The views expressed by the host on this program, documented to be almost always right, 99.8% of the time.
It's according to the latest opinion audit from the renowned Sullivan Group in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
It's a delight to have you here, folks, uh 800 282-2882.
If you want to be on the program, the email address L Rushbow at EIBNet.us.
L Rushbow at EIB net.us.
Um if you think Hillary Clinton has North Carolina all wrapped up, Hillary Clinton does not think that she has it all wrapped up.
Hillary Clinton is scheduled to be in Raleigh, North Carolina tonight at NC State University at midnight.
Midnight.
That's you you you you don't do that if you think you've got state wrapped up.
Now it's being reported as toss up, moving from leaning Democrat to toss up, moving from leaning Republican to toss up by these various uh news networks and so forth who are doing the deep, deep, deep analysis of all of their polling information.
We shall we shall see.
Now, a lot of people follow Nate Silver.
Uh I I'm not I'm not a bandwagon guy, and as you know, I'm not a conventional wisdom guy.
By definition, I mean I don't have to try.
My natural instincts are to go against conventional wisdom.
Conventional wisdom is trend lines.
Conventional wisdom is what everybody else thinks.
It's the safe route.
If you sign up with what everybody else thinks, then you're cool.
And I never have.
I've um I've always in in that sense been a bit of a outsider's not the word for it.
Malcontent, maybe.
Uh I I just I've I've never have been a go with the crowd count.
In fact, I don't like to go to events that I'm not even on the stage.
If I'm not on the stage, I don't want to go.
I don't want to be part of the crowd.
That's just me.
So I don't look at this the way all these people do with their polling data and think it's infallible.
And you know, Nate Silver is or was for a time a gospel for people on the left when he was uh at the New York Times at his 538 blog.
And Nate Silver is who Democrats in need of therapy would seek out during the 2004 election.
Was it 2005?
He got I forget what it was, but Nate Silver came to fame in whatever presidential election it was.
He predicted all 50 states accurately.
I don't know if that was 2012 or if it was 2008.
I I can't, or maybe 04.
I don't think he goes back that far.
Um and ever since then, he's been a Democrat guru.
So when he comes up with data that does not follow along the conventional wisdom Democrat path, there are Democrats that literally need to pad their rooms.
And he's found himself in that exact circumstance because he has projected that Trump will win Florida.
He has projected that Trump's chances of winning the presidency are up from 11% to about 38%.
There is some millennial Nimrod at the Huffing and Puffington Post, who's writing about Nate Silver as though he doesn't know what he's talking about.
Nate Silver has responded, no, this guy at the Huffington Puffington Post is so full of it that you couldn't stuff any more in it.
Uh and people that follow that just get the biggest kick out of this intramural battle.
It I mean, I've it's not some, hey, did you see what Nate Silver saying about the guy?
I would never that's just not me, but a lot of people get all jazzed by it.
Hey, then look at this.
Big deal.
It's just another polster.
Not to besmirch Nate Silver.
It's not what I'm doing.
I just polling is like one of these things.
I don't do it, so I don't automatically just accept everything they say and never have.
And sometimes I've been justified in doing it, other times I've been wrong.
And they have been right.
At any rate, I just want to tell you what the latest Nate Silver is, because it does affect what newsrooms publish and what other people who do follow this stuff think.
And the Daily Caller is reporting, Nate Silver is predicting Hillary one state away from losing the electoral college.
That's how tight it.
Now, conventional wisdom has Hillary winning the Electoral College vote.
Forget all these national polls, forget everything.
They've got Hillary and her pathway to 270, but she's one state away from not getting there.
One state away.
That makes them very nervous.
And then you couple that with Nate Silver projecting Trump to win Florida, and that is from yesterday, so Sunday big news day.
Nate Silver officially projected that Donald Trump will win Florida, according to his analysis on Sunday.
52% chance of winning Florida.
Obama won Florida by less than a percentage point.
And we've already given you the early voting numbers, which are dramatically in Trump's favor, as well as compared to Romney.
And the actual election day vote in Florida has Trump plus 16 over Hillary.
New York Times, Hillary Clinton appears to gain late momentum on surge of Latino voters.
Now this little news diddy has been picked up and is being repeated by everybody, and we are to believe we don't know where this information is gleaned, where they picked it up.
Hispanic voters in key state surged to cast their ballots in the final days of early voting this week, and a demonstration of political power that lifted Hillary's presidential hopes and threatened Trump's path to the White House.
All we know when it comes to early voting is party identification of the early voters.
We don't know how they're voting unless people are opening the ballots and looking.
And that would be illegal.
So we're going to assume that isn't happening.
And that all we have to go on is party ID.
And so they're saying, well, Hispanics, obviously Democrat for crying out loud, look at Amnesty.
So if the vast majority of Hispanic early, it's got to be for Hillary.
And that's where the connection's being made.
However, polls are showing also that the African American vote for Donald Trump is double what Romney got.
And it's in big Hillary's actually not performing with the African American vote nearly as well.
She's not getting the Obama turnout.
That's why Jay-Z and Beyonce are showing up half naked, singing all these raunchy songs, trying to get out the African American vote in Cleveland and in Philadelphia.
I get Springsteen going to Philadelphia.
What's Springsteen going to sing about?
Bruce Springsteen, he's going to uh Philadelphia.
What's he gonna say?
Hey, dudes, Hillary will keep your parents Obamacare insurance payments high.
She'll keep you in the parents' basement or sharing an apartment with four other roommates.
She'll protect the university's ripping you off, she'll break laws and hold you accountable.
What's he gonna sing about?
So this is what they have to do.
This is what Hillary's happy to do is bring out the celeb star power.
She ought to ask Comey to show up on stage with her.
By the way, I've heard rumblings, you know, address this on Friday.
On Friday, we had the story that what's her face.
Valerie Jarrett wanted Obama to fire Comey.
Somebody whispered into my ear before the program today that Obama is going to fire Comey.
Not before the election, which is tomorrow, but that Comey is going to be fired.
What they're doing is working out the logistics, such as who's actually going to do it.
Now, Bill Clinton Fired Bill Sessions, who was the FBI director back in Clinton's first term.
So it would be Obama, but Obama may not be the guy to actually go out there and announce it.
But that is rumor that I don't I don't mind passing on because you probably have heard it even before I got around to it.
Somebody planning to report exit polling data starting at 8 a.m.
It was from the politico.
This year a handful of different projects are underway to disrupt the rhythm and flow of information on election day, including one controversial effort that some worry could affect the actual results.
Slate and Vice News have partnered with Votecaster.
It's a company that's run by both Obama and Bush campaign veterans.
Now, right there, that's when you start getting a bad smell about things.
What in the world are Bush campaign veterans doing partnering up with Obama campaign veterans?
But it's happening.
Slate.com, Vice News partnered with Votecaster, a company run by Obama and Bush campaign veterans to provide real-time projections of how candidates are doing in every state throughout the day.
This means exit polling data is going to be reported.
These guys apparently are going to begin posting exit poll data and thus make their prediction starting at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning.
And the politico says this is a dramatic departure from current practice, where representatives from a consortium of news organizations huddle in a quarantine room without cell phones, pouring over the earliest exit poll data but declining to release anything that points to an election result until all the polls are.
That's not what happens.
Here's what happens.
The exit polls, I don't care what network you watch, when they start telling you what's in the exit polls, there's one exit poll.
And it is it is indeed performed by a consortium of the Associated Press, ABC News, CBS, CNN, Fox News, and NBC News.
All of those organizations pay a company to go out and perform the exit polls.
And they choose the states, they choose the precincts.
They decide where they're going to exit poll.
Now, in the past, they are released in what are called waves.
The early wave is usually around 2 p.m.
The next wave is around 5 p.m.
If you know how to watch, you can they do not divulge actual vote counts according to exit polls until the polls in a state close.
But they will tell you all the demographic stuff they're finding out.
Women liked Hillary over Trump by a two to one margin in preferring a president with a vagina, for example, or what have you.
That kind of stuff they'll start telling you.
But they won't tell you how a state voted according to the exit polls, but you'll get all the demographic breakdown.
Doesn't matter what network you watch, it's all the same data.
But around 5 o'clock is when everybody that works at a network's phone starts ringing from people that don't work there.
What do the exit polls say?
What are the exit polls say?
And inexorably, somebody leaks them.
I don't have official access to the data, but I, as a powerful, influential member of the media, always get it between 5 and 5.30 and state by state.
But even then, that stuff is not reliable.
Just to refresh your memory in 2004.
This is one of my all-time favorite election stories, by the way.
We had the haughty John Kerry, who once served in Vietnam, representing the Democrats.
He uh retook the Boston Harbor as part of his convention, was held in Boston.
The exit poll data at five o'clock showed that he was gonna win big.
I mean, it was overwhelming.
It was so convincing and decisive that Bob Schrum, his windless campaign manager, walked into Kerry's office wherever Kerry was or his hotel suite and said, May I be the first to address you as Mr. President?
And the exit polls they started leaking because it was such a dramatic.
If the exit polls are right, it was going to be such a dramatic win for Kerry that they couldn't keep a lid on it.
Well, then the polls closed in the Eastern time zone states, and the actual votes began to be counted and reported, and Kerry's landslide win became an average John Kerry loss.
The exit polls were so wrong, it was the worst ever.
They were so wrong.
This is the funny part of the story, that leftists and liberals actually believe the exit polls were correct and that the votes were fraudulent.
Now stop and think about that for a second.
People go in and vote.
However, they pull the lever, they mark the ballot, they do whatever they do, and they leave, and they have voted.
Then they leave, and an exit pollster comes up and asks them how they voted and other questions.
And based on what they say, that's what makes up the exit polls.
The exit people were lying to the polls.
No, no, no, no.
You know what was actually happening.
And that's why what these clowns are doing tomorrow has such uh potential problems about it.
It turns out that the Democrats were using fraudulent exit polling data as a weapon to diminish turnout for Bush.
When that exit poll data began to leak out and be reported at 5 o'clock that Kerry was winning big, it was supposed to keep Bush voters in the Central Time Zone, and even the Eastern Times the repos are still open.
Home.
Depress them, make them think, well, there's no sense in voting now if it's over for crying out loud, Merble, and they don't vote.
That's and it was done on purpose.
Either the people were lying to the exit polls or the exit polls themselves took some liberties.
But either way, it was done on purpose.
And to cover that up, there were leftists actually wanted to sue on the basis the exit polls were right.
That John Kerry's elected.
The exit poll says so.
No, no, he lost the actual votes.
No, no, the actual votes don't count.
The exit polls are right.
That's where people were honest.
It was insane.
And so now these guys are going to start reporting exit poll results at 8 o'clock tomorrow morning.
On their website, they're going to take the exit polling data they've got and then start making projections all during the day.
This is not good.
There are some you talk, I mean.
What are the likelihood that people doing this have a preference?
I don't care if it's Trump or Hillary.
What if they have a preference?
And they color what they're doing by virtue of that preference.
I knew when early voting happened, it was gonna it was gonna open the floodgate.
There's no reason for early.
Do you know early voting does not happen in California and New York?
Don't need to.
Democrats own the state.
There's no reason to early vote there.
That's why you ought to be suspicious of this stuff, though.
Stock markets way up today.
You know what they're saying is the reason why?
Do you believe that the stock market's up today?
What's it up?
What's the C the number here?
It's up a hundred and no, that's a NASDAQ.
Well, that's way up here for Nasdaq.
Anyway, they're saying the market's up today because Comey announced that Hillary Clinton is not guilty.
Now, excuse me.
Did they think we're that stupid?
They must.
Okay, so since Hillary was cleared, since they reviewed 650,000 emails in a matter of uh a week.
Eight days, then I guess we're now free and clear to invest even more in the stock market.
Well, that's right, Mr. Lumba, because it meant that Hillary's probably going to win and establish that must be for her there.
Uh then Mr. Trump.
That's the voice of the new Castratti.
I'm sorry, I, you know, I invest in the stock market, and it didn't even occur to me.
Folks, anyway, back in a second here.
You know, I actually ought to be all ticked off at Trump doing these rallies during my show.
But I'm not.
I'm a bigger person than that.
But a lesser person to be mad at Trump out there doing all of this stuff while my show is on.
I'm sh.
I'm sure those people, yeah, I give them a pass, but they're probably tuning in on the app anyway.
You know, you can listen to Rush Limbaugh, the uh uh on our we've got an iOS app, we've got an app for uh what is it, Android, uh, where you can watch the dental cam on your smartphone or your iPad, and we have it uh for audio streaming as well.
I'm sure a lot of people are doing that.
So right now, folks, uh, look what happens.
Look what happens when each candidate's put under the same pressure.
Here we are the day before the election.
And by the way, this stock market thing, it still bugs me.
Every time the market goes up or down significantly, they've got some crazy institutional explanation for it.
Oh, yeah.
Well, the market is down today because the um whatever employment news doesn't work that way.
But it's up to date dramatically because Comey cleared Hillary again.
If that's true, I'm just saying if it's true, doesn't it tell us who owns Hillary?
Doesn't if the market's way up because Hillary's not going to jail, doesn't that tell us who is really excited about that?
Well, the big deal is that half the people or more voting for Hillary thinks that she's gonna put Wall Street in jail, that she's gonna penalize them and raise their taxes, the banks and all that.
That's the thing, but half the people voting for this woman don't have the slightest idea who she really is.
Who's bank robing her?
But here they we have the same pressures.
The day before the election, chips are all now moved to the center of the table, the polls are showing a tight race.
What do we see?
The Clinton campaign, Hillary and Obama, they're nervous, they're jittery, they're out there screaming, they're shrill, they're shouting, Obama's going on and on about how Trump's the candidate of the Ku Klux Klan, lying through their teeth, and in in some places even looking unhinged.
Meanwhile, Trump is out there, even with a security scare in uh what was that, Reno?
Or was it Las Vegas?
Arena, wherever it was.
Even with all that, Trump's confident, he's funny, he's laughing.
Has uh he's got a three o'clock in Raleigh today.
There's 5,000 people there, wherever this place is, it's filled up.
Um they've already had some speakers.
The Milwaukee County Sheriff has spoken, some other people, and Trump's to go on stage, I think at uh at 3 o'clock.
Did you see the New York Post story yesterday?
That Hillary Clinton's maid was ordered to print out classified materials.
At Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton routinely asked her maid to print out sensitive government emails and documents, including emails containing classified information from her house in Washington, and this according to FBI memos and and emails from WikiLeaks.
I mean it's been documented in the investigation.
The housekeeper lacked security clearance, obviously, to handle classified data, but they didn't find anything wrong with this.
Can you believe this?
A maid.
Hillary's ordering the maid to print out classified secret top secret documents.
Name is Marina Santos.
She was called on so frequently to receive emails that she may hold the secrets to email gate if only the FBI Congress would subpoena her and the equipment she used.
Now, I had a thought about this.
So here's Hillary, and she's got her classified stuff, and it's at home, and this is at Washington, the Washington Townhouse home, or whatever it is, not Chappaqua.
And that's a whole nother thing.
I mean, she had the home verse server in Chappaqua, but the same stuff was going on at the house in Washington.
She got this maid.
She's ordering the maid to print this stuff out, deliver it, bring it back to her, whatever, file it, who knows what.
The maid does not have clearance.
The media finds absolutely nothing curious about this.
But let's say this a reversed.
And it was, let's say Trump ordering his maid.
What do you think the story would be?
Now think, think.
No, wouldn't be a thing about that.
That'd be the second part.
Trump breaching national security, the second part of the story.
What would the story be if Trump had a maid, Hispanic maid, printing out stuff, classified data?
What would the story be?
No, that Trump has a maid.
That Trump's different from you.
Trump has a maid.
Trump has a poor Hispanic woman who's a slave.
That Trump's so lazy he won't even print his own stuff.
He has this poor Hispanic woman obviously being victimized, obviously being poorly paid, being a prisoner in Trump's own home, that's being made to do dirty work like this.
They would use the story of a Republican having a maid to show how they're so out of touch and that they're just everybody else' peons.
No, it's Hillary who has the maid and Hispanic maid.
It's Hillary who's got the maid violating classified secrets and documents and all that.
Filipino, I'm sorry, Filipino.
Okay, so she's Filipino.
Doesn't matter, still minority, and a woman.
And if it were Trump, I guarantee the story would be Trump has a maid.
And you don't, and that's why Trump is unqualified.
Trump's a rich guy, has a maid.
How many maids does Trump have?
Then they try to find the other maids.
Then they find the bartenders, then they find the waiters that work for Trump.
The fact that Hillary's got a maid, no big deal.
The fact that she's trafficking and classified, no big deal.
The fact that Hillary's too lazy to get and waddle to the printer and do it herself, not a story.
Nope.
There's no story.
We wouldn't know about it if it hadn't run in the in the New York Post.
And then I knew this was going to happen, folks, last week.
Remember the name Doug Band.
Doug Band is a former, and he may still be, but I think it's former.
He was tight with Bill Clinton.
He was he was the Huma Abaddon for a while for Bill Clinton.
And then he went over to the Clinton Foundation.
And Chelsea Clinton, one of the emails in the WikiLeaks dump.
Chelsea Clinton was emailing people.
She was worried the way Doug Band was doing things.
That Doug Band was out there soliciting things for her mom and dad that could make the foundation look sleazy.
So Doug Band saw this and he flipped and he said, I'm not doing anything any differently than Bill Clinton does.
Bill Clinton solicits jobs for himself.
He solicits donations and then speech fees.
So bad blood erupted between Doug Band and Chelsea.
It turns out Doug Band wasn't finished.
It turns out that Doug Band has accused Chelsea of using Clinton Foundation money to pay for her wedding.
A couple of days ago, we learned that from a Podesta email, Doug Band about Chelsea talking openly in public about her internal investigation into the Clinton Foundation, which she found Band was acting like a bad guy.
And so now Band has fired back and accused Chelsea of using foundation money.
Money donated for charity to pay for her wedding for her reception.
And for her apartment, because her husband's job didn't pan out.
And I'm sure that happened.
That's the whole point of the Clinton Foundation is for members of the family to live high off the hog off of it.
That's exactly one of its purposes is for the Clintons to get rich.
Folks, I mean, there's all kinds of stuff has been revealed in this in this email dump.
The collusion between the media and the and the Democrat National Committee and the Clintons is just amazing.
I told you, I don't know how long ago that the media is not news anymore.
That the media is simply Democrats and party hacks that are disguised or assigned as journalists.
A new email shows John Harwood, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, CNBC, asking John Podesta for question ideas for Jeb Bush.
John Harwood, who moderated one of the Republican primary debates, sent emails to John Podesta, ranging from FYIs, hey, hey, John, for your information, I dug this up on so and so, to compliments to Podesta.
And now there's an email from Harwood to John Podesta, which has the subject line, what should I ask Jeb, referring to his upcoming interview with Jeb Bush back in September of 2015.
Harwood's going to interview Bush, and he's asking Podesta Hillary's campaign.
What kind of questions should I?
Meaning, how do you want me to nail the guy?
Now keep in mind, Jeb Bush is probably going to vote for Hillary.
Keep in mind, these never Trumpers are going to vote for Hillary.
And here we learn that a reporter, ostensibly doing a fair and honest interview with Jeb Bush, Republican presidential candidate, Republican primaries, is actually being given questions by the Hillary campaign.
But that's not all, ladies and gentlemen.
We also find out that CNN was looking for questions from the Democrat National Committee to ask Ted Cruz when they had an interview with him.
They sent an email to one, two, three, four, five, six people at the Democrat National Committee.
Please send some topical, interesting questions we can ask Ted Cruz, maybe a couple on Fi Arenas.
Somebody please take point and send them all together by 3 p.m.
Thank you.
Now, why couldn't people at CNN think of anything to ask Ted Cruz?
They want to make sure, that's exactly right, they want to make sure they're doing right by the campaign.
They're asking the campaign, the Democrat National Committee, essentially, how do we nail crews for you?
What kind of dirt do you have on cruise that we may not know that you could give us that we could ask him about?
How do we bury Ted Cruz for you?
That's what this is.
This is what you call rigged.
There is no media.
There is no news.
There is the Democrat Party and its agenda, and everybody in the media is a Democrat for the express purpose of advancing that agenda.
They're all Democrat operatives.
Some are assigned as journalists, some are think tankers, some are assigned to run for office, some are legislative aides, some are in the regulatory agencies, others are assigned to the media.
So CNN is asking, they did the same for Trump.
They asked the Hillary campaign for questions on Trump.
And they also asked the Washington Postwriter Dana Milbank was doing a uh profile of Trump.
Dana Milbank asked the Democrat National Committee for any anti-Trump research they had that he could put in his profile.
When you call the Democrat National Committee, you're calling the Hillary campaign.
You're certainly not calling the Bernie Sanders campaign.
So questions for Cruz, questions we can nail Trump with.
Please give us your research, your Oppo research on Trump, says Dana Milbank.
John Harwood wanting to know what he should ask Jeb Bush.
These people have got to go...
This is the kind of inbred...
Incestuousness that is destroying what everybody thinks of their government and thinks of Washington.
Look at this.
This is a daily caller story.
Leaked Bill Clinton speech.
Obama years left no hope for white working class.
The economic stagnancy of the Obama years is to blame for plummeting life expectancy rates among white working class Americans, according to Bill Clinton, who privately told Democrat donors that lower income whites don't have anything to look forward to when they get up in the morning.
Clinton made these remarks while speaking at a November 2015 fundraiser for Hillary in Canton, Ohio.
It's part of the WikiLeaks dump.
You know, these guys are honest.
I've pointed this out to the fundraisers.
They tell the fundraisers the truth, and they also tell them things to separate them from their money.
That's why Obama uses my name all the time to fundraisers, because it they write checks.
They hate me so much it causes them to spend money.
Clinton, they tell these donors the truth, folks.
And this is not a negative.
You understand this white working class, the Democrats abandoned them in November of 2011, right before Obama's running for re-election.
They're considered undesirables.
And these are the deplorables.
And Bills out there tell them, yeah, well, Obama years will have no hope for these people, but that's okay because they're behind the times anyway.
And they're not the future.
That's what the Democrats believe.
And this used to be the backbone of the Democrat Party.
White working class, no college, used to be the backbone of the Democrat Party.
They said, screw them.
Now we're going to be here tomorrow, and we're going to be doing our regular show tomorrow here because tomorrow is uh election day, but it's it's just like any other day.
So you continue to have doubts, then you be here.
You be here regardless, because we will.
