All right, now what all you low information voters want to know is, yes, breastfeeding constantly.
Kanye West and the baby Northwest are breastfeeding constantly with the happy new mom, Kim West.
And greetings.
Well, we have low infer.
No, they didn't get married.
That's right.
They're not married.
This is still Kim Kardashian and Northwest, to be determined.
And they haven't been—if they all get—yeah, if they get married, it's all going to go south.
They better stop and think about this.
There's no reason to get married anymore.
Welcome back, folks.
El Rushball at 800-282-2882, the email address, LRushball at EIBnet.com.
So Kim Kardashian and Kanye West and the daughter Northwest, if they get married, it can all go south.
Just a little light-hearted attempt at humor.
Here's Barack Obama.
We have a montage here, President Obama, back in 2004 on Channel 11 in Chicago, August 17th of 2008 with the pastor Rick Warren, November of 2007 with, don't know who, I guess it's still Rick Warren, October 26th of 2004, and December 22nd, 2007.
How many different ones?
One, two, three, four, five, five different occasions, Barack Obama speaking when he was a bigot, when he opposed gay marriage, back when he was a bigot, just a year and a half ago.
What I believe in my faith is that a man and a woman, when they get married, are performing something before God, and it's not simply the two persons who are meeting.
I believe that marriage is the union between a man and a woman.
I am not somebody who promotes same-sex marriage.
I am not in favor of gay marriage.
I'm in favor of civil unions.
What I believe is that marriage is between a man and a woman.
My feelings about this are constantly evolving.
I struggle with this.
And then Biden went out and said, we are for gay marriage.
And that forced Obama's hand.
And that was in the 2012 last year.
Yeah, a little over a year ago.
It was.
That's just Joe Wright.
But anyway, so there's five different examples of the bigot, Barack Obama, opposed to gay marriage.
Unequivocally, by the way.
I mean, there wasn't any doubt there.
There wasn't any, you know what, maybe.
Well, other than the last bite where he said he was evolving on this, and that's because the gays were withholding campaign donations.
And they were.
And I'm not doing anything other than telling you what was going on.
Militant gay activists were threatening and were withholding significant fundraising efforts and bundling and all that.
And that is when Obama began to evolve.
And that, my friends, is the way of Washington.
Now, there are lots of other things going on out there.
And I very rarely want to spend an entire three hours on one subject.
We did it one day last week because everything kept changing, and it was on the immigration bill.
And there are continuing developments on that.
If you're just joining us, a reporter at National Review Online tweeted before the program today that John Boehner told the Republicans in the House that he will not bring the Senate amnesty bill up for a vote in the House.
They had stories at the top of the program, the beginning of the program.
It's one story, daily caller.
Your telephone calls to Washington are overwhelming in number, and they are effective.
Senator Cruz was on this program a week before last, and I asked him, what can people do?
It seems like the fix is in on this.
He said, call.
You should call your member of the House of Representatives, call your senator.
I said, does that still work in 2013?
And he said, yes, it does.
He said, just like the public and their opposition to amnesty in 2007 killed it then, you can kill it now.
They're still making noises in the Senate.
Yeah, we want to get 70 votes.
We want to get 70, but we got the 60 now.
And we want to get 70 because we want to slam dunk on this.
And I remain of the belief that if they had the votes now, they'd vote for this thing and get it over with.
I don't doubt they'd like 70 votes.
Hell, they'd like 100, 95, what have you.
But the fact of the matter is, they don't have those votes yet, and they don't have them in the House.
But yet, the media and everybody else wants to present this aura of inevitability about this.
And don't fall prey to it, folks.
The Daily Caller story, it's the only story out there, indicates that with quotes from both members of the House and Senate and their staff how your phone calls and your emails, faxes, and all that is working.
Economic news, U.S. economic growth was more tepid than previously estimated in the first quarter.
For those of you in Rio, Linda means it's a little cooler than they thought it was going to be.
There wasn't as much economic growth in the first quarter as all the experts figured.
U.S. economic growth was more tepid than previously estimated in the first quarter, held back by a moderate pace of consumer spending, weak business investment, and declining exports.
The gross domestic product, the economy, expanded at a puny 1.8% annual rate.
Commerce Department said in its final estimate today.
Output was previously reported to have risen at 2.4%, but it didn't.
It was only 1.8%.
Economists polled by Reuters had expected the growth to be 28%, 2.4%, somewhere in there.
And when measured from the income side, the economy grew slower than the fourth quarter's rate, which was exaggerated.
So excluding inventories, the economy grew at a 1.2% rate.
It's slowest in two years, and that's the takeaway here.
And it's likely only to get worse because this is the result of economic policies put in place on purpose.
Folks, we're now well into the fifth year of this.
Enough time for people to have determined that we're headed in the wrong direction and that maybe there needs to be a shift in policy.
But instead, we're doubling down on what has created the problem.
So as we're approaching the midpoint here of the fifth year, at this point, we have to abandon the idea that it's just due to Obama's policies not working.
We have to abandon the idea that it's a valiant effort going on here to revive the economy, but damn it, this thing is stubborn.
We have to start being open to other possibilities, other explanations for this putrid, tepid, non-existent growth in the economy.
We have to be open to the idea that the economy is under attack, that disposable income is the first casualty.
There isn't any growth, and there isn't any plan for economic growth.
And with the president's announced executive orders yesterday to impose even more burdens on this economy in an effort to stop climate change, there's nothing that's going to change the direction that we're going.
There's nothing that's going to result in the economy getting bigger.
It's going to keep getting smaller.
And more and more of the economy is going to be usurped by the government.
And so what used to be a big pile of money you had a chance to access, a growing pie of wealth that you had a chance to attack and get your piece of, is getting smaller and smaller.
The pie is getting smaller.
Your opportunities to get your piece of it is getting smaller and smaller because the government's taking more and more of it.
They took one-sixth of that pie for Obamacare.
Now we're going to dump, what, anywhere from 11 to 46 million low-wage and unskilled people in the country competing for jobs, which is only going to force wages lower.
So it means your opportunity for your piece of the pie is going to be spread around even more people who are going to be much more attractive to hire because they're not going to cost very much to hire.
And if the law gets implemented as designed, the amnesty law, they won't be eligible for Obamacare or welfare benefits for a couple years or longer, which means they'll really be affordable to hire because businesses will not have to provide them those benefits as opposed to hiring you.
They would have to.
So it becomes more and more attractive for American business to hire the incoming low-wage, low-skilled, uneducated workforce that they crave.
So the people you're competing with for jobs are people that are going to be willing to do the job for peanuts compared to what you would accept for it.
So the opportunity to get your piece of the pie is under assault in any number of ways.
The biggest one, though, is the pie shrinking because the government's taking more and more of it.
So there's no growth.
There isn't any plan for any growth.
But there is a plan for more central control of the economy, a command and control planned economy, stupidly planned economy.
I mean, to heck with free markets, the economy, and the people, because Obama is here to help.
Just be patient.
Just be patient.
So Obama announced yesterday a bunch of executive orders because he can't count on Congress.
A bunch of executive orders to finally fight climate change.
Al Gore called it historic.
That should be all you need to know that it is a disaster.
It is more crony capitalism.
It is corruption.
It is an alliance of participating industries with government.
Executive orders for the government to just run in and do what the people and their representatives would not authorize under the guise of saving the world.
Under the guise of saving the planet.
And again, the low information, uninformed crowd thinks that's really cool and fair.
It's very nice.
Somebody cares enough.
The problem is that Barack Obama doesn't know and doesn't care about climate science.
With him, everything is about political science.
Citing climate change for Barack Obama is an excuse to exercise wildly.
I don't want to say dictatorial powers, but maybe I should as a means of being illustrative.
It's what all tyrants do.
They take unilateral steps to help because they care.
In this case, they care about the planet, for the people.
And you won't do the right thing unless you are forced to.
You won't live the right way unless you are forced to.
You won't behave the right way unless you're forced to.
And the fastest way to be accepted by your leader is to not oppose anything he wants.
That's how you get real love and real affection.
So, as far as the low-information crowd is concerned, Obama's fighting for us.
Forget that electricity will skyrocket because of his war on coal, which is the primary source of electricity for most of the people in this country.
Forget that the electricity price skyrocketing will result in a lot of people losing their jobs because it's going to become more costly for businesses to operate.
And the first thing they'll get rid of is people in order to stay in business.
The objective is a business to stay in business.
And all this as a result of a mission to save the planet.
The only way the planet can be saved is to protect it from individuals.
The climate, the planet, must be insulated, protected from individuals and their irresponsible behavior.
Barack Obama is expanding and consolidating massive power over people and their health insurers via Obamacare, financial institutions via Dodd-Frank, the energy sector via EPA regulations.
He's dictating policy.
He's on the verge of making it impossible for Republicans to ever win another election with amnesty and the get-out-the-vote efforts that are part of Obamacare.
See, Obamacare wasn't about insuring poor people.
Did you think that?
Did you think the president?
Yeah, there's 30 people getting uninsured.
Obamacare is going to come.
No, 30 million people are going to remain uninsured.
We have now been told this with the CBO.
30 million people will remain uninsured.
300 million will have unaffordable health insurance, but every damn one of them possible will be registered as a Democrat voter.
Thanks to the Obama exchanges.
Obama's war on coal is not about global warming.
It's not about climate change because there is none.
There isn't any global warming.
Obama's war is on the private sector economy.
And the winner is going to be an all-powerful federal government, which, of course, is for the good of all the people.
Listen to this story from Breitbart.com.
Listen to this.
Sending pictures of his genitals to random women via Twitter was not enough to turn the people of New York City off to former congressman and mayoral candidate Anthony Wiener.
According to the latest poll from the Wall Street Journal, NBC New York Marist, Weiner now leads City Council Speaker Christine Quinn by 25 to 20 percent, trailing far behind her former controller Bill Thompson to 13 percent, public advocate Bill de Blasio at 10 percent, city controller John Liu at 8 percent.
Quinn's numbers have slowly deflated.
Wiener's have solidified as the race has developed.
Wiener's campaign to stand up for New Yorkers is apparently penetrating the public consciousness.
He's ahead on all fronts, even leading Quinn by one point among women.
I have to say, you, you, you liberal feminist women in New York, you are an embarrassment.
But see, this is what we, this kind of stuff is always a resume enhancement for Democrats.
It is always a resume enhancement.
How did Wiener stay up like this?
Because liberal feminist women don't care.
This is not enough at all.
No, all men couldn't get away with it.
All men couldn't get away with it.
Hey, Huma didn't appear to have a problem with it.
So a lot of these other women were saying, why should we?
If it's okay with Huma, well, why did Spitzer strike his?
That's an interesting thing.
It's because Spitzer left his socks on during sex, and that was something nobody could accept.
That embarrassed everybody.
All Weiner did was send pictures.
Spitzer actually went out there, paid the money, And all of this.
But it is an interesting question.
It is an interesting question.
How come Spitzer couldn't survive what he did and Wiener stands tall?
Both are New Yorkers.
Both have feminist women in their constituencies.
You figure it out.
Here's John in Indianapolis.
Hi, John.
Glad you called.
Great to have you.
Hello, Rush.
Hey.
Hello, America.
Awesome.
Rush, I got a question for you.
What do you actually predict from the overflowing toilet that we call Washington, D.C.?
What do you actually forecast flowing down that sewer from there?
And where will we be in like, well, let's just say seven, nine years?
Because I'm a nobody from any no place, Indiana, and I just look at myself in the mirror, and I see all these people using EPT cards, getting fatter, while I get skinnier and work harder, and I just look at myself, WTF.
I hear you, man.
For 25 years, I have been asking, when's all this stuff going to even out?
When are we going to hit the bottom?
When are we going to reach the point where people say this is enough?
We start a rebound.
And I'm continually surprised that we haven't, that our decay continues apace.
Well, one thing you forgot to mention was obviously Obama's $100 plus vacation to Africa wasn't part of the sequestration.
$100 million vacation to Africa.
I don't know if it's part of sequestration or not.
But that stuff doesn't matter to people.
People don't care about that.
Obviously, they don't.
All right.
I'm just a nobody.
I just had a question for you.
Where are we going to be in your big brain in like a decade?
Where is this country going?
You know, I actually don't think in those terms.
I mean, I do, don't misunderstand.
I'm not a fatalist.
I still have, I have a honestly, folks, and I can't specify it.
I just have a, I don't know, feeling that something's going to happen to straighten this stuff out.
I've always thought that.
I don't know why.
I don't know what my faith is in.
It's in the past.
It's always been in the people.
I'm not trying to be Pollyannish here.
I'll tell you: if amnesty happens, if that happens, seven years from now, this is going to be an entirely different country politically, culturally, linguistically.
It'd be different six months if that happens.
But that's not isolated.
That amnesty happens after Obamacare and Obama's efforts on climate change and so forth.
It looks like we're headed to one party rule.
There doesn't seem to be any pushback the Republican Party.
Pushback is coming from the American people, a portion of them.
If amnesty happens, I mean, that's undeniable what that will bring.
We're talking about way too many people.
We're talking about a significant number of people who will be granted a vote sooner than 13 years.
You know it, and I know it.
Here's a piece.
Look, answered in part with this.
There's a piece by James Dellingpole of the UK Telegraph.
Obama driving a green dagger into the heart of the American dream.
When it comes to pinpointing the nadir of the Obama administration, future historians are going to suffer a serious case of option paralysis.
Was it Benghazi?
Was it the NSA scandal?
Was it his use of the Tea Part or the IRS to harass the Tea Party?
You know, any one of these things, folks, not too long ago would have meant that the president behind them would have been in deep doo-doo, really big trouble.
We have a media today which advocates for this man.
And not so much, I mean, I know they advocate for the Democrat Party, but they're advocates for and of Obama, specifically.
But let me continue.
Future historians are going to suffer a serious case of option analysis when pinpointing the nadir of this administration.
Benghazi, NSA, use of the IRS to harass the Tea Party.
The idea that that has not got people just outraged baffles me.
The various scandals involving his black ops department, the EPA, Obamacare, what is it?
There's so many things that represent the nadir of this regime.
But Mr. Dellingpole in the UK Telegraph says, personally, I think the one that they'll eventually plump for is Obama's climate action plan of June 25, 2013.
The economy, after all, is everything.
Without an economy, you can't afford a domestic policy, let alone a foreign policy.
So you'd think the very last thing any president would do as his country began to show the first vague signs of a possible, possible recovery after a long recession.
The first signs of a recovery, the last thing any president would do would be to jeopardize it with a whole new raft of utterly pointless regulation and wasteful government expenditure.
Why, it would be like seeing a man drowning and instead of throwing him a lifeline, tossing him a lead weight.
And that's what Obama's doing.
And nobody, this Dellingpole guy in the UK Telegraph, he can't believe this, that this is not causing any outrage.
We've got, and it's the Limbaugh theorem, folks.
People do not associate Obama with any of this.
That's it in a nutshell.
He has so far escaped any accountability or responsibility for all of this.
Everybody thinks he's still trying to fix it.
And now he's trying to save the planet.
He's a wonderful guy.
But Obama's climate action plan today is throwing a lead weight to a drowning man.
It promises another $2.7 billion for actionable climate science, whatever that is.
Almost all of which we know from bitter previous experience is going to end up in the sweaty hands of junk science troughers in the tradition of Michael Mann and James Hansen at NASA, rather than seekers after truth who genuinely care about the scientific method.
So Obama's going to hand out 2.7 billion people to a bunch of political activists disguised as climate scientists to further advance his political agenda.
This guy really, folks, has a chip on his shoulder about this country.
I don't think there's any denying that.
Obama's actionable science, climate science plan promises to accelerate clean energy permitting.
So that's going to make it harder for people to oppose the ruination of their local landscape, their favorite views, or their health and their sleep with all these hideous new wind factories, which are going to spring up now at massive taxpayer expense on federally owned land.
Stuff that doesn't work, stuff that just kills birds, and that's about all it does, except make intolerable noise.
Talk to anybody who lives near one of these windmills or windmill farms.
Even the leftists who support them don't want to be anywhere near them.
It promises to expand and modernize the grid, as it'll have to do in order to enable it to cope with all the unreliable, erratic, mega-expensive renewable energy being pumped or not being pumped.
There isn't going to be any.
It's an absolute travesty.
Delling pole thinks of all the things going on, this climate business of his, coming on top of everything else, is throwing a dead weight to a drowning man.
Now you add 11 to 46 million illegals on top of all this.
I don't know.
I don't, I just, it all looks like doom, unavoidable doom.
I feel this guy on the phone says, hey, I'm just a nobody.
We all feel like nobodies.
I know exactly how he feels.
You feel the same way.
I can't, you know, tell you folks.
I just still have this gut feeling or whatever it is.
And it might be just silly, blind, you know, beauty pageant contestant faith that this is all going to work out.
But I can't tell you why or how.
So it's not worth much.
Back after this.
Some clown, some clown in a regime actually said that a war on coal right now is exactly what's needed.
A war on coal.
Coal as some detestable enemy.
You wait till we try to get along without it.
All these people.
I'm reading about all these tech wizards thinking they're so damn smart, protecting and saving the planet, driving around their electric cars and talking about all the time it takes to charge damn things.
What do they think is powering the charge?
These people are using coal out the wazoo to charge these electric cars.
How does that escape them?
That there's no pollution from our car missing the mobile we're driving around.
No pollution from your car.
You're burning coal left.
You're not reducing the use of coal whatsoever that you hate.
It's all about stupid feel-good nothingism.
Anyway, it's the stupidity of all of this that really grades on it.
The abject total stupidity in the fact that people are so accepting of it.
Sadly, my friends, we are out of busy broadcast moments here on the EIB network.
The fastest three hours in media.
I don't know where it goes, but I can tell you this.
adore and appreciate being with you each and every day.
I look forward to tomorrow in 21 hours.
Can't wait.
Thanks so much for being with us today.
Keep the faith, folks.
Hang in there and be tough and keep calling Washington on immigration.
