Time Text
The views expressed by the host of this program documented to be almost always right, 99.8% of the time.
And here we are at the Distinguished and the prestigious.
Limbo Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies.
Our telephone number, and we're going to get to the phones in this hour.
I don't know.
I feel a little guilty.
I didn't get to any calls in the last hour.
But folks, there's just so much here.
There's just so much.
You know, I you'll never here's the here's my burden.
This is a burden.
I really ought not have this burden because it's it's but this is this is this is born of what I think performance pressure.
I know what I have here.
I know the material.
I know the show prep, but you don't.
But if I don't get to the stuff that I have put on the top of the stacks, there's many days I don't because it's improv here, and who knows where it's going to go.
I end this program feeling guilty that certain things I intended to talk about or opine didn't get.
But you don't know because you never knew I intended to in the first place.
So it's it's it's something it's a burden I put on myself just to continue to put the performance pressure on me.
It's kind of like the old adage back in music radio, you can never be heard by a song you don't play.
You can be killed by a song you do play.
People don't like it to tune out, but you can never be hurt by a song you don't play, because nobody will ever really know if you don't play it.
Nobody listens all the time.
Well, by the same token here, I've got all this stuff.
You'll never know if I don't get to it because you didn't know I had it in the first one, unless I have it to tease it.
So, my the point is when I have all this stuff, I f I I almost feel a compulsion to get to it so as to avoid feeling guilty at the end of the program for having left some stuff on the table.
And that means I don't get to the phones as soon as I should, which is why sometimes we'll go the first hour and not take a phone call.
And I some I feel guilty about that too.
So I promise you we'll get the phones in the uh very very soon in in this hour.
Now, on this hack, um the there's a lot of fascinating stuff about about this hack of the Democrat National Committee server.
Now remember, the first thing that we were told about when we first heard of this hack, we were told at first that what was released was all the opposition research that the DNC had on Trump.
That's what the hackers released.
Thereby pretty much telling Trump what the Democrats were prepared to use against him, and thereby mitigating its powers to hurt him, and it harmed the Democrats by revealing some of their secrets, what they were going to do.
Now, at the time of that hack, there hadn't been any real damage done like was done with the hack on Friday, or well, the release on Friday of the hack that showed the DNC had been actively working together to sabotage Crazy Bernie's campaign.
And that of course is what led to the uh dismissal and the humiliation of Debbie B.S. uh Debbie Blabbermouth Schultz, the Democrat National Committee, now fired and on her way back to her home state of Florida, and her district, I think encompasses Boca.
Bocker Bert's home.
So uh now people are trying to figure out well, what is really going on here, and how did this happen and who did it?
And the Democrats are really focusing on the who did it.
The Democrats have yet to deny anything in these documents is authentic.
Because they can't.
They were hacked, and what's on their servers is obviously what was on their servers.
It's real.
They've been snookered, they've been hacked, so they they can't run out and claim it's a bunch of lies.
They can't claim out claim well that takes they could, actually, but I'm getting ahead of myself.
What they're doing is trying to discredit what is authentic by criticizing the motivations of those who did the hack.
And that everybody is being led to believe is the Russians.
And the Democrats and the media have trotted out one cyber expert after another, claiming they have studied this, they've done their forensic analysis, and they have found, and I've read three or four different super elite cyber blogs on this.
They all say that there were two different Russian hacker units, cyber units, Intel, that neither knew the other were there, meaning inside the DNC server, to separate efforts, but they ended up leaving telltale signs.
They tried to cover their existence, but because they don't speak English, and because one of them screwed up and used acrylic keyboard instead of an English language keyboard, things like this, that it has become very apparent that the Russians did this.
Which has then led to the following questions.
Well, why?
Why would the Russians do this?
Why would the Russians want to destroy Hillary Clinton?
Because folks, let me give you another thing that's pretty safe bet.
A, this is by no means the end of it.
There is going to be a whole lot more.
If they hack the DNC servers, then they've got everything.
And who knows what else is on there?
Who knows what else is on the what if there's email evidence on that server that they were colluding with Hillary?
That Debbie Blabbermouth was colluding with Hillary.
You know, Hillary's out there denying it right now.
She said, you know, but she's got to be sweating bullets over this.
But it's not just that.
If they were able to hack the DNC server, then they no doubt hacked her Chappaqua server.
And so the thinking goes like this.
If the Russians know everything that was on Hillary's private server, and if they have everything on the DNC server, why destroy her at all?
Why not see to it she's elected and then blackmail her every day and get what you want out of her?
Because if this is all true, the theory goes, they could have a puppet as president of the United States.
Why would they use this stuff to take her out?
Even if Trump thinks that he's a good buddy with Putin, why in the world would the Russians rather have Trump as president, who's a wildcard, who they haven't hacked because there's nothing to hack because he doesn't use email when you could own the American president.
Especially when everybody else owns the American president because they've paid her.
But the Russians don't have to pay her because they've got blackmailable evidence that they can get out of her whatever they want, or else they destroy her.
So people are trying to figure out why would the Russians do this.
And why now?
And what's next?
And when are we going to learn what was on her private server?
Or will they hold that back and use that to blackmail her if she wins the election?
And then there's something even beyond this.
Some of the cyber specialists are really, really worried.
And I think this is a bit of naivety.
But they are really, and remember who these people are.
These are young millennial tech wizards, some of them older than millennial, but they're still, they're still of this naive young leftist generation, uh, new age, touchy-feely, all that.
And they are writing about this is unacceptable to allow to not do anything about to have a foreign government actually intercede in a U.S. political election and take action that will affect the outcome.
Why this is unacceptable and the U.S. has got to retaliate.
We've got to do something because we can't allow this.
I got clue for you.
The same thing happened on 9-11.
They canceled some elections in New York City that day.
But this is by no means the first time anything like this has happened.
I mean, the Chicoms and the Russians are hacking things left and right.
Now, in terms of affecting the outcome of an election, this is maybe the most brazen public effort to affect the outcome, but it's by no means the first.
It's just the first one we know about.
And it may not even be that.
But do you remember?
You remember when uh uh Edward Snowden of the NSA, when he came out, leaked all that stuff, and let everybody know just how insecure all of their phones and their computers were.
The NSA was just everywhere.
Weren't there a lot of Democrats running around telling us that either A, Snowden is a hero, or B, it didn't matter where the leaked info came from.
The only thing that mattered is what it tells us.
But now that they are the victims.
Now there aren't any heroes, and the only thing that matters is where it comes from.
The substance doesn't matter.
The authenticity doesn't matter.
The Democrats are so quaking in their boots that they are doing everything they can to get anybody they can make believe that this is insignificant because of the Russians' motivations.
They don't want you to believe what you are told.
They don't want you to believe, for example, they can't do anything about this.
Everybody now knows.
Conclusively, it's not a matter of of uh a good bet, solid opinion.
Everybody knows that they rigged a game against Crazy Bernie.
I, El Rushbo, knew it before it was proven.
I know that's was obvious to me that they've there's no way Bernie Sanders was ever going to get this nomination.
It just wasn't going to happen.
He was serving a purpose running, but he was never going to get it.
But we now know that that was official Democrat Party policy.
So there's a lot going on with this.
We also don't know if the RNC servers have been hacked.
That's another thing.
And we can't say with ontological certitude that they haven't been.
Remember, I saw a drive-by media person yesterday on TV.
I mentioned this to you at the end of the program.
It was being asked why the media is really not making a big deal out of this.
Well, because there haven't been any Republican server leaks.
And whoever was hosting the program, what difference does that make?
Well, in order to be fair, I mean, we can't discuss what the Russians have leaked from a DNC server if we don't have what's been leaked in a Republican.
What are you talking about?
Well, we must always do both sides, and there's only one side of this story.
That is the leak of what's on the D. And people, you kidding me?
That's why you're not commenting on it because you don't know yet what was on the RNC servers, and this is what, and this guy was where was he from?
U.S. News and World Report steadfastly maintained that.
But I'll tell you where this is right now.
Where this is is people are on pins and needles because there's obviously more.
Whoever is leaking this, I don't care if it's a Russians, I don't care.
Folks, it wouldn't surprise me.
Remember how I don't fall for conventional wisdom.
Remember how I think people that fall for conventional wisdom are almost intellectually lazy.
It's too easy to believe that stuff.
I wouldn't be a bit surprised if who's actually behind this is some 17-year-old kid in his pajamas, hacking the DNC because he found the password, hope and change.
I wouldn't be a bit surprised.
But somebody, whoever did it, ended up sending it to Julian Assange.
And Julian Assange says that he has even more emails that are guaranteed to get Hillary Clinton arrested.
Well, that means he's got what's on her private server.
If he's telling the truth about this.
So this is by no means over.
The firing of Debbie B.S. and the sending her back to Florida is by no means the end of this.
And on the Democrat side and in their willing allies in the media, there is trepidation each and every day over what is coming next.
Because this is just the tip of the iceberg.
I mean, if if we now know conclusively that they rigged the election, they did everything they could to make Bernie think he had a chance, but he never did.
You think that's the only nefarious shenanigans been going on with a DNC?
There's got to be tons more.
And they've been hacked.
Everything on their servers.
People have.
What if they wait until October with the next dump?
Could be.
They could do it a week before the election, October surprise.
And the Democrats obviously working on one of their own for Trump, independent of this hank.
So we will continue to follow up this story, if you will, as it happens, because it fascinates me on a whole lot of levels.
But now a brief obscene profit break, and we come back straight to the phones.
Don't go away.
As a sign that the Democrats don't think last night was all that hot.
You know what they're trying to do?
They are roll call is trying to arrange.
Have you seen this?
They want Bernie to actually nominate Hillary tonight.
They want Bernie, Crazy Bernie, to put her name in nomination, and announce it and all that stuff as a means of quieting.
You know who Bernie's I I saw this in a this makes sense, by the way.
Bernie has 1900 delegates in there.
However, what apparently happened was that at all these state party conventions, when Bernie ran around and ran into party people and asked them to be delegates of his at the convention, standard ordinary everyday Democrat Party people, which is kooky enough, but they said no, because they were afraid of offending Hillary.
So the people that Bernie found to be delegates are genuine rent-a-mobsters.
The only people he was able to find are actually professional protesters.
And there's 1900 of them in there.
They are not per se Democrat Party, quote unquote party people.
Again, because Bernie couldn't find a lot of those.
They were afraid to be Bernie delegates when they knew he wasn't going to win anything, and they didn't want to offend him.
Nobody wants to get on the bad side of Nurse Ratchet.
So a bunch of professional protesters are in there, disguised as Bernie delegates.
They're actual delegates, but they're not party pros, per se.
And they're trying to quiet that bunch down by having Bernie actually put her name in them.
That's gonna work I think that would make it worse.
I hope they do it.
I could make it worse.
Here is Brian in Kalamazoo, Michigan, as we headed the phones.
Brian, I'm glad you waited.
I really am.
Thank you, Rush, and slightly premature 28th day anniversary megadidos to you, sir, it's a privilege to speak to you.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate that.
You got uh I was listening to snippets of the convention coverage last night, and one thing that caught my ear and made me think was something Michelle Obama said during her speech, and she said, and this is an actual quote, she said, What I admire most about Hillary is that she never buckles under pressure.
She never takes the easy way out.
And the first people I thought of when Michelle Obama said those words about Hillary were Ambassador Stevens and the other victims in Benghazi, because it seems to me that Hillary did buckle under pressure and very obviously took the easy way out, and there's bad bodies to prove it.
Good catch.
Good catch.
You're doing something that you're not supposed to do.
That's the kind of line uttered at a speech, you're just supposed to nod and applaud.
You know, Hillary was praised for raising the village and understanding it.
It takes a village to raise their way, did you know that that was another theme of this convention last night?
That you can't raise your kids, right?
You miss that.
You missed all the speakers talking about how uh uh yeah, I made a note of it that you're not capable, you're not competent, raising your kids, we all need to do that together.
How could you have missed that?
That was it.
There was a theme last night that going it alone is fine, but you're never gonna get anywhere.
But if we go together, we're gonna get far.
And there were a couple people that wove in the whole concept of raising a family with with uh uh not not using uh self-reliance and all this other kind of thing.
I noted it.
It was a it maybe wasn't mentioned enough to be a theme.
But they did somebody, I don't know if it was Muchell, I don't know if it was uh if it was Foca Huntis, but somebody was a praising Hillary for her understanding of the complex of this raising child, and what a great job she'd obviously done with Chelsea.
That was Michelle, right?
And uh so but that yeah, she doesn't take the easy way out, thinks the easy way out all the time.
Uh doesn't buckle from a flip.
It's got the Tesca lock box, though.
Don't ever forget that.
Permit me one more observation on this Russian hack business that the Democrats and the media are running around trying to say the hanks no big deal because the Russians did it.
And the Russians are anti-Hillary, the Russians are pro-Trump, and so it doesn't matter.
You can't you can't listen to this.
You can't pay attention to it.
Whatever it is, they're not denying it's authentic.
They're just trying to tell you that you shouldn't pay any attention to it because the Russians are behind it.
Well, you know, fine and dandy.
But do you remember Edward Snowden?
They loved Edward Snowden.
Number one.
Number two, when Snowden fled Hawaii, he went to Hong Kong and he held out there in some hotel, did his interviews with Grand Greenwald.
The next thing we knew, Snowden was in Moscow, and he was being shielded by the Russians at some safe house.
And we didn't care.
The Democrats didn't care.
They didn't care one whit that Snowden was being harbored by Putin.
And they didn't care when whatever Snowden did damaged American national security.
They didn't care.
Because remember, damaging American national security is not that big a problem.
We deserve to have our apparatus damaged because we've used it to be so mean to so many smaller nations and people.
So if Snowden's out there compromising our national security, fine, we kind of deserve it.
The point is they didn't care.
They didn't care.
The Democrats didn't care when the Russians were hosting Snowden, when Snowden was leaking national security secrets to them and everybody else.
And the leaks that Snowden was getting involved in, the Russians had a hand in helping Snowden leak the stuff, they were fined by the Democrats.
It didn't matter.
My point is that when Putin and the Russians were harboring Snowden and helping Snowden get his dirty anti-stuff and the American stuff out, they were fine with it.
Now all of a sudden, when the Russians are doing damage to the now of a sudden the Russians are a bunch of creeps.
Untrustworthy snobs.
Here's uh Bridget, Palm Bay, Florida, you're next.
Welcome to the program.
Hi.
Thank you.
What an honor.
And I just want to say something like five or ten seconds.
I've always thought something about you, and I never hear anyone else say it.
But as a speech language pathologist, I have to say that I am in awe of how after having received cochlear implants that you continue, not only do you continue to work in AEO, but you are at the top of your game.
And most people don't appreciate how amazing and how unlikely that is.
But I do, and I deeply respect your hard work and your commitment.
Thank you very much.
I I uh I am I'm moved by that.
I appreciate that.
I really do.
Well I'm moved every day.
Because you're right.
You're you're you're right.
Um so I I'm I'm profoundly appreciative of your comment, very much so.
Well, it's an honor to speak with you, and I just want to talk about what I've seen in the news after the RNC and after the DNC.
The news when I watched the RNC, yeah, I saw an organized, extremely well done event, high energy.
It was I thought it was pretty cohesive after the first day, after the first moments of the first day, and it was positive.
I saw it just be it was so warm.
I just came away from that with a great feeling.
But when I looked at the news, it was anything but positive.
Every political said it was the worst convention ever.
People said that Trump was negative.
And that, you know, oh the burning people will never vote for him now.
And it was like that.
Dark.
It was foreboding.
Yes.
Somber.
But then that last night I watched, held my nose, took one for the team, my friends, and watched the DNC, and it was so it was laughable.
It was disorganized, it was poorly planned.
There were con is a constant booing and jeering, and you've played some of that, and it was loud.
I don't have any hearing issues.
I could hear everybody booing.
So you you might not have heard it as loudly, but uh it was loud and clear, especially with Elizabeth Warren.
And we trusted you, we trusted you.
It was a guy with a pretty deep voice yelling that.
Um and all of the speeches were all over the place.
There was no cohesion.
Trump, for example, organized his event in four days with first day being keep America Sake, second day was I think keep America One, make America one, rather, make America first and make America great again.
And this part, this DC had speakers who were just randomly speaking all over the place, even in within a speech, one speaker would say something that didn't tie in with what they had just said or what they were about to say.
It was just all over.
Like he had just You know, that is a brilliant, a brilliant and shrewd observation of yours.
There were sixty-one speeches.
Now they did have a theme on once they got to Corey Booker, they did have their theme, and that is everybody together versus uh nobody alone or that the togetherness was their theme, unity and all that.
But you're right.
They gave sixty-one people a chance to speak last night, and it this basically was payback.
Payback night for all the people that they needed to pay back for doing helpful things during the year.
Okay, uh Anastasia, you get five minutes.
Whatever you want to go out and trash the Republicans, go do it.
And and that's it was just never ending.
Sixty-one different speeches.
I thought if you want dark, you got it last night.
Yes.
If you wanted if you wanted dystopian, if you wanted doom and gloom, and the thing about that is uh Bridget, after seven and a half years of them running the show, they still couldn't help themselves and they have to portray this country as so low when you look up, you see the gutter.
And there was no American flag.
You were right, not one American flag.
I just saw a picture.
There are more American flags than you can count being deployed around that podium right now.
I think somebody forgot it.
I think so.
It's either that, either somebody forgot it, or it was a purposeful thing last night not to do it, so as not to offend certain factions or groups inside that hall.
But they let the Palestinian flag fly.
Oh yeah.
And outside at a protest march, the the Russian flag flew.
And the LGBTQ flag was all over the the rainbow flag was everywhere.
Oh, yeah.
As well.
And the moment that they had Sarah Silverman and Al Franken speak, they could have done something great with that, but instead they left them stalling up there.
Well, look, in their defense, and uh very magnanimous of me to come to their defense, because it's two reprobates.
But Paul Simon was having trouble setting up.
And then he had trouble singing.
Did you hear him?
Well, see, I thought so, but I never trust.
To me, it sounded like he was having voice problems.
It just sounded horrible, but I couldn't tell what the song was.
I knew it was Bridge Over Trouble Water, but it didn't sound like that to me.
But it didn't sound much like Paul Simon used to, I can guarantee you that because I'm 42.
I grew up listening to a lot of the 70s and early 80s music and he looked really tired to me, Bridget.
I mean, his eyes are bloodshot and watery, and they were late getting set up.
Uh and so and so those two reprobates had to vamp and fill time.
You would think they would be competent doing that, but they weren't.
They were even kind of arguing with each other.
Did you notice that?
She was kind of insulting him and said, Oh, Lord, at one point, uh making fun of him, something he had said.
She said, Oh, Lord.
Well, they can't even get along amongst themselves.
What you had there in essence was two bar room comedians, and that's why they were competing.
One's disguised as a senator, and the other one's who she is.
A bar room comedian.
I think that's giving her a compliment because she's actually one of the most vulgar people you can ever.
She is one of the most vulgar people, it's true.
Extremely typical, typical.
That's who they look up to, though.
That's who the de the Democrats are.
Some of them do, some of them admire 'em.
There's uh there's no question.
Bridget, I appreciate the call.
I really do, and I I thank you for your uh your astute observation.
Very much appreciated.
We be back, folks.
Don't go away.
Okay, I want you to hear a couple sound bites here.
This is from uh NBC special coverage of the Democrat National Convention.
Last night Muchell Obama went out and uh and gave her stem winder of a speech.
And if you're watching at home, uh my guess is that you were under the impression that the House loved it.
That it were on their feet.
They're going nuts.
They're applauding like crazy.
That's how it seemed to me.
Well, it turns out that's not what happened.
And it turns out also that Andrea Mitchell, NBC News in Washington, happened to reveal the truth.
And this resulted in F. Chuck Todd slapping her down.
Verbally.
Here's how it went.
This is last night, NBC's special coverage.
Savannah Guthrie, after Muchell Obama spoke, Savannah Guthrie said it was a pretty succinct case for Hillary Clinton and against Donald Trump, but done with the trademark Michelle Obama Grace.
Andrea Mitchell is down on the floor in the New York delegation.
How did it go over down there, Andrea?
Well, about 40% of the delegation really sat on their hands.
Even though this is the first lady and Michelle Obama could not be more popular, 40% of these delegates are Bernie Sanders delegates.
Some of them stood up about three or four.
You can see perhaps that some have their Robin Hood hats on.
So there was some resistance even to Michelle Obama, which is a big signal to this convention to the Clinton campaign.
That even their most popular speakers are not going to persuade the hardcore Bernie Sanders supporters.
Whoa, that's the last thing of I mean, here is Andrew Mitchell, NBC News Washington, actually undercutting the theme that Michelle Obama was loved and adored and appreciated and overwhelmingly supported.
And F. Chuck Todd was in a near panic, and this was his reaction to Andrea Mitchell, NBC News Washington.
We gotta remember there's a millions of people watching on television, and I think they heard nothing.
It didn't sound like people were sitting on their hands.
So I don't think it would have that kind of impact.
So what you just heard from our reporter, Andrea Mitchell, screw it.
You didn't see it, you didn't hear it, so it didn't happen.
I mean, after all, who can hear people sitting on their hands?
Ha.
The theory from F. Chuck Todd.
So it makes me wonder.
You know, is is no, because I know that Andrea Mitchell's in it in the totally in a tank for Hillary.
And yet this is something the drive-by's don't usually do.
I mean, here you have the perception that there was one thousand percent love and adoration there for Michelle Obama, and here comes Andrea Mitchell's.
Oh no, no, no, no, no, no.
There was a whole lot of people.
And uh Chuck Todd coming along to slap her down.
Here's Lou, Lou in Island Park, New Jersey.
You're next.
It's great to have you with us, sir.
Hello.
Hello, Russ.
Thank you for taking my call.
Yes, sir.
Um, just want to tell you, um, I listened to your show with my two daughters, um, seven and eight, and I'm really trying to figure out how to get your books.
Uh, you know, for my kids, I wasn't able to figure out how to do that.
But um my question to you is does Obama really want Hillary to win?
Um I um it it doesn't look like it.
I I think, like you said many times that Obama is gonna move to Washington after the election, and if Clinton loses, he will be the face of the Democratic Party in Washington.
They're not gonna be going to Hillary, they're not gonna be going to Pelosi.
He is gonna be the face of the opposition to Trump, and maybe that's what he wants.
Well, now there were theories, and many people had them before James Comey did his press conference.
And the theories were that Obama really had it in for her, but he couldn't publicly betray her.
So the drip drip drip drip, and it there was, it seems like every week and sometimes twice, three times a week, for many months.
We learned a little bit more about the FBI investigation into Hillary Clinton and her email server.
And theories developed out of this.
Maybe Obama, you know, but it he really doesn't like her.
That's been a conventional wisdom belief, by the way, that there's no love lost between the two families.
And that it wouldn't make it so obvious, but this drip drip drip drip drip that he would not be unhappy if she wasn't the nominee.
But then Comey comes out and it was very clear that the administration was not going to prosecute her, and there have been pretty full-throated endorsements of her by Obama and his wife, uh Moochell, my bell, Obama.
So it it if there was anything to the theory there isn't anymore, because she is the nominee.
Now, I don't know.
If you think that Obama could still try to undermine her candidacy.
Look, I understand what you're saying.
That if she wins, she becomes the face of the Democrat Party.
She becomes the power.
She becomes the focus of attention for the media and everybody else, rendering Obama not invisible, but certainly secondary status.
I have I have my doubts about that.
I think there is such devotion, media for and to Obama, that I think he's going to remain prominent no matter who was elected president.
And I think that he is going to seek to undermine anyone, whoever they are, if they try to undermine or unravel any of his so-called achievements.
Says he's going to stay in Washington because his kids have to finish their schooling there with their friends and so forth, that the Sidwell friends and so forth.
They bought a house in Palm Springs somewhere.
But presidents don't stay in Washington.
Presidents, they get out of there as fast as they can, because it's like a prison to them.
And Michelle Obama's even said as much about the White House.
So the fact he's going to stay there has always told me that he's going to stay there to protect his legacy, whatever it is, and that he's not going to observe the age-old protocols of standing aside and staying silent for a while while the new president takes office.
And I still think that's going to be the case.
I appreciate the call.
Quick time out.
We'll be right back.
Don't go away.
Back to the DNC server hack.
The Russians are denying that they were behind it.
Uh the Russian foreign minister Sergei Levrov has brushed aside accusations that Moscow is behind the hacking of the Democrat Party server.
Lavrov said in English, I don't want to use four-letter words when asked if Putin or anyone in the Russian government was to blame.
And of course, again, people are saying, why would the Russians want to tip the scales to Trump when they've got everything they need to blackmail Hillary Clinton for four or eight years.
And it's I mean, I can understand the question, it's a legitimate question.
But NBC Nightly News interviewed Julian Assange, about whom we have some sound bites coming up in uh first segment of the next hour.
