Welcome to today's edition of the Rush 24-7 Podcast.
And welcome back, folks.
It's great to have you back with us right here on the Excellence in Broadcasting Network, this The Rush Limbaugh program and the most listened to and the most talked about.
Radio Talk program and host all across the fruited plane, the telephone number if you want to be on the program, 800 282-2882.
And the email address, L Rushmore at EIBNet.com.
What is on tap today?
What is on tap today is further confirmation that I, your beloved host, El Rushbaugh called it right on the money, 110%, so much so that Mike Huckabee is now following the blueprint that uh trying to follow it, that Donald Trump has established by not caving or apologizing or shrinking and slinking away when the powers that be demanded.
And uh Trump is as strong as ever in the polling data all over the country uh and in swing states, whereas we were told that his comments about McCain would finish him off.
Unless he came out in the policy, he had to apologize, had to grovel, had to beg for forgiveness.
And if he had done that, he'd have been gone.
If he had done what the Washington establishment and the big media had prescribed for him, he'd be gone.
He didn't, he doubled down on it.
And it didn't hurt.
I just remember now, a little over a week and a half ago, remember, folks, that was supposed to have done him in.
And it didn't.
In addition to that, Ma Richards' daughter, Cecil, who runs Planned Parenthood, was on Sunday show yesterday, this week with Stephanopoulos.
And she said that the most disgusting part of all these videos that we have seen, Planned Parenthood, the exposure of the harvesting of body parts from human babies for sale, ostensibly to advance medical research.
Ma Richard's daughter says that the most disgusting part about those videos is the deceit of the pro-life activists.
Here, listen to the audio soundbites.
This was yesterday on this week with Stephanopoulos, who said if there's no financial benefit to the clinics, if they're lying about this, it's denying no, we're not, we're not profiting from this, as though that makes it okay.
But except that they are profiting.
But she says there's not profiting, and then Stephanopoulos is carrying the water.
So well, if there's no financial benefit to the clinics, then then why are you guys in this video in these videos?
Why are you haggling over cost?
They're not.
The only people that are haggling in these videos are the undercover folks who are absolutely trying to entrap doctors, and they were completely unsuccessful.
That's why they're showing these highly edited videos.
This entire effort is a complete political smear campaign in order to cut off funding for basic health care for women in America, Plan Parent.
Cut off funding for you damn right, that's what it's about.
There's no reason taxpayers ought to be paying for this.
There's no reason whatsoever, taxpayers.
And if we had a Republican Party today, you know, I've been thinking about this.
I we are all inundated by each other every day with emails, phone calls, texts, what have you, of utter incredulity over what's happened to the Republican Party.
There's just it's too weird, folks.
There just isn't any serious opposition to anything that the Democrat Party wants.
And the Democrat Party and the I I Ribber Angelo Kojvilla, he's back.
He had that great piece on the ruling class that I read in its entirety to you when he published it, and he then turned it into a book.
He's back with his thoughts on Trump.
Uh, and I found it at the Power Line blog in a in a post by Stephen Hayward, and that's coming up uh later on the program today, about it it's a it's just a brilliant, brilliant explanation of why Trump is working, why what Trump is doing is working and what makes it um stand out.
It's nothing, by the way, that that you haven't thought of yourself.
It's just the way Code Via explains it that uh just makes it really penetrating and right on the money.
But the the the Republican Party is opposed nothing.
You know, they're not even going through the motions.
Mr. Schnerdley, if you notice, they're not even voicing phony opposition to Obama in order to placate the base.
They're actively targeting their own base.
This is just too weird.
And the one thing, you know, I'm concluded here is I don't believe that name the names, McConnell, Boehner, members of their leadership.
I just don't believe these guys overnight have become liberals.
I don't think that explains it.
I don't think overnight they've become moderates.
There's something else that explains this.
And that question always follow the money, I think is where we would find the answer to this.
And I we could speculate what does follow the money mean?
Is there blackmail?
Is there bribery going on or promises of financial wealth after retirement or whatever?
Except these guys don't retire and go home.
They stay there.
So I don't know, but it just it's it's too weird.
Not only is there no the Republican Party, and I'm talking about the establishment in Washington, not the presidential candidates right now, but just the establishment in Washington.
You can't distinguish the difference between Republicans and Democrats there.
They are all aligned.
They are glued together.
But the difference now is the Republican Party doesn't even go through the motions of trying to convince its voters that they're opposed to the Obama agenda.
You look at the incident that happened with Ted Cruz on the Senate floor last Friday, openly calling out Mitch McConnell, and then McConnell taking his revenge on a Sunday session, but by the way, which is totally predictable and understandable to me.
You know, Cruz on Friday goes to the Florida Senate, calls McConnell a liar.
McConnell later in the afternoon supposedly does a reversal on an amendment that would defund Planned Parenthood.
He was originally not going to permit that amendment.
Then late Friday afternoon he did a 180 and said he would.
And some people credited that to Cruz's floor speech on the Senate on Friday at a Sunday session, and McConnell just denied Cruz and his buddy Mike Lee every day.
Much less get started on any substantive votes, debates, amendments, anything.
And Republican senators said, well, this is what happens.
You know, you violate the corps like this, you go after the leader, the leader who's going to drop the hammer on you.
And so people are sending me email.
How come Republicans didn't support Cruz?
And a lot of people are wondering why didn't any other Republican senators stand up and report and support Cruz in this?
Well, why do you think they didn't?
I'll give you one reason off the top, it's not the only reason.
One reason he's a Republican presidential candidate.
And I would venture to say that a lot of Republican senators are not going to support him.
And they probably think that what he's doing is designed to enhance his campaign or sell his book.
And they decided they're not going to help him do that.
No matter what he's talking about, no matter whether what he's talking about is good for the nation or not, they're not going to help him because partisan politics rears its head.
And they either support Walker or they support Jeb or they support Rubio or they support somebody else, but they don't they're not going to support Cruz, so there's no way they would mass and support him.
Plus, I mean, I don't think a bunch of them in there want to take on McConnell either.
Not that it's McConnell, but just don't want to take on the leadership.
So Cruz was left to hang out and drive.
And to a certain extent uh Mike Lee with him after what happened on the Sunday session.
But all this is my point is that even looking at that, which you know the selling Cruz out on Sundays understandable, just standard ordinary, everyday standard operating procedure rules in the Senate and the way it behaves.
But even if you want to throw that in the mix, this is all just too weird.
Not even any phony opposition.
They're not even trying to motivate the base.
They're not even trying to even trying to fool the base.
I mean, they've had all these phony, for example, Repeal Obamacare votes.
They're not even going through the motions of that because they know that people see through it and that they don't mean they're not even trying.
I don't care what the issue is.
The big three amnesty, Obamacare, Iran, nothing.
Zilch.
No opposition to anything.
Now, can anybody say that immigration as being policed or not policed by Obama is helping America?
Can anybody they they don't even try to make the case that's happening?
I mean, even the Amnesty supporters do not do it on the basis that it's good for America.
They do it on the basis that it's fair for the immigrants.
They do it on the basis of social justice and fairness motivations and reasons, but they don't do it that it's improving the country.
The Iran deal.
Does anybody think this is actually good for the United States?
And yet there's no opposition to it, no serious opposition.
I mean, for Corker to stand up and accuse Kerry of being fleeced.
Well, who got fleeced first?
Corker did in putting together the famous now Corker Bill.
And Obamacare for whatever can anybody say that Obamacare is making American health care better?
Can anybody say that anything Obama's doing?
Nobody may even make the case of having Obama with some words now and then, phony baloney, plastic man had a good time, rock and roll words.
My country's better off than it ever has, but they have to lie about unemployment numbers, they have to make things up.
There's no there's not even any fake opposition to Obama.
This is I refuse to believe as I say that these guys have become moderates or liberals overnight in our party.
So there's something else going on to explain this.
And I by the way, I don't believe it is just I don't believe it's just one thing.
I mean, a lot of people think, well, it's because the Republican Party wants to finally get rid of the conservatives, get rid of its base.
I don't doubt that, but I don't think that's the singular explanation for this total lack of opposition.
Because none of what's happening right now, anybody makes cases helping for America the Sanctuary Cities helping America?
Is any of this good for the country?
Is any of this good for the people of this country?
Is any of it?
Is any of what's happening in America today good for anybody in the elected political class run around and claiming that we all say, hey, you know, slow down you guys, you Americans take stock.
We're doing better than ever.
We're sitting tight, we're looking at a great fear.
Nobody's telling us that.
Everybody's telling us how we have to manage the decline, lower our expectations.
This is the new normal, and there's no opposition to it.
It's too weird.
And just five or six years ago, there was opposition to it.
I mean, for example, in 2010, there was not one Republican vote for Obamacare.
So five years ago there was opposition.
I just refuse to believe in the last five years our guys have all turned to mush.
Well, I take that back.
They have turned to mush.
I refuse to believe that they have undergone ideological transplants and have all become liberals or moderates.
Because none of it makes any sense.
So that has created a giant void.
And who is filling it but Trump?
Trump is filling the void.
Which is a partial explanation for why Trump is experiencing such overwhelming support because the people of this country are understandably fed up.
They are fed up with all there's no opposition to the gay marriage agenda, and we have to listen to a Supreme Court justice tell us that if we oppose it, we're we're we're uh bigots or whatever.
Supreme Court justice in his opinion, Anthony Kennedy, and there's no opposition to this.
Admit it, folks, what has you bamboozled, what has you frustrated is you don't see any opposition to any of it at a level of power that could do something about stopping it.
There's plenty of opposition in your neighborhood, plenty of opposition in your town, plenty of opposition in your family, plenty of opposition in your friends, but there's none where it counts.
Giant void, here comes Trump.
This is planned parenthood videos.
Yeah, the only deceit here is the people that made the videos.
They edited the video.
They didn't edit the video.
All three hours of these videos are alive and able for people to see more than the babies in the womb ever were.
All three hours of these videos are available unedited at the website if you want to look at them.
Of course things are edited.
The drive-by media edits everything.
The drive-by media not only edits, they change the meaning of whole news stories, such as that editing and the phony uptake on the 9-11 call from George Zimmerman about the episode with Trayvon Martin.
So talk about edited video.
And the only people haggling are the undercover folks.
No, no, no, no.
Who was it that said she wanted a Lamborghini?
I don't care if she was joking.
They're talking about price on the planned parenthood side.
So here's the next part of Stephanopoulos and Ma Richards' daughter, Cecile didn't continue just to wrap this up.
The tapes appear to describe times when the clinics adjust the abortion procedure to better harvest.
It's absolutely not done.
And I've talked to doctors all across the country.
And this gets graphic, but they're talking about less crunchy ways to perform these abortions so that the organs can be preserved.
What's happening there?
They just lying?
No, that's absolutely all of this is taken out of context.
You know, the most disgusting part of this to me is that these folks lied, lied to gain access to clinics.
We have heard this before.
This is a standard response technique that the left uses rather than discuss the substance of what an expose has shown.
Attack the motives of the people that did the expose.
She doesn't realize how absolutely insincere she doesn't realize how easy it is to spot that she's lying.
Taken out of context.
There's nothing that was taken out of context here.
If it was taken out of context, then the whole thing would be a lie.
It was taken out of context, and Planned Parenthood would not be conducting specific abortions to harvest organs for sale.
And they are.
Nothing was taken out of context.
The most disgusting part of this, these folks lied.
Who's lying?
Ma Richards and the Planned Parenthood people are lying, and there's no opposition to this.
The Republican Party.
I know folks, some of you are saying the Republicans don't want to go anywhere near social issues.
Boulder Dash, this is so far beyond the social issues.
If that's the only way you see this, you need a wake-up call.
The Republican Party can't even mount an insincere statement of opposition to this just to placate people, much less real opposition to it.
It's just too weird.
So anyway, we have that.
I have left over from last week a couple of things.
I'm uh outdoor barbecues.
You now are going to insert in Austin, Texas.
If your outdoor barbecue aroma escapes your property, you can be visited by the cops and told to stop.
Not kidding.
And they're coming for your air conditioning too, the environment.
Barbecue aroma.
If you're barbecuing in the backyard in Austin, Texas, and the aroma can be smelled by your neighbor, they can come shut you down.
Gotta take a break, wrap a time here, be back.
Ma Richards, her daughter.
When I have some people, it's it's it's good that I get these emails.
Good that I check these emails.
There's some people.
Who is Ma Richards?
Well, she was a former governor of Texas.
Um it was said of her, I forget who said it, that she needed to iron her face.
Press her face in her later years.
It was Ma Richard's Democrat convention, uh, I guess it's 19 uh 88.
It might have been 92.
Talking about George H. W. Bush.
Poor George!
He came hip it!
He was born with a silver foot in his my oath.
Place erupted, they love Ma Richards.
Their daughter Cecile runs the Planned Parenthood organization.
Planned Parenthood, Cecile Richards, Ma Richards' daughter says that the people doing the videos deceived everybody at Planned Parenthood.
They took everything out of context, right?
What did they take out of context?
What did the videos leave out, Cecile?
I mean, if you are going to accuse them of taking things out of context, then you would have to tell us what they didn't show us that would exculpate you.
Meaning, what's in these videos that proves them wrong?
Where is the evidence they didn't show us that shows that you are not doing what they claim you're doing?
And notice that Ma Richard's daughter Cecile never even goes there.
They lied, they lied, they just defeat, it highly edited, right?
Well, then they edit it.
What'd they leave out that proves you're innocent?
Nothing.
They didn't leave anything out that proves you're innocent because you're not innocent.
Guilty as charged.
Front to back, top to bottom, inside outside.
And we will be back, folks, much, much, much more coming your way.
The Ayatollah hominy is doubling down, ladies and gentlemen.
The Ayatollah Hominy is going crazy as a as a tweeter.
He puts out a picture.
Honestly, folks, I mean you've probably seen this by now because it happened over the weekend.
The Ayatollah Hominy or somebody claiming to be the Ayatollah hominy.
I didn't know these guys tweeted because they're stuck, you know, in the seventh century, and I know that Twitter wasn't around then.
So that's why I doubt that it's actually the Ayatollah Hamidi.
But it's it hasn't been disavowed by the Ayatollah Hominy, so maybe it's real.
It's a silhouette of Barack Obama holding a pistol to his head.
You haven't seen this?
Oh, I'm sorry.
I don't know if everybody's seen this by now.
You got an American flag here on the left.
It's a little square photo here.
It's artist rendering.
Uh and a silhouette of Obama on the right side, the right border of the graphic, holding a gun to his head.
And the tweet from the Ayatollah hominy says, we welcome no war, nor do we initiate any war.
But if any war happens, the one who will emerge loser will be the aggressive and criminal United States.
U.S. President said he could knock out Iran's military.
We welcome no war, nor do we initiate any war, but if any war happens, the one who will emerge loser will be the aggressive and criminal U.S. And they weren't through.
They hit out Friday against uh uh John Kerry, they accused the Lurch, but they served to Vietnam of threatening military action against Tehran if it fails to respect the historic nuclear deal sealed on July 14th.
The Iranian foreign minister Mohammed Javed Zarif said in a statement, unfortunately, the U.S. Secretary of State, who once served in Vietnam, once again talked about the rotten rope of the ability of the U.S. for using military force.
Zarif decried what he called the quote uselessness of such empty threats against the nation of Iran and the resistance of the nation of Iran, and said such remarks should be consigned to the last century.
Meanwhile, Iran has now banned international inspectors from their military sites.
Now we knew that the deal that they're two side deals to the deal that the Iranians do not have to allow any inspection of their military base where they were doing nuclear weapon development.
And they don't have to tell anybody how far along they are.
Those two side deals, not part of the Obama broker deal.
These are two side deals between the International Atomic Energy Agency and Iran that supposedly are binding on us.
That Iran does not have to ever acknowledge how far along they are.
Therefore, there's no baseline.
I mean, we we we have only our own intelligence.
Whatever intel gathering we've had to tell us how far along, because they are not required to demonstrate what kind of success they've had.
That takes away any opportunity to establish a baseline to measure further development against any present level.
We don't know what present level is, and that primary nuclear research took place at a singular military base, which, because of the side deal number two, is off limits.
And Iran has vowed to bar international inspectors, IAEA, from all military sites.
Now, I don't know if you heard this or not.
I didn't see it.
I got a note about this, and I'm frankly surprised I haven't seen anything about this anywhere.
But apparently there was a show on Fox last night, the Fox News channel, 7 o'clock, political insiders or some such thing.
And the panel on this show is Doug Schoen, Pat Cadell, and John Somebody.
I don't know who the third guy was, is the John somebody.
And these guys said the discussion of this show was that John Carey is planning a run for president based on the Iran deal for which he thinks he's going to get the Nobel Peace Prize.
And that will be the basis for his presidential run.
Now, all of these guys, Doug Shone, Pat Cadell, and John somebody, agreed that Hillary is circling the drain and in big trouble.
And they also point out that Al Gore's sitting back watching everything, that he wants to run.
And then, of course, there's another wildcard out there, and that's Biden, Vice President Biden.
But I haven't seen anybody even talking.
I haven't been able to watch everything today, obviously.
I mean, I watch everything out of the corner of my eye.
And if a picture or something on the screen grabs my attention, I stop and look at it.
If I happen to read something goes by close captioning, I stop and look at it.
I haven't seen anything on this.
It's like this Fox show occurred in a vacuum last night.
To the audio sound bites very quickly, I want to remind you, just hear it from my own lips last Monday on this program.
The polling data on this is going to be fascinating in a week or two, or less, maybe.
Because remember, the real key to this is this automatic assumption that everybody's outraged.
That everybody wants Trump gone, that everybody finds this objectionable.
Everybody think it's over the top.
Everybody think Trump has gone too far.
And that assumption is always erroneous, I think.
But nobody stops to think about it.
It was last Monday I was warning everybody that uh Trump's not playing by the rules.
And it really is an important point.
I I know I've made this over and over again, but it's required, particularly to make impressions on low information voters.
The fact is when the media, Washington establishment, whoever, starts acting outraged over something a public figure said.
They're doing it now at Huckabee, by the way, over what he said about the Iran deal and Israel and ovens, which is coming up.
Uh the conventional wisdom is that not only are the media who are reporting this to you outraged, but so are the American people in mass.
That there is universal outrage, disbelief, shock, and dismay that anybody could say anything so horrible.
It's always implied that a majority of American people also find it outrageous, and I have always doubted that.
I've I've resented, in fact, that assumption that the whole of the country also is either outraged or in support of whatever the media seems to be having blowing a gasket over.
And I said, let's just wait because Trump is not playing.
He's doubling down.
He's not following the script.
He doubled down on his criticism of McCain and even went further.
And I said, let's just see if this in fact kills him in polling data.
And it didn't.
Jeff Lord, American Spectator back on CNN today.
You know, I told Jeff, I said, you know, you're gonna have to stop talking about me, or they're gonna start canceling you.
And they're gonna stop inviting you on this.
No, no, no, no, don't sweat it.
I mean, the truth is the truth.
So he's on with Chris Cuomo today.
Cuomo says, inside those numbers, if you look at the slice of the GOP that really feels that Washington sucks.
Donald Trump is their man.
Now, do you use that as the takeaway from the poll?
What does it mean for Trump going forward?
Bingo, Chris, you are exactly right.
Last week I said I thought the big story was Rush Limbaugh talking about the McCain Trump situation.
And he said that he didn't think that that was going to mean anything, that Trump would survive it in good form.
Rush was right.
Now moving on to Huckabee.
This was uh Breitbart's got a radio show on Sirius XM.
Breitbart News Saturday.
Alexander Marlowe was interviewing Huckabee.
And Huckabee had this to say about Obama and the Iran nuclear agreement.
This president's foreign policy is the most speckless in American history.
He's so naive.
He would trust the Iranians, and he would take the Israelis and basically march them to the door of the oven.
That was Saturday.
That was Mike Huckabee, former and current Republican presidential.
He is running for president, right?
Okay, so in criticizing the Iran deal, you heard him.
Huckabee says that Obama's trusting the Iranians to take the Israelis and basically march them to the door of the oven.
Clearly a Holocaust reference.
Well, the predictable outrage lit up television all weekend and into this morning, and the drive-by's are debating.
Is this it for Huckabee?
Is he finished?
Does he have to apologize?
My God, he would have to apologize.
They went and they got ADL people.
They got JDL people.
They got anti-defamation league, Jewish defamation league, and all kinds of people denouncing on CNN, denouncing what Huckabee had to say.
And on CNN, John King spoking with Neo Malika Henderson, who is one of political correspondents about Huckabee.
Uh about Obama basically marching the Israelis to the door of the oven.
And King and Henderson had this exchange.
He's standing by this.
Most people, including the American Defamation League, are saying, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa.
And the old rule in politics is you know, don't joke about Hitler.
Don't draw comparisons to the Holocaust.
This was despicable and terrible.
He should apologize.
He will not apologize.
There is this Trump effect, I think that's going on with some of these candidates where they want to say things and then double down on them.
When I heard it, I mean I had kind of a visceral reaction because it brings up this imagery that we should only talk about the Holocaust when we're talking about the Holocaust.
Okay, so now the Huckster has to apologize.
He's got they're following the script, except they're realizing now that he's not going to follow script, that he's he's following the Trump script.
The drive-by's find what he says very offensive, but then they say he has to apologize.
Now they admit that that Huckabee won't apologize because he's going to double down and follow what Trump did.
He's going to assume that a vast majority of American people do not agree with Chris Cuomo, John King, whoever else.
CNN, Obama went to Kenya, and before he got there, the Kenyan president said, would you leave all of your talk about homosexuality at home?
We don't care.
It's not a big issue.
Don't come preach to us.
Obama went and preached to him about homosexuality in Kenya.
But he went even farther than that.
This morning in Addis Ababa, which is in Ethiopia, uh Obama and the Ethiopian prime minister held a joint press conference.
There was a QA, and this is what Obama Obama starts launching into the Republican presidential candidates.
The particular comments of Mr. Huckabee are I think part of just a general pattern that we've seen that is would be considered uh ridiculous if it weren't so sad.
I mean, we've had a sitting senator called John Kerry Pontius Pilate.
We've had a sitting senator who also happens to be running for president suggests that I'm the leading state sponsor of terrorism.
And then he started in on Trump.
But who do you think in Obama's mind the real culprit in all of this is?
When you look at what's happened with uh Mr. Trump when uh he's made some of the remarks that, for example, challenged the heroism of Mr. McCain.
The Republican Party is shocked, and yet that arises out of a culture where those kinds of outrageous attacks would become far too commonplace and get Circulated nonstop through the internet and talk radio.
There you have it.
Ultimate blame right here.
Because of what happens right here is why all these other Republicans are doing what they're doing.
Yep, it's why sitting Republicans are calling Carrie Pontius pilot.
Talk radio is why Huckabee said what he said about Israelis in the ovens in the Iran deal.
Talk radio is why a sitting senator said that Obama is a state sponsor of terrorism.
There you have it.
Talk radio and the internet.
We come back, Angelo Codvilla and his analysis of the Trump effect.
You know, I just figured out I don't have enough time to do Angelo Codvilla in one monologue here, and I don't want to split this up.
So I'm going to move it to the monologue section of the next hour.
I want to give you an idea of some things coming up.
Kathleen Willie, bouncing off what's going on with Bill Cosby has set up a website, this in WorldNet Daily.
Have you been sexually harassed by Bill Clinton?
She is asking women to come forward.
And it's not just have you been sexually harassed by Bill Clinton by anybody, but it focuses on Clinton and it's her effort.
More details on that.
What is happening with Uber, you know, I alluded to this on Friday and I didn't get to it.
It's the most fascinating thing, and it is one of the easiest, it turns out, easiest ways to tell millennials, let me rephrase that.
It's one of the easiest issues to help millennials understand the difference in liberal and conservative.
Because they love Uber.
Uber is they use their smartphones with them.
It's high tech.
They love Uber.
And governments are trying to shut Uber down.
The governments they love.
It's turned out to be a great teachable moment, especially when you hear what the mayor of New York is saying about it.
It's just classic.
It's delectable.
I actually can't wait to get into this.
And a lot of people say, you said you were going to talk about the attacks on the air conditioning business.
I I was, and I didn't get to it, but I've got it.
It's in the Daily Caller last week.
Air conditioning actually, Washington Post had a story on how the environmentalist wackos are targeting air conditioning as the next thing which must go in order to be good climate change supporters and warriors.
And Austin, Texas.
You thought I was joking.
The Austin, Texas City Council has voted to ban barbecue restaurants.
And in Florida, an environmental specialist, the city official, has determined that barbecue aroma that escapes your property is an invasion of another's property and privacy, and you don't have the right to barbecue if you can't contain the aroma to your property.
Not kidding.
So all that and more coming up, but I want to grab a call quickly here.
It's in New York.
Dan, great to have you on the program.
Hello, sir.
Hey, good afternoon, Rush.
Listen, I'm a uh legislator up in New York area.
And uh, you know, I've listened to what Trump's doing right now, and I gotta say, you know, being in politics for about the past five years, there are a lot of politicians who hold back what you really want to think.
We're passionate just like anybody else, and I see Trump out there, and it makes me want to do the same thing.
So maybe that's what's happening with Huckabee, and maybe Trump's gonna give the green light to everybody else to say what's on their own.
You know, I bet this is true.
I bet there are a lot of people who want to do what Trump is doing, but why don't they?
Well, you know, I think I think it's just hard because you go out there and sometimes you you push the envelope and you just you get so much grief and crap back at you that it's almost harder to do your job.
