Welcome to today's edition of The Rush 24-7 Podcast.
Well, well, well, my friends, it turns out that the cast of Hamilton is never voted.
It turns out that some of the cast of Hamilton registered to vote, but some of the cast never voted.
Colin Capernick never voted.
So all of these leftists telling everybody how to live, these arrogant preaching, condescending jerks, warning everybody about the oncoming fascism, the danger to the planet, the danger to our country, the danger to people of color, have never even voted.
Why?
Have their candidates never needed them?
What's the big deal?
Or is voting something that's beneath them even?
Their side shouldn't even have to win elections.
Is that what it is?
Because there shouldn't ever be elections.
Is that the thing?
Greetings, my friends.
Great to have you here.
Rushlin bought a Excellence and Broadcasting Network at 800 282-2882 email address El Rushbo at EIBNet.com.
What's so funny in there?
Oh, yeah, it's a rushboard.
Take it back.
El Rushbo at EIB net.us.
That's right.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
I'm holding my new book up covering my lovely face here on the dental camp because this is the publication day.
Today is the day Rush Revere and the presidency is on the shelves in bookstores if you can find it.
We had a record pre-order for this book.
The uh the greatest numbers of pre-orders since the first book, Rush Revere and the Brave Pilgrims.
Man, the timing of this couldn't be better.
We're so grateful, folks.
We are just so grateful and thankful for the opportunity that uh the confluence of events has presented us with this, the fifth book in the time travel adventures with exceptional Americans series, starring me, Rush Revere, as a revered substitute teacher at Manchester Middle School.
And my talking horse liberty, able to time travel back to any point in American history I want, because my horse can time travel and talk, and I can take substitutes uh students for my substitute class, and that's what the books are about.
And I've been holding the latest copy in front of my face of the little campsites program started.
Because I wanted people to see it.
We're so proud of this.
Uh, folks, we're proud of the record numbers, uh, pre-orders that you have uh made possible with this with this book, but we're really excited about the opportunity that we have given that well, we we wrote the book about the presidents, Rush Revere and the presidency.
It's about George Washington and how he became president.
How did it all happen?
What are his thoughts about it expressed in ways that young people will relate to and learn from?
Now, more on that in just a moment.
Before I set this up or to set this up, I want to share with you something that I have come across.
In addition to discovering that the cast of Hamilton has never voted, some of them have registered, like in 2006, but the big names in the show have never voted.
These preaching, arrogant, condescending, look down their nose at everybody, standing up there on their stage telling Pence that they're scared to death of what he's gonna do.
He's not gonna protect the planet.
Have you ever heard anything more ridiculous?
We all live on this planet, and these clowns somehow believe that we, conservatives, republicans, and climate deniers, some reason want to destroy the planet.
We want dirty water, we want dirty air.
This is what they would have you believe.
That we're not no, maybe they wouldn't have it.
We don't care, and so we don't think the planet is imperiled, and so therefore we won't take the steps to protect it.
It's absurd.
If you just look at this stuff logically, look at what they say logically, it falls apart.
But I have here, my friends, the second little bit of data that I want to share with you.
I have here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers.
An email copy of an email sent to an elector.
Electors who will vote for the president on December 19th, many of them are being harassed, threatened, some of them, their lives are being threatened, others are being threatened with the destruction of their net worth.
There is physical psychological intimidation going on, all in an effort to get them to vote for Hillary Clinton on December 19th.
And I have come across an email sent to an elector.
I'm not going to tell you who the elector is, and I'm not going to tell you what state the electors are, because it doesn't matter.
It could be any of them.
Dear elector, this is your time to truly serve your country.
You have the power to save us from four years of an inexperienced, short-tempered, undiplomatic, fascist nightmare.
In the last week, his appointments of Stephen Bannon and Jeff Sessions alone signaled big trouble for our country.
You know, we're going to be surrounded by this new kind of stupidity for the next four years, folks.
They're not going to go away.
And I want to spend some time talking about this today.
I was going to wait on all of this until after Thanksgiving.
I was going to try to have upbeat, fun-loving, just enjoy what's going on shows here today and tomorrow.
But these people, I feel duty-bound to warn you and to give you a heads up about what we're going to face.
Donald Trump's going to have perhaps the most embattled presidency in, well, certainly in our lifetimes, and I dare say maybe in modern American history.
They're not going to quit, and they are a new kind of stupid.
They are not logical.
They make no sense whatsoever.
But they are going to have the media on their side, and that's the danger.
The media is going to make them look normal.
The media is going to make these people look like they are the majority.
The media is going to try to convince you that somehow something went wrong and that you are the real minority of this country, and you didn't deserve to have this election win on your side.
It's all an outrage, and this is because this is all they know in terms of how to behave and how to position things.
And the fight is really just beginning.
However evil and intense the election was, I just want to make sure that you are all prepared for what's coming down the road, because it isn't going to be pretty.
And it's going to be really important for Trump to have people just like him surrounding him, and that is fighters.
People who are fearless, who will not be daunted by this onslaught that's coming.
And I think he does in many respects.
Now, what is it about Jeff Session?
The left has a uh a laundry list of allegations against people that they object to.
And it's three or four things: racist, racist, racist and racist, and sexist, bigot, and homophobe.
And they're calling Jeff Sessions a racist.
And they're saying Jeff Sessions and Trump have close connections to the KKK.
They always take it way too far beyond the bounds of either respectability or believability.
I want to tell you right now what it is that scares them about Jeff Sessions.
And I want to tell you about Jeff Sessions.
I know him.
He's a fine man.
He is a great patriot, a great American, who's had his lumps, and has bided his time and done what he can do to overcome rejection.
He's won at the ballot box.
He has patiently climbed the ladder of success and has ascended to an office now.
That uh he was previously, well, he was appointed as a as a federal judge and rejected Alabama.
And he's his objective has not been to get even, but he has gotten even.
His objective has been to do the great job that he can, the greatest.
But he's a fine man.
People in Alabama love Jeff Sessions.
And he will extend a helping hand to anybody who needs it.
University admissions, Help here, help there.
Jeff Sessions is what a genuine public servant should be.
And the reason they don't like him is that he is the single greatest next to Trump.
Immigration hawk in the administration.
What scares them about Sessions is his immigration stand.
These people, see the rank and file on the left, they know immigration, illegal immigration amnesty is, of course, voter registration.
For the special kind of stupid followers, they really believe here that the stance on illegal immigration that we hold is purely based on white supremacy.
They really, they have been taught this.
There's a certain amount of tolerance we're going to have to have for these people because they're a sad sacks because of the literal garbage that they've been fed.
Maybe by their parents, certainly in their education, and certainly by the media.
Jeff Sessions is no more a racist than anybody.
He's not a racist.
None of us are racists in the sense that we are alleged to be by these people.
They're crying wolf way, way, way too many times.
But it's his immigration stance that scares them and bothers them.
What bothers them about Bannon is they can't intimidate him.
What bothers them about Bannon is he laughs at him.
What bothers them about Bannon is that he's unafraid of them.
And so here come all these allegations that don't hold up.
They're based in nothing.
They just they accuse every.
You know what one of the problems they're going to have?
Right now, nothing has gone wrong.
I mean, they just oppose who's there.
Wait until something maybe goes wrong.
They've got nothing left to say.
They're firing every worst example they can right now.
So when something really goes wrong and they need to tell somebody it's going to fall on deaf ears.
Nobody wants to hear five, six months of this stuff, but they're going to because it's all these people know.
Now back to the letter from the elector to the elector.
Dear elector, I'll start it again.
This is your time to truly serve your country.
You have the power to save us from four years of an inexperienced, short-tempered, undiplomatic fascist nightmare.
In the last week, his appointments of Stephen Bannon and Jeff Sessions alone signaled big trouble for our country.
Please stand between the American people and the white nationalists who are nothing more than Nazis.
I mean, what's left to set if you if if we're already Nazis, what could be worse than that?
They're firing everything they've got here in total desperation.
Please send the most powerful message possible that we do not stand for hate mongering, bigotry, and fascism.
They don't even know what fascism is.
I know some of you must pay a fine if you don't cast your ballot for Trump.
The Democrat Party, as well as other groups, have started a GoFundMe account to pay your fines.
You will not lose a cent.
And then they sign them sincerely, such and such from such and such.
And these this is an example of but the electors are also getting phone calls.
Some of them having to block their phones, shut their phones down.
They're being intimidated, harassed, and encouraged to break the law.
And promise that they'll be taken care of if they break the law.
So this is this is what we're up against.
And it was in this particular season that we decided to write the fifth book in the Rush Revere Time Travel Adventures with Exceptional American series.
And this one is on the presidency.
And that's the title of it, Rush Revere and the Presidency.
And Man O man, here is what the book looks like again.
I don't have time to zoom in.
I've only got, I can't drop this.
I got only two hands up.
You have to look at it.
A little closer there.
I'll zoom in tighter a little bit later.
On the bookstores and in the stories and on the shelves today, after a record pre-order.
And we struggled, we sweated, we slaved to meet the deadlines and get this out because we were writing this and assembling it and doing the illustrations and everything, and fact checking it, the historical checks, all during the campaign.
It has been a hectic, hectic time.
But we felt duty bound to do it because The objective here is to tell the truth of the American founding, necessary now more than ever, given the way our founding has been distorted by no less than the current administration and everybody in it and the media and what kids are taught from kindergarten on.
Middle school, high school, college.
The truth of the founding is a giant lie, led by Howard Zinn, who writes the most popular, well, the most frequently used textbook for American history in schools today.
And the purpose of this series has been to reach young people.
It's not a children's book.
Children's book has got pictures and crayon drawings and cartoons.
This is an actual hardcover book for young people.
What we found is that their parents and grandparents who also read it in many cases are learning things they didn't know.
That's how bad the state of public education on American history, particularly the founding, is that people and uh adult strata can read these books and actually learn things they didn't know because they were never taught them either.
The technique here is I say the time traveling horse.
Liberty, talking time traveling horse, because of a lightning strike.
Early in his young life, the horse is mysteriously able to time travel and speak only in the past, to the past, and only within American history.
But anywhere Rush Revere wants the liberty to go, he can go and take students.
And so the reader is actually taken to these various historical events that we highlight and focus on.
And they become part of the story.
The students of the substitute teacher Rush Revere actually learn from, speak to, listen to the founding fathers and great historical figures of America.
And in this book, it's important to point out it's about the Washington presidency.
But we have included a lot on Martha Washington and Abigail Adams, because the wives, the women in this era were crucially important to who their husbands were.
And we wanted to make sure that uh young girls reading these books were inspired and motivated as well, given the attempts to confuse them in America today, both in history and in the media.
In a nutshell, after the long hard fight for independence in Britain, the American patriots and founding fathers never wanted to live under the rule of a tyrant or under the rule of a king again.
They fought desperately for the freedoms described in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
They worked to ensure that they would always be protected.
They limited government.
They limited the role, the scope, and the power of government in our founding documents.
George Washington was thus inaugurated as the first president of the United States, 1789 to be the leader of the American people.
And the readers of this book are taken back to that time in history where they experience what Washington went through, the entreaties of him to become a king, what he intended, how he looked at the entire thing, the pressures and the joys.
We try to bring it home to the reader and make it real for them.
This was the first time in human history that anything like this had ever happened, where free people elected their leader who was subservient to them.
And it's a reminder of how important the presidency is.
It's a reminder of how many have sacrificed for our right to vote, despite the Hamilton cast not even bothering to right to vote to create the system that we all know very well, and how vital it is that we preserve it and pass it on to future generations.
There's more.
I have to take a break.
We'll be back.
Welcome back, my friends L. Rushbow here on Thanksgiving Week, The Excellence in Broadcasting Network.
And again, today, the book, the fifth book in the Rush Revere Time Travel Adventures with exceptional American series on the shelves.
If you can find it, Rush Revere In the presidency.
In this adventure, Liberty and the crew of students travel back in time to meet the first presidents and first ladies of the U.S. They experience the election process firsthand, understand what it takes to be a great leader.
Not to give too much away, but one of the students wants to run for class president, school president, and is doing it for all the wrong reasons.
Wants fame, wants to be cool, wants to be hip, wants to be noticed, wants everybody think that he's the big guy.
And Rush Revere is very troubled, and his friends are very troubled.
He's running for school president for the wrong reason.
So Revere has to get us go back and talk to George Washington about being president and the process of the young student coming to realize what it's really all about and who George Washington was and why we might not have the United States today were it not for George Washington.
That's really what the book is about, and Martha Washington, the John Adams and Abigail Adams.
And it's a labor of love, folks, and it's a it's just a great opportunity given everything that's happened now to open young people's minds to the joyous truth of America.
Greetings.
Great to have you on the program today, folks.
Welcome back, Rush Limbaugh.
Don't forget, tomorrow, as a holiday Thanksgiving tradition, we read to you from a previous Rush Limbaugh book, and that is the real story of Thanksgiving.
Still necessary, still being mistaught, not as many places, and the real version of Thanksgiving is now appearing in more places than just here.
But one more little thing, a little anecdote here about Rush Revere and the presidency.
Little did we know when we were writing it.
But we have a Donna Brazil character in this book.
How prescient are we?
One of the other students running for class president is a character that's been introduced in previous books.
Her name is Elizabeth, and she is a haughty, spoiled, snot-nosed brat.
She's the daughter of the principal.
And in this election, she, well, since I've mentioned, she cheats.
She cheats.
And I'm I'm saying to you that we essentially have our own Donna Brazil character in the book, even though at the time we wrote it, we had no idea.
We had wild guesses, of course, that the left cheats pretty much everything they do.
But it just turned out, it turned out great.
I uh did the audio version of the book over course of what was it, Brian, five or six days, and uh got that out in time too.
That's available too.
The audio version is available as well, uh, as are all four previous books, audio version available as well, as read interpretively professionally by me.
Who else would do it?
So Rush Revere and the presidency on sale today, wherever you buy books, hardcover, e-book, online, you name it.
Now, folks, let me tell you what one thing here about Jeff Sessions, um, since I brought the subject up.
Uh I I've had some dealings with the man over the course of the years here.
And I can tell you from the bottom of my heart, he is one of the, he's a true gentleman.
He's just, I mean, however, you would describe a great guy, great guy, nice person, thoughtful, considerate, uh polite, but tough.
I mean, he's been carrying the water in the United States Senate against the odds, both parties and carrying the entire load for the most part.
There have been some help, but he's been the figurehead and the spearhead leader of the anti-amnesty movement in the Senate, in the Republican Party, and they have been coming after Jeff Sessions for who knows how long, and he was one of the very first to sign on with Trump because he knows how crucial this issue is to America, remaining America.
Now they're out saying Jeff Sessions are racist.
Jeff Sessions has ties to the KKK.
I'm I'm always amazed by this because it's the Democrats that have ties to the KKK, and they elect them.
The Democrats elected a former grand Kleague from the Ku Klux Klan, a man by the name of Robert Sheets Byrd from West Virginia, where practically every public building and highway is named after The guy.
There was even, did you know Hugo Black, a well-known Supreme Court?
You know he had ties to the KKK.
These are all Democrats.
The Democrats were the Ku Klux Klan, ladies and gentlemen, for those of you new to the program and maybe ill-educated along the way.
The Ku Klux Klan was, for all intents and purposes, the military wing of the Democrat Party back in the days of segregation, back in the 40s and the 50s.
All of those sheriffs and governors and university presidents that wouldn't let African Americans in the doorways or on the bus or at the lunch count.
They were all Democrats.
There wasn't a Republican among them.
The segregation, in fact, one of the biggest ones was a senator from Arkansas by the name of J. William Fulbright.
Bill Clinton referred to Fulbright as one of his mentors.
The Republicans have never elected a Klan member to the United States Senate, but the Democrats have.
And Robert Sheetsbird actually went on Fox News Sunday and used the N-word one day.
He wasn't calling anybody the name.
He used it in a discussion about it.
And nobody cared a whit because as a Democrat, he could do whatever he wants.
But he was a recruiter.
Sort of Grand Klegel is, I guess.
He went out and recruited people to join the Klan.
Yeah, he eventually saw the light.
But do you think if there was a former Klan member in the Republican Party, he would still be in the Republican Party?
Do you think he would have ever been elected to anything?
There is no way.
So all of these allegations about Sessions and everybody else they want to tar and feather who is the Klan member.
It's absurd.
It's like throwing the name Hitler around.
They're really running out of weapons.
They are going to, they're going to cause fatigue by the time Trump's presidency actually starts.
They're holding nothing in reserve.
That doesn't mean they're going to go away.
That's one of the things I want to focus on here.
But first, a little bit about Sessions.
As a U.S. attorney, he was a United States attorney.
That means some president decided to make him a United States attorney.
As U.S. attorney, Sessions filed several cases to desegregate schools in Alabama.
That means he filed several cases to integrate to allow African Americans into public schools.
He prosecuted a member of the Klan by the name of Henry Francis Hayes, who was the son of the Alabama Klan leader Benny Hayes.
And he prosecuted him for abducting and killing Michael Donald, a black teenager selected at random.
Jeff Sessions insisted on the death penalty for this man.
When he was later elected, the state attorney general Sessions followed through and made sure that Hayes was executed.
The successful prosecution of Hayes also led to a $7 million civil judgment against the Klan.
Effectively breaking the back of the Ku Klux Klan in Alabama.
Jeff Sessions did it.
And yet here they are on the left on the Democrat Party running around claiming that Sessions, you know, I watched a little bit of Fox News last night, some of the networks, just to get a feel for this.
And there were some Democrat strategists on who I've been watching on TV for 20 years as Democrat strategists.
People like Mary Ann Marsh.
I mean, people that are in their 50s and 60s are older now.
And 20, 30 years ago, they weren't radical.
I mean, they were leftists, they were Democrats, but they hadn't gone over the edge.
I mean, they wouldn't ever have subscribed to the idea that every Republican's a racist and every Republican is a bigot.
But man, you can't tell the difference.
And I'm watching them and I'm asking, what happened to you?
I'm I'm actually asking the TV as I'm watching the what happened to you?
Why didn't you stand up when these nutcases were taken over this party?
Because this happened before Obama.
You know, Obama comes along and the transformation of Democrat Party is already underway into this radical, nonsensical anti-American collection of ragamuffins.
But gone are the old days of the lions like Bob Strauss and some of these others that were, yeah, they were part of the establishment, and yeah, they were Democrats.
But they weren't, they weren't radicalized like JFK.
JFK would not fit in the Democrat Party today.
I mean, wouldn't even get close to it.
And these are the kind of people I'm talking about.
I'm watching them on TV, and I'm what happened to you?
Is it strictly party loyalty?
When did you Doris Kearns good?
When did you people become so special, kind of stupid?
What happened?
Why didn't you resist this direction?
Because you know, there's this guy running for the leader of the Democrats in the House, Tim Ryan.
I got a piece coming up here.
He's out saying the Democrat Party is not even a national party anymore.
And he's exactly right.
He is exactly right.
Nobody else is paying attention to the guy because he wants Pelosi's job, but he is dead on when he says the Democrat Party is not even a national party anymore.
They represent a very small group of genuinely radical.
I don't even call them leftists.
They're further left than that.
But every former mainstream, and I hope you know what I mean by this.
I'm not when I say they were good Democrats.
I mean, they were, these are people that that uh you can hang around with and laugh and joke with, you disagree on politics and so forth, but uh they weren't wanting to end your career, put you in jail, destroy your life.
All of that's gone.
I don't know what happened to them.
I I uh I just don't.
I don't know if they've always been this way and were masking it, which is probably the case.
They've always been this way, and we're presenting a false front.
But for those who weren't and have actually been radicalized by this, I it is stunning.
I'd be embarrassed.
You know, I'd like to look at them in the face.
What in the world happened to you?
You can't possibly, you can't possibly believe what's coming out of the mouth of over half the people who speak for your party.
But yet they profess to and they make it look like they really do.
So we have to accept that that's who they really are, and they're not going away.
And I want to spend just a little time today, we'll get to the phones too.
I want to spend just a little time here getting into a couple of details.
Because I know your instincts are right on, you know what's coming, you know what we're up against because you've been following it the last 20 years, and you're sick and tired of the Republican leadership, whatever it is, whoever it's been standing down after not very much pressure, that pressure on Trump and his administration is gonna be like nothing you have seen.
And they are gonna continue to need your support more than ever.
Because the election is the only thing that's been won here as we sit here right now.
So let me take a break.
We will come back and give you some examples of what I'm talking about, and we'll start on your phones.
Did uh we're gonna call the uh the woman back from yesterday that we had to cut short because of the constraints of time.
So we'll we'll get to her.
Yeah, because I need to finish talking to her about a couple of things.
We ran out of time.
Anyway, you just sit tight, friends, because it's all gonna come unfolding right before your very eyes and ears as the program continues today.
Greetings and welcome back.
El Rushbow serving humanity, executing assigned host duties flawlessly, zero mistake.
Okay, here you go.
Two anti-Trump demonstrations are being planned for Washington.
Um, one of them on January 20th, inauguration day.
Our old buddy is an answer.
Leftist protest group, uh, it's called Act Now to Stop War and End Racism.
And then the next day, million woman march.
We've had the million men march, we've had the million, whatever, the half million man march.
Millions have not shown up at either one, but we've had them before.
That's where Calypso Lewis went into the scandal and the and the conspiracy that is the number 19.
Did that at the Million Man March.
We've got the Million Woman March on January 21st.
And I don't think that you they need to be gathered together more than one day.
You mean like the All-American First Cavalry Amazon battalion sinking up menstrual cycles?
No, no, no.
The million woman march that wouldn't, I don't think you could do that in one day, unless unless they're going to dorm themselves up for like three weeks before the march.
Snerdley's asking me a biological question, what I think about the idea that they could all be time of the month.
They may plan that as part of the strategy, but it wouldn't happen simply because they all got together and had one day.
You know that.
What are you asking me these questions for?
The million woman march, what a sexist reaction.
Million woman march, what do you think of?
Minstrel Cycles.
What did you tell him you've been trained?
Yeah.
So the answer crowd is going to do their act not a stop Trump on inauguration day.
In addition to that, the mayors of New York and Los Angeles, as you've heard, have openly said, screw you, Trump.
Screw you, Trump, and screw you, America.
We are going to maintain sanctuary cities.
LA, San Francisco, New York, probably Santa Cruz, and a whole bunch of other cities are going to defy the law and remain sanctuary cities.
Trump's going to root them out.
You watch what's going to happen here.
He's not going to be intimidated by this, but this is the stuff, the type of stuff that will be coming his way.
These clowns get on stage at the Broadway show Hamilton.
And the uh the actor that portrays, I guess Aaron Burr.
We are the diverse America who are alarmed and anxious that your new administration will not protect us, not protect our planet, not protect our children, not protect our parents, nor will you defend us and uphold our inalienable rights, sir.
But we really hope that our show has inspired you.
The arrogant, condescending attitude of these superiorist, special kinds of stupid people.
Thank you.
On one hand is hilarious.
On the other hand, it is outrageous and maddening.
And then you line, if you find out that they've never even voted.
They've never even voted.
Only a few of them have registered to vote.
And even those who registered, some in 2006, but they've never voted.
We are alarmed and anxious that you will not protect us and our planet and our yeah, yeah, like a bunch of people that want to destroy the planet have just been elected.
A bunch of people that aren't going to You aren't protected now.
That's what you people don't get.
You live in a great nation at risk in a dangerous world led by an incompetent boob who is risking us in more wars than we have been in, including during the Bush administration.
We are at great risk.
We have a foreign policy administration that is incompetent and doesn't realize who our enemies are.
We have just permitted the state sponsor of terrorism of the world, access to nuclear weapons, and you sit around and applaud it.
It takes a special kind of stupid to applaud and support the current administration.
If you are worried, what has this administration done about climate change?
To listen to every climate change advocate, nothing's happening except it's getting worse.
In fact, it's gotten so bad we can't fix it now to some of these people.
What's Obama done in eight years?
All he's done is said the magic words you want to hear.
He hasn't done diddly squat because there's nothing he can do.
It takes a special kind of stupid to believe that man can literally alter the climate of this planet.
A special kind of Stupid.
If, for example, if Barack Obama gave an order to his cabinet to accelerate climate destruction, for whatever reason, I'm just making a point.
There's nobody who would know what to do.
There's nobody that has a fail-safe way of doing that.
All of this is just a bunch of jive.
And they live on the coasts.
They're not even a national party.
They are a bi coastal minority political organization that barely has a presence in 48 states.
Back after this.
Don't go away.
Hey, how many of you are upset that Trump's decided not to prosecute Hillary, not to investigate Hillary?
