What is it going to take for people to figure this out?
I just got an email rush.
Do you think Sterling will be a campaign issue?
Damn right he's going to be a campaign.
And not only that, somewhere in Hollywood right now, they are rushing into production the Donald Sterling story, the mini-series for TV.
They got to get it done before the midterms.
It's all they've got.
The Democrat Party is the home of all it.
The Democrat Party is who makes this all possible, folks.
And I mean, look, let me be dead serious for a second.
I know we're getting to the giddy laugh about it stage with all this, but I'm telling you, Democrat Party promotes this.
Democrat Party makes people comfortable with their racism.
Democrat Party makes people comfortable with their bigotry.
Democrat Party opens the doors for all of this.
The Democrat Party is responsible for two separate speech codes.
The Democrat Party is responsible for the fascism, totalitarianism of their voters.
The Democrat Party promotes it, encourages it.
It's all politics.
It's been one of my big points for the longest time to try to convince people to see that everything that happens is political.
And if it's in the media, it's the Democrat Party's agenda.
Everything's political.
Of course, Sterling is going to be a campaign issue.
You're saying, yeah, yeah, yeah, he gave the Democrat causes.
He gave to the NAALC.
It doesn't matter.
By the time they're through, he's going to be the chairman of the Republican National Commission by the time they get through with him.
I mean, why do they care?
Let me go through the list here.
By the way, welcome back.
Great to have you all rush ball to EIB Network 800-282-2882.
Look, let's just take a look here at the pattern.
Just this year, Duck Dynasty.
Phil Robertson goes out there, gives an interview, and GQ, all hell breaks loose, and nobody watches anymore.
Okay?
Their numbers are down.
The Walking Dead is walking all over Duck Dynasty.
Well, it always did, but their numbers are not what they were by design.
Do you think that show ever had a chance?
Oh, they were just waiting for one of the people on that show to do what Phil Robertson did.
They were just waiting for it.
That show is what is most embarrassing about America to these elitist libs in the Northeast and on the left coast.
The fact that that show is the most watched thing in the country is the biggest scare they ever got.
They had to destroy it, okay?
The Mozilla guy, Brendan Icke, what did he do?
He gave $1,000 to a ballot initiative in California that won.
And all it did was maintain that marriage is that between a man and a woman.
The guy was destroyed.
And it was said he engaged in hatred and bigotry by giving $1,000 to the idea that marriage exists between men and women.
Had to be destroyed.
Cliffin Bundy didn't take long there.
Hank Aaron.
One of the most disappointing things Hank Aaron says are Republicans.
The only difference in them today and a KKK is that they used to wear white coats and now they wear coats and ties or white robes.
They've got Donald Sterling.
And I'm going to predict to you that between now and September, there are going to be a whole bunch more of these that'll be trumped up, ginned up, made to order, because this is all the Democrat Party's got.
Obamacare, I got a story today.
You know what the percentage of people in the latest poll who think it's working for them?
8%.
Obamacare is an absolute total disaster.
The only way the Democrats get what they want is when Obama does an executive order outside the Constitution.
That's the only way they get what they want.
When they have to bend the rules.
They cannot get what they want any other way.
All of their policies, every Obama policy, is now shown to be a complete and total failure.
Minimum wage.
Chuck Schumer, sounds by today.
The minimum wage, he says, is the American dream.
They want the minimum wage to $10.10 an hour, and it's going to fail.
The minimum wage is going to fail in the Senate, and Chuck Schumer is calling the minimum wage the American dream.
I know, it's like saying a shopping cart's minimum is the American dream.
The U.S. economy is so moribund and so non-existent that the Chikom economy is going to soon replace us as the world's biggest and fastest growing economy.
The U.S. economy in the fourth quarter grew after all of Obama's policies at one-tenth of 1%.
The Republicans have supposedly been waging a war on women.
The truth of the matter is that women have lost more salary in the past five years under Obama.
Women have gotten poorer.
Married women, single women, single women with children, single women without children, Julia, single women, lesbians, you name it.
Every woman has gotten poorer under Obama.
Yet the Republicans raging the war on women.
Keystone pipeline.
Everybody wants it.
Obama will not sign it, making us less than we could be domestically energy independent.
Amnesty for illegal immigrants?
Only the Republican Party can make it possible for the Democrats to get what they want there.
Only the Republican Party.
That's how precarious.
Scandals, Benghazi, the latest that we're learning on that, Cheryl Atkins is out with the smoking gun.
We now know everything we suspected is true.
That everything that was done was rewritten and edited and redacted to protect Obama, who is incompetent and doesn't know what the hell he's doing and doesn't care half the time.
Fast and furious, NSA surveillance, IRS targeting, fake science at the Environmental Protection Agency.
Obamacare rolled out a total disaster.
What do they got?
They've got nothing to hang their hats on.
Everything they've done is an abject failure.
And I don't believe Obama's at 41% approval.
I think it's much lower than that, but nobody's got the guts to actually print the truth.
Here look at California, look at Illinois, look at Detroit.
Everywhere they are running the show is either falling apart or has fallen apart.
And people are doing their best to get out.
People are fleeing all those places, mostly due to high taxes.
The problem is the liberals that flee pollute wherever they end up with the same policies.
Meanwhile, Republican governors and states are showing how well their policies work.
Wisconsin, North Carolina, Texas, Ohio, South Carolina, Louisiana, proven successes.
Scott Walker has rewritten the rule book and the recipe on how to revive an economy.
I'm telling you, the only thing the Democrats have is Donald Sterling and Brendan Icke and Clivin Bundy and Duck Dynasty and all of these things that they just wait and hope.
That's why they're so desperate to find the next what's the guy that the candidate in Missouri, what was his name?
Who?
No, the guy that said rape, you know, it depends on whether or not.
Todd, Todd Aiken, right?
They're waiting for the next Todd Aiken.
They're hoping and praying for the next Todd Aiken.
Because all they've got, folks.
And that's why there's going to be more of this.
That's why Donald Sterling is going to become a campaign issue.
That's why they're working on the Donald Sterling story, the miniseries.
It'll take a month to watch the whole thing.
They've got to get it done before the midterms.
They have no issues.
They have no record of achievement.
They got nothing.
The Democrat Party has nothing.
Five years of the Democrat Party getting everything it wants.
And where are we?
Losing to a communist country.
Everything in such a state of decline that young people literally have no experience with a dominant, positive, winning, victorious, economically advancing America.
All brought to us by the Democrat Party.
And to a certain extent, the Republican establishment, by not opposing any of this the past five years, has played their own little role in it.
I'm not trying to stop any of it other than not voting for Obama here.
Got to take quick time out.
Catch my breath.
Back after this.
Now, the real answer to the question, why did nobody care for 33 years who Donald Sterling was and what he was doing and what he was saying and the way he was treating people?
And you know the answer?
There was no political gain to be made, but now there is.
What are you laughing about?
You doubt they're trying to hype the what?
Oh, for crying out loud.
You got to be kidding.
A feud between me and the black hole guy?
Oh, for crying out loud.
There is no feud.
Where do you see that?
I don't even want to know.
Oh, look, if they even got a.
Okay, some leftist publication trying to generate some feud between me and Mr. Black Hole, Don Lemon.
Don't, don't, don't even, I don't want to know anymore.
I don't care a feud between me and Mr. Black Hole.
I have to stop catching my breath here.
I'm telling you the reason that they didn't do anything to Sterling for 33 years, because there was nothing political to be gained, but now there is.
And that's why, folks, I'm telling you.
Yeah, we got breaking news.
Oprah had done change her mind on wanting a team.
What?
She has Hannah Storm with the breaking news on ESPN.
There are a long line of potential buyers.
Now, here's one name that everyone knows, a household name.
Oprah Winfrey now says that she is considering joining a group to buy the Los Angeles Clippers.
The group that she would join consists of two other familiar names: David Geffen, a music and film mogul.
Also in this group is Ellison, Larry Ellison.
He is the CEO of Oracle.
Larry Ellison and David Geffen and the Oprah.
It was just yesterday that TMZ caught up with the Oprah, which is not hard to do, and she denied any interest and said that she thinks that Magic should buy it.
And now they caught up with her again.
Again, not hard to do.
And she apparently changed her mind.
The Oprah wants to be a part owner to Clippers with David Geffen and Larry Ellison.
I want you to hear this too.
Rachel Nichols used to be at ESPN, is now over at CNN.
And last night on CNN special report coverage, anything that's not coverage of the missing Malaysian airlines is a special report at CNN.
And they're doing a special report on NBA Commissioner Adam Silver banning Donald Sterling for life.
Oh, and looky here.
The anchor happens to be Mr. Black Hole.
I didn't know that till I just Don Lemon speaking with CNN's unguarded, that's an inverse show, I guess, host Rachel Nichols about the ban of Sterling.
And Don Lemon said, Rachel, other owners around the league, do they need to pay attention?
Maybe change their behavior a little bit, huh, Rachel?
Yeah, I mean, in the NBA, you have an owner in Orlando, Rich DeVos, who's made some very unpopular statements.
He's campaigned against gay rights.
He says that gay people should stop asking for special treatment because they want to get married.
There are a lot of people in this country who think that that is a problem.
And I think that there is going to be more and more attention paid to what these owners think.
It's not just the players in the spotlight now.
It's not just management.
They're accountable too.
Oh, she's just basically saying that the next target that they're going to try to take out is Rich DeVos.
Rachel Nichols, yeah, we're going to go get Rich DeVos next because, you know, he doesn't believe in gay marriage.
A lot of people who think that's a problem.
So, Rich DeVos, Mr. M. Way, he happens to be one of the greatest patriots this country has ever seen.
Rich DeVos happens to have donated and supports some of the greatest causes in this country, but it doesn't matter because he doesn't have his mind right on gay marriages.
So he, we just heard it, the next target.
And this is brazen, folks.
This is fascism.
This is exactly, you want to know what it is?
This is it.
A lot of people have a problem with that.
He thinks gay people should stop asking for special treatment because they want to get married.
There are going to be more and more owners that we're going to be looking at, too.
A lot of owners that we're going to be.
They better be starting to be careful.
Are there any pro-life owners in the NBA they want to go after?
I don't know.
They'll find out if there are.
I mentioned, folks, this is a big day because this is the first of three days of the latest 2F by T sweepstakes.
It's tea season now right now, and this is some of the greatest iced tea in the absolute world.
I haven't talked about it much lately, but 2F by T is still out there, it's still humming, it's still chunking along, and it's the best-tasting iced tea in the country.
And 2F by T is a proud sponsor of the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation.
That hasn't changed either.
Phenomenal organization that gives direct financial aid to the children of fallen heroes, Marines killed in action.
The Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation donates college scholarships to their children.
And in massive federal emergencies, if there are other agencies involved, such as Army or Secret Service or what have you, if they can, they move in and help in that way too.
And it's a great charity, practically 99% pass-through.
99% of the money donated or contributed is passed through to the recipients.
And we've been a proud sponsor of MCLEF from the get-go.
And so we're kicking off tea season in honor of the United States Military, the Marine Corps Law Enforcement Foundation.
Tea season, also known as summertime, it's our favorite sweepstakes.
It's become an annual tradition now.

Here's Joe in Chicago.
Joe, great to have you on the EIB network.
I'm glad you waited to appear.
Hello.
Oh, you're welcome, and it's a big thrill.
Thanks for all you do, Rush.
Thanks for having me here.
Appreciate that.
So, Rush, the sad thing about the Sterling affair, from the way I see it, is how it shows how uncivilized we're becoming.
And I think it's proof to your political motivation theory.
For example, the use of the term racist, you know, that really refers to someone who commits violence against another group or really wishes another group harm.
This man was definitely prejudiced.
I didn't hear anything that was racist.
I heard he's a bigot.
Maybe he's big.
That's kind of a stronger word.
But why has the media jumped out and gone right to the word racist?
And that's in all the news reports.
And it just proves your point, Rush, that it's being done for political purposes.
And it's just despicable.
Well, it is.
But look, arguing over the definition of racism here isn't going to change anybody's thinking on this.
I mean, racism is, all you have to do to be racist is criticize somebody, criticize a minority.
You're racist.
It's all you have to do.
You have to jump to the extreme definition for use to silence any opposition.
Like, you know, your theory about the owner, is it in Florida, the DeVos family, over gay marriage?
I think that's why we love what you do, Rush.
You give us insight.
You really figure this stuff out for us.
Well, I appreciate that.
But what that is, that is fascism.
That is fascism.
And by the way, it is being eagerly applauded by a lot of people in this country.
This totalitarian use of force, this authoritarian use of power to punish, silence anybody that says something you don't agree with or you don't even, or you don't like.
They don't have to do anything.
All they've got to do is talk or write or say something that you happen to disagree with.
Look at what the global warming crowd.
There are actual attempts here to criminalize opposition to global warming, put people in jail for it around the world.
It's not just a domestic thing here, but I'm telling you that the facilitating agent for all of this in this country is the Democrat Party.
The Democrat Party is the home.
Every one of these people that we're talking about, including Sterling, votes Democrat.
Everybody involved, everybody making a big deal, everybody in the media, everybody all hopped up about this.
They're all Democrats.
They all vote for Democrats.
The Democrat Party, I mean, for crying out loud, folks, you have elected Democrats talking this way, encouraging the people that vote for them to think this way.
The Democrat Party is all about statism.
The Democrat Party is all about command and control, centralized authority and power.
The concept of individualism, rugged or otherwise, is laughed at, mocked, made fun of, ridiculed.
Practically every virtue and every tradition that went into building this country is under assault right now.
And that's what we find ourselves in the middle of.
You can say it's always been there, and it's been effervescing and bubbling up, and finding out it's boiled over.
But why is it boiled over if it's always been there?
Why did nobody try to tamp it down?
Why did nobody try in order to keep the peace?
Why have efforts been made to victimize people and punish not why has the Democrat Party willfully, eagerly, happily put people in groups, made them victims, put them on the welfare rolls, made their existence barely a substance?
Why has there not been any effort to tamp down some of this animosity of the country and try to turn it into love?
Why has there not been an overall effort to inspire people to exercise the opportunity this country provides everybody today to be the best they can be?
Where has that gone?
Why is that missing?
Why is now everybody a victim?
Why is everybody owed something?
Why is everybody a victim of the immoral, unjust founding of this country?
It's been a movement that's been around since the beginning of the country.
And rather than tamp it down, the Democrat Party has inspired it.
The Democrat Party has promoted it.
It is the single source of their power.
Aggrieved, miserable, angry, unhappy people looking for the people they're mad at to be gotten even with.
Looking for the people they're mad at to be dealt with.
Looking for the people that they're mad at to be punished.
And when it happens, they're all happy whether it improves their lives or not.
And in most cases, it doesn't.
But they don't care because they've been conditioned to believe that somebody being punished, either taxes being raised or any other form of punishment, that's justice.
And the Democrat Party is the agent of that justice.
The Democrat Party is facilitating all this.
That's where its home is.
None of this would be working if there were not a significant political power base propping it up as a foundation.
Here's Tim in Latrobe, Pennsylvania.
Great to have you, sir, on the EIB network.
Hello.
Hello, Rush, and Nittany Lyon dittos to you.
Yes, sir.
I wanted to get your thoughts, Rush, on the difference what's going on in the NFL during the course of a game.
If you make a bigoted statement or you use the N-word, it's only a 15-yard penalty.
But if you make a similar statement in the NBA, particularly as an owner, it warrants a lifetime suspension and a $2.5 million fine.
Well, you want to take a stab at explaining the difference.
I think I used the word owner in the NBA, which is probably what my guess is versus the players in the NFL.
And remember now, you have members of the players' unions, you have their representatives, some, not all.
You've got some people now comparing being a professional athlete to indentured servitude slavery.
Correct.
We do have that.
In fact, it's been talked about here in terms of sterling.
People that are making $15 to $20 to $30 million a year, the Reverend Jackson's out just the other day, he had his cotton balls versus basketballs counted.
And he says, if there isn't any dignity with the paycheck, you might as well just have a plantation mentality.
Yet Oprah said we've got to get rid of plantation mentality.
Nobody on a plantation ever made $30 million a year picking cotton.
But still, I'll tell you, you mentioned the NFL and the N-word thing.
Your point, I predict something's going to happen in this right along the lines of what you say.
In the NBA, an owner has essentially just had his team take it away from him.
For all intents and purposes, they're trying to snatch any involvement of the owner from his team, from his organization, because of his reprobate, racist attitudes.
And over in the NFL, they're going to penalize the players 15 yards.
Well, they're not.
There was talk about it.
But there's not going to be an actual penalty now for use of the N-word because the NFL says they've already got a rule that covers this kind of thing.
Now, if the referees start throwing flags on players in the NFL for using the N-word and other black culturally approved terms, there's going to be an uprising by the players.
It would be no different than if somebody at Warner Brothers told rappers, you know what, for every time you put the word bitch or hoe or whatever in your song, we're going to penalize you.
There'd be an uprising.
I mean, if what you say is true, Russian, and I agree with you, that the rule is already in place.
Don't you think then in another way that the NFL or Roger Goodell would think it's permissible to use the N-word since it's not being enforced and the rules are already in the books?
I'm not sure I understand the question.
Did you ask me if I think Goodell would think it's permissible for the N-word to be used?
Well, I mean, if there are rules that are in the, if there are rules that are in the rule book and they're not being enforced, then you have to ask, what are the reasons that the rules are not being enforced?
No, I think the NFL is serious about eliminating that kind of stuff.
The point is, players are feeling their oats now.
Finally, after Thursday, they got rid of an owner here.
And if the terms that are being banned are said to be part of the vernacular and culture, what right does the league have to tell these guys they can't speak the way they speak?
It's none of the league's business.
Nobody can hear it.
Screw it.
I think, let's wait and see.
But I've already seen enough reaction from some players to just the proposed penalty for use of the N-word.
Think that isn't going to fly.
I appreciate the appreciate the call, Tim.
Yes, I have a question from the official program observer.
What's the question?
Do you really?
Snurdy just asked me what happens if they can't get two-thirds or three-fourths, whatever they need of the owners in the NBA to vote to take Sterling's team away from him or to ban him from it.
Would you tell me, name for me an owner that is going to vote with Sterling?
No, he, no way, not Mark Q.
No way.
Because the vote's going to eventually be made public.
Even if it's a private, it'll eventually leak.
If there's anybody voted with Sterling or against this proposition to ban him, take his team away.
There's not going to be, I'll be shocked if it's not unanimous.
Secret ballot, it's still not, you think it's going to be unanimous because there's not going to be any trust that the secret ballot's going to stay secret for the rest of time.
That's the power of this stuff.
The path of least resistance here is get rid of Sterling and just stay undercover.
Nobody's going to make a stand here.
No owner's going to make a stand on this.
No, the owners are not going to think that they're going to think that protecting themselves is going along with the crowd here.
They're not going to look at, wait a minute, this could be me.
I'm not going to vote for.
That's not going to be viewed as protecting themselves.
That's going to be viewed as making themselves a target, and they're not going to do that.
This vote's going to take less than 10 seconds whenever they have it.
I think this new commissioner, Adam Silver, would not have gone as far as he did if he didn't have some understanding of how the owners would vote in advance.
I think he knows how the owners are going to vote on this before he goes out and announces this.
And in fact, the LA Times has a story.
NBA owners overwhelmingly support Adam Silver's decision.
And there's this Orlando Magic owner, Dan DeVos.
It's Rich DeVos who owns it.
Maybe he's got a son named Dan on it.
But Orlando Magic owner Dan DeVos said his franchise was behind Adam's recommendation and plans to vote accordingly.
They're all going to vote Sionar.
Look, Sterling is.
There is nothing redeemable here.
33 years.
This is.
Nobody's going to make a stand.
You should hear what this guy has said lately.
Let me tell you that.
Donald Sterling says that Clarence Thomas is an Uncle Tom, that Mitch McConnell is a racist, and the Republicans are only anti-big government in anti-Obamacare because Obama's black.
Donald Sterling made the comments over the weekend while appearing on a new Nation of Islam radio program.
I've been in Washington.
I saw three presidents now.
I never saw George Bush treated like this.
I never saw Bill Clinton treated like this.
Said Sterling that Mitch McConnell would have the audacity to tell a president, not the chief executive commander-in-chief, I don't care what you come up with, we're going to be against it.
And then Donald Sterling just launched on Clarence Thomas.
He's never seen a bigger Uncle Tom in his...
Wait, wait a minute.
Wait a minute.
It's not.
Sterling didn't say this.
I'm sorry.
It's Democrat Congressman Benny Thompson said this stuff.
I'm sorry.
It was a Democrat who said it wasn't Sterling.
I lost my head there for a moment.
It was Democrat Congressman Benny Thompson who said, uttered shocking racial comments about Republicans Clarence Thomas and Mitch McConnell.
Mississippi Democrat congressman says Clarence Thomas is an Uncle Tom and Mitch McConnell's a racist and that Republicans are only anti-big government and anti-Obamacare because Obama is black.
I'm sorry, I goofed and said that Sterling said that.
It's a Democrat that said that.
Benny Thompson, who is African American, and he was on the New Nation of Islam radio program.
Made the comments over the weekend.
The new nation of Islam sounds like the old nation of Islam to me.
He adds at 240 in the video that Governor Mississippi was against expanding Medicaid through Obamacare just because a black man created it.
Three minutes into the video, Benny Thompson adds opposition to Obama is all about race.
When a black man comes up with an idea, there's something wrong with it.
Again, it's race creeping into the picture.
You'll forgive me for attributing these statements to Sterling.
He didn't say this.
A Democrat congressman Benny Thompson did something.
Ladies and gentlemen, all of this is exactly why the idea of writing the truth about American history for a children's audience was so appealing to me.
It's exactly why I got in Colorado.
Some high school students did the Pledge of Allegiance to Allah, not God.
