We got uh gender fluid, gender non-conforming, gender questioning.
That probably replaces I don't know.
Gender question means they haven't figured it out.
Gender variant means depends on what day it is.
Gender queer is an option at Facebook.
Intersex.
Uh intersex, I don't know.
A lot of these things, I think, are whatever you want them to be, it seems like.
What fascinates me is they have 58 options here, and some people say that they're not covered.
And they needed a blank form to put in what they think they are.
58 gender options identified at Facebook.
Facebook will also allow users to select between three pronouns, him, her, or their.

It's open line Friday.
Hi doing, folks.
It's the EIB network in Rush Lindball.
We're here at Open Line Friday.
Telephone number is 800 28282.
And the email address L Rushbo at EIBNET.com.
Whatever you want to talk about, fine and handy.
Have at it.
That's what Friday is for.
It doesn't have to be.
You know, a lot of people call here, understandably, want to please me.
Please the host.
And therefore they would maybe bring up things they think I would want to talk about.
That's cool.
That's fine.
I appreciate that.
But on Friday, it doesn't have to be that way.
You can talk about something I don't care if I care about.
Doesn't matter.
It's it's for you to use the opportunity to expand subject matter on the program as you want.
So, I mean, it doesn't have to be politics.
It doesn't have to be, you know, you don't have to worry about the stick to the issues crowd.
You can stick it to the stick to the issues crowd on uh on open line.
Friday.
Washington Times, this is another story that I held over from from yesterday, and it is about Obamacare.
Taxpayers are already telling their accountants that they plan to stiff the IRS on the Obamacare tax, saying they figure the chances the IRS will come after them for a few hundred bucks is pretty slim.
And so they say it makes this it may make sense to take the risk.
Still other taxpayers are recoiling when they find out how much they owe, far from the $95 minimum penalty for not having insurance in 2014.
See, to the people that know about the penalty or the fine, they think it's 95 bucks.
It's not.
It's the greater of $95 or 2% of your income.
And so there be a lot of people are shocked when they're finding out when they find out what their fine is.
And others say, screw it, I'm just not going to pay it.
Indiana accountant Scott Frick said that one of his clients told he would have to fork over $850 for going without insurance last year, thought about the IRS and decided not to pay, just see what happens.
He probably has heard about tax defense partners.
He probably figures, well, they'll come after me and I'll call Russia's tax people and they'll fix it for me.
I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people are going to go that route.
You know how many people I just saw a story the other day, the IRS, and you gotta be very wary of these stories, by the way, folks.
If I were you, I would be very suspicious when you see a story that talks about how many audits the IRS has dropped, how few they are doing because they're so strapped, they have lost so much funding on the budget, and they're so busy.
I think those are setup stories.
I think they're designed to get people to say, oh, well, look, you see the IRS, they're really auditing less and less people.
Then they're not gonna ever find us.
I think those are traps.
And even if they're not, you need to look at it that way.
Well, what could go wrong with this?
People who are getting stiffed because of Obamacare are not paying their shared responsibility.
See, this is what the fine is.
If you determine if you don't get insurance because you don't think you need it, because you can't afford it, you're young and you think you're healthy.
Doesn't matter.
You have lost that freedom, folks.
You have lost the choice.
You do not have the choice not to have insurance.
That choice went by the wayside when Obamacare became law.
You also do not have the ability to choose your doctor.
Or keep your doctor if you like it.
You don't have the choice to keep the insurance plan that you had.
That was a lie.
Both of those were lies.
But the most important one is you don't have the choice not to buy it.
You have to buy it.
That alone should have made this unconstitutional.
Supreme Court didn't see it that way.
They rewrote the law to Supreme Court to make it constitutional by calling this a tax.
The government can tax, but they can't make you buy anything.
But they're making you buy something if they're going to fine you for it.
And it's a tax if the IRS is the collection agency, which it is.
So you don't have the choice anymore.
And the same thing's going to happen to the internet.
The same thing, once if it gets implemented, there's going to be a lot of court cases now.
There are going to be all kinds of lawsuits because of this FCC.
I think illegal proclamation yesterday.
It was not legislation.
This was not voted on.
It was not debated by the representatives of the people.
This was just mandated by an unelected government agency.
Just willy-nilly deciding to change the law.
And everybody's signing on to it, thinking it's cool.
Well, not everybody, but you know, the young liberals say, oh man, this is really cool.
I can't, I almost can't wait till they find out how much choice they have lost.
If this holds up.
But they're all going to be, I mean, I think maybe disappointed because they're going to be lawsuits out the wazoo because these companies are just not going to sit around and take it.
They're just not going to do it.
They're going to stand up, they're going to sue, they're going to try to maintain circumstances for the most profitable enterprise they can be.
And it's going to lead to numerous losses.
In fact, some people think that what could result is improved telecommunications law, which would fall out from all these lawsuits that are going to happen.
That may be, we don't know.
That's years down the road.
All I know is that yesterday we lost a bunch of liberty.
We lost a bunch of freedom.
People don't know it yet.
Just like you've lost a bunch of liberty and you've lost a bunch of freedom with Obamacare.
You can no longer choose not to have insurance.
You must have it.
And the regime says you have, you know why you have to have it?
Spread the burden to share the burden.
In order to make sure that everybody has insurance, everybody must pay into the pool.
It's only fair, it's only equitable.
Everybody must pay.
And if you don't have insurance, you're going to pay anyway.
It's called a fine.
And some people now are saying it's the point of the story.
Hell with it.
I'm not going to pay the fine.
I'm going to make them catch me.
This is just it's just shy of a miniature revolt.
Under the 2010 law, Obamacare, the IRS cannot pursue criminal penalties or put liens on the property of people who ignore the Affordable Care Act mandate.
All the IRS can do to get the money is ask an individual to pay it.
And if they don't pay it, the IRS will get it from future refunds that you are owed in future years on your tax returns.
IRS officials pointed to a Similar explanation on its website, which says, now we can't issue liens or levies, but if you owe a shared responsibility payment, that's what they're calling the fine.
If you owe a shared responsibility payment, the IRS may offset that liability against any tax refund that may be due.
You know how else they can do it.
You keep refusing to pay and you refuse to pay, and then someday you're audited.
And then the audit they find out you haven't paid the fine.
And maybe you're not due a refund.
A couple years, they're gonna just, hey, send you a bill.
This is your back taxes.
Part of it's what you didn't pay and you're fine, your shared responsibility paid.
They're gonna get it from you.
One way or the other, and they're very patient.
They don't need the money tomorrow.
They don't need it yesterday.
They will get it whenever and however they can.
The AP even has a story here on if the Supreme Court says no, they would lose health insurance help.
And the AP, I mean, this is almost like they're registered lobbyists here for Obamacare.
Every day since the Supreme Court announced they would hear this case back in March, the AP has published articles about how people are going to suffer if the court strikes down the federal Obamacare subsidies.
I mean, sometimes the AP has even run two or three articles about it on the same day, and all of it is intended to put pressure on the court.
They know the courts read the news.
They know the courts pays the justices pay attention to this stuff.
Millions of Americans have a big personal stake in next Wednesday's Supreme Court challenge to the nation's health care law.
Can they legally continue to get subsidies to help pay for their insurance?
If the court says no, people across more than 30 states could lose subsidies, lose their insurance, and lose their coverage.
Meanwhile, over at the IRS, isn't this amazing?
The IRS Inspector General confirmed after a measly two-week investigation.
They looked into Lois Learner's emails.
It took them only two weeks to find hundreds of tapes of the IRS agency chief told Congress we're already destroyed.
Remember when the head hauncher of the IRS went before all those committees, Koskanon, and said, I don't know, tapes are gone.
Backup tapes are gone.
Her emails are gone.
We don't know where they are.
Sadly, it's just a coincidence, Congressman.
We don't really know what happened.
We're very sorry, but they're gone.
Ms. Lerner's emails, we've looked, we've turned over everything, we've gone to every file.
We can't find the inspector generally IRS found a backup copy of all of her emails in two weeks.
So irretrievably lost means they can be easily found within two weeks.
But you know what the clincher is here?
The IRS never even asked technicians to recover the backup tapes.
This was big at the time.
Lois Lerner, who knew we have now learned, earned over a hundred thousand dollars in bonuses for her work in denying tax exempt status to conservative groups applying for it.
She was bonused for her good work.
She had all kinds of emails that were obviously incriminating, and they were subpoenaed.
Members of Congress requested them, Darrell Issa, that whole committee, and Koskin and Lerner and everybody involved, they're gone.
It's just a sad thing.
We don't know what happened, but we can't find them.
We uh we've looked and they're just nowhere to be found, Congressman.
Sorry, it's our bad, and nothing we can do.
Turns out they hadn't even asked for the backup tapes to be found.
The bottom line here is, as I mentioned at the time, by law, all government agency documents have to be backed up in a secure location.
There is no such thing as there being no copy.
It's a matter of common sense.
Every document in the IRS, everything is backed up off site.
It is a matter of law, and it happens, and these lowest learner emails were found inside two weeks.
Investigators have already scoured 744 backup tapes.
They found 32,774 unique emails.
But just two weeks ago, they found an additional 424 tapes that could contain even more lowest learner emails.
We know this because the deputy inspector general, Timothy Camus, told the House Oversight Committee in a rare late night hearing meant to look into the status of the investigation.
He said there is potential criminal activity here.
But Obama said there was not a smidgen of corruption at the IRS.
And he poo-pooed any idea that there might be.
You remember the IRS told Congress it may have lost some of Lois Lerner's emails after her computer crashed.
And they asserted that backup tapes didn't exist.
It was Jacob Chaffetz who kept pursuing this.
And under questioning from him, the deputy IG Camus said it took him just two weeks to track down the backup tapes.
They've got them all.
They've got every one of her emails that the IRS for years now has maintained were all gone.
Because her computer crashed and that was it.
Remember, folks.
When they were offering up this excuse that her computer crashed, and they wanted to tell us that her computer crash meant that her emails were gone.
Come on.
Everybody knows that every email she ever wrote is not on her computer.
It's on servers, otherwise known today as the cloud.
Anyway, they found them, but big whoop.
It's so long after the fact now.
You know where they were?
They were found in uh in West Martinsville, West Virginia.
New Martinsville, West Virginia.
The government has a backup farm, if you will, there.
The IRS depository is actually in New Martinsville, West Virginia.
The Treasury Department's Inspector General now saying that they cannot give Congress the new emails because some renowned software company won't give them access to software that matches old and new emails.
So her old emails that were lost.
Old operating system, they're not they're not compatible with the present operating system.
There's no way.
Yeah, we found them, we found them, but we can't let you read them because we can't read them because it's a different format.
Another just flat out lie.
There's no such thing as being unable.
Crying out loud, I can go get a Microsoft Word document from ten years ago and convert it to something present.
Asking anybody else.
They don't want people to see what's in Lois Learner's emails.
And they're coming up with any flimsy excuse they can to protect them.
Okay, back to the phones we go to open line Friday.
Here is Hector, San Antonio, Texas.
It's great to have you on the program, Hector.
Hello.
Hey, how are you doing?
I want to know why you would have to lie to all these great people out there about net neutrality.
Why am I lying about net neutrality?
You know it's not going to do anything to hurt anybody's IA ISPs or anything.
It's going to actually help people.
Ah, Hector, I love calls like you.
No, no, no.
Hector, what what point?
What objective could I possibly have?
How would I gain anything by lying to anybody about this?
You're just doing it to try to get Obama people upset about Obama and uh the FCC.
Uh people already are upset about Obama.
I don't have to do it anymore.
I'm not upset with them.
I'm I'm somebody.
Well, you should be.
It's exactly people like you who are being played for suckers and fools.
You need to wise up, Hector.
I mean wise up.
You're the one that's telling people, oh my God, you're going to lose your IAP, you're going to lose everything.
These TED bugs are just making me crazy.
People have ease.
Hector, let me.
Hector, are you pretending to be Brian Williams today by any chance?
No, I'm not Brian Williams.
Why does who think I'm Brian Williams?
I'm trying to make sure that people understand that they have a right to free internet and the fastest internet possible, and the best way to do it is let the government involved in it.
You want people to understand they have a right to free internet and the fastest internet possible and the fastest way is to let the government get involved in it.
Yes.
You know what's happening here, folks?
He's lying.
He's lying.
He's trying to sell me on the lie.
He's doing he I offered this to call her two weeks ago in honor of Brian Williams.
See if you can do it.
Call here and sell a lie.
Tell me something it's not true.
See if you can sell it, get away with it.
Hector, I have to applaud you, man.
You are sticking with it.
What do you mean?
I'm sticking with what?
I have to drive around in a freaking car with another person to try to tell me that this is what I need to listen to?
Hector, you're great.
I appreciate the call.
Mission accomplished.
No, no, no, I was not kidding.
Um the lowest learner email search is on hold over software problems.
And there is potential criminal activity here, of course.
The investigation of lowest learners missing emails currently on hold because of software problems.
The Treasury Department Inspectors General testified yesterday they can't provide any relevant information related to their search for her emails, but they found them all.
The problem they have is that this is BS too.
What they're now saying is that the emails that were just found, the originally sought emails, were created under a different operating system than the operating system at present being used, and they're not compatible.
And so they can't read them.
Which is just bogus on its face.
Anybody with minimal experience using any kind of software can find a way to convert, if they had to, what's in these emails to just plain text or rich text, import them into whatever application you want.
The idea that the government has old emails and other documents created on different operating systems than they're using today, and therefore all that old stuff is forever lost is absurd.
They're insulting our intelligence again.
The key here is Treasury Department officials acknowledge the investigators know there is potential criminal activity in the case.
No kidding.
Anyway, here's Jeff in uh in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
Hey, Jeff, I'm glad you waited.
Great to have you on Open Line Friday.
Hello, sir.
Hi, Russ.
Hey.
Mega Diddles.
Thank you very much.
I had a question.
Yeah, what is it?
Um why isn't nobody seems to see the parallel between ISIS and Nazi Germany?
What were the Nazis doing?
Straight a books.
Excuse me just a second.
It cleared my throat.
Didn't mean to be rich.
Did not agree with their own.
Jeff, you are you're you're identifying what for me is, if I allow it to be, a source of really great and profound irritation.
I don't mean you personally, but you have you have illustrated something here.
You have this legitimate question.
Let me answer it in two ways.
I, and I don't mean to make your call about me, and I'm not chastising you, but I for years have been drawing the comparison of militant Islam to Nazi Germany.
For years, I have pointed out how a famous Imam back during World War II actually met with Hitler.
That their objectives, the extermination of the Jews, are identical.
ISIS and Nazi Germany and their techniques are parallel.
I have I have uh the the frustrating thing here for for me, and it's not just me.
I think anybody in media goes to this frustration.
We have talked about it and people don't know.
We've talked about it and people don't hear.
And sometimes even the people who do hear it, it doesn't register and don't remember or don't recall, or it doesn't even hit them that they've heard it.
And there are there are many times, I just Be upfront and honest.
There are many times I ask myself, why am I bothering to do this?
The things I've warned people about so many times, and some they just don't know, they don't remember or what have you.
Those times are very frequent, infrequent when I when I get bothered by this.
But my overall point is that a lot of people have drawn the analogy, made the analogy, drawn the comparison to.
But where you haven't seen it is in the mainstream drive-by media, where ISIS is in no way being portrayed accurately.
It's not even close.
And that is to give cover to Obama.
Obama is responsible for the lack of truthful coverage about ISIS because he doesn't want to treat them that way.
He doesn't want ISIS to seem like they're anything other than a bunch of random ragtag criminals.
So when he sends that message, his allies in the media dutifully perform and regard ISIS as a bunch of ragtag random criminals.
Certainly not terrorists, maybe terrorists, but no, no, not terrorists.
They're extremists, and they're operating in the name of Islam, but they're not really Islam, and they're not really a state.
And it points out what to me is a major ongoing problem in the country, and that is the dutiful and proper, correct informing of the people of this country.
I mean, you know, knowledge is required, and information is requisite.
If you don't have information, it can't become knowledge.
And simply, in this case, since Obama doesn't want ISIS portrayed accurately, they're not being.
You know, Obama and Marie Harf out there say, well, people join ISIS because they're poor and they're unemployed.
So we've now uncovered Jihad John.
Jihad John from a well-to-do London family by way of Kuwait.
We actually now have the first civilian adult picture of Jihad John with his face uncovered.
He's wearing a Pittsburgh Pirates baseball cap.
Just saw the picture.
But because he doesn't fit the regime's characterization of terrorists, it's being undersold.
It's being underreported.
He's not poor.
He's not unemployed.
He's not a militant extremist because the extremist because he didn't have any economic opportunity.
So who he is does not fit the profile that's given us by Obama.
There are a lot of people that want ISIS taken care of.
This is a major debate raging within the elites of our government.
You have certain elites testifying before Congress that they're a serious threat, that their ultimate target is us.
And then you have, on the one, you've got John Kerry saying, no, no, no, no, no, no.
The world is safer.
Americans are safer today than at any time in history.
And then you have clapper who looks like a clapper, by the way.
James Clapper.
I mean, you know, people associate looks with names.
It's just, they just do.
And this guy looks like a clapper.
And he testified yesterday that ISIS is a huge threat, and it's a major threat.
So two different people, high ranking in the regime, characterize ISIS as entirely different.
The Secretary of State's out there telling us nothing to worry about.
Americans and the world are safer than we've ever been.
Now, all of that's BS.
That's just designed to accomplish the same thing as Obama running around telling you this economy is roaring back.
This recovery is unheralded.
It's unbridled.
We've never had anything like it.
This economy is just roaring back, and job creation is happening.
And it isn't.
Do you know that the actual GDP for last year has just been officially rised down, revised way down, just barely over 2%.
Nobody's going to see that to the extent that anybody knows what the original number was.
That's what they'll think it is.
It's over four.
The original growth name or number, the GDP number as reported to reflect all of 2014 economic growth up 4%, 4 point something.
No, never was.
That was news prior to the election.
Now the election's over.
They've revised it down to just barely over 2%.
Well, the economy's not roaring back.
There isn't a recovery.
There has not been a recovery since Obama took office.
There can't possibly be one.
92 and a half million Americans not working.
More and more Americans losing hours every week being converted to 30 hours or less.
Part-time status don't have to be provided health insurance as a result.
So John Kerry's out of the world is safer than ever.
Obama's saying our economy is roaring ahead like never before.
Not true.
So why can you say, well, we're not getting a truth about ISIS, we're not getting a truth about the economy.
We're not getting a truth about anything is the bottom line.
And I guess that's really the frustrating thing.
People don't even know.
When they're confronted with the real truth, they poo-poo it.
As a bunch of right wing extremism or kookery.
And they embrace the lies told by the American left as though they are part of the Ten Commandments or whatever Bible.
It's like Reuters has a story today.
What is what is the last story you can recall about global warming?
It's going to be one of two things.
The last story you remember about global warming is that it either isn't warming, it isn't happening, and all of the data has been fudged, all the data has been amplified, or you're going to remember a poll, a story on a poll that shows global warming at the bottom of the list of issues people are concerned about, right?
No.
There's a news story out.
And it's from Reuters.
Most Americans see combating climate change as a moral duty.
Okay.
Oh, really?
How can this possibly be when most Americans don't even think it's anything real anymore?
Well over 55, 60% don't even think it's real.
And of the people who think it's real, it's way down on the list of important issues.
It's not the top issue that the left wishes it were.
Yet here's Reuters.
A significant majority of Americans say that combating climate change is a moral issue that obligates them and world leaders to reduce carbon emissions.
A Reuters Ipsos poll is found.
This has to be bogus.
Moral issue.
And you know what they're bouncing this off of?
Pope Francis.
You know what I find really fascinating about the left?
The left pick a day, any day of the year hates the Catholic Church.
They despise the Catholic Church.
And I can give you any number of reasons if you want to hear them.
A, it's religion.
B, it's Catholic.
B, it involves Christ.
D, it's pro-life.
I can get keep going.
But all of a sudden, the Pope talked about the need to save the planet and to focus on climate.
All of a sudden, the Pope is infallible.
Let the Pope speak up for the unborn.
And the Pope may as well be a Nazi.
Let the Pope speak up for the unborn.
Let the Pope speak up for the Catholic religion.
Let him wish everybody be converted to it, and the guy's hated and despised.
And the next day the Pope comes out and says, climate change is a moral issue, and all of a sudden the drive-by's love the guy, we got a poll backing it up.
How can a group of people who hate the institution of the Pope flip-flop on a dime?
And then run a whole poll based on his pronouncement that we have a moral duty to protect the environment.
And why doesn't anybody question any of this?
If you stop and think about it For any length of time, it can drive you crazy.
So that's why I don't think about it.
I mean, I'm acknowledge it here.
But there's so much senseless going on out there.
I mean, I was thinking about this the other day, and I've mentioned this before.
Twenty-five years ago when the program started, all this stuff we just laughed at.
We had the most fun making fun of this stuff.
Everything the liberals believe.
All this gender stuff.
You know the Daily Caller.
I just found the Daily Caller has a long story.
We should link this at Rush Limbaugh.com.
The Daily, maybe it's a Daily Beast.
I'll find an explanation for all 51.
Gender options posted at Facebook.
A in-depth explanation for every one.
I want to print it out and read to you some of the crazy ones.
Well, the point is, 25, 20 years ago, we go to this laugh about it, have fun making fun of.
Now everybody believes it.
All this cockamami, stupid idiot stuff has become reality to a shockingly large number of people.
So now it's no longer theoretical.
Now it's no longer a point where warning people where we're headed if we don't get a control of this, we don't get hold of people and tell them how liberalism is poisoned and bad and wrong.
This is gonna happen.
Well, it has happened.
It's not theoretical anymore.
And I gotta take a break because of the constraints of time and the programming format.
Back with more after this.
Well, that's too bad.
I was looking forward to talking to you.
Vinny.
I should have gone to Vinny sooner.
Vinny was gonna say that he thinks it's over.
Then he was gonna ask me if it's time to panic.
Oh, he was gonna tell me it's time to panic.
He has to wait for me to give the signal.
He thinks we've lost.
He thinks we've lost it, and that whatever we do, the left has an answer that defeats whatever rejoinder we have to them.
So here that's what he's gonna say.
We have we have lost the country.
And it's not about the Republicans, it's not about them.
We've lost the country to the left.
We just we lost the young, we've we've lost everybody.
And he's depressed.
Yes, said he's depressed.
That's why I wanted to talk to him.
I needed to talk him back from the wedge here.
We're not there yet.
Anyway, here's Terry in Indianapolis.
Great to have you on the program.
I'm glad you called.
Hello.
Hello, and thank you for taking my call.
Yes, ma'am.
I needed to call and tell you that I love your books.
More importantly, my great grandchildren love them.
Well, thank you very much.
I appreciate it.
It makes my day.
Oh, great.
I got the one for my grand my great-grandson who's four, and I was reading it to him, and then his nine-year-old sister decided that she would do a much better job reading it to him.
And now she reads it to him, and today she decided she had to take it to class with her for sharing day.
And I was like, Woo-hoo!
So which is this the first book?
Is this the Brave Pilgrim's book?
Yes.
Well, that's gotta be cute.
The nine-year-old is reading to the four-year-old.
Yep.
And is she able to read it in in a way that keeps him interested?
Oh, yeah.
She makes all the appropriate noises and modulates her voice.
And you know, if it's new character, she has special voice for it.
Well, that's hard to do to read to people and keep them interested and not become monotone.
That's really hard to do.
Especially a four-year-old.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And well, that's that's just I can't tell you how wonderful that is.
That's I'm Oh, it makes me even happier.
They're reading books.
Not on the computer.
Nine years old.
Well, there's an added benefit here too, Terry, and that is that they are learning the truth.
Yep.
About that aspect of the founding of the country, which is the objective.
Yes, it is.
Well, uh, do you do you have the other two books for them when they get yet?
You don't?
No, not yet.
As soon as I get the money, I will.
Oh, come on, they're cheap.
They're not that expensive.
If we're not talking about fifty shades of gray here.
