Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 podcast.
Well, we're gonna kick off today with competing polling data.
We have a surprise visit by Bill Clinton to the uh uh attorney general and a private plane and a tarmac at Phoenix, and if it hadn't been for a local Phoenix ABC affiliate, we wouldn't know that it had happened.
We got Obama going off on Trump in a rant, supposedly against populism and so forth, and Jake Tamper, CNN, actually described it as Trump living rent-free in Obama's head.
So, yet again, ladies and gentlemen, another unique usage of language started on this program, finding its way into the general lexicon in the United States.
Of course, the first noted example of that was the word Feminazi, which is now everywhere, started by this program back in 1988.
Anyway, great to have you with us, folks, as we um we march on.
Another three hours of broadcast excellence here.
The telephone number, if you want to be on the program is 800-282-2882, and the email address, L Rushbow at EIBNet.com.
There are a couple of other in the old days we call them lighthearted stories that we would laugh about.
Today, we don't laugh anymore.
I mean, we do.
We do, but at the same time we realize that not everybody else is.
And it's probably got a little bit more uh substance to it than we would otherwise think.
But it's nevertheless encouraging.
And I'll leave you to ponder what that might be.
Get to it here in just a second.
But first off, amid an ongoing investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of email, and hours before the public release of the Benghazi report, U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton.
The private meeting took place on the west side of Sky Harbor International Airport on board a parked private plane that was being used by Loretta Lynch and her husband traveling around doing appearances on how the Justice Department's taking over local police departments.
Now, neither Clinton nor Loretta Lynch actually arrived in Phoenix on that plane.
Did you know that?
You didn't know that.
The plane on which they met is not the plane either of them used to get there.
It looks like somebody put that plane there, so nobody would see the meeting.
And is again, as I say, if it weren't for this local ABC affiliate, for some reason had a camera crew out at Sky Harbor, nobody, we wouldn't know that this meeting had taken place.
The national drive-bys were nowhere near, even though Loretta Lynch is the attorney general, and you would think that there is a body watch on her.
I mean a media body watch.
I mean, you know what those are, right?
The media, there's constantly somebody watching public figures in case something extraordinary happens.
It's just a fact of media life.
And I would think that she rates a body watch, a media.
Maybe she doesn't.
Apparently not, because there weren't any drive-bys there.
We don't know whose airplane it was.
It could be that she gets a private plane.
I mean, she could get a government plane to fly to Phoenix if she's on government business.
It depends on the fleet, depends on what's available.
Um, and we do know that she was flying around meeting with various local police departments as the federal government establishes quote unquote guidelines for local police departments, which is nothing more than actually a takeover.
Now here's here's what we are told this was all about.
For some reason, former President Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area.
We don't know why.
He just happened To be there.
The story is that he was playing golf in Phoenix.
108 degrees.
Bill Clinton playing golf in Phoenix, somebody who has had serious heart surgery.
It sounds to me like a bit of a stretch, but we'll go with it because that's what is being reported here by the local ABC affiliate, K and X V in Phoenix.
So the story is this.
Clinton was visiting the Phoenix area, arrived at Scar Sky Harbor Airport Monday evening to leave.
And that's this is what it says next.
Sources tell ABC 15 that Clinton was notified Lynch would be arriving at the airport soon and waited for her arrival.
Okay, now what I like to do is actually envision this.
So here's Clinton.
He's played golf done whatever he's done in Phoenix on the way to the airport to leave.
I don't know how he travels, but he's probably got Secret Service contingent.
That means they're in a series of SUVs, one or two of them.
And somehow, on the way or after he arrives, somebody says, Hey, slick Willie, guess who's coming in here in a 10 minutes or so?
Guess who's landing?
Loretta Lynch.
Hey, hey, is that right?
Oh, Loretta's coming in.
Well, you know what?
Let's let's debate our delay our departure a little bit.
Just go over and say hi.
Really?
So Clinton's just happens to be told Loretta Lynch is arriving soon when he just happens to be arriving to depart at Sky Harbor International Airport.
Lynch was arriving in Phoenix for a planned visit as part of her national tour to promote community policing, which again is Obama taking over police departments.
The private meeting comes as Lynch's office is in charge of the ongoing investigation and potential charges involving Clinton's email server.
That would be Hillary Clinton's email server.
She, the spouse of the aforementioned Bill Clinton.
The private meeting also occurred hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly, involving Hillary Clinton and President Obama's administration.
Lynch said the private meeting on the tarmac did not involve these topics.
Do you know what Lynch said they talked about?
Loretta Lynch, attorney general arriving in Phoenix to help take over the Phoenix Police Department, and no doubt, probably the Sheriff's Department too, get Joe Arpayo out of the way, showing up there, all of a sudden is told Bill Clinton is arriving soon and wants to have a meeting with you.
So they find a vacant plane on the tarmac, and Loretta Lynch goes there.
Clinton, after having been told Loretta Lynch has just arrived or soon arriving, goes to this tarmac, no doubt at General Aviation, gets on board the plane.
Loretta Lynch says their conversation was a great deal about grandchildren.
It was primarily social about their travels.
She said the president mentioned that he played golf in Phoenix.
And Loretta Lynch admitted all this on Tuesday afternoon while speaking at the Phoenix Police Department.
So we are supposed to believe here that Bill Clinton, a 70-year-old man with a history of heart trouble, played golf in Phoenix, where it was 108, 110 degrees.
Maybe played on Sunday was 108, I don't know.
And then he's on the way to the airport to leave, is told that Loretta Lynch, the attorney general, is soon due to arrive, delays his departure, goes to a vacant private jet on the tarmac where she happens to be.
He delays his departure to go have the meeting, at which they discussed their grandchildren.
And their travels.
Hey, Loretta, you know, I heard you were here, and I just wanted to come say hi before I left.
You know what?
You know, Chelsea's uh Chelsea's got a grandkid coming.
Do you have any grandkids, Loretta?
Uh yes, Mr. Brendan.
Aren't they great?
That's the greatest thing in the world.
You know, I'm glad I caught you.
I'm glad I get you.
I'm glad I found you before you left so I could talk about our grandchildren with you.
I've been playing golf here in Phoenix.
Well, you what are you gonna be doing?
Is that right?
You're out here takeover, police department.
Good for you.
Well, hey, you know, it's been great seeing you.
I uh I'm glad you waited for me.
Uh had his little meeting about our grandkids before we leave.
I hope you have a great visit, whatever you're doing, I'll check you later.
And he leaves.
I I try to envision that, and it just doesn't work for me.
It just doesn't work for me.
So what else might have been going on at this meeting?
Well, let us continue here with a story from ABC Phoenix affiliate, KNXV.
Sources say the private meeting at the airport lasted around 30 minutes.
Okay, how many grandkids does Clinton have?
Chelsea's got two now?
Okay.
So how many minutes per grandchild do you discuss with the attorney?
How many grandchildren does she have?
I don't know, let's say she's got four, just for the heck of it, pick a number.
Six grandkids, thirty minutes, basically five minutes per grandchild.
And maybe three minutes because you'd have to have some discussion about mutual travel.
You know, how was the trip into Phoenix?
She would report.
He would describe what it was like playing golf in this oppressive heat and how happy he was to be getting out of there and back to where he was going, and then he's off.
And in this express item, there was no discussion on any matter pending before the department, or anything having to do with Hillary Clinton's emails, or anything related to it.
Nothing like that happened.
That just doesn't work for me.
Let me propose an alternative.
Let me run something by you and see what you think it is.
Let's take elements of the story and let's believe them.
Let's say that Bill Clinton was.
Well, we know he was in Phoenix.
Let's say he's leaving.
He's on the way to the airport.
And somehow, it's not beyond the realm of possibility.
He's told it Loretta Lynch is going to be arriving soon.
At the same airport where he's going to be leaving.
So Clinton decides, you know what?
I want to have a talk with this woman.
I want to meet her, and what a great time.
Nobody knows that I'm here.
And nobody knows that she's here.
So a meeting is hastily arranged on a private jet passenger compartment on the tarmac at Sky Harbor.
Now, for those of you thinking, wouldn't it be hot in there?
No, no.
All they have to do is fire up the auxiliary power unit, the APU, and they can get AC blowing in the plane in this.
No, it would not be a sweat box.
And they can do this without starting the engines.
It's perfectly fine to do.
So don't don't factor that in.
Somehow they tell Loretta Lynch that Bill Clinton is in town on the way to the airport, wants to meet her.
She has two options.
She can blow it off or say, oh, okay.
She takes the meeting.
Again, we wouldn't know this happened, for this is a crucial point.
We would not know this happened were it not for this ABC affiliate in Phoenix.
The drive bys haven't told us a word about it.
What about this possibility?
Clinton hears that she's there, demands a meeting, it gets set up, he boards the plane, she's there.
And he says something along the lines of Madam Attorney General, how you do it.
It's such an honor to meet you.
You are doing such a great job.
You know, I was one of the people told Barack Obama to put you in this job.
I've been one of your champions for I can't tell you how long.
Let me tell you how things are gonna go from here on out.
If you want to keep this job, if you want to keep your reputation, because remember, don't forget what I told Ted Kennedy way back in 2008.
Wasn't that long ago, Barack Obama be serving us our cocktails, be serving us our coffee.
It wasn't that long ago, and he got mad at it, Loretta, but I'm telling you, things haven't changed.
It's still that way.
And if you want to keep it that way, you know, this email thing, it doesn't exist.
Just broom it, Loretta.
Just forget about it.
Ain't Nothing there, nothing to see, nowhere tell Comey, no matter what he wants, you don't have any evidence.
That's it, it's been great seeing you.
It was fun playing golf.
I hope your grandkids are doing great.
Hope you have a great time taking over Phoenix Police Department.
I gotta go.
Don't forget what I told you, Loretta.
And remember who put you here.
Remember how you got here.
And remember how easy, Loretta, it would be to send you somewhere else.
Okay.
Okay, if you have doubts about that, let's let's give them both the benefit of the doubt for a moment, even though I know this isn't true, but let's just say that Lynch and Clint are both telling the truth, and the whole thing just happened stance, and it was a wonderful meeting of two former colleagues.
Isn't having a friendly chat for 30 minutes?
Once it's been discovered, isn't that bound to influence her decisions on Hillary and the FBI investigation?
Isn't this what we might call an appearance of impropriety?
Isn't this what the left might call an appearance of impropriety?
Isn't this one of those circumstances where the left would say, no, no, no, no?
It's about the seriousness of the charge.
The nature of the evidence is irrelevant.
It's the seriousness of the charge.
And I don't believe that.
I think this thing was set up long ago.
I don't think this was happenstance at all, ladies and gentlemen.
Things like this just don't happen.
And if you think that I'm stretching when I say that Clinton would go in there and remind her who put her there, you people may not remember this.
Who do you think it was that appointed Loretta Lynch to be the U.S. attorney for the Eastern District of New York?
It's a plum assignment.
The Eastern District, the Southern District is big because that's Manhattan.
But the Eastern District of New York, that's Long Island.
It's Brooklyn, Long Island, that's no slouch district.
Bill Clinton appointed Loretta Lynch to be U.S. Attorney Eastern District New York when he was president.
So when Bill Clinton gets on board the private plane with Loretta Lynch, hey, hey, hey, hey, Loretta, I'm sure you remember how you got this job.
I'm sure you can put two and two together.
I'm sure you can realize that you are the AG because I made you a federal judge.
And before that, nobody had ever heard of you except the Congressional Black Caucasians.
And I took the recommendation, and now look where we are.
And again, folks, I want to remind you, we wouldn't know about this were it not for a local Phoenix affiliate.
That's not an insignificant thing.
The drive-bys were nowhere near this.
And even if the drive-bys had gotten wind of it, do you think they would have reported it complete with photos like the ABC affiliate in Phoenix did?
Doubtful.
Now some people are suggesting Loretta Lynch may have to recuse herself.
That makes me laugh.
Democrats recuse.
If that were to happen, there's not a single Democrat judge on a Supreme Court that can hear any case.
They're all compromised.
They don't recuse themselves.
It's the it's the exact opposite.
They are there to make sure that whatever needs to happen can happen.
If it's corrupt, if it's on the edges of the law, fine and dandy, because the advancement of the agenda and the protection of the players.
In this pla in this case, Hillary Clinton Trumps, everything.
I mean, Eric Holder, this guy, he should have recused himself from Ferguson.
He should have recused himself from half the cases because he's out there prejudging everything and tainting the jury pool in everything there was, every instance where there was a jury trial.
He didn't recuse himself.
It's laughable that she would have to recuse herself.
That would never happen.
That's the exact reason why she's there, in fact.
But if she did recuse herself, and that would open it up for Comey.
But if she recuses herself, it'd be somebody else in there next in lines, you know, next next person steps up and it'll just be the same old thing.
Here's a story from the Daily Signal.
Let me give you the headline of this.
Obama administration's goal is to undermine the Brexit vote.
Now how do we know this?
Well, let me give you a pull quote from the story.
On Tuesday, that'd be two days ago, Secretary of State John Kerry, who served in Vietnam, was speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival.
Can you imagine what a good time that is?
A bunch of people like John Kerry showing up talking about ideas.
At the Aspen Ideas Festival, Kerry was asked if Britain's decision could be walked back.
And if so, how?
And here's what Kerry said.
I think there are a number of ways it could be walked back.
I don't want to throw them out today as Secretary of State.
I think it'd be a mistake, but there are a number of ways.
They are thinking about what they can do to reverse that vote, and Kerry has admitted it.
Saga continues, a man, a legend away of life.
Now before the Brexit vote, the historic Brexit.
Speaking of that, I saw I couldn't hear it.
And it was because it was it was a computer video.
It's not YouTube.
I don't know what it was, but I if they're not captioned, I can't hear them.
And there was no way, and this was not captioned, even if it had been captioned, they couldn't have kept up with this.
Christiana Manpoor was supposedly interviewing Daniel Hannon.
You know, he's the very conservative, we love the guy, member of the Parliament in Great Britain.
And she was supposedly interviewing about the Brexit vote.
It was not an interview.
It was an allegation.
She was actually a prosecutor.
He was a witness, and she was trying to put him in jail.
It was the most incredible thing.
She just kept pounding and arguing.
They were talking at the same time.
He never lost his cool, but I was, as I was watching it.
She lost it.
I mean, she was literally beside herself that this could possibly have happened.
I mean, she was almost like she was personally embarrassed to be a human being.
Since Great Britain had voted to exit the EU.
I mean, these people, folks, it's it's time people got their heads on and understood exactly who we are dealing with here.
When we're talking about anybody on the left, I don't care if they're media, if they're elected officials, and now just common ordinary everyday citizens.
They are gone.
The Democrat Party, there's nothing moderate about it anymore.
There's nothing mainstream about it.
It is full-fledged, and it seems like it's happened overnight.
There isn't a non-radical in the bunch.
No matter where you go.
And she is just relentless.
Had I been Hannon, I'd have walked out of this thing, or I would have tried to shut her up some way.
But he was polite, kept smiling, trying to answer her questions, you know, exactly like conservatives do, trying to be nice, trying to answer the questions, not being rude.
She gets away with being rude.
She gets away with being accusatory.
She was just, it was it was one of the most unprofessional, reprehensible displays I have ever seen in the drive-by media.
And it just it it makes this story that the United States is working on ways of reversing that vote.
John Kerry stepped in it.
This guy, these people are so arrogant.
People like the haughty John Kerry and the rest, they're so arrogant, they have no problem publicly admitting that they're going to try to walk it back again.
Speaking at the Aspen Ideas Festival.
I can understand the Aspen Ideas Conference.
I can understand the Aspen Ideas Symposium.
But the Aspen Ideas Festival?
What do you think of when you think festival?
I don't put John Kerry at it, and I certainly don't put John Kerry talking about ideas at anything called a festival, but they do.
Stories by Ted Bromine of the Daily Signal.
Before Britain's historic vote to leave the European Union last Thursday, the regime, the Obama regime, was eager to pressure the British people to stay in, and they had people over there actively campaigning for the uh remain side, the Obama administration.
So on Tuesday, a couple days ago, Obama sends Kerry out there to the Aspen Ideas Festival, and while there, he was asked if Britain's decision to leave the European Union could be walked back, and if so, how?
And Kerry, rather than hem and haw and fudge and not answer it, arrogantly said, Well, I think there are a number of ways that we can do this now.
I, uh Secretary of State, uh, don't want to throw them out there today, but uh, I think that would be a mistake to tell you how we're gonna do it.
But yeah, there are a number of ways that we could get this reversed.
Now, as Mr. Bromain writes, let's be clear about this.
The only mistake Kerry made was that he, as an American official, announced in public that he is eagerly plotting ways to overturn the result of a democratic referendum held by a close ally of the U.S. Now, some people might say, well, that's really dangerous.
It is, it is, of course, but it's also foolish.
But I just think it shows the arrogance of these people.
But there's a there's a strategy here, and I'm they're leftists.
The EU, the remain crowd, they're leftists.
You know, I uh do not believe all these people that tell you that there was not a left-right aspect of this.
There was.
I mean, the people that wanted to leave, a lot of it was about immigration, sovereignty, any number of things.
But there was also an element of left versus right, because that's the the people that want to take away the sovereignty, and the people that want to raise everybody's taxes, and the people that wanted to erase borders, and those are leftists.
So there's a strategy, and that is that the European Union does not take losing lying down, just like the Democrat Party and the left here don't.
In fact, I'm not going to get into it in detail right now, but I want you to be thinking about something.
I want you to fast forward to November.
Knowing everything you know now, using intelligence guided by experience.
And I want you to fast forward to November to Trump winning the presidency in November.
I want you to think, using your intelligence guided by experience, what's going to happen that night, what's going to happen the next day.
What's going to happen every day thereafter?
What's going to happen the day Trump gets inaugurated?
What is the left going to do?
They're not going to just sit idly by and accept this and say, good fight, we gave it everything we had, but we lost.
They're going to do everything they can to undermine it.
And I think we're going to see levels of violence that we have not seen.
I think we're going to, I think people are going to be shocked at the degree to which the left intends to intimidate people into reversing that result.
I think they're going to do everything they can to see to it that Trump never does get inaugurated.
Whatever, it's going to be unlike anything.
And the point here is that the election, if we win it, is just a small step forward.
It's going to take fortitude.
It's going to take guts, it's going to take steel spines, it's going to take courage to implement the victory, and then to maintain the victory, and then to grow upon the victory.
And I'm telling you, the left is going to be out there attempting in whatever fashion they can, whether it breaks the law or not, to thwart the results of the election should Trump win.
Just like Kerry is admitting here that they are planning how to reverse the vote for Great Britain to leave the European Union.
Now you are not a stranger.
You know full well how the left goes crazy today protesting things, like in Ferguson, in Baltimore.
Take your pick, any event, what something goes wrong on a college campus, and the media is right there.
You add to this the Democrats losing the presidency in November.
And my sense is that there isn't going to be any Peace.
There's going to be anger.
There is going to be rage.
There are going to be lawsuits.
Everything about the victory is going to be attacked.
The Democrats will throw lawyers and who knows whatever else at that outcome, demanding recounts here, recounts, whatever, no matter how close it is, no matter if it's a landslide loss for Hillary Clinton.
They just don't put up with it, and they're certainly not going to be of the mind to put up with it in November.
And it's not just because it's Trump.
Trump will be icing on the cake.
It could be anybody.
If Hillary Clinton loses, if the left, if the Democrats lose, it won't matter so much who wins.
It's just the fact that they've lost, they're not going to tolerate it.
And there won't be any condemnation of it.
Whatever they do, there will not be any condemnation.
The media will tell us we must understand the rage.
The media will tell us that we must dig deep and understand why this is happening.
The media will talk about these people have a legitimate grievance.
After so many victories, after so much social justice accomplishment in the eight years of Obama, the election of Donald Trump could witness the reversal of all of it.
And that is going to send people and make them go bananas.
I mean, even when when Obama, you'll hear it in a second, because it's coming up in the audio sound bites.
When Obama starts going to this rant on Trump and Popular, who doesn't mention Trump's name.
He starts listing all the Trump failures.
And they're asinine.
They're absurd.
They're exactly wrong.
Obama accuses Trump of doing things that Obama's never.
Obama's never created a job.
Obama's never met a payroll.
Obama's they accuse Trump of doing things to hurt people, harm people, grind them into the dust.
Then Obama said Trump has never ever done anything for social justice.
And I said, well, another reason to vote for him.
What the hell is social justice?
What the hell does that mean?
Social justice isn't another euphemism for socialism.
Another name for big time liberalism, social justice.
Social justice is anti-democratic solutions to grievances that a bunch of malcontents whine about constantly.
Social justice is automatically granting minorities majority status.
That's all it is.
Granting them things they can't possibly win in a Democratic vote.
That's what social justice is.
And it's going to be true of any Republican.
Social justice can only happen if you ignore the Constitution, the way these people implement it.
That's why they call it social justice.
Who can disagree with that?
Who can possibly be against social justice?
Well, if you know what it actually is, you would never be for it.
But that's the trick.
The way they use the language.
I mean, you could Democrats come up with a bill suggesting that rape would be legal, call it the Civil Rights Act of 2017, it would have to pass.
Who would be allowed to vote against Civil Rights Act 2017, no matter what it says.
This is just how they do it.
Now they got this story here of the politico.
And I don't believe this either.
Democrats groan after Bill Clinton meets Loretta Lynch.
The private meeting rekindles concerns about a possible conflict of interest while his wife is under federal investigation.
Loretta Lynch said that she and Clinton talked only of grandchildren and golf and their respective travels.
What an absolute does anybody believe this?
Of course we don't, but now we're told that the Democrats are struggling.
There's a struggle here about the possible conflict of now, they're not struggling with anything.
The only thing they're worried about here is that people found out about this.
And by the way, Loretta Lynch says all they talked about was their grandchildren.
Well, how would that manifest itself?
Well, here's an idea.
Ms. Lynch, you say that you and the president only talked about your grandchildren.
What'd the president say to you?
He asked me explicitly not to indict Chelsea's baby's Grandmother.
That's how we talked about our grandchildren.
In fact, I'll tell you something else that's going to happen.
Even before the election in November.
I don't care what the polling data is.
I don't care if the race is supposedly close or not.
The drive-by's, you're going to see it starting maybe a month before.
You're going to see stories about all the planned riots if Trump wins.
Now it'll be disguised.
It'll be investigative reporters like Brian Ross, who will have amazingly uncovered secret plans by this group or that group to participate in civil disobedience and unrest.
The Democrats are playing, and it'll all be designed to intimidate people into not voting against Hillary, because otherwise they're going to tell us how much rioting there's going to be, how much burning there's going to be.
You wait.
They've done this before.
It's happened before.
Warnings of serious chaos if things don't go according to plan.
You mark my words.
Make make a note of it right here on June 30th, 2016.
Starting a month before the election, you're going to see stories about this.
Let me grab a call here.
We try to get calls in the first hour every day.
John in Hilliard, Ohio.
Your next and first.
Great to have you, sir.
Hi.
Good afternoon, Rush.
It's an honor to talk to you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I have a an alternative theory on the uh meeting between Bill Clinton and uh Loretta Lynch.
My thought is that it may have been, I mean, I your your your theory is, I think is credible, but uh it could have also been what I would call a courtesy call.
And the courtesy call could have been for one of two things.
One, it could have been, hey, Mr. President, Hillary needs to come in and talk to us, because as I have from what I've read in the news, she's been avoiding going in for any kind of an interview.
The second alternative may have actually been to say, Mr. President, we hate to inform you of this, but your wife is going to be indicted.
Okay.
Now I understand uh how a theory like that would originate.
You're a man of honor.
You're a man of great decency, obviously a constitutionalist and law-abiding.
And you also are a uh a man of sensibilities and propriety, and you would think that would be a fair and very proper thing for two colleagues who know each other with mutual respect, that if that indictment that you suggest is about to happen, that she would, as a courtesy, give him as the husband a heads up.
And also indicates that that uh how do I say this?
Um I don't want to make it personal here, but I'm just your theory, which is much preferable.
I mean, I would applaud something like that.
I th I think it is naive.
And illustrates a gross misunderstanding of how the Democrat Party functions.
If what you say is true, if Loretta Lynch found out Clinton's gonna be in, you know what?
Perfect time for the courtesy goal.
Perfect time for me to tell him that the jig is up on his wife, and we're gonna hand down the indictment.
He gets on the plane and she tells him, hi, Mr. President, I know you appointed me to the federal bench.
I know I wouldn't be the attorney general if it weren't for you.
But I have to tell you, we've got the goods.
Your wife subjected this country to national security threats and violations.
Our enemies have everything that was on her server.
I've got no choice.
She's going to be indicted.
We don't know when, but I think you deserve a heads up.
So what does Bill Clinton do?
Hey, hey, hey, Loretta, I'm glad you made me D2 for my departure to appreciate that heads up.
I know you're doing a great job, and and uh this this is proof of how great a job you're doing.
Or would it be Loretta, you really want to, you really want to think about this.
You better remember Bob Torcelli, remember Andrew Cuomo.
There's a whole bunch of examples I could give you, Loretta.
People you used to know, people that used to be alive and breathing and big in politics.
You can't find them now, Loretta.
And Loretta, don't make light of the fact I appointed you AG or the Eastern District.
If I hadn't done that, you'd be nothing different than the guy serving Ted Kennedy and me, my coffee back in South Carolina, 2008.
Don't you?
