and Danny.
The phone you're going to get's got no SIM card.
It's unlocked.
It'll work on any carrier.
What kind of phone do you have now?

Right.
Okay.
Then take this phone to your AT ⁇ T store with your Samsung.
Take the new one in the box.
It's not got a SIM card.

You tell them it's a gift.

Oh, my gosh.
I'm so excited.
I can't believe this.
What's that?
I'm so excited.
I can't believe it.

You will not believe.
These are wireless earpods that pair Bluetooth automatically.
You can invoke Siri with two taps on either one of them to get the weather, to play a song, to answer the phone or what have you.
Just hang on.
Don't go away, and we will be right back.
