Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 podcast.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, okay, ready to go here.
A lot to do, folks.
A lot to keep organized.
Great to have you with us.
As always, Rush Limbaugh, the EIB network, and the distinguished and prestigious Limbaugh Institute for Advanced Conservative Studies telephone number if you want to be on the program 800-282-2882 and the email address, Lrushbo at EIBNet.com.
More Planned Parenthood videos.
More Planned Parenthood news.
Some of it unbelievably outrageous.
Some of it, all of it sickening.
All of it just senselessly sickening.
And by the way, I'm I am one of the people, I'm one of the people being pilloried, by the way, in elements of the drive-by media for daring to compare Planned Parenthood to Cecil the Lion.
People on the left who are overly concerned with Cecil the Lion say they are offended that they are being accused of caring more about animals than they are about uh clumps of cells.
And they think the analogy is inappropriate and pathetic, which tells me that we're on the right track with the analogy, but they are different kinds of stories.
By the way, you know what?
The Daily Beast today, which what what they have they ran a story yesterday I just savaged, and I don't know what was it about.
It was um well, somebody refresh my memory, it'll come to me.
Was it something to do with Trump?
Daily B it'll it'll come to me.
Anyway, they're back.
Remember what I said yesterday about what's gonna happen in the jungle now because of the death of Cecil.
They got a whole seven-page story on exactly what I predicted is gonna happen in that pride of lions, and about how Cecil's kids are at great risk now from other male lions are gonna try to wipe him out.
The only thing Jericho well, but turns out that Jericho's not a competitor.
Jericho is uh is one of Cecil's sidekicks.
Jericho's one of Cecil's buddies.
They had formed an accord, kind of like the IRA and the Russians.
They had formed an they never did, I'm just kidding.
I like the word play.
Um, they Jericho apparently is gonna be one of the male lions now trying to protect.
Uh is it Cecil or Cecil?
How do they preccel.
Yeah, if he was a British lion, they'd be calling it Cecil.
Uh or if he was a Hollywood lion, they'd be calling him Cecil, but it's Cecil.
Mia Farrell lost it.
She gave the dentist phone number out on Twitter.
And so now this dentist is running for the tall grass.
He's high as running from the hills.
People want to kill this guy.
People want to kill the dentist.
And you know what not is being reported.
The number of lions that are hunted and killed every year stun you.
People think this is the only time this has happened.
People think lions, people, certain generation uh thinks that all animals are protected.
You can't kill any of them.
And so there, no, you can read, you can see various things, and a lot of people, millennials and younger, think that this is the only lion that was ever killed.
I mean, in modern times, and that of course makes it even worse as far as they are concerned.
We uh cannot escape Donald Trump.
Donald Trump remains in the news even though he is in Scotland.
He's at his golf course in Turnbury because the uh the British Women's Open is being played there.
So here's Trump going to be surrounded by a bunch of professional women at his golf course, where the British female women's open is being played, and of course the photos there are going to provide anti-evidence of any so-called Trump war on women, Trump's a rapist.
These women are gonna all be surrounding Trump and loving Trump and respecting Trump and he's gonna trump them again.
Uh Trump is also said he doesn't expect Hillary to survive that he thinks his opponent is gonna be Biden.
He thinks that Biden's gonna rise Here at some point.
Mitt Romney, can you ever recall a presidential candidate, either party?
And I'm serious about the question.
I tried to think of the answer today, and I couldn't come up with one.
Mitt Romney has savaged Ted Cruz for the language he's using, ripping the Iran deal, and other things.
And I was trying to think today if if if there is either party, presidential candidate who lost recently, two, three years, savaging potential presidential candidates in his own party prior to the next election.
And I was thinking, now Rockefeller savaged all kinds of Republicans, but he never became a nominee, did he?
He never became the candidate, never.
I can't, I can't think.
Uh Reagan, you know, after 76, he was savaging, but he didn't get the nomination in 76.
I can't think of a Republican presidential candidate.
Somebody won the nomination or was the candidate who lost, who then begins savaging members of the next crop of candidates for the next election.
But Romney is.
And it just means that within the establishment, they circle the wagons.
Ronald Kessler is out with a new book that reads like an old book.
That Clinton's still cheating again on Hillary, this time with some blonde buxom, whatever.
Buxham blonde, uh Clinton cheated.
This is not news.
But Kessler supposedly has inside information.
Also, uh Chelsea apparently learns well.
One of the things that we remember from the 90s, and by the way, this story, this new book of Kessler's about Bill cheating.
Keep in mind now that the millennials, and I'm I'm it's not a put down, it's just an observation.
The millennials don't know this side of the Clintons unless their parents have tried to tell them.
They have not learned this in school.
They've not learned about Clinton and his behavior with women.
And they don't know that Hillary enabled Bill Clinton by running the Bimbo eruptions unit.
So if this story gets legs, it's going to be news.
To you and me reading Kessler's book, it's been there done that.
It's just more the same with different women this time around.
I mean, we don't even think Clinton ever stopped cheating.
And we know that Hillary's the most cheated on woman in the world.
So I, and that's that's why there's a lot of sympathy for her in the uh in the in the Democrat Party.
It's unsaid, it's unspoken, but it's it's uh it's human nature.
So they that's at the Chelsea is been discovered as calling Secret Service agents pigs.
Uh just as Hillary did.
Hillary, and it's this in the Kessler book, it's not new either.
I mean, Hillary, the stories when they were in the White House of the disrespect and the condescension they had for the Secret Service and for the uniformed Marine Guards in the White House, and it was uh it was popularly reported that Hillary referred to her Secret Service team as pigs,
which I mean, they're law enforcement, and if you're from the 60s, the cops were pigs, and Hillary is a hippie chick from the 60s at heart, so pigs would be in her vernacular when talking about law enforcement and authority figures, and apparently Chelsea's picked up on it too because she's quoted as being on a phone with one of her girlfriends and having to hang up because the pigs are coming.
Yeah, just it's I know it just it just keeps ready.
And then Brady, folks.
Poor Tom Brady, in addition to what else he's having to do with, now it's been revealed that his 15 on a scale of 10 wife, Giselle Buncheon, sneaked over to Paris for plastic surgery to deal with sagging uh bazooms and eyes.
Which is okay.
I mean, women do this, it's not a big deal, but the problem is the Daily Mail has the expose and the New York Post page six.
The problem is that Giselle went over this July 15th, went over there with her sister, uh, And they disguised themselves as Muslim women, head to toe, Muslim dress, burqa and everything, getting out of the Mercedes, some S-class Mercedes, probably an S-550, and going into the plastic surgery clinic in Paris.
They know it was Giselle because she uses the same chauffeur from the Hotel Bristol.
And the chauffeurs recognize they made a mistake.
Giselle and her sister made a mistake.
Muslim women are not allowed to wear sandals or open-toed shoes.
And Giselle and her sister are.
And honestly, there are close-up pictures of the feat to prove that these are not really Muslim women.
And this all happened like a day or two before Brady found out that he's going to have his suspension upheld.
So it's just when it rains, it pours as the cliche goes.
It just keeps going.
And then the media, the victory all for Tom Brady.
William Roden, African American columnist in the New York Times.
I read his piece today last night.
I got a sneak advanced copy of it.
Man!
I mean, you would have you, you you Tom Brady may as well be the biggest reprobate that's ever been in this league.
It's incredible.
You talk about, and I'm, you know, I've got to thinking about what an aspect of American culture that just is Americana.
And that is we find people that we love and adore and envy and resent and respect and all this because they're so good, they're so beautiful, they're so special, and we elevate them and we elevate them and we elevate them, and then we take them down.
We lift them up, we put them on a pedestal so high you need a pair of binoculars to see them up there.
And then the first chance we get, we will chop that beanstalk down, and these top drawer celebrities will come tumbling down to earth and join the rest of us nobodies in disgrace and embarrassment.
It's just, it's distinctly, and that's not new.
You can trace this all the way back almost back to uh uh the beginnings of the country.
What?
Oh, yes, I yes, us no, but yes, I am.
I'm I'm just I'm I'm old hat, old news.
Yes, I am.
The point is that it isn't it interesting that this is this happens.
It doesn't matter generationally, it doesn't matter what century.
This is it's something distinctly American.
We build these people up, we build them up.
Tiger Woods, we build them, you Hollywood actresses, politicians in some case, you name it.
We build them up, we build them up, and then we delight.
We delight, well, not all of us, but people revel in the fall.
And I'm telling you, these sports people writing about Brady, they're loving it.
It's like they've been waiting to do it.
And some of it is really savage.
And it tells me that that it has been uh held in abeyance that a lot of people have been waiting for the chance to do this.
They've had their stories written, minus the details of the specifics of the incident, but they have been waiting to write the story that Brady is fallen.
Um a lot of people think that there's lingering anger because of spygate, that they weren't properly punished back then, and that the Patriots are cheaters, and this is karma, that it's all coming due.
And there's so many lessons here.
Uh that the the NFL puts out this story that Brady destroyed his phone to destroy evidence on the day before the league and Brady were gonna get together for the appeals hearing.
And that story circles the globe, and within seconds of the NFL releasing that, Tom Brady is known worldwide, not as a guy who cheated by deflating footballs, but as a guy who destroyed evidence.
And it took the Brady camp some hours to what the what the and they responded with their version of it, which nobody even cares about.
But of course, they deny it.
It's not why we did this.
But the savage reporters don't care about the Brady side of the story.
The fall, the plummet, is just too juicy to uh to interrupt here.
Uh see, what else is that, folks?
We've got um Brady's even been compared in the New York Times to Richard Nixon and the 18 minute gap on the Watergate tape.
Rosemary Woods.
You can't get you can't get much lower than that in terms of the drive-by media opinion of you.
So we have that.
We have to close the loop.
Well, not close, but continue the uh latest developments in Cecil the Lion and uh Planned Parenthood.
And try this headline.
There's a new study off CBS Eible News Atlanta.
Bullies.
Bullies have higher self-esteem and lower depression rates than other people.
Bullies are happier.
Bulliers are bullies are more self-confident.
Is that go the exact opposite of what we've been told that bullies are really a bunch of insecure reprobates?
Remember Chuck Afata, not to be confused with Chuck A Khan.
Chaka Fatah was a is, was uh member of Congress in Philadelphia.
It's constantly on TV during the Clinton era, defending the uh Monica Lewinsky stuff.
Always like the Chaka Fata.
Uh charged in a 29-count indictment, Rico.
Uh just I mean, this guy looks as guilty as they think Brady is.
Healthcare, Obamacare, swimming, failing, drowning in its red ink.
John Kerry said we not allowed to see the contents of the side deals in the Iran nuclear deal.
And I've got to take a quick break here because of time.
But folks, as you can see, when the table is full, it's just going to matter when we do what today on the EIB network.
Sit tight, don't miss a word of it.
Giselle Buncheon is being accused of misappropriating the Burka and misusing the Burke.
Now look.
Giselle Buncheon Brady is Miss Perfect, Mrs. Perfect.
He's Mr. Perfect.
They're Mr. and Mrs. Perfect.
They're kids are children perfect.
They're just ripe to be taken down.
I mean, we don't allow perfect for long.
I mean, culturally, it's just, and it's nothing personal.
It just happens.
And when it does, it's breathtaking to behold.
Now, folks, a short period of time, I'm going to get something out of the way here before we get back into the series stuff.
There's a piece in the New York Post today ripping summer TV shows.
And they rip uh uh what is it?
Uh the big one they rip is true detective on HBO.
Look.
When this starts happening, I get worried because there are TV shows out there that I love, and I don't want these critics getting them killed.
So I'm gonna stand up for some TV shows that air in the summertime here that I really love to try to counter these uh published TV critics that go to I love major crimes.
You ever seen major crimes?
It's a it's the uh spin-off of uh the closer.
I love that.
It is one of the funniest, greatest crime mystery shows out there.
It's it's not deep, it's just great.
Uh Ray Donovan, if you think your family is hopeless and beyond help, you need to watch this show.
And you will be renewed in how solid your family really is.
You'll be grateful for your family if you watch Ray Donovan.
It's sick, it's perverted.
It is just it's rank, but you can't stop watching it.
Uh Murder in the First, which is on Monday nights after major crimes.
Uh Great, great, great.
Well, to me, it's great.
I don't want to go overboard and saying great, great, great, but these are shows that I just uh Graceland on USA on Thursday night.
You watch this, it's about an FBI agent, two FBI agents, DEA, Customs.
They all live in one house on the beach in LA, and they do their cases out of this house.
And it's uh it's just it's fascinating.
It's it's it's good.
Suits.
I love suits on Wednesday nights on USA.
And I hope nothing happens to these shows because the TV critics are starting to go bonkers here on what a rotten summer it is just because they don't like this season's true detective.
Anyway, be back in a second.
Look, I started thinking I left out a couple TV shows, and I I don't want to the last ship.
Uh one of uh one of all of our good friends, Adam Baldwin stars in that show, along with Eric Dane.
Uh, and it's on Sunday nights at 9 o'clock.
Same time true detective is on, same time as Ray Donovan's on a TVO it.
Uh or however you watch these days.
And then there's a new show called Complications.
I mean, there's so many good shows out there, and I just, you know, I'm getting selfish here.
Because when these TV critics start going nuts on how they're bored by whatever's on TV this summer, you know, it runs a risk that producers of these shows read these uh critics.
Oh my God, our show's not doing well.
And I'm just trying to stand up for my shows here.
So it's Ray Donovan, Murder in the First, Major Crimes, which I just love that show.
G.W. Bailey.
I mean, everybody in the show.
Uh Graceland, the last ship, complications.
Suits.
I just hope nothing happens to him, unless they just end of their own free will after their run.
Also, I just received a note here, folks, this from the official climatologist here at the EIB network, Dr. Roy Spencer at the uh University of Alabama at Huntsville.
By the way, there is global warming climate change uh news today, but it it it's off the beaten path.
And it is about potentially devastating sunstorms that could wreak havoc, unlike anything you have experienced before, and we would only maybe have 12 hours warning.
Details are coming up.
CNN is orgasming.
They think that that missing Malaysian Airlines jet has been found.
And if it is, the missing Malaysian Airlines jet.
It's over a year now, 2014, a year and a half almost.
I mean, they have the debris they have found is just way out of the flight path.
So, and remember they lost contact with this plane at some point.
It's 2300 miles from the prime search area.
Twenty, three hundred miles.
That's almost the length of coast to coast United States.
So you've got a combination of ocean currents and how far the plane flew, but C and N. Oh, this is it's making their day.
Anyway, the note that I got from our official climatologist from a uh a little book from 1909 titled On Safari with Theodore Roosevelt.
Theodore Roosevelt, former president United States, beloved.
Between the two of them, Teddy Roosevelt and his son Kermit killed 512 beasts on one safari, including 17 lions, 11 elephants, 20 rhinoceroses.
The remaining animals were no doubt happy to see Teddy Roosevelt leave the plane.
This was a year-long safari.
I don't know how familiar you are with the life of Teddy Roosevelt.
I don't know when the guy slept.
I mean, the guy was under Rough Riders in Cuba, he's on safari in Africa, he's running all over the world, he's in this war, he's in that war, he's running museums.
He's uh first environmentalist wacko, he was president of the United States.
I don't know when he's I don't know when he slept.
And there was never any air conditioning when Teddy Roosevelt was running around doing things like we were talking yesterday.
You know what I think about, by the way, snurdly, when I think of all those years, and it's not that long ago.
I mean, modern air conditioning, central air conditioning for the middle class is a 75 years ago phenomenon.
That's how that's a relatively new.
Can you imagine the smells?
Just in your ordinary average summer day.
Can you imagine?
Can you imagine the smells?
And back then, of course, there were no roads.
There was horse and buggies and horse manure was in the street.
Can you imagine the smells?
The environmentalist wackos today wouldn't be able to put up with the very type of world they are trying to get us to return to.
Think back, the White House, Civil War, Lincoln and his advisors up there.
The Lincoln bedroom, Lincoln never slept in it, the Lincoln bedroom on the second floor in the White House, the residents now was his office.
And when I was there, I spent the night in Lincoln Bedroom back in 1992.
When I was there, a friend of mine who was with me said, Can you imagine the smells in this room in the middle of summertime?
No air conditioning.
I said, I had never thought of that.
We fail to remember such things in logging the progress that we have uh we've made.
Anyway, so Teddy Roosevelt and his kid Kermit go on a safari in Africa for a year.
They kill 512 beasts, 17 lion, 11 elephant, 20 rhinoceroses, the remaining animals, no doubt happy to see Roosevelt leave the plane after this year-long hunt.
Roosevelt went to England for the funeral of King Edward VII, and then on to Norway to accept the Nobel Peace Prize for his part in ending the Russo-Japanese war.
Teddy Roosevelt, uh I remember my grandfather talking about him, revered him in countless, countless ways.
Planned Parenthood.
Ma Richard's daughter, Cecile Rogers, uh uh uh Cecile uh Richards, President not Planned Parenthood, says that all of these videos that have been secretly made and released are extremist videos, and they're nothing short of an attack on women.
Planned Parenthood has been a trusted nonprofit provider of women's health care for nearly a century.
And that's the biggest misnomer about Planned Parenthood, that it's about health care.
This is the one of the greatest illustrations of the butchery, if you will, of our culture, and the literal attack on words to call what happens in a planned parenthood clinic health.
Whether you preface it by saying women's health or whatever, it there's nothing healthy going on in here.
Planned Parenthood has been a trusted nonprofit provider of women's health for nearly a hundred years.
Each year, 2.7 million people come to our health centers for high quality, non-judgmental, compassionate care.
Since our very beginning, our health centers, providers, and patients have come under outrageous attacks, political and otherwise.
These attacks are not about us.
They are about the ability of women across the country to access health care.
See, abortion has become health care.
Abortion, pregnancy, it's an illness.
And planned parenthood is there, and anybody getting in the way is conducting a war on women as an extremist.
Our health centers are about The ability of women across the country to access health care, period.
The most recent attacks in this decades-long campaign represent a new low.
So, right, if videos revealing the butchery and organ harvesting at Planned Parenthood are attacks on women, then I don't know what anything means anymore.
Planned Parenthood, of course, they went and hired a damage control PR firm to change the narrative.
This article I just read excerpts from was written for Ma Richard's daughter by her PR team.
And it's deflective damage control.
The next story, Fox News court bars anti-abortion group from releasing new videos of California company officials.
A temporary restraining order has been issued preventing an anti-abortion group from releasing any videos of leaders of a California company that provide fetal tissue to researchers.
This would be STEM Express.
The group is the same one that previously released three covertly shot videos of a Planned Parenthood leader discussing the sale of aborted fetuses for research.
Los Angeles Superior Court order issued Tuesday prohibits the Center for Medical Progress from releasing any video of three high-ranking STEM Express officials taken at a restaurant in May.
It's the first legal action prohibiting the release of a video from the organization.
So what the organization has done, they have sent videos to the state of Texas attorney general.
And I'm I'm convinced this is one of the ways they're trying to fight various biased judges and courts who are going to find in favor of planned parenthood and uh and STEM express.
By the way, you know, a little departure here, just kind of make that point a different way.
In reading about the legal proceedings that are about to happen here in the Tom Brady case, you ought to read the drive by the sports drive-by's writing about this, talking about, well, we hope Brady ends up in this court because the judge there's been appointed by Clinton, and that means the judge is going to be more favorable to unions.
And then another story will say it really would be hopeful and helpful if the Brady team could get their case heard by Judge David Doty in Minnesota because Doty has a history of finding against the NFL.
And then we hope that ends up with a good labor judge appointed by a Democrat president in New York if it ends up there.
And I'm I'm left to ask myself, you mean it matters the political leanings of the judge?
I thought it was the law that everybody was concerned with when you got to court.
I know I'm being purposely naive here to illustrate a point.
I know, I know everybody judge shops and court shops, but it just illustrates that the law is secondary to the personal political policy preferences of the judges.
I don't think that ban on the videos of Planned Puritan California is too effective because another video has been released, and we have the audio, a couple sound bites of the audio coming up here in uh in in just a second.
A fourth video was released today, but it doesn't seem to involve any STEM Express people who are the ones that got the temporary restraining order from the court out in California.
But folks, I mean, this is it's it's getting literally.
I mean, it started sick and depraved.
And now we have planned parenthood plots sale of legally alive fetuses.
And I don't know what the website for this is.
It didn't.
Oh, Cybercast News Service.
Um this has got Some people, I got some emails about this last night, people asking me to explain something to them.
This is uh a story from the Hill.com.
And the headline 63% oppose defunding Planned Parenthood.
And the people that had heard this and were asking about it said, Russia didn't understand this.
I don't understand it because every piece of polling data I've seen shows people just outraged and shocked over what's happening at Planned Parenthood.
The harvesting of baby organs for sale.
I mean, there isn't any poll that shows majority support for that.
So tell me, Rush, how can 63% oppose defunding Planned Parenthood?
Folks, I don't think it's hard to explain this.
Remember now, who are we talking about?
Who gets polled?
Low information voters.
A cross section of the American people.
What do you think most people think Planned Parenthood is?
Do you think most people realize that it's a series of abortion clinics?
I would submit to you that most people look at planned parenthood and they see planned parenthood.
I would venture to say that a lot of people look at it and think that it is a place you go where you want to talk to experts about how to plan your family.
And they will advise you how many kids to have, what it's going to cost you.
This is what I think most people think Planned Parenthood is.
It's a Planned Parenthood over the door, doesn't it?
It doesn't say we do abortions here and then harvest the organs for sale.
It says planned parenthood.
And you couple that with all the news that has been out for decades about how Planned Parenthood is all about women's health.
What do you think most people think it is?
A place to go plan your family when you need some help.
They probably think it's a great service.
What's wrong with planning your family?
Most people should do that, a lot of people think.
I think there's a disconnect.
It's about it's about words and more than words.
It's about how long the words have been in the popular vernacular.
I mean, the left does this on purpose.
They never title organizations they established truthfully and honestly, just like Obama never told anybody the truth about what Obamacare was going to be.
What did he say it was going to be?
You like your doctor, keep your doctor.
Like your insurance plan, keep your plan.
Your premium's going to come down $2,500 a month.
We're going to give everybody health care.
We're going to have everybody insured, and we're going to reduce the deficit.
Yay!
Yay!
And the Republicans come along and want to oppose that.
You mean people?
Why do you why are you against everybody having health care?
They ask the Republicans.
Why are you against premiums coming down?
Why, why, why why are you so mean?
Well, uh, President is lying.
Well, no, that's the president said what he said.
And then they roll it out, and the website doesn't work and it's all falling apart now, but it's already been established that the intentions are really cool.
That's the same thing with Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood has been a long, has been around for decades, folks, and the news about what happens in there graphically is literally less than two weeks old.
And I don't care what it is, there's no two-week-old news story that's going to counter decades of public perception of Planned Parenthood being a wholesome organization that helps people plan their families.
For example, tell them how many kids they should have before they can't afford anymore and how to plan for it and how to pay for it.
Most people think it is.
It's been a very, very brilliant, deceptive trick foisted on the culture.
If people actually knew who Margaret Sanger was and what the real purpose of Planned Parenthood was, and if you told them that two-thirds of these Planned Parenthood abortion clinics are in black neighborhoods, well, then you might have—but nobody's done that with any consistency.
For long enough to counter the decades' old impression of what planned parenthood.
Who could oppose that is?
I kid you not, you know what other big story is today in the drive-by media?
Apparently a couple major league baseball players started crying.
One for the Mets when they found out they were going to be traded.
And now women are talking about this on TV.
This is unbelievable.
Export Selection
