Time Text
Hi, folks, and welcome back.
It is a delight to have you here as we forge on in a new era on which we all embark, led by the EIB network, and the Limbo Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies.
Telephone number, you want to be on the program 800-282-2882 and the email address, El Rushbo at EIBnet.us.
So I asked a question just before the end of the last hour.
Are any of you out there worried that it means something bad that Trump has decided not to prosecute Hillary?
I'm just asking because I'm hearing from people who are, they're livid at Hillary.
They're still mad, and they believed that draining the swamp meant that maybe they weren't just going to go specifically with Hillary, but that Trump was going to investigate the whole shit and kabang up there and figure out what gone wrong and get rid of all the deadweight at every day, EPA, DOJ, what have you.
And some people really expected he could do that, would do that.
They're not expecting him to target Hillary just to clean out the swamp.
And they look at him not prosecuting Hillary as maybe, uh-oh.
So I will reserve my answer to the question, of course, until I hear from some of you if you want to tackle it.
Because once I have something to say on something like that, then there's nothing left to say about it.
And I don't want to prematurely abort discussion on this question.
Mr. Snurdy, nah, it's no big deal.
Now, you're saying that because you have roots to traditional politics.
And that basically there's a rule that says you don't bury your vanquished opponent.
It's enough that they lost.
You look forward.
You don't go punitive.
It's very small-minded to do that.
There's campaign rhetoric, and then there's stuff that you actually do.
And you're thinking in this nervous, he was never going to prosecute her.
It's like they don't prosecute Nixon.
If anybody was ever going to prosecute anybody, it would be the Democrats prosecuting Nixon.
And Ford pardoned him to save everybody that.
And the Democrats were ticked about it.
But I mean, there were a lot of people, maybe a lot, I don't know how many, really thought that when Trump said you ought to be in jail, they agreed with that and thought that she should be.
So we'll see what people have to say about it, provided any of you react to it.
Or maybe many of you are.
It just depends on whether or not you can get through here, which remains the top challenge for any caller.
Just a couple of other things in the stack that I put together here today to just let you know, just to remind you of how ugly this is going to be.
Remember now, I know these people, and they never go away, and they never stop intimidating.
And you can see, folks, we do have two Americas right now.
And this Tim Ryan guy that wants Pelosi's job is right, the Democrat Party is not a national party anymore.
Now, stop and think about that for a minute because he's right about it.
But it took an election to reveal this.
Prior to this election, everybody thought the Democrat Party was the majority party and it was on its way to transforming America and that a very small and declining in size minority of Americans were opposed to this transformation.
There were many of you who were thinking, my God, we're so outnumbered.
It's over.
We've lost the country.
Rush, it's time for you to tell us it's time to panic.
And it turns out that that whole picture was an illusion.
It wasn't true, and it wasn't even close to being true.
And one election exposed this illusion, which had been presented to us by the Democrat Party, but the media is the primary culprit.
The media with the ability to shape public opinion and just with the telling of stories, not even reporting news, just a sharing of anecdotal things, is able to portray and paint a picture of America that just isn't the case.
One election shows the Democrat Party is not even a national party.
Three elections have shown that the Democrats have lost 1,200 seats.
They only have five states now, four actually, where they have the governorship and the state legislature.
They are basically a party of the coasts.
They have New York, Washington, and Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle, the coastal regions, and that's it.
Over the vast majority of acreage, the vast majority of land in this country, they have no presence.
You look at county by county, if you look at state by state, no matter how you have a district by district, they are just invisible other than on the coasts.
And the stuff that makes America work and makes America great is all in the middle.
In a sense, and they aren't there.
But even if you disagree with that premise, you know, where the people who make America work live, the fact of the matter is they are not a majority party.
They do not represent a majority of thinking.
And yet, look what they have been able to do the last eight years, living that illusion.
They've been able to totally change the definition of marriage.
They have totally uprooted America's pop culture.
They have taken over education.
And that's why there's a special kind of stupid now that dominates the thinking of the Democrat Party.
Try this.
Denver's or Denver County's Sheriff's Office has been fined by the Obama Department of Justice because it refused to hire non-citizens as deputies.
You read that again.
From the beginning of 2015 through last March, the Denver Sheriff Department went on a major hiring binge, adding more than 200 new deputies.
But those jobs ended up only going to citizens because the department made citizenship a stated requirement on the job application.
And the department admitted as much in a new settlement with the U.S. government, which requires it to pay a $10,000 fine.
So Denver County, $10,000 fine for not hiring non-citizens.
In the sheriff's department, deputies, they didn't want to hire people that weren't citizens, and Obama's Department of Justice has fined them $10,000.
Kirkland woman fabricated sexual assault because she was distraught over election.
A woman from Kirkland, Washington has admitted that she lied and fabricated a story of sexual assault, claiming that she did so as she was distraught over the recent election.
Kirkland's outside Seattle.
According to the statement from Kirkland Police, a concerned citizen contacted the police department after they saw a Facebook post from a woman claiming she had been sexually assaulted and that the police had responded to the assault but chose not to continue an investigation.
Officers located the unnamed woman at her workplace, where when confronted, she admitted she'd made the whole thing up.
There had never been any assault and she had never even called the cops to report the crime.
The reason the woman gave for posting the false allegation to Facebook, distraught over the election.
From Akron, Ohio, man sets himself on fire after yelling about election results at Akron Coffee Shop.
The Akron Fire Department says that a 69-year-old guy set himself on fire Saturday after yelling about the election results.
The man was dressed in a Marine Corps uniform, walked into Angel Falls Coffee on South Highland Avenue, yelling about the recent protest over the election results.
He was taken to an area hospital, being treated in the burn unit, stable condition at the Children's Burns and a Children's Hospital Burn Center.
Police said he had a long road to recovery.
From the election of the burns.
From the Fox News Washington affiliate, swastika spray painted at Vietnam Veterans Home in Silver Spring.
77-year-old Vietnam veteran Silver Spring Home is vandalized over the weekend after a swastika was spray painted on his front door, police say.
University of Florida, Independent Florida Alligator newspaper, first or frat house vandalized after anti-Trump protest.
A swastika spray-painted and a window was broken.
Trump supporters kicked out of a Washington bar for refusing to remove Make America great hats.
From campus reform, University of New Hampshire professors calling for the expulsion of two students who counter-protested an anti-Trump rally while wearing Harambe and Richard Nixon costumes.
Harambe, they showed up as a guerrilla.
A former University of New Hampshire professor, Courtney Marshall, posted a photo of the students on her Facebook writing that there was a walkout yesterday at my former institution.
These two people showed up.
Special kind of stupid folks, I would almost say a near insanity has taken over the left.
In fact, it may be a practical insanity.
From the Washington Post, the Environmental Protection Agency head says that Trump cannot halt our shift to clean energy.
The head of the EPA yesterday gave an impassioned defense of the Obama regime's energy and environmental policies and insisted that the shift from fossil fuels will continue no matter who occupies the White House.
The inevitability of our clean energy future is bigger than any one person or nation, said Administrator Gina McCarthy in a speech at the National Press Club.
If it's all inevitable, then why all the massive federal regulations, mandates, and subsidies?
If it's inevitable, why does the federal government have to subsidize every failing green energy concern?
If it's inevitable, why does every subsidized, federally subsidized green energy concern go bankrupt after donating to Democrats and Obama, Solyndra, the solar panel crowd, wind energy?
Why does it have to be subsidized if it's inevitable?
The fact is, it isn't inevitable.
We cannot power over half of our needs, almost 80%, without fossil fuels.
What is inevitable is the continued use of fossil fuels as the fuel of the engine of democracy and freedom.
That's what's inevitable.
We just discovered one of the biggest deposits of oil, shale oil, in the world in Texas.
Years and years and years of oil, fossil fuels at our disposal now without having to buy it from the Saudis or anybody else.
What is inevitable is the continuation of the internal combustion engine, the jet engine, and technologically made improvements on both.
What is inevitable is the continued use of coal and oil because they are the only things that can fuel economic growth.
Renewable energy, green energy, wind energy, solar cannot do it.
Nothing wrong with getting into it, but don't lie to people and tell them it's the future.
Don't lie to people and tell them that fossil fuels will destroy the planet.
Don't lie to them and tell them if they don't find a way to get to Mars in the next 30 years, they're going to die.
But that's exactly what's happening.
Oil is the fuel of the engine of freedom.
It is the fuel of economic growth.
It is the fuel of advanced, progressing lifestyles.
It is the fuel of the ability to create and amass wealth.
Without it, economic stagnation and decline would most certainly happen.
And the world would not get cleaner.
Fossil fuels have enabled massive increases in our ability to clean up the messes that we make.
Technological marvels, technological advances and increases have enabled us to make the water better, the air cleaner.
And it has been an ongoing process because that's what capitalism does.
So many ill-educated young people haven't the slightest idea.
They see oil as nothing more than dirt and gunk that is destroying the planet.
And they've seen it from the earliest days of their Saturday morning cartoon watching Captain Planet.
And they go to school.
They hear more propaganda like this.
So the EPA chief says that Trump cannot halt U.S. shift to clean energy.
The truth is that Gina McCarthy cannot ever succeed in getting us off of fossil fuels.
It simply isn't possible.
And the rest of the world is not going to get off of fossil fuels either.
The left's running around denying progress in technology to much of the world, keeping it poor, keeping it filthy, keeping it sick under the guise of renewable energy, clean energy, and a saved planet.
Quick time out.
We'll come back and get started with your phone calls after this.
Okay, back to the phone.
Well, we can't go back yet.
We haven't started.
We'll be going back to the phones later.
Right now, we're going to go to the phones.
We're going to start with Margaret in Pocatella, Iowa.
Wait a minute, Pocatella, Idaho, isn't it?
Yes.
Yeah.
Well, anyway, great to have you, Margaret.
How are you doing?
I'm great.
Thank you for having me.
Margaret's one of my all-time top 10 favorite female names, by the way.
Why, thank you.
It is.
I've always enjoyed it.
I've always loved that name.
Well, thank you.
I appreciate that.
You bet.
So what's happening?
What's up?
Well, I called yesterday and told you about my kindergarten daughter and how they did voting in school.
And she, even though my husband and I had talked to her about it, she and told her who we voted for, which was Donald Trump.
She informed us a few days later that she voted for Hillary.
And my concern is, you know, what's that about?
Is it, you know, brainwashing already in kindergarten?
Oh, yes.
I don't know if it is in your case, but yes, it is happening.
Yes.
No, no, I'm not kidding it.
Kindergarten kids are being, I don't know what you mean, propagandized, indoctrinated.
It's not a direct thing.
The teacher talks about how wonderful Hillary Clinton is.
We'll show them pictures, might have some unkind things to say about Trump.
It's subtle, but it's happening even in kindergarten.
Look at the left is who they are.
There's not a one of them that's an average normal.
They're activists.
Every damn one of them that's a teacher, that is an actor, every one of them that's in some kind of a job that meets the public, they are all activists.
That's why they go into the media, journalist, teacher, professor, they're activists.
They are there for the express purpose of co-opting minds.
Yes.
So don't doubt me on this.
Oh, no, I totally agree with you.
And I just find it very disturbing because I guess I was naive in thinking that elementary school would be okay and that wouldn't start until perhaps middle school.
No, no, no, no, no, no, no.
But let me, you call, one of the things you want to know yesterday is what you can do about it, right?
Yes.
Well, here's what I would do if I were in your shoes.
And keep in mind, I'm not.
I don't have children.
I've got nephews and nieces, but I haven't had anything to say about how they're raised because that's just the way it is.
But if I were in your shoes, kindergarten, I'd get them out of there.
I wouldn't put up with it.
I'd take them somewhere else.
The problem when you get to junior high and high school, then you're dealing with grades.
If you've got evidence that a teacher is really, really not even teaching, but just preaching a bunch of drivel to your kid, the danger is if you report the teacher, you fear, well, they're not going to get rid of the teacher and the teacher's going to hear about it and take it out on my kid and not give them a good grade.
So you worry about what to do.
Plus, whatever you're trying to teach them at home is being countermanded and undone while they're at school.
And teachers are authority figures and people respect them and people, you know, kids think that teachers know everything.
That's why they're teachers.
So it's a direct challenge to what you're teaching them at home.
Kindergarten, I don't think there's any quite get them out of there.
Yeah.
And there's nothing on your kid's kindergarten record that's going to hurt them getting into a college down the road or what have you.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Hang on.
I've got another break coming up here, Margaret.
Just one more thing.
And I want to get your reaction to that, too.
So don't go away.
Welcome back.
Great to have you.
Rush Limbaugh behind the Golden EIB microphone.
Let me take the occasion here to make something clear.
And welcome back, Margaret.
I just encountered something, a leftist who reads the New York Times reacting to something in the New York Times in a full-fledged panic.
Wait a second, Margaret.
Apparently, a story in the New York Times, there is a story about how neo-Nazis and Sieghiel aficionados are part of the Trump coalition and that they are ecstatic and happy.
And this is the drivel that the New York Times is putting up.
But the thing that you have to, and this relates to what you're asking about, Margaret, every reader of the New York Times is going to believe it.
It is dangerous.
The New York Times single-handed because they set the agenda for the other news agents.
Whatever's in the New York Times, you can make book on the fact that that's what CNN is going to arrange panels to discuss.
And MSNBC, the New York Times every day is what determines what the cable networks also think is news and go out and analyze and cover.
Everybody on the left believes it.
It is dangerous.
And I'm going to tell you right now, the New York Times, even though they're going to meet with Trump, The original meeting that they were going to have is supposed to be off the record and they changed the rules so Trump said, I'm not meeting with you.
But the meeting has been rescheduled for at the Times.
He's going to meet with them.
But I'm here to tell you the purpose.
The New York Times is out to destroy the Trump presidency starting the day after the election.
And it is going to be intensifying as the days go on.
There is not going to be one iota of cooperation.
There's not going to be one bit of slack granted to the Trump administration.
Their purpose is going to be to get Trump out of office as soon as they can, either via impeachment or scandal or what have you.
They're not going to stop.
And as such, the rest of the media, that's going to be the agenda.
Get rid of Trump, paralyze Trump, stop Trump.
Not unify, no magnanimity, not coming together, not realizing how their audiences are shrinking and their advertisers are.
No, no, no, that won't matter.
Getting rid of it, because what's going on now is that Trump is the Times must flex its muscles.
The drive-by media has got to demonstrate to itself that it still has the mojo to shape majority public opinion.
Everybody on the left is paralyzed today in fear and anger because they realize the last eight years have been an illusion, something not true, this majority America switching to away from our founding and to socialism and whatever you want to call it.
It wasn't happening.
It didn't happen.
A revolution they thought they were transforming and leading wasn't happening.
In fact, they were creating the biggest backlash to socialism that we've seen in this country.
So now they're obsessed.
I'm telling you, and your kindergarten teacher, Margaret, is one of these kind of activists.
Your kindergarten teacher is not maybe a leader in this movement, but she certainly is going to pay homage to whatever others who think like she are encouraging her to do, advocating her to do.
I would get, if it were me, I would get my kid out of that kindergarten.
You don't need, you're going to have enough pressure when the child gets older.
Yeah.
But this is destroying formative years that you are trying to establish your definition of morality and right and wrong, good and evil, all these things that you're trying to teach her is being undermined.
If it really is, you've got to get her out of there.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, fortunately, I am very blessed to be a stay-at-home mom and wife.
And I have three young children.
And I've tossed around the idea of homeschooling.
So I think I'll definitely look into that more.
It's an expanding.
We've gotten to know those of us at Rush Revere, time travel adventures with exceptional Americans, have gotten to know the homeschool crowd exceptionally well.
They are, I mean, they're salt of the earth people.
They have the same concerns you do.
They simply don't trust the public education system, and they want, they don't, they do work.
They work as hard as they can to shape their kids and teach them what they think they need to be taught.
Send them off to school.
Kids come home and they don't recognize them.
And they just don't want to put up with that.
It's worth so much.
Look, before I let you go, I didn't have time to ask you yesterday, would you like a new iPhone 7 or 7 Plus?
Oh, I would love that.
I knew you would.
Now.
That would be great.
Which size, the iPhone 7 or the Plus?
The Plus is the bigger screen, 5.5 inches.
The iPhone 7.
I think you said for Verizon, you only have the Plus right now, right?
You are.
Yes, you're very attentive.
Are you Verizon?
I am.
Well, then, yes, I've only got large.
I gave away the last Rose Gold 4.7-inch iPhone 7 yesterday.
I don't know.
So which color, black or black?
Black is fine with me.
Okay.
Then you hang on and Mr. Snirdley will get your address and we'll feather.
Thank you.
Thank you, Margaret, for letting us call you back.
Look on this phone business, folks, one of two things I could do here, but Apple switched things up.
Normally, every year, the iPhone that works on the T-Mobile or AT ⁇ T network is also the world phone.
Meaning, when it's unlocked, it'll work on any carrier in the world except for a few in China.
This year, so when it came time, my stock is all, well, largely AT ⁇ T phones in there of iPhone 7 and 7 Plus.
And then I learned after the fact that it's the Verizon phone this year that's the world phone and that the AT ⁇ T phone only works on AT ⁇ T and T-Mobile.
And it has to do with the way Apple wanted to diversify their supply chain.
There are two companies that make LTE modems for the iPhone.
One is Qualcomm and the other is Intel.
And this is Apple's first year at using Intel.
They like to have more than one supplier for parts in case something happens to that supplier and also lets them pit those suppliers against each other so they can get better prices from them.
Well, the Intel LTE modem doesn't work on Verizon.
So all AT ⁇ T T-Mobile phones, the GSM network phones, have the Intel LTE modem and only work on AT ⁇ T and T-Mobile.
The Verizon iPhone have the Qualcomm modem and the Qualcomm modem works on everything.
The Verizon phone this year is the world phone.
That's the CDMA network, but it's also GSM.
So if you get a Verizon phone, it comes to you unlocked and it'll work on any network.
But I don't have any iPhone 7s in the CDMA network.
And I've been torn here.
Should I go out and stock up on a bunch of them?
Because it's hard to get them.
I don't know how long it would take to get them.
And meanwhile, I've got all these others.
So I hate, I hate offering people things and then having to limit what's available.
It bugs me.
But that's the circumstance in which I find myself.
And fortunately, the ones I have are the creme de la creme, the best, newest iPhones made the iPhone 7 Plus, is just the finest iPhone, the finest smartphone ever to be made.
So there's always that caveat, a little icing on the cake.
Next up is who?
So that's Ruben in Las Lunas, New Mexico.
Hey, Ruben, how are you doing, sir?
Mega Diddles, Rush, and I'm doing really great since the election.
Thank you.
You've been doing great.
A lot of people have, and it's joyous.
I'm great to hear you're one of them.
Yes, sir.
You know, I did my best.
I worked really hard to get Mr. Trump elected, starting in the primaries, and I'm glad that we were actually successful.
They told me to get to the point, sir.
My answer to your question, I think that Mr. Trump is still going to go after Hillary, personally.
Oh, you do?
Oh, yes.
I think that he has correctly identified the mainstream news media as the enemy.
And as you stated before, when he was talking about ISIS, why would he give him the game plan?
You know, so I think it's just misinformation.
Yeah.
So if he's going to indict Hillary, why say so and let everybody get prepared for it?
So let her do a head fake.
Nah, nah, nah, we're not going to prosecute Hillary.
So you get all of Hillary camp relaxing, and then you spring the investigation at him.
That's what you think is going to happen.
That's exactly what I think.
You know, Mr. Trump didn't get where he is by being a dummy.
Right.
Well, that's true.
Okay, but let me ask you a follow-up question there, Ruben.
What if he doesn't?
Are you going to be mad?
Are you going to be let down?
Are you going to think, uh-oh, I was convinced he was going to do this.
He had me convinced he was going to prosecute her or investigate her, and now he's not.
Are you going to be worried if he doesn't do it?
I will be disappointed, but I am not going to be mad.
There's far more stuff, important stuff that needs to be taken care of.
Because illegal immigration has got to go, but if anybody deserves to be in jail, Rush, you know it's Hillary.
A lot of people think that, and I don't know how many there are.
But the reason I'm even asking this is that I got an email from somebody who's mad.
And it might, from the sound of it, it's enough to make this person abandon Trump.
The person sent me an email that they don't really.
I don't think I'm going to be in that camp.
Well, okay, that's good to hear.
That's good to hear.
I think you're probably representative of most people, but I'm just curious to know how many, like, I'll be honest with you, Ruben.
Disbshute, you never expected Trump to actually prosecute her.
And the reason is, like Mr. Sturdley, I'm falling back on what some of the standard protocols for politics are after victory.
And this just, we in America do not prosecute defeated political enemies.
Now, Hillary's more than that.
She's an actual, she could be a crime boss.
I understand that.
I understand that.
But I never expected it to happen.
And it had nothing to do with why I supported Trump, the fact that he was going to.
If he did it, it was going to be icing on the cake for me, but I never expected him to do it.
I agree with you on that as far as supporting Trump.
However, I do hope and pray that she is somehow prosecuted and put in jail.
Because I'm telling you, she is just, as far as I'm concerned, she is an evil, evil, evil woman that needs to be jailed.
What about her husband?
I mean, is he guilty of this stuff, do you think?
I think he's already in jail.
When I take a look at Mr. Clinton there, he looks horrible.
He looks like death warmed over to me.
You mean you think he's in jail because who he's married to?
Who he's married to?
And I think there's some stuff going on.
I honestly think he's on his last leg.
I think he's dying.
Oh, oh, I see.
It's a physical appearance.
Okay.
Yeah.
He looks horrible.
Well, yeah.
You may be right.
I don't know.
But I appreciate your answering the question on Hillary.
Look, before you go, would you like a new iPhone or iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 7 or 7 Plus?
I absolutely would.
All right, now.
Yes, sir.
Who is your carrier?
Verizon.
I swear, this is uncanny.
I must have 25 ATT iPhone, maybe more than that.
And I've got plenty of Verizons.
I just don't have them in the small size.
So you're going to take a plus.
It's got to be a plus.
Yes, sir.
And I hope it's a black one because I'm a Raider fan.
Well, here's the thing.
You want jet black or the matte black?
The jet black is the new shiny black that you can't even get yet.
Two months after it's been released.
But I have some if you'd like one.
I would.
That's the one I want.
All right.
It's yours.
Now, it's going to come without a SIM card.
It's unlocked.
It'll work with Verizon or any other cell carrier.
You can put any SIM card in this phone you want, and it'll work.
Excellent.
Since you're Verizon, you're all set to go.
Just put your SIM card in it.
What kind of phone do you have now?
Oh, I have an iPhone, I believe.
What number?
What model?
Oh, I'm not sure.
Well, if it's an iPhone 5 or 6, the SIM card that's in it now will work in this one.
Okay, let me see here.
It's a 5.
It's a 5.
Fine.
The SIM card will work.
If it's an iPhone 4 or 4S, it won't work.
The SIM card will not fit.
But anyway, hang on so we get your address and get this thing to you tomorrow.
That's Ruben in New Mexico, and we are coming right back.
By the way, a little history here.
You know, there were all kinds of calls when George Bush left office in 2009 for the left to investigate him.
Obama and Eric Holder were under pressure to investigate and prosecute Bush.
And I bet most people don't remember this, but it wasn't until June 30th, 2011, that Eric Holder announced that of the more than 100 cases the Justice Department had reviewed, there would be no charges brought in any of them, except, well, there were two.
They weren't dropped until August 30th of 2012.
It was four years that the Obama Justice Department, there were 100 ostensible cases, allegations, no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, allegations, torture, all this garbage that the left was putting out.
And the Obama Justice Department took four years considering those cases.
And after four years is when they announced that no charges would be pursued and no prosecutions would be pursued.
So Trump's got time is the point, folks.
However, there's something you've got to realize about this.
We live in a country where power changes hands cyclically because everybody in power screws up at some point.
Or the voters get fickle and just want to change.
If Hillary Clinton were prosecuted, and if, well, let's just leave it.
If she were prosecuted, there is not a Republican safe from liberal Democrat harassment and prosecution thereon after.
If she were prosecuted and convicted, I don't even want to think if they put her in jail.
You can imagine the Democrat reciprocity on this.
Now, some of you are saying, that's not a reason not to do it.
We can't predict the future.
We don't know.
That's not a reason.
We're tired of the powerful getting away with it.
I understand it.
I am too.
Frankly, I'm tired of the powerful getting away with all kinds of stuff.
Hillary didn't win.
And folks, there are ways without an actual prosecution.
There are ways for what has been going on at that foundation and the Clinton Global Initiative.
There are ways that that can be exposed and embarrass and humiliate and all that.
You know, they've already seen a drop of 37% in donations.
Now, if it's a charity, why 37% drop?
There's a 37% drop because the donors figure out the Clintons can't do anything for them anymore.
That's not pretty.
