Greetings, my good friends, and welcome back, Rush Limbaugh, meeting and surpassing all audience expectations every day.
It's great to have you here.
As always, the telephone number, if you want to be on the program's 800-282-2882 and the email address, LRushbo at EIBNet.com.
We'll get that.
There's a new ISIS video.
And the new ISIS video is claiming to blow up the White House.
I'm surprised.
I mean, of all the world leaders in the world out there, the least combative has been Barack Hussein Obama.
And I say this not to be provocative, nor am I trying to tweak anybody.
But the most tolerant, the most tolerant sounding is Obama.
And what they do, they release a video claiming they're going to go after where Obama lives.
Obama's been ridiculing people who want to go after them.
Hey, you know what?
I've got them contained.
They're not marching anywhere.
Well, maybe that's what's got them ticked off.
Maybe they're ticked off, and Obama's claiming that they are pinned in, that his strategy is working so well that all they can do is bomb people in France.
I don't know.
And then, ladies and gentlemen, just cleared the wire, and I just grabbed it.
No, I didn't.
There is another aspect to this refugee circumstance that is not getting enough discussion.
And it essentially is, forget the refugees for a minute.
What about people already in the United States, already in France, already in Germany, who are either secretly, privately affiliated with ISIS or secretly or privately sympathetic and supportive of ISIS?
In other words, when the ISIS attack on Friday night happened, there were already a bunch of people, militant Islamists and jihadists in France.
In fact, so many, they have taken over a certain part, certain area of France, of Paris.
And I've been reading stories about this area of Paris for years.
The cops don't even go there and police it anymore.
And it's where we had a story last week, or Monday or Tuesday this week, there was some incident.
Seven people were killed, and we thought that one of the masterminds of the Friday night attacks was actually targeted and hit in this area.
But the point is, we've already got potentially cells of jihadists that already live here and already live in Paris and other parts of France, other parts of Germany, Belgium, obviously.
So it's not simply a challenge here of identifying refugees.
Oh, and the Daily Mail.
I keep the brain synapses still keep firing here while I'm in the middle of various monologues.
Daily Mail picks up on a point that I made yesterday.
They found a bunch of Syrian women upset that their husbands have left.
You know, yesterday I asked the question.
We know that 73% of the refugees are male, and they are able-bodied military-aged men.
Those that are refugees, 73%.
So, well, where are their wives and kids?
Why aren't they staying home and waging war and trying to defend and protect their families?
Why are they fleeing?
Are they cowards?
Why are they leaving?
This is a question nobody in the drive-bys is asking.
And the reason they're not asking is because the assumption is they're poor and they're war-torn and they're starving and they're bedraggled and they're simply seeking safety in Salisbury.
They're clean and pure as the wind-driven snow.
They're excellent.
They're great people.
They are exactly the kind of people liberals claim everybody ought to be.
Totally dependent, incapable of taking care of themselves, victims of something or other somewhere.
That's why the left wants to embrace them all, because they're just living definitions of how to increase power.
But the question is, wait a minute, why are all these young, able-bodied military men fleeing their own homes rather than staying and defending them?
Rather than staying and trying to beat back the bad guys, why are they running away and leaving their wives and their families and their children?
And the Daily Mail finally tracks that down today and actually found some women willing to speak, upset that their husbands are leaving them.
The left will not even consider the fact that it is a refugee army.
They won't even consider the possibility that it's a massive plan to infiltrate countries all over Europe with able-bodied, military-capable jihadists, such as those who acted Friday night in Paris.
You're not even allowed to mention that possibility.
If you do, why you're engaging inhumane conduct and language and you are insulting and so forth.
But it's something that needs to be considered.
But above and beyond that, okay, these 73% that are refugees, they're getting somewhere.
Many of them are staying.
They're staying in Germany.
They're going to Belgium, wherever they're accepted.
They go.
And after a while, they are the equivalent of residents.
Nobody seems to be focusing enough energy or investigation into finding out who they really are and why they are doing what they're doing.
And are they laying in wait for some signal or what have you?
Andy McCarthy just published, he's got an ongoing series, the jihadist fifth column.
And this is what he's talking about.
Islamic jihadists, disguised as average ordinary citizens and refugees, who are already relocated, already in residence in these very places, in various places, including in the United States, and that a focus of interest needs to be increased in finding out who these people are, where they are, what they're doing.
That's what Trump is saying.
Close the mosques.
Trump's poll numbers skyrocket when Trump talks like this.
Everybody in the drive-by media, the establishment's appalled, but it's happening because Trump is touching a nerve.
There is genuine concern, and it's not rooted in bigotry.
It's not rooted in racism or xenophobia or any of that.
It's rooted in safety and security and sovereignty, love of country.
At any rate, ISIS supporters stabbed teacher at Jewish school in France, prosecutors say.
Three people claiming to be Islamic State supporters stabbed a teacher at a Jewish school in Marseille today.
That's down in the Cote d'Azur for the most part.
The famed French Riviera.
You know, France, it isn't going to be long.
France is not going to be what we always thought France was.
Paris may already be there.
Paris may already have achieved the status of it in Paris anymore.
Not in the way everybody's always thought of it.
Three people claiming to be Islamic State supporters stabbed a teacher at a Jewish school in Marseille today, less than a week after the Paris massacre.
They said the teacher was stabbed in the leg and is expected to survive.
Suspects approached the teacher while they rode on scooters, the prosecutor told Reuters.
He said that one suspect wore an Islamic state t-shirt, and another showed a picture on his mobile telephone of Mohammed Mera, an Islamic militant who killed seven people in southern France three years ago.
Okay, these people are not per se Islamic state members or warriors, but they are claiming to be supporters.
And they're driving scooters around Marseille, and they just decide to stab somebody.
Nobody's paying any attention to this possibility.
Everybody's focused on the current state of immigration of these refugees.
But it has to be acknowledged that there already has been, I don't know what you want to call it, infiltration, successful migration, refugee status granted, whatever it is.
In other words, there need to be other areas of focus than just the current refugee status.
Listen to the top headlines on Drudge here.
Sixth Syrian with fake passport captured in Honduras.
Honduras is an entirely new and self-contained story today itself in terms of Syrians having been discovered there.
What are Syrians doing in Honduras?
Well, connect the dots.
Another Syrian detained in Costa Rica.
ISIS threatens New York City in new propaganda video.
ISIS threatens White House in new propaganda video.
Times Square attack is the New York City threat.
Syrian community leader, quote, ISIS is already in the USA.
He's bragging.
Refugees cannot be vetted.
Get real docs from government.
Coming for years, they're already at work.
This is another anti-refugee statement.
Refugees can't be vetted.
Get real documents from their government.
They're coming for years.
They've been coming for years.
They're already at work.
This is my point.
Throngs of illegals crossing Texas border.
Six men from Pakistan, Afghanistan busted entering Arizona.
Al-Qaeda used refugee program to smuggle operatives into Kentucky.
Report, 827 Somalis resettled in the last six weeks in the United States.
Only one is Christian.
Tennessee Republican leader, round up Syrian refugees and remove them from our state.
Virginia mayor suggests internment camps.
Mosque meeting, every one of you are terrorists.
That's a headline for a story.
These are all headlines.
Messaging app used by Islamic State shuts down channels.
Alert for men or men after suspicious activity near Pentagon.
That's just a headline hunt.
Eight Syrians caught at Texas border.
Now, you could look at these all and say, hey, Rush, there's no reason to panic here.
Every one of these events, essentially, the perps have been caught.
Our plans, our procedures are working.
Okay, if you want to look at it that way, fine.
Still can't deny that there's a lot of activity on the part of a lot of people trying to get into a lot of areas of this country.
And meanwhile, over here, the president of the United States says, hey, bring them in.
Absolutely bring them.
Well, that's another thing.
Why would you assume that everybody's tried to get in has been caught?
We know they haven't.
We know that not everybody that's tried to get in here has been caught.
We know that some are here successfully.
I used the term many, many moons ago.
We are being invaded.
This is not illegal immigration that's happening on our southern border.
We're being invaded.
And it looks like a refugee program, especially with Obama wanting to up it from 10,000 to 100,000.
That looks like has aspects of an invasion to it.
Anyway, take a break here.
Come back and continue with much more.
Your phone calls and the stack today just continues to contain items that will make you incredulous, like this.
You know, Hillary Clinton, I mentioned this.
She wants the names and contact data of 10 comedians that told jokes about her at the Laugh Factory in California.
She's actually asking the place to turn over the names and contact data of the comedians because she wants to talk to them.
On the View yesterday on ABC, Whoopi Goldberg said Christians are just as dangerous as Muslims because of Hitler.
You know why?
Well, Hitler was a Christian, she says.
Hitler was not a Christian.
He was an agnostic.
This woman is on television.
She's got a TV show.
And because she's on TV, people think that she has credibility and is right.
She's absolutely dangerously incorrect about pretty much everything she thinks.
Christian refugees from the Middle East are just as dangerous as Muslim ones because Hitler was already a Christian, Whoopi Goldberg said yesterday on The View.
They were talking about the ongoing Syrian refugee crisis in the wake of the Paris attacks.
Joy Behar said that opposing these refugees is not very Christian.
Then she implied that the Christian refugees are super dangerous.
She said Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh was a Christian, just saying, but everybody knows McVeigh was a Christian, except, and she had no evidence because there isn't any McVeigh identified as an agnostic.
McVeigh was not a Christian.
McVeigh was very open and honest about what he did.
Ruby Ridge and the Branch Davidian Waco invasion ticked him off.
He was upset.
He had extreme hatred for the federal government that he thought was out of control.
His religion had nothing to do with it.
He was an agnostic.
But there they are on the view.
Oh, yeah, Timothy McVeigh, Christian.
They're just as dangerous as the Muslims.
That's why we live in a dangerous time.
There is so much misinformation and people who think they are brilliant, who are as ignorant as bumps on a log.
And then Whoopee Goldberg, after Behar commented on Timothy McVeigh being Christian, Whoopi Goldberg, there have been a lot of monster Christians.
Hitler was a Christian, but she also didn't provide any evidence because there isn't any.
The Minister of Propaganda for Nazi Germany noted in 1941: Hitler, this is a quote from the Minister of Propaganda: quote: Hitler hates Christianity because it has crippled all that is noble in humanity.
And yet, I don't have these poor women that watch this show who think they're getting the gospel.
Anyway, the stack is full of stuff like this today.
And people who think like Whoopi Goldberg and Behar are the ones who are trying to proclaim moral superiority over everybody in this refugee debate that we are having.
Okay, back to the phones we go.
Wait till you hear what Margaret Carlson, you know who Margaret Carlson is, former Time magazine.
Wait till you hear what she thinks.
You think Whoopi Goldberg is off of the reservation.
I mean, literally, folks, that, I don't know, that's irresponsible.
Nobody ever talks about anything happening to those people.
They never get corrected.
Nobody ever stops.
Wait a minute, Ms. Goldberg, you are so dangerously wrong.
Do you not worry about it?
Hitler was not a Christian.
Timothy McVeigh was not a Christian.
You're telling us more about yourselves and your own bigotry than you are informing anybody.
Yeah, hand me those.
Hand me those.
Right on.
Bring them on over here.
Apple Pencil iPad Pro.
Yes.
Because I am a powerful, influential member of the media.
That's why.
Anyway, who's Adam in Hollywood, Florida?
Adam, great to have you on the EIB network.
Hello.
Hey, Raj.
Hey, how are you, Adam?
Great to speak with you.
Great.
Great honor to speak with you.
Thank you so much for taking my call.
I really appreciate it.
You bet.
I'm curious how to respond to friends and acquaintances I have on social media who immediately equate any form of being careful with the influx of Syrian refugees to racism and xenophobia.
There's not even an intelligent conversation.
I know, you've got to get out of the sewer there, Adam.
You're just in a sewer.
You know, the old argument: you never get into an argument with a fool because after a while, people can't tell who's who.
They'll drag you down and beat you with experience, huh?
Not drag you down.
It's just you're never going to change their mind about anything.
The thing that I would do if I encountered something like this, always make them cite.
So you've got your liberal friend saying anybody trying to stop the refugees is xenophobic or racist.
First off, having name names and then ask them to explain the virtues of the refugees.
Make them demonstrate what they actually don't know.
Make them and then demonstrate that all they're doing is emoting.
And then shame them.
Shame them for being so uninformed, for being so malleable, so subject to propaganda, and blame them for posing a great threat.
Their attitudes are putting this country at great risk.
Just don't ever go on defense with them, Adam.
Just always stay on offense.
Do not grant them any moral superiority.
You make them prove it, demo it.
Hang on, not through here.
Just a second.
I want to go back to Adam in Hollywood.
He's still there.
Adam, you're still there, right?
Yes, I am.
How do you normally deal with it?
You've got these.
You're dealing generally, I mean, genuinely here with.
Look, I want to be honest, charitable at the same time.
You're dealing with genuinely ignorant people here.
You're dealing with provocateurs.
You're dealing with people that are arrogant and condescending and think that they are morally superior when they can't, Adam, they can't hold a candle to you.
Whatever you do, do not get defensive.
Do not ever allow them to occupy a position where you feel like you have to prove what you believe or your decency or your goodness.
That's all they're trying to do is position you as morally inferior to them.
And however you choose to deal with them, stay above them.
Demand names, demand evidence if you want to engage them.
I would unlike them if I were you.
But if you want to have fun with it, how do you deal with it yourself?
Well, what I usually do is, I mean, I like to cite news articles, but I don't like to pull the conservative publications because, you know, that's the answer right there, that you already have a slant.
So I try to pull, you know, our side from ABC News, you know, different liberal, different liberal news sources.
And the immediate response is not even when you post like a liberal news site, the immediate response is insults and name-calling, not even an intelligent response to the cited situation.
Well, of course.
That's all they've got.
They're not there to debate ideas with you, Adam.
They don't think they should have to.
You are inferior.
There's superiority in their own mind.
And actually, they don't feel superior.
These are actually a bunch of sick reprobates.
But the fact is that they're trying to feel superior to you.
And as such, they never have to approve anything.
They never have to explain anything.
They never have to justify anything.
You're the one who does.
That's why it's now if you want to take this on as an object lesson in persuasion and try various techniques, then that would be cool.
Just to see if you can pull it off.
But, you know, don't get dragged down the mud with these people.
These are pigs, and pigs like the mud.
Great.
Awesome.
Thank you for the advice.
I really appreciate that.
I'm not through here.
I mean, if you want to get specific, like, what are they, give me an example of, like, they call you or anybody else a xenophobia or racist if they oppose the Syrian record.
I'll give you a great example.
I'm Jewish.
Half my family was murdered in the gas chambers.
So the first thing they want to throw at me is the SS St. Louis.
Where is the connection?
They actually throw the SS St. Louis.
That proves to me these people are doing nothing but regurgitating a bunch of garbage that they're reading.
I'll guarantee you, 90% of them don't even know what the SS St. Louis is.
But here's what you tell them.
It's very simple.
Jewish people are an ethnicity.
Syrian people are a nationality.
We're talking about people from a nation versus the Jewish people.
We're not attempting to populate countries for the purposes of conducting jihad like Islamists, militant Islamic jihadists are.
That is actually a profound insult for these people to try to compare.
And the SS St. Louis was a ship, Jewish people from Germany trying to leave, and they were not accepted, not allowed to land in Florida.
They were not allowed to dock in Florida.
I saw a movie about this when I was too young to know what it was.
And it was 10 or 12 years old, one of the most boring movies I've ever seen because I didn't understand it.
But that movie did not try to make the claim that the people interpreting it today are.
They're trying to draw moral equivalence to the United States then, to the United States now.
And the best thing to tell them is a generic thing.
You need to tell these clowns the United States of America is not the problem.
United States of America is the solution.
It's people like those that you're talking to are the problem.
They pose a grave danger and threat to the future existence of the country.
And that's, if I were you, what I would tell them, and then unfriend them or dislike them or whatever you do.
Great.
I'm not kidding.
I'm not kidding, Adam, because you're not ever going to, none of these people, not a one of them is ever going to say to you, you know what?
You're right.
Thank you.
They exist for one reason only, and that's to dispirit, depress you, make you mad.
They're sick.
They're not psychologically all there.
Twitter has become a home.
Certain sewers of Twitter have become homes for people like this.
Oh, no, this is Facebook.
I don't deal with Twitter at all.
Well, six of one half does the other.
You're right.
They just get more characters at Facebook to write their dribble.
And it's a lot easier to post a meme with a bunch of words illustrating a point than it is on Twitter.
There you go.
Okay, true.
Well, the point is to have fun with it.
But whatever you do, do not ever, even I'm talking about within yourself.
Do not ever assume a defensive posture or an inferior posture with these people.
Especially when and if you interact with them.
Now, I mentioned to the staff here before the break at the bottom of the hour, you know, just had Whoopi Goldberg and her genius and Joy Behar and her genius.
And just to repeat, they're on the view yesterday, and they're saying, we, you know, these Muslims and these Islamists, well, the Christians are worse.
And by the way, it's been a common refrain of Whoopi Goldberg's.
The Christians are just as bad.
Christians do just as much.
There's just as much terrorism.
And then she cited Hitler yesterday.
Hitler, look at Hitler.
Hitler was a Christian.
Not possible.
Hitler aligned with the Islamists for crying out loud, Hitler and militant Islam were allies in World War II.
Hitler could not have been a Christian and do what he did.
It's absolutely absurd.
And he wasn't anyway.
He hated Christianity.
And it's documented on record of the minister propaganda before that.
Well, he was a vegetarian, even better.
Even more so, the guy's an oddball.
Now, the second thing is, Joy Behar talked about Timothy McVeigh was a Christian, and he was an agnostic.
He hated big government.
Now, Margaret Carlson, who I've known over the course of my life, I haven't seen her in many, many moons, but I knew her back in the early 90s.
And she's always been a very nice woman.
She's just a traditional Washington establishment journalist, therefore liberal.
She is now at Bloomberg View.
She does columns at Bloomberg View, which I guess is one of the many Bloomberg websites.
And she recently stated, quote, those people who snuck in, meaning not just illegal immigrants, but these refugees, those people who have snuck in, maybe they become Americanized.
Maybe the anger goes away.
Maybe what they snuck in to do, they're not going to do because we do have an acceptance of these people.
She was on Morning Joe yesterday saying this.
She said of assimilating immigrants, we do know how to do it.
Europe doesn't know how to do it.
France especially doesn't know how to do it.
England not very good at it.
And so we have less of a problem.
You know, those people who've snuck in, I don't know if they've snuck in, but maybe they've become Americanized.
Maybe the anger goes away.
Maybe what they snuck in to do, they're not going to do because we do have an acceptance of these people.
And then Keith Ellison said they're more patriotic because they're here and they work harder.
This is, folks, this is how liberals get people killed.
And that's why I spent some time yesterday talking about how now things are actually getting dangerous for everybody with Obama and this kind of thinking.
Yeah, well, you know, we let them in and then become Americanized and then the anger goes away.
In other words, we let them in and we show them how great we are and how nice we are, how tolerant we are.
And it changes their opinion and then they actually become Americanized and they don't want to do us any harm.
19.
Islamic hijackers led to 9-11.
How many years were they here being Americanized?
Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, all of the testimony we've gotten from the prisoners at Guantanamo Bay, Charlie Hebdo in Paris, and now this in Paris.
They have been in France colonizing areas of Paris almost exclusively their own for years.
But you see, here is this belief, and it's all these good intentions.
If we just show them that we don't mean them any harm, why they'll leave us alone.
If we just show them, if we apologize for our transgressions in the past, if we apologize for electing George Bush, if we apologize for invading Iraq, if we just apologize, then they'll understand and they'll leave us.
And these liberals actually believe this.
It's just, it's frightening.
The head spins.
I mean, this is how all this so-called tolerance plays out and ends up getting people killed.
And it's all about internal feeling good.
I'm a good person because I am expressing tolerance.
I'm realizing that maybe our inherent goodness, these refugees will come here and they'll become Americanized and they'll see our inherent goodness and see that we're really, really good people.
But see, the problem is when it all falls apart and they don't become Americanized and they don't see the decency and the goodness in us.
Why is that?
Conservative Republicans.
You see, when conservative Republicans talk, it counteracts all the good things the liberals have done trying to Americanize these people.
So during a Republican presidential campaign, when Ted Cruz is saying what he's saying and Trump is saying what he's saying, why, oh my God, we're doing so good at Americanizing these people and these Republicans start talking and it just destroys every bit of good that we've done.
And that's the cycle.
And that's how Republicans remain the enemy.
That's how Republicans remain the big problem.
Republican racism, xenophobia, you name it, the whole litany of things.
The liberals are doing such a good job, you see, at assimilating these people and Americanizing them.
What are the liberals doing but putting them on the welfare rolls?
What the hell else are they doing?
They're turning them into totally dependent people on government.
I guess in their world, that is being Americanized.
What am I saying?
An excellent role model for the youths of America.
Rush Limbaugh, noted author of Successful Children's Books, radio racing tour general all-round good guy at 800-282-2882.
Here is Mike in Hazelton, Pennsylvania.
I'm glad you waited, sir.
You're up next.
Yes, Rush.
Yes.
I listen to your program just about every day, and I agree with a lot of what you say.
Thank you, sir, very much.
Mike, my comments are basically on the career politicians in Washington.
They only care for themselves, regardless of whatever party they're in.
And that explains Mr. Trump, because he is pro-USA.
He doesn't care about the parties.
He is pro-USA.
I no longer trust anything that comes out of Washington.
I don't believe it.
And by the way, how did Bernie, who is a socialist, become a millionaire?
I didn't know that he was.
All senators are millionaires.
That was in the USA Today newspaper.
Yeah, Bernie Sanders is a millionaire?
I didn't know that.
I was under the impression that Bernie was still a pauper compared to other senators.
I'll find that out.
I'll double-check that.
But I know a lot of people have just grown wary of everything coming out of Washington because it just people there do not seem at all understanding of what life is like for most Americans.
So I understand out for themselves.
It's really, Mike, the manifestation of what you're saying is I know what you mean by out for themselves.
It's just that their loyalty is to their donors today.
They view the financial support more important day to day than they do support from people on ideas, except at election time, because election time, that's when they change focus, vast majority.
And that's one of the reasons for the disconnect.
Here's Julianne.
Julianne, Chattanooga, Tennessee, you're next.
I'm glad you waited.
Hey, Rush, I'm so excited.
I had to put fresh lip gloss on.
Well, it's great.
Great to have you here.
Thank you.
Well, I'm excited to be here.
I'm kind of fed up with Donald Trump, to tell you the truth.
I thought it was fun when he first got in, but now I'm so over.
He's bloviating.
He down-talked the other Republicans.
And what if he doesn't get in?
So now there's going to be all that ammunition out there that other people can use against the candidate if he's not the candidate.
And then, you know, he gets on.
No, no, no, no, no, no.
Wait, wait, wait just a second.
And that last point, that kind of thing happens in every primary campaign, whether Trump's in it or not.
And what usually the party always unites around the nominee, although that hasn't happened a lot lately on the Republican side, long before Trump got in.
He scares me because he's got guys like the caller just before me that think he walks on water.
And that he, so if he doesn't get the nomination, now wait, just a minute.
Clearly, Mike said he likes Trump, but he gave a specific reason.
He doesn't think Trump is in any way tied to Washington, which he distrusts.
It's not that Trump's infallible.
I didn't hear him say that.
Okay.
Well, I took it because the other supporters that I...
What is your real problem with Trump?
Let's cut to the chase here.
What is your real Trump?
Stop.
That's not the bloviating.
What is your real problem with him?
Well, I don't trust him.
I think that here he goes after other people for the same deficiencies that he has.
So he's gone after Carson that he, well, that he thinks he's pathological, which he didn't.
Look, I'm not trying to defend Trump here, but there's some things I just, this is what happens in campaigns.
Do you remember what they said about Mitt Romney, the Democrats in 2012?
Yes, I do remember.
But the other thing is, is that he's going after Carson because he says he's really weak in foreign policy.
Well, so was he.
They kept trying to do a test for him that would show which leaders in the world he didn't know, which terrorists out there, the names of them, and all this kind of stuff.
And he said, well, you wait.
You wait till I'm president because then I'll have the best people on all the other seats.
No, what he said was it's important they know who I am.
Who do you support?
Who do you support?
Who do you like out there, Julie?
I'm a Ted Cruz girl.
I think Ted, I love Ben Carson, but I think Ted has.
Okay, what it boils down to, I know what she's saying.
Pardon me for putting words in your mouth.
Trump's just not conservative.
If she's all in for Cruz, that's really what it is.
And the other things are just characteristics that she doesn't like, which I understand.
Bernie Sanders' net worth between $500,000 and $700,000.
